"They don't really make the shots on a consistent basis because they made him tonight and they lost but they they haven't been making them yeah To john murray was on fire. Yeah lemon for seventeen to four on three pointers. And he probably averages like fifteen points. A game on the season on forty. Five percent He averages fifteen point seven points per game for the season shooting forty five percent and tonight he was just. Oh but that was the whole team. Yeah the whole spurs team and whatever like we were talking about it during the game. The way the spurs were shooting. We're like you know the way they're shooting tonight. I just don't see the mavericks winning this game and sometimes that happens. And i don't know if you take a lot out of it. No i don't think you can take a lot out of it Defensively in terms of like the spurs made a billion shot. The math still played pretty. Good defense i mean. I didn't see anything where i was like. They just don't have the focus or the effort or or mrs on switches or whatever i thought they played normal defense but yeah they just shot the crap. Out of the ball rosen. I don't think he shoots open shots. I've never seen a derozen game where he just gets. an open. jumper like everything is ice contested. So which says a lot about how good he is as an iso shooter but you know they contested everything pretty much. There's a couple open threes. But that's going to happen. They just made him dijon day..

"Dow's down another two hundred and fifteen points today there there's all kinds of stuff happening. And to me the biggest thing that's happening today is is really on the border. We're going to talk to Tim Ballard who went down to the border is still on the border. He called me last night and said Clinton, this is this is the worst thing he said, I've been all over the world. We went to Bangkok together. He said, this is the worst crisis. I have seen. Now. This is the same thing that that what's his name Thomas Friedman said he's on the left. He's never been for it. And he said you've got to give Trump the money Democrats. You gotta give Trump the money. You have to this is out of control your times editorial board said they have we the Democrats have to give Trump the money not for the wall. They said but for to to stop this border. This is out of control in you'll hear about how out of control it is in just a few minutes. And what we can do about it head and the heart have to be engaged. But first we go to Mr Pat gray who is far too Pat gray unleashed, which is the podcast that you can hear every day on blaze radio live or you can download wherever you get your podcast. Hello. Where could you listen to it live and then listen to the podcast? Right. Exactly, exactly. But I heard you lying about what's the porter. I just I can't let it stand at a. Yeah. I was I was giggling to myself, right. Liser so apparent obvious just blatant. Like is some of these some of these people are increasing crime along the border. The can't happen. These are good decent hard working family people. That's who's coming across the border. Hey, Pat, let me just just just of these people are up for sainthood. Let me ask you this. Let me ask you this some of them actually might be. But even if they were even if they were the best you ever, eat, Victor, Hugo's lisera. Okay. So, you know, gene, Val, John. He was he broke a window to steal a loaf of bread because sisters child was starving. None of these people are that evil evil one of them, not one of them. No. Because when you when you dump but thousand people into a small town every single day another thousand. That's no town can survive that no way. And no, no country can survive a million people. You don't know coming in. Of course, not every year. Let me ask you this. You dump a thousand people into town, even if they're All Saints at one point those thousand people in town of fifteen thousand or twenty thousand and they don't have anything and you're in your home. And you've you've got your job, and you've got your food. They're starving. What do you think happens even to the best of people? You don't have to guess because we do see going on cheese, and it's going on in Mexico, the Mexicans who were welcoming them with open arms as they crossed the border in helping them and feeding them and giving them water and places to go to the bathroom and all these things medical care. Less welcoming. Less welcoming. There's story after story about how okay enough after awhile. You just can't sustain it. They're talking Dempsey sustainability every day. Wait a minute. This is unsustainable. Are you saying it's like if your country is a lifeboat if you don't control it? People will swamp the lifeboat and you'll all die. What a concept concept. It seems to be a concept. The Democrats can understand though, as this is going on an as people see this happening every single day. You know, I heard you guys talking about this a few minutes ago the open borders. That's what that's what they want. They want open borders. They want to eliminate ice. You're going to eliminate ice during this crisis. I think when people understand this. I'm going down to the border this weekend. And bring some cameras, and I'm gonna show you what what I see. Remember the last time. I did this. We saw what children in cages. Yeah. Children in cages, and because we went down with a heart. We went down we had credibility when those cages were exposed by that evil, Donald Trump. We were able to say, no, no, no, no. We exposed those under Obama. You didn't care, and we expose them as not caring. And when you care and you're consistent. It's not about political. You win. You win. So I'm going down this weekend to the border because these these churches Pat are absolutely collapsing. Oh, I believe it. There's the towns are collapsing. What how how are they going to survive? They don't have the food and the water. So the local American citizens who have been abandoned by the Democrats in congress abandoned by our elected officials. What are they doing? They don't care because they're in Washington DC, they don't swamped by illegal immigration in Washington DC. Can you imagine here? Can you imagine if their homes were swamped, and they had to they had to fight their way out of their guarded gated community. Can you imagine how fast this would change it would change immediately? Immediately. People from border states, let alone residing there. Now, they're all in DC. But most of them are not even from a border state. They don't know what they're talking about. When they talk about immigration. So how do you how do you? How do you solve this because people will? The the left if the left figures out a way to get down there and play to the heart. They will win. Because right now, we're playing to the head and if they get down there, and they played to the heart. They will win again. Even though they've caused this crisis. They will win again. We we have to be leading on the aid in Venezuela. We have to lead that because we will have the credibility millennials want to help. They want to see people actually doing things to help. What are we four? I'll tell you what we're for. We are for a country that is leading with with aid. But leading also with law and order. We are looking for a country that is just trying to that is using common sense. Well, that's that's that's not what we have right now. And you know, what are we for? I I'm for the rule of law, and for helping people that's what I'm for Democrats are not for rule of law, and quite honestly, they are not for helping people, and we talked about this before we we weren't. I think we wanna about this the wrong way from the beginning because we're opposed to illegal immigration. We should have been four legal immigration. Yes. The whole time four legal immigration, and for the people who are coming across the border learning the language so that they can climb the ladder in this country. We should not have been against gay marriage. We should've been against marriage being a certificate from the government, right? Yeah. The government has no place in anyone's marriage and everytime. We approach it from a negative. We lose we lose. We lose. Here's what we here's what we need to do. We are for the rule of law. But we are also for American cities not going bankrupt because the government the federal government has has dropped the ball. We are not for our churches going down into bankruptcy. We are for our communities being able to have our churches be the ones that everyone relies on. But when they are swamped we need to help them and at the same time, we need to stand up strongly. I'm telling you that when people really understand the full effects of what's going on the border because they made such a big deal of, you know, Jim Acosta's going to be he's going to be the poster child what crisis on the border at Schoon to be the poster child that should be played every day from here until the end of the election. Sure. Should because when they they made such a big deal that there wasn't a crisis a humanitarian crisis. And now there is and mostly admitting it now even the New York Times. Yes. And if we are the ones that lead with the heart and the message fund the government fund the government for the border give the money. So we have. The resources on the border to stop the insanity. If we're saying that, and we're the ones that had the heart that were there, helping Americans and helping those truly in need we will win we will win. And and Trump will walk away with a huge victory huge victory. And you're right. I think I think that was proven a few years ago when we went down there and deliver toys and food to the kids at Christmas time because we got a lot of flack for that initially. But like, you said, it also lent credibility that you know, we do care. We're not just we're not haters, the only ones with credibility when it came back around. We're the only ones that credibility. And and you know, what it's it's not even about toys. It's it's this time. It's this about water this water that the town's. What are they going to do? What literally what are they going to put yourself in a border town in the United States of America? And you get a busload of a thousand immigrants day. Now, imagine if the rest of the country was like, well, you'll have to deal with it. He'd be like, I'm an American too. Yeah. I'm not for this. What you talkin about health me? Well, this is goes back to a proposal that was floated by Trump a couple of weeks ago, and everyone thought was so hateful that you'd bring these legal immigrants to sanctuary cities and drop them off there. And that's where they should go. Exactly where they should go. I don't understand why this is a hateful policy. Instead, you're dumping them in small towns, where they have absolutely no resources to deal with them at all. I mean, and again, how many times that we've been told by the left at the sanctuary cities of the only people who actually have compassion. Well, if that's true. You can drop them off their city like San Francisco has far more resources than. And they say that they want them post a sign up list post a sign up list online and all the mayors can go and rush to the sign up list and post which towns, they are wouldn't they? Oscillating to see how many. How many will take thousand day? Some of them have Seattle said we bring them, and they can be I sign up list. And I think I think Americans would on both sides of the aisle would be happy do whatever it extended travel costs. There. Was there moving them? Anyway, whatever extended travel, there was would be worth it. Because here's a city that is actually advocating to help them with all their basic needs. Can you imagine what would happen to Seattle if they got thirty thousand a month? Yeah. Again, thirty thousand a month town like Seattle. Let's just a just a Goodman should be fined for them. Should we find for them? She with a Hanley Portland part of this to come comes off as a troll. Like, you're just like. Oh, yeah. Well, then you take him. That's not how I'm saying this. I mean, legitimately the are saying the thing here's the thing. We have said the same thing about abortion will adopt them. Really? Well, we're going to start. We're going to give you those babies, okay? We actually believe it. Oh, there's another. He'll take the second amendment. Had this one point to where I think it was Sarah Silverman, the comedian. She was like, well, oh, you guys want gun rights. We'll let's get guns to black people. That sounds fantastic. Racist. She does. I mean, it's fascinating that something if they really believe these things. And I think some..

Child that should be played every day from here until the end of the election should because when they they made such a big deal that there wasn't a crisis a humanitarian crisis. And now there is and mostly admitting it now even the New York Times. Yes. And if we are the ones that lead with the heart and the message fund the government fund the government for the border give the money, so we have the resources on the border to stop the insanity. If we're saying that, and we're the ones that had the heart that were there, helping Americans and helping those truly in need we will win. We will win. And and Trump will walk away with a huge victory huge victory. And you're right. I think I think that was proven a few years ago when we went down there and deliver toys and food to the kids at Christmas time because we got a lot of flack for that initially. But like, you said it also lent credibility that we do care. We're not just we're not haters, the only ones with credibility when it came back around. Yeah. We're the only ones credibility. And and you know, what it's it's not even about toys this time. It's this about water. This about water the towns, what are they going to do? What literally what are they going to put yourself in a border town in the United States of America? And you get a busload of a thousand immigrants day. Now, imagine if the rest of the country was like, well, you'll have to deal with it. He'd be like, I'm an American too. I'm not for this. What talking about health me? This is goes back to a proposal that was floated by Trump a couple of weeks ago. And everyone thought was so hateful that you'd bring these illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities and drop them off there. And that's where they should go exactly where they should go. I don't understand why this is a hateful policy. Instead, you're dumping them in small towns, where they have absolutely no resources to deal with them at all. And again, how many times that we've been told by the left at the sanctuary cities of the only people who actually have compassion. Well, if that's true. You can drop them off their city like San Francisco has far more resources than. And they say that they want them. I think they post a sign up list post a sign up list online and all the mayors can go and rush to the sign up list and post which towns they are waiting to see how many would sign up. How many we'll take a thousand day? Some of them have Seattle said we bring them, and they could be I on the sign up list. And I think I think Americans would on both sides of the aisle would be happy do whatever it extended travel costs. There. Was there moving them? Anyway, whatever extended travel costs there was would be worth it. She will handle it Portland. Part of this to come comes off as a troll. Like, you're just like. Oh, yeah. Well, then you take him. That's not how I'm saying this legitimately the towns are saying, here's the thing. Here's the thing. We have said the same thing about abortion will adopt them. Really? Well, we're gonna we're going to give you those babies, okay? We actually believe it. Oh, there's another. He'll take the second amendment. Had this one point two were. I think it was Sarah Silverman, the comedian. She was like, well, you guys want gun rights. Well, let's get guns to black people. Okay. That sounds fantastic. It's. Racist. It does show how. I mean, it's fascinating.

"A group that is pushing for a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage here in the state of Florida and under the proposal the right now, the minimum wage is eight forty six per hour. And I don't know how much it goes up per year moves up each year with inflation, of course. But it would go from eight forty six an hour to ten dollars in September of twenty twenty one. And then by twenty twenty six it would go to fifteen dollars a year. And of course with inflation. Normally it would kick in probably about ten or eleven from what it is right now. Anyway. But they say that move would set Florida part from every other state in the United States. The only exception nationally is the city of Seattle in Washington, which hiked it citywide minimum wage to fifteen dollars an hour in twenty sixteen year right now, it's nine dollars and ten cents an hour in Florida. And that's they're saying no the amendment would come with a fifteen point seven million dollar impact. In the first year. That's the first year. But later it would increase Jack to five hundred thirty seven point six million dollars by twenty twenty seven which is what it would cost to. That's fifteen point seven million the first year, we can take that. That's fine. Five hundred and thirty seven point six million dollars by twenty twenty seven. No, no, sir. And that would be what the taxpayers get stuck with in government jobs, or what prices have to increase to cover and things like that. So it's basically, I don't know he's going to have to leave the state if you wanna hire minimum wage barely. We'll have to see how that plays out. But I didn't know that. There was a push. Now, I wonder what will happen if it's on the on the November twenty twenty ballot because the push is to get it on the ballot to raise it that that effort would be the Florida for a fair wage and pushing to put it on the ballot would sixty percent of the voters say, yeah, let's raise the wage or were would sixty percent of the voters or would fifty percent of the voters say, wait a minute. That means when you raise wages, you're going to raise prices that's going to impact. Packed me when we raise those were not just hitting employers. We're hitting me the consumer. And that's what they've got to figure out at some point. Anyway at five fifteen on AM Tampa.

"One hundred fifteen is a team in their fifth consecutive victory. All five boys have seen them score. At least one hundred and fifteen points to the game. Sundays was here on ESPN radio. Marquette's Sharon, John berry. Add the call on the NBA on ESPN radio J B, the rockets nearly blew a twenty eight point lead. But James harden, forty two points. Erik Gordon with thirty two points. That's five straight wins now for Houston. Well, they did enough. But again, yes, I sat there firsthand watched them lose a twenty six point lead, Oklahoma City in Houston and tonight, fifteen points in the fourth quarter to barely hold on. That's a trend that has to get better. But you know, let's credit this team. I thought defensively played very well. Give up forty three points at the half. James harden is just off the charts offensively, but it's not. Just James harden now, and it was when the the injuries he had to do that. He had to play hero ball. He doesn't have to do that anymore. And he's still playing like a hero. It gets forty three tonight didn't have to work all that hard. So again, we talked about it. It's a group that's got from Mendes confidence. If they get fully healthy bring shepherd you bring in Kenneth Farid. We didn't see them tonight. Those guys have played very well. This is a group that's gonna be real tough out. Come April swing it to the other side because it's gonna be an awful lot of press for the Celtics. Now have a big task. They're gonna play a Golden State on Tuesday here on ESPN radio for the second straight fourth quarter, the second team defense able to play well, but this was way too big of a deficit to overcome. And now they've lost five of their last six. Yeah. Well, that's a couple of nights in a row that the second unit is really saved..

"Find out more discovery benefits dot com, and you're the post game show we're pleased to be joined by carpet world player of the game. None other than junior Hadley Huber first off Hadley. Congratulations. Thank you all of. This was a game that came down to the wire. It was exciting part of me, the final sixty seven sixty one you managed to gain a little bit of separation at the end. But describe what that back and forth type atmosphere was like in a game against a very good Cheyenne team. We knew this was going to be close till the end like their atmospheres. Always lively like our crowds. Into it. So each other as a team to Paul you yourself. We had you with fifteen points tonight. Just describe kind of what was going for you. Especially down the stretch in that second half able to knock down some big free throws. Yeah. You know, we really practice practice just getting doing the little things. Right. We're starting to focus on that more. Teamwork. Especially doing those little things it's really growing. And I think that definitely shows in our games. So what happened down the stretch at around the the fourteen minute Mark, you're down ten largest deficit of the nights. What was the emotions like in that huddle down to the courts? How did you not allow yourself to get yourself out of your zone and come back to the lead? Our huddle was a super positive atmosphere. We just knew we looked at each other. We said, okay, we got this. We gotta go. We knew our team work was gonna carry us through this game. And if we took it if we went out as individuals we went to pull out the win. As for your dominance. Over over Cheyenne is a program it has been pretty much. The only time you've lost them was last year in the state qualifying game. And I bring that up, but what's it been like to kind of hold that hat over shine a little bit. And especially with what they did you last year now getting to sweep the season series last year. Sings it sells things we know that anything can happen. Now, we know they're a good team. They're going to come out and compete every single night. So we every time we play them. We kinda remember last year when we remember how it felt final question for you Hadley five games left to the season. What type of things do you feel like this team needs to do in order to get ready to make sure that something like you just talked about doesn't happen again. Just keep grinding. We ought to keep pushing through practices rushing three games keep growing as a team. And then I think we'll be ready for Huber world player of the game. Congratulations on the win. We'll be back in just a moment. Two. Our discovery benefits postgame show is your same eleven hundred.

"John is not been a thing of beauty though. Although the percentage starting to creep up a bit as outfits started getting rid of it gets his own Desmond McBain is really he and j d Miller the last few minutes really getting going bay leading all scores here with fifteen points. Trista Clark and Matthew buyer, bleeding paler was seven page frogs out, rebounding. Baylor sixteenth. Well, they had a commanding rebounding lead earlier in the half. The Bronx doing a great job moving it around. But it has been pretty frauds to turn it over four times here in the first half Baylor. Started over six times frogs was seven points off of those six Baylor turnovers. Out of the time out. Alex Robinson returns along with T Miller, Kevin Samuel RJ name heart in desperate pain Bank with fifteen points to lead all scores. In fact, he's the only player double digits here this and he was ready for big twelve point starting five six four. As we mentioned, those fifty points and fifteen minutes. Robinson waves. Everyone off he'll bring it up himself. Alex cross the time line three twenty four to go up by nine is TCU them hard to the right hand wing Baylor out of the timeout shows man demand for the first time, here's Robertson screen from Kevin Samuel, Alex since it left hand side, the J T Miller del oh, they find Kevin with the nights don't here. And he does it over vital in the Bronx. Go by eleven thirty four twenty three about JD Miller with the assist there. Just the lob insides frogs play the big debate game. Here's base about a Butler Butler the left hand wig. It'll go to final king McClure now has it left baseline sits back out front here to Butler between the circles. Three doesn't go and the rebound out RJ heart frauds? Pushed on the right hand alley here with Robertson Robertson at the wing right working on vital screen from Samuel. Again. This time Alex is going to call it a jump ball possession. Who's gonna give this winter? To Baylor as Tristan Clark had reached in. How to handle the basketball that Alex Robinson was trying to pass it easily? I'll see that call. Let's the ball comes to a stop. Brian split second. Call right there. Baylor with it down to two and a half to play in this first half. Now. Mason out front or on Alex Robinson off it comes here to Kane McClure, all the triple into Bank takes him to the left. Lock bounces back out. Now, the left hand keeps his dribble alive. They switched defensively. Hearts. The Dow data Mesa between the circles working on Robertson Brock's. Double team for a second. Mason since the vital the shot clock. Vital gets it off just in time at a foul here on Kevin Samuel who tried to block the shot and the foul and Kevin's going to be a second now with two oh eight to play the hand. But I wonder how much longer will seek Kevin here in this first half, Jamie Dixon over there. Looking up and down the band's trying to figure out. Okay. What do we do here with two? Oh, eight left in the half and vital. Look like Baylor was going to dribble out the shot clock and vital. Gotta give him credit. Did the right thing attack the rim found Kevin Samuel in a bad spot. This is the first free throw attempt to get a second effort will remark. Vital at a lake. Charles, louisiana. Thirty nine percent free throw shooter all the year. He struggled fact Baylor has struggled as a team the last four games are shooting. Just fifty eight percent charity stripe. Two. Oh, wait to play in the half of the horned frogs up by ten thirty four twenty four. Here's robinson. Pallets with it. Now. Works modern wall. Jared butler. Picks up his dribble. The left side and kicks it off with a quarter left in them are back out front. Get a debate vein since it right wing now to Robertson. Robertson of the free throw line able lane flips on trista Clark at scores largest backed off their screen up at the top man at the right elbow. My plan the five right now thirty six twenty four thirty five deploy. Mcclure worked at arrow does McBain Basit Dalo. They get it here to Clarke Clarke sees the double team and Latin Maya checked as John mitchum for Samuel penetration. This time for Butler butlers floater goes. Darrow Butler, got it. Jared Butler is finally into the book here. And he's a guy that has the potential to score. They like you be so freshman reserve losing, Anna. Here's them heart left-hand wing to test. Mcbain Bank back out front goes. Robertson Robertson's triples to the right elbow pulls the trigger there tomorrow and a rebound that Robertson went four. And commits a foul all the push in the pack that time of base that's going to be the second oughta Alex Robinson. So Kendrick Davis will have to come in for him. So you've got Robinson and Kevin Samuel. Both with two personal fouls on the bench close up. Yeah. You don't wanna see that seven th team foul on the frauds here in the half with a minute to go. Free throw line goes MCI Mesa. Ticky tack calls here. The last ten minutes in this first half base of misses the rebound here. Biller fighting forty admire his back. They're going to say this goes out of bounds off a JD biller after the rare MCI Mesa miss the Baylor is going to have possession of it with fifty nine point nine to go. I'm not sure that should have been a foul on Meyer right there. He was all over JD Miller and battle the quarter, data king McClure, McClure work them. Hard kicks back out to base it for three off the Mark and a fight now. Low for rebound JT Miller and vital go at addict. And a foul is going to be on vital. So one one situation for the horned frogs JD Bill will go to the free throw line is marked vital whistled for his second personal foul paddle underneath between those two. And a lot of talking going on Kelly self said I want to hear anymore about it. Free throw line. Now goes biller candy made his last two to JD. Seventy one percent free throw shooter on the years of senior. It's really improved over the years as a free throw shooter. Doc said that. Thirty-seven twenty-six frogs leading it here by eleven fifty three point five to play in the hand. Stay.

Alex Robinson Robertson Robertson Baylor Kevin Samuel Kane McClure JD Miller Kevin Samuel RJ Kevin Butler Butler Darrow Butler Trista Clark Robertson Brock Desmond McBain John mitchum Mason T Miller Jared Butler
