"We ladies and gentlemen gentlemen and ladies, welcome back to the officer show. You know, I literally it like bring tears in my eyes when I get out of the matrix. And I look at the devastation in the inner city. I remember my family members smoking crack. Some of them selling crack to the family member that smoked the crack. I seen it with my own eyes. I remember my great uncle, we would go over his house for the summer, hang out with my cousins 'cause my mom didn't have any siblings, so he was our great uncle's my sister's brother. I mean, my grandmother's brother. And he went to prison for a long time. He got out because of Trump. But he used to have these big old cookies on the stove and he just say, don't eat them in our cookies. I'm grown now and I became a police officer. He had keys of cocaine, cooked up on that stove. Who do you think is who you think is using that crack cocaine? Other brothers. You know, he ended up having to shoot somebody one time. They tried to break in his car. You know, and also another person, I want to say his relation, but I remember he died from heroin. I remember me and my brother did it. We tried to do an intervention. Somebody gave us some money, and he was in a hotel, and we went to the hotel and we gave him money like we had put our money together to give to him because we wanted him to get out heroin. And shortly after he accepted the money, he was crying and everything and, you know, he thought it was so cool to me and my brother, we were little. We were probably like 8, ten. And he finally, you know, shortly after he died from heroin overdose. I remember seeing this with my own eyes, man. This is not something I read in the book. This is not something talking point 'cause I'm a Republican. I seen the devastation. I remember, she's not my aunt, but you know, I'm a great aunt. I remember seeing my cousin, they didn't have no daddy.

"Ain't gotta shoot you in. They ain't gotta do it illegal certainly riding around dirty. With your music blasting. With marijuana smoke coming out the window. They ain't gotta do nothing. It's crazy to me that people just so disingenuous. When I was growing up in the inner city man, dope boy got the rims, he got the speakers blasting, he smoking, weed driving no seatbelt, and in Texas, no seat belt is a primary violation. That means they can pull you over if you don't have a seat belt. Homeboy got no seat belt on any guy dope in the car. I mean, I don't know what to say. I remember my cousin and I love my cousin to death and I hope they let him out and he could have a job here working with us. When Susie get out of prison, if he wanted to come work for me, he can work for me and work his way up to make as much money as he can. I'll mentor him. But he was a prohibited possessor, got into an altercation with a shot two people, and then had drugs in a car. I mean, I just don't understand how that's the white man fault. But anyway, 30 seconds left, karlie and a four four 9 zero zero 7 two four three 8 four four 9 zero zero 7 two four three. I'll get you out of the break. This is the officer Tatum show. "This. And this is what I believe with my whole heart. I believed in time black and white people would have gotten along naturally. The forced desegregation was probably more problematic than allowing black and white people to get along on their own accord and the government stay out of it. Why do you say that Brandon? Black people used to have their own school. And therefore they can teach their own history. And therefore all the values that black people believe were valuable to their community was exercised through black, owned business, black education, black, black, black. Now, everybody else was focused on their own stuff and building, and black people, when they were focused on their own stuff and building, it was successful. And then they had to come along and say, no, we don't need to ride our black buses, we want to ride with a bus with the white people that don't want us on the bus. And we're going to go down and we're going to stage protests and we're going to do all this other stuff because we want our kids to go to the school with the white kids. And then they put the school with a black kids and a white kids together, and then the black school shut down. Because the black teachers couldn't get jobs in the white schools. But the black kids rather be in the white school than the black kids building their own school. And then they get in the white school and they complain that it's not about black people, it's only about white people in the white school. I just believe that there was one of the I don't think that was a good decision at that time in my opinion for black people to discard they own stuff, the Jewish community, look at the money, circulation, the Jewish community, a thousand fold compared to the black community. I think it's like the black dollar is in the community for 6 seconds. Now, I'm not big on separating people out by race, but if you're going to complain of that black folks history, black folks don't, you got to look at the black man who advocated that black people lead their cocoon of success in order to force themselves onto a group of people they didn't want nothing to do with them.

"I don't think she's racist whatsoever. And I don't think she believed in white supremacy. You know, me and her was at a conference together. I think I spoke to her every day at a conference. She was very, very nice person. She was nice to everybody. I don't see her as a white supremacist. Maybe if she made a comment to say that this is a white country, I mean, it is predominantly white, but I don't think that any policy that she's pushed forward, any policies that she supported, created, been a part of, have anything to do with white supremacy. I've never known that from her and I met her in person. So, I mean, can you give me another example of a person that you can vote for? You live in you live in North Carolina? That's correct. Is there a Republican in North Carolina that you believe is ineligible for you to vote for? That's a Republican. Here's the thing, office Tatum. I realize I've been around for a long time. And I realized that voting now has become really a matter of strategy. The entire Republican party has gotten to the point now where a person of color, especially a one like myself who happens to be a practicing Muslim, is on the Alps. Because why do you say that when I'm a Republican? And I vote for Republican, I met Donald Trump. I helped hosted at least three events at The White House, where I was invited specifically by Donald Trump. And I vote for Republicans all the time. I register Republican. You might be not aware of the fact that a lot of African Americans who take the position that you do have to withdraw their recognition that a lot of stuff that's going on in this country is pro white people, right? Maintaining quite privileged. And it happens on both sides. Those who call themselves liberal or bleeding heart liberals, they annoy me too. The point is

"Your 6, the officer Tatum show. Ladies and gentlemen, gentlemen, ladies, welcome back to the officer Tatum show. As we head into a brand new week, I want to share the good news that a hundred hundreds of men and women just like you have already donated for the food for the poor campaign that will provide thousands of starving kids throughout the Caribbean and in Latin America with two meals a day for the next year. And I want you to hear from this wonderful young lady, she's 16 years old, her name is Sarah, and she's going to tell you why she donated to food for the poor. I just wanted to say, I really admire your work with food for the poor each year. I have an envelope that I keep on my nightstand and each time I do get some money. I put a little bit away throughout the year. Maybe like a dollar or two. It's for food for the poor. And so this year I saved up $80 to give, and I'm not saying any of this to brag. I just wanted to encourage your listeners. If you can just spare a little bit, that would be good by I want you to brag on how God is blessed you to be so smart as a 16 year old, having the wherewithal to save a little bit of money here and there to give to people to bless them. So for 60 year old can do it and I'm not trying to put no pressure on you. It's only pressure if you hit the spot for you. If you feel like that this is you that I'm talking to. No pressure, but if Sarah can give a rating and save up 80 plus dollars which would feed two kids, two meals a day for an entire year, then I know that the people who are listening can do it. And it's already been hundreds of people. There's probably been, I think, well over a hundred people just from this show that have supported. So $72 will help you feed what will help food for the poor provide food to two children, two nutritious meals a day for an entire year, a $144 will be four children to nutritious meals. A day for an entire year. I want you to be like Sarah. Go to the

"To throw rocks and explosives at police officers. But if you're not active, they probably kill you. But if you were activists is totally fine, just throw my talk cocktails at them, anything to avoid killing these activists, even though these activists are trying to kill the police department. Police officers. I just don't, I just think that the level of use of force should be consistent across the board. If people are going to be doing that to police officers, then the police officer be able to defend themselves. Or just walk off the job, man. Let them try to sign up. But you were in the middle and you ain't gonna go home to your family and end up getting your leg blown off by some explosive because you trying to pity pat in the middle. Either shoot these people or walk away from the site and let them just tear everything up. I mean, maybe somebody don't think that that's right, but in every other scenario, if you throw a rock at a police officer, they can use deadly force against you. Because if you hit them in the head with that rock, you can kill them, render them incapable of defending themselves, take their gun to kill other people. You can't let people do this. I don't understand. You don't like what the government is doing on these particular lands. Okay, fine. You don't get to kill people over it. Unless you want them to retaliate or unless you want them to defend themselves. But in our country, they just embolden these people, man. They already didn't burn the precinct and all it's so crazy stuff they doing. And we just let it go in the guise of protest. That's not a protest, bro, you're trying to kill people. If they were picking them outside, the thing and saying, hey, you know, let's bring awareness. That's a different scenario, than trying to kill people. They're literally trying to kill these cops. They're just not good enough at it. But the police department just put their officers in harm way. That's why I'm glad I didn't become a police chief. I got

"You want to put some money on it. I'll put money on the fact that they're all black. Or 90 plus percent of them are black. No Black Lives Matter outraged. Nobody's going to talk about it. It's okay when black people kill each other. That's totally fine. It's totally cool. That's like the thing to do. If black people kill each other, we don't need a T-shirt or GoFundMe, you know, Benjamin crop is not going to show up, you're just going to be a dead man. And if your parents can't pay for your funeral arrangements, you're screwed. They're going to have to cremate you. That's how it rose when the black man killed another black man. But if a cop kill a black man in the cop is white, you become a saint. And the eyes of these knuckleheads. You become a martyr. No matter what you did, you could have molested a kid and shot one of the cop did and while you're in the midst of shooting multiple cops, one of them get a good shot on your dome and you die and now you are martyr. I saw a clip the other day. This guy played in I shared it on my Twitter. This boy mama, he got shot and killed by the police. The day after he died, she started a GoFundMe. She ended up putting a lieutenant name on the GoFundMe, claiming that he killed her son and that dude wasn't even at work. He was on vacation. He wasn't even in the state. And then she claimed that he was unarmed. All he had was a cheeseburger in his hand. I saw the video in the steel shots. And I just can not believe that people are this disingenuous. That boy had a gun and he put his bag of food up, but he had his gun down like this shooting at the police. For aiming it at the police. And they got to go from me. She's raised $90,000 some already for that boy. And he a crook. But in Chicago, they kill all your kids and dead black men land in the streets, bullet holes in their head. The coroner have to come scrape them up off the ground and watch the blood up off the street. Black men by black men by black men by black men by black men by black men by black men in the cycle continues, but nobody cares what bring the Tatum. And then I think about how can I help? In a way to help people don't want no help. You go in there and you try to do something right and because you ain't the right black man, they don't want to hear nothing you have to say. I have this problem with people in 30 seconds. I hire these people or at least sign these people come for interview. They come to the initial interview. Yeah, I want the job and then they go look me up. I guess one person was crying to my executive assistant and said, I don't want to I don't want to work for him. I looked at his YouTube channel and I can not work for a man like that. What a little coward. Y'all are raising beta males left and right. Anyway, I ran out of time hold the phone. I'll be back

"Let me get back to my religious talk. You know, these people, you know, I can not understand why we can't walk at you gum at the same time. It is, it is perfectly fine for me to say into believe that I don't think two men can adequately raise a child the way a male and a female can. And somebody listening may be offended. That's fine. You may disagree with me. You may be raising a kid and you may be doing a great job. But we can have a difference of opinion without somebody saying that's anti LGBTQ no it's called I have an opinion about certain things that you may disagree with. We can disagree politically, I can disagree with what you do in your life. You can disagree with me. It's weird that it's so lopsided. If I were to get on here like I did last time and people gave me a little backlash and I said, I said that I agree with what Don lemon said in part about Nikki Haley and the whole prime conversation. People get mad at me and they act like I'm inscribing this in the Bible and saying you have to believe this. It's my opinion. You may disagree with my opinion. And I would argue that any opinion that I have had and I've expressed come with a level of facts and experience, it's not just because I feel like I'm getting emotional, so I'm gonna say X, Y Z it come from a place of facts and exposure and experience. That's why I have the opinions that I have. But in this day and age, a Christian can't stand up for his or her values without people claiming your anti something else. Listen, that's not even like I'm not anti LGBTQ. Like they say you anti gay marriage. It's like that ain't even a marriage in the first place. So how am I anti something? I don't even believe in. Y'all just in a relationship. I don't consider that marriage. I'm not anti any anybody's marriage. Marriage is between a man and a woman. And I'm not ashamed to say that. And some people may not like it, just like if I was listening to somebody and they were like, no, I think that gay marriage is a right way to go. And I believe I believe you can be a Christian and you can believe in Jesus and being a gay marriage. I will listen to that person I'll say, um, where does it say that in the Bible anywhere in the Bible? Find me the script, and the person can, if the person gives the scripture that validates what he says, I say, you know what? I may not like what he said, but is it facts? And then the person don't give any scripture that I'm gonna say, look, right, you ain't getting no scripture. That's your opinion. I disagree with this person, what he said, or what she said. But nowadays, people so they butt hurt. They get their butt hurt over a disagreement and opinions. Let me just go on because I got a lot of I got a lot of stuff I want to talk about. 14 people shot last weekend in Chicago. I don't know why people don't want to talk about this, you know, but I guess it's not sexy enough. 92 people were killed in Chicago, January 1st, 2023 through March 5th. So already in Chicago, 92 people were killed. I bet they all black. How much you want to bet.

"You know, let me say this about Christians sometimes. I get people giving me pushback and they claim that they're Christians and they're like, well, you always, you name call it Jesus name called in the Bible. It's calling somebody a viper, not a name, not name calling. It's calling somebody a hypocrite, not name calling, is making the declarative statement. I don't even know if that's a word, but it sound good. Making a statement to say, these people will no way into the kingdom of God. Isn't that a judgmental statement? Isn't that harsh to say? But our lord and savior didn't hold back telling the truth about these phonies. Because if he sat there and was passive about his statements against the people who are destroying America or not in our sense, destroying America has since trying to destroy the kingdom of God. And I would argue in our sense as well. Trying to destroy the word of God trying to destroy the kingdom of God. You got to call these people out for who they are. So that the youngsters don't fall to the trap and be deceived. And think that these people are in it for your best interest. They are not. The pharisees were not in it for the people of God's best interest. They were lost.

Bernie Sanders, The Capitalist

"They tell the things that they tout and they don't believe them. Bernie Sanders is the biggest capitalist in the United States of America. Yet he touts the talk of points of socialism. He wrote a book made millions off of his book. That's capitalism. He could have gave his book away for free. Now, I wrote a book. I know how much it costs for me to write the book to have the editors to pay for the book. Why can't you give it to him for free? And they pay for it cost. If he's, you know, off of socialism because the thing is that some people don't make as much money as others. And so they may not be able to forge a book. So why don't you give it to them for free? I'll give it to everybody can pay the lowest common denominator. Give it to them at cost. Therefore, everybody can afford your book. No, he doesn't. Of course he doesn't. Then come to find out tickets to the show. $95. I don't even charge $95. And I'm way smarter than Bernie Sanders.

"Mister Bernie Sanders, you know that we a game that toupee wig is weighing down on his soul because he finally, in my opinion, came clean and alluded to the fact that equity means nothing. What is equity? That makes no sense relationally when it comes to human interaction. It makes no sense when it comes to, I want to call it, I don't know what the college Newton's force module or formula. I think it's Newton. Somebody helped me if I missed Newton's law of gravity. I think it's the law of gravity. With every action, there's an opposite of equal reaction. I may be saying it right, but you get what I'm saying. So the same idea is what you If you put a lot in, you will get a lot out.

And then my children takes that wealth and maximizes the generation of wealth and becomes somebody. In the Bernie Sanders era, the parent that did nothing to go to the strip club and smoke all their money away and buy Louis Vuitton and listen, I said, Louis Bhutan, because that's the one you get in China that's fake. They do all of that and they kids are left with no, I would say money to be passed down. But the Bernie's of the world think that my kid and naked should experience the same outcome. That's that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Hold a phone. I got to go to the break. We'll talk about Bernie after. This is the officer Tatum show. Today I want to direct your attention to a situation that is happening in countries throughout our hemisphere. Because of interrupted planting cycles rising food prices and the lingering impact of COVID, the list of families unable to feed their children grows longer by the day. Today I'm partnering with food for the poor to provide urgently needed food to a list of families in crisis. Food for the poor works with the poorest of the poor and the communities in the Caribbean and Latin America. The Mental Illness of Leftism

"All right, let me talk about scamming Sanders. You know, these leftists, they are mentally ill or evil. They fall in one of those categories. Some of them the reason that they talking to act the way they do because they have a mental disability. If you're a type of person that struggles with cognitive dissonance and you can't even perceive reality and you don't even have truth rooted in your arguments and you can't even balance your perspective and agree to disagree with people, you have no basis for your arguments. All you do is operate in an emotion. That is a mental illness. There are some people that had what we call Trump derangement syndrome. People should have been diagnosed and treated for Trump derangement syndrome. And now this woke ology won't derangement syndrome or whatever you want to call it. These people are struggling with a mental illness. I really believe it's a mental illness. They can not, for the life of them, perceive how capitalism is a good thing. Although they flourish in capitalism, they can not understand how this country can be so racist. Although this is the greatest country on Planet Earth, and they know they just making this stuff up.

"Welcome to business rock stars. I'm Alex Worley, joined by the co founders of food faves. We have gotten Sydney and Paul Lobstein. Thanks for being here. Yeah, if you could start out by telling everyone what is food phase and How did it come about? Okay, Well, I guess nearly, you know, everyone across all demographics always ask the same question every day, which is one of my hungry for And you know the world with evolving technology and need for instant gratification was created to just revolutionized the Creator dining experience. So what food phases its mobile application that's a personal dining assistant. And it basically helps you find the food you're craving and how to get it, so basically it It just shows users a series of photos. And you, um Can like. Say what you like. Like you say, Yeah, exactly, And it's very visual. So the images they appealed directly to your senses, and it's consistent with your preferences, and it's also very relevant because it's available at local restaurants and It's based on the current location of the user. That's awesome. Sydney actually conceived this a couple of years ago while she was still living in L A and working in production, and she basically was trying to figure out the shortest distance between point A and point big point is I'm hungry. Here's all right. What do I do? What do I want to eat? Where do I find it? So food face basically showing people pictures of actual dishes in their area, and people are users get to sample the photos with their eyes, and that's a connection to their hunger. So when they find a dish that they see and they say, Okay, that's what I want. Okay, they can find out exactly where it came from. And it's a local restaurant near them. So the food's attainable. Yes. I love it. Okay, Give me an example. If I'm a user, I go on this app and I plug in What sort of things that I'm looking for. And what pops them, okay? Yeah. So you could basically searched the tags if Let's Say you wanted pizza if you type in pizza. Not only will the entire news feed populate with photos of pizza, but it's by radius, so you will only see what's closest to farthest so you'll never be tempted by a photo. That's 100 miles away, so it's very personalized to the user and yeah, basically, it's made up of different features, depending on the situation you're in. If you're in a new city and just want to see what's around you, there's a discover page that does the same thing. It's by radius. So, yeah, all available. What's it like working with your dad? It's great. We've become very close. We've learned a lot about each other. Definitely in the beginning, where kind of finding that balance between the father daughter relationship and the work partners relationship, But I think we do a good job of turning it on and off. We both. We both know each other's strengths. Weaknesses, and we played to those alright, constructive fashion, and it's also kind of unique the way you know where it can be in father daughter mode one moment and then all of a sudden one of us thinks about something with regards to food faves the app things to do and we just go into a different language. It's like literally Turning from English to Spanish or just something else. That casual observer wouldn't understand. So it feels like there's some separation. Think that's important within the same conversation where you go from father daughter to co founder Mode, But at least you guys have that separation. Is it something you recommend? If someone watching or listening is considering going into business with family? Would you recommend it? Oh, definitely. I think there's it's really important to have a balance 100% because you know there's you could be talking. You can talk about business all day long, and sometimes you just need to step back and go back into the father daughter all and make sure there's a balance. In addition, anything in addition to having non family members work for us involved family members, Uh, Sydney's sister and brother You know, have both been actively involved at different stages of creating the APP and bringing it to market. Awesome. So I love to talk about pivoting with my guests, because a lot of our entrepreneurs One in five Children in America.

Republicans Should Not Embrace Cutting Taxes for the Mega Rich

"One thing that i could critique the republican party for a lot actually over the last decade is that we never should have embraced this belief that we should just cut taxes for the wealthiest people in the country. I'm all for cutting taxes for business owners and entrepreneurs but quite honestly jeff bezos parties going to defend people that use their resources in their assets to actively try to usurp and undermined. The united states of america like no way we should stand for a vibrant and strong american middle class. The american way of life is this. And we've lost this that you should not have to have both the mother and father in the workforce to be able to sustain a middle class family that it should be optional. If the woman wants to on the workforce but there should be jobs available and the social contract should warrant that of just. The man wants to work that they can support a middle class family of four to five children. That used to be the american promise. Now what happens is people either. Have less chiller right. Because they can't sustain it or the woman goes in the workforce. if that's a decision of yours phenomenal. it should not be mandatory. Because what ends up happening. Is they have to farm out. The kids to daycare ends up happening. They have to go in debt because they can't sustain it and the entire cycle of destruction of the middle class way of life starts to go

Your past and how you got to be doing what you are doing right now. Well i actually became interested in law and politics because of the ninth grade. My mother was running a business. She was a single payer to five children. And i was out playing baseball. And the state showed up with a surprise inspection and a silly right up almost shut down her business. So she pulled off the ballfields bastion and threw me into a law library. And said you gotta figure this out. Because i can't afford an attorney. And so i started dealing with the hang on. Hang on hang on how. How old are you at this at this point. Though i'm in ninth grade and there was an attorney in the law library who took me under his wing. A little bit helped me out. My story starts on a warm August day in 1995. I was at home playing with my 18 month old triplets and I was given an ad for asking for ordinary women to apply to be part of a North pole expedition. Now I had no outdoor experience, but something in this advert spoke to me. I knew my marriage was ending. And I had a bleak future and there was hope in there. And so I thought, Well, they're asking for ordinary women. And I'm definitely that It didn't occur to me at the time that I should have some outdoor experience, or at least have spent a night in a 10 said ordinary and I was a mother of triplets. "British author role doll rose to fame with books that became iconic works of literature and continue to be read by children. All over the world. Charlie and the chocolate factory james and the giant peach and the witches are all beloved for their colorful storytelling and memorable characters however shadow has followed these tales and their author since their publication doll was often described as being racist anti-semitic eh misogynistic in both his personal life and in his stories and how we approach problematic literature especially literature written for children is as complicated as the man who wrote them. Just ask those who were responsible for. Bringing his words to the world they often dealt with him across the ocean. And even that wasn't enough. Sometimes doll had grown up embodying this nickname of the apple which he'd earned due to his mother's adoration for him compared to her other children. He attended boarding school from a young age and dabbled in writing but his imagination proved far more developed than his literary skills. At the time. Still he enjoyed coming up with stories and conjuring new ones based on his experiences at school. Doll went on to enlist in world war. Two with the royal air force after sustaining an injury during a crash he healed up flew several more missions and eventually went home to start his new life as a civilian. He married american actress. Patricia neal in nineteen fifty three and together. The couple had five children. It was during her fifth pregnancy. Though when neil suffered three cerebral aneurysms. Her husband took over caring for the family but he also treated her horribly as she recovered he implemented a cruel recovery regimen to get her back into acting when she wanted something but couldn't remember what it was called. He would refuse to give it to her until she used. Its correct name and this went on for ten months. Several years later doll began an affair with another woman you see.
