"We have the monster fight. Saturday night this saturday. The return of the notorious conor mcgregor. Ufc two fifty-seven taking on dustin perea fight island in abu dhabi. Mcgregor spoke earlier this morning. Our time take a listen. I know a hell of a competitor. I notice questions here. He's heavy he's zupan. he's on a different way. he's experience. I feel i can do it however you know. There are question marks garden conditioning. And things like that. I know his team has been spouting about the condition and that i have put in a lot of work to get myself correctly to the one hundred fifty five pound frame. I got forty seconds inside the octagon and twenty twenty which caused major frustration. In my know it's not enough. I need more.

I was expecting chubby way busy when he came into the. Oh he shaped waiver responded back people. He said i'm ready to fight today. Steve career where you from brother tell us. What part of wisconsin milwaukee milwaukee milwaukee milwaukee man. That's like an hour away from here though. Yeah it's about forty five minutes okay. So if it wasn't for adrian you will never be in washington no I mean my mother actually lives about thirty minutes from here. And that's i'm actually staying there this weekend. I boss around. Okay okay so this is in a big deal to you. Know i mean. I i ain't gonna lying i don't come to watertown and lives. I'm visiting agent. But i i know the whole the whole statement. I'm bono's definitely so. How long have you been boxing. By eight months. Oh really just started. Yeah yep okay. What made you take it up. So late just lose weight. Bro is basically lose weight. Do you think it's worked. Because i think you look good right but i've only seen that first video. Maybe the second video. So i can't really tell how big or small that cut was today standing up looking like no good. Yeah well i lost fifty five pounds so it definitely works. Wow in those eight months in those eight months ice -gratulations so to lose fifty five pounds. How many days a week where you're going to the gym. Well i was going. I was going three days a week to train what trainer and then i was training on my own two days a week. I've got a decent home gym so home gym like in your home in my home in the face. He said he got he. He got a decent whole jane. He'd been he'd being humble baggage at the house. Man i got the aqua banks got on a double end. Got the only got that jim. We all gotta go to out of heavy bag. I want man nice. No like i'm just trying to get them to send me one. I ain't china by bob right now. Spa three hundred dollars. Damn but but it's getting your defense right 'cause that balkans reactions right man. I fucked with it a lot. So it's nice so so tell us what do you think. What was your initial thoughts of your opponent's seeing that footage of the fight with the do think. What did you say to yourself. I thought i thought he's. He's slow for me too slow for me. When i first seen this footage it was because they were bombing fighting them. The first time. I watched them. I was looking at him. Like this could be my opponent. And i thought he was too slow for me but i'm not he. He looked like he hit heart. And i mean. I could see. I could see him. I worried about them. Let's put it that way. Now in the fight i like to say that i feel like he got tired. He was sired in that. Yeah i do. I think he was stance sitting back rest in. Both of them was but Sony was letting him rest. He ain't going to be able to do that with me so i hope he's running. So you plan on throwing punches mexican style. Is that what you're trying to say like. You're going to be a lot of or is that you just come back. You're like i don't know man. I'm gonna be more accurate. I don't i wouldn't really say i'm mexican style actually trained with like a lot of black flavors big. They got me on my back foot and they got me. You know what i'm saying. Be slit cigarette counterpunching more. Yeah a lot of counterpunching. A lot of footwork's. No i think you have these ads. Wanna get to make the fights to get on and get busy. They making ring walks but speaking of the perfect. Segue your walkman. Don't give obvious don't plan but you know. Give us a little preview man. Peaking wind a little bit. Well i could tell you. I'm wearing a sweater i'm done. I'm going to be dedicated. This whole the hard work that i put in. I'm dedicated to. I lost two uncles this past year. So i'm going to be wearing a sweater into the ring and dedicated in the fight to both my deals. So that's gonna be an extra motivation and song. I got a couple of songs in my head. I'm not sure what song i'm gonna do. But i'm definitely dedicating the fight to both of my theo's in that's gonna make the night. I've put in a lot of hard work since since eight months. So so what's your mexican. Oh damn so you get to get the the infamous mexican versus black fight. Do you think he's Do you think that that that he can fall under the slick fighter category him. Yes he looked like he was kinda slit. You know what i'm saying. He seemed like he was all right. Now you are you troubled by the powerful because he did put down to six four. Go down well i saw. I said this on guard. I thought sony was tired. I mean he's definitely was a clean shot. But i feel like if you had if you would've been conditioned better. He probably got up to finish the fight. He probably would have wanted as far as his power goes out. I guess we'll see when we.

"I'm sitting here with a gentleman named Daniel Schuman pronounce that crackling corrector, Daniel Shuman and actually Ganal reached out to me several months ago after hearing the plan strong podcast. Because he had a friend who was suffering from I believe it was some krones or else right of colitis and you were wondering if I if I had any advice or recommendations and I and I sent you a a whole protocol. It was based on a woman out of Columbus Ohio doctor Dr Pam Popper and did anything ever come of that. So you know one thing I've learned in this whole journey of mine is that I can't change people I could try my best I try to present as much information as I can. It's much. That's backed up by science. Ultimately. It was up to my friends who make decision I think. Obviously. He's in his own journey and he's going to have to figure things out and unfortunately I haven't been too successful within thus far. But I, believe in laying the groundwork at least and hopefully giving him some of the tools to come to his own decision one day and maybe See, some relief that he can get because he really is suffering a tremendous amount and the and you. You mentioned a little earlier that. So you you've had some phenomenal success and we'll get into kind of your story and your journey. But when you had that kind of success, you WANNA scream it from the mountaintops eight and. Because it seems so obvious that Oh my gosh I mean this is going to cure everything that ails you. And yet, people tend to push back a little bit right and so what have you found is kind of the smartest tactic as far as with friends, family co workers, and trying to impress US lifestyle upon them. So I think the biggest thing that is an individual canoe is to lead by example to show, and it's pretty obvious anyone who's seen me who's followed me the last couple of years has seen a tremendous improvement in my life in every aspect of it and if they can see. Especially, someone who knew me well, beforehand, they knew I was not a fitness guy I was not someone who Generally worked very hard on himself. especially when it came to nutrition health fitness and if they can see that someone like me can do something like this and the positive impact, it's had on every aspect of my life. Medically. Socially emotionally, my relationship, my children, my relationship with my wife, my intimacy it's really an unbelievable. Thing to see and. I think was a little bit guilty in the beginning of being a little bit maybe to gung-ho and trying to because as you said, it does seem so obvious it seems that there's so much science. This. Isn't just a fad this the way I see it. Hopefully learning throughout my whole life and I not I'm not a scientist. I'm not a doctor. I'm not gonNA pretend that I have all the answers to everything. But it seems pretty clear to me that this is something real and I know you've seen it. I've seen it so many times with people who have. Not, only prevented diseases but reversed it and have regained their lives and have become empowered to do something and to really change their lives in the people's lives around them. So. Yeah. Just being that example showing people this is something to do you know when people talk to you about protein and you know that's a sure you get that all the time where's your protein come from when you're eating a plant based? Diet. And if I could lead by example, say, Hey, look protein deficient you're not could show the my numbers from when I get blood work at the doctor's office. And that's that's where I'm at right now I was just trying to be that example China show hey, this is an alternative I'm not going to. Have the Hubris to tell you, I know all the answers to everything but this is at least an alternative if you WANNA go down. So many of the popular roots these days. This is a way to do it mindful way to do it. Really. Isn't I don't think it's not difficult honestly at the end of the day and. Just, it's possible as an alternative. So let's let's talk about that for a SEC. So you said you don't think it's that difficult what? Let's. Let's discuss your journey a little bit show. Where were you not mistaken? You started this journey into how April two thousand seventeen is that right? That makes it able to thousand seventeen I was twenty nine years old what inspired it? So I mean. It's a good question I. I was obese most of my life morbidly obese most of my life and every day was really a struggle was there's a lot of discomfort when that big you know my my biggest I was about three hundred and fifty five pounds. Not Comfortable way to live. So right off the bat, just being that big I don't believe I was ever complacent with a something that let me ask you this. So you say it wasn't comfortable being that big. What are some of the things that somebody that is? Three fifty and what are you? Like six, one, a non five ten okay. Okay. So three fifty, five, five, ten, what are some of the things that are uncomfortable almost everything just being in public being taking the train in on a normal day squeezing next to people you know at its most extreme I went on a family vacation to universal studios in the in Florida and I was very excited to go in this Harry Potter I. They have their this isn't in big castle. We waited online and get to the ride and we go to sit down and the harness won't close on me substitute big to fit in the.

"And DVD Hey doctor leader men were back we are back ordered when a man who was born in Chicago I just saw him yesterday sixty six years old he's married and he came with terrible terrible back pains have back pain for four months and you went to the bone doctor orthopedic Anne had X. rays and he complained of pain is bought talk and well the orthopedic seven to an oral surgeons and neurosurgeons sort of injecting steroids into the spine that they're going to work and then you have a spinal MRI at one of the hospitals in the New York area and they said whether spinal stenosis and then there's the back surgeon neurosurgeon operated on him for spinal stenosis and while he didn't get any better and it got worse and worse and worse and worse and in terrible pain and then I got an MRI this is all in the last few weeks about two months eight weeks he got an MRI of the pelvis and whoa he was found to have a mass in this pelvis and he had cancer eating through his bones and then he went to a hospital in New York area he had chemotherapy which made him feel terrible and you had radiation treatments and review the radiation records it looks like they gave a dose that was too low to the wrong area he was complaining of terrible pain in the **** talks he had a biopsy of this mass it was added NO carcinoma poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma the site is unknown in America a significant share up to twenty percent of head and neck and other cancers are known primary on known primary the primaries never known and most people don't talk about why haven't unknown primary prostate cancer breast cancer lung cancer but most people don't talk about known primary which means the tests don't show where the cancer started just that it spread to the stage for he came to me very discouraged she couldn't sit down isn't so much praise of tall slender man you couldn't sit down because it's so much pain in those products and we had lots of time to study of lots of tests done and he got a chemo doctor that was pushing among chemo chemo chemo but he took the chemo and it just doesn't help women and feel terrible he lost fifty five pounds in this short period time went from two hundred and five to a hundred sixty pounds fifty five pounds in a matter of weeks and he's six feet tall he is terrible pain he has narcotics is reluctant to take everything's gonna get addicted and then we went through the tests and was doctor told him of the brain scans the head scan was all okay and when I looked at the the scan with the patient yesterday well there were four metastases in his head and while the patient became even more dissolution number one is are getting better with the standard radiation and better with the chemotherapy was getting worse and worse and worse and then they realized that he wasn't being told all the facts and then his doctor who told the world so slow growing cancer when in fact this man has cancers spread in multiple sites in disco he has a lytic lesion a cancer it in through the right hip and left hip and C. spine and the muscles around the spine the lumbar spine the inguinal areas the Drano the pancreas multiple areas he had chemo wasn't better it's standard radiation you wasn't better at one of the big hospitals in New York area and he came here to get better it came here to find out the facts and boy oh boy did he and his wife learn a lot in one hour together and points out several things house standard radiation and how radiosurgery is so different that we can give more intense treatment that's more focus to the cancer in a shorter period of time with higher success and that's number one thing that this mandated more success more focused higher does it last time number two he needed to have communication with his doctors and his doctors told him the brain had scanned was a okay and in fact the report showed for metastases there is a lack of trust between the patient and the doctor and the doctor wants to keep on giving chemotherapy is not working and nothing's working and then the doctor tells him it's a slow growing cancer in the men's lost fifty five pounds in a matter of weeks with cancer widespread it's clear there should be a lack of trust and that's what's happened in this patient with his doctors who've given given immunotherapy and chemotherapy and radiation and that's why so many people transfer their care here because here we believe the patient is the president of the United States of his body and this man is in terrible pain and terrible suffering and this is the work we do we often see very complex cases of people have gone elsewhere just because you're gone elsewhere and just because you've had chemo or immunotherapy or standard radiation doesn't mean all hope is lost we often see patients like him that we can stop the cancer and stop the pain and reverse the course and this is what we do so commonly and that's why it's so important to get a fresh second opinion it's not that big of me it's not bigamy to call two one two choices and schedule a date for a fresh second opinion like this man who in one hour an hour and a half learned so much about his body he's wants us to get involved he trusts center stands a communication is important in a sense good treatments important he understands of so important understands the rationale of radiosurgery compared to standard radiation or a lot of healthy tissue gets radiated verses radiosurgery with focused on the cancer with a few high doses that is very successful even for aggressive cancers like this even for metastatic cancers like this even for stage four cancers like this this is the work we do every day so often people comments he doctor Lieberman to treat stage four cancer the.

How Much Does This Cow Weigh?

"Golden was the kind of person who believes in experts, you know, people who had studied things people who knew stuff he figured they knew things that ordinary people just did not. I mean, of course, they did. Right, obviously elimidate golden goes to a country fair. This is about one hundred years ago in England. And there's this contest going on at the fair guests the way to the ox, Goldens, a scientist and statistician and he figures, hey, I can do an experiment here. Right. He's figures I'm going to take. Everyone's guesses take the average and compare that to the actual weight of the ox. We heard the story from James, sir, Wicky, he's an economics journalist. So he thought what you were gonna end up with was a really flawed guess because in his mind what you were doing was you were taking guesses of few smart people a few mediocre people. And then a lot of morons because he basically everywhere. Everywhere. So he figured the the the group's gas was going to be way way off the Mark the contest organizers gave golden the little slips of paper with everyone's guesses on them. He took them calculated. The average the average was eleven hundred ninety seven pounds and the ox the ox weighed eleven hundred and ninety eight pounds. So that in other words, the crowds judgment was essentially perfect one pound off one pound of this is super creepy. What's going on here? Is there? Some kind of like collective unconscious. Magic is like a ouija board or something. Right. But the idea that underlies this it is everywhere. The idea of the stock market, you know, thousands of random people buying and selling shares like when you hear that apple stock went up or the Dow plunged that's basically people guessing the weight of an ox, it's everywhere. Right. It's it's the price of oil. It's the price of orange juice all kinds of things that are really important to the world work exactly this way. But why should it work? Why should a bunch of random people a lot of whom have no idea what they're doing somehow magically produce an answer. That makes sense does this really work. And if it does why. Hello and welcome to planet money. I'm Jacob Goldstein. And I'm David Kessler inbound today on the show, Mr. golden, we redo your experiment. What's the Cas name, Penelope Penelope? Thanks for letting us. We you better. She's chewing one bound off come on. Support for this podcast and the following message. Come from ZipRecruiter hiring used to be hard multiple job sites. Stacks of resumes. But today hiring can be easy. And you only have to go to one place to get it done. Ziprecruiter, ZipRecruiter, sins your job to over a hundred of the web's leading job boards. Now that my says has lost all its territory what happens to the people left behind. She chose to take. So that she should starting Syria on raw and what about their children? How it ends a new series on embedded. So we came up with a plan to repeat, Goldens experiment. Find a fair and a cow in a big scale to weigh cow. And then he grit in the grit, and then we were going to throw the question out to the crowd. Ask the world. How much does this cow way? We didn't want to just limit it to people at the fair. So we figured we'd take some pictures post them online and asked the whole world to guest. So we went out to county fair in Burlington county, New Jersey, we met Penelope the cow in the dairy tent. She was sitting on a bunch of. Hey juiston. Kuzmich was taking care of her. Can you just describe what she looks like? Yeah. She's mostly black. She has white legs. And she has a white spot in the middle of her head, but she big black cow. What did you say? So I said holy cow without even realizing saying she's much bigger. She just stood up. She's walking out of the barn now. And she's way bigger than I thought when she was sitting down. We took some pictures of you Jacob standing next to the cow for scale and just for finally decided to ask people at the fair how much they thought Penelope wait as it happen. It was kids days. So there are a lot of kids. Which was fine. You know, non-experts what's your name K? Look how much do you think? Now ways. Six pounds. How'd you come up with that number? 'cause I'm six years old. You guys want to guess how much this Calloway's sixty hundred pounds six thousand. Dear how much you weigh? Not at all. I'm sympathetic looking at L P. I had no idea how much she weighed. Like, I didn't even know how to think about it that way more than my car that you a less than my car. I don't even know how much my car was more than a cow. I wanna say more than a cow. We found an older group of kids and yet they also guest on the low side, but they had this bigger problem. This this really more worrying thing, and it was a problem that adults also seem to have. And it was this the first kid said a number, and then all the other kids said, basically, the same number numbers that were like too close to the I it's like they're incapable of guessing anything different. How old are you? I'm ten how much do you think that cow ways? He'll hundred pounds. My news Gabriella, I'm ten and I think the cow as three hundred pounds. My name is kid nine seven years old, and I think the cow weighs three hundred pounds. People are not that different from cows. We heard if we don't know something we look for a leader. Even if the leader, maybe doesn't know any kanobi finished chewing, and we took her over to be weighed. It's actually pretty unusual to one away cow and the scale they had of the fair was not for. What kind of scale is this? It's actually like a truck scales. What it's for same sauce scale use for big trucks and stuff, which we use it the way the tractors during the tractor pool for the work it'll work for a cow. Yup. Testing bam. You were obsessed paranoid. Arguably paranoid about keeping the result of this secret. You didn't want it to leak out? I guess Gan all of these people had gathered actually, can we can we clear commune seriously clear, everybody out except for just a minimum of people. Like, can we swear you? Okay. "Whereas we're getting fifty five pounds. A year added sugars for the average American and silica. Well, it depends. If you count add it or total sugar calories. So actual added. I think is five, but obviously we have other forms in by the way. Most people listen to me know this, but starch and sugar are pretty much interchangeable eating a bagel or bullish sugar below your neck your body. Can't tell the difference those in so fast. Yeah. So I think that the the blue zones are good guide for us. And some people may argue till the cows come home literally about whether you know, the optimal zero or one or ten or whatever percent calories ammo products. I have a. A very spacious attitude around that personally because I wanna point direction, and how are you going that direction is depending on a lot of different factors. I think we tend to obsess over details unless the big picture on a percent of this sort of. So why joking came up with idea of peak in diet, which was making fun of the extremes. "Hundred fifty five pounds of campaign, lose any weight and mattress gonna have me. I don't go really the doctor that much like ever and there I'm just gonna die like one day. I was going to have a piece of fried chicken, or whatever and will be an just won't realize the whole bodies club because I just won't know the difference. That's what's gonna that's how. No, I've lived the good life. Still young. You can host the spy herself. I yeah. I I mean, the idea that like I I mean, we feel bad for ceasing everything and his health is the priority. But like the fact that our fifth starter just like has a heart problem and really not great. I hope I wanna feel bad for me. Also, like, it's like, okay, maybe we should address like this. You know, have an option for if C C, you know, get sick or something during the cease there are two now major issues with our starter. He has a crying need problem that he's had surgery on the off season like three years in a row, and he's got a heart issue, and we're just going to go into the season with and he's fat. Yeah. Which is thing he said on the podcast will has he says why retired from baseball after this year? He's gonna lose a lot of weight. He won't lose it. On ironic. No, I think Ruko of seriously. I listen back. No, I'm pretty sure he said that seriously, and he's like, well you should to complete opposite. Usually, you're not playing anymore. You're just gonna fat peach ship when coal pro athlete thing out of the way. I'll probably try to get in shape. Maybe it's almost like he admits that like the fat is. I mean, he's right. He knew remember when he tried to lose a lot of weight like was actually terrible. So that he just he kind of does knows gonna be fat fat guy in order to pitch in. It's just such an interesting than ever. I can see me when you think about all the issues seat like he's just fat like hit, Al alcoholic issues Mia, shoe hard issues. Guys or some shit. He's gotta run a hell of a book. Wait book is can be fire account. Yeah. I don't read much. I think the last thing I read it was like gang story in like fifth grade. But the holocaust I'll read cici's book hundred percent. I probably reading any more than two pages. I'll rea- five hundred page book about from CeCe. No doubt about it. He seen shipment to the whole thing. Like, I think now we can trade sunny, I think we got the clear because he passed the stress test fully, and he's completely clear by doctors said he's good to go. But I is that mean we can trade sunny or do we kinda have to hang on. 'cause she's like yelling veteran experienced now that could be crazy that we may go into opening day with sunny grain Greg bird on this team and Bryce Harper. Manny Machado, not like how pathetic is that? How pathetic is that? Unbelievable. Literally. Unbelievable. I mean. Yeah, I guess. Yeah. They could. I mean, I don't know you think that was the hold up. They had a war. It was the whole. Yeah. But they had time before they knew CC was having these problems to trade him in. They had it. They didn't know who's about the die. Right. They had time to trade sunny before the show while I think in general he wanted to wait out the market. So that he finds teams that need starters. Like, there's really no he's the best option. Think waiting always is progress, but not like January thirteenth waiting. It seems like it's the Padres reds. But I don't fuck it. No, they'll show someone is discussed possibly packing him with end heart, which I think would hurt and hearts value. But right. Attaching and with grey to you wanna treat into heart for starter. Yeah. Let's what team is going to give you a another be weird star. I dunno patching sunny to Miguel heart does anything to increase the value trade. Yeah. Now doesn't make sense at all really. So all of my money. I could not play my insurance premiums for six months. Maybe a Santa Claus down that will help you with a car any. I think it's wrong. Never know. Okay. Yeah. I bet. All right. Thanks, a couple more minutes to go. Then Lionel faster pops in. Let's go to Bill in Williamsburg Virginia. Hi, Bill merry Christmas to you. Jordan and the lady that was just on. I pray that she gets her car some way something blessed special blessing for Christmas for an and and and I'm sure I'm sure that something will work out. I hope but I do want to say that if anybody ever wants proof. I know a faith is a big thing for religion. But if you want something that is more than coincidence. You go to the YouTube, and you look up Tibo and halo. And you look you see the Tim tebow when he played the Steelers about six years ago in the playoff game. There was a giant halo footing over the stadium. Yeah. I remember that. That was remarkable. And and all the three sixteenths pumped in from John three sixteen John three sixteen when he beat Oklahoma three years to the day before that in the BCS championship for college football. When he when he beat the Steelers he had he ended the game with three sixteen passing thirty one point six average per catch. Even rating of the game was thirty one point six percent with. CBS? How do we explain these things? Steelers possession was thirty one minutes. Six seconds. The guy's caught. The winning touchdown was born on Christmas twelve twenty five nineteen eighty seven. He got the eighty yard pass one plane overtime to Mary's Thomas. And and so and the opening kickoff is under miracle opening kickoff. So from the beginning kickoff to the end. Now at one thing you do your show has a lot of UFO's on what if you watch the halo lady that the bunks UFO's? You wanna know she understood the religious significance of the of quarterbacks. You know, what that object was going under the halo when the cause of the blinking kind of object going under the halo, and apparently that's UFO. And if that's a UFO didn't they are. They are demonic ones, and there are Anjelica ones. And that would be an angelic one with a halo that day showing up at the stadium there in Denver. The Denver has a lot of stuff. There's a lot going on in Denver. I tell you. I get up there. Once a month to do our beyond belief television shows, and that's the airport itself is a very strange airport. Lionel south shore. "How many pounds down since starting? Fifty five fifty five pounds, and it's been quite a journey for you, hasn't it? Yes, it had. And I'm also down five sizes, which makes ladies if you're out there listening, you know, five sizes, you know, that's, you know, obviously, you know, that's for everybody. You know, Michael earlier, I think he dropped from size fifty eight belt to forty eight near down five sizes. I mean, it's just it's just incredible. How has it changed your life in you know, what your tomorrow's look like? Well, it's changed my life. Immeasurably? I realized that I it's been a while. And I haven't had certain foods in don't mix them. And it doesn't bother me. So it just means that I found everything that's right for me. And I've been able to get through high anxiety situations and turmoil in life, you know, life gives you ups and downs. And I've been able to do that. Gaining. Thing and staying for a little period of time, which shows me how much I have one in how beneficial this whole whole Graham was my life. So it's more than a diet. Obviously, it's not a diet is a life changing lesson and program of how you should be eating to prolong life and make your life, happier. Now, Aubrey got off his meds and Michael got off his meds. If I recall, you got off Mets to isn't that right? Well, I haven't thought completely off except they didn't wanna give me blood pressure medication anymore. They kept asking me to. And I said, no, I'm not going to do it. And I found you. So now, it's not even initial anymore. And they just lowered my cholesterol medication which I've been on here impasse. Well, energy level, you know, going shopping being with family members and friends it's a whole new life for you. Isn't it? Oh my God. Yes. So unbelievable. I just like to do more things, and I'm not hemming in hiring to wear the well, you know, we had a patient the other day. This is true story. Lisa, you know, he he was a older gentleman. And he was all excited about losing weight. And he said his pants don't don't fit anymore. He forgot to put a suspenders on and believe it or not his shorts ended up down by his news right at the front desk true story. And we said you pull those up. And fortunately, you know, everything was covered. But you know, what I'm saying people just get, you know, they get comfortable and all of a sudden, you know, they make this dramatic these dramatic changes in you know, you look in the mirror, you feel different you sleeping, different your energy level is high. And I always love talking because you're so optimistic in the in the listeners love it. Because, you know, you know, most of our listeners out there are many of them anyways, our ladies, and they always think ladies. Can't do it. But you proved them wrong. Didn't you? Yes. And I'm also in my sixty so women dealing with menopause and hormonal issue, I know health things pop up from heredity, and God knows what else. Roy. But you can overcome all those obstacles, if you change the way you eat it. Phenomenal to me. It's absolutely phenomenal. Because what's good is exercising for three hours? Do they eat the one thing? That's true. That is true. And it's really about creating a customized program for you. So that you get in fat burning and most people think it's about the food starvation and exercise and all that, and you know, for my patients, it's it's none of that. It really is being being full. It really is eliminating or minimizing cravings. It really is having the food that you eat your body assimilated in use it to build new heart tissue use it to supply energy to the brain and supply energy to the immune system so forth and so on. So it's not what you eat is what your body does with the food you eat in when you said that you don't eat certain foods anymore. Well, that's because we trained you or tested you or customize a program for you. So you know, what your body is sensitive. To isn't that correct? Yes. And you are amazing people worked with me we on a weekly basis to figure out what foods were working the best from my body so trial and error because you you're not just going to magically. No, it takes some notification and paying attention and getting to know your own body. And yes, we customize what is good for me. And my things I'm not going to be the same as somebody else's because my body is different than somebody else. And that's what people got to know so many by big box program or you just try to eat healthier. I mean, those don't work long term. In fact, I, you know, the people that I have tried every program other than ours. And they finally come in and they go, okay. I give up you know, what I gotta do to do it. Right. And, you know, this is long term for me in you in all of our patients because you know, we just don't want to lose weight. We want them to lose weight and be healthy for the rest of their life. And that's exactly what you doing. Lisa. That's right. That's exactly what I'm doing. And I I haven't even had the sniffles in in a year. Not even the nipple. And I feel better. And I my hair feel better. My now better because I'm eating healthy food that my body Twi. Most amazing because you don't know what you have. And you don't have it again. So when you get all these new things with your body feel so good. It's so healthy. You realize what you were like before? It's almo Kara fine to think of what you put twelve. Well, you know, the rigors of the everyday food intake of the average American is really horrible. And it's not so much about the food many times. It's about the chemicals in the food. You know, it's maybe the wrong vitamins wrong supplements, the wrong food, the wrong additives wrong and people add medications on top of that, which, you know, many people will say, you know,.

"That's how we do it here. So that was a fun show cage warriors on Saturday. Always fun. Patty pimple losing again. Yeah, in his quest to become one fifty, five pound champion. The actually posted on social media earlier today he sits Saturday night. I didn't get the result I wanted. I could go on about the broken wrist. I had to train with for eight weeks or the Toei dislocated and cap, but those things don't matter in the end because they are excuses element. People do that like they say the excuse for then here's my excuse, but it's not an excuse. Yeah, at the age of twenty three. I've one defended in Lhasa world title already. I tried again to reach my dream and failed in that first round came so close. It was amazing how close he was. Did you see that? I mean that locked in. Absolutely insane. Unbelievable. I thought it was over a minute. So on buck, I don't know. How he was able to defend that. But it was now ready to defend that, but to then come back and turn the tide. So significantly to dominate the rest of the fight. Incredible. I try, but that's Kant's. I will work harder and try again to reach my goal. That's how get there. I get better every fight. You can love me or hate me anyway. It's a pretty long message. I suggest you check it out and he says, hopefully I can return the favor in Denmark, nothing but respect man this to sworn buck. So Patty loses. A lot of people say like, that's like we Patty is who we thought he was like, he is not UFC calbury. He's not upper-echelon. He's a one trick pony. He can't strike you feel like this is fair. What does you have caliber at this point? I don't think he's any worse or better than some of the fighters we've seen on UC cart. So I would say unfair. I would say that he faced a tough tough opponent. Does this mean he's ever going to be a UC champion? I think you can make your own conclusions on that, but unfair, I think he's no better or worse than some of the fighters we've seen on UFC events recently. So I don't think that the the stories written on that is just one chapter for him. Did you watch all in? I didn't know. I was. I was at Invicta so I was like following along a little bit, but I didn't watch it. But one thing I'll say about this process shows that that they're even the Logan. Paul thing. It's proving that you don't need the big promotion to get behind you to get people excited. Okay. Need to sell stories. You need to sell motion. You need to sell build up like you can't just like, that's what I'll say. Let's see how golden boy does it. If they promote this the right way I would. I would bump that lineup don't just say, oh, it's Adele versus teeter tease yeehaw. Let's all you know on this gravy train. It's not. It's not gonna work. People want to feel invested. They wanna be a part of something, but what's significant is that the people at the top of these promotions built themselves up in the big promotions so they got the rub there. That's where they built themselves into stars. They had to promotional machine behind them going out on their own for now is success. That's show one for the wrestling promotion. You know, can you sustain that? And sure continue is a different thing. People will be curious about things the first time inevitably. But yeah, I mean, I agree, but you need, you need stars, you need that top talent, you need the people that that they recognize from those big shows that built themselves up there. But the promotion helps when you're when you have to do it again when you have to do it number two and number three number like India may learn a lot about what's going on in Indy wrestling right now. I agree with that. This delivered been hotter storytelling and not every not every promotion is going to be fortunate to have names that people recognize. So you have to be able to tell a good story for sure. Absolutely..

"Foot nine but his two hundred fifty five pounds if you let him catch the ball with deep position on the post he's a strong athletic big that will just take it right through your up to the rim and indiana cannot afford to relax defensively allow tyler could forget lowpost position you've got to be there either front the low postal push him out tend to be fifteen feet from the basket and luke ours is playing a lot better to six foot eleven freshman is averaging over fourteen points at home this season his last five ballgames he's been second team and points second on the team and rebounds i agree with you after the transition break if you get your half ports that you've got to be great inside the pay tv simply tonight because those two guys can really play and cook is a physical presence as you pointed out he is also the leading scorer in this basketball team and he's also ballooning rebound or so they rely on him for alive one of the critical factors of escape today might be tried to get him at a little foul trouble early in the first game at assembly hall tyler cookout in foul trouble early did not play much of that first half india and it was able to build out the lead he is so important for this team in over fifteen points per game this season over six rebounds per game and and really when the fast breaks not there they look early and often download a tyler cook and he can catch the ball face up and take you with his right hand or his left at times and try to finish around the rim he's a physical player not a lot of finesse to his game so to wand morgan now whoever it is inside the paint weather is spreading mixed lane garden tyler cook you've got to be locked.

"That is a forehand you you you can't get any cleaner than that now we'll to your point if the refs soared as a late hit absolutely call don the flag is a late hit it's allowed it's early it's it's a it's a a legal late here that's what it is moving accepted it knew the accept it your whole career because that's all you've seen is that play again and again and yet you will talk about defenceless its dirty because both the clavicle come into play in if he's allowed to land two hundred fifty five pounds with a running start full force on one of the clavicle what's probably going to happen it's going to snap even if even if it was a step sooner he got their step sooner the same hit can can not pull up if he'd been taught you have to pull up on the understand that in your mind as a defender and i'm not even a defender and again if i'm on the green bay silently yes i'm disturbed i'm on on disgruntled about the hit but if i'm on the viking sideline this is what we're taught to do i regard to run through the back so when you have a legal when you when you had to it's definitely not a cheap shot so let me get this right you want me to get bear get air rogers like this and now you want me to turn over all my bag for we lay of on top of me i want to cushion his poll up on a punter you can't run into a plumber you know what i'm saying any quarterback if gave that pocket if i'm a defender of the thank you.
