"To a brand new thing hey folks I'm Kevin Correa and this is your E sports minute. Psionics is continuing to make major headway as it relates to partnering with major car manufacturers around the globe. Earlier last month it was BMW and today it's the American cornerstone for cars, Ford motors. The two entities will be expanding on their already existing collaboration as rocket legal feature two different models of the Ford Mustang in game. A 1965 Mustang Shelby GT3 50 R will represent the muscle history of the car and the other will be a rocket powered variant of the Mustang Mach-E crossover. The future of the Mustang. Both will be available on December 9th and in addition, Ford will be the main presenting sponsor for the rlcs fall major that begins later this week in Sweden, which is particularly exciting as it will be the first time in over a year that we see how these regions stack up against each other. Yesterday in Valorant champions we saw one of the best teams in North America eliminated in group play following a heated matchup for sentinels against crew eSports. Unfortunately, three games later, sentinels ends their Group B play with a one and two record and have a tough pill to swallow after this event. One NA team however will be advancing to the playoffs as cloud 9 blue defeats vision strikers in a three game series of their own, a fairly close one at that with back and forth to make it an entertaining one. Currently another NA team in envy is trying to join an advancing to the next round, but their opponent in X ten K will not make it easy. The Omicron Non-Emergency

"The non emergency, according to The Wall Street Journal. The World Health Organization obviously is saying that the new variant poses a high new risk. And that beyond the large mutations in its spike protein, that we don't know that if this has increased transmissibility or could make vaccine antibodies less effective. South African doctors say that the cases are milder and cause different symptoms noticeably fatigue. Many are young people who might be expected to have milder symptoms. But breakthrough infections have also been mild. I don't think it will blow over. But I think it will be a mild disease hopefully. Despite all of this, European countries are now entertaining another round of lockdowns. Because they worried that socialized healthcare systems could get overwhelmed. This is The Wall Street Journal I'm reading from. 92% of adults in America have COVID antibodies. 92%. As of September from vaccines or prior infection. That means only 8% of America hasn't yet been exposed to the virus. Governor Cathy hoka, who of course is trying to win another term, she hasn't even won one term. Let's just say, when a term as governor, she's the accidental governor, she's like Gerald Ford. She she thinks that you become governor of New York by sewing fear and having total shutdowns and lockdowns, somehow that is something that state of New York wants.

The Media Refuses to Recognize the Monster of Waukesha Christmas Parade

"Because CNN said it, a car drove through a parade. A car. Washington Post, an axe, and people call it in an accident, was no accident. How could anybody call this an accident? This evil monster. A felony, and this guy, wow. What a piece of work he is, what a piece of work this guy is. I mean, beating up his girlfriend, felony charges, convicted felon, trying to find the story about who this guy really is. It's unreal. What this guy is all of what this guy guy know business being out on the streets. And yet, the media refuses to talk about it. I'm not going to say his name. I hate giving anybody even the notoriety that maybe they seek. This 39 year old felon was slapped in cuffs May 26th outside the county hearth in and Union City Georgia. According to police records obtained by Fox News, a witness allegedly overheard this guy pummel his 30 year old girlfriend and the mother of one of his children through the motel wall at about one a.m. and confronted him. Cops responded, they concluded he had struck his girlfriend, she had bruising redness around her eyes. He was arrested for battery, 5 months later. He ran the same woman over. Now listen to this. On November 2nd, this monster, according to prosecutors, ran his girlfriend over with the same red Ford escape that he used to kill all those people and walk ashore Wisconsin.

What REALLY Happened In Waukesha, Wisconsin

"In the last 24 hours, there was a terrorist attack and walk Asha Wisconsin. You probably saw it dominated the news cycle Sunday evening? Where there was a Christmas parade and walk ashore Wisconsin, which is just west of Milwaukee, really good people out there right near where I grew up. There was a Christmas parade with local high schools, bands, color guard, everything seemed to be going as planned. And then, a man driving, a red Ford escape, blitz through the parade. Indiscriminately, running over women, children, where as of right now, there are 5 people that have been killed. That's right, 5 people killed by this terrorist attack. And over 20 hospitalized and injured. Now, it's one thing to kill somebody. It's another thing to drive through a Christmas parade, killing children and everything that comes across your way, I guess you could say. Now, of course, the media was on pins and needles trying to see if they could turn this into a race crime issue. The media is already trying to chatter online saying, oh, I wonder if this is another domestic violent extremist, a white supremacist. You know, CNN over the weekend said there's nothing more frightening in America today than an angry white man that's CNN. CNN is set by John Blake. There's nothing more frightening in America today than an angry white man. The brute, the buck, and of course the thug, CNN writes. These are just some of the names for racial stereotypes that haunted the collective imagination of white America since the nation's inception. The connect with the Kyle rittenhouse story, but of course, the media is going to now memory hole and suppress this entire walk of Shaw story because the terrorist who ran over children and killed at least 5 people and maybe even more, by the way, we're waiting to see how many people have died because of this man. Is a Black Lives Matter activist.

Darrell Brooks: Everything We Know About the Waukesha Attack Suspect

"Shows. The driver taken into custody over the fatal Christmas parade crime in Wisconsin that left 5 people dead dozens injured has been identified 39 year old Daryl Brooks is being questioned over the deadly crash. That took place Sunday afternoon yesterday afternoon, according to law enforcement sources. They say he, as a lengthy criminal history, there are allegations he was fleeing a separate incident that involved a knife fight. Andy no on social media says he has a huge social media history, shows him dancing in front of a red Ford escape, presumably the same vehicle that was used as a weapon against the innocent people of walker Shaw. There's a lot of social media stuff which seems to indicate this is a Black Lives Matter supporter. This guy posted a lot of vicious stuff on social media. He is a career criminal who was released from jail two days prior to the incident after posting a $1000 bail for three misdemeanors and two felonies. He has a history of resisting arrest, obstruction, battery, statutory, sexual seduction, strangulation, suffocation, property destruction, illegal firearm possession, bail jumping, domestic violence, drug related charges, and he's a registered sex offender. Sounds like a just a peach of a guy, and he's like a real nice

"But I have to share a reaction from a Democrat in Illinois, that you need to hear, because to me, this sums up the giant riff between the Republican Party and the Democrat party in America. You want to be an independent, you want to be an independent. You want to be a Democrat for your Democrat. But if you're a Democrat, you share a party affiliation with a woman named Mary le mansky. Larry Mary le mansky is apparently the social media director for the Democratic Party in dupage county, Illinois. She's being blasted for a Twitter tirade. Where she referred to this Wisconsin rampage, a car plowing over children, grandmothers, this beautiful group of grandmothers called the dancing grannies, apparently one of the fatalities was one of those grandmothers, children lying on the ground being run over by this monster in his red Ford escape. You want to know what the social media director of demic of for the Democrats in dupage county Illinois tweeted? It was probably just self defense, Mary le manski wrote. Living in Wisconsin, he probably felt threatened. She added more sarcasm to her evil tweets. I'm sure he didn't want to hurt anyone. He came to help people.

"And as we dive into this horrific horrific crime in walker Shaw Wisconsin, this act of evil that almost brings us all collectively to our knees to think about that beautiful, beautiful, celebration that kicked off the holidays, the annual walker shot Christmas parade, the dancing grannies. There was at least one fatality. Attributed to one of the grandmothers and the dancing grannies, of course, there were children, bad members, want you to remember that good always triumphs over evil. And there's a couple of things you could take away from what happened in walker Shaw. I am very mindful of seeing swarms of people immediately tend to those who were fallen those on the ground. The videos and the videos are very difficult to watch. And I'm sorry if you watch us on Salem news channel, I want to be sure that we warn you that the video is graphic. Sir William Blackstone's Case for Self-Defense Holds True Nearly 300 Years Later

"William Blackstone from 1723 to 1780 said the following. Self defense is justly called the primary law of nature. So it is not neither can it be, in fact, ever taken away by the laws of society. William Blackstone, the architect of the western justice system. Said that self defense is justly called the primary law of nature. Think about the significance of what he's saying there. But if you're not able to defend yourself against an aggressor, then you are violating at the core, the social contract of your existence in the laws of nature and nature's God. Now Blackstone meant this both for people like Kyle rittenhouse and Brett Kavanaugh. You see black stone was not just saying that you should be able to defend yourself against the child rapist who wants to kill you, like Kyle rittenhouse, but also against people like Christine balls a Ford, who decide to come out and say, you know. I think you did something bad to me. And Brett Kavanaugh's should be able to say, that's not true. Blackstone understood that an aggressor going after an innocent that the innocent has a moral and biblical obligation to defend oneself. And that's really what's on trial here, isn't it? It's not just that Kyle rittenhouse, according to the activist media, should not have been able to defend himself in the street. It's not that just Kyle rittenhouse should not be able to defend himself against rosenbaum or whatever that freakazoid is. No, no, no. It's that Kyle rittenhouse should not even be able to defend himself in court.

"Folks I am talking to Joel berry not to be confused with crunch berry or really any berry, Joel berry you're your own man, and you grew that beard of your own volition. Did you grunt it out in hopes of landing a gig with the Babylon bee? Because I know that if they see an unbearded youth walk in, they just think like he's probably not reforms enough for us, right? Yeah. Well, I was hired and I started reading spurgeon and like the next morning, it just was incredible. I'm going a beard virtually all the time. But I just shave it off before anybody notices. But I want you to know that it's there. You know, it's happening, basically. It's happening as much as your beard is happening. It's growing about the same rate. See that sometimes. I think you should the next few years. If you take certain vitamins, you could like grunt it out in four days. It's unbelievable. Okay, so here's my question for you. When you were growing up, like ten minutes ago, who were your heroes? Who were your comedy heroes? Is there anything that influenced you or what's your comedy thing? Well, you know it came a little bit later in life. I'll be honest. I was homeschooled very sheltered. You know, I grew up in the world where you know you don't watch The Simpsons, you know, you stay away from The Simpsons. So I had to kind of play catch up later on. But I want to know what level are we talking? It's one thing to avoid The Simpsons. It's another thing to turn your own butter. Like where were you on that spectrum? You were maybe a step above churning our own butter. We were pretty long Jean skirts on the ladies. Oh yes. And like a whole Holly hobby kind of aesthetic? Yeah. So those early Apple on B jokes where we would talk about the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, introducing its first baptist supermodel in the long Jean skirt. Those jokes were also too good. It's too good. So yeah, so what did so when did you I mean, was it reading the onion? What was it? What were you reading that made you think I want to do this? Unless it was the B itself. Yeah, it was the B itself, you know? I think the bee was originally inspired by what the onion did. Our founder Adam Ford, he read an onion headline shortly after the Alberta fell decision when they redefine the meaning of marriage at the Supreme Court. And it was something to the effect of forced Supreme Court Justices suddenly realized that they will be the villains in an upcoming Oscar winning movie. You know? And that's a pretty good headline, right? Yeah, it's very good. And I think Adam at that point, he read that. And even though he vehemently disagreed with the point of view of the onion, he had to respect the joke. Why aren't we doing

You know like you said going up to somebody just to say hello if they're sitting by themselves or you see them that in and of it's self is even much more valuable than than a small act of kindness because you have no idea what kind of impact that can have or if you see someone being bullied worry. See something happening in saying while. I'm only one person. What really can i do about it right like you do a lot about it. You know that. And i think that a lot of times in our in the world today we are tend to be indifferent which means we stand by and we watch things happen and we say well. It's not happening to me. So why should why. Should i get involved. Or why should i be concerned because what if it was happening to you. Wouldn't you like somebody to speak up for you if you felt like you.

"Today's episode. We're talking about being quick isn't always efficient. So if he has an end of this podcast i'm your host sacree ford and dozen the insurer already argument by already was said nine a little bit about this podcast. What about in this episode. It's going to be really good one. And i hope it applies to some areas of your life gives you a little perspective in a mindset shift in a positive way so if you haven't checked out some recent episodes make sure to do that. I would highly appreciate that. You guys are absolutely amazing just for for many things you guys have such a reminder before he started the podcast. Dismiss listening here. You guys are amazing. Guys have god-given purpose. And that's why i'm here to make this. Podcast is to show you guys that no matter what fears you have when you push through them you on the other side of your fears. You feel so much better and just by making progress. You feel uplifted now to keep this. Podcast focused on being quick. Isn't always efficient. You know the main point is sometimes going fast and busy is not efficient. Because when you when you go really fast you may skip steps for example. Let's say your cooking a recipe right. That's just the first thing that comes to mind. Let's say you're you're cooking a recipe mac and cheese homemade mac and cheese recipe. I should say that. Or you're like baking something right. Let's say you're making mac and cheese and you skip a few steps right. You're not gonna get really good cheese in the end right so. Of course he got adult the ingredients you know you gotta gotta bake the noodles yacht to not make the nose. Got a boil noodles. You know if you could get on still do that. You got a you know. Draining got asked him butter. Gotta add some cheese to add some extra cheese. I you got to really add a variety of cheeses in there to to make it homemade to make it really tasty and just add some milk. Maybe just given enough time. Don't don't cook it for too long. Don't under cook it. Don't let it so in water for too long and and get all you know soggy in stock 'cause that wouldn't tastes good either so just.

"I want you guys might challenges to congratulate them. Don't don't just be like oh. Hey johnny like. I'm glad you're changing. I'm glad you're growing and stuff and saying sort of in like a pessimistic way or or just kind of saying hey good job. On changing in the sense that you're in the sense of you're judging them rather than encouraging them and encouraging them in their their progress in their growth in their change so basically what. I'm what i'm saying is don't put other people down when they're changing when they're in a season of growth but rather motivate encourage uplift them in. That's going to improve. Not only the other person's day but also your yourself in your mindset is well. They had a spreading the positive energy and motivation encouragement as a super amazing way to to improve. Everyone's lives and your mindset as well so because the next part is sentence because they stopped talking about it because they're too busy being about it so this is talking about action over talk right because there's a lot of people myself included sometimes where we just talk about recording a podcast. Talk about changing your life talk about meeting that new person taking on that new passion writing a book writing you know seh music learn new new things really taking persistence in committing to having a quality sleep schedule which is something. I'm working on now. I've actually committed to this. Could be a few things right. You can be in the mist of action. You can be in your season of action rather than your season of talking. And i feel like this is something to really dive deep into you. Because when you are consistent with your work inconsistent with things that you are good at and you want to grow grow in Skills you wanna grow inhabits when grown consistency is really important you know through through that again. The name of this podcast just to remind you guys. The best way to make changes persist through the unknown. So even if in the middle of someone's changing season in even in the middle of someone's difficulty misunderstanding confusion. Just they're they're hard season there.

"A what's a guys. Welcome back to the podcast episode. I'm your host zachary ford and this episode is about stepping how to how to step into the unknown socially in overcome your fear meeting new people. If you guys are new to this podcast. I just wanted to. You know that you guys are amazing in this. Share my gifts not my gifts but by experiences in my back story with the is in hope that it inspires you in encourages you up of today provides you value. That's worth thing so let's jump in today's podcast episode. So the idea of this. Podcast came from when i was in freshman year of high school and i was wanting to build up. Nfl like one of the ways to improve. Your communication is to normally speak to other people and put yourself out there in in talk with people in public in in your schools and things like that are in your work. Not just do that. But the focus on listening to other people as well intentionally listening to what they have to say in there. What what they're cares about their thoughts and their passions are that kind of thing and just allowing them to speak allowing them to be present in the moment in in speak their thoughts and you allowing them to speak as well without interruption and just having a genuine conversation feel like that's really important is the aspect of listening and that is really important in leadership positions. I is for me. Leadership positions would anomaly. Fifteen right now k. Fifteen turned fifteen. June twenty third so. I'm super excited and get into drive soon. Gay give permits soon. That's worth thing Anyways i over the time. I was in school and i wanted to dilemma leadership skills in one of the ways i did that was stepping into a esp leadership..

"And sometimes i don't accept them. I feel like in that situation. I'm trying to be humble basically in five not accepting that in not giving ourselves that credit is you know can be hard and things like that because doesn't lead us to make us feeling good and things like that so the above pretty much. The what. I was talking to us being too hard on earth out selves. And things like that i. It may also be. The impact in mesa may also be the result of behavior. You know of us over overvaluing others opinions of us right over your own including us. You know having personal insecurities that we wanna keep private in some things that you're insecure about or some personal things you keep yourself because you don't wanna share those to everyone and put your whole heart out there in your whole self out 'cause then people can take advantage of that in different things like that. You really don't want to fall into that trap but that's a little bit of another sub topic that we're not going to get into but yeah and and this is also where we we also seek validation from from other people to about two to validate insecurities about validate like who we are so that we can continue like feeling sort of good or secure in that bad place. in a way i'm not saying you're insecurities are bad or you shouldn't have them. It's completely okay. You should accept your your unique in union securities and realized that those insecurities are not all of you. It's just a part of you part of your character and you could always change some of those things to paying what those they are. What some of those insecurities are in just accepting yourself. It also improving yourself over. Time and discontinued baiting yourself. I think is something that's really going to bring you. Self confidence self esteem. Things like that and we as saying earlier. You seek the validation of others to fill us things like that but this doesn't never usually works out well for the long term like we may feel good in the moment for a little bit of our time. But it's not gonna last in the way that we think it does so one of the next things. I'm going to talk to you. Guys about is your. Don't worry about what other people think about you. Just focus on being the type of person he wanna be with your friends and with your community. The people you connect with and others are Do realize that have the self awareness that others are anxious about whether people think you right. But they're worried about themselves things like that. Everyone has something going on right and just having the self awareness and realizing that. Hey you're not alone. You're not just this one off thing that nobody connects with right your unique and yeah so the next next and last thing we're talking about is you may look around you and think that everybody has a life figured out But they honestly don't right. You know. I'm still trying to figure saddam only fourteen right. You could be what fifty seven still getting stuff. Ford actually forty-seven shaded birthday. The other day. I was really good but he was so honestly the next thing is just mike. Remember you guys are on the same remember. You guys are on the same same time. Timetable assigned same. Time line is other people and you're not expected to live the life in the same order as as either you know just all right guys. It's kinda hard. Hey kyw's can you like kind of keep it quiet a little bit trying to record something. I'm doing something. Okay all right guys so recording a podcast as well as having people talk is kind of annoying little disturbing. But it's all good guys ruin persist through this and i apologize if i'm talking too fast guys don't understand what i'm saying or you just don't connect with it well so i definitely apologized for any things like that or disruptions or you guys. Don't understand it so definitely. Let me know your feedback. I would really appreciate that but anyways guys again you may look around you realize that everybody may seem like they have their life figured out. You know they really don't right so don't measure self by others But measures delphi. Who you are in your experiences Who who you are in. In god's image because god major unique in major u n you should accept that in continuing to improve yourself in your relationship with jesus. I'll guys enjoy this podcast and enjoy what you guys are. What Watching him and you know you're not expected to live the life in the same order as other people so be you unique. Live for god's timing for your life and so if you guys want further. This is the entities podcasts. Will guys enjoyed. We're going to keep this release short fred around twelve minutes right now. So if you guys enjoyed puppies is one investment. Thank you for listening through and i hope all is well for you. Guys have amazing blessing encouraging day. I'll see you guys all in the next podcast right now. One more thing is on record as you guys may be listening to this podcast. I'm currently in in person score. Now if you whenever you guys listening to so. I don't know azam recording us. I don't know how that looks so whatever podcast recording at that time like What's going to look like. But anyways guys on fat last part made sense. But i don't know where i'm going to be in the future so just living living with who. I am now conciliate improving my day. The next couple of steps. Like like i said my fourth. I think it was my fourth. Podcast making progress to the mess right. Just focusing on the next step. I spent my last podcast. I think is a really valuable lesson. Just when you feel like you're behind or you're not making progress. You wanna make or not accomplishing dreams. Just first of all give yourself a break in this. Focus on making that next thing. So how amazing. What should we redo guys. Thank you for listening to this podcast. Pre don't hesitate make. She shared the friend and leave a review as well as Sharing with the friend. I think is what i meant to say. And i'll let you guys so much amazing rest of your day and let me know if you guys like shorter. Podcast longer podcast. "The website only has thirty minute max to re of recording time and i went to like three three minutes and twenty two seconds or something now so mad got a chance for follows and stuff but it's all good but anyways guys today's podcast is about. We may hesitate because we fear what other people think about us now. This is a big topic. So and i've had trouble with this stuff too so we're gonna make this really short really focused. So if he has a watching You to make sure. I subscribe comment below. I've listened to your i. I enjoy this podcast. And i appreciate you guys so much. If you guys are listening on any podcast streaming platform. I'll be going amazing. Makes you guys lieber review or message me on instagram. At zachary ford. Six to three. And i appreciate you guys leaving review in sharing your context of how you enjoy this. Podcast also shared this with a friend. If you think they would find this episode or this podcast valuable. And i appreciate you guys so much so right now. We're at like what one minute. Forty foot seven seconds so anyways marie off some notes on my computers if you guys are washington youtube looking down that's be too but anyways guys let's get straight into it right now. It's five twenty two pm on what is it is april ten point eight one at five twenty three. Pm we are going to eat pizza from papa. Murphy's in riot twenty minutes or something. So i don't twenty minutes. I don't know what y'all are doing it twenty minutes from now if he has listening or watching to this but i hope i was doing well whether it's eating dinner or you're in the middle of the day. I don't know what you guys are doing but anyways guys hope it is going amazing and let's get it into it so one of the things. I'm going to be sharing with the eisenhower podcast. I remember when i was doing a we were in my sixth period class. It was la classing. We're doing this. You're basically there's a. There's a service called palate dot com. Or whatever you guys probably don't know what it is but it's basically just where you all students fill out basically like answer questions fill out something basically like a place where you can answer questions and type things or something but anyways we send all that in what it was talking about was not team lessons for teens and stuff and we'll answer that in. I got some really interesting lessons from that. That took from other people as well and wanted to incorporate into this podcast. So get into a couple of those pretty much you know king weather people think about us. It's like a big topic but one of the main things i realized was right now. I'm only fourteen. But i realized that no one really no one else really cares. You know completely what you normally. what does the how. I don't know why i get this. Mix up when i'm saying it. No one really thinks about you as much as you think they do. Because they're worried about what they're worried about themselves worried about their work their passions their ideas their their worries and insecurities of different things like that and people people do. Think about you people do care about you for example your parents your friends Whether that's relationships you may have wherever that is people. Do think of you and people always judge you in some way shape or form. So i consider Anchorage is to to life. That that is that is great. Where you on you. You trust in god where you you have something great going for you guys you know. Passions ideas goals whatever that is just taking action on those moving forward and making the best out of that. and so. Yeah because people always going to be dodging you right. People may feel what other people think you. People are always going to be judging you in some way. There's gonna be people that like you know what you're doing like emission. They connect with you in other people. Agar enough judge it in inspired negativity around you but you gotta realize that those people aren't for you right. There's people that are forty people that aren't for you right. And that's okay so leading those people go on with your life and connecting with the people that support you and thanks people go. I think is really important. So i'm super glad my microsoft at all the stuff before this recording this super excited but we're brown five minutes now. We keep this really short but our house talk about some of the things so people in teams Could also be not not even just teens. But i think people in general but like teens for the sake of this podcast Over yourselves fry immer to ourselves in you know what is it so pretty much like i feel like were to ourselves. Sometimes we need to give ourselves more credit. You know not over. Dodgers was basically You know because overcharging Ourselves could lead to self low self confidence in low self esteem and things like that. "And to have that all right. So let's go onto a couple of things and let me gather my notes real quick because having but also free styling. This is something. I kind of learning this and learning through podcasting so i hope you guys are enjoying so-fi and if you guys do have any requests again or any ideas suggestions or things may want me to fix on. Just contact me either check. My instagram zachary ford three z. A. c. a. r. y. o. r. d. six to three guys take on my instagram or Links description on youtube. Whatever you guys prefer but Enough of that right so the reason you guys listen to this. Podcast is because you guys wanted to guide Hesitation to make some changes in challenging ambitions. So basically there's ambitions you have were activities you enjoy performing or you wanted to Get better school that on whether that's youtube. Social media related activities or that's another profession or hobby. You may want to get better. At whatever that is continued products thing first of all continue practicing that and getting better that skill In those skills in those little things you need to continually repeat and things you need to get better at are they can be challenging right. You have this big ambitions that may be small ambitions short-term goals but they may be even macro huge goals and ambitions. Well i'm both are important but either way You may have your top challenges in your pursuit of your ambitions and your goals and your god given gifts and god's plan for your life in this constantly exploring and expanding is important and that's kinda. Why created this podcast as well creep. Don't hesitate and Whether this gets a lot of lessons listeners attention or reaches a couple of people reaches you listening to this right now. whether that's you listening just you or a bunch of people. Where am i going with this. You're going to have challenges. You're not going to know what to do right. You're gonna face roadblocks and you're gonna hesitate to do things because you don't enjoy the process or there's just something holding you back and Things like that. So there's a lotta like to go over in this conversation on little things that i'm hearing myself even say right now. That are important to import in sub topics to speak about as well all right. You take a breath right. I think i'm doing pretty well guys. Yeah let's go. let's go and feeling fired up sick out a little bit guys. The guys join so far. Makes you get up and move around. Shake out a little bit. yourself moving. I'm trying not to use filler words and things to distract myself from the main important topics of this podcast. So let's get right into it. Okay all right so hesitate make challenges changes in challenging ambitions. all right. that's a wrap on the podcast guys. I'm totally messing with these guys However now making changes can be hard right. Making changes can be You know debbie call in you will hesitate on making changes on any rather repeat them and just go down the cycle that year Already pursuing And i think that is what did i say. Path that you're pursuing Going down that okay. Wow all right. Guys i need some pointers. I need to sing a song. I hope is does not do wrong by the bam our guys so what. We ten minutes and sixteen seconds right now or actually you know what i was gonna say. The thing that i was going to say was When you hesitate to make changes or continue persisting in your ambitions either way whatever it is if you if you're not feeling it or you're not feeling the process you guys also have to give yourself a break you know. My mom tells me like when whenever you're not a productive or you're not where you wanna be or you're not having the Productive actions you wanna have given moment or situation or a day just giving herself a break moving around and not over. Judging yourself is important because you're not always going to feel like doing stuff in not okay. Right were humans. We're not supposed to always feel amazing because Our bodies our minds our souls are protecting us From any danger or things like that so We're gonna you know buys. You're trying to protect us. So avoiding in dot fear avoiding that That tension avoiding that you know that change staying in your negative habits is a way to keep yourself safe however in the long term. That's not gonna necessarily with. That's not necessarily gonna lead you to the i'll places where you wanna be. No that's not necessarily a bad thing you know. Everyone has their own journey. You know we're going to have pitfalls and things like that even for me like i've fellow. I've just felt like actually know what i'm young. I'm you know as i'm recording is like i'm only fourteen turning fifteen on like june twenty third in your comment on youtube. If you what your birthday as guys Can i am curious. Who's who's born in june. Who's not i'm yeah. Let me know if you're if you're out there but they going. Yeah so interesting. Yeah but you guys. I am a.
