TikTok CEO Shou Chew Is Set to Testify Before House Committee

And The Wall Street Journal reports that TikTok reassures advertisers over the ban that is threatened. You can't reassure advertisers because TikTok is an engine of the Chinese Communist Party. It's that simple. And the dossier they are collecting on you and your children, if you use it. And what the malware, they may have inserted into your system, they may be listening to you right now. Sacramento School Suspends Black Students for Anti-Black Racism
"As reported by the Sacramento bee, a school that is in Sacramento, California, suspended two black students after fake money containing racist imagery against black people circulated through the throughout the campus last week. The summary goes on to say Sacramento city unified school district officials told Kayo VR TV, the fake money handed out Tuesday at Kit Carson, international academy was for buying fried chicken, alcohol, contain the N word, as well as a derogatory image of an African American. Now, one of the reasons why this is not racism in my opinion, both sides, the fact that it was black people having a little fun where was the watermelon? There was no watermelon printed on the money. This is how I know we're over racism. Kids don't even know how we were. Actually, kids don't even know old school racism. Whenever you talk about fried chicken, you gotta include watermelon. Well, you know, the more we learn about Biden's family finances, Jeff, to be honest, the more really chilling it is in shocking that I absolutely help lately corrupt they are. And that the mainstream media won't report on it. I mean, you got a guy. Hunter Biden. It was basically to be a Frank. He was a life loser. He was involved in hard drugs, prostitution, et cetera and then suddenly he becomes a multi millionaire international businessman. And the only thing that changed in his life was his father became vice president. And his father in 2019 when he was running for president says, hey, listen, wow. I don't know what hunters doing. I don't even associate nothing. We find that to be a lie that he actually met with and helped scores of his business associates. And then lo and behold, the Biden family has 150 suspicious activity reports, which are reports generated by financial institutions when they suspect fraud, money laundering, sexual trafficking, or something along those lines. A 150 of them. Congress traditionally has had access to those reports if they want them. And we've been denied access to these 150 SIRs. For the last two years, that net boss of my mind,

Grand Jury to Hear Another Witness Before Possible Trump Indictment
"News is reporting that the indictment will not happen today that there is another witness to go before the grand jury on Wednesday tomorrow. And so now the talk is that this may not happen until next week. I want to suggest that the former president has once again gotten so deep inside the heads of his opponents. They are spitting they are seething. This is the moment that they wanted to see. They have long dreamed of this president being led in handcuffs somewhere. I have a longtime friend. He's a very good person. He's just horribly misguided politically, but he has often talked about, well, this is the thing, right? They're going to go to The White House when Trump was in office. They're going to go to The White House. They're going to lead him out in cuffs. They just can not possibly get past the hatred they have for this individual. Simply because he had the audacity to support the American people and put government back in the hands of the people as opposed to the swamp monsters in Washington. This is all about power, and so they are going to try to misuse prosecutorial power to have him indicted. Well, again, the prosecutor there is a political hack. He ran on a campaign of saying, I'll get Trump even though others haven't.

Superbug fungus cases rose dramatically during pandemic
"Researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say cases of the dangerous fungus tripled in just over three years, with more than half of states now reporting it. According to the CDC, the coronavirus pandemic was likely partly responsible for the increase. Hospital workers were strained by COVID-19 patients, and that likely shifted their focus away from disinfecting other kinds of germs. The fungus candida Auris is a form of yeast that is hugely not harmful to healthy people, but can be a deadly risk to fragile hospital and nursing home patients. Alvin Bragg Prefers Releasing Real Criminals to Commit Crimes Again
"And see a little bit of Tucker Carlson's reporting last night on what this really dastardly district attorney has been doing from day one when he became district attorney out of New York City. Even as Bragg has been single mindedly focused bragga graduate of Harvard college, on Donald Trump and his crimes sending money to a porn star, he has been not only ignoring real crimes, but downgrading felonies to misdemeanors and letting actual violent criminals out of jail as quickly as possible. On his first day in office, first day, Bragg consistent with the ideas of the man who paid for his campaign, George Soros issued a memo explaining his office will quote not seek a sentence except in cases involving homicides, economic crimes, and a small number of felonies. That was great news for people who commit violent felonies, including rapists like Justin Washington, Washington struck a deal with Bragg that allowed him to serve just 30 days in jail under the theory that his rape was really just second degree coercion. So he got out quickly and when he did police say this same man sexually attacked 5 other people in The Bronx. He even tried to rape a homeless woman at ten in the morning. Okay. So in another case, a career criminal who was arrested three times in four months for serious crimes, including assault and aggravated harassment, skipped court. And when police finally found him and hauled him to court, Bragg's Bragg's office let him go in January of last year. Guess what he did when he got out? He murdered a woman.

I'm so excited to get your thoughts on this because I know that this whole weekend has been crazy ever since Trump truth that he might be arrested on Tuesday. And of course, everyone has been figure out, is this going to happen tomorrow? Is this going to happen later this week? I've seen different reports. Some people are saying that because there's another witness coming forth today that maybe it won't happen tomorrow. But either way, what was kind of your reaction to seeing this news over the weekend? Well, not shocking for me. I've been saying since last year that the plan ultimately for Democrats, whether it's the Biden DoJ at the federal level, or you've got the states that are also New York, which we're seeing with Alvin Bragg, and then Georgia down in county, the district attorney down there, trying to arrest Trump. We knew it was coming. Now, am I a little bit surprised that it can be a state level charge before the actual federal charges from the DoJ? Yeah, I'm a little bit surprised by that, 'cause I'll be honest, I've been talking to people since early last year within the DoJ that are not exact exactly Biden activists like the majority of the DoJ, then that is ultimately the goal under Merrick Garland. They've been looking at a way to arrest Donald Trump. There was some thought that it would even come on federal charges before January. There was some talk before the midterm elections, but I don't think they quite have it lined up. So the real question is here, I think, is how involved is the federal level. The DoJ in Washington D.C. with this state level charge.

California governor Gavin Newsom has declared a statewide health emergency because of monkeypox, making it the second state to do so. The other is New York. California reports more than 800 cases. Down futures are down 146 points this morning. This is NPR news from Washington. Authorities in Northern California say the McKinney fire near the Oregon border has burned more than 100 homes, sheds and other buildings since it broke out late last week. At least two deaths are blamed on the fire which continues to burn out of control. The bodies of the two were found inside a charred vehicle in the path of the flames. The McKinney fire has burned nearly 87 square miles. In Montana, the Elmo fire has grown to 20 square miles in the state's northwest, crews there continue to carve out fire lines in steep, rugged terrain. A wildfire in Canada continues to expand in the interior of British Columbia. As Dan carpent chuck reports, it's prompting more evacuations. The BC wildfire service has more personnel are expected to join the fight incoming days with local crews and trucks also deployed to help protect structures. About a dozen helicopters are also being used to drop water on the fire. The fire was discovered just before the weekend near a BC mountain resort, southwest of penticton. But by Monday it had grown dramatically and was out of control. Officials say the steep rocky terrain has made it difficult for crews and has made it inaccessible for heavy machinery support or for air tankers. More than 250 properties are under evacuation orders with at least another hundred on alert, and evacuation center has been set up at a high school in the city of penticton, for NPR news. I'm Dan carpent chuck. The death toll in the eastern Kentucky from recent flooding and mudslides is now up to 37. Additional bodies have been located as first responders, reach more of the damage. Tackle carlos davis with a knee. That was it pretty surprising not see well. I guess it's not surprising but deontay johnson was not on the list. He did leave the game at some point against the buffalo bills in week. One also chase klay pool after making a catch kind of got off. The field slowly went to the blue tent. Didn't hear anything from mike. Tomlin on tuesday about it also. He was a full participant on wednesday. So there you go. Pittsburgh steelers injury report pretty clean after week one. And then we get to the. Las vegas raiders. Oh my goodness of the raiders. Have a slew of injury issues right now. And it's worth mentioning that this injury report is an estimation. The raiders only did a walk through on wednesday. They just played monday night against the baltimore ravens. They won an overtime here. Is there list. Okay get ready. Buckle up guard denzel. Good did not participate with the knee richie. Incognito guard with a calf did not participate running back. Josh jacobs with an ankle did not participate. Nick kwiet tug we add. Brian edwards with an elbow was a full participant clown farell. The back was full. Johnathan hankins with a knee was full. Andre james than elba's full and safety dallin leave it was with a hip was full. I'm sure i butchered some of those names i apart. I don't even apologize. I'm not a raiders fan under these players nonetheless. That's injury report again. Wednesday take with a grain of salt for the steelers. They did practice for the raiders. They did not. So for the raiders. You look at this giant list. And you're thinking. Wow that's incredible. It's a long list thursday's the day to keep an eye on for the raiders. As some of these players has already been reported that some players like gerald mccoy. Janiking gutten agok way. And even maybe marcus mariota are not going to play. "It was first reported as an active shooter. But that wasn't the case where under clear skies and it's 57 degrees in the Circle City with a high today 77. I'm Sean Herrick. Here's what's trending at 6 31, a student from like Central High School in ST John, Indiana, called 911 Wednesday after hearing what he thought was a gun being loaded in a school bathroom. Dispatchers then reported it as an active shooter to police that it was dispatched as an active shooter. That's how Saint John Police Department, along with several other agencies throughout Lake County and Illinois. Responding. Saint John Police chief Stephen Flores says more than 30 officers were there in minutes, but they quickly figured out that no shots have been fired. And there wasn't a gun, either. It's being investigated as a homicide. Three people found dead at a home in Lebanon Wednesday night. Police are searching for suspects. They say all three of those people had violent traumatic injuries. A six step plan meant to contain the coronavirus supposed to be outlined today by President Biden. Fox is Jared Halpern. The sixth step plan has one goal stopping that dealt Variant by boosting vaccinations. White House press secretary Jen Psaki says the president's plan will build on previous steps taken that include requiring vaccinations for federal workers in the military and incentivizing mandates in the private sector, So he's going to outline the next phase in the in the fight. And against the virus and what that looks like. The CDC data shows about 53% of all Americans are fully vaccinated against Covid in Washington. Jared Halpern Fox News 86 More covid deaths reported Wednesday by the Indiana Department of Health. All but four of those deaths happened within the last five days, including 27 Hoosiers, who died from the virus on Labor Day. Like many things in 2020, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade was not able to be held in person, but it will be held in person. This year in New York City. We're very hopeful. We're working with Macy's, um, that we can do this the full way the right way, which I think will be a great moment for the comeback of this city. The mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio says the plan is to have the famous giant character balloons, floats and marching bands all back for the parade. I'm Sean Herrick. John. Yes, I'm interrupting. I apologize. It's not about the parade. It's about the story you started with. So someone thinks student thinks they hear a gun. In a bathroom calls the police that ends up being dispatched as an active shooter situation. Uh huh. That I think that's a giant giant story because the question is, how are police supposed to react? What is the procedure and I'd love it if we have somebody who can find out. What is the procedure? When a student makes that call Showing up is one thing, But can you do? Are they supposed to take it this way? Is there a way this was dispatched and properly? Do we know any more of the story Because You know, it's one thing to be concerned about what's happening to dispatch it improperly creates a whole another level of possible problem. I think they were just going off of what the student was telling them. And to be cautious. They did have a bunch of officers there from several other agencies that were surrounding this happened about 10 o'clock yesterday morning. Um and then they just they sent a bunch of people there just to make sure that you know it was indeed. Not as serious as it was, and then when it turned out to be that they didn't have. There wasn't a gun there that no shots have been fired. Then they were all able to leave, but they wanted to have as many people there as possible. And, yeah, they were kind of going off of what the student was telling them. I think he was in the bathroom and he thought he heard a gun click, so they were just going off of what he said. I'm just curious to know if there is a standard operating procedure by which they're supposed to go until they're able to confirm things. That and is that is that county by county is that school by school is that a statewide Now I'm curious as to what the standards aren't if anybody knows I want to find out. I absolutely want to find out. That's why I brought it up to you. Maybe, you know, or you can. You can find out. I don't want to give you work to do. But I'm I'm that is a curious an odd story that I think needs follow up. I'll see if I can find out anything. You're a gentleman man.
