We Can't Give Joe Biden the Benefit of Good Intentions

"On the right. I've heard a lot of people with our talking points talking about how this was a bungled withdrawal from afghanistan. Charlie was this a bundling or was this intentional. No it was totally intentional. And one of the mistakes that we engage in far too often as we give the benefit of good intentions to our enemy and i would expand just on joe biden. It is the left. It is half the country that i to say. It's half the country. It's it's the people that purport to control half the country that control the major institutions of the new york times harvard the tech companies and the major corporations that have this belief that regardless of what we say to them or regardless of how we approach them they think as dennis would has been saying for last has ten years. Haven't listening to him that they think we're bad. We think they're wrong. We have to stop getting them the benefit of good intentions. These people want to destroy the country stop negotiating infrastructure packages with a party that wants to imprison you and your liberties and freedoms look we intentionally arm. The taliban we gave eighty five billion dollars of weapons. This was probably done some sort of triangular deal with the chinese. We may never know the people i talk to. In the department of defense people talk to in the intelligence agency say that you should not blame. Any of this on incompetency. Yeah maybe randomly drums striking some guy that works for the local gas station in rural afghanistan. That was joe biden and trying to improve his poll numbers with just like that guy with a drone strike. That might have been competency but make no mistake. It's not it's not all of a sudden the lack of intelligence where you say you know what. Let's not destroyed a weapons before we pull out of the country mean a fourteen year old. Who plays call of duty on. Saturdays and sundays knows that. At least you destroy the weapons or you withdraw from a country. Now this was malevolence and the democrats joe biden and this regime. "I'm going to title this one. Are you five. So my best buddy in the world stu he won't eat a sandwich unless you cut off the crust. Stop it right now and he also likes it too in. This is the reason. I asked this last night. He asked me if i wanted to go out to eat at lulus with them. I couldn't go. Because i was getting a haircut. And i was far away from losing time but i laughed because ago. Yeah that's great. let's go let's go there. He always orders like the same things all the time but one of them is. Sometimes i'll order like a sandwich. And i'll ask the people if they could cut off the cross and then he also goes. He passed gas any way that you could cut it into triangles to do like the triangles a photo and can he have somebody airplane in his mouth comes a open wide. Open the hanger but that was something. That is a lead. Do like you know. Smith would do right. I mean he's as bad as those adults who eat dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets time shadow. No matter i wasn't sure why dino nuggets are the only acceptable nuggets is. There is a reason for it. They got little pendulous and when you put them in the air fire and actually makes for a more dark by the way. I don't think there's real chicken those things. It's processed chicken parts. So i i bring this up. Because i want to ask this question What childlike food food thing or childlike thing. Do you still do. Like mike was talking about how he likes to go on the slide and stuff like that at the at the park by his house. But i wanna know foodwise like what child like food. Do you like to eat. Because i know people that baby food like they'll eat the egg. The the like gerbers like bananas. Like all you're looking at the time you do you like that only will do. Yeah i only do the sweet potato puree so good guy. Oh my gosh so good. And it's a baby food and sometimes the cashier will ask like. Oh it's so cute. How old and i'm like forty. What about mac and cheese. I see all the time. They've there are buddies of mine. That are in their thirties and forties and they live off of kraft macaroni and james e. But they don't get they don't get craft Easy mac might have by the way. Mike is to too adult for them. They get the little ones that look like choo choo trains and things like that like the macaroni noodles that are like shape. They're shaped like their favorite cartoon character. Or whatever or favorite. Tv show right. Now yeah i get the oatmeal with the dinosaur. Eggs in it derailed. Because like i used to just get regular meal and then pour sugar on top of it which is so unhealthy. It's already so sweet as it is so i realized okay. I'll a modified. I won't put any sugar. But i'll get the dino eggs which sweeten it up but it's not as bad quarter kids meals anywhere. I can you guys know this unless they tell me. I can't i order a happy meal or a kids meal. When essentially what's the reason when you got a taco for me. I don't waste any perfect amount of food or kids meal shannon. I twelve kids. Meals listener shannon. Hi hi so. I actually pack husband and he is in construction of gobert and every day. I know all the construction buddies are like dude. Are you ain't nothing shannon. It makes sense because you don't have to waste a spoon. He doesn't have to worry about eating it out like you. Just you just squeeze it and go. And it's done they're perfect. What's his favorite flavor. Strawberry banana shot him out right now. Say a low tone. Yes hi brian. I know you're driving to work. I love you. And i hope you enjoy your job. And don't forget flintstone vitamins. I hi hi. What is it that you like unquestionable. Oh my god. Yeah are our producer. Allen also is a big incredible fans because he likes office the freezer's full of 'em yeah perfect. Get them from costco. You can get one of those huge boxes of ood samantha. What is it that your husband likes still. Hey my husband drinks those capri sun juice. Pouches you guys remember. Well you still have young kids. But i remember when we would have birthday parties at the house for the kids or we'd have like some kind of a thing where all the kids friends are coming over. And i would be sent up to go. Get capri suns and i would get the wrong flavors. You have to get the right once in. My kids hated when i got the variety. Pack because they would only want like two of the ones that were in the variety pack. And i'm a blow your mind as an adult. They're really good with fawqa. Really really really good with mantha. Your husband ever mix them with vaca. Haven't tried that try. Maybe i'll suggest that to him. Yeah j what is it you like all those those spruce back back the and they like little jelly The welfare yeah yes yes yes Also there's one more thing. I wanted to say like right quick. W. bush and Bill Clinton did that we do not need as we've talked about before a fourth rescue of Chinese communism and I don't think the administration is it especially after the twins speeches by pence and palm tale I don't think it's going to do that couldn't the slowdown in China is not entirely or even much of a in the majority about the trade dispute with the United States it is a five followed the case that you obey these many years a product of the reporting of the growth being either false witness or on on necessarily unduly and recklessly pumped up by stimulus money in other words they were creating credit these many years and that credit extended to the loo to the least responsible and the most exploitation of parts of the economy that would be the landholders in parts of the country that are not ever going to develop not in this century so this slowdown we're seeing garden it was built in right we would be seeing this whether or not Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump or in the White House door Mickey Mouse for that matter yeah the the the the Chinese economy was going to slow down because of decisions that season paying and others made what president trump's section three oh one terrorists have done has accelerated stat slow down and have made it worse but you're absolutely right this is a made in China problem and this was going to occur regardless of who is the American presidents and she Jen paying spells and road Shizhen pangs twenty twenty five that was advertising that was put ten can advertising for something that in the ikana in Beijing being responsible to the Communist Party could say was coming they've been anticipating this program for years if I if I measure their propaganda well built and road is certainly disadvantageous for the Chinese economy on balance they will have some victories on bell road but they're gonna have a lot of the buckles made in China twenty twenty five is a bit different it is a real threat through trade violations they help to build up but technology dominance in in now eleven sectors including five G. this is something that every American needs to worry about and president trump's policies with regard to China need to take into account twenty twenty five because this is you know technology so it is serious we have a minute that is who now we're looking at a possibility for a depression made in China twenty twenty five yeah we have a real possibility of a depression made in twenty twenty or earlier specially if we have president trump take more robust actions against the Chinese which you definitely should because we need to put the Chinese economy on its back this is the one way to solve a lot of problems without people doing garden check of the daily beast that is meant Qatar W. "Cloud services this is i mean there's just a lot of entry points there where you have to have that authentication in that handshake to be able to secure connection because now now because you're going to have so many devices uploading and keeping very key data in the cloud and accessing it think about the number of points of failure here you could potentially have with those scenarios and those extraneous variables could get out of control really quickly so a more personal data be they. They are more dispersed network with more points of potential failure so these are some of the things to be concerned about in a five g. World privacy insecurity live in the same house. They're just not the same person so security were talking about the christian and <hes> the authentication <hes> <hes> standards and what authentication keys of us and the and the encryption keys that you use and being able to hash date on things like that right so so that's what we're talking about on security but the problem is there's there's data in motion data at rest and so you have data in motion that's encrypted that doesn't necessarily keep safe. The data at rest so we're privacy comes in is where either that security is breached and so a whole lot of readable apple data or data. That's downloaded that isn't readable that someone figures out the key to some level of encryption that they have or they figure out the patterns that were used to encrypt that data or the key to that data where privacy comes into play. It's like what do i personally want told about myself to my you to the user. It's more about who i am and what i wanna do. Security is about once. I give you that permission to collect this or you have to collect this because i signed up for the service. Are you going to ensure that. My data's not going to get where it's not supposed to be. The nature of connections in a five g. world create issues on both privacy front and the security front so security breaches of privacy breach right because europe in the u._s. Have different privacy frameworks in place. How will five g. impact the two regions differently because of those frameworks. That's a good question shaka. I think there's a big challenge with it's five g. in europe over the u._s. We were talking before about regulation in the u._s. Where it's mostly notice and consent so the opt out framework is the primary framework of regulation on a federal level in the u._s. Around privacy law in europe. That's very different consent very explicit consent. It's actually called informed. Explicit consent has to be given for each the use of the data so when we're talking about maybe giving consent one time and just using the data. That's going to be a challenge. Each one of those data in each purpose of data has to have its own consent and the consent itself has to be written on a very basic sick human level. It cannot be a complicated legal document as we've been talking about with five g. There's a lot of uses of of data and a lot of business models. It'd be evolving and so with g._d._p. Are they're going to have to give consent for every single. One of those uses a personal data where we have here and we have precise and non precise geographic location like we talked about that is not the case in europe any the following of movement of the device or the data subject that has the device is considered tracking that individual whether that's persona sicer non precise it doesn't matter they don't have those designations in europe as you can imagine all these small cell towers location is very accurate. Different applications want to use data differently. They want to offer new services to the customer. They wanna give value added services to the customer..

inhibited neuro genesis meeting nerve well in the brain and the body if you have high levels of belly you inhibit brain grow and nerve growth that's called neuro genesis where you get ballots plastic Polish last six six thinking what water out of water bottles plastic water bottles if that those plastic water bottles and sat in the sun or maybe they sat on the loading dock for number of hours with the sun shining on but nobody knows that but the valleys leach out of the plastic into the water plastic storage containers in your kitchen for the flu you put chicken leftover chicken or leftover green beans in a plastic storage container the next day there's a valley in the green beans yeah I know evidence while the Falaise that leech out of plastic containers into food is harmful to humans that's how the industry gets away with this garbage that's what it says that's correct there is no evidence there is no evidence that that amount of LH is toxic to humans but this stuff is a cumulative in your body it accumulates over the years well there is evidence at fourteen thousand tested is evidence to me that's seven but that's the accumulative damage of being of being on the cell phone three two three times a day every day during the pregnancy does not one time on a cell phone that's a problem but it's it's just the most things out of balance so that it is just a little bit of your grow and then the next day a little bit of well this is just a human rights and causes the damage that we get not a problem the first study that I read on this was nineteen eighty two that children living within a quarter mile of high powered tension wires had higher incidences of leukemia and I read that what I remember that it's big yeah the the big power wires towers sometimes the big dollars right if you live within a quarter mile of that you're like in the buzz on your business order mile there you know it if you see even watch television sometimes you see the spy shows where if you want to avoid being tracked on your cell phone just go hang out under a high powered judge award they can't find you you know you see stuff like that that those high powered tension wires they interrupt with monitoring they interrupt with electro magnetic frequencies but that was nineteen eighty two that I saw that study yeah take that concept and now we've got studies just like that about cell phone towers if you live near cellphone towers the impact over time is very detrimental to kids and kids brains the ones on roofs and and the fake trees all of those all of them right that's right exactly right what's going to happen with five G. five G. is putting a cell phone tower out of every third house every second or third house in a neighborhood to be a mini cell phone tower all along the streets every street in the reason for that is why are there so many because it's so much faster but sample of driverless cars there's no question that that's coming it's not going to be that far in the future they're here now right there's thousands of them on the road already you know they're here there's going to be driverless trucks and all of that and they're all controlled by five G. all controlled by this powerful wireless network that caring the message and salt you can't have a quarter mile or a half mile from having the best reception if you're gonna have a driverless car you need to have that kind of control at all times so that there's instantaneous response if someone runs out of a car or something that car has to respond in the process that information and then make the decision to stop the car it's a whole infrastructure that's being built now these little small cell emitters exactly exactly and the problem with that is that it's outside your bedroom window and the school quarter mile away anymore yeah and so the the projections are that we are going to have any kids who have normal functioning brains the way kids brains were country in the nineteen seventies and the nineteen eighties which is on the go well I did see I'm by twenty thirty to every child but I did see on one of the documentaries in that the five G. summit that you're in that being around a tree actually lessons that impact it actually reduces it down to almost zero if you're actually near a tree yeah yes it's a filter filter okay carrying that out not so that's true but people can't stand under trees all day you know is that there are there are a few people who will be able to live in forests are have lots of trees in the neighborhood that may reduce will will reduce some of the penetration that well no question about it but for the vast majority of the people especially in neighborhoods that are not that wealthy you know where there aren't trees so many injuries are all in the city especially in the cities it's going to get worse and worse and it's it's unfortunate young to hear that sounds like a doomsday thing the site wake up everyone wake up there's got to be things you can do I mean by unplugging your your wireless devices is a good idea I mean at the at night don't sleep with it next year had obviously there are but there I mean could I wonder if you could you helps plants and indoor trees I'm just a thought things to help absolutely houseplants also absorb toxins out of the air hi there so there's no question having plants in your home as number of benefits plan some sort of CO two they produce oxygen you get more oxygen in your home there's no question about those types of things my there's a checklist member base hits when the ball game my wife and I every night we turn off the wireless before going to sleep who needs a wireless that because you know when you're sleeping so I had to do you turn it off I said all right exactly turn it off but as I said earlier ideals and not have wireless you know being a wired all but we're we travel a lot so whether we are we do our best to drop the wireless and put your phone on airplane mode while you're sleeping just little things that you can do that will make a difference but the only way that I know of to stop some of this the only way is for people to get just some base amount of education listening to shows like yours and these kinds of interviews so that they have a little bit of a picture they'll need to be an expert but just know.

"New battleground. I think one of the real defenses offenses that traditional physical retailers have against ecommerce players is the fact that they have both a local presence injustice significantly local sensibility one of the Nice things at five z brings. This is <hes> the ability to provide personalization at the local level because of its improvement in performance latency and so back to how marketing changes we're all starting to dip our toe into personalization right now personalized personalized at the point of local relevancy starts to become a real opportunity and potential advantage for physical retailers. That's always been true. It's true today without five G.. It really starts to help marketers think about how to use his local preferences local tastes local trends and use that as a way to really be a local goods provider at services provider to to anyone with the point of sale and then you combine that with the fact that being in the physical physical world you can bring people physically together to celebrate discover enjoy those local tastes. That's a real nice opportunity. That's a bit different than what we know. E commerce has being today but I could argue that blend of human experiences is something that we're all I I think in general hungering more for as as as we all get more addicted to our screens right <hes> but the the ability then to create something of a local experience with that geographic context and personalized experience as a standard <hes> <hes> is a is a really interesting opportunity..

"Open the broadcasters so much has happened this week has been a holiday week as well hope you had a great fourth of July we wanted to kind of recap for you so that you're up to speed on all the news that occurred this week I mean for instance let's just start off with earlier in the week the president I'd states is it the G. twenty the first big news to come out of that even before he left for the trip was that he would have a site meeting with president xi of China to discuss the terrorist issue an ultimately a new trade deal with China the stock market responded it incredibly well the economy in the U. S. responded incredibly well that's good for all of us then what's important was what happened next as well they had the meeting and what did they announce the meeting no new tariffs and they've they've handled the issue on the five G. issue SO two major issues there that just occurred tears will remain in place until a trade deal was worked out in both countries believe that a very good trade deal is good for both the US and China the benefits us better than where we were before but is also good for our trading partner China will be worked out as soon as possible we also got into a a specific issue with Chinese the the five G. speed and the use of mobile devices as well there was also kind of catching up this deal but then the president took it a step further literally a step further tweet that's unusual for president trump it is even for the president to send out a tweet asking the leader of North Korea chairman Kim Jong hoon to meet him after the G. twenty was over at the DMZ what I said the president a literal step it wasn't just by saying Hey meet me and why the meeting you know where I stay on one side you're on the other by the table and I don't actually visit North Korea and you don't actually go to South Korea first what was amazing was that the north Koreans respondents said absolutely and Kim Jong un was there to greet president trump and so there's that handshake but what was even greater was the literal step that the president took he became the first president while in office to visit in the words of Kim Jong il's a translator the first president to ever visit North Korea now it was brief but it was historic and after that it was not just a photo op they had an hour long one on one discussion so they can get their nuclear talks restarted and by the way to contrasted with Iran what we not sing from North Korea since these a new relationship has been developed a launches of of long range missiles intercontinental ballistic missile flying over our allies like Japan and that his rocket man has that that's all ceased now if that was the start again I think the relationship we go right back to by the way we would change any of our sanctions on North Korea this is just about talk so it shows the great ability of the president diplomatically and it was a huge moment for for the world and for the United States finally as well the Iraqi ads announcer they're gonna do whatever they want when it comes to enriching uranium by Sunday and there's nothing you can do about it unless you can re implement the nuclear deal exactly how it was that would mean the U. S. being involved in allowing Iran to be part of US foreign business transactions Iran is being very aggressive saying they're even going to operate and opened a plant which produces plutonium which you have to produce to make a nuclear bomb and we find out to really get into it just how long it will take Iran we're talking months not years to create a nuclear weapon if they continue down the light of the rhetoric that they're now using when we come back on Monday's broadcast it will know if Iran is made good on this threat or not also get into a little politics major poll changes since that first democratic debate we're gonna get you up to speed on J. secular alive today on everything that's happened this.

"Different between four g and five g and what's the impact on devices and the change in the ecosystem that needs to support these devices today? We are living in a world where we talk about our phones smartphones smart devices in general. And we talk about the network of something providing junior verse connectivity, so on different devices obligations. Get excited the same thing, and then all the apps are at the other end typically very, very centralized. The deliver of absorb phones is a centralized phenomenon as we move with five G few things happen, the execution of especially before most critical applications on moving close to subscribers. We refers to that movement as you will edge computing mobile edge computing. But it's all about bringing the execution of those application close closer to the subscribers. We do that. The same time as networks become way better in terms of speed and capacity and provides a lot lower latency that speed and capacity in combined with the computing, could log transition to lean devices device, source smaller lighter cheaper because we have moved off some of the compute.

"I gotta tell you. I'm really excited about our third segment. The third side of the empty bowl. We like to have some fun. Not so serious like the rest of the show kinda let our hair. Let our hair down a little bit. Yeah. Yeah. Dip into the milk a little bit. We were we had this idea for pitching cereals that. We would like to. Be brought back from from the great beyond that Syria. Reboots are are wild right now. Everyone's bringing back a lot of old favorites. And we thought we could pitch a couple that we would like to see comeback. I have a couple in mind. Maybe you have to the would be good. My obvious one forever. It always is. Smurfs very greatest cereal I've ever had. Oh, yeah. Was that the one that turned poop blue? Yeah. Yeah. It had a bad rap. But, you know, a lot of these I I wish I could try just like a couple of spoonfuls just to like recalibrate the goodness in my mind. Because in my mind, I've never eaten anything that tasted like. Smurfs very crutch like the closest I ever came was. Wildberry fruit. Loops the extremely delicious while very for for lives, which have there's something about the flavor of them. It's like that berry whatever the fake berry flavor is that I found so peeling they're schnauzers like I'm basically going are like thirty years ago or something like that. It's been decades eating the cereal. Obvious one. But the one might be more relatable. I would like to pitch the return of. Hidden treasures, oh in treasures was a really delicious cereal. Not unlike the best comparison is probably crave, you know, with a K sort of larger biscuits with a softer filling inside this was not a longtime cereal..

"A Graham cracker with marshmallow fluff smeared on top which is kind of the definition of ambiguously sugary. I think and sweet right exactly layers. So, yeah, I'm getting kind of loss in this in this triangle analogy, but all I'm saying is that why have cocoa with marshmallows when you can look like five feet to your left or right and see the Honey mates more cereal which adds sort of the golden grams type flakes to the mix and really just would slam dunk on it. And if the serial came to that sort of basketball like context. When serious play basketball, you could always count Dan to pick the winner of the basketball game that the cereals play. There you go put Honey made s'mores at the top of your bracket this year. The Matt a gas car cereal similar to that. Post is actually repackage. This Moore's type blend of the golden grams flakes, chocolate puffs and the plain white marshmallows. They've done as the meta Gasco virgin they'd done it as the Honey made. Now, they also released it in Canada as just smaller cereal, and it's also been released as multo meals more cereal because post owns multiple meal and therefore also the meta guest cereal. So it's it's more is all the way down. Yeah. And then, of course, Callow has more with Z the one which is actually kind of better because it removes sort of the combo paradox altogether by jamming chocolate and Graham into one piece. So that's how you do it..

"Obviously this is a slower time of year so reviews have have slowed a bit. Do you have any wanted to to to bring up? Yes. So what we wait for all? These many many new serials out. There are a couple of returning holiday cereals that are worth talking about cabin crunches Christmas crunch around for decades. Now, perhaps, you know, geological eons for all we know it's back again. Have you gotten chance to try yet? I did I got I got a box of this at the store, you know, it's your it's your typical blood. I will say though, that I feel like it was pretty generous with the with the berries that Christmas shaped berries, and it may be my imagination. But I feel like the God this is really inside baseball. But I guess it's fine for us show about serial right over thinking it to the degree, but I feel like the like hat shapes and snowman shapes can actually circulate a little better in the serial than the actual crunch berries. Can you think they're more like aerodynamic ver- cruncher dynamic? I guess is what I would say kind of they can slit between the the biscuits, or I think I've heard of you. Miss chests? They slip between them a little easier. Just slicing through them like an explorer with a machete. Yeah. Exactly, man. Do you think do you think it's better or worse to have more crunch berries? Oh better. I mean, like, I I have never had UCS berries. Because I feel like it. I would go insane with hobbies. That would be my main my main fear. To subject each sort of Greek tragic, fate of just eating all the time. Yeah, they would. Yeah. It would definitely take on some fear some H lovecraft in sorts of sort of like opening my my consciousness to I'd. Yeah. Differently mad. There's definitely a beautiful sort of yin Yang balance Christmas crunch that I think brings the best of both worlds together, and you know, brings joy to the whole world much like the holiday season it self so good job Cap'n crunch. Any other cereals wanted to to review to put on the the seriously dot com. Griddle? Yes, there's another one that kind of slipped onto shelves really silently kinda volved on the shelves. Really? Because we I saw cocoa puffs with marshmallows last Christmas as hot cocoa cocoa puffs, which obviously did not last because of the sheer tongue twisting redundancy of the name. About it's not hot. Can't do it. Please stop do know. Microwave? Your cocoa puffs. Hot cocoa blizzard this year, Mike. You're embarrassing yourself. That's a frozen ice cream tree. It's just like eating a frozen white castle slider outside of an in and out burger. But anyway, we I saw cocoa with marshmallows the Christmas time, and now they're returning this year just sort of in the the D seasonal is form. And just straight cocoa puffs with marshmallows. It was released in like, the big bag form is where I I saw it. But now, I'm finally seeing it in boxes as well. So you wouldn't really think twice about this combo said it out loud to you in passing. This could be the type of Syria. You would believe has been around for decades. But this is the first time in my at least recent memory that it's happened. But much like the frosted flakes with marshmallows. I kind of have a problem with the textural contrast here, not even to speak yet of the flavor combo. I just feel that an airy corn cereal and airy marshmallows do not pair. Well, I think we've talked about this before having me. Yeah. I it is. I completely agree. I feel like it's makes it really unsubstantial. I think you could I also think that that size of marshmallow is too big. I like a lot of these really chunky marvette. So I think it's like too much. Yeah. Definitely. Because obviously, obviously the textural problems we will documented here, but the flavor combo here also kind of irks me because in my mind s'mores as a flavor combo is like a sacred triangle only some parts works together on their own. So if you have you can have Graham. And chocolate without marshmallow because that's pretty much like a candy bar. Right. I don't think that any of the other ingredients can stand with marshmallow alone. You have a sweet flavor and a better chocolate sweet flavor or you just have you know?.

"I feel like it appeals to, you know, rational minded adults who are more persuaded in commercials by like cereal factory workers in real life. Like Honey bunches of oats does persuaded by that then a fictional sea-captain? Like, maybe you and I are right fair enough. So I think we just have to let them do their own thing in the different world that they're working in diverse moons in every once in a while and appreciate it as outsiders. I'm really excited about this next one. This is the kind of serial news that I actually held my phone up. So my wife could stare at it and ignore me. But I was very excited. Yeah. This is a strange one. I'm not going to a hundred percent confirm this because I don't want to be caught in sort of an elaborate cereal leak or a fake serial league. So to speak that before it has actually I got a photo of a freedom crunch box, which was a very patriotic Cap'n crunch cereal that we predicted was gonna come out for independence day. But it turns out that there was a script concept, and you know, I had to retread my ground and sort of back on that scam. But no, it's really good that that when didn't come out probably. But in this case, we have a very trustworthy source. Dunkin donuts and post teaming us teaming up to bring us caramel makihata cereal that is wait for it caffeinated. Yeah. This is wild this is wild. Yeah. We've seen a coffee Syria before general mills released a mocha crunch cereal. Not too far back, but it's never been caffeinated. Probably for obvious reasons. Just because of you know, how many kids are in the cereal. So I am a little worried about you know, what floodgates or milk gates? This actually opens will we see like monster energy, drink cereal. Five hour energy slip in there. We got to really be careful about how far we let this go. There's a searched for caffeinated cereal. And the only response is think geek selling captain, Muslims spas -troit's. A hundred eighty milligrams of caffeine per ball. Of course, if you click on it, it is a an April Fool's gag valley. Not extant I'm interested in this because I feel like caffeine in my experience has a flavor like if you ever had like caffeinated gum or you five our air. Jay when you're getting that like he'd have caffeine. There's different like taste to it. Yeah. Kinda hits you like in the back of the throat almost dreaded. Yeah. I think if they layer enough sugar on it. They can probably get out of that unless they're doing some sort of caffeinated glaze. I don't really know where the caffeine is going to enter the process, but posts been doing some pretty wild collaborations lately. So I kind of trust them to be getting back on their feet after the devastating honeycomb toll. Any other cereals? We got one more that came from the same release rather to more flavors of pebbles, actually, it's tropical fruit and strawberry. Banana pebble cereals are allegedly coming out from post which maybe around the same time as the caffeinated cereal. It's probably too early to say, but pebbles is another one of those cereal. Brands at tends to just come out of nowhere with these unexpected ones. They've had a sugar cookie pebbles in the past sometimes they just kinda recover them for the holidays. It's kind of a mixed bag. But these are some some interesting choices excited to see what happens. Yeah. These look absolutely delicious. That tropical thing is not something that I have. Scene. I think very often in Syria flavors, especially if they're going for like a coconut kind of vibe. Yeah. Yes. So may see a lot. Well, if you look at the fruit blend on the box, it looks like it's supposed to be bananas pineapples and mangoes, and I've never seen a pineapple Serio. There's been one trader Joe's, mango cereal, and obviously there's been an cereals, but to take all that compounding level of rarity and put it into one. This is kind of like a one of a kind cereal, genetically speaking..

"A lot of exciting happenings in the world of cereal you've been. Oh practically sweating into. My golden grams is just this is the time of year that I call the opening of the milk gates, so to speak because it's probably the second hardest part of the year as a as the on the ball, cereal journalist, or at least I aspire to be, but this is the time of year when all the major cereal companies announce the products that they're going to be releasing at the start of next year for some reason for some secretive marketing reason than I'm sure none of us will ever find out all cereals or the bulk of them for the year tend to come out near the start of the year. And then they'll trickle out in reappear more seasonally or just randomly throughout. But in order to write about all of them. You know, I've really had do keep my spoon to the grindstone to keep up and to prepare for, you know, the actual star twenty nineteen when it'll be even higher because I have to hunt them down. So I got a lot of things to talk about. We have a lot. There's a lot of new cereals coming out of the pipelines returning cereals. Let's just let's just get to it. With a section. We call. News. So I chocolate toast crunch is coming back. Yes, we're we're in the midst of a lot of reboots lately. But there's really this sort of toast crunch dynasty going on like some sort of miniature soap opera, we're all the flavors. Some of them seem like they're disappearing like blueberry toast crunch. Feels like it might be on the way out. But then there's always new ones coming back sugar, cookie toast crunch. Just got back from the grave, and let me say I got that box of that for my birthday. My wife called me about birthday, and what doesn't light that cereal is infinitely edible that serial cannot keep my hands off of it. You actually boxes of cereal on your birthday. I think she knew that it was the the time of the time of year that I would let myself indulge if it was a gift I would be forced to that's true. It's very good point. So we ought sugar cookie. Toast crunch coming back and now chocolate toast crunch. Could is coming back as well. Which is kind of an interesting reboot because I never really saw having the same appeal at least cult appeal as maybe frosted toast crunch peanut butter toast crunch. But someone out there must be sending general mills enough. Very well, punctuated emails to get them to bring back shocked toast crunch as well. So we have that to look forward to from that family of cereals. I'm sure it's delicious. I do take unbridged with the fact that that's not a thing. Chocolate, toast, is is not a fait. You know, I never really thought about it that way it's very irritating. All these other cereals, I can get my way there, you know. But this this is a bridge too far. Now, if they hold on hold on you're saying that sugar cookies on toast is a reasonable thing in reality. No. But I that's a good point. I would I would buck against that. But I could argue that like sugar cookies are thing. Sure. I mean, I guess you could get a cookie cutter shaped like a piece of bread that might be with with they're going for now. See if they wanted to do. A chocolate hazelnut. Genius. Yeah. Now, Dan, maybe a little too far. What else is what else is going on? So we got something exciting coming from Honey, bunches of oats, or at least. So I've seen in my sort of investigative web crawling. There's an apple caramel crunch, Honey, bunches of oats. Now, this is a brand that I'm kind of silently infatuated with because they feel like that that quite guy in the back of the fight seeing that, you know, is going to do something cool because every time they just come out of nowhere with this new flavor that you don't really expect. But it just tends to knock it out of the park the with chocolate Honey bunches, they did it with maple pecan Honey bunches. And now I trust them to do it again with apple caramel Honey bunches because that's just not a flavor we see almost ever in the cereal. I cannot get myself excited about new Honey bunches of it's it's weird. It's like, I'm sure we good. It's just not. Yeah. I mean, I kind of get it..
