Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas Promised Open Borders
"What he said A while back, right? This is the same secretary Andrew Mayorkas. That said, Listen. We're not telling you not to come to the United States. We're just saying Don't come right now. And this was at a time when the pandemic was really like, out of control. And it was for like, five minutes when he was saying Don't come right now. Right. It was it wasn't as forceful as came alive as the vice president, who when she said, she said, I'm telling you don't come right should have got that one. That's a funny audio, but She was more forceful in it, and she took heat for it. Mayorga says What he wants to say he doesn't take heat for anything. But so that's what he said today. Now he went on today and I think we have the clip from earlier this year in March when he said, I'm not saying that the countries don't come right. We are not saying Don't come. We are saying don't come now because we will be able to deliver, uh safe and orderly process to them as quickly as possible. Oh, safe and orderly. Yeah. Do you really think somebody saying I'm just saying Don't come. Just don't come right now, because we want to make this safe and orderly. Do you think anybody's going to listen to somebody that talks that way? I know I'm not. I'm just okay. Excuse me, sir. Step aside. I've got some border crossing to do, And that's exactly what they did, because he's literally opening the door. He's opening the border, and he's doing it at the command of the commander in chief, Joe L. Barbosa.

Eleven if you Have a nephew niece grandchild child and they are again a under twenty five twenty six years of age. Ask them what happened on nine eleven. My my suspicion is that many will not know and if they know they will say. The america was attacked by airplanes. I i i don't know if they'll use the word terrorist than i don't know if identify them as islamist on ice. I strongly suspect they won't identify them. It's at the west hall of the century ballroom on capitol hill and it runs Thursday through sunday and The character is based on the iconic eighties video game character. Miss pacman by this fantastic comedy actor. Scott shoemaker who anthropomorphized her But made her sort of a bitter and angry trainwreck. Oh that's hilarious brennan. I used to ride miss pacman for like forty five minutes on a single quarter. I'm giving myself away there. But i want i which she can't be a train wreck. She's miss pacman. Well i'm impressed by your video. Game skills But yeah the ideas that she peaks in the eighties and has been cratering ever since and now. She's trying to resuscitate her career as a lounge act. Is tell us confessional stories about her divorce in her pill problems her affairs her wreckage and there is a dose of schadenfreude in there which makes it feel like a bit of a guilty pleasure but his entertaining is that is. As you mentioned there was a quite a height as they hadn't spoken the two leaders for seven months and this book for ninety minutes yesterday which include interpretation that that's forty five minutes of substantive discussion so it's meaningful in the sense that it's important. The leaders of these two countries communicate and talk and try to find areas that they can cooperate and work together. And that's what joe biden has been trying to. Do i think so whether this results in a ratcheting down of tension. I think remains to be seen. But it's certainly a step in the right direction

"So I said, What is this full talking about? So I go back. And of course, he cherry picks from media matters. He didn't listen to the over four minutes. Discussion. I had about this over four minutes and media matters. Filled with low EQ prepubescent buffoons. The hard left. Even they provide the audio. They have added five minutes and 12 seconds. And what I was talking about. At the time was the messaging and marketing of the C. D. C. Which is utterly convoluted. Certainly in July. Were there telling people at one point get the vaccination at the other point, the vaccination doesn't protect you from the delta Variant. Remember all that Mr Producer? So I said, Well, then why I get the vaccination. I wasn't telling you not to get the vaccination. I was saying Then what's the point of being vaccinated? If they're trying to say two things at the same time? Yeah, get vaccinated, but it won't protect you from the delta very. And I said they got to provide the data. The data, meaning well, how many people are getting this Delta variant? And how many people are dying from the delta variant, very tiny percentage of people. Killed by the Delta variants. That was it. That was the whole thing. Pretty much. But now I'm an anti vax or you see, And why are all these? These host dying? From the vaccine. You have these wonderful people. These wonderful people like Phil Valentine, but he's not the only one. Mm. Who take a principled stance. And then maybe they change their minds or something like that. And these guys are dancing on their graves.

Joe biden had witnessed dead americans returning home from foreign battlefield as president and commander in chief the bodies of eleven marines a navy medic. An army staff sergeant arrived on. Us soil on sunday. August twenty ninth all killed in a suicide bombing at the kabul airport on august. Twenty sixth amid america's chaotic exit from afghanistan after twenty years of war for thirty five minutes as the flag draped cases were carried down the ramp of an air force c seventeen cargo plane at dover air force base in silence except for the home of aircraft engines and muted troop commands. Biden stood in front of the cold reality of his decisions. A series of fateful choices over the past six months drew a tragic line to that moment it was biden who in april settled on august thirty first date for withdrawing u s forces from afghanistan. It was biden who chose a minimum number of us troops to secure the exit and it was biden updated in intelligence briefings and meetings over the summer who oversaw his administration's abandonment of a key. Airbase the delay in evacuating us citizens and allies and belated scramble to provide more troops to get everyone out safely. Hard decisions are histories. Acid test for precedents. It's easy to forget amid the posturing and politics but the architecture of american power means there are some calls that only the president can make and when it came to afghanistan biden was determined to make them he had watched the wars launch. As the senate's top foreign policy overseer nearly twenty years ago then fault and lost an efforts to end it as vice president since announcing the exit he has never publicly wavered on that

And the reason he was so dedicated as he saw in the market which we now see today on c. gm was that the variability in mealtime control was so high and fluctuations. You see the influence takes about an hour and a half to kick in. And it's hard to get real time control if you can't get a fast acting insulin. And so he stood up to make a real thing. Insulin so president inhaled Monarch and that was really what the magic was in our technology making a dry powder was was if you heard different face cream. Degrees of southeast to south and the southwest autumn is like i said earlier is that That the west search the late degrees of southwest all the way to the early gr- degrees of north west. So there you go. Those are the four seasons of the twelve animals. Now let's go. let's move on now. Another endearing quality of the ox is personal fortitude and lack of complain they the ox never is always persistent and never whiny the ox has a friend in the rat who helps the ox. Come out of his shell and be more sociable. In his friendship circle the ox can rely on the snake a rooster and his secret from the rats. So that's the trinity and again. Each set of animals has their own trinity. So for instance You've got tiger horse and dog. Make a trinity. And then you've got the ox and the route snake and rooster are there. Is that trinity. So we have animals that make up twenty so if you can if you're an oxygen you're listening to this look on look for snakes and roosters and also rats because rats are your secret friend It's also.

"Beautiful crystals or beautiful chandelier That is so good for your function of your dining room. Now we talked about hanging mirrors. There that's another way to enhance that any kind of chandelier that you might have if you have a beautiful If you have a beautiful mirror it will. It will reflect that light as well as reflect the image of that beautiful chandelier so great to have mirrors in there now. Let's talk about some don'ts in the dining room because these are just as important as the deduce So let's talk about the the don'ts and one of the things we don't want to have in the dining room is a clock a clock and a dining room actually brings some difficult injure energy because they symbolize death We want to remember that The passage of time isn't something that you want to be thinking about while you're enjoying a meal and the company they're closest to you so if that's where your bit grandfather clock is i to just taking it out of there. We don't want to be aware time aware in our dining room. I remember my mom had broken her hip last year. And she went to a rehab facility Slash nursing home and i thought was so cruel was in their dining area. They have one of those big giant clocks. You know that's as you see him in a lot of of home decorating. tv shows. And i won't name the ones because there's one that's really popular and while i love this particular show There forever putting up these giant oversized clock set music. You were under the gaze of o'clock you're always under pressure and that's not a good thing right and especially not when you're dining and especially not if you're in a in a rehab or nursing home in this dining room with a giant clock. I every time. I saw it. I told my mom. Stay away from that room. Go go sit over here in this other corner here. We're looking at that clock and I mean she was in and out of there in no time I'm so proud of her. She she just is like a rubber ball. My mom she she she gets knocked down but it's not for long. She broke her leg..

"And i know. I've gone through my own low periods. I really have i. I have had periods where i was so frustrated and and i actually was told by dr i was i was clinically depressed. Now i knew at the time i was getting cold when i got out of the shower In july and i could see if that were in february and then i was walking with a sweater in august in north carolina. It gets hot and humid in. I kept telling the doctor that You know. I think. I had a thyroid issue now. That's that so this is why you wanna call your doctor. Is you want to make sure that if you do have some sort of underlying medical condition and you can. That could cause depression like for me. It was my thyroid. It was a low thyroid level in in but he was already to put me on an antidepressant. And i told him i'd be happy to take that if i didn't have these weird brown spots on my face that come up in the sun or that. I wasn't putting a sweater on and walk my dogs in august. Something seems wrong about that. I know of no depression. That makes you shiver in the august sun. And i said why don't we Humor me why don't you humor me and let me try thyroid for a month or six weeks. If i still don't feel. I'm having all this. I'll i'll take the antidepressant and sure enough. I you know all of a sudden the lights came back on. I was my usual hot tamale and and i felt so much better. But i'm so glad i went to go see the doctor because all those symptoms. Yes they were. They were symptoms of of depression. In terms of low energy. Wanted to sleep a that kind of thing. So there's a lot of times that there could be a physical thing but it there's it could also be that you you you are having some some Difficulties dealing with things. Or you're feeling blue or despondent. You know Sometimes depression is is Lack of purpose fulfillment you know everybody. has those Those concerns and that despondent outlook can often show up in our homes literally like the hundred press person they often will show those internal struggles. They could be too much shopping. Anger shopping. i talked about that in the year of the ox. I'm very concerned about women. Women are hosting an energy next year that kingly depression and And that can lead to this sort of out kind of anger. It could show up his anger. But it's really depression or feeling hopelessness. So i i have some concerns about. This house will have concerns about it for men in the in the coming year. And that's why i'm doing this. This podcast and kind of redoing it again because i wanted to talk to you About feeling hopeful ways. We can use functionally to raise up your hopeful meter and so that we can raise up your energy and help you feel better now. Obviously let's talk about these these things how they can show up in in way so one of the things that i notice is if my house expanded it's it is a total bummer right. The big old Mess in the in the kitchen sink and stuff scattered all over the place. It just it brings.

"Paying attention to those bills, you've got it all organized by color and you've got some investment or savings going in where things are going in and then you've got something for just fun. I will not tell you it creates a shift when you have a fun account. It makes a difference in terms of you start seeing money as fun. We need to see money in different ways. It can't just be that we need to see money accumulate. So that's doing some kind of investment or something like that have some savings something like that. I like Investments. That's me anybody that knows me knows I love that and but we also have an account. That's just for pure pleasure that you just you spend and you take your you spend on that and on that account and you never look back or think twice about it and I home It's it's something that gives me a whole lot of pleasure. Well, this has been a fun fun episode for me. I like talking about money and it's funny. I used to hate talking about money. And that's when I didn't have money down and when I got money that's when I started liking to talk about it. It's funny how that works. So I hope this works for you if you get any tips or any change of your mindset around money. Hey, drop me a note. Let me know. I always love to hear from you. Listen. Have a great day. Have a great fun money Dey fine, fine fun bucks and go spend it on something fun that you never would do like for me. I'm not a big Starbucks girl, but you know, I do love those Frappuccinos. Now, let's talk about those three tips. I always want to leave you with here at the last and that is number one show money down bills your respect by putting those bills in a basket right away taking them out and paying close attention to him including setting those dates to pay them. So important work with your credit card companies and say hey, I need a job. Paid on the 12th and 28th or whatever the days are that will work for your your payment schedule number to watch your money grow and do it automatically have some kind of money. I don't care if it's just $5 a month or a dollar a week. It doesn't matter but do something where money just goes and grows it does nothing else payments are made from it. Nothing else happens but grows so important that you see money growing tip. Number three have a fun account. You know, it's so important that we have fun with money if money is always a begrudging thing that is always off bills and its misery and debt. That's not going to be any fun. So set up a fun account or even if you would just withdraw a certain amount of money per month just withdraw it automatic pay and set it up so that you do it but then spend that money and do it with joy and pleasure and don't look back and don't second-guess or question yourself when we when we use our other across To pay bills off of and that kind of thing and we use it for fun. Then we get that's when we can sometimes get into trouble. But when you create that fun account, you know how much you have in it, and that's what you use. So have fun with money and and feel like a kid again with the piggy bank. It's a lot of fun to have a fun account. All right. Have a great week. Thanks for listening to this episode of 5-minute. Feng shui. I'll talk to you on episode 107..

I really like this is like one thousand most popular Facebook posts I've done is is to talk about where to put your bills where to put your income and savings statements Investments. So let's go through that really quick life and you might want to write some of these down because I want you to go out shopping after after this podcast and go get some of these things. Okay. So let's talk about bills. What where do we do? Let's let's handle Bills first off a big believer in in handling the handling the things that we need to handle first. It's and and putting the the fun behind that in line. So bills are where we're going to pay attention. And we're going to put those in blue folders why in blue folders? Well because blue is is a pen color and and it's a color that doesn't activate. We want to keep those Bill small, right? And we don't want to get them stimulated. We in other words if you put it in a red folder you might have more bills. Actually what we want to do is put them in blue and keep them not activated on active, active..

"You can increase lighting and add a few plants. Landscaping is another great way to improve the Yang energy that surrounds your house and it raises the energy of your house to get outside plants. Some new flowers or shrubs had a water feature. Remember what water's the best water why that's young water that means bubbling. Fountains that means flowing streams, a yen water that's the toilet. We always want to make sure that we wanna have young water everything these get yanked up and I'm going to say I'm going to say one thing about young energy and that is we do have a a Yang mental year and it's the seven star is the reigning star for Twenty Twenty and I talked about how it create could create breathing problems. I didn't of course I didn't know corona virus I don't have that crystal ball. That says that you know POPs up a name. I can just say I worried about having illnesses such as flu or that could create problems with long and that's interesting because yen energy can make can be difficult to deal with in create its own set of problems and when a negative or an energy is negative and it get's Yang Energy, it can become more negative but right now we WANNA talk about is adding energy to your home life because this is the kind of energy that is going to help sustain us through covert and help protect us because it's active. It's taking active part like wearing masks social, distancing, washing your hands, plenty of times that kind of thing. So. What else can you do that? How you boisterous nece so often kids our full life and energy and instead of valuing it, we want to medicate them or shove a game in their hands and keep everything quiet. Go to a starbucks now and you'll see people tapping on their cell phones and tablets socializing but there's no talking going on and it's not that way in Europe like Italians or laughing they're talking they're engaging. With each other and not little glass green laugh out loud enjoy personalities have fun and don't hide your personality putting your lamp under a bucket. Shine on. You know the more we can be carefree and happy even in this time of covid. Okay. So maybe it starbucks right now isn't isn't going to be full to capacity with people in there working on their computers but before Cova we know going in there there'd be a lot of people and that very much noise. Did you ever notice that all the noise was somebody you know the barest saying Taylor caught tae try law or What have you calling the names but everybody else was just kind of silently in their own little bubble and we gotta break out the we got a value being out of those bubbles and engaging with other people and having fun and like I said laughing out loud. So some good funny movies and laugh your way into some young energy in your house. You know laughter is a great way to put wonderful energy in your home and I love doing that laugh we laugh a lot in our family. So my house has a lot of laugh lot of laugh molecules all over the walls. Let's also talk about lightning up in addition to laffy literally, you can lighten up your house lining is one.

"Your host, Katie Weber publisher of the red, Lotus letter function easy for wealth each week, all cover funkaway topics that can help you improve your life. Sure inspiring stories, and always end with three easy to implement funkaway tips that you can put to work right away and usually in about five minutes. Now, let's get started on the five minutes that could change your life. Hello, and welcome to today's episode of five minute funkaway. We're talking all about Yang Energy. That's right. This is the energy that keeps our blood pumping that gets US excited. It's not the Union Oh you know. Sit there and meditate. but we're GONNA talk about Yang Energy, that is that up and moving get it going kinda energy red colors, bright light, excitement, sparkling lights, all the kinds of things that get us up and moving 'em get our blood pumping, and this is something that really need and boy do we need it now here with covert epidemic or epidemic? It's pandemic more than ever. We need some energy and infusion of of of energy. So let's talk today about Yang Energy and how you can use. It in your home in your life because it is so important that we have at. Yang. Energy is what keeps US alive it keeps us moving and going and working and pushing ourselves and having fun and excitement. That's Yang Energy. You know. Now, of course, gang energy is often associated with the male energy, but it really isn't just male energy. It's it's a when we think of yen in or Yong if you, WanNa call it that way. But you know I'm from Texas I say Yang Y'all. And yet energy is that energy that is sleeping energy what I would call it a slight being asleep you you need rest it's the time when you're quiet when you're contemplative, maybe meditate. Sitting in the bath and soaking that's yen energy union is dark and it retreats and it's holding kind of energy whereas Yang is going and blowing and and exciting, and an active and movement and light, and it is It's it goes forth. Yin Energy goes in and Yang Energy is the type of. That we need every day, that's what gets us up in the morning is Yang Energy and what goes gets us to sleep is yen energy. So if you WANNA, think about those two kinds of energies that way that's a really good metaphor for them and it's as you think about it, it's really not so relative to to male and female as as Yin and Yang implies if you think about it sleeping and resting as opposed to being active and energetic. So but even so you know a lot of people say you know it's a man's world and and and it is true because the world's a busy place it's full of Gogo drive and that requires a lot of young energy. Of course without Yang energy we'd stay in bed all day and be too lethargic getting done and functions way needs Yang Energy we all need young energy. When functions was I practice in its earlier days, it was actually a YIN study It was the assessment of burial locations that were selected specifically to give a family a long lasting legacy. Then functionary became a study for the living, not just the dead. Because well, Hey, the dead habit they they've got attorney to sleep it off while we've got to get things going right we do. So we definitely want to think about a functionary now as decidedly Yang that that Yang Energy is the preferred energy in a home. So while balancing and yen and sanctuary, and that that kind of ideas is an important concept in functionally the scales. Really need to be tipped little bit more Yang Direction. So the homes and businesses and offices are more energetic and grow and so that the people who live in those homes are more energetic girl. Now, when a living space is yen that energy tends to go in that direction. So that could be all kind, create all kinds of problems with loss loss of health or relationships, loss of wealth or. Physical vitality can even lead to death. In extreme cases. It can also like low metabolism create depression just sort of a downward outlook and when I think of yen houses a really good example that's very timely in today's world or hoarders hoarders have very yen houses that becomes they become this receptacle of just stuff that goes in and never comes out and that's what happens With those types of homes once they start in that in that Yin Direction, they typically stay in that direction but learning the importance and value of both Yin and Yang Energy means that when you have Yang Energy in your home, your home's energy will be tipped in favor of the spirit of Yang Energy and that helps your family thrive and makes you relationships fulfilling hey, makes maybe middle sexy, right And it makes your health vibrant and wealth is abundant. Now, when life is too yen, it feels stock or dull. You don't feel like you're moving forward and this is a time when you WanNa, have a good apply a really good healthy dose of Yang Energies and there's lots of ways to incorporate Yang Energy in your home also to your health and your life and even your personal outlook. So let's talk about some of those ways that you can develop young energy will the first one that comes to mind is To Stop Worrying Start Acting many times we think that worrying is productive just like ruminating over things is the answer eventually will worry our way out of a negative situation. Will you know that never happens right that rarely works in fact, it almost never works right? Instead we're often we all put up making a hard decision or taking decisive action choosing to worry instead but once you make a decision or take action, you get amazingly out of your Rut and start life starts moving again even when I started doing this. This particular podcast I listened to a few other podcasts about funkaway and and and While they had some really nice content. I've heard other podcasts on this subject and and many of them are treat the house as it's a it's a sacred place and it's like, let's let's go. That's my take on. I wanted to be active and energetic, and I. Don't WanNa put you to sleep while you're listening to this and there are all kinds of things that you can listen to with..

"Cover functionally topics that can help you improve your life sure inspiring stories, and always end with three easy to implement tips that you can put to work right away and usually in about five minutes. Now, let's get started on the five minutes that could change your. Life. Hello there and welcome to this episode a five minute way see we're going to be talking about a topic the I don't really go over a whole whole lot because it just doesn't really happen that often, but it does happen and that is I. Think there are some times when People need to move the house just isn't support it for them and it's not one of those. Things that can be improved really. By moving things around because if if it were, I definitely would tell them You need to just move this here or change your bed that that way that kind of thing and It's really not something that I feel like a qualified functionally consultant recommends because getting up and moving house or changing your apartment isn't something that you do like a hand back. You know you just don't like swap your wallet out and off you go there's a whole lot involved. There's a lot of expense. It's a lot of time. It's a lot of energy and. So you know picking up and moving really it's just not something that just any old body wants to do just because. Well, you know I, don't like where the toilet is and the kitchen just not that. Great. So you don't WanNa. You know just pick up and move who does and this comes from somebody. I have moved more times than I wanna even tell you about and if I had to move I, think it would it would be the end of me right now. Especially during Cova but you know there are times when I do think it is a good idea and it is something that needs to be considered when they're certain criteria and we're GONNA be talking about those criteria today in this episode. But before we get started I just want to call out a particular listener who is a member my private facebook group the year of the rat facebook group I call them. The funkaway insiders and she is a just a dynamo, an amazing woman, a special education teacher in San Diego and just a darn nice human being a really really special woman. Her name is Susan Star Girl. That's how we're GONNA caller Susan star girl from San Diego and I just WanNa call her out because she listens to this podcast and she's also been a subscriber of mine since two thousand four now. If you don't know how long I've been publishing that has been that's my entire career. I actually started publishing the red slaughter back in two thousand and one, and so this is like the early the nascent days of when I began publishing and I just WanNa, say how special she is to me because of that I've seen her go through houses is living in in Plano Texas and then. Moving to to San Diego and and she's just a really wonderful person and I, it was really nice. Last year I went out to San Diego, and my husband had a little business to do and we decided to make kind of a long weekend of it and I invited her out to lunch and the two of us just sat and talked like we've known each other like fifteen years like we have. Anyway, it was great to be together with her. She's fabulous lady. So my hat's off to my wonderful wonderful Susan. Star girl. Thank you so much for listening and being part of my red-letter family I. SO appreciate you. Will let's start talking about when she move out because there are going be some times. When you you've just do need to move and like I said as an experienced functionally consultant I think you should have some a lot more tricks up your sleeve. You ought to have some knowledge and skills to help correct a problem So you don't want to move because your house is function perfect. Because here's the newsflash. None of them are there really are no functionally pervy Tallis's every. House has to have a bathroom somewhere. Every house has to have a kitchen or a toilet or you know a laundry room garages that kind of thing we have to have those kinds of things and we can't just have a pervert house and there's no way I want to have a house that doesn't have indoor plumbing. So I will have a toilet and I will work around it. No matter what corner it's in and here's what I can tell you. You will survive almost all houses. It is true but there are few stand out in my mind. I'm going to talk about that because I do think that you can gain from this experience and having worked with so many homeowners and seeing what their lives are like what they're experiencing it is It really gives me a wide array of understanding of various homes in and knowledge about them in there. But there are some circumstances were I do think moving is a wise idea. So. Let's just diamond in when. People, come to me a lot of times for consultation. They're they're actually fearful they. They are worried because they've heard from other consultants in fact, many times. I'm I'm the second consultant someone's talk to and and I have I I do a lot of Recovery, consultations like help pulling them back from the ledge as it were from someone who's scared the living daylights out of them and told them that their life is just going to completely unravel many times. They're afraid they've been told that they need to move out of their homes and they need to do major renovation. They're afraid I'm going to tell them that you have to move out of your house or move out of here or move this wall and that kind of thing and really. Like I said, a qualified functioning consultant really tell someone their home is hopeless with regard to funkaway hopeless for their live and in fact, good. Functionally, consultants will talk to you about your life in addition to your home. So if you have a fun Schwab Consultation Number One, make sure that somebody is asking you what is your experience living in this home? Because when a consultant does that, they're trying to understand how the house is affecting you and they will look at your life and your home at the same time because they're kind of like mirror images of each other and it gives a lot of insight to know, okay. This person's looming this kind of house and this is what's happening in their lives. Now, of course, you know a lot of people like I said earlier, worry about having a toilet in their career sector, but they're thriving professionally maybe your life is I think you're really best indicator of your functional it's not necessarily your bathrooms are located so rather. Than focusing on a functional problem area of your home. Taking stock of your life is actually.

"Now. We all know about Clutter Marie Condo is all about you know having things in your life that sparked joy which I totally agree with absolutely agree. But you know sometimes a spatula just doesn't spark joy. Just does it But but you know I need spatula. I like to turn might flip my eggs over easy on ago but anyhow I I like a spatula. Enjoy. Just one. The does the job but WE WANNA watch clutter. Visual Clutter. But let's talk about something that weighs on your mind that a lot of people don't think about. And I'm one of those people and my mom is one of those people and you might be one of the you might be one of our number. and. That's hidden clutter people. Fear and worry are a lot like spiders that like those dark corners that we don't see easily, and if your mind is a spinning wheel fear and worry while then those hidden areas of that are tend to get cluttered will be worry. They will be there in the back of your mind because you're you're going to say, okay, my room is all nice and neat, and then you open the closet and it's all you can do to keep you know or wedge a shirt back on the on the closet Rod. It's so important to tackle, tackle those drawers and cabinets and closets were you have stuff piled up hidden from view besides cleaning up and clearing up for new things and opportunities tackling all the hidden clutter is symbolically rids those dark corners of your mind as well. This is something I'm going to double down on and you tell me if you do to be because that clutter that's accumulated in drawers, the refrigerator, the coat closet, whatever that is that becomes a source of anxiety. It's just this like the other shoes going to drop and you know what we need to live like that. Fear and worry about what's next and you may even go what's next and let me tell you the universe provides when you do that. So. We don't want to have. Stuffed in Ram drawers and closets and disorganized storage places because it does give us that other shoe going to drop kind of fear, and we'd so work on that. We don't want that right. The other thing we wanna do is calm unstick cramped energy. So.

"Functionally topics that can help you improve your life, sure inspiring stories and always end with three easy to implement tips that you can put to work right away and usually in about five minutes now let's get started on the five minutes. That could change your life. Hello and welcome to today's episode. You know there are a lot of animal lovers out there I'm being one of them. you know cats, dogs, you name it. Love them and M. One of the animals that is highly regarded in in our world is the horse. They're beautiful. They're magnificent. They're strong and My sister used to ride horses quite a lot especially as a strangely. When she lived in new. York City she lived in in a small town just outside of the city and had a beautiful writing ring very close to where the where she lived in she would often take her horse jumper and go. Riding in jumping through the field, she said it was absolutely so glorious in one of her favorite memories that she had was in New York and she got to ride in a lot of parades and that kind of thing, but horses are just. They're stunning creatures. We Love Them. for their beauty, strength and stamina. They've long been part of mankind's building of civilizations. It was the horse that carried people and supplies to new lands and helped open trade routes, and they've been man's constant companion in discovery and war and pleasure me. Just think about horse racing and how magnificent? Magnificent, that is I mean we don't. We all love love. Those races in watching this magnificent animals, and how quickly they they they they can run, you know they are revered obviously for their strength, their and their speed and as a symbol in funkaway, horses or symbol of wealth and recognition from the small and sturdy horses of Tibet to those really high end quarter, horses of Kentucky and the speedy Arabian breed horses have captivated us with their stamina intelligence, and in funkaway they are a favored symbol. They are the animal that is most associated with prestige. Position and material abundance horses are also representative of strength and Yang Energy and the in live in any room with their presence. There just gosh. Think about our one of our favorite restaurants in in America, and that is PF changs outside of most of the restaurants. They had those magnificent Tang horses, and you cannot not notice that restaurant i. mean you see it when you see those horses? There's just something that is so compelling about it they are actually used as guardians according to PF changs. Now often in if you Chinese paintings, you'll see groups of eight. These are the famed horses a king. Mu The horses symbolized helping the king run the country and am business they signify capable and strong management but there are a lot horses and functions, and in especially in Chinese symbolism. You know there's a variety of ways that the horses symbolized in both funkaway in Chinese law, including the horse on swallow that represents reaching goals this symbol of. Of the horse, stepping on a swallow represents swallow helping the horse fly, and and it symbolizes the attainment and reaching success quickly, so if you can imagine if horses could fly, they'd get there even faster right so this is one of the symbols that you might want to look for and many people overlook the next time you look at a horse in a figurine or in in Chinese painting. Look under the feet you might see. It looks SORTA like A. Just a little symbol, you might not recognize it as a bird, but look closely, and if you see that the horses stepping on something, you may notice that it has wings, and it's actually a bird in that represents that getting there faster really quickly attaining success, so it's really a nice symbol to have in your home or your office. If you're looking to get your career going in to invigorate it, it's a great symbol. Now horses really can bring about advances in just about any sector, you can place to horses in the southwest to invigorate. Invigorate your love life. You can also use white or gold color horses to invigorate the metal corners of the West of children and North West for the breadwinner, many times or helpful people sectors. Now there's a couple places where we don't want to add horses. And that is wherever the annual five yellow and two stars fly to now these are annual energies that can be create all kinds of problems, and so if you're familiar with annual functionary, you'll just want to keep a horse away from there because horses are representative of fire and fire energy. Really can create more problems for these annual afflictions as they're called that can bring about some very serious problems like bankruptcy or divorce or cancer accidents. That kind of thing the other thing that we don't want to do is to add a horse image or figure in the bedroom because they're representative of fire. They have extreme Yang Energy. They re they're. They're the symbol of the highest point of summer. that is you know June July when the sun is at its peak. It's a strongest energy so when we have a horse image in our bedroom. Then we've got all summer. Strong fire energy, and typically when we're in the bedroom, we really wanNA relax right, so we don't WanNa. Have it all activated and and and strengthened at that point. "Now you may have a lot of wishes. And if that's the case in a lot of people do it's really best to concentrate and put your attention on one wish at a time there is power in the in the. I I call it the power of one having a singular focus a singular wish. You keep your eye on so rather than putting in a variety of wishes and a variety of ideas put in one thing so sell your house graduate from college get a job. Whatever that one wishes and that will That's a really terrific way to see. Those wishes come true. I love to love to use that. And many of the the people on my private facebook group page have had great success with it. So if you if you do try it and You've had success with it and love to hear about it so be sure to let me know. Let's talk about another more traditional way to see your prayers be answered or your wishes be granted in. I think it's something that you probably are familiar with. And it's called the banner of victory or it's like the traditional Tibetan prayer banners. You may have seen them online. Or if you've traveled to Asia and their prayers that are printed on the colors of the of the elements which are White Yellow Green Blue and red and you see them printed on each of those e prayer on each of those blocks in the strung up around temples around Prayer locations. And you can do this to with your own wish riding it out on a white sheet of cloth and just hanging it from your tree you can create like a wish tree or wish banner that you put on a it could be a paper wish or you can have it out of cloth and then tie it to a tree in your heart in your yard and those winds will this is the the concept is that the winds will carry your wishes upwards to have to be realized for you. It's really helpful. If you have a weather front that comes and it's Wendy like like it is today so maybe I need to get out there and hang a few wish. Banners from.

"Of the Red Lotus letter. Funkaway easy for wealth each week all cover functional topics that can help you improve your life. Sure inspiring stories and always end with three easy to implement funkaway tips that you can put to work right away and usually in about five minutes now. Let's get started on the five minutes that could change your life. Hello and welcome to this episode of five minute funkaway. Today we're talking about clocks and their effect on us you know. There's been a lot of talk in the functionality world about whether clocks represent good functionally or not and like most things in life. The definitive answer isn't a yes or no instead. The answer is it depends. It's the exception to the rule to find an instance where a funkaway answer is black and white. It really is There is no clear answer. Except there are some clear. Do's and don'ts and we're gonNA talk about those a little bit later on right now our at home with corona virus and Cova nineteen all around the world. Everybody's kind of in sympathy with one another. It's kind of Nice. You know that were having a a worldly experienced that all our humanity can have some understanding for one another in what we're going through in one of the things about this whole cove in corona virus. Thing is that we are much more aware about time than ever. I mean think about it. We're we're we're told it's going to last this long exit GonNa peak here. It's going to do this then. And there's really no clear time line and so a lot of us are quarantined or rather stay at home orders or these are times where we are very time focused in very aware of the tick tick tick of time so we thought you know if you're at home. I know that I've heard this. My parents tell me they're in their eighties. They really feel confined because they're older in. So many people are feeling so confined right now in a very time aware looking at the clock hearing the tick tick tick that like I was saying in so I thought well what better time to talk about clocks then then now so here we go. Let's talk about The funkaway of clocks and what they mean and And some Doosan dotes for that. So as far as as clocks go many times. It's whether they're good functioning or not really relates to where they're placed now when they're place right and used properly clocks really aren't a big concern in functions way but when they're not that's when trouble begins in general though clocks really aren't considered to be auspicious in functionally because it is representative of the passage of time and when clocks oversized it represents an oversized presence of time in the passing of time and it implies death that's why these oversized clocks that are so popular on design blogs and decorating stores. They actually symbolize death and being under the gun of time. My Mom Brooker hip about a year ago and sadly I know that the rehabilitation nursing home that she was in was very beautiful. Place very nicely decorated. But it just made my skin crawl obt to tell you the truth that just I all. It was a carefully decorated. It was it was clean and all that but The people who own the the nursing home were avid hunters. So as soon as you walked in the front door. There's all these magnificent animals. I'M NOT GONNA call him trophies but there are these magnificent magnificent animals all stuff though the soon as you walk in. There's this symbols of death and I so that bothered me. You walk down the hallway and you see their dining area and they have an enormous Clark so these people can't even be impeach piece as they're eating their meal and without having to stare or eat under the gaze of this enormous clock that I'm sure someone thought was really great decorating and it's just not it was seem just cruel to me when I when I saw it now. A lot of clocks are are actually. I'm going to say they're energetic beings. They're not a being a per se but they haven't energy about them and what's interesting is. There is a lot of connection to clocks. I'll give you a story of that about it. Many clocks are known to stop when someone dies and that happened in my life. My grandmother fought with her sister. My aunt who is named for over a family heirloom clock that was given to their parents and her sister my aunt retain the clock even though their mother had given it to my grandmother and so it painfully reminded my grandmother of the loss of her parents. Every time she'd visit my aunt's home. Were this clock was prominently placed. However when my grandmother died my aunt obviously was still alive but with my grandmother died. The clock stopped at the exact time of death and it never worked again. It's really interesting. How people relate to clocks and relate to two time pieces I know. Many people have written to me about clock. Stoppages when someone's died or there's been upset I know people who only can Wear mechanical watches. That electric watches don't work for them. And so they have to use mechanical ones like the Rolex that is self winding or the type that you actually have to wind. It's fascinating to me. I find absolutely fascinating. Now when we think about funkaway it really requires balance in everything so when a clock is over sized that means there's an oversized emphasis on time. So hey o'clock like these. These big decorator clocks that you see. It made me feel more pressured to do more in the day. Feel like you can't manage your life feel like time is running away from you can even make you feel physically ill just from this pressure all the time you may find that your you have A feeling of pressure all the time and on the other hand there are times when a clock actually can do some good and handle some functions as most severe energies so for instance there are two type of illness energies that we talk about in functionally in once called the five yellow and the other is called the black too and these are a strong energies and when they're together or when you're worried about their influences a chiming or pendulum clock is one of the best ways to wear down their energy that illness energy that they project with that smooth swinging back and forth of a pendulum or clear. Chime ringing out I love pendulum clocks. They are actually some of the best ways to bring movement to a house. That's two still so that makes them a really great activator. So if you've got an old grandfather clock with the pendulum or you've got a ticking clock with the pendulum. These are great for areas. That have illness energy Like the East Corner this year in twenty twenty does it's also good for activating positive energy. Like in the north the northeast corner has a terrific energy for money and income potential for making money through classes and having a a clock chiming there can activate that that energy there. So there's some really nice ways that clocks can be beneficial in function by now. If you WANNA know more about the energies of the year be sure to check out my year of the rat article on my website. You can go there by going to Red Lotus letter dot com forward slash rat and get more details as I'm going to mention some energies In these do's and don'ts that it you might WanNa look a month and see where they are and where they fall on your home because you might want to activate or hold them down so let's talk about some clock. Dues things that you should do clocks do use a pendulum or a chiming clock to activate the six star of networking and benefactors. This can bring windfalls nice financial surprises people out of the blue. That will tell you about an opportunity. Just this is what I would call. Sort of the falling star. Wish upon a falling star just falls into your lap some good news and having a chiming clock or pendulum clock. Wherever that's located that six star in in in this year in twenty twenty it's located in the southeast corner of your home. That's the wool sector. Do use a pendulum chiming clock to activate the one star of opportunity and income this year. That star is in the North East when you have problems with illness. Financial difficulties serious serious problems. Even cancer. Things like this We want to handle those energies and M. Wear them down this year. The these are called the earth stars too in five five yellow to black. I mentioned earlier this year. The five star which is the really serious one is in the east and having a pendulum clock. There will help. Drain that energy. This the East is the star. The oldest son. It's also the star of the family. So we're going to see family disruptions. You're as we have seen This year people are losing loved ones to Cova Job Difficulties or creating crises in families. You know so we really WANNA handle that five star in the East so in the east corner of your home. This is a great place to have a pendulum or chiming clock. And it's also good in the south corner of your home where the two stars that can create problems with everything from relationships to nagging illnesses and nobody needs any illness this year. We've already got one big one on our radar and that is definitely enough. Another do is to make sure that you may that. Your clock is not over size. And that you don't get one of those big giant decorator clocks. I call them because when they will dominate your room. Very important to keep those imbalance. Remember what I was talking about earlier about. We don't WanNa feel overly pressured about time. We're already time conscious enough as it is right Do Hang clocks in hallways in living rooms or in the kitchen Keep them on the smaller side. Don't hang them up too high. Because then that means that they've got a dominance over you. You WanNa have them where they're at a reasonable height not really way high up that that could really put the pressure of time on you. Do make sure that clocks next to the bed or small and not overly bright if their electric you know. Sometimes I've stayed as a guest at a hotel or friends houses in those darn lights are so bright. And you don't sleep. That means that clock is influencing your sleep. Even you can't get rest with that clock so you want to You know look at that clock that you have next to the bed and see if it's too bright and work on that. Do make sure the clocks in the bedroom. Wake you to a pleasant sound that you enjoy chimes or birds or something like that you don't WanNa have a buzzer. That just wakes you up with start that that awful grading and now if you like that and that didn't bother you but you know what I think. It's a lot more pleasant if you could have a clock that wakes you up in a pleasant way to birds chirping or something like that and he has a lot more pleasant now. Let's talk about some clock. Don'ts don't hang a clock too close to the front door where can be viewed at the front door again. This puts pressure on time in. It's also money because the front door represents money and income and opportunity coming to you and that means that you're gonNA always be pressed for money and we don't want that so make sure that you can't see a clock from the front door. Don't hang o'clock in the dining room because this implies death and rushing to eat nobody needs to be rushing as they're enjoying a holiday dinner or maybe hopefully Cova celebration dinner. Maybe you get together with your whole family and just have a big meal together to celebrate once. It's all over but you don't WanNa clock in the in the dining room so take that out of there again. Don't hang those oversize.

"Host. Katie Weber publisher of the Red Lotus letter function easy for wealth each week all cover funkaway topics that can help you improve your life. Sure inspiring stories and always end with three easy to implement funkaway tips that you can put to work right away and usually in about five minutes. Now let's get started on the five minutes that could your life. Hello funkaway listener. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to answer back because it means a lot to me that you're listening. It means a lot to me that you take time to write so Give me a shout love to hear from you. Let's talk today about the color. Purple is a color of wealth and wealth in a variety of forms. Let's talk about how important this is in terms of functionality. Now we all know. Purple is a potent color. I mean in every society. Purple has held a special place and special meaning. It was said that Leonardo Da Vinci believed that meditating in a lavender or purple colored light was improved by factor of ten and purple has long been associated with wealth nobility stature religion piety even magic and sexuality there is a saying that which is door is often colored purple and And I don't know that I believe that but I do think that purple does convey a lot of messages to the to the to the I you know. Purple is a mixture. It's a mixture of that soothing. Calm blue with a boisterous energetic. Read that makes it. The most balanced color purple is associated and long been associated with royalty it symbolizes that power and nobility but also luxury and ambition. It Conveys Wealth and extravagance purple is also associated with wisdom in dignity independence creativity mystery and magic and in fact some seventy five percent of small children. Choose purple over every other color in that amazing A Fun fact about purple is that Cleopatra. It was her favorite color and has continued to be a color that's been associated with royalty or high honor like the Purple Heart awarded to American soldiers who were wounded or killed in war so obviously purple is very special color. It's also true in functions way In function there's one color that is suitable for any corner of your house in that color is purple. Purple is the color associated with any of the directions as a beneficial color. You can even say. It's the FUNKAWAY BEIGE. That's actually that's something. I coined. I've called purple a functionary base for a long time. But you know purple isn't always the easiest colored live with so if you have strong feelings about purple. It's it's probably better not to use it but if you think you're space will look strange with purple. Just maybe avoid purple but there's a lot of range when it comes to purple purple is Can Go from the PALEST lightest lavender. All the way to the deepest darkest inky hist Auber gene of a deep eggplant right This is a color that has a lot of life in it. So there's a lot of ways that you can use. It doesn't all have to be that that purple dinosaur that we all know when we think of Purple Purple doesn't have to be that grape jelly or the great bubblegum. You know purple really is a great wealth color. It is a color that goes so well with wealth and success. Both you think that they're different but there are you think that they're the same right wealth and success but they're actually very different well is actual accumulation of money and assets. Were a success is the ability to use those assets. Have you ever thought of it that way? Success is could be defined as when you can take whatever you want by whatever car you lie can afford the expensive clothes or the Nice hotels that kind of thing. That's success wealth is different than success. Isn't that interesting to think about that? That success is the manifestation of wealth whereas wealth is the accumulation of assets. I love to look at those fine points in functionally. I never had thought of them That way and always kind of lump them all into the same bucket. Sorta like money. Money was all in the same bucket. But there's different types of money to and Like for instance. There's income right salary the money you get in your check career From your salary from your job but there's also wealth that could be something maybe an inheritance it could be Your 401k your investments real estate holding stocks bonds all those kinds of things those are assets right that so there's a completely different types of money but it's still it's still a form of of wealth To have a job to have an income and to have assets but they're distinct ones. Think it's really important to understand those just like having wealth and having success also very different so when it comes to generating wealth chee so whether that's income or wealth assets or success. The obviously the you know the NICE CLOTHES FANCY CARS. That kind of thing forever. You want to have that extra energy no matter where that is purplish color but it is a stimulating color so it's not always a great idea to have purple in a bathroom or kitchen or even a bedroom you could use some Pale. Shades are little bits of purple but not too strong because remember. It is a combination of blue and red red is very stimulating. I think there's a saying it's a Chinese say Mayor Mayor Happiness Purple. You know something like that. And it means it's a blending a harmony of two distinct Two distinct elements fire and water. That's success and income. See see how that works. I love that I think that's such a great Distinction to know so. Let's talk about the wealth that purple can bring you. There is the wealth of recognition. Purple is an excellent color to add in the south sector of your home or living room office. This is the fame sector. This is the success and social Renown and sector. This is recognition sector in particular. It's really good if you're in a sort of a power position like if you're the principal or an owner of a business. Purple is definitely a power color so attitude a south wall for added. Prestige or to further your ambitions for fame Purple will help you get recognized. Just think about that Movie Stars they're hounded for their autographs because they have achieved a level of success that gives them recognition. Recognition is a great type of or a type of of success. Now purple also can help you.

"How low and thank you for joining me today on five minute functions way it is Friday. I guess I should call it Friday funkaway. This is an episode. That's near and dear to my heart because there is a sense a lot of times that we have in our lives when things aren't going the way we want that we're just not in control and that's a very frustrating feeling when you don't feel like things are going the way you want them to or that circumstances aren't turning in your favor and you're feeling like you're just not at the driver's seat in your own life that just as it's very frustrating it's it's it's Leaves you wondering what is it you can do to regain that control? Well what I note is so often. Is Our homes mirror a lot of times? What's going on in our lives and I've seen this sort of circumstance time and time again where somebody says they just either stock or like. They're not in control of what happens to them in so I have to look at the house to see. Where is that showing up in their home? And we're most often shows up is in the command position now. This is often referred to function as a way to explain the the placement of a bed or a desk and usually in the bedroom Most of the time we talk about that bed or desk command position and what we have is a bed or desks that place on the wall. Opposite the entrance to the door the room and from that position you have the widest view of the room. So for instance. I'm talking to you right now at my at my desk in I have a big wall of windows over on my left hand side and over to my right I can see the door ahead of me on the on to my right upper corner and behind me. I've got this really nice. Big Solid Wall and And that is a good support position now. This is typically how you would call an executive style arrangement and that's what we call the command position now. In Western movie parlance the command. Position could be also called that six shooter position. That's that seat that every cowboy with a Smith and Wesson wanted to be seated at the saloon or the restaurant you you know how people always say you know you always WanNa have your back to the wall and it's just as true at the OK corral as it is in your office or bedroom but the command position. Joe Doesn't apply to beds in desk because that would be functionally shortsightedness. The idea is that the command position put you in the position of being able to be in control of what's happening around you and to be able to respond wherever you sit or sleep now. This is another important aspect about the command position that you don't often hear about and that's one a bed is placed on the same wall as the door. So it's hard to see who's coming in the room. The same is true if your desk is positioned against a wall not only do you lack support but when it desk faces a wall you have no bright hall or open space in front of you. Now this is a really important idea About Thaung Shwe in something that I don't hear about very often but yet is so important and that is the idea that you have to have room in front of you. It's at its heart. It's one of the key elements of the command position. And that's that. Have this open space in front of your desk. Open space ahead of you at your bed because this is where opportunities calm and when there's no bright hall and there's no space in front of the desk there's there's no room in front of your bad or you're up against this wall that means that the opportunities are hard to come by and your your growth feel stagnant. You just don't feel like you're you're moving ahead in life but worse than that. Is that feeling like you. Don't have control and it's a really You know you know how it can feel like. You're you know life is telling you what's GonNa Happen You. You're not. You're not in the driver's seat anymore. You don't get to say what happens or call the shots. It's you're the one that tab into dance to the tune so often we talk about Another direction that gets attention in funkaway and this often leads to question about how to use this command. Position is still use your personal funkaway direction. So if you've been to my website I have a calculator called calculator and what it does is it tells you which directions are the best directions to to face So which ones are your success. Directions your love direction your personal growth direction. But too often. What I find is once somebody knows that the focus then becomes on sleeping or working and trying to present position the bed or the desk in a way that taps your success direction for well the romance or whatever direction but you WanNa make sure that your your directions are tapped. And but this is what's important to understand we never want to give up good form function. That means that you always want to have the command position in your bedroom at your office. Even when you're sitting in your dining room or you're in your living room you always want to arrange it so that you are in the point at which you can see and have control and command of the room because that comes out the way that that that we see that come out in our lives is we feel in control of what's going on in our lives. Just think about that. If you were sleeping in a bed that was pushed up against the door. You feel very uncomfortable right. Would you feel like you're in control in your life? Well that's kind of how it is when you are sleeping in a in a position. That's not the command position the same thing when you're working at a desk where you're facing a wall because well you know that's where all the plugs are. Well they have these things called court. I have two of them. I have a one on either side of my desk and they cover up the cords and and they go behind me but this allows me to sit in that command position. It's so important that you feel like you're in charge right. We've got to feel like we know what's going on in our lives in that. We're we're in charge of what goes on our lives and that is why we WANNA use that command position and it's so it's so critical because it what how we sleep in how we work radiates out so let's talk about some examples that I always like to share stories of things that I've seen and and Clients I've worked with. Where were these sort of scenarios? Come up so for instance. It's really important for children to be a command position because it can foster insecurities when they aren't placed and align. The bed isn't aligned correctly. This so often happens babies Parents will often put the crib in line with the door because they can just peak. Walk down the hallway. Just look right in the door and they can see the baby. Would you WANNA sleep right up against the door? It's so vital that a baby fills really secure and they feel in in it taken care of and they feel like they are not in this sort of energetic. Pathway which is when you have the bed lined up with the door that can do that in salsa hard on their on their health as well so you always want to make sure that a crib is placed the same way. Abed would be placed now. Children always need to be in a position In their bedroom where they obviously were. They are in the command position always. That's really important in their bedroom. But when it comes to the the dining room table we always want to make sure that the parents are in the command position which is the seat that's furthest from the entrance because that puts the parents in control of of the family and helps a exert their parental authority. Now I know that sounds very old fashioned but I do think I- ambled fashions truthfully funkaway old-fashioned in in many regards. I do think it's really important that children feel like. Hey there is somebody in charge. While it's great that you know I I think you you definitely want to have a democracy when it comes to where we're GONNA go for family vacation kit. Vote Disneyworld and that kind of thing. It's so important. Though that the parents are parents and the kids have that security that they're in charge so when you're sitting at the table with your kids it's a great idea that the parents are in the seats that are in more of the command position so so when it comes to arranging beds and cribs for kids Really really critical now. One time I had a client who had a problem with shed. Two older teen boys will these teen boys were kind of the the star and the and the of of the family the stars and they were they have parents who bent over backwards to make them happy and to give them everything. They wanted and do everything for them. But what happened was these kids ended up Kinda running the roost and the family. The parents called me in to to talk about their functions way but they were also confided that they felt like their kids were Not doing living up to their expectations. They didn't want to work. They didn't want to go to school. They just sit around all day watching. Tv smoking cigarettes just really not accomplishing. And when I started looking around I noticed that every place in the home where the kids were the kids were always in the command position in so what I suggested to. The family was to retake their home and reassert. Their authority is parents and so that they could actually have expectations other kids. Because it's normal. You're supposed to have expectations of them. you know. I think the saddest thing that you can you can have is is have absolutely no expectation for your children. You know I have my own son. Has ASPERGER's in raising an autistic child is It's real easy when you have a special needs kid to say. Oh they're special needs. He can't do hat and not to have an expectation and trust me. I had a lot of therapist. I had a lot of school teachers. I had a lot of educational specialists. Who told me that I? My expectations were misplaced. They were wrong and I said No. He's he's he's a kid like any other kid and I'm going to have expectations of them and I want him to to learn to do things just like any other kid and I'm going to have the same expectations of him as any other kid and what happened was he. Rose up to meet those expectations and a lot of the symptoms. A lot of the things that he had another. This is my circumstance. I'm not saying that is for every circumstance but I do believe it made a huge difference for him in terms of the way he relates to people and he does relate to people. He's he's loved adored everywhere he goes. So so it's really important that Those back to that that establishing some sort of a command I believe that you know with the kids in this particular instance in this household What an amazing turnaround. So the parents I had done was advise them to take the command position at the table and in In the living room that they take the composition they take the prime spots on the Sofa and the the the chair in the like they had a big reclining chair and both kids took the the the prime spots I once they did that. It was amazing. One when one in ended going to school and another one The other one enlisted in the military but both of them changed in response to the parental shift of taking control of their home by using the command position in their living room in the dining room. It was really a remarkable remarkable thing to see Because if you'd seen these boys you would never have thought they that was going to happen. So let's talk about Also at work and how important it is now when desks are pushed up against the wall. And you can't see the door unpleasant. Things can happen surprise as happened that you don't want so it's so important that you have some kind of open space in front of your desk and that you have your desk turns that you can see the door now of course if you're in a cubicle. It may not always be easy and for if you've got that sort of circumstance what I advise doing is turning your computer monitor To the side so that you can you can shift a lot of times. You can sort of shift around so that you can see the door what we do. WanNa try to avoid doing if he can is to have your back absolutely to the opening of your cubicle. Because it's it's going to impact negatively you're gonNa have that feeling that you know some. There's always going to be some unpleasant. Surprise like Hey. Can you work this? Saturday reminds me of of that. Show I think it was I can't remember with the Jennifer Aniston about in the nineties with the office space. I think it was office based I can't remember anyhow. The the thing is is that you want to try to avoid having your back absolutely to the door so turn your computer monitor a little bit. The other thing is that sleeping is going to make a huge difference for you in your life. If you can sleep.

"Sidewalk. They just go just from the curb but then they stop or there's absolutely no sidewalk or there's no path that goes to the front door and when there's no water way that home is starved or dying of thirst that pathways your waterway of income. So many times will find people that you see houses older houses that are like that and you see them just deteriorate if the house is really old this might have been fine years ago when the house was built but each year as the House ages. Anyone who lives in the house will see their finances diminish as well as health problems growing. Now how do you correct that? You've got to add a new front sidewalk and the more permanent. The sidewalk is like a poured concrete. The better it is type of walkway because it will help bring more water chee to the front door more quickly and that will mean that. Your House won't be starving anymore for energy that water flow. Remember we've got to create that now you can do some. I've seen a lot of houses recently. That are they're doing these Pathways where they have Like crushed stone or crushed granite and they have big Flagstone pavers and I will tell you that while that might look Nice architecturally it's not good functions way and the reason. Why is you want a a solid unbroken smooth path from the street or your driveway to your front door? This creates the smooth and flowing energy. So if you would imagine. The difference between a smooth will conduct water more than a broken sidewalk made of discrete. An independent pavers right. So if you're Put Water on this payers. They would just go off the sides and into the gravel or something like that so while those look really pretty in the very contemporary looking and all that good stuff. It's not good if you WANNA have more money and you want to add more income opportunities. Now let's talk about the afflicted House. Pathway now this house may have a walkway that is too small. It might be old. It can be cracked or crumbling or lifted from tree roots or something like that and that means that the quality of the Energy. That's going to the house and the opportunity and money is deteriorating to whenever a sidewalk is cracked or crumbling or broken or shifts it disrupts its ability to deliver water energy or CI to the front door cutting off income and opportunity and making the quality of opportunity and income decline over steadily over time. So we WANNA make sure that the walkway to our front door is in good condition. And that it delivers chee to our door smoothly and auspiciously. I think anyone listening to this would agree with me that when you walk up to a home and you walk on a really nice pathway to the front door there is a special feeling about that and when you see a home and you drive through neighborhood and you see homes with you know pretty winding pathways and pretty sidewalks plantings and flowers. It just is appealing and that brings that that beauty that it has beauty brings money. So when you have a beautiful home or a beautiful Sidewalk and beautiful curb. Appeal to your home even if you have a simple house if you have beautiful curb appeal and it's neat and tidy and And it's flowing and it's it looks pretty It's amazing what that can do for your life and for your home all right. Well we are here at the end of this episode as always here on my three tips always trying to make your walkways auspicious looking and attractive with plants and other landscaping elements tip number to do what you can to create smooth winding and curbing solid pathways. "Don't forget really important that when you're working on your vision board to add a spark of life and that is you want to make sure that your vision board appears vibrant and it's active and interesting make colorful. Put all the colors on your vision board and you can arrange them by by sector and by aspiration if you like but really important that you have some good colors very auspicious colors in there like purple Red Pink Yellow Green all those colors and blue They all represent various aspects of functionally. So let's go through some of those colors you might WanNa have so for instance black and blue and aqua and turquoise those are colors that are relevant to income to making money to increasing flow an abundance love intelligence wisdom decisionmaking romance marriage. The color that is associated with that is yellow. Yellow is especially important for intelligence. So if you're looking to learn something enroll in a course take a class. Teach a class Look any kind of learning. is also associated with the color. Now love is is also associated with the color yellow but it's enhanced by the color red and pink and purple. Now if you're interested in health and you might be noticing I'm going in the Bhagwat directions so hopefully it will help you make notes for Your Vision Board. So if you're interested in health then you're gonNA put colors of green and Brown. I really liked the colors of green. And because it's new growth it's active growth and vibrant growth. Now this is also the same color for the South East. This is the wealth location and when we think of wealth. What are we thinking? Well we make of green right dollars. We think of making money and we think a greenbacks so having green in both the health and the wealth location means growing vibrancy. We want that for both our money and both our health right now when we think about fame and social recognition. Maybe what more friendships in your life will. That color is the color red and we want to enhance that. In the south sector of our Bhagwat on our vision board Red Colors are auspicious purple colors Fuchsia so make it bright and really vibrant in this area and this will help to fire up your fame energy and help you Maybe with some social situations maybe more friendships or do more fun things. Socially it's a great way or you know you also can get famous. Fame is actually what you're looking for. Maybe you're an actor you have an online presence in. You're looking for More exposure that's your corner. Is the south. None the southwest. We talked about that. It's the same as the northeast. This is love direction and it is an earth. It isn't earth sector yellow Beige Tope. I are wonderful colors now. Love is typically associated with red and pink and Fuchsia and purple. However when you think about love you WanNa think about very grounded love if you're looking for like a long term relationship you're tired of you're tired of swiping left and swipe right and that kind of thing and you're tired of clicking to find a date and you want something that staple that's smart that is secure. Yellow is an excellent caller for love. Bright clear sunny yellow. It's also great for women it activates women and activates true and committed love relationships. So if that's what you're looking for in love well then that's the color for the southwest corner now the worst corner this is for children. This is also for creativity projects. Like if you're a writer. You're an artist. You do creative projects that color. There is related to the color gray and white and these are metal colors and they're wonderful colors for enhancing your creativity for maybe bringing more Creative juices into your life and also for children as well now one caller that goes really really well with this particular corner is purple. I call purple the funkaway Beige. If you've known me for any time I you probably know decided that purple is the punctuate Beige. This is a great color to have here as is metallic colors especially silver. So if you're looking for for children. Silver is the color of starlight in heaven and were children. Come from right babies come from heaven so these are great callers on your in the West corner of your of your aspiration and your vision board now in the northwest. This is heaven location. This is considered the the man that the location for For the man of the House if there is a man of the House of course the southwest is more important. If you're a woman owned business or you're you're a single mom you're the woman in the house but if you're looking for a man.
