I listen, I am a Miami hurricane. The rivalry with Florida State. I can't stand the Florida Gators. Sorry, but one just my personal There are a few football teams. I just can't deal with Steve Spurrier ruined me for the Gators. But I will say that I've always had nothing but respect for Bobby Bowden, not just what he accomplished, but how he accomplished. I thought he was a class act. He always treated me very well when we would go to his coaches camps. And 90 years old Covert. 19 says he feels fine. He'll see how the next day the next couple of days work out for him, You know, to bring it a little closer to home. I just read it was just reported by Tyler Drake in our Web team. That theory Zona Wildcats head football coach Kevin Someone is now positive. Wow. Now old is coach someone I don't know the answer to that in the late forties. I was gonna say 50 50, but I'm still a relatively young guy, especially compared about about this was in the hospital had have assert a little bit of surgery had had the cancer's removed from his skin. He's 90 years old, So he's in a much more risk your category Someone is 56, okay? Yeah. So that stuff, so I wonder what they do is they get ready to play football? Pac 12 gonna play football soon? Yeah, his quote says in adherence with all university protocols, Coach Sumlin entered self isolation. Immediately. Contact tracing began in earnest. And he has not experienced things that this is not how humans talk. By the way. I know what I say, because, well, if it was forced isolation that's called kidnapping. Of course it was. It was self isolation. I am feeling well and will be engaged in our ramp up activities on a virtual basis until I complete the isolation protocol.

"Man Okay. So we've got all this massive gun control legislation which I'm assuming. That this is going to veto once it hits his desk, roll it into something else and he doesn't see it. I mean. Does anybody else you positive outcome here other than I'll just say it an open civil war. Mean I feel like I feel like patience like like those are the Sierra on the on the on the conference. Are being, backed into a corner. Yeah we're basically damned if we do. We're damned if we don't any anybody want to comment on that. No Matt Aspect. Mark Yeah. Well, the thing is like you hope it doesn't cover some this ridiculous. Of course. By, by thing is I would I guess probably is right now I don't know. Civil. War who against who? In other words, how would how would you distinguish I'll be okay Tepa. Got It the OH black lives matter. Got It. But. How do you distinguish? You gotta be. That's a great question. That's the real. That's a real problem is that we're facing a A faceless boogeyman to keep us all in our homes and isolated from one another. We've got blatant constitutional no violations from New York California including the first second third amendments. Fourth amendment. I mean and they're just they're not apologetic about it. They're just in your face to. Has. Closed Down Churches and locked Rock Jewish people out of their own parts. What's his name from says. Yeah. Is violating blatantly violating the first. Amendment people they can't sing in. Church. Are you kidding me. I mean, I'm not a religious separation of church and state. Well and second of all I mean, how does anybody look at that and not go holy shit let the lawsuits commence. Honestly So, now here's the thing I. WanNa Make It. I WanNa make it very clear for the audience and even those in the group I am not advocating for an open civil war where we start shooting. Okay. I would also like to say here only for myself but I believe that that I do not believe in the Black Lives Organization the Black Lives Matter Organization. I believe in the message black lives matter just as much as every other life and we should all be equal before the law we should be overseas equal treatment especially before the law. But. I'm not going to back a group that is Marxist and comes out and basically says it if you don't give us what we want, we're GONNA burn the system that the ground. I mean all here. Again, I mean if you have said organization that is in fact, baking a threat whether they considered idol. They considered valid. It is still a threat to. The life. Well, exactly how how do we not take that? How do we not take that based on the the instances of the last month? Says we says, we all watched the the horrific murder of a of a citizen by by discussing human being police officer. How do we? How do we not take that as anything other than a threat of actual violence based on recent history? Therein. Lies The question that I would poses that to go along with remarks you know who who exactly is going to do is A. Government. It's a radical leaders. Of States counties, cities, whatever. Or is it going to be people for people? We have. What did you just leave knowing? When you just gotTa love the irony that the Minnesota governor had the balls to ask the white. House for for bailout money after they let their city burn. I, mean, I understand there are citizens that were affected by that. But you know my argument would be well I'll tell you what once you spend the money that you say from you know. From dissolving your police. Believe. Yeah what you spend that money go ahead. Save yourself though you know the. Four hundred million dollars spent annually on your police force. Etc.. And They're not gonNA, pass it out. There's a blank check to the people because well, you know we don't get our tax money that way. Exactly. HAVE YOUR IS A. Stalemate along the lines of. City Minneapolis Saint Paul's which Is Looking for a five hundred dollar bill out the government's GONNA help. They're going to have to get that money somewhere. Well exactly and the question. Phoenix afraid now, but to answer your question or respond to your statement. I believe you said they're not gonNA raise taxes through the roof to do it. Of course, they will. Of course they will in turn. Bring. I. That's. That's a real trick. Isn't is when the IRS gets involved or whatever State Department revenue they have comes and starts locking people up the people sheepishly combine. and. The guy will probably get reelected. Let's be honest. Well you will probably see. You'll probably see something for the cities that were affected by riots and everything put into like a another stimulus bill passed by the house. Like they have added that money there you go to a legal and yeah. And everything else that I wouldn't put it past the House to sit there and add a piece in there that every city that was affected by these riots or has hardships now. Get X. amount of. Millions of dollars as part of this. Bill to. Help, stimulate the economy and the people that actually are affected by all this. That, it should be helping they'll put their. Claws into it and put. Extra things that won't matter, and then it'll sit there and argue back and forth between the House, and the Senate for God knows how long Because they won't budge on wasn't it? Well one thing you have to love about the strategy employed by the Democrats they're gonNA. They're gonNA try to stick it in something that make the president look bad if he vetoes it. Oh. Yeah. It'll be. It'll be some sort of. Bill and he'll have to it, and then they'll scream how he doesn't care about children. Exactly among the media will be all over it. Media will be all over at bashing him. Oh. Yeah. Yeah. The president doesn't care about the future. There for the last four years anyway. Well Yeah they've they've. It's funny. I. Yeah I was GONNA say I. Johnson and Nixon for sure. But you know twenty I hear people talking about Oh. Trump won't accept the results of the twenty twenty election loses you guys still haven't accepted the fact that you're get forty. Or the fact that impeachment failed yeah. Yeah the. Everything else. Rono. Everything else that you've thrown at them hasn't stuck. Exactly this is. This is reality you know this is not theory. All this stuff is happened. You know. I saw something today and I don't remember where it was talking about the reason that you know that. They want to sit there and blame trump for not being ready for this pandemic and everything was because the other half of the fence was sitting there. So busy trying to get him out for the last four years that he couldn't take time to focus. On being prepared for anything like that. The funny part is, is I I'm trying. I'm trying to I'm I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired of hearing how Trump getting the blame for a hundred and thirty thousand body bags. Here this is this is the thing we need to do things. We need to change the story number one it should be only a hundred, thirty, thousand, five bags why? If if anybody recalls I do specifically PURDIS MR TRUMP DONALD TRUMP put a travel ban in effect once we had ten positive cases in this country, the left assailed him for weeks for doing it. Okay. Nancy. Pelosi went to Chinatown encourage people not to wear masks Blah Blah. Xenophobic Racist Blah Blah Blah, pick your s that's yacht called, and now all of a sudden they WANNA blame him for one hundred, thirty, thousand body bags may explain something if he hadn't done what he did when he did, there'd be a million three bodybags. Okay end of discussion this has nothing to do with mass. This is all a political fucking game and and I'm tired of hearing about it. Except from you guys I love your new guys. DOTS. I. Think. Let's just put that on record right now. Yeah you're paid to talk matter of fact, we don't pay you at all. Yes. I think we have a contract we'll get. something. About our bucks and it'll happen advil or something like that. I. Think it was under someone nine. I was a corner of starbucks eight was a quarter of an advil and half starbucks get it straight monthly and you're no. Damage. Send Me. Oreo. Wait a minute. I want kids count. You want to renegotiate. All of your agent moved to Seattle. Yeah exactly somebody please his comments to that brick wall over there. Oh Yeah. Yeah. All right I feel like I've rented enough. Is there anything you gentlemen WANNA cover that I missed? How `bout? Redskins finally caving. By quest over we're going we're going for football. Then we're GONNA touch the Third Rail Ladies and gentlemen he just licked and grabbed it go right ahead phoenix. I did read an article that. There are some and I'm not saying a whole bowl loan. I'm not saying that YOU KNOW ENTIRE PATIENT O. Or and it's hard tribal right that there are in fact, some of the indigenous votes, native Americans. That want keep it because it actually gives them a sense of ownership relevant. We've along on this we have this. We can follow this because that is you know a depiction of our people. What's the Redskins fans great. I have no problem with that if there. was somebody like football but hey, you know I, see it representation in my people here. Thank you. There are well, we don't get me wrong that no, all fuck you and take it other. Cash kind of it's actually kind of funny that you mentioned that being that I'm also for those of us this for those of you just tuning in and getting no us as we get to know you I, am a football nut job I have been since my early days Yes. I was GONNA. Say I think there's actually incriminating proof out there wasn't much of a about football I gotta tell you. My love for the game has often outweighed all of this You know all the polit political bullshit that's going on in the game for quite some time. Get into Kapernick, that's a whole other rent for me that lasts about forty five minutes and maybe we'll do an episode just on that Now, there was always my understanding in watching anything about the Washington redskins and and the history of them that the that the team was supposedly named for one of their assistant coaches who was native American and it was if anybody. I played football I I. I. I know that Phoenix not sure if you did mark You know everybody everybody on the football field to talk shit and especially to your friends okay and Just because you have some sort of negative pejorative is a nickname, doesn't mean that people hate you Okay. So The, the the legend was and I've actually since found out found out, different resin was at the team was named for in honor of one of their beloved assistant coaches. Evidently that's not the case. Racist over racist overtones aside I? Mean we can dissect anything want. Come up with all kinds of. The point being is, why don't we just name? The region Caucasians and everybody'll be happy. Okay I mean. Seriously also living in living in Florida I gotTa tell you the university or she state has a deal to to use the seminole name from the from the seminal nation. They paid them royalties every year, which is why you don't hear this here the Indigenous People screaming about Florida state. Okay. So You know I I don't I don't want to say they haven't been relevant for twenty years. Hey easy. I. Agree I agree too I mean my head. One is, Emma water but. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute mark. Are You All I I. Take over the gators day. Well me too because. No. Fan. You know what you know University of Miami and the Florida. GATOR gator. Yeah. So It's just block. Gives you wondering we all love each other teams until we play each other so that that being said. Does anybody have any idea about the outrage regarding redskins? Honestly. I mean I might just you know that stupid that I don't see the problem with the name it's the name of sports team. Okay. I mean we'RE GONNA change the Cleveland Indians. Are we gonNA change you know aerobics Today. But that's again that's a whole other. That's a whole other thing. But how many? Are they are all the sports teams just to be to be called the daisies and you know we're good to go. Or how about the banana flavor wouldn't? Well, this is like football gets get. Exactly. Yeah. Very wrapped up about injuries and things like that. Like five put flags on. Let's play flag football. But that's really the other thing I mean. You can argue that these guys are being paid wages that are equivalent to see to. Well, okay. hazard pay I mean there's they're making millions and millions of dollars. No offense I, what what what what come? Okay. These these guys mostly have guaranteed contracts. So, you break your leg. You're out of the game you're still getting paid and you should have gotten a degree so you should be able to join the workforce afterwards. Well. Puffing along the line that you know you're getting my mom bought list during my day. Is. Lump everything together all of one. We have you know events that have taken place because of. What took place. In A now it's moved to now we're going to start tearing down statues of anybody that. Could would did whatever. But now okay. Well, we need to keep that ball rolling. So we need this Norfolk Russell. Hey. Let's NFL take. Let's go up for baseball teams. Blackhawks. I love the fact that the blackhawks till they told those guys to stuff it. They're like, no, we're not change Noel. I mean yeah, and also also the the pretty big assumption there is that these people that are tearing down statues have any clue who they are I mean want to remove a statue wondering. I it's like I'll take the consequences of not taking US history for eight hundred Alex. Basically. Look, we get to wipe out four. Daily double. All right. So we'RE GONNA WE'RE GONNA. PULL DOWN WE'RE. GonNa pull out Lincoln and we're GONNA pull down the statue of an abolitionist. Yeah. Let's do that. Oh Yeah. Well, they're not even educated. They're pulling down you know. They're pulling down. Statues of people that fought four slavery. To to abolish slavery, they're pulling down. I mean I saw they ruined the Frederick Douglass. Oh Yeah Yeah Yeah you mean the guy that advised Lincoln on how to actually take slavery down Gee I can't imagine why you hear him down. Clearly again, that's That's World Super Eight Hundred Alex. Exactly exactly no no, it's not world history. It's common core history. That's that's right. And? There is no wrong answer to one plus one. Knew exactly. All right boys I. think that's going to wrap it up for. I. Think that's going to wrap it up this particular episode everybody that joined us. Thank you very much. "Hello America. And welcome to the midnight. Patriots involves Spartan and I am flanked by Phoenix, Drip Dick, and mark. We are the midnight patriots and you may be asking yourselves why in the hell are we doing this? Well, got to be honest with you. Everybody has insomnia sucks almost as bad as tyranny that and we have day jobs. So we're GONNA talk in the series about the Constitution the bill of rights politics national current events. WE'RE GONNA call out here anyway guardless of the perceive political flavor using these standards of information logic and a passion for liberty. So that being said, I wanted to read something here real quick on our maiden voyage as sort of a sort of a way to set the standard. This this passage I'm about to read was actually written by. Thomas Paine one of our founders and framers, and regardless of how you see this man and the values that he possessed in that day that this was written this was written about seven months after the excuse me five months after the declaration of independence. So this is a this is a passage from December twenty, third, seventeen, seventy, six many of you have heard the the the line of this but I'm to go a little bit deeper into it, and hopefully this'll give the show some sort of context and and we hope we can earn your support as as time goes on. So this is from December twenty, third seventeen, seventy, six when the When the Revolutionary War was still going on and it says says as follows. These are the Times that try men's souls. Summer soldier in the Sun signed gatriways will in this crisis shrink from the service of their country. But he that stands by it now deserves the love and the thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, there's not easily conquered. Yet, we have this consolation with us at the heart of the conflict, the more glorious triumphs. What we obtained too cheap. We assume too lightly. It is dearness only that gives every thing. It's value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price on its goods. And it would be strange indeed if so celestial and article as freedom. Should not be highly rated. So those are the kind of the words that I could keep in mind as we go through this in every man here every person associated with this show would definitely be on the flag to make sure that the stretch stay read. So we're GONNA open up tonight and we're going to kind of open up the insanity that we've been seeing around our country regarding corona virus covid nineteen. Now everybody fever mind that none of us are medical professionals and our virologist by any stretch of the imagination where relating experiences and questions nothing that we say should be taken as any sort of diagnostic approach or any sort of Expert opinion. That said yours truly your host here Paul Spartan well, actually come at this from a perspective of being Osha certified in matters of respirators and and breathing protection. the rest of US come at this from from our own particular viewpoints and speculations. So let's just get started off So boys, we got we have. Governors California and Texas walking. Act Actual reopenings and we've got quote unquote more and indecisive confirmations, Cova, spreading but for but amazingly somehow in New York, they're reporting any new deaths or anybody WANNA start with an opinion on that. Honestly. You know I mean there's been some conversation prior to. Between myself and the other members. That's. Something is pulling the strings somewhere. Other than CDC, a hospital staff, surgeon, general things of that nature. Quite honestly, you know whatever it was whatever stream you Asian that recently came out that. Took a Italy Area. Jersey Pennsylvania. Great. Has stated sure. But why is it only California Texas? That more back that we know of your again to the states in the continental United States. Voting populace in those states. So my question now. WHO formed strings? Think. That's the overarching point here is that you know in in my experience not to get too nerdy and go too far down the rabbit hole but the same government that's telling us you know to be afraid and take particular actions like wearing cloth masks. Are the same ones that are telling us that the cloth masks don't work. I can tell you from from Osha Training and ocean certification that airborne pathogens particularly viruses. Are listed in the sub micron rage. Now that sounds that sounds really really you know interesting or maybe even boring but something that has to be realized is that when something is a sub micron particle. It passes right through the we've of a mask. Require its own moisture source. Now. Obviously state standard state standards vary but in the train I've received anything in the sub micron range requires a A. A SELF CONTAINED OXYGEN SOURCE With the use of a mask in that in that particular bio suit I mean if you WanNa, take a look and you think you're safe by wearing a cloth mask look at whatever rally just wears in a lab. When he's working with this type of contagion, it isn't a cloth masks. He wears a moon suit with a separate oxygen supply I mean there seems to be my perception is that the same people that are that are trying to Promote the panic are the ones trying to peddle a secure and make trillions and any thoughts on John? I think they're actually. No I. Think There's definitely you know financial motivation behind. This whether it's big whether it's by hospitals by a parent companies own hospitals. I mean. There's definitely something I think that financially pushes everything I mean between them getting you know a nice. paycheck at for each person, they list with Kobe or each person that unfortunately passes. listed. With Kovin. You, know they get a Giant financial. Yes if you will. Of money which I think pushes ally of these. Claims of more cases rising I mean like we. Previously is if you talk about the fact that of you know there's people around that work in the profession that there are things have been going around that they've sent. You know unused test the places. And they've come back positive when they haven't been used. But who who? Who who is the guy over in Africa, that tested a tested a fruit and a goat. And they both came back. Positive. Does anybody remember that news But you already your point but more to your point I believe the last figure I heard to. Last year I heard from the federal government was somewhere in the area of fifty to eighty five thousand dollars total for the treatment, and if the the particular person passes, the patient passes they get more. Does anybody have any information to dispute that because I think that was the last count that I heard. Be last information that I have. At, least. It's nineteen thousand dollars for a diagnosed case. Thirty eight thousand dollars if they are required hospital say and it goes up exponentially require respirator ICU care. They stay longer than hot. You're in you're out you're gone. So that being said. We all know that it'll supposedly. This bill. Gates himself and his research company. Or the ones that. Found viruses no did all the. Problems. I'm looking for here research. But. My question is if they did all the research, why did they come up with as well or have they? That's a question I posed to you folks. Well, I know they re you know they actually waiting to get ten thousand dollars plus from insurance companies and the federal government per dose mean. There's an argument to be made there. I mean, the guy is not a doctor nor is he of Arale just he just wants to make a make a killing on the here. Now that by the way is not an argument for any sort of socialized medicine. It's an absolute. It's an absolute disgusting power-hungry move at the cost of well forget about just American lives. What about globally, what have what is a million people in the ground now lifted discovered related At least one point three. If I remember correctly I could be wrong. Well, I got the second portion. Really a big to ask now is Bill Gates can't keep a bug out of his own computers what you're GONNA do with the world. Exactly number one key couldn't build a computer didn't crash three times a day for no reason. So why would we trust him with with people's lives? You know I mean he would. There was a there was a tit for tat went back and forth on social media several several years ago when he was still a once he was the kingpin of Microsoft. And he had mentioned something like You know if the auto industry had made many advances in the computer industry over the last twenty years, we'd all be driving cars that got a thousand miles to the gallon and went from zero to one hundred and two seconds to which I believe. It was the CEO at the time of Ford replied. Well. Yeah. But then the cars would crash twice a day for no reason. So. I mean you. Good Cryptic. I was GonNa say, well, then you you look at Osso. When you're talking about these numbers, go into hospitals. How many hospitals or possibly owned by the same parent company that owns the farms that the big farms that are gonna sit there and. Produce this vaccine all the sudden. Or? Not to say that they don't already have it and are just. Still waiting. I mean I know there's always testing and they have to get FDA approval and God knows what else but I mean, what's to say? that. They're not. You know getting twice the paychecks. On. Both things. Oh. Yeah. There's there's no doubt they're doubling down does absolutely no doubt doubling down your that said the other the other things that I've noticed here I don't know if everybody's been keeping up like I have. There's a Lotta unconstitutional shift happening. Okay. And I mean. Just heard I. Heard I. Heard Mark Heard Mark Giggling that that's fine because. The little that they'll get into that in a little bit but also just I wanna take a moment mark You serve this country with honor and distinction for several years in that in the military and I got to thank you for that Phoenix. You did as well and I got to say thank you for that. You protected my right to become a fat video playing hotdog eating copy guzzling douchebag that you see before you now and some of US servicemen appreciate that and Thank you. Appreciate. Bill. Hey they already did. They're called the IRS and believe me they're up my don't shit. I don't know where they I don't know where I ended maybe. It's not. So we've got measured we've got measures being proposed in in in multiple stages. Here is all the way from you know putting additional taxes on firearms to ammunition and then requiring a federal license. To purchase either. we've got the state of California. Who is you know? Well, let's just be honest they're doing what California does. It essentially eliminated their own their own Anti discrimination laws I don't know how that happened Where the hell does anybody see an end game here other than complete and total? Marxist. Shithole. That's where these lefties and I'm not GONNA say Liberals. Anymore. He's people are leftist-marxist pigs and by the way if any of you listening fuck off, don't ever come back. None of us here at. Fourth Yeah. This year at the Midnight Patriots give a flying fuck what you We don't have time to answer your e mails and believe me you're better off just turning off because if you heard that your heads probably. And I don't WanNa hear about it. Okay. You be somewhere else. All right. Man Okay. So we've got all this massive gun control legislation which I'm assuming. That this is going to veto once it hits his desk, roll it into something else and he doesn't see it. I mean. Does anybody else you positive outcome here other than I'll just say it an open civil war. I appreciate a hope you've You give him a little insight insight. I should say are insanity sure would appreciate your support. "There's no prizes for second place. You don't get some kind of. Reward for trying art issue. Get the guy or you don't get the Guy, but you think about all the time away from your family away layers things you could be doing, but that's our job to I've always enjoyed when people have been straight up and say listen. This is probably going to be a really or get now. Do you want to keep trying and you can prove that? This is the right place off for for me than than go ahead, but I'm just being straight up. which you know that it's probably eat your fourth and fifth on my listen. It's GonNa. Be Really hard to get to number one. I got one more topic before I. Let you go. and all of you can weigh in. We'll start with Anthony. This New Jersey League thing. Jalen Green. Chooses to go to this new program. Isaiah Todd. Chooses to go to this program. They're paying Greens in excess of five hundred grand a year. I wrote something I. Don't think this is going to a college basketball. That much because I think we. We all knew that the rule was gonNA. Come back in at some point to for kids to be able to go from high school to the NBA, and now you're having to or maybe a couple more eventually, you can have eight ten twelve. It. Is this what I can't figure out guys UAE Adam? Silver is doing this. Is He doing this, you think. To market the League in making the G. League better is doing it so that the RJ Hampton to the world don't go to New Zealand. Is He doing this? My personal thought and I. Don't know if this is right or not is he put all his cards on the table a couple of years ago, saying. He was favoring the rule to go back to to where kids go to high school. And now he's thinking himself, or he's hearing it that maybe not. That's not the best thing, so he's GonNa. Try this instead to get kids not to go straight to the league, but at least a year. After high school to go to leak I I don't know why what what are your thoughts on this anthony? League itself or or or the situation I mean this is cross college basketball you. You coached in the League, and in the last few years. I think you have a different perspective than most people of. Is this good for these kids, or is it just something where again listen? Happen Anyway. What's the big deal we dealt with? In College in Cali just Fi. Yeah I can't say I know whether whether or not it's going to be I think that'll be on an individual basis, but my my thought. I can't begin to tell you know what the Commissioner's thinking or what? The G. League was thinking, but.

"Few down. The home starts after actually we had cut the nets down beating South Carolina and winning the League outright. Let me backtrack just for a quick second. Because I know when Anthony was talking about the process, these guys went through the first year. I gotTa tell you. Looking back I think because Taurean. Green didn't really get what he wanted and had to back up literally. Roberson for that entire beer and the guy was averaging thirteen turnovers a day. Was One of the healthiest gross and probably helped our team more than even he was a catalyst, a descendant growth in and one quick story before we get serious about motivational factors. I gotTa tell you this one I know coach will remember. This zeke thought it was funny ship. With are getting ready. I want to say one of the few teams this press I'm GonNa? Say Bruce Perlstein because they were dumb enough to press and so. Wait wait. We talked about some offense if there had to be a stationary fashion and so. Really was GONNA. Come down to layups Dunks, early Humphrey. said that just layups dunks early. And we're now. We're GONNA. Play live, so we're going up and down all sudden. We're going to ask check exactly what they're going to want. And so I go WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA. What are we doing here? and honestly got Joe. Kim stands up yours your shop some time out. He did it. Let's get it right because if. You Start UN whoa WHOA WHOA. Coach. Is that what you want? Yeah. And then Joe Kim system a puppet shot the same..
He slaughtered his family for a Bulgarian webcam girl
"Margaret and Chad provided a nice life for their three boys. They lived in an expansive home. And had all the trappings of affluence cars. Video Games and horses yes. Margaret was a horse person as everyone knows the garage loves loves horse people centers. She adopted in rehabilitated. A retired racehorse named lady and even after lady died she still went to the stables. Abel's Daily to work with other horses. Margaret worked as a client operations manager at a healthcare company Chatham Motto was a Clinical Aw Pharmacists who worked for CVS and who also had a second job. He was a self professed computer guru. One of his CO worker said. The Chad was very proud of his sons. But there are rumors in this case in some references to it by two people close to the case did Chad data motto. The father was a quite difficult man and most compeer people are a side. Note Jason. The oldest of the three boys was not what Chad's biological son. He adopted him when he married Margaret. This was way back when Jason was just three years old. It doesn't seem that Jason was as close to his brothers as they were to each other. According to Jason. They were known as the football family because they went to every Florida. GATORS home game together. But Jason no longer lived at home and he had moved on with his own life. So the true brother's on the half brothers. Brothers grant. And cody they. They seem to be inseparable. Cody is just one year older than grant and they did everything together. They were on the weightlifting team together at Timber Creek high school and planned on buying matching. BMW's and living in the family home well after their parents retired to their other house which was located in Tennessee. One of their favourite activities involved shooting air soft rifles and real guns as well. and You I can see on grant Amato's facebook profile picture and he is trying to look like a militant bad ass with a big rifle cody grant were on a competitive air. Soft team called remedy. The brothers even went on to enroll in nursing school together. This after grant graduated from the University of Central Florida even early on as seems that cody was somewhat of a caretaker for grant he we had it. Altogether while grant was more scattered in June of two thousand eighteen. Grant was caught stealing medication from his is job at advent health which is located in Orlando Florida. Do we know what kind of medication he stole. I'm going to get into that right now. The hospital staff noticed eight empty vials of propofol and two rooms. Where grant was working he had taken vials they? They were worth together. Combined amount of two thousand sixty seven dollars. These were taken from a storage machine that required a thumbprint to access us. The machine he was captured on surveillance video which was reviewed by the hospital. After the propofol was discovered missing he was seen zien accessing the machine and putting the vials in his pocket. This amounted to grand theft. Hospital officials confronted grant. Who told them them? According to the police report that quote he hit administered the drugs to patients who were not being adequately relaxed by doctor ordered medicine in other words he thought patients needed more drugs than what they were being given so he wasn't stealing drugs for himself to us but to use is on patients. That's his statement. That's his story and he's sticking to it. We don't know for certain administrators believed that this was not the first the incident of this kind. He probably had stolen these items before while being questioned a couple of days after he was caught stealing grant apparently said he was suicidal so the police were called. This was on June. twenty-first grant was arrested but they determined that there was not grounds to hold him under Florida's Baker Act which allows an involuntary hold of people deemed to be dangerous to themselves us and for reasons that have never been disclosed. The grand theft charges for stealing propofol were eventually dropped but needless to say grant was out of job. He was fired and as a consequence of this event he was expelled from anesthesiology school as well and his dad who was funding legal representation for his son. Well he was out of a lot of money. This was money that was set up for grants lawyers. Yeah but let's break this down a little bit because a lot of times if if there is a conflict at work work even if it is stealing they normally won't prosecute as long as they get the material back we got the material back. We didn't lose any money and we're going to then sever ever our ties with this individual by fire them. Yeah I mean He. He's he's fired one hundred percent. I don't know what their reasons were for dropping the charges. If you want me to speculate my guess is they probably didn't want his defense of Oh. I was giving them to your patients right to be in the newspapers whether that's what what he was doing with them or not. We just don't know yeah. Stay away from the bad publicity. So grant is unemployed and living with his parents so what did did grant do all day now that he was unemployed of course he did. What any hard working able bodied twenty something American male would do and and of course? I'm being sarcastic. He spent his days gaming and watching porn. This on a site called Cam. Girls Grant soon soon met a Webcam model named Sylvia from Bulgaria. We all can you spell it website for me. Grant began what he felt what was an intimate relationship with this woman. The virtual kind grant lead Sylvia to believe that he was a successful ambitious. Young Professional Personal Gamer. who had his own apartment and drove a BMW? According to the Orlando Sentinel Grant spent about four hours every night. online watching Sylvia dance and model euphemisms for one on one virtual pornographic activity. And of course this cost money in fact the woman's attentions to grant seemed to depend on how much money he paid. Her grant admitted that her shows cost ninety. That's nine zero tokens per minute to view. which he purchased five thousand tokens at a time? For six hundred dollars he he and Sylvia would video chat as well. Grant seemed to think that the woman was his girlfriend eventually. He began sending her clothes using sex toys which Sylvia would model for him often in pornographic videos. How grant paying for all of this? Well we'll we'll get into that in a minute I hang on. Let me get out my porno calculator. Real quick yeah. So that's five thousand. Four hundred tokens an hour and times that by four hours a day or night. That's twenty one thousand. Six hundred tokens a night on my circulating. Say That's a lot of porno. That's two thousand two thousand five hundred ninety two dollars a day or night. However you WANNA swing that Hammer? It would be cheaper to be addicted to meth but remember kids. Don't do math then. In December of two thousand eighteen. I apologized captain Bob when I was reviewing this information and putting together all the math. I don't know why but it popped in my head out of all the things things you could be addicted to. This is a very expensive addiction. L. I guess we'll know why our our show won't continue The Colonel Got Addicted to Meth. Don't do math then. In December of two thousand eighteen cody grant and their friend Jericho. They went on on a trip to Japan. Cody was very nice. He paid at ten thousand dollars for this trip. So cody is paying for the both of them for him and grant but when the boys returned home this is around December fifteenth grant found that his father was very disgruntled. That grant still had. It not landed a job by this point. It's not clear exactly win. The Amato's found out that their son was involved in a virtual relationship with a Webcam girl. Some news reports state that Margaret noticed male showing up for grant from Bulgaria. Yeah and then was horrified lied that her son had given their home address to a t to somebody in the porn business. Let's say right we. We can only imagine what that conversation was like unfortunately for grant though it seems that his parents also discovered something else at some point toward toward the end of two thousand eighteen chat amato discovered that some money was missing and actually this was a lot of money. Grant was stealing stealing money from his own family. Grant told his parents that he spent this money to promote himself on twitch. I'm captain sure or you could inform us. What twitches all because I'm such a loser that I have all this time to do well? I don't know exactly what it is so I thought maybe you might law blah. I don't know much about. I've never been on it. I think people can be very profitable on it. There's many millionaires from an end. I guess what it is is is that you. You're a Gamer. And then people can watch you game al Qaeda they could pay for a subscription so so there are there are people are doing very well. It's it's but it's kind of a the video game world to me. I haven't been into it since Super Super Mario Brothers so I don't really know much about it but it's it's huge. I mean you can So when he saying I'm promoted myself or I'm this could turn into a profession not as a profession but if if it takes off he could become like a multimillionaire like basically like becoming a youtube star or something right I was is gonna save for Dummies like me. The simplest form. It's kind of a social media. Instagram meets Youtube kind of thing. Yeah Four Gaming Guy Merrily yeah so the truth be told though that's not where the money went. He actually blew it all on his very expensive hobby. Or what I would call obsession with Sylvia. Yeah but even if it went to promote himself on this platform it's a it's a big risk because to to become a youtube star or become twitch star. It's very difficult so now thus begins the family meltdown. Okay on December nineteenth two thousand eighteen. The models called nine one one. This was to report grant was missing. He walked out of the House after an argument with Chad and his mother was concerned because he seemed very depressed at this time and she says possibly suicidal in fact Margaret told the the sheriff's office. She told the deputies that she got a text from grant saying he was quote really tired of everything and quote and was quote just just going to handle it his own way. That's as much of the text that I have. But regardless believing that he had been unsuccessful looking looking for work and had shown some instability in connection with the propofol incident right. And he's at school now. He's spending his days. He's like you said playing video games and watching pornography and if the family just knows that he's just up in his room playing video games all day maybe not knowing too much about the pornography but when somebody says I'm tired of it all and that's all they're doing I think that's a bad sign. Well you know she has. His mother has other tax and other information other conversations that were had right that we're not privy to so calling. The police seems like a very smart motherly. Move here in this this spot and December of two thousand eighteen. Cody confided in his girlfriend. Sloan that he was concerned concerned about his brother. He was concerned that grant was going to kill. Everyone is what he said when grant left the home that day. He took refuge at the home of his aunt. This is Donna. Amato with whom. He was very close. She later said that he was looking lost and depressed at her house. Grant slept during the day and stayed up all night. She and her husband hid all of their guns and while grant was with them having been worn by the Amato's that he was possibly suicidal while grant was staying with her Donnas Bank account was hacked and strange charges started showing up. At least that's what she thought. She came to find out that the nephew you she had taken in stole her credit card information and she wasn't the only one according to the Orlando Sentinel pictures of credit it. Cards belonging to grant Amato's grandmother uncle and one of his cousins were found on his computer upset and betrayed Donna on a called her husband's brother grandfather. Chad D'Amato totally out of character. Chad broke down on the phone. He told Donna the he had been forced to remortgage mortgage the family's home to cover one hundred and fifty thousand dollars worth of debt racked up by grant. Donna says quote. He told me on the phone. Yeah I'm going to have to work a few more years than I thought I'd have to but it's okay I'll do it for grant it. I don't want him to go to jail.

And that's when my man George Path is decided to become a legend. Dude is averaging two point nine points in his career at mom but he already had ten against Kansas. It was hot and he wanted to get twelve real bat. So he sneaks like actually sneaks creeks you think creeps up doc. Ku Freshman tristen in a ruina steals the ball. When he's not looking takes off down the court dunks taunts kids a technical go foul keep in mind? They're down fifty. Five dogs taught get the technical foul and then screened twice to the crowd. Mike Hollywood the Utah Jazz Back Atkinson Fedex forum as a visitor for the first time and so I was riding home. My wife is driving my little due to sleep in the back seat and I see this video Kabul tweeted and I'm I'm like I'm laughing real tears watching this. It is so great. Kansas ends up making the free throws so they still win by fifty five. But George Patton Pappas was the star. He went from somebody. I had never heard of to somebody. I'll never forget it. Span of like a couple of seconds or diner. How how great of a moment was that inside? Allen Field has no matter. What George Pappas does with the rest of his life? Whatever just like you because I was obviously not watching? This is the glory of college basketball. You garbage time. You never know what we're going to be presented with as podcast fodder. So I was not watching this slop. Obviously Kansas wins easily. George not a starter by the way absolutely had led the team fouls with four but also team heist in steals two because the second one was necessary for exactly what we were talking about here and and credited him for a strong night from two point range four from five overall. George George Take that and run with it King Rice. His coach at Monmouth is the kind of guy who it doesn't suffer. Fools at all and I I love this see I. I'm all for sportsmanship. And when I get all that. But it's a blow out. You're in a fog allen you're on the floor to close out the game and you're Doin' scholarship athlete. Okay the this you're still the game is still going on if someone's GonNa allow you to steal the ball from them and you WanNa take advantage and throw one down in front one of the Best Fan bases in the sport. You absolutely do it now. If you're the coach I would assume King rises pissed off as hell about this because this is the kind of thing where where coaches can easily embarrassed. He's apologizing to bill self whether you know privately afterward and all that kind of stuff so I get it from that perspective. You're you don't want your players doing this. I'm not a coach I don't care I think it's I think it's awesome and I I know for as much as I like it. You'd probably like it five times more because this is. This is the content nick that Gary Paris curious this this is his cocaine. This is what gets him going more than anything is the idea of any sport anyone showing exceeding Bravo Rivaldo and I don't give an f about it no matter what like no unwritten rules no conventions. No it's when you know when some comes comes in and just wrecks everything I know. That's very much your jam. Okay let let me disagree with you. On one point that might surprise prize you and then agree in general. You actually don't do this if you're a player you don't it's it's one thing if it's a fifty five point game game and we're still playing those sometimes where the walk ons are out there for both sides and we're still playing we're just running up and down the court and you're trying to get Bradley Calipari and open three or whatever ever right. This wasn't that everybody stopped playing. You see this all the time in basketball especially the NBA. Okay shot clocks off. Game has decided. I've got the ball. I'm no longer playing you no longer play. It's very much the equivalent of we're taking a knee in football the games this is over. So so George Pappas like I love that he did it I would not just be mad at him. If I were his coach. I would be mad at him if I were his father. I would be mad at him. I don't think I'd be mad if I was teammate. I think it's funny but the where I disagree with you is. Hey if they're just there's GonNa be lax with the ball then go you. Don't do that once once. The person with the ball has quit playing in fifty. Five point game. It is your you can do that. Because that's how you land on a National College Basketball podcast if if his goal was that that. Congratulations so where I disagree with you as you don't do that you're not playing anymore. Nobody's playing anymore and it's just like take the ball in any sort of. I'm not not exaggerating. When I say he snuck up behind him like go? Watch it again. He'd like SORTA creeps like like if somebody were holding a basketball the football in their hands. And you WANNA pop loose like out on the at a tailgate or something and you snuck up behind him in the popped it. That's what he did. He took little sneaky steps and then he took the ball. He took off so I I would be furious coach. I would be furious if I was his father. I I I would not do that if I were a player but take all that. Put It over here steal the funniest thing in the world to me when it actually happened. How about this I I would? I would be mad if I were king rise. I If I were bill cells and bill to his credit bill was like I don't care bill did not cares but I I would not have done it. I am so glad he did it. And it's not just that he did it in the most ridiculous way and then actually dunked. It's the crowd is reacting the way any crab react like tour snore wrestler. Get I don't give it to the way I'm laughing right now. Is the way I was laughing by. I myself on Friday because I came home and in my my little dude fell asleep on right now I put him in bed and then I always sit down with my computer just to see if I missed anything and I just found myself watching it over and over again I would just laughing harder every because every time I'd watch that see something new like I I just saw him grab the ball and dunk right and then the next time I see him I noticed he actually snuck up behind the guy which just funny and then finally I realized this turned to the crowd and the I don't give an f twice. He's like it was on every level. It's the funniest thing. He should not have done it but once he did it. Are We free to laugh about it. I think once he does it we're free to laugh about it and it reminds me a little bit. There's these little things that happened in sports that you remember Marshall Henderson Jersey Poppin the Auburn fans like you'll never forget the all time moment. Yes it's all time moment. That was that was in a highly positive. That wasn't a win win. Yeah so it was a win on the road. At Auburn he can still see like he's popping the journey and then that old white man to sort of raise up right in front of him. Yeah I all all I know. It's not him but the white may I always think that's my brain is like. Oh yeah this Verne. Lundquist pissed off at Marshall Henderson. I can still see that guy's face so this was this. was that kind of moment. I won't remember things that happened in final fours ten years from now. But I'll never forget the night George PAPP. His don't it's knock up by K. U. Point Guard in the final seconds of fifty. Five point game stole a ball dumped told Allen fieldhouse crowd. I don't give an APP that was. That's an all all time. The only thing I gotta add on this is that Pappas watches officially on for Monday. monmouth is at Pitt on Monday. I'm going to set at the over under I think at five and a half minutes. For Pappas we'll see if king even loves him on the floor I would I would think so but just yeah so if I don't think it's likely to get another woman. I really would prefer that. But one of three month will a in its fifth straight road game to start the season and they go to they go. Toe To toe with with The Panthers on Monday keeping my. I never even heard of this do before Friday night. I didn't know was named like people were like. Hey he's got an because. I actually tweeted this dude and people. Yeah got a name name. How am I supposed to? The average is two point. Nine points for Mama like give me a break I like. I guess I'm supposed to be a college basketball expert. We we all got our limits. Like I don't know anything about George Pappas. And so some so. I didn't even know his name but people started telling me his name and told me on twitter that he deleted his twitter account. Can't do that you can't you can't say I don't give an F and then duly now. No No. No no that ruins. You can come on. I know I guess he was being overwhelmed by Kansas fans. Or I don't know but I feel like once you've done all that. Yeah that is the time to maximize Samadi has yes. That's that was a mistake. You got to lean into it once. You've done what you did and you've gone viral for the most ridiculous ridiculous reasons basketball game. You gotta just lead into it man reactive if he hasn't reactivated at twitter account yet he needs to do it because again. That was is an all time wild moment before we get out of here another big game this weekend. We previewed it on Friday it. It was Tennessee Washington. They ended up playing Toronto on Saturday afternoon. For some reason. Nice performance from Rick Barnes Vase they led by double digits in the first half basically cruise to to a seventy five sixty two win over number. Twenty washed never trout in the game never was tied in the game in the final thirty seven minutes. l'amante Turner Got Sixteen points eight assists seven rebounds in thirty nine minutes and shouts to Josaia Jordan James. I mentioned on Friday podcast that he had done nothing. So far. This season five star freshman. But he's four four from from the field against Washington finished with nine points five assists and four rebounds so that solid. So here's the deal. Twenty four of the twenty six teams I had the preseason top twenty five in one were in the preseason. Ap Top twenty five one of them. Wasn't I already mentioned Davidson. The other one was Tennessee. vols number nineteen in the preseason top twenty five and one but they were unranked in the people. That'll change Monday. I think Tennessee's now three zero three double digit wins. So the evolves lost grant Williams Admiral Scofield Jordan bone from last season's team. That's top three scores. Still look good computers like them. They appear on their way to a third straight. NCAA tournament appearance norlander. What did you think of Tennessee handling Washington fairly easily and that's a Washington team that had already beaten a Baylor team that most people project to be tough during the big twelve? Yeah well I got this one wrong you got it right. I had Washington. Can you had Tennessee. I that was the only game we disagreed on Fridays. PODCAST creek right. I had Tennessee. So you Tennessee. We both had to Paul. Paul was able go ahead Cornell. We were both wrong. Belmont went in and whipped BC. So we got that wrong. We Got Yukon Florida wrong and then Seton Eaton Hall was able to beat Saint Louis. We both took Saint Louis so not not a great weekend so I went two and three and you went one and that would be correct so we are now equal on the season in terms of our record which is good going into week. Three are pixel Friday..
A Closer Look at Kyle Trask, No. 9 for the Florida Gators
"Meantime contrast is thrown for five ten and seven touchdowns the Gators last two games Dan Mullen on golden we going as quarterbacks play he was ready and and I think everybody knew we would be in a minute number was called he was ready to go perform he was ready for that moment I think all the preparation you see he's he's been preparing to be the starter for a long time and so when he got that GM he was ready for it and he's performed at that level he does a great job Aaron does a great job in in leadership getting us into the right twenty making a right he's an actor and I feel and you know I mean so let you know I'm just really happy foreman I think it's a great lesson for people in college football today that you know as soon as something does go perfect everybody wants to jump in the transfer portal and he's a guy that's kind of stuck it out worked and worked and continue to grow and develop wanted opportunity came each be

"Speaking college football last night. I predicted twenty six twenty you f- it was twenty four yeah. He's pretty good twenty eight twenty. It was a sloppy hilarious game but it was good to have college football back and then took off for hawaii zone. It did you now. I'd worked to nutty game. Cole mcdonald shootout cold mcdonald who is a quarterback threw three touchdowns in three picks in the first half he then throws a four touchdown down unstuck in half and then two more picks. He gets pulled even though he had three hundred yards in like five todd's the backup crumbs in lead them the two scoring drives hawaii can put the game away. They're down seven fifty seconds left from their own like fifteen. They drive all the way down to thirty ten seconds left. No timeouts cleo tate's scrambling housing. It's tackled it like the one and a half yard line and the time expires. It was like crazy. It's a hell of a game we start on

"You're starting darren williams freshman quarterback. Everyone's learning this. That's this brand new offensive system. You're breaking into freshman tackles. You know dan mullen also has talked about him. In these other members of his staff about how familiar they are with. Danny knows offense because they prepared for multiple times when he was coaching in arkansas. If miami can pick up a few first downs early early and not turn it over. I think i think he knows i think the as is happy with that. Just get your feet wet now. The way he knows likes to run his offense. It's it's pretty normal formations. He wants to establish the run and then use play action off that it makes sense with miami's current roster construction to operate that way. I'm i'm not sure it works in this spot where florida's had multiple weeks repair and kind of focus on one team but if you do go back to last season the gators defense wasn't very stout against the run fifty fifty first and adjusted yards per rush attempt forty first and defensive rush efficiency seventy first in line yards and the one thing the gators defense had a hard time doing last year was covering tight ends. He's dealing with play action. There were beat up in those areas a little bit last year defensively and that's that's my wants to do. I just don't get the vibe they're concerned with that. This go round and a you know when i look i it's just i think florida is going to have the ability if they're they're up in this game to get after the quarterback with with those do freshman tackles. I lotta guys early on. We're thinking that this line was a little high in the gators. Were a little all over hyped tough. Ask free. No this is a tough ask for two freshman tackles. A freshman quarterback. It really is in terms of the total if you know the total got. Let's just put this totally got dummied up a little bit first. Half is a big play from professionals but it was well above where the current market sits is certainly a this is not a best bet. <hes> you know if you had a gun gun to my head and i had to had to go over under on the first half total at twenty three and a half. I'm still probably going under definitely elegant over but there's just a lot oughta value going in that number but it is it was the professional side at at anything twenty four and a half better and it always sucks this time of year. We talk about this market. Oh he's numbers get beat to shit before. We have a chance to get our hands on them. Let alone share with <hes> with our listeners yeah but where these markets opened was at some of the a sharper offshore so there wasn't ability to get down enough to tip your hand early and so the rest of the books you know started releasing these lines isn't this week following suit in basically just copied the sharper books numbers after they've been adjusted a lot of those sharp books that were referencing open this first half total in in the beginning of august so you had the opportunity to get a numbers highest twenty seven on this first half total twenty. Four is a key first-half number so i don't advise going into that but listen. We've got a lot of guys that are going to want to dabble their toes gonna head. I'd still be looking under in the first half here. Yeah you mentioned some of those numbers six and a half widely available early on with florida. We've seen that number start to come up with seven and a half more or less consensus in that total get open as high as fifty and a half some shops. We'll call it forty seven forty seven and a half largely what's out there is paying mentioned twenty three and a half kind of the going rate in the first half but paint if that's is not enough to get you to the window for a best bet for this podcast. What direction are we going to go as far as win totals or anything else that catches your eye as it pertains s._e._c. football in two thousand in nineteen. We'll we'll just again make note. That isn't the best bet but you know first game..

"Reading. It seem to come up quite a bit everybody around taxation m._s._n. Losing their offensive line coach jim turner who left for the bengals some issues in terms of improper jokes and everything else. They seem to say that that could be big to watch texas. Anthems offensive line play early on in the season is absolutely without question this susan a unit that has any room for regression but i think when you lose a running back like trayvon williams. It's gonna be tough to replace him. In a lot of that's gonna a fall on the offensive line so that is a massive loss and that's a that's a good find in a good nugget for our audience defensively they bring back one and then that's one fulltime returning starter among their front seven. They'll obviously need edge. Rusher emerge bring five freshmen to help with debt concerns linebacker but getting buddy johnson probably takes on a lion's share the responsibility will why is that so important because you get one preseason game against texas state and then you get to go on the road and take take on the best offense in the country in the clemson tigers you know i think the defensive lines probably the strength on this side of the ball. I think the aggies would probably be pretty good stopping the run again and they finished nineteenth in defense of rush efficiency eighth in line yards eighth and stuff rate and over one hundred tackles for loss from the defense side of the ball last year. They lose their top tacklers so they're going to need to find some ball hawks there that are ready to you. Know make plays right away. Question marks at linebacker just a ton of view ton of unproven guys that are coming back from injury or making changes in their position on the side of the ball. There's lots of competition in the secondary. I think the young guys may get a chance here to contribute early. I know jimbo was not happy with the last line of defence a year ago am finished one hundred nineteenth and explosive defense fence ninety six than adjusted yards per pass. So what has jimbo do he goes out and he signs five freshmen in the secondary for the two thousand nineteen class so secondary very has to improve a little bit defensive line needs to remain as good needs to create. Some negative plays makes you're worried a little bit when you have a defensive line in a have a defense. That's creating reading. All these negative plays at secondary's still bad but that's going to need to improve listen. There's still some holes throughout this roster right. It's now jimbo's second year so he hasn't solved everything in recruiting. There's not massive depth on this team quite yet. Despite how well jimbo's recruited for two you season so that needs to enhance a level it probably will after next year's recruiting class. The schedule is just an absolute bear so i think we're we're really looking looking at some regression here for raynham this. You're going to be a curious team to watch. We'll save kellerman can continue developing leading offense. We did see his skill set on full display in the final two games of the season that seventy four seventy two thriller against l._s._u. Thanksgiving weekend and of course the fifty two thirteen blood of n._c. State in the ball game but pain previews are one thing playing football games for real or something very different and we finally have a game this weekend. Florida and miami will kick things off in orlando window florida's seven and a half point favorite total in this game sits at forty seven and a half and i kind of wanted to do something a little bit unique. We want a preview florida season in a nutshell while also talking about the matchup with miami florida's win total. This season sits at nine. You do have to lay a price to.

"If i'm all burnham playing buying a cupcake early on alabama we've already seen i know they have the national brand and you have nick sabin so if you can run the table and win the s._e._c. like you're pretty much guaranteed to get in and so maybe they've found a loophole in the system allburn. Should maybe try to replicate that. I know they don't have as big as a brand nationally. Don't have the coach that has a big of a brand but that i'm certainly not playing organ start the season. It's just one of those things you. I always wonder if you're auburn and you're constantly playing second fiddle to some of the other teams in your league being able to capture national attention for a primetime game week one. Obviously you have to win it. <hes> and it's always a catch twenty two. It's a spot that you and i are going to be in. I can't see either of us being named eddy anytime soon. I think the other players you know. They have a good the home schedule this year right. You have a couple of nights teams there with alabama in georgia so the home schedule is is very good but effectively. You know you play play these. Some of these neutral site games in florida state's doing this right now. You're ripple way a home game from your fans and that's probably why the national their attendance is down a little bit when you go to buy that season package and you have one long game that's good. It doesn't sit well with fans pretty wild. Although when you look at auburn schedule last thing before we get to texas. They don't play a home game during the month of october. They do have a bye week the week of october twelfth without florida at arkansas at l._s._u. And then they don't go on the road. During the month november they play mississippi have a bye week and close to finishing kick georgia's sanford alabama so when you talk about schedule absolutely yeah no balance whatsoever to be found there which i think makes a logical transition to a team. That's got their hands full in the schedule department jimbo fisher and company the aggies win total seven and a half. You have to lay a price to go over pain. I look at their schedule at clemson home against auburn home against alabama bama against mississippi state and if that's not bad enough last two games of the season on the road at georgia at l._s._u. Have that faithful in college station. You guys will need to work for every single victory that you're going to cheat in two thousand nineteen yep and because of that you know jimbo is gonna need kellyn monde to improve very inconsistent assistant last year at times. He looks unstoppable other times. Accuracy issues hinders ability to keep defenses honest. I've been told it was a great off season for monde. <hes> you know he's improved the time not just on the field but he's really taken this leadership role off the field. There's familiarity with just about every key contributor returning at receiver you you do lose jason berger. Who was mom's favorite target. He left early for the n._f._l. And i think the loss of of sternberg was compounded when the highest rank tight end recruit in the history history of the twenty four seven composite rankings baylor cup broke his leg last week so that is a big loss the offense has to figure out how to replace over two thousand yards and nineteen touchdowns with trayvon williams gone you just kind of look at this a and m averaged five point three yards per rush adjusted for opponent. Those is nineteenth in the country. That's probably gonna regress. The positive is five guys who start seven more games return on the offensive line even even with eric mccoy gone. I think you know this offensive. Unit should be good and so the reason and we'll get back to schedule here. That edmund needs to go to that next level. Is we have this as the second toughest schedule in all of college football so am is is slated to play our top. Four power rated teams in the country. Three of those four are on the road so you're at clemson. You're at georgia you're at l._s._u..

"The kicking game was a freaking mess that that i think contributed to some of those green green zone woes <hes> anders carlson only made sixty percent of his field goal attempts not good enough but honestly when you look and you mentioned the quarterback announcement. I don't think anything matters unless the quarterback position is solid and so you bring in the five star true freshman quarterback in bonex is going to be the starter for the organ game. That's how malzahn kind of prefaced it did. Allude also that gatewood may get at some snaps. I don't know if they're going to be a q._b. Or somewhere else within that malzahn offense but interesting to note maybe bonex monster arm. He's mobile. He's accurate when you listen to malzahn on what the difference was between the two quarterbacks. He kept referencing nixes attention to detail so tells me he feels he's. He's the more prepared guy other thing here within this decision like if gus goes out and wins seven games this season. I think it's tougher to keep your job if it wasn't obvious that he has the solution quarterback moving forward so if knicks flashes gus can say well you know i recruited that guy he he's only a freshman we're going to have to special years is with him. If it wasn't for me lord the kid away from alabama clemson he wouldn't even be here so i think that's partly why starting nixes is well dot yet you mentioned the offensive line struggled for stretches. We know they bring back a ton of starch but you know if they were mediocre then. Let's see if they take the next step was the first time that auburn for nearly use the ford festiva reference there. I wasn't gonna use the ford festiva reference but i will make another bad joke in just a matter of seconds so stay tuned for that written material surreal on a nice wednesday morning auburn first time since two thousand nine. They didn't have a thousand yard rusher. What i wanna know though painting you knew i was going to get this joke and it was gonna it happened this week or next week how long before if boehner starts off while they try and bring back and revive marketing campaign that bono's down there oh chasis we think we get him in bo jackson side-by-side. We know it's going to happen if he goes out. There runs for seventy five yards and throws for two fifty fifteen that season opener against the ducks. We know it's common bono's that's interesting very possibly i would think jackson would need to approve of that speaking of of quarterback commercials. Did you see my guy patty. Mahomes is in the new head and shoulders commercial there with troy palmolive. I actually have not seen that shankar. That actually actually pretty funny. You're happy with paddy's acting. You're not worried about him having a regression this season for the kansas city chiefs. It's going to be tough to throw for fifty touchdowns for sure. I just wanted order to make sure for for our purposes and i'm not going to divulge but we've hinted that i'm invested in patty big time so i liked having his face on television screens raines and being the face of the n._f._l. Obviously it definitely doesn't hurt marketing appeal when you look at that in the big scheme of things so auburn we know one of their calling cards in recent years has been what they're able to do defensively and kevin steele again a loaded on the defensive line with derrick brown marlon davidson in nikko entire linebacking crew needs to be replaced. Is it rinse and repeat auburn painter. Do you have some optimism. Maybe even some reservations about the stopping..

"Compiled a record of forty wanted twenty-five since winning the national title now of course the big news is coming from the plane's is auburn finally announcing starting quarterback electing to go with bonex who becomes the tigers first true freshman week one starting quarterback since travis tidwell back in one thousand nine hundred forty six no relation to rod tidwell at least from my understanding pain did auburn make the right choice in terms of who they elected to give the ball all two week one against oregon. There could be a reference there but it's probably a tough talking point at this current moment. Do you want to go at the jerry maguire line. Thanks i think i know exactly where you're going. If you wanted to get off your chest so ah that's that's an inside joke probably only about six people listening that are going to know <hes> gus malzahn knows it's. It's a crucial year for his offense. He sees dating. Can back play calling duties. It's it's it's just a huge year for him. He's gonna put his fate in his own hands. Offensive line returns all five starters <hes> <hes> and they've been the talk of summer with the strides. They've made y'all offensive line. I think you know it was a little bit of of the weakness on that side of the ball last year. That couldn't create enough room in the ground game offered finish eighth and adjusted yards per rush. <hes> auburn has a ton of weapons though i think this year a lot of dynamic speed in backfield and out wide although the receiver group dealing with some injuries again during fall camp say something to monitor their for that <hes> oregon game even withstood did him though a year ago nothing really came easy and situationally even the auburn offense struggled their seventy seventh and explosiveness on offense and <hes> when auburn did get into scoring position they finished eighty sixth in green zone points..

"Seventeen. They went from one hundred nine of fifty six th then adjusted pace. I think we might be in store for for another raising the bar. Their brady will want borough to get the ball out a lot quicker. I think that helps the offensive line as well. I think you should expect running backs. Catching the ball in space a little bit borough is drew brees obviously right but but joe brady kind wants to mimic that saints offense in and and if you listen to coach oh his raved about the passing game all summer just how much it's improved. Let's see if it comes out on the field but for all the questions we typically year in year out pain with l._s._u. And what they're going to look like offensively i mean we've grown accustomed to a lockdown defense from the tigers although they did see their points per game game worsen last season allowing more than three touchdowns for the first time since two thousand fifteen big yet or i guess retaining rashard lawrence was massive for them. The fiesta yes the m._v._p. We know devon white is going to be a huge hole. They have to fill but this is a team that has all americans grant delpit only the fifth unanimous m._s. preseason all-america l._s._u. Football history when we look at this team on that side of the ball can we catapult them into top ten. Maybe even top five territory yet not much needs to to be said about the side of the ball. I mean you just look at at their vibe right. It's all about being physical fast. They swarm they played downhill <hes> <hes> they could do a better job getting after the quarterback and stop the run <hes> looking at this last year. I was stunned outside. The top thirty in both sacree adjusted yards for russia allowed. I think the return of kaleva chason who thing tours a._c._l. Right in the miami game. I think he should help getting him back with with pressure. You mentioned devon white. I it's a big loss so as greedy williams. I think the latter isn't as big of a loss because you know cocoa went out did a great job. He's he's a fantastic recruiter. He replaces greedy williams by landing the number. One cornerback recruit in the entire country extinct junior is going to be day one starter <hes> l._s._u. Also i think did a piss poor job buckling down <hes> when opponents finally reached their scoring going zone. It didn't happen often then but i was looking at this a little bit. They allowed four point seven points on average when opponents reached their green zone that was seventy ninth in the country. I do think there's probably a little noise in that number two small sample size but something that was a little bit of a concern l._s._u. Had extreme turnover luck as well. You'd think that regresses just a little bit now. There's a lot of guys as you mentioned and some of them are even going to a ridiculous level where they're projecting l._s._u.'s to have the most efficient asian defense in the entire country. I think that's a bit optimistic but i think they're gonna fall within that top ten the biggest thing for me with the devon white losses he was the leader he got everyone organized. He was in the middle of the field. I they're going to have to find out who the leader is on. This side of the ball to find out pretty quick is going into austin second week of the season after they get tuneup to start things against georgia. Southern won't be an easy task whatsoever. I mean when you look at it or is your on who enters its fourth year here. I mean not to go off on a tangent. We have a couple of their teams. We need to get to i mean l._s._u. Believe they have national championship aspirations or do you think that fan base would be content and and i use the term content loosely with an s._e._c. championship. Should they be able to get that alabama monkey off their back right. It's all about baby steps about progress. Obviously you win an s._e._c. Championship things are heading in the right direction but this is the goal is a national championship and so. I think it's positive as much as we've bagged on coach..

"I think you did a really good job. As i mentioned son of a coach really cherishing the rock only five interceptions as last year he really improved. If you look and break down the season in segments as the season went on he was much better from weeks one through nine borough completed eighty two fifty three percents of his passes final four games sixty seven percent. He's gonna have a loaded receiving core again to throw to the line is what needs leads to improve their eighty first in rushing efficiency one hundred and i and sakr get four guys that do returns hopefully continuity helps with that and you listen to the offensive line coach. He thinks they are much improved. One of the most improved units on the entire team. Let's see if that that comes to fruition now. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors for that tigers offense last year. It felt like we were watching virtually every game. They would do just enough to squeak by. It's really tough to envision a team that won ten games last year in the year. Two thousand nineteen somehow finished eighty seventh and offensive success rate so it's just a lot of smoke and mirrors l._s._u. Only averaged an adjusted five point four yards per play that was that was not very good. They finished eighty fifth and explosiveness business. The offense didn't do anything great and you mentioned the guy's name already into eto sharon's credit. He picked up on exactly what i'm talking about with the smoke and mirrors. She realized last season was really fluky. The offense needed major change so he goes out. He spends half a million bucks on the passing game coordinator joe brady rady literally rip them away from sean payton in the saints. I know sean. Payton was pissed off. We haven't gotten to the n._f._c. yet but it certainly only a factor on on why the saints are seeing some under money come in on that win total not having joe brady there to help and assist that offense brady's talked about <hes> another increase in tempo for l._s._u. Offense this season. They made a massive leap last year from two thousand seventeen..

"Right. This isn't like a sob story but relative to the crimson tide defense. I think there's some depth concerns this year. You mentioned josh ashley <unk> mcmillan. He suffered that injury he was he was actually going to be pencilled in as that inside linebacker. It's a spot that they're already like extremely thin at. I think we have more concerns defensively in the front seven this year than last. It already looks like a four star. Freshman has won the interior job trying trying to replace quinton williams. That's going to be tough task. We finally saw some regression from bama's defense last year and i say that word some because it's not massive passive right but for the first time since two thousand fourteen alabama didn't finish number one overall defensive efficiency they dropped to seventh. It was the first time since two thousand ten alabama. Emma wasn't in the top five in overall defensive efficiencies in terms of adjusted yards per play bama's defense barely cracked the top twenty so of two in that often hadn't made the massive leap. I think bama would have regressed big time and so crazy to nick sabin right for being able to identify it was time to make some offensive changes a a guy that successful can sometimes be stuck in his ways but saving made the change open up his offense a little bit more. It's worked the last few seasons and i think it's going to have to work again. This year. Alabama's gonna make it to another national championship funny when you say stubborn and stuck in your ways because if alabama has been able to evolve and adapt data based on the changing landscape in college football one of their biggest rivals in the league well they hadn't up until maybe what they were able to do this off season and of course i'm talking. Can you about the l._s._u. Tigers you see their win total at nine juice to the over. I mean they've obviously put together. Facilities that would make royal family's jealous in baton rouge for anybody. Who's seen that video encourage you to go to their social. Media feeds check it out. I was absolutely blown away by what they're able to do from the sleeping pods and everything else we know how big a business it is scheduled relatively manageable manageable for the tigers and early road did against texas then their annual showdown against alabama they of course put their first top ten finish on the books since two thousand eleven and funny anecdote. Don't hear pain so you send over. Hey look here the teams we want to focus on and we're going through so i look up and down the list and you say hey. I really wanna focus on joe borough you. Leave the w off in his last name and i'm going yeah. I guess joe berle for extended stretches did play much like a donkey. Can you take the step. Forty needs to a quarterback with passing coordinator joe brady coming over from the saints y- e._s. By the way i was a little behind so you were rushing me for like what we're talking about so it was literally. Just some chicken scratch thought i sent over not my usual will my usual notes to you. Don't make yourself sound like you're charles dickens or william blake when you send over notes. Let's pump the brakes a little bit on that but yes oftentimes. It is much more thorough than what it's become for. This cram session crash course to get all these college football n._f._l. Previous into short wind up juerg. Joe bureau was a a pleasant surprise for l._s._u. Fans you know we know his dad is a coach so he was polished in that regard now. It wasn't a positive for us our listeners. I'm sure tiger fans fucking win total. My god in one thing that's interesting borough became the first quarterback in l._s._u. History to throw for over twenty five eight hundred yards and run for over three fifty in the same season..

"Eleven. You have to substantial price to go over so it doesn't take a math wizard to figure out that alabama has to go twelve if you're going to bet them over their win total and for the first time in a long time they enter the rare chip on their shoulder the worst loss during nick saban's tenure came in that national championship game and when you look at alabama emma what they've been able to accomplish having multiple losses in a season since two thousand fourteen just happened to be fifty five and four during that span they avoid florida and georgia over on the crossover games but we look at alabama. I guess we can start with the offense to hey this guy. We thought we had pencilled in for a heisman trophy. The a month november he put together suggested something very different yeah and speaking of not being a math wizard <hes>. There's also nothing that i can really say about the alabama. Offense is an office right. They're gonna be good again really going on a limb there to try and make that prognostication. I you know i mean they were. They were prolific last season. Two it was set the single season record passing efficiency bama finished second in both adjusted yards per pass and second adjusted yards per play you you name it. They've finished first in success rate. I in passing efficiency second in rushing efficiency i in past plays per game of twenty or more yards into it gets back all four of his awesome pasqua <unk> catching weapons so it's like you know judy rugs smith while they're all ridiculous again. It's like it's nitpicking here. I guess there's question marks at tight end. You also have to replace your left tackle. Joe williams was a first round pick. Their starting center moved don as well. <hes> trae sanders the five star running back that was going to contribute this season broken foot on the final play of practice a few weeks back that could hurt. I know nausea. Harris's is real good. I actually led the team last year in yards per rush attempt but for me runs a little bit upright at times i know bam the staff has been working on him with that extensively this offseason known he's going to have an increased role the biggest question. I think we have with two it. Is you know if he can be consistent. You mentioned november. That's kind and we're all the biggest game started to happen right. When two of faced the very best defense is on the schedule last season it was l._s._u. Mississippi state georgia and clemson listen all were top ten in defensive efficiency to completed fifty eight percent of his passes in those games had a one to one touchdown interception ratio the other eleven eleven games on the schedule against the lesser defenses to a completed seventy five percent of his passes had thirty seven touchdowns zero interceptions i- obvious again again. I get right when you play tougher. <hes> defenses elite defense is that the production's going to dip a little bit but you would expect a quarterback. That's potentially we're going to be the number one pick in the n._f._l. Draft come april to rise up in the biggest games and he didn't do that before we get to alabama's defense pan. I think one of the issues it's hard argue. Ignore an alabama. We've seen it. Maybe more pronounced in the last couple years and we did with nick sabin. I took over is the constant revolving door of coordinators. It seems like every year. They're breaking working in newark new d._c. Because they're taking head coaching job somewhere else from a continuity standpoint how tough is that to try and deal with and wendy ultimately start to see some some of the erosion and coaching or have we begun to see already in tuscaloosa..

"If we see another uptick in pace from south carolina's offense if you remember on this review podcast last year we talked about tempo is coming and sure enough. U._s._c. was about three seconds per play faster than the average football team. I wanna see if that keeps up this year because as we kind of eluded to they're going to be facing a really really really tough schedule and sometimes going tempo against better. Teams isn't a positive. You don't want to do that but it'll be interesting to see what the temple looks like from south carolina carolina the season yeah sometimes that tempo especially if you're inefficient can backfire on rather rapidly if you're trying to give your opponent a lot more possessions to work with defensively offensively. I mean the talk pain and what i've read is that this may be one of the best defences will muschamp has fielded since he took over as head coach here the defensive line arguably the most talented grouping quarterback has some rising stars. You have a number of names here that are capable of performing on a big stage. I just wanna see them actually go out there and achieve chiefs. Some of those expectations yeah. You're you're spot on i. It's hard to be a really good football team at any level if your trench play is in good and i think it probably it gets magnified when you play in the s._e._c. and so south carolina's defensive line has to be better stopping the run they were flat out punked last season on this side of the ball must champ a._m. Had to bend like just pulling out his hair watching this u._s._c. was eighty fifth in defensive rush efficiency sixty second adjusted yards per rush on short yardage downs in south carolina was one hundred eleven stopping the run there are one hundred and fourth and suffering it was like it would just piss freaking poor man like you see came over there and he is just much champ runs hot by the way so you kind of watch some of these games and he was just that defense was so oh disappointing most of the defensive line returns much champ landed himself that monster offensive lineman with zach pickens. There's only two who players in south carolina football history that were higher rated recruits than pickens and their names were clowning lattimore so you know pickens i think is an immediate contributer on that defensive line. You'll go back to the back half the defense. The secondary does lose three starters but there's a ton of young talent back there. It's just unproven. I think one thing that you do want to monitor is a season ago. The gamecocks defense was eleventh in explosive plays thirty four th and defense in passing efficiency agency in eleventh in passing down efficiency so you can't have any letup from the secondary. Hopefully there's no regression there with the past defense offense as as those young guys entered the fold a little bit because if the defensive line doesn't improve in you go kind of really young in the back half that could be some trouble just again. It was really underwhelming defensively last year. This could be though in you hit this on the head. The most talented defense that much champions had let's see if it kind of translates as a whole just kind of put a bow on south carolina you would also hope turnovers in injuries even out a little bit gamecocks had the worst turnover walk in the s._e._c. They're one of the most injured teams in the entire conference as well very curious to see how that team is price weekend week out because the talent obviously suggests bowl eligibility agility should be easy to obtain obviously schedule says something very different so curious to see if the team stays together continues to fight and probably won't have a record indicative the talent level that will muschamp put together when we go from the s._e._c. east to the s._e._c. west bane of course when you talk about the western division you have to start with the alabama crimson hamson tied their win totals eleven..

"Game. If you're missouri and barrio heading in the right direction you have to win in your own building meanwhile pain we look at this team defensively six starters returned and five of the seven top tacklers they did see their sacree plummet for the first time in ages but a run defense that finished you know well above average inside the top twenty five k._o._m._o. Garrett force in the middle it all two hundred sixty four tackles during his career. You talked about how optimistic you were with the offense to feel the same way about their stop unit. You know one day. I want to touch on it. I think you made eight a good point. There and we're kind of going off to the left here in the left field. I think they're gonna be fine in regards to potential early lawson listen in the vibe of the team. All those guys had opportunities transfer out all of them state and so they know what they're tasked with this season a these guys are upperclassmen. I don't know if the buying factor is going to be an issue if if they lose a game or two so i'm not as worried about that as as a lot of people are <hes> defensively you know. I think this team's gonna be good. They were you kind. I mentioned this. They had issues getting after the quarterback. I think that's their main concern. That's the thing they're trying to solve again this year. They were great stopping the run. I think even with terry back near going to the n._f._l. That area's still probably pretty solid <hes> but you look at those numbers tigers hundred and eighth in sacra that number actually fell to a hundred and twenty i unknown passing downs the first ten games of the season last year missouri only at seventeen sacks so defensive ends need to be better the secondary everything was an issue as well. Certainly you don't have a pass. Rush at major secondary has to cover longer but they still gave up. You know just chunks of yardage. They didn't make plays on the ball. Missouri was sixty ninth adjusted yards per pass ninety ninth and explosive pass defense seventy th in defensive pass efficiency so that kind of force burial dems hand dan this off season. He went out literally brought it seven do freshman to the secondary in this recruiting cycle so competition beautiful thing plus. It looks like some of the projected rejected starters have kind of transformed into a little bit more of a veteran later in group there in the back half <hes> from what i was told todd like after that first scrimmage last week missouri secondary looks really really improved and they're actually like the the unit that stood out most during that that full scrimmage last week definitely not a bad thing to have. You guys covered a little little bit longer. It'll help to pass rush. Try and get there because of ample opportunity as we've mentioned a number of times already with that schedule to build that confidence that they're going to need for finishing kick that looks relatively challenging especially by standards pain program in the s._e._c. east. It hasn't quite lived up to its blueblood lineage in recent years at tennessee volunteers their win total total six and a half to lay a price to go over the total. The nine wins for the vol's over the last two seasons are tennessee's fewest and a two year span since nineteen seventy seven evidence seventy eight. You would've been about nine years old back then they did beat two ranked opponents in kentucky and auburn but some major injury concerns for tennessee both on their offensive line where are the key oh beekeeping trey smith on the field dealing with recurring blood clots and they had a massive injury during practice to one of their stalwarts on the defensive line as well yep in listen offensively. There's gonna be a little bit of a change right. Jim chaney comes over from georgia. You get chris winky in their. My guy takes over as quarterbacks. Your back's coach are more florida state cooley. Get away from this and this podcast can win the you know. The offense does return a lot of its production ninety one percent that second motion all college football. I was looking at her power..

"Hearing. It's a little different this year right like frahm taken on that larger leadership role. Everything sounds to be a little bit more buttoned up in focus from what i'm hearing. I think if you're georgia honestly i mean you've accomplished everything you can aside from winning a national championship so in my opinion if if you're tied to the program your players on that roster unless you're the one holding up the crystal ball at the end of the season knocking off the legs of alabama and clemson. I don't think you can see the season a success success which is a little bit different from team. That's got a postseason bowl ban in effect at least as things stand right now. The missouri tigers pain who look at their win total. It's eight eight. You do have to lay a price to go over. This is going to be interesting to see how missouri just to life. After lock missouri fourteen and six last twenty games they've played as a program. I thought what was impressive when poking around they haven't lost a game during the month of november since two thousand sixteen but that bowl band hangs and looms over the culture of the program but you look could discuss you can make the case. If this team lives up to its expectations they could be eight no going into a bi week setting up a showdown november ninth in athens against the georgia georgia bulldogs. Oh you're you're spot on for sure and i get the loss of lock could potentially be big. I actually like what missouri has on offense. I i'm in higher on kelly bryant than most because to me. It's like i'm not scared away by the fact that trevor lawrence beat him out right trevor lawrence would beat out every other quarterback in college football right now including two so kelly brian is in some like quarterback couldn't cut out. He was just a victim of circumstance rare circumstance. I know the guys at missouri. We love him already. Especially after i had the choice to go elsewhere when those sanctions came down but i think brian was was loyal to the guys that he had just met so the bond was was built pretty early on have a nice receiving core you got roundtree in the backfield average twenty-five touched a game last year three guys on the o line return. Tom had a first team all s._e._c. Member wall sims there too. I think when i started digging into this and it surprised me a little bit so it's probably going to surprise the casual fan as well but but missouri and one of the best oh lines and all of college football season sixteenth in line yards sixth and stuff rates six than secretary so i just you know when i look at missouri i liked their own line probably may take a tiny step back but it's going to help with a mobile quarterback. You look at missouri so line literally the lead up the least amount of sacks and tackles for loss in the entire s._e._c. in that was just stunning to me. Only fourteen percent of their hands were stopped at or behind the line of scrimmage so the offense did a good job not playing from behind the chains. I'm actually projecting a top fifteen offense and overall efficiency when the dust settles for mizzou at the end of the year and as you kind of alluded to hear the schedule of defenses that kelly bryant missouri you're gonna face this year only to do we project to finish inside the top thirty inefficiency when you remove georgia and florida from the fold the other ten games missouri faces a defense on average that we project to be sixty four th so there's just a alon of opportunity here to eclipse the eight wins that they had a year ago that pretty crazy and you always wonder team like this as a bowl ban if they lose a game early what what it does this psyche if the team continues to play heart so i think that'll be interesting to monitor more player quotes and everything else but we've already seen them go from rhetoric to touchdown favor of the game get abed up in their opener when they go on the road to laremy and you look at those other three home games four. They'll have the first by west virginia southeast missouri and game against south carolina. It's not a layup by any stretch of the imagination immagination but a game..

Hey going doing good main keener me. I got you man. I'm just a another four to fan calling to get this idiot off the line man you call plants plain stupid stuff like that only know that man I've been listening to the bomb zone for a long time. Usually this is ignorance. I usually try not to call in but I figured new scenery and I would but man. I don't even know off the top of my head. When Tibo was there I guess it would have been we wanNA know six seven Oh six through one oh six throwing thought because we want it and six and seven and then we didn't and then we had that down year once that <hes> that little guy named Brantley wherever wherever he is now but man that just blows me people coming in here talking like that and I'm sitting here I'm I'm I live in Tennessee so I'm surrounded by a bunch of dirty orange people but man that just amazes me that makes me almost it's not they wasn't speaker well? Hold just keep listening to us. I appreciate the call and we will talk in just a second. We will be interviewing Manny Diaz. He's the head coach. The Miami hurricanes going into his first season and you know who they open up with. Tell me the Florida gators quarterbacked by Tim Balls that game will be in Orlando. We will talk to coach D. as here on the Paul Finebaum show we'll be right back. I don't know if this is the kind of music that our next gas likes bikes but it's kind of music. I like Toby Keith here. It's the Paul Finebaum Show Matt Jones and Drew Franklin and join us now the new coach of the you buy me hurricanes Manny Diaz coach. Are you at Toby Keith guy at all a wouldn't be I on the playlists but you know my my mom was down in the Florida keys so we can go down to the keys and get on a boat and Toby Keith fit right in Oh. That's perfect keys music right. It is exactly right so I always like to ask this of sort of new head coaches you you build your you want your whole career kind of for this moment where you have the program you can kind of direct. What's it like when it finally happens and there you are in like everything's kind of under your control that has to be both exciting but also a little nerve wracking isn't it? It's a real there's no doubt about it and and the key like anything else is make sure you got a great staff around you which you know when you're a coronary you're going to be dependent on having a great staff on your side of the ball and now when you're in charge of the entire tower organization. It's like anybody else. You GotTa have a lot of good people around you. If you think that's going to be one person that's going to outsmart every on the planet <hes> you're not going to last very long now. Unlike a lot of head coaches that come in you were there so you you're the transition is easier easier for you. What were the things that you felt like you needed to change immediately and is that harder to do when you're coming from inside the system or not well? Let's put it this way you. You're probably inside the system. You're probably more aware of the diagnosis of the patient right. When there's a normal change you have an idea of what the issue was and you might? Have you know you looking from the outside and there were three places that really everything needed to reboot I didn't I don't want anybody in the program. Players players coaches to feel like they were you know they arrived but three places that we were obviously not competing at a championship level or one with our offense..

"On the Florida Gators. And that's a look at the Davenport scoreboard report here on the UV orthopedics halftime report. Now, I told you that it was rather awkward. The first half fest. We recap it Virginia started shooting three of nine. Clemson at one point was shooting six percent and early it was ugly as they were one of their first fourteen shots but began to make a little run. We'll talk about it. But really the story of the first half is once again, you just gotta have the right guy. Chasta guy guy. Fires up on various straight on. Kyle guy is responsible for foul guy in double figures at one point. He was the he was the outscoring Clemson by himself including making shots like this one guy the other premier wing. Another one Kyle. Absolutely. L S thirteen points. But Clemson would make a late run and get to the free throw line as well. The cut into that deficit until Braxton key being and making a significant contribution to kind of keep that momentum quilt. Jerome top arc.
