A fucking website didn't teach them how to get any clients so kayla had this like big click funnels members area and had absolutely no clients and absolutely no idea how he was going to get these clients and so when he came to me he's like brobeck burned already but like i wanted. I'm really committed. I really wanna make this work. I'll do whatever it takes. And and i'm like i'm like in i'm all in and so caleb me i told them my price which by the way guys. If you're in the academy right now it's four hundred dollars a month. My price used to be five thousand dollars up front so i told them my price. I'm like it's five thousand dollars up front. Joined and caleb was met with heartbreak it first because in his first month caleb only made like five hundred dollars and then the second month he only made fifteen hundred dollars and he messaged me. Because we had everything set up and then it was just kind of a freak deal and Went to the er and the whole thing so not not fun but getting through it and happy to be back talking with you. All about the bengals about mandatory minicamp and all kinds of different things going on with the cincinnati bengals with the afc north with the rest of the nfl. There's a lot of news to get to. it's been an entire week. i can't even can't even believe it. It's been an entire week before we get to the news. I want to let you know aside from this show. So bengals are bringing him back in this coaching program. Mike brown wide receivers coach at the university of cincinnati Tessa grossman a grad assistant in sports performance coach at illinois state university A graduate of dartmouth college which i believe runs pretty prominent dartmouth college alums in the brown family. So they've got a good A good pulse on things there. Steve langa hopefully. I am pronouncing that correctly. Offensive quality control coach at the university of north texas And then It is bill. Welsh bill walsh fellowship program. Obviously bill walsh spent some time with the cincinnati bengals so the bengals bringing in five Coaching interns. They're pretty cool stuff. There's been a lot of talk. I think the last time. Unfortunately not last wednesday but the wednesday prior we talked about jesse bates in his ranking in this pf system and all this kind of stuff but basically there is some good news here. The bengals secondary overall is listed in the top. Half by of the nfl by pro football. Focus you know. Say what you want about that but that does speak a little bit of volumes. Based on the fact that the bengals lost william jackson top corner they did bring into dobie a ymca. They did they're getting back. Trae wayne's they brought in mike hilton. They added von bell last year. Of course they have jesse bay twos emerging as one of the best defensive players in all of football it the unit ranks fifteenth in the nfl by pro football focus. Ben lindsey of pro. Football focus writes quote a collection of secondary starters that includes trains to dobie a woozy. Mike hilton von bell won't necessarily scare opponents but there aren't many weak links in this group. Either the bengals have done a good job. Solidifying the unit through free agency over the past few offseasons. It kinda reminds me a little bit with the bengals. Have done in the secondary this year. If you go back to like the first few years of the andy dalton era member. They lost jonathan joseph. We'll have more on him and a little bit. They lost johnson joseph to free agency. They got like nate clements. They got terence. Newman they've got reggie nelson. That was in twenty ten and they kind of collected these guys via trades and free agency. And all this kind of stuff and all of a sudden day You know they ended up kind of piecing together through different means a pretty solid secondary. Not one that was absolutely outstanding but one that played pretty. Well under mike zimmer and obviously that's the hope here with this group performing well under lou room. Oh mike zimmer was familiar with quite a few of those guys in that secondary before he got to the bengals in now You know this is kind of a little bit of a similar deal. Flew in a remote guys. "Yeah so leading into december. We knew that december in january. We're gonna be massive months you know you've got the new year's rush. Everybody is into fitness during that time. If you don't take advantage of the new year's rush you're leaving yourself. You're leaving so much money on the table so knowing that we made sure that we had my team set up so that we could handle that workload and we'll get an all or get into a little bit more specific but i made sure that i had enough coaches all my team to be able to handle the amount of new clientele that was incumbent of the business. So you hired for expansion. You like news. I know is going to be a big once. You prepared by hiring for expansion correct. Since at that time before december we had four coaches on the team now including myself. There was five coaches and that was a enough coaches on the team to handle the new clientele that was about to come through in december and january now in december. We ran the four day challenge. And that's something that we learned that. I've believe he learned it that month. Right in the mastermind. Yes so this basically was like the perfect timing to introduce people to like what would what would it look like to actually work with us. Here's a little sneak peek of what it's like to work with us before the new year's rush even happened so we dropped that challenge before christmas and we gave people strategies to slay the weight that was the name of our challenge and stay on top of their fitness goals even throughout the holidays so there was a lot of hype going into it. We had like a hundred. I think we had like a hundred applications. Come through for the challenge. We brought in about seventy five people and this challenge just like absolutely blew out was so much engagement in our community was absolutely lit and we ended up making a round. I think twenty four thousand twenty three point five thousand dollars strictly from the challenge..

We're four coaches that are full time. Four coaches and a fulltime to answer every question. You have within twenty four hours. We do ten fucking coaching calls a week a week. We have like a super simple blueprint of follow. Where hundred and fifteen people have crossed ten thousand dollars a month and yet people still don't fucking do it upsets me and i think that it's because like like yeah. I do think that there are some people that work cut out for this right. And I was not expecting as I was, You know, kind of browsing through news yesterday, looking on the social media platforms and the various news sites to see a headline that said Gwyneth Paltrow is Vagina. Candle explodes in UK Woman's home You don't expect to see that that's not something that you ever expect to see. And yet that was, in fact, the headline Now to be fair to the woman's home. The where this candle exploded. That woman won the candle in some sort of Ah quiz show type of situation she did not actually spend money on, said Candle. But it exploded and like burst into flames with all kinds of candle bits flying all over the place it cause like a total inferno in the room. And so in the midst of all that this woman and her boyfriend like somehow figured out a way to throw this like on fire candle out the front door because it basically could've burned their place down. But that is ah. Now you have to. There's a warning. Now that comes along with this particular scented candle that you know it may explode. So just be careful who is the customer base for this? It's a great question, especially because it's sold out on that group website of Gwyneth Paltrow is which I would presume is visited mostly by women, so I don't No. I mean I am a woman, and I don't want a candle that smells like that right? Is that your culture either by default or by design and it's really setting your employees up for success and even though you know contractors were not the disneyland's not the amazons the googles in t. mobile's or whatever we're not huge corporations where you hear of all these things or evil get one year off when they have their first kid from work paid like we're we can't do that kind of staff but we still have to nurture and take care of the people that we have and find ways we can help them grow and be successful regardless of the size of our company.
