"We got back to south dakota for a day and then i had a two day antelope pawn in sheridan wyoming. So i shot down there and oh canelo pain. Which which is a absolute blast. If if you've ever had ever get a chance to antelope pont. I highly recommend it but then came back to the farm and you know we have a resident season here so you know i was able to get out the the weekend before the opener. Here and Hunt hunts and birds and then and then just get ready for the for the season in our. Our first group shows up around the fifteenth of october. And there's nobody knows how much work goes into a farm and a lodge to get things ready it's i. I often think about that. Like all the food plots that you put in all the pads cutting the grass that you cut and it's there's a lot to do yeah. What were the expectations. Like leading up to the season. What had you been seeing in the offseason. Any habitat work that you were really interested to see how it played out you. What were you looking at leading. Well you know it all it all comes down to key habitat and it all comes down to weather for for good for good breeding season so we we have created a great habitat out here. We've planted four to six hundred acres of of tall wheat grass out here over the last three or four years and you saw the results of that nick the really grass that we've got all over the place that that's just brand new grass that we start growing the last couple of years and but you know we had some really difficult out here to three years ago in a couple years in a row and really knocked population down and then last winter we had a mild winter and we had a picture perfect spring so our our hatch had very high expectations for our hatch and you as it proved to be. You know what it proved to be just about as good as i'd hoped you know as far as the hatch goes and that was that was pretty exciting so so the pheasant. Hunting out here was was very positive very good. You know it's not back to the numbers. We had going back to two thousand fourteen fifteen. I would say which was which actually kind of ridiculous the amount of birds that we hear back then but it's still. It's still really really good. Yeah but when. I was out the things that were going through my mind were. I'm very analytic and i'm always trying to compare. I'm trying to get a an apples to apples. Comparison figured out. So i was asking you questions about bird numbers and and what you had seen in what you felt. It was like mainly. Because i saw what i saw spending a couple of days with you this year but i have nothing to compare to. You know that was my first time spending time on a on a farm in south dakota and i to me i mean there were birds everywhere like it looked. It looked like they were everyone. I know i had been to preserve before. I had seen that kind of thing. Holy unlike your farm where you've got all wild birds you've got habitat. That's sustaining these birds. And you know. I knew that it was a good year. Going into it from what you had said but it was. It was really neat to see the country that topography. It's beautiful that. When i the first time i drove out that way for hunting couple of years ago just around that around that river country. I mean it's just beautiful the topography and you've got wide open landscapes in the way the sun shines off the hillsides that is that is some very beautiful country in a place where some people would stoop as low as calling it fly over country. What you know it is. It's funny it. Looks from the air. Because i fly as well and from the air it looks very flat but as you know and you get out here. It's we've got a lotta undulations. I tell people if they've watched the movie dances with wolves. Oh that captures the hills that we have out here pretty well in that movie it. It's rolling grass is what a lot of it is. And you know we're the buffalo used to roam and this and that so and then oh by the way. We put some food out for birds to you. Know you've got a lot of habitat you've got a lot of food and and and you know it equals it equals good bird populations and it's interesting when you when you tell me you thought you saw birds you know and this and that and and we did. We saw a lot of. We saw a lot of birds. But you know. I walk that. We took along those those trees in that mile tree. Patch that the i walk. We didn't get very many birds out of there and i think we got one or two roosters. Maybe a half a dozen hands but there you know but we got into. We got into them you know. They're they're pretty grouped up so back. In the day you could have walked that treeline and pushed out fifty birds. Okay sure yeah. It's it's it's interesting perspective. people have. Yeah and i had my my eyes wide open. Because i knew that it was it was nothing i'd ever experienced before and i was. I was taking it all in and we were lucky we had. I mean gorgeous hunting weather. The sun was shining was relatively warm. Just you know just warm enough as you got walking we. Actually we get a little warm in in one of the afternoons. I think we were there. But the heck of a heck of a first pheasant hunt for me and that was. I'd i'd mentioned it august before but that was my legitimate first pheasant hunt and it was a blast. I thank you again for hosting beyond that now. That was cool. It's great to have you out. Neck details a pleasure to have people out especially people who've never Never experienced so. That was really fun was do you. Do you happen to know if it was dances with. Wolves was filmed in south dakota. I i have not seen that movie for a long time. I might need when. I need to fire up again. Yeah what watch it again. I've watched a bunch of times. Just because i'd like the movie it was actually filmed inside of one hundred miles from our farms so i mean it was up filmed up near fort. Pierre just west of fort. Pierre pierre okay so yeah a lot of that was filmed right there coal..

"The football team they're fucked. It's just just say well you know. Cincinnati to mid major. They're not as the teams in the power five conferences. So despite the fact that iowa state has two bosses they lost early in the season. They've rebounded they played well and we just think there are better teams than cincinnati. So sorry well they beat tulsa. They'd beat smu and they'll guy will say we'll get the fuck we still. We still think those teams that we just mentioned. The florida georgia the texas. A&m because they play in the sec because we think they'll teams in the sec are better than any team. That is because of that. We don't really give a damn that they won all their games revealed. You put georgia same situation. You put georgia florida texas a and m you give them the same schedule that cincinnati has just. What those teams are going to be undefeated and you if you give the schedule that say for is texas a and m. had cincinnati. You don't think that they will get blown up by alabama course. They wouldn't so we wouldn't be having this discussion. So that's the reason why. Cincinnati number nine. And that's the reason why Texas is number five. So you know my dick and call me rick so at all. That guy needs to say seriously. That's all you need to say. So you know all this other stuff about this. I i just and believe me all the other bowl games in the second tier bowl games. Who cares me and like you know. Just give who the top four teams are and let's move on the country. The college football public wants to see the teams currently in the top four positions play in the college football playoff slow unless Ridiculous happens in. North western beets Ohio state men. You know that's what we're gonna be getting. Or if notre dame beats clemson and as i mentioned before if it's tight game are you really are the it. The selection committee really going to have stones to eliminate clemson from the college football playoff. We'll see we'll see but in will we will see. When does rolling the sports on your host wonder wallace so glad that you could be with us all bernini university of auburn now alabama fire head coach gus malzahn. The decision comes less than twenty four hours after the tigers finished the regular season. Where the sixty four record after beaten missouri or missouri. This state twenty four ten on saturday the decision. I guess you could probably say that you know you have gus malzahn dancing in the locker room. Then twenty four hours later dancing out the door with his with the bio checking what you'll beginning in about four weeks but i think the decision to fire mel was probably made or i just. The final nail in the coffin was was issued after their loss to alabama two weeks ago. Forty two thirteen in the iron bowl in a game. That really wasn't that close. They looked around us in. What the fuck are we doing. How much are we paying this guy. We didn't want here in the first place. We thought we had lightning in a bottle after twenty seventeen where he had that miraculous run but arm steak. Let's move on to something else. So according to brett mcmurphy of the stadium defensive coordinator kevin steele is gonna serve as the interim head coach Auburn had two games upcoming weekend and according to espn field. Yates on is gonna receive a wing fort. Pierre in a pandemic are losing their homes where people are losing jobs where there are healthcare. Their health finances are going through the roof..

"Do the job for you so Brian Johnson is so the person it also Brian Hansen is the person that wrote that little piece for the fort Pierre let's see here where is that I have in front of me livestock auction Brian are you there yes Sir and that someone sent us your of fort Pierre livestock market report Brian and we got a charge out of that we got a charge out of Europe you know description of those Packers and and how things are going so we thought we'd call and let you know at a boy well it's it's kind of like this the corona virus thing and it has really just kind of put a spotlight on what's going on in our cattle industry this isn't something new the this kind of manipulation by the packing industry is been going on for a long time they they've got enough control of this thing that they can they can basically glued together and and they got not captive supply cattle that they can they can control your fat cattle price you know regardless of what the meat selling for now up till about twenty fifteen you saw the boxed beef trade somewhat in comparison with what you could sell your fat cattle hang in you know there was a there was a margin there for the Packer that included maybe some on the meat and also the awful well since we got rid of country of origin labeling back the end of fifteen coursed through through the time frame that we had it you saw the best cattle market and and and history and and the meat got got up there do a little higher price and at that time the consumer was was panicked and the producer was receiving the higher price for the product was a supply and demand model well they got rid of that and now you've got these imports coming in from from from Canada and Mexico and Australia New Zealand Paraguay Uruguay up to twenty two different countries that we import me be from but now it's been taken this country of origin labeling off if you can find a package burger packages steak that doesn't save a product of the USA let me now because I've been able to find one everything says product of the USA now well the problem is is that it's very package here another label in the U. S. B. so we don't have any way to showcase our product well what the packing industry is is figured out is that they can keep our our fed cattle prices down it hello they can buy enough imported dry captive supply product there to offset what they need to fill the gaps on the contracts and and leave the meat price back what it was when we had dollar fifty dollars sixty some fat cattle you know it seems like a long time ago but but I believe the November November December time frame for any cattle feeders out there from a dollar sixty to a dollar seventy was a fat cattle price it was unheard of but it was great put a lot of money back into the communities and put a lot of money back into these ranch and farm operations I think a dollar seventy two is the highest a member here non conventional cattle that would have been right towards the end of the year and fourteen point fifteen you had your your U. S. house they they passed a law to repeal it and and then the Senate didn't didn't do it until the end of fifteen the court nominee a spending bill so it took affect like January one of of sixteen what you sell your market started to tumble and fifteen what the house passed on that and then once they got that bill passed in Congress by the Senate it it just want to want to have but well you know this is a neat never really changed much well now instead of making a hundred to a hundred and fifty maybe up to two hundred dollars ahead on these fat cattle now this past week between the box B. St and what these guys are getting for fed cattle some of these big cattle sixteen white cattle making over a thousand dollars ahead it looked to me like it darn sure Megan from from six hundred to eight hundred and on some of these bigger cattle their document going back into the low nineties on the set Katelyn and Brian what's what's what what on my **** and what's what's different about it now you said the corona virus situation is highlighting this has been bad for a while but what are they doing differently as a result of coronavirus these factors well what they've done is they've they've they've increased the price of the retail beef considerably due to the due to the ravage buying by the consumer in all their own different your toilet paper is flying off the shelves so your hamburger soldier B. and so they they've they've raised their prices which that's gouging and all these these kids get in trouble for doing that with hand sanitizer they throw him in jail but these factors do it on a daily basis they just keep raising the price the box beef if you if you hired higher in the store if you had a magic wand to will fight back against the the Packers on behalf of a you know livestock cattle producers what would you do what would be the first thing you do well you know the Packers and stockyards act was passed back in nineteen twenty one and and it was due to the same kind of things that were going on but every time they do an investigation and it just they'd say well it was supply and demand but then during World War one they found out that the the packing industry which grew in the army at ten that this president off and that's when they get a real investigation and they made him their item break up all of their father died and made him divest all the cold storage they made it to where they had to stay current and at that time there was five factors controlled fifty percent now we've got four Packers control eighty percent so if I really had a magic wand I take them four factors and break them back into the about twenty five to thirty smaller factors across the country and and give some competition back into the market this is a very easily this is a conversation at least to make them by these cattle on open market right now they get all these captive supply Katelyn contract cattle and and there's a very very small amount of the site cattle the trade on an open market and that's that's the price for for the other seventy to ninety percent of the get prices that week is off to a very small amount to get traded in the open market Brian Hansen from the fort Pierce sale barn in South Dakota a brief preview the conversation I want to continue it and the will of will be in touch so we can continue on a promise to stay on this issue I know that Sonny Perdue was to express them similar frustration the Packers the ag secretary gonna have a monsoon asking some tough questions directly from you folks to stay tuned for that and the appreciate your time right answer if you're on that country of origin labeling by Sonny Perdue because he he's the man in charge he needs to hear from from the public that country of origin labeling is something we definitely need to be able to showcase our U. S. product and put it right in with president trump's agenda I think the problem is Sonny Perdue is going to share is that he can ask for different cattle groups in the room and there's gonna be four different opinions on that labeling on whether it should be done by whom and when and everything else but don't Richard Brian federal tracker is now offering full mineral management services we understand that some folks just want.

"For top all right what you wanna chat about this hour anything on your mind is welcome bottom of the hour we have Tom Homan joining us on his new book is the ice guy was to save lives wants to save lives why do we approach protecting the border the way we approach and then make good question yes or any big killer you know right exactly right our tester sent us this note today this is a livestock market report from fort Pierre livestock shares if you rob a bank and get caught you go to prison you guys know that yep if you steal cattle and get caught where do you go present yep unless of course your Packer bottles because the water almost act in in my opinion he writes these Packers are looting the cattle industry and stealing the fat cattle through highly illegal chrism criminal business practices and the cops are looking the other way com some talking about are the U. S. department of justice and the USDA and of course the NCBA who in my opinion is in the pocket of the Packers has been helping the Packers get away with this looting and multi billion dollar theft if you don't believe me then take a look at what Ethan lane vice president of government affairs for NCBA has been saying in writing lately also who was instrumental in helping get rid of cool NCBA it's time for the check off to go it's the only way to cut the teeth out of the NCBA South Dakota senator rounds a few other senators have asked the U. S. justice department for investigation but so far we're getting stonewalled by guess who every senator and every representative from every cattle state should be on board if you don't want to end up being a surf on your own land you better get involved by that's from mom the fort Pierre livestock market report Lester sent that to us and said get this guy on the radio in the fort Pierce sale barn it's time we talked to a guy that knows what's going on we try to make that happen sure as we can give you on track him down fort Pierre a sale barn there yeah you should do Fred in the great metropolis of wing next on what's on your mind well it sounds like an interesting guest how are you Scott I'm doing well thank you very much what I want to tell you before it ever got a chance to play on a personal note do you you had daughters in high school before everybody quit going to high school I got granddaughters that high school a grand son the high school state H. so I I can't believe that you're that young I just can't believe that fast but anyway so you're you're saying that you're older than I am things aren't so bad is that what you're trying to say I don't know exactly what you're trying to talking about gold and you spend the day with your daughter is in school it was great I thought it was a great thing to do and I would like to do that was my granddaughter my grandson is all right but there was no email one of them so you know if there's a silver lining and there are many that are out there as a result of this the one silver lining for our families that our daughter that is in college out east the junior has been home since spring break and then of course she's hanging out with her sister who's a junior high school look at junior college your high school both home so that part's been that's been nice I mean they're doing game night than they're doing we have movie night this weekend and I brought the popcorn and I watch The Great Gatsby ever watch that movie they may watch has come a classic right the great yeah we have the old one of the remake we did the remake but but the cap real I thought it stunk I didn't like now I just a dumb movie I did like it out my supposed to put all this together and I you know I don't know very hot is much better I heard that yeah no time for the both the anyway Fred that's not why you called what's on your mind well my wife we played Pictionary last night with her grandsons and and our sons okay cool all right but anyway you know the Far does it get any better how to schedule us for farming under which was probably not gonna get anything out of this coronavirus thing that they're spending all this money on but you know it we have to remember that the most farmers have been already put the all the work in he was here and we have been not getting paid at all this year for some of the stuff ever since last we've really got paid since last August so I just wanted to throw that in and I want to see on Thursdays Fridays the Passover season we have to pray that this thing will pass over time the blood of Jesus or your door post like they did in the Old Testament and now we don't have to use the blood of animals we can use our savior's blood total recovery doorstep in a symbolic way to sort this stuff away we all need to do that undersea stir weekend we're gonna be having parking lot searching her last well I've heard some folks planning to do it my buddy mark Scoble was trying to get that going down to South Dakota and I actually had someone from our church this weekend saying Hey what we put to the church service on the radio and people go in the in the parking lot of one on K. fired in a clock on Thursday night yeah that's that's it yet then and that's when that's what you call it again time can I pray for brewers prayer warriors with eleven or years parking lot yes the service that's cool NFL this year because that was a great thing yeah it is thanks catching fire in the mail might list generally on you know Easter it's not too bad if we could not this no you know I mean maybe you could do an outdoor service of some kind but you know with social disposing of course you know which is pretty much all it is it's got there's something called FM transmitter but you couldn't you can transmit the there's some element for churches to do parking lots service all over the United States right now USM transmitters you can buy and put him in your church synagogue mosque five six hundred feet everybody can sit in the parking lot and turned to SMS we're trying to do at our church in order to keep us keep us posted something let everybody know Fred previewed the call Dustin emails come on Scott I always worry about email to start that way what what's going to come after this wrong haven't pre read it all I know is he says come on Scott the difference is government power the shelter at home executive orders have the power law enforcement behind in North Korea doesn't yet in a Burgum does not cave to this pressure from outside influence inform sacred millennials mom or pajama boy keyboard warriors who are scared of stepping outside because of some crap they read on Facebook that the virus will hurt them hunt them down to get them I will eat some crow about saying that he has been a follower not a true leader and he will have earned some of my respect back well what the governor Burgum has been very very clear on this from the beginning he said he didn't like this idea of a shelter in place label thought it sounded like a some kind of a relic from World War two you know sheltering in place I just read the Minnesota restrictions during the break and this is an eleven page document this is an emergency executive order you know why there's all kinds of exceptions and exemptions old cleaning you can either have cleaning and twenty but governments need to be able to meet and and you know on a non a non construction workers supporting manufacturers technicians logistics and warehouse operators distribution of personal care hygiene and health care products another words it's the same damn thing now yes there is something at the very end of this if you don't follow you can get a thousand dollar fine how many of those have been handed out I think they just put that in there to tell you that's what's going to happen is to scare folks a little bit what north Dakota's done everything right look at the numbers speak volumes and I agree I think it's bullying us into something now lieutenant governor last hour did say you know we we made it maybe call it something else the selected another places just with the distraction goes away but the personal freedoms are not going to be removed North Dakota will continue to be north course Martin my view what you want the governor to do the up the mailer I thank me tough on me but he was much tougher on the pajama wearing keyboard warrior dads was me and over the moms called again yet nobody reported that to the moms as though they do today both side influences from scared millennial moms for Gemma boy keyboard warrior I would if it's up to you do you do a shelter in place order in North Dakota you.

"Heo Pa presents never again. True pilots stories from the World. Generally aviation in this episode a multiday cross country in in a neglected derelict. Floatplane what could go wrong. Find Out in floatplane pain by Pat Heseltine. As with most bad decisions this one started with good intentions in nineteen eighty one. I was a twenty four year old pilot in amp mechanic with more than a thousand hours logged including six hundred dusting crops we owned beach musketeer but wanted something more versatile. A friend told us about a Cessna. One eighty five on straight floats. That was up for auction in New Iberia Louisiana the heart of Cajun country and a world away from our home in Washington. It was taxiing across the water. When across win tip the wing and left it floating upside down. There was no structural damage. So the airplane was flushed with freshwater a new starter. Magnet does and sparkplugs were installed in the engine pickled with fresh oil but the insurance company wanted sold. We bid fifteen thousand dollars sight unseen and one clearly. We paid too much too young pilot friends and I took a commercial jet to Louisiana in March and drove to Pelican Aviation's ramp where the airplane was sitting. It was structurally sound but a pathetic looking. Derelict was swampy orange and white paint. After sitting for months the cow flaps and controls frozen the sagging headliner was full of mud. The instruments were all half full of water and it needed a manifold gauge fuel flow gauge airspeed indicator tachometer and alternator at this point. It's worth noting. A large body of medical research says the brain is fully developed by age. Twenty five but emotional. Maturity is different. A two thousand thirteen British study reported. Women don't reach full emotional maturity until age. Thirty two men take an additional eleven years to reach emotional maturity. Perhaps that and our meager budget helps explain some of our decisions for instance to prepare the airplane for flying more than two thousand five hundred miles over four days. We visited the local auto parts store and purchase a Stewart Warner oil pressure gauge connected to the engine and hung it outside the airplanes glove compartment. We borrowed installed an old tachometer and manifold pressure gauge from assessment tools trusting work. But we didn't replace the broken compass and the radio was intermittent topping off this. Air Nautical Stack of Jenga blocks. We replaced the alternator with one from a car. That component lasted about five minutes into our first flight. Meaning we had to remove the heavy battery every afternoon and then find someone with a charger for an overnight boost. Only one of the three of us not. I had any floatplane time. Amir seven hours in a Piper j three cub. That was seven hours more than he had spent in assessment. One eighty five. A storm was rolling in the day. We were ready to depart. So we were in a rush to take off despite the twenty. Not Cross wind ripping across our aquatic runway which was really a drainage ditch one of the veteran charter pilots who landed as we were heading out past us. Were the days look and said my God. I hope I never have to do that again. We looked at each other and seemed to share the same thought. We're just taking off not landing. Shortly after liftoff. Our pilot asked for a heading to Houston. I said it should be on the map. Okay he said. GimMe the map. The problem was all our charts. Were back in Pelicans office. We had a robust debate which included the charter pilots comments about his landing but decided to land the guy in the office. Said I can't believe you came back after our legs. Quick shaking we took off again and headed west with our maps which we soon discovered were expired and featured some floatplane facilities that were out of business. We might've been more concerned except it felt like the tail was coming off because the airplane was vibrating. In-flight intermittently looking out a side window. I saw a shadow on one of the floats that showed a brace violently moving up and down also. The stall warning continually sounded like a distant whistle. Fortunately both were easy to fix during our first landing when we reached Houston without a Functional Radio. We'd circles at the far end of the field anticipating a light signal from the tower since our sixty gallon tanks only provided three and a half hours of flying time. And we were running low. We finally decided to land naturally the tower phone down when we landed and asked why we never contacted them. I explain what happened and got off easy but I suspect many people we met felt the sooner we were out of their airspace. The better the first evening we landed on a lake north of Dallas heading north. The next morning we landed in drainage canals ponds and rivers figuring out how to get ABG gas as we went sometimes fuel trucks would drive to where we were other times. Ferried fuel and a half a dozen five gallon containers. We carried in the airplane. Our final destination was yanked in South Dakota which has an Army Corps of Engineers facility on Lake Yanked in near the Nebraska border after landing tied the airplane to a dock sitting by itself inside a compound surrounded by hurricane fence after scaling that fence like Spiderman. We walked into town and got a room so I could plan the final fifteen hundred miles of our journey. I called my cousin. Three hundred miles north in mobridge South Dakota and said we should see him around lunchtime. Great he said before asking how we would land a float plane on the Missouri River. When it was iced-over granted this was one thousand. Nine hundred eighty one and whether information was harder to get but I should have made a few calls before leaving Washington earlier in the week and checked out in route conditions. We decided to return home by commercial jet and come back when the ice was gone before leaving acton we jumped the fence again near some no trespassing. Signs and a half. A dozen corps of Engineers truck soon arrived after explaining our predicament. They let us leave the airplane tied to the dock with our promise to be back soon. Three weeks later the pilot and I returned with my dad and his musketeer. We cruise two hundred miles to fort. Pierre when the Cessnas fuel pump quit working that required us to pull. The pump walked to a farmer's home in the dark and then visit the local crop duster to rebuild the pump in his shop. When we finished it was held together with baling wire and duct tape but worked well enough to start the engine several more times and get us safely home. The one eighty five eventually was refurbished. It is now flying in Alaska. There's an old motto. All's well that ends well but like many broad statements. It requires some qualifiers despite having lots of diverse experiences pilots and mechanics. We were ill prepared for this adventure if someone has concerns. It's a good idea to speak up while slowing down the pace. It's also a lot safer and less stressful solving problems on the ground than in the air the never again podcast is brought to you monthly by. "Is underway ad which ever gets the most votes that's we're talking about an exactly an hour I'm right now back out to you Matt Santa Rosa on these boards later I'm out what's on tonight as we go in long time listener first time caller not long mad because I've only been here for about like where are we at right now about nine months about nine miles out honestly I've honestly we just wanted to say that on the radio okay all right yeah if you if you got if you got if you either got pregnant or you've got someone pregnant the night we started I congrats you might just have the baby last night SO two part question I know you don't know what to do without one go head would you want to say about the back it's a two part question so Rogers was to retire today would you consider him a top ten quarterback of all time and when his career is all said and done where do you think he's going to rank all time well I first need to ask you by what metric are we are we using you know what I mean because whenever we get into that kind of conversation I think error Rogers is one of the classic guys for this conversation because if you're asking me is he one of the top ten most talented quarterbacks of all time no question is the one of the top ten most successful quarterbacks of all time no I mean that's the the right is the age old debate people like if Aaron Rodgers had been a patriot the last eighteen years what would that look like how many see rules what do you want I don't know I don't know if it's as many as Brady I think it's probably more than the one that he has but you know it's it's difficult I do think he is one of the more talented natural quarterbacks we've ever seen absolutely agree with you yeah Matt reset it and then it is far as where he's gonna end up when he's done all I'm a lot has to do with what happens in those final few years and I don't even know for really in the final few years the way quarterbacks are going now he's thirty five years old could have six or seven more seasons I mean if he does then history couldn't could say a lot in terms of what happens in those seven years as you win two more super bowls that's gonna change does not want anymore the not so that's the opposite direction thank you very much put that out thanks to Greg Cosell farms out it was they who heads our captain Marvel inbred white Hey captain was going on first of all I gotta tell you your rapidly come my favorite show on KNBR and that's saying a little bit since I've been listening to it for a good twenty five years you Sir I appreciate you yeah yeah so real and and lance unites you you said some really nice things about Packer fans about the whole environment my wife and I have traveled to Lambeau on a couple occasions and I bought a couple more times some friends and you know you hit last night you can not it's a college environment you can not find a more friendly fan base visiting situation we couldn't buy a drink we we got invited to their needs you know this tailgate party that Bill Gates party it's it's it's something that it it's it's not normal in two days it NFL now at fort Pierre Roger staying I've seen that guy doing that I don't think I've seen any other quarterback do give me a defense let him go and this is coming from the truly as a Packer's fan but I was an honor season ticket holder from eighty five two thousand and ten I couldn't take losing anymore and and the tailgate party just the old gang working together anymore if you can understand and it's a long drive in a long day but I'll tell you what I'm looking forward to this Sunday may the best team win hello the Niners love the Packers and if anybody gets a chance to go to Lambeau field you're not going to be disappointed that town will treat you right now yeah I captain thank you thank you for the kind words the all the closest thing I've ever experienced outside of Lambeau to Lambeau is Notre Dame all right Notre Dame kind of does that where everybody will come up G. after the game if you if you go to Notre Dame and wind like if you're a fan of a team that goes to Notre Dame and wins on your way out they're not gonna floating at you they're not gonna blow you they're not gonna flip you off they're going to walk over there going to shake your hand they're gonna say congrats on the wind and did you enjoy yourself I is seriously it's crazy and you say you don't experience that a lot of the NFL I don't think you spirits allowed anywhere anymore I mean it is truly going back in time when you when you visit a place like this went in foster city all my stomping grounds growing up have we taken a call from foster city yet on the show since that bread you might be the first man what's going on no not too much you do a mark I am fantastic so I just wanted to go your previous comments in the previous caller's comments on the fans in Green Bay a few years ago I went up to Lambeau this is still in the Harbaugh era watch the watched the Niners play the Packers and the fans were just absolutely outstanding they were absolutely person I'm wearing my Montana Jersey and they're all like no not the guy we can get behind previous caller they're buying me drinks just absolutely first class by contrast last December I went up to Seattle to watch yeah and they were not so close yeah a little different will differ on that one yeah Brian I I I appreciate it and I'll tell you why you a Packer game get gilded into being more full did you ever been in your entire life I it's like you goal you go from tail gate to tail gate and each time you're sitting there looking at what they offer you you like I I have to I have to look up but I've already had already had seven different blocks in another one but you have to it's like they they I mean they're so nice the they they just make your plate and I I I'm I'm I'm tell you I've never felt like that before my life my stomach is is still just get over it I've got a recommendation on up front Brett Farr steak house we went there the night before absolutely fantastic the start of the evening with they start the evening with cheese curds you know we we did that it's call Crolles well it's kind of a well known place that's been featured on food channels our local place we have the cheese curds there they were they were great too but Brett Farr stake out absolutely highly recommend our brand thanks very much good to hear from you yeah when when you when you think of cheese curds you you you think of that but part of a broad fox no I actually the one thing about that whole trip and the eating and everything that just didn't why do you fit me cheese curds when you're at the steak house and you know what's coming was like counter productive it's a little bit like going for a Mexican meal and having eight bowls of chips before your breed arrives cheese curds fill you opt in in a hot second I'm like I've got a a medium rare you know New York steak on the way where probably no ten pounds of mashed potatoes with butter all over it and I and all this is all the way and I'm sitting here popping cheese curds Hey did it doesn't work somehow works there anyway all right it only can be ours the number okay let's dive into this so I spent some time on the internet today check it out Jimmy G. and Aaron Rodgers so okay let's do this because now we've got access to this and I'm not talking like I'm not gonna go crazy here I'm not gonna turn into the Elias sports bureau and I'm I'm not going to I'm not even gonna turn into Farhan Zaidi like I'm not I'm not running all kinds of advanced analytics I'm simply looking up stats the goal little bit further than just the norm I have the norm but then we've got some others too and I'll give you a brass after I announce each one so that you can gas who is better in that particular stat like for instance this is not QB rating but you know that QBR stop the adjusted QB rating who do you think has a higher QB rating L. Rogers or Jimmy Garoppolo Justin QB are this year drop below is higher then Aaron Rodgers all yeah doubt regular quarterback rating Rogers a little bit ahead of of GVG who's been sacked more times one has twenty two one only has nineteen who's been stocked more times the answer is Aaron Rodgers your.

The captives were farmed out to a number of native families in the sand, tribe and traveled with them for several weeks. Meanwhile, Martin charger of the Teton tribe heard about the captives Paul together a group of young Braves, known to their own tribe as the crazy banned. The Teton band had only one horse, and one rifle left and days of travel before them to reach a fort where the captives could be turned over the details of the negotiation and the journey to fort Pierre read like an adventure story.
