"You can't pour from an empty cup and before you give love to anybody else you have to truly love yourself And I think the easiest way to love yourself as a man is to be proud of yourself and to be proud of yourself You have to decide who you want to be inside of the metaverse inside of the matrix You decide the character you want to be and try your best to achieve it Why do you think people struggle with being proud of themselves? I think because they know they're failing I think that most people failing in life know very well they're failing and it doesn't matter what avatar you decide to absorb or Who you decide to be? You can decide to be it and you know true in your heart if you're giving a hundred percent of your energy towards becoming or Doesn't matter if you want to become a famous musician does not gonna come ball a bodybuilder doesn't make them come become a pro fighter It doesn't matter what you want to be You know in your heart if you're actually trying you have to decide what you want to be and try and become it and a lot Of the people who are genuinely unhappy or miserable in their hearts know they're not trying well And they also I think they also focus on what everyone else is doing right or wrong and then judging outward and everyone's like focus on this our reflection of like what that person has and versus what they don't have and it's all just like Cycle of negativity completely and it's just if we found ourselves especially with social media nowadays We found ourselves like most people because maybe they're not mentally strong enough to understand like wait I need to create my own value instead of looking outwards How do you think we fix it successful is all about self -definition which is what I was saying at the beginning We have to defy decide who you want to be and if you're if you wanted to be Joe Schmoe and you pull it off And you'll be a pretty happy content person to decide who you want to be I think the people who are miserable is the dip it's the gap between their expectations and their reality That's what the misery lies. My expectations were always enormously high even when I was a nobody I knew I had to be filthy rich and a kickboxer at the age of 15 I knew that if I'm the kind of guy that if I raise my voice people are gonna care I'm not gonna be the guy who starts shouting and everything's just funny I know I'm gonna be the kind of guy who's genuinely a formidable opponent all around the human endeavor I know I'm gonna have money People who are miserable are the people who don't try hard enough to obtain it because I actually believe and it's another thing I believe the universe is very giving I think the universe and God himself is very giving I've yet to meet someone years All my who is genuinely giving 100 % of themselves day after day doesn't snake anyone firm handshake Look you in the eye doesn't lie to nobody and tries 100 % doesn't get what they want I've never seen it every single person who doesn't have what they want There's something in their story that doesn't quite add up I've yet to see some guy who have you ever seen a guy who eats right trains his ass off and never misses gym session Ever not grow. It's just that's the way the universe works, right? So if you're truly about it, you're truly trying your absolute best You're gonna do it and I that's what I believe. I believe the universe is extremely giving So when I meet somebody and they go I really wanted this and I don't have that so you didn't really want all like the successful People most successful people in the world Would you say that all of them have have like something in common in the sense of like some sort of hardship in their life? It's not I mean trauma is extremely important and this actually goes back into answering the first part of your question, which is interesting There's a study I read about stress and it was saying that stress they Stress has a placebo effect attached to it because the placebo effect is extremely powerful So they found some of the most stressed people in the world and they split them into two groups and they're all equally stressed They all have a bunch of cortisol People who believed they were that stress was bad for you and that stress can hurt you and they believe those media articles We're dying earlier. They're having heart attacks and having stress related illnesses The people who believe the opposite who just said stress is part being successful I like stress when I feel stressed I do my best makes me anxious. It turns my brain I like being stressed lived longer than average point is the same drug how you look at it and how your body Anticipates it how you feel about it affects the real -world results, which goes back into what you were saying earlier about the jealousy You're saying people look on social media and they get jealous and it demotivates things That's because they decide to be demotivated by it Do you know what happens when I get jealous of somebody I fucking beat them If I look at somebody has something I got I will take it from them by hook or by crook. Well, then I love I wish someone could make me jealous. It's hard. Now. I got everything I wish I could look at somebody and go fucker would you say would you say jealous? He's the number one part for motivation? Well, I don't think motivation is a real thing, I don't believe in motivation it's a concept I think discipline is real and I also think discontentment is real and I don't think it's possible for anybody to stay in a scenario Where they're truly uncomfortable if you fall asleep on your arm and your arm really starts to hurt even in the deepest sleep You're gonna wake up and move your arm if you sit there and your life has been in a rut for seven years You are semi comfortable in that rut. Sure. There's days. You're pissed off sure You're semi annoyed by it, but there's also days when you just play video games eat pizza and you're kind of cool with it It's no big deal if you were truly Unhappy and uncomfortable and discontent with your scenario. You wouldn't be in it. So I think I don't believe there's anybody who's truly When I was broke, I couldn't sleep Sam. Please understand me when I was broke. I couldn't sleep I'd be trying to go to bed thinking How the fuck these people have Ferraris. I want a fucking Ferrari I couldn't sleep people aren't taught to be self -aware anymore People are taught to just like like I said look at that guy what he has and be mad that she don't have it Or like if something's going on with me I don't want to look inside and say what's actually happening with me. Why am I this way? Why am I the person that I am today everyone, but I want to figure out deeply How do you think a man specifically in this case is able to look at themselves more comfortably without? Holding the judgment the fact that they don't have the stuff over themselves because completely you're totally right I think there's two answers to the question one I think a lot that came from chess because chess is the most ruthless game on the planet and what chess will teach you Chess teaches you that if you lose at some point you made a mistake It doesn't matter if it's the smallest mistake It doesn't matter if you just took too long too long to think to make the right move and run out of time on the clock At some point you fucked up for you to lose that game. It's 100 % accountability with no luck That's what's so important about learning chess That's the first thing and the second thing is you need to as a man adopt the mindset that absolutely everything that happens to you It's completely an earlier fault whether it's good or bad Most men don't have that when the matrix was attacking me and they were destroying me and they're calling up My ex is trying to get fake fucking charges on me and put me in jail when they closed my bank accounts I use ten eleven million dollars when they banned me on all across all social medias and lie about me when they harassed my Family when did I'm sitting there going? This is my fault. All of this is me. I got here. It's my fault I'm not going that was unfair. It was orchestrated NGOs worked against me because that is not helpful. It's accountability It's a hundred percent accountability in all things, but also when I go out there and I start to Bugatti It's like that's me. It's Mike. This is my fault The car is my fault and the big house is my fault and everything that ever goes wrong Yeah, absolutely. You have to take complete in our accountability for everything. You can't make excuses ever There's never an excuse and you're right people try and put things on the outwork outwards on the outside. It's interesting I remember watching Forrest Gump about five years ago I was on a plane and coming where I was flying and the beginning of Forrest Gump has a scene in it when he's sitting On the bench at the beginning think about a Forrest Gump He's sitting on the bench at the beginning and there's a feather and on him and the movie begins what they're saying with that is Forest is the feather and life has just pushed him all over and put him in all these unusual scenarios Life has directed him everywhere That's what that's what it's saying And if you're gonna be the guy and you're gonna allow life to happen to you and you're not gonna happen to life Then you're at mercy of the wind. Perhaps it might work out. Okay, but it might not right So you have to be the guy who goes? Okay, the winds blowing in this direction. Fuck them. I'm doing this You have to come to life You can't let life come to you because if you let life come to you Then you're gonna be living inside of a matrix and a system which is designed not for you to live your best life It's designed for you to comply How do you think men can build more confidence in like deciding their life instead of just letting be decided for that? Yeah, so they have to take absolute responsibility, which is the first thing the second thing they have to get competence and competence It's gonna allow you to have confidence. You're not gonna be good at shit. You're bad at shit You have to be good at things. You're only gonna be confident things if you're good at things I know what I'm good at and what I'm bad at So you have to go out there and take risks you have to make mistakes and you have to risk it all and and once Again, this comes down to competition. I think competition is such an important thing in the masculine world I grew up in the chess world, but I went fighting world was all extremely competitive. It's competition driven You can't make excuses if I sit here and say I lost a fight cool You lost a fight, but I lost a fight but my gloves when they were wrapped up my gloves My hand was hurting and then excuses like you have to understand that excuses don't matter Nobody cares life's binary winners or losers and you just have to take absolute responsibility for people are so caught up when things happen This is why this happened to me because of this because my childhood cuz my past trauma cuz my life whatever But people are so not taught to like look inwards and go towards those things Well, I think I think victim playing victim is a it's an easy way out. Yeah, it's it's a lazy This is an easy way out It's a good excuse and it also makes you feel better about yourself me and my brother have another thing We do we do this all the time if either of us are ever complaining about anything We say we have this we shut each other up and saying what do you want therapy? If you don't want therapy what you're talking the main reason people complain about things is to get a dopamine rush, right? I'm unhappy but if I sit there and I complain about it and you give me a little bit sympathy I feel better dopamine That's why they're complaining for dopamine if someone comes to me and complains about something It's the best thing I can do for them because I'm a philanthropic nice man. I'm mr. Nice. It's time to get fucked I don't care shut up But a lot of this comes down to your social circle because there's a whole bunch of guys out there whose friends accept excuses If your friends will allow you to make excuses, you're gonna make excuses if you're a family and let you make excuses You're gonna make excuses. You're gonna complain and feel better You gotta be around killers who don't accept that shit if I have a good me and my let's say me and three friends There's four of us and we all decide to do 10 ,000 push -ups a day and all of us do them except one There's no words inside the human language There's no sentence He could possibly construct my how compenduous or concise or how intelligent the man is that will allow us to forgive him failing Don't accept excuses.

"The Mason Minute with Kevin Mason. Whenever an older gentleman is driving a Ferrari or even a Corvette, people usually say that he's compensating for something. Feel free to fill in the blank what you think he's compensating for. But I've noticed recently, guys who drive the massive pickup trucks are doing the same thing. And what's interesting is they don't drive them well. I mean, I realize these beasts are now bigger than ever before. I don't own a vehicle that can actually see over the back end of a brand new Ford F -150. And we're not talking 4x4, we're just talking the Ford F -150 pickup truck. I cannot see over the top of the tailgate. They've gotten so big. And I don't know why. I realize why the guys buy them. They want to be big and tough and macho, so they drive these big trucks. But they don't drive them well. It's just kind of like they're out on a Sunday joyride all the time, always getting in the way. And they know with just one tap of the gas, they can go zooming past you because they've got so much power. But there's just something about guys who drive around in these new pickup trucks, and they don't even have to be the jacked up 4x4s. It's almost like they're trying to tell you they own the road. It's worse than the guys driving the Ferraris and the Maseratis, at least that's what I think.

Thinking Crypto News & Interviews

"Hey everybody, welcome back to the Thinking Crypto Podcast, your home for cryptocurrency news and interviews. If you are new here, please hit that subscribe button as well as the thumbs up button and leave a comment below. If you're listening on a podcast platform such as Spotify, Apple or Google, please leave a 5 star rating and review. It supports the podcast and it doesn't cost you anything. Well, folks, I want to start off with the DXY because it has been pumping and as you all know, or many of you should know, when the dollar current or the US dollar is pumping, asset prices go down. So asset prices are going to bleed and of course, risk assets are going to bleed the most such as crypto and certain stocks. So right now the price of Bitcoin not looking good, certainly deviating from that retracement movement we were looking at. It was on track similar to 2019, but seems to be deviating. It could still find some support in late September and then move upwards, but we'll have to wait and see. We don't have a crystal ball and based on the different charts and analysis, we form a thesis and we have to wait and see how things play out. But just so you know, some rough times may be ahead, but my OG subscribers and listeners, you know what to do, right? You dollar cross average, you hodl and you be patient because we are loading our bags and preparing for the 2024, 2025 macro bull run. And we still got some pain to go through here. It's certainly not as bad as 2022 and the end of 2022, which was really, really rough, but we're slowly climbing out of that hole and we will eventually find ourselves back in the bull market folks. I know the bear markets and these times are boring, they're painful, but these are the times where you are preparing yourself to make great returns because you're buying the lows and of course selling the highs. And I'm looking to do the same on both crypto and stocks. So just a heads up on what's happening there. Now we got very big news today that Cathie Woods, ARK Invest filed for a Bitcoin, excuse me, an Ethereum spot ETF. See, I'm so used to saying Bitcoin spot ETF, but Ethereum spot ETF. So Eric Balkanis and the folks at Bloomberg who are ETF analysts reported on this and it comes as no surprise, I think, but I'm surprised how early they're doing it. I think we all assumed an Ethereum spot ETF application would be filed soon, but maybe right after the Bitcoin ETF application was approved, but Cathie Wood and these folks are not waiting. And James Seyford, who I've had on the podcast, he's also at Bloomberg, also said that Van Eck, they did a filing as well. So as you can imagine, game theory is going to play out here and everybody's going to throw their hat in the ring as we saw with the Bitcoin spot ETF filing. So it's just a matter of time, folks. I know Gary Gensler, scumbag regulator, Gary Gensler has been playing a lot of games. Obviously the SEC lost the lawsuit against Grayscale, I mean, well, Grayscale won their appeal we'll and see what the SEC does. Folks are anticipating this Q4 or this coming end of year, there's going to be some approvals, but who knows, right? Gary is going to be under a lot of pressure. I think he's going to be testifying pretty soon. So we'll see what pressure comes down on him and if he gets, he passes some of these ETFs. It wouldn't surprise me if he does it for Bitcoin alone and altcoins maybe a year after, but guy's this nuts. So it's interesting though, what is happening here and how these big players are reacting. Now quick word from our sponsor, and that is Uphold, which makes crypto investing easy. I've been using Uphold since 2018. I highly recommend this platform. I vouch for it because I use it and I've trusted these folks and I've interviewed many of them, the folks at Uphold. So I know them and they have 10 plus million users, 250 plus cryptocurrencies, and they're available in 150 countries. You can also trade precious metals on here as well as 37 national currencies. And you can easily switch between and convert between cryptocurrencies, precious metals and different currencies, fiat currencies that is. So if you'd like to learn more about Uphold, please visit the link in the description. All right, folks, some other big news we got here from SBI Group. As you all know, that is the major bank in Japan, and they are a shareholder of Ripple, but they also use XRP. And today they put out some very interesting literature highlighting they are using XRP for cross -border payments via coins .ph and Tranglo to the countries that include Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. So XRP being used to facilitate payments between different currencies. And we know Ripple has their ODL. This is what they're looking to achieve, get more XRP adoption to solve the payments issue, because we know right now it's not instant settlement. It's a messaging system with SWIFT, which is very outdated. And don't get me wrong, there are other folks looking to solve this as well with stable coins and CBDCs and these things. But not everyone's going to use the same method in a sense that not everyone's going to use Ripple and XRP. I don't believe that. I believe there's going to be competitors, but that's fine. And Ripple will continue to pitch different central banks and payment companies to use this service. So we'll just have to wait and see how the free market plays out. But XRP has the clarity in the United States. So that means some institutions here in the US will use it. It's just a matter of time. And I can't wait for those announcements, but this is folks right here out in the wild, all real world adoption of XRP. And it does take time for banks and these institutions to adopt this technology. It's like trying to steer a cargo ship. It's not going to move like a Ferrari. It's going to be very slow. They're so used to doing things one way for a very long time. And these solutions, which are disruptive, they may try to create their own version or try to do something else and eventually they'll have to adopt it. So, but this is really great if you're an XRP holder and it shows that XRP is being used by payment companies, banks, and so forth. Now they did SBI, they did a full breakdown here on their news and press section on their website. And obviously this is translated. It's in Japanese, but here's the headline, expand international money transfer services using Ripple's money transfer solution that utilizes XRP to the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. So that's the headline. Pretty clear. They're using ODL here and pretty exciting as well. Now we also got some more XRP news and this comes from Santiment. Santiment is a market intelligence platform with on -chain and social metrics for 2 ,500 plus cryptocurrencies. They tweeted out new and free XRP ledger metrics are now available from Santiment feed. We are proud to be one of the most comprehensive data sources in the world for XRP and XRPL, including several key on -chain social and development related metrics that are used by Ripple. So this is great. You know, these are the type of infrastructure items that are needed for more adoption of XRP and other cryptos, right? You want to have the data, the analytics, what are the different metrics, right? So you can look at this thing holistically, what's happening on the blockchain, who's using it. And these are key components for the future adoption of crypto. So great to see this integration. Now we got some Coinbase news. Coinbase cajoles institutional market with new crypto lending service. Coinbase's new lending service will allow institutional loans. So obviously catered to the institutional money, the big money, and it's pretty funny that they're doing this given the SEC is going after them. But I think Coinbase knows they're in the driver's seat with this situation. The SEC is in a bad place right now. Gary Gensler is in a bad place. So the new lending service permits institutions to loan out digital assets under standardized terms and is structured to qualify for a Regulation D exception, which allows for capital raising without full SEC registration, Coinbase reportedly said. Users of the Coinbase's prime service have already invested $57 million in the new lending program according to a September 1st regulatory filing signed by CFO Alicia Haas. So a big move here by Coinbase. They continue to expand and do their thing. They are the number one brand trusted, obviously a public exchange within the United States, I should say. They're not the largest crypto exchange, but they got BlackRock as a partner. So many big companies are using them for custody and different institutional crypto services.

Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
A highlight from NO MORE EXCUSES - Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
"I don't care how I feel. Yeah, I don't care if I feel happy or sad It doesn't really affect what I do each day. I do the exact same things. I act the exact same way I it does. I don't care It does I does I don't put weight to the significance of the emotion So I always consider myself a happy person But if I woke up and I was slightly less happy one day than another It wouldn't affect anything I do and I wouldn't put any relevance to it. I'm human and that's life But Truthfully, it doesn't matter if it's getting a girl or it's making money or it's getting status It doesn't matter what it is as a man. We live in hyper competitive environments I don't think enough men understand how competitive the world is if you want a girl you're competing against other men You're not the only man who had the idea of getting that girl. There's no girl you're gonna see and go Oh, I'll get that girl and didn't cross anyone else's mind everybody else wants or you have to out compete other man You have to be as competitive as possible. You have to be as successful as possible in all realms You have to be as good -looking as funny as smart as spontaneous as interesting as charismatic as rich as possible You need to try very hard to be your absolute best and as you become a better man You'll crack through different tiers of attractiveness and eventually you get to the top and you'll be able to have any girl you want But the truth is I have a lot of guys asked me Similar to your question a guy will come to me and go how do I get a girl my bro? You're a loser Yeah, but I know but how do I get a girl? Well, you're a fucking loser. You're a loser. Why are you asking me? It's like saying how do I win a race with a push bike you're racing Ferraris? What do you want me to do? Yeah, there's only so much you can do He's only so hard you can pedal. There's only so many tricks and tips. There's only so many game Things you can say so many pickup lines if you're a loser It's gonna be very very difficult and it's gonna get harder and harder. The game is rigged to become harder and harder for men It's not getting easier It's going the other way and if you're gonna be on a racetrack and there's gonna be Ferraris there and you're gonna be on a Pedal bike or in a Nissan you're gonna get smoked. That's the game. You have to up yourself. You have to improve yourself I'm not gonna lie to anybody here and say you don't have to improve yourself You can stay a loser and get chicks because you can't I Don't understand how many humans function in the world today. I don't get people who don't think like me. I don't understand it I'm like, well then how do how have you survived this long life is hard life is difficult I maybe I've just been unlucky which I don't believe in but I've had so much trauma and bad events and Used all of it to be monumentally successful if I wasn't that way inclined with the workload that God put on my shoulders I'd just be in a ditch somewhere Yeah I don't have killed myself by now But I don't understand how people are functioning if you're not thinking like me and you're going through life with any other mindset You've been extremely fortunate that God smiled on you and allowed you to sit around most of the time to inject shit and you have Yet to be punished for that I I could never have lived that life if I was a bit lazy or a bit You know or I was a bit of a snake or I lied to people I'd be dead by now Like so a lot of these people are just absolutely and utterly blessed by God that they managed to go through life with such a non competitive mindset and they still breathing like I Don't get I don't understand how people can think any other way. I've spoken to dudes and like yeah, you know I had a bad couple months. Why I'm a girl left me you've wasted months You wasted months over some Like you had you had the think of how much God loves you to have given you the the grace and given you the Opportunity to waste months of human time over some chick like talk about blessed head -to -toe if I waste months Empires are gonna collapse. I'm gonna put a cell or dead if I waste months. I have things to do every single day I can't waste a second like these people are just absolutely Infinitely blessed and their mindset is a product of that because they're they're spoiled children Absolutely spoiled children if you're going through life with any other mindset besides a hyper competitive one Or you're capable of competing with some of the most Dangerous men on the planet and all their forms me and my network and also my competitors If you don't have that mindset, then you have to understand that you are spoiled You're spoiled by your reality because there's a whole bunch of people out here daily who fail There are men out here who fail daily and they have yet to feel the true consequence for it They fail to go to the gym when they know they should have gone to the gym They fail because they forgot their keys and they took them ten minutes to find him They fail because they replied to a question. They got sent on whatsapp the wrong way They fail because they didn't smile and they're supposed to they didn't say please and thank you to that person who helped them They fail because they didn't say hi to that girl who's looking at them out the corner of her eye They just fail perpetually they go through life missing every opportunity and just failing failing failing and somehow we've built a society Which is so soft and God is so giving and so graceful that they still have a place to eat and somewhere to sleep and they're still surviving that that shows how nice God is because it before this society truthfully if you were that Level of failure you would be dead It's survival of the fittest and none of these men out here are fit their mindset isn't fit the reality isn't fit They're absolutely they're failures. They're failures and they're just failing every single day I'm gonna go but you know what tomorrow I'll go to the gym. You've been failing your whole Life that's all you've done is fail and then you sit and wonder why people like me absolutely not Lee I'll compete you it is So easy to become a top -tier male in the world today because the competition is so ridiculously low There are 2 % killers like me and everybody else Amateur head -to -toe amateur. They can't even pay attention to anything. They can't try anything. They're amateurs and It's it's it's really mind -blowing to me because I've tried with all of my computational power to Imagine having a mindset different to mine and I just can't see a reality worth having I can't see a reality worth living I can't see how you're gonna build a life worth experiencing if you have any other mindset. I can't see it Yeah, I've never met somebody with a fantastic life who did not completely and utterly believe in themselves I've never seen somebody massively succeed and they didn't believe in themselves ever I've never seen somebody who just allows life to happen to them and become blown off course by some Sadness end up doing massively monumental and important things. I've never seen it. It does and it's never gonna happen If I'm unhappy with something and I'm uncomfortable with something that I fix it Yeah, that's endless motivation, which I don't truly believe in as a concept But that's endless fuel for the fire right if I was unhappy with something about myself Regardless of what it was I would be able to take all of that discomfort and turn it into endless energy to get the problem fixed But these people seem to be unhappy. Yeah Well, these people seem to sit and say I'm really I'm really unhappy with X but then stay doing X So I don't believe they're truly actually unhappy what you'll notice if you live life long enough Is that somebody will sit and say to you? I'm unhappy being a loser. Yeah. Why are you a loser? I just sit at home play video games seven days a week and you're like, okay and Maybe three days of the week. They're unhappy doing that Yeah, that's the time they email you and that's the time they want to make a change but four days of the week They don't really bother them doesn't really bother them because if it bothered them seven days a week guess what they would fix it Correct. So I have very little sympathy for people and That's not because I'm not a nice person But it's because I've been so hard on myself and I've been through so many things That were difficult and I've been through so much pain and trauma myself Some of its self -inflicted some of it given to me by God to make me a better person But I've been I've been so difficult on myself It's very hard for me to look at somebody who's refused to be difficult on themselves and see them as my equal or feel sympathy Or pity for them. Why would I feel pity for somebody who took the easy route when I took the hardest possible route? Yeah, I took the hardest possible way to be the man I am and you were too big of a and now you want me To feel sorry for you. I don't feel sorry for you. I don't feel sorry for these people and Because as a man you can be anything you decide you want to be that's the beauty of being a male You can build your character completely from the ground up just like a video game every single thing about me that people respect I built I was not born a world champion kickboxer. I was not born this intelligent or an intellectual I was not born this rich. I was not born this strong. I was not born this confident I was not born this interesting I was not born as charismatic and humble and gorgeous and tall and strong and sexy although born none of these things I became these things myself so I deserve all the spoils of war and Anybody who decides they don't want to work hard enough to become those things and they deserve to sit and accept their my inferior Yeah, that's dirt. That's their problem So you talk a lot about purpose and What is your thoughts as to do you have like an exact answer as to why we are created as humans and why we're here What is the purpose of life? Why have we been given life? I think we're here to struggle and to learn I don't think we're here to be happy. That's why when we keep going back to the happy argument I've always found that kind of frustrating and annoying and someone goes oh, but I want to be happy. Why? Why Why do you want to sit there and laugh like you were happy your entire childhood. That's your happy days You're allowed to be happy. That's it. It's all over now, right? You're a man your responsibilities I think we're here to do important Yeah Pretired perfect provide protect and we're also here to do important things and important things are gonna be difficult and they're gonna be hard and You're gonna get frustrated, but that's what gives you purpose. I don't see anyone who's chasing happiness I think that's a very feminine frame. I understand why some women just want to be happy I think I don't know that how it feels to be a girl cuz I'm not one but no in my experience I know women who just want to be happy girls. Just want to have fun They're fine, but you're a man right and if you're a man, then it's absolutely not a different experience of life I I think we're here to struggle. I think we're here to endure pain I think we're here to just see how hard we are to kill I think that Going through terrible things and living through them and and coming out the other side is one of the most fantastic things about being human I think that it's almost like once you understand what life is really about There's no emotion which isn't enjoyable The only emotion that the only emotional state which can be seen as detrimental is feeling nothing at all But if you're sitting at home and you're feeling truly heartbroken at least you're feeling something, right? Yes, and and I think that's the whole part of being human. I don't I Think we're here to struggle.

Good morning, Cafe Bitcoin. Happy Friday, everyone. Welcome to September. Jacob, good morning, man. Terrence and Dom, good morning, guys. It's a beautiful day here in New York City, kind of like a West Coast weather type day. I almost thought about hosting from outside, but that's a little too difficult. Terrence, how you doing? Good morning. Good morning. What's up? Unemployment rate, that's what's up, Terrence. Yes, wage growth, still pretty good, higher than pre -pandemic. But yeah, coming down. I think we get a hard landing. What do you think? Hard landing, no landing, soft landing. I don't know. We will debate. There's always a landing. Yeah, no landing is a cop out. Dom, to our other West Coast crew member, what's going on, man? Good morning, y 'all, for everyone on Payday Friday. Y 'all made it with the return to the cheap sats. Dom, the last time I was hosting, it was Tuesday, the grayscale win against the SEC just came out. You were in the process of buying a Ferrari and a Lamborghini and Bitcoin has given back all its gains. I just wanted to ask you, how do you feel about all that? Yeah, I'm at the Toyota dealership right now working on some service, learning how to fix a transmission. So, you know, things are good, but we adapt and, you know, we keep moving forward. That's right. You got to be ready for anything. Things changed in a few hours in this world. Ant, what's up, man? Good morning to you. Morning, John. Weather finally broke around here. It's not so fucking hot anymore. Same with New York, by the way. It's like the first day that it's not hot first thing in the morning. We'll see if that holds. September is kind of a tricky month weather -wise. But yeah, it's like significantly cooler in New York today, too. Mickey, what's up, man? Good morning to you. Hey, good morning. Do you see that Forbes article that was going around yesterday saying you should start DCA -ing into Bitcoin? I did see it and the first thing I went to check was if you wrote it. And you did not write it, but I was still pumped to see it. No, I think that guy was like a senior contributor. I'm not allowed to write things that avert. Gotcha, gotcha. You have to be a little bit more subtle. But yeah, that was a good article to see the headline just like blatantly saying. I think the words were, now is the time to start DCA -ing into Bitcoin or something like that. Yep, something like that. Yeah, just sort of more evidence that it's starting to just infect the mainstream consciousness, I think. Yeah, and I recall skimming the article. It just seemed to be like a lot of the stuff that we talk about here, which is like the cyclical moves in Bitcoin's price and looking at different time periods and saying, hey, even if the great stuff Wicked does or Swan's Nakamoto portfolio tool, even if you start DCA -ing at a high point in the price cycle, if you stick with it and keep doing it on a daily or weekly basis, you end up being in profit even when Bitcoin's price can be down from point to point. So it was great to see that kind of stuff covered in Forbes. Thanks for highlighting that, Mickey. Shelly, good morning to you. How's the day going so far? The day's going well. We've got a lot of rain out here and excited to be here. Didn't see the Forbes article, but that's pretty much it. Yeah, check it out. What part of the country or the world are you in, if you don't mind sharing that? Yeah, I'm in Vegas right now. Oh, okay. Raining in Vegas. How long does that typically last? Is that like a comes and goes kind of thing? Yeah, we get these little storms where it's tropical, it's hot, feels like the world's going to end. It's usually a couple of days, but this started last night. Gotcha, gotcha. Well, cool. So just to set the stage, we're going to have Ben with the BTC Sessions showing up at some point in the first hour, which I'm always excited for. He always has a ton of great things to share. For anyone who does not know BTC Sessions, which is probably very few people on the call, he does, I think, without a doubt, the best tutorial content in the world of Bitcoin. So highly, highly recommend if you're ever testing out some new product or thing within Bitcoin, check out to see if Ben has a video on the topic. But we will be talking about all that again when he hops on. And we'll also be doing plenty of macro chatter. So on private macro Friday is the usual thing here. So, yeah, that's kind of the stage for the rest of the show. I will share this to kick things off. Just the other day, Wednesday night, I was in Midtown in New York City. My wife and I just got casual dinner in Bryant Park, which is kind of a cool spot of Midtown. And this woman, you guys might know her from like macro Twitter. Giana Smialek, who wrote this book called Limitless about the Federal Reserve, she is kind of like a macro econ type person. And she was doing a talk in Bryant Park. It was kind of a cool setup. There's probably, I don't know, 50 people just like sitting down and listening to her with a microphone. And she was talking about her book and she's talking about Federal Reserve policy and the economy. And she's kind of saying several things that my wife picked up on what she was saying. And my wife is not deeply into Bitcoin by any means, but she knows I am. So she can tell that this woman is talking about things that I would be interested in. And my wife is kind of looking over to me like, you should ask her a question, like you should you should start arguing with her, like challenge her. Do we agree with her? Do we not agree with her? And it was just kind of a funny thing because I had to explain to my wife I was like, look, I could ask this woman a million questions, but I don't think I'm going to be the person that she wants to hear from. And it was just like an interesting thing for me to see, because if I had asked her questions, they would have been like fundamental disagreements with her way of thinking. You know, she's arguing like, did the Fed raise too quickly? Did they not see inflation coming? And I would be the guy that's like, hey, the Federal Reserve shouldn't even exist.

Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
A highlight from STOP BEING LAZY - Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
"I understand don't people who say they lack motivation in life because I'll make this extremely clear. If you're not pushing and striving for something, life is so mundane. I've always had this problem with literal crippling perpetual boredom. I was bored. I had no money. I'm carrying boxes of ice. I'm a smart guy. I'm not playing chess anymore, right? This is, I'm 34 now. So this is quite a few years ago. It's before the internet, before Facebook was all big and nothing. What do you do with your life? What's there to do? I thought the only, I need to do something which drains me so that I can go to sleep at night without frustration. And if I kickbox, if I run three miles to the gym and then fight for three hours and run three miles home, at least I can sleep. I literally couldn't sleep. I wouldn't say it's ADHD, but I was just frustrated. And then on top of that, I've always had this huge frustration in regards to money. Even though I was poor, I'd grow up around a bunch of other poor kids and we'd be walking to school or walking to college and a Ferrari would drive past and they'd go, oh, cool Ferrari. And I'd say, doesn't that annoy you? And they're like, what do you mean? And I'd be like, he knows he's hacked the matrix. Don't you see? How does he have 400 grand for a car? He knows something we don't know. Well, aren't you annoyed that there's people out there living a lifestyle that we can't ever aspire to. We're never going to work in a job and pull this off. Doesn't this bother you? And they all be like, no, but me, it was, I was always angry. I was always angry, not angry in a go to jail way, but just in a, I was angry. I was like, something isn't right. Something doesn't add up. So I kickboxing was my answer. I just started kicking, kicking people's ass and I felt a little bit better. That was kind of how it worked. At what point did you realize you were like world -class at this? So when I, my first day in the gym, I walk in my coach, it was four Bosnian men, men. I was a child. It was four Bosnian men in this tiny little terrible gym. It was not like a commercial gym or commercial class. And he said, can you fight? And I said, yeah, I've done karate for a few years that I got knocked clean out on my first day, of course. And I guess they expected me to never come back, but I kept coming back. And my coach said to me, look, after about a year, he said, look, I want to put you into a fight. And he took me down to a town called South End on C and my first fight was in kickboxing. My first fight was actually MMA and it must've been a little over a year because I was 18 and I was fighting a 24 year old security doorman. And being a stupid American, I thought pounds and kilos were the same because I weighed in at like 82 pounds. He weighed in at like 90. No, I weighed in at 82 kilos. He weighed in at 90 kilos, which is an 8 kilo difference, which is almost like 20 pounds. And I was like to my coach, is that a big difference? He's like, no, no, don't worry about it. I was like, okay. Thinking back, a 20 pound difference is a big difference in fighting, right? And I got in there and I won. I didn't win necessarily through skill, but I just kept going and I just outgassed him and towards the end, I'm just on top of him, just punched him in the face, right? And now I'm only 18 years old. So from there, my coach was like, okay, you have some potential. And I knew for a long time, it was, I believed it was my only way out because like once again, before the internet and stuff, I'm going to college, I finished college. I don't believe in university because I'm too smart to get in debt for formal education. I'm too smart for that job. So I finished college. I'm working these sales jobs. I was always a good salesman. So I'm working sales jobs. I'm bringing in, you know, 3000, 4000 a month, whatever, but I thought my only way to get rich rich is fighting. I couldn't think of another way to get rich and I didn't fight only to get rich, but I saw light at the end of the tunnel. So that's all I wanted to do was just fight, fight, fight. And so at what point do you go fight for the first world championship? So I fight for my first level world championship on two days notice. So I'm in Slovakia. There was a town. I'm going to tell everyone now on this podcast, I'm going to give the secret away. If you go, if you're bored right now, if you're watching this on the internet, load up Google maps, right? And there's a town called Kosice, K -O -S -I -C -E, and it's on the opposite end of Slovakia to Bratislava. So Bratislava is the capital and then you have Kosice on the other side. It's four and a half hours drive from Bratislava. It's about four hours drive from Warsaw and about four hours drive from Budapest. It's in the middle of nowhere, but all the villages and all the towns, everyone around this little town, every hot girl within about 400 square kilometers lived in this town because there's no, there was nowhere else to go. Right. And they were all there. And when I was going there, this is pre -EU. They didn't have the Euro and me and Tristan used to go there on holiday because we would clean up. And when I say clean up, my brother, and when I say clean up, I don't mean clean up, like you clean up on holiday with some in Mexico. I mean, clean up with tens, like supermodels, it was unbelievable. And a beer is like 30 cents. And we're the only men there who speaks English. So I was in Kishidze and then I got a phone call from Amir saying he has a world title fight in two days. So I was just really drunk at the time. And I was... Amir is my coach, sorry. He was Bosnian Muslim. He fought in the Yugoslav conflict. He got shot six times and didn't die. That's the deal. Right? So he's still like a father to me. And I must've been crazy. I was like, okay, I can't explain, and I want to say this in a way where it's truly understood. When I say I didn't give a shit if I lived or die, I don't mean that in a sad, suicidal way. I mean that in an empowered, charging at the gunfighter. Back then, I didn't think I had anything that really made me really give a shit about living. Not in a doo -doo -doo sad way, just in a, let's go out, in a blaze of glory then. I'm not rich. I don't have nothing. I'm just banging girls in Slovakia with us. Who is this guy? So it was against the French world champion Jean -Luc Benoit was his name. And the opponent pulled out and they needed a guy on two days notice. And I had to lose six kilos, which was around 13 or 14 pounds in two days. Is that easy or hard? That's hard, bro. 13 pounds in two days is a long way to lose. So I just stopped eating, stopped drinking, sitting in saunas, spitting out all the water, just dying. Finally made weight, went to France, fought in 12 rounds. My first ever 12 -round fight as well, fought him. And they gave the decision to him, but I was wrong. I beat him. I beat him. I beat him. I didn't knock him out, but I beat him. Is this one of the four world championships, or this is the fifth? Well, it should be, yeah. But the tape was so convincing, the tape was actually sent off to the ISKA, the fighting organization, and they demanded a rematch. They knew I won, right? But he's France. He's French. He's in France. And fighting has a lot of politics to it. You have to understand, I mean, UFC is UFC, the real big ones. But outside of the smaller ones, it makes more sense for the French promotion of a French champion. They'll sell a lot more tickets and a lot more pay -per -views of the French champion. So basically either you knock him out or it's going to go down. It's kind of like that, right? So they commanded a rematch, and I rematched him seven months later and knocked him out in the eighth, and I became world champion. Okay. Why keep going once you've won? There's always a new mountain to climb. I mean, that's kind of, that's a good question, because that's also kind of the reason I quit. Because it's like, why keep going? Well, there's always someone new to fight, and I'm still not financially where I want to be. And I don't know what else I want to do with my life, so I'll keep going, right? So I fought again. I beat another Frenchman, and then I fought again. And then I beat two Dutch guys to become four -time world champion. But one day I woke up and I was like, is becoming five -time world champion going to improve my life? I mean, I've already got, do I need five belts? How much money do they pay for these fights? 3 ,000 bucks, 2 ,000 bucks. It doesn't even, you need to work on the side. You're giving up all your free time to get punched in the face. Like, it's a terrible decision. Like, I don't know why I decided to do it. But eventually, once I was world champion, I'd get like 100 grand to fight, but I'd give 20 % to my manager. Then the UK, with the UK taxes, 40, 50 % would disappear. And sometimes you only fight twice a year or whatever. I was certainly not rich. I didn't consider myself rich. So you get like 30 to 40 % of what? Yeah. And I didn't consider myself rich. Like, 30, 40 grand chunks, but twice a year, maybe three times a year. I'm living in London. London rents. I need a car. I'm trying to know, like, you're not rich in any way. And that's actually the reason I retired, because I woke up one day and I thought, I'm giving six hours a day of absolute focus and energy to this. And I believe I'm smart enough that if I put that much tenacity into something else, I can be a multimillionaire. I truly believe that. I was like, I've realized now I've reached the pinnacle of kickboxing. My choice is either to change over to MMA, which I was offered to do earlier in my career, but at the time, the kickboxing contract paid more money. I had to pay the bills, so I went kickboxing. Change over to MMA, learn to wrestle, change over to UFC, blah, blah, blah. But this is also like seven, eight years ago, where even the UFC didn't pay the money it pays now. But the UFC still doesn't pay that much money, from what I understand. No, if you're like top five or champion, yeah. But most of the dudes you're going to see there on the prelims, they're getting 10 grand a fight, nine grand a fight. It's nothing, right? So it'd be like starting my career all over again. And at the age of 28, I thought, I don't have the gumption to start again. I've been through hell for this. I've broken my hand eight times. My ribs have been broken. I don't want to do this all over again. So what do you do when you realize that, hey, maybe I don't want to keep fighting? I decide to get rich, Rich. What does that mean to you? When you're sitting there, you're getting 30, $40 ,000 kind of net on a per fight basis. Is rich to you like, hey, I want a couple hundred thousand dollars, a million bucks, 20 million dollars, a billion dollars? I want 30 or 40 ,000 every month. 30 or 40 ,000 every month, so about half a million bucks a year. I thought if I had that much money, I could do whatever I want. Okay. That's what I decided. So what's step one that you do? So step one is, maybe that's how we ended up here together, my friend. Step one is, I decided to be very logical about it, chess player, right? So I was like, I want money.

Bloomberg Radio New York
"ferraris" Discussed on Bloomberg Radio New York
"Pebble beach concourse de Elegance. You've been there a few times. I have never, you've got to go there. And it's like everybody I talk to is like, oh, how can you not go to that? I just haven't really ever had time or been allowed by my boss. But Hannah is like, it's her job. So she joins us now. Also, I think preparing to drive a couple of sweet Aston Martins. Hannah, talk to us first about the concourse de Elegance. And I saw your story about they're building a big barn for some old Ferraris. What's that all about? It's honestly so exciting and cool. I'm really excited. I've got I've gone for many years and this is the most excited I've been for a while about a bunch of old rusted out completely derelict Ferraris that are for sale. RM Sotheby's the auction house built a barn display to recreate the way that these 20 Ferraris were found Florida in after a hurricane. You might remember in 2004 we saw some pictures of a bunch of Ferraris completely demolished after a hurricane. Now we have the Ferraris for sale they've and reappeared they're actually owned by a very eccentric man you might remember named Walter Medlin who's got quite a colorful history back to the or so but these Ferraris are going to go big even though they're all twisted and completely rusted out. Talk to us about the Concours d 'Elegance what is it and who goes there? Tell us about why it's so special in the world of high -end automobiles. Okay well Concours d 'Elegance is a really snooty way to say a car show yeah and what it is is a bunch of really nice very well washed and detailed cars parked on a putting green and and a fairway of a golf And course. on Ocean Avenue in Carmel by the sea. Exactly it's it's actually on the pebble pebble beach car golf course and there is a set amount of cars that are judged of course you know this q -tip white glove type judging but then also throughout the week there are auctions or other car shows you know thousands and thousands of people come there's kind of something for everybody they'll be cautious just for muscle cars or just for Porsches or just for I don't know old trucks from the 70s it's really fun but yes to your point the big climax of the week is Sunday's Concord Delegance the car show on the pebble beach golf course it's yeah just extraordinary I mean this is big business Hannah right I mean I see stories on some of those cars that get bought and sold during the week and particularly on Sunday some huge numbers there's real investment here yeah this is kind of like art collecting in a way we're talking about blue chip collectibles here so the most expensive and rare vehicles in the world are bought owned and displayed certainly the auction houses will see easily over a hundred million dollars in sales just over the weekend all told through a three or four days of auctions but you know you have things that you know be there might two or three of them in the world some of the racing Ferraris of course we remember the 300 SL gull wings and Mercedes the with the doors that raise up like a like a gull wing so really iconic cars is this the most prestigious car of it really certainly in North America maybe in the world you could might say be there a few in Italy that compare but this really is if you want to see blue chip cars and the best of the best and the rarest this is where you go we're showing some of the derelict Ferraris here for those people watching on YouTube or streaming us on Bloomberg .com some of them look like they're in pretty fantastic shape others look like they're about to fall apart from all the but they're still expected even the one that Hannah you know the one that's completely crumpled and doesn't have a roof or maybe even wheels even that is gonna go for hundreds of thousands of dollars yeah you know barn finds are very interesting from things what I hear the guys that I talked to really if you're concerned about money it's better to just buy the car already done these are not especially at this point you know you're not you're gonna spend a lot of money to bring them back maybe even more than you'd spend on a similar car that's already done so it's really at this point it's about the story it's about the journey the people who buy you know these twisted crumpled cars are people who of the painful relationship of what it takes to bring a car back to life let let me ask about a new car and that is the db12 you've already driven the car somewhere but besides America you're also going to get some seat time and a couple of Aston Martins coming up what's the story with this company where it is and what it's producing you know Aston Martin is really Fascinating this year for a number of reasons. We know that they've really struggled with their IPO in 2018 but they've got a very dynamic owner in Lawrence Stroll and of course Aston Martin is doing fantastic in Formula One right now which helps a lot at least from public perception and probably fundraising too of course Lawrence Stroll's son is is a race car driver as well so there's a lot of talk about Aston Martin and then when they bring in the DB12 which is a successor to the DB11 Excellent vehicle they've got the DBX SUV the 707 I think I'll be in during Monterey fantastic SUV I actually think you could cross shop it against the Lamborghini Urus perhaps and you could throw in the Ferrari person what as well if you wanted so they're making really competitive products but also they have really it's been tough you know they faced liquidity issues There's been a lot of financial turnover and turnover executive now we also know that they're tied in with Lucid so there's just lot a going on at Aston Martin it's a really exciting time and I am looking forward to having some time to get the latest. Alright Hannah great stuff enjoy Carmel enjoy Pebble Beach maybe get a little veal at Ilfernail on the corner of Ocean Avenue there and Carmel by the Sea Hannah Ellis staff for writer Bloomberg Businessweek. Matt we've got to get you there dude.

"We are right here in the Bahamas. We are going to make it right. If you can't be a millionaire, would you keep working? The commander is here. What's going on right now? Is California trying to figure out? Don't beat me. Don't make that pop in your butt. Yeah. Oh, I can. Bad news, guys. I just got— Can we do a different background color somewhere in a blue shirt? I don't— And I'm drinking a blue drink. Nobody can see me. Fine. Purple. Purple? Purple? Green? I mean, we're having a good day. Green is good. Green. Let's do it. Let's do it. Okay. That's the show prep you guys miss out on. Guys, what would a big boy crypto, home of the big boy, the largest and greatest crypto community in all of the Interwebs? No channel works harder to keep you in the know about crypto. Someone says, Richard Hart, wannabe boy? Excuse me. Excuse me. I do not have a Burberry bonnet. Do not have a Burberry bonnet. Yet. Yet. It's on the way. We love Burberry. We love bonnets. I can't believe it's not butter. Okay, so, what am I talking about? My name is Bill. We come to you live every single day at 1130 a .m. Eastern Standard Time. Didn't even—big announcement. Didn't even need anybody to do the intro for me. I was here on time. I was ready though. You were ready. Tim boy crypto is always ready. I call him Tiny Tim Crypto. Tiny Tim Crypto. Tiny Tim Crypto. Yeah. Tiny Tim Crypto. So, guys, the purple looked better. People are asking for the purple? Oh, no, it's because it's saying salon. Oh, royalty. Let's go back to purple. They think I'm the king. They tell me I'm the king. Look at that, guys. I'm the king. Here we are. Guys, don't forget to smash that like button. Number one thing you can do as a member of the BitSquad, if you're in BitNation, make sure to smash it. Look at that. Do we put different shirts on this guy all the time? That's smart. I just noticed that today. What about on my monkey? Does he get a different shirt? Yeah, again, if you change the color of the shirt, we're like Madonna. Because, you know, do you know about Madonna? About her bored ape? Do you not know about it? I did not know she did. Do you know about it, Drew? Yes. Okay. Yes. Okay. First of all, what is this doing up here? Mmm. Johnny. The cats are in the office, so. Johnny, hide your trash. Hide your trash. Johnny, come up here and get your trash. Unbelievable. Get your trash, Johnny. Thank you, Johnny. Thank you. God. Monkeys? Okay. Mice? No good. We'll see. We definitely should have put a poll up. How many of you guys, when you use a computer, prefer the trackpad using Apple or a mouse? It's not a reliable poll, because a lot of people are dumb. Trackpad is far superior. When you understand how to use this, like a pro, you cannot do better. You cannot do better. Oh, here. You can't do better than a trackpad when you know how to use it. And when you don't know how to use it, when you're low IQ, you like a mouse. I get it. Technical analysis is borderline impossible using a trackpad. Absolutely not. High level. High level technical. Absolutely not. Kelly, what are your thoughts? Trackpad, mouse, TA. Mouth only. I'm telling you. These people are monsters. They're monsters. They're monsters. That's why I call them Tiny Tim. And that's why, well, Kelly's over there. I don't even call Kelly anything because he's just Kelly. Like I don't even, you know, he's irrelevant to me at this point. No, we love Kelly. He's coming on the show later. So I gotta be nice to him. Hey. What's the poll? Everybody's saying mouse, right click it? Yeah. Guys, it's because you're just not experts with a trackpad. When you understand the expertise of the trackpad, you will definitely move over to it. Now, what were we talking about? Bro, try playing counter. Okay, gaming, I get. I understand gaming. I understand gaming. I will give you that. What were we talking about? I lost my train of thought. Madonna. Madonna. Madonna. We love talking about Madonna. Madonna, thank you. We love talking about Madonna. Madonna Borde. This is so stupid what she did. It's so unbelievably dumb. Okay, so. You remember that NFT video? Oh, I do remember that. Not flashbacks. Let's not show that. Okay. That was terrifying. Yeah. Okay. Here it was. Wait. This is it, I think. I think that's it. Let me click images. Hmm. It's this one. Here it is. Okay, so. Here is the actual. I think this is the actual ape right here. Okay? Do you guys see it? This is the actual ape. Now, you can't really see it. Oh, here we go. You see it right here. Now, notice a couple things about it. Cigarette and background. She changed it. She literally changed her NFT. She got rid of the cigarette because it promotes smoking, and she changed the background. And this is what she put out. Madonna. It's just a scared monkey now. Madonna, that's not your NFT. That's not your NFT. That's not it. You can't change the characteristics of your NFT, and it'll still be the original NFT. Now, you can brand it, and then you could do stuff with the branding of your monkey, but that's not your NFT. I'm sorry, Madonna. I guess when it comes to these NFTs, she's like a virgin. What can I say? Don't cry for me. Don't cry for me. Okay. I can. She needs help. She needs help. Madonna. Madonna needs help. You know, she needs help. We got to say a little prayer. A little prayer. A little prayer for Madonna. It's another Madonna song. I don't know that much about Madonna. Well, it's because you're not like into like worldly things. You're not into worldly things. It's true. You're not a material girl, Tim. I'm not. There we go. Okay. Boom. That was a good one. You got a bit. That was good. That was good. That was good. Where do I come up with this stuff? I don't know. I guess I just, it's because I'm fashionable. I'm in Vogue. Okay. You just can't stop. Guys, I'm a secret. I'm a closet Madonna fan. I'm a closet Madonna fan. Like, I'm not going to rock Madonna on the radio when I'm driving around in the Lambo, but only because I'd be embarrassed. That's fine. I do love Madonna. I'll tell you this. My favorite halftime show of all time next to obviously the number one of all time, nothing touches it. Anybody know what it is? No. Dr. Dre, Snoop, and Eminem. Okay. That, yeah. A lot of people like Prince. A lot of people like Prince. The Prince one goes over there too, but like, I was, Prince, like, you know, purple rain, purple rain, purple rain, because I could have been a singer. Yeah. This purple inspired me. A lot of people like the Prince one, but my favorite halftime show ever was the Madonna one. I really loved the Madonna one. Actually. I really did like it. It was great. The Who. I don't know about the Who. I don't know about the Who. Let's see what other people. Don't Cry For Me Argentina. Yeah. I really liked that one. That wardrobe malfunction one was fun. Oh, the JT and Janet. Was that planned? It was planned, obviously. Obviously it was planned. She had a thing on. Yeah. Obviously it was planned. It was intense. Oh. Hey, my wife is here. Hang on. Hon, Ria is here. That's Ria. Ria's here. I just made an introduction from behind the camera, in front of the camera. It was amazing. Okay. All right. So, guys, let's get going on the show. Should we do the show today? We should do some form of a show. But before we do the show, if that buzzer ever stops working, I need one from my desk too. Okay. Can we get a new one? Probably. Where's my guy who made that one? A lot of people like Bruno Mars. Bruno Mars one was okay. Pregnant Rihanna. Not because she was pregnant, but I'm just not a Rihanna fan. I've never really been in love with Rihanna. I don't know why people are so. It's a strange show. Yeah. People like Snoop Cat. Snoop Cat. Snoop Cat? You do halftime show after 9 -11. What was that? Was it Bruce Springsteen probably or something? I don't remember that one. I'll look it up. Shakira. Shakira was pretty good. I like Shakira. I think the worst one was probably where they had Britney Spears, NSYNC, I think Aerosmith may have been involved in there. They had like Nelly was there. They liked too much. It was too much one year. Looks like U2 did the one after 9 -11. U2. Okay. U2. Well, I don't like U2. Okay. I've been in a few Super Bowls. So I saw the Snoop one. I was there for that one. And then how many Super Bowls have I been to? Two? Or no, I've been to three because I went to the one I forgot about, Falcon Super Bowl. Lady Gaga was a halftime show of that. So that's a great question, TC. That's a great question. I don't know what to do about that. I don't know what to do about that. Well, I think we were going to go to Berlin and say, we need to talk about this today. We're going to talk about all this today. Okay. People are asking. People are wanting me to come to Germany. Finally, The Rock has come back to Germany. The other one I saw was The Weeknd, The Weeknd, which the halftime show, The Weeknd halftime show was meh. The real life concert of The Weeknd was awesome. So there we go. Win Winnipeg? You want to do this, Winnipeg? Winnipeg, you want to do this? Winnipeg, do you want to do this right now? Look, Winnipeg. People in Winnipeg are great. Love Winnipeg people. Love, love people from Winnipeg. So great. Y 'all stole our freaking hockey team. I'm sorry. I'm not coming. Y 'all stole our hockey team. And what have you done with it? What have you done with it, Winnipeg? Yeah. Y 'all got Winnipeg. We got Winnipeg. Here. That's how it felt. You took our team. Did the Atlanta team move to Winnipeg? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Several years ago. You know what killed our hockey team was Danny Heatley. Danny Heatley was on the cover of NHL like 2001, whatever year it was. He was supposed to be the greatest hockey, the next Wayne Gretzky, and he came here, and he came here in Atlanta. He was a rookie, I think, or a second year maybe, and he was drunk, driving I believe it was a Ferrari and crashed and killed the guy in the passenger seat, which was another guy on the hockey team, and then we had to ship him out of here. So that was the beginning of the downfall of Atlanta. Very sad story. And, no, we had the Flames earlier in the 70s. I wouldn't lie for that. I don't know. But we love the Thrashers. Thrashers were great. But we miss them. Cobalt Chuck, you stole him from us. Saints Falcons meet up in New Orleans. We'll see. I like going to New Orleans. So, here's, here, we made this incredible video, incredible video. Where is it? Here it is. Well, let's go to the, let's go to videos here.

Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
A highlight from GO THROUGH PAIN - Andrew Tate Motivational Speech
"I think the universe is absolutely and utterly giving. I've never seen anybody dedicate themselves to something completely and fail. I've never seen somebody eat right, go to the gym every day, train really hard, and not be in good shape. I've literally never seen it. The universe is extremely giving. If you actually try, and you actually want it, and you're actually not making excuses, lying, talking shit, you're going to get what you want. So when I see people who don't have what they want, I consider them losers. And this may be elitist. I understand that. But if I put myself through endless pain to end up where I am, it's very hard for me to have sympathy on the man who's afraid of pain. You're avoiding pain. I've been through endless. I now have everything I've ever desired. You have none of the things you desire. Am I supposed to feel sorry for you because you took the easy way out? Am I supposed to look at you and go, oh, poor dude? No, you were a coward. You didn't go through the shit I went through. You didn't put it on the line. So you deserve your substandard reality. That's what you deserve. You're a loser. Because if you actually wanted it and you actually tried, you'd have it. You could have anything you want. Universe is super giving. You want a fucking Ferrari? You can have it. You want that bitch? You can have her. You can have anything you want on the planet. There's not a girl I look at that I want that I can't have. Not one. That's my reality. There's not a car I can't have. There's not a house I can't buy. I want to go to a yacht. I want to go to Antarctica. There's nothing I can't have. Because I've decided to become this man. It's the same for absolutely every single one of you at home. If you want it, you can have it. If you're sitting there saying, oh, but I tried my best and I still didn't get it. You're lying. You didn't try your best. That is a fucking lie. The universe gives it to everybody who genuinely tries. And I know that to be a fact because this world's competitive. We're all competing against each other. And the majority of people don't try. Like, I've achieved this amazing life and I've tried very, very hard. But it could have been harder.

"One in a different context. I think this helps. And you know, it's not a man that is Ferrari or nothing. He has a lot of other programs that he can run outside Ferrari. He's a man that comes from the base that built his success step by step starting from the junior categories, building a team that did not exist just with this job. And I don't think it's looking for visibility. It's looking for kind of a personal success. And I don't think, honestly, I was watching him today. He doesn't look under pressure. I think that is the secret. He knows what means to be sit to stay in that city Ferrari. Everybody knows but I think Fred in particular in those what means. He thinks a lot before saying yes to Ferrari. So I think he's he knows what to expect from this new professional ranger. So I'm very optimistic about the possibility that he will guarantee in additional value to the team, probably the last step that the team needs to come back on top of that. An unchanged driver lineup this year. You could argue one of the strongest some would say, the strongest driver pairing when you put the two drivers together, although Hamilton and Russell also a good pairing, but Charles and Carlos just a brilliant driver combination together. What do you think they've got to do? This year to bring a title back to I know that you asked me, they are going to fight or not. If I was Fred, I was hoping to have this problem because when the car is slow, normally the relationship between drivers are very good because they are trying to push together in order to consent that the team to improve. But when the car is competitive, that starts to be the atmosphere in the box start to be more electric, you know, the relationship. I remember you and the Nico Rosberg were the best friend in 2013. Because the car was not fighting for the championship. They did 2014. They started the war in the top box because they knew they had the car for the championship. So I hope that we have this problem for radio at the moment because it means that the car will be will be good. But in terms of I think Fred, as I said before, he has a very long not very long experience in Formula One, but very long experience in terms of drivers. I think he personally worked with probably 50 60% of the drivers that actually are the F one grid in the junior category, of course. So you know software approach the guy is now able to manage the guys. And optimistic that this is this will not be a problem for flare. And if it will be, it means that the car will be very, very fast mobility. It's very dominating. So from one side you can say, oh, there is a problem for the other side. You know that you don't have a lot of other kind of problems. Well, Ferrari's title challenge last year, undone at times by both reliability and strategy on the pit wall. Did you raise that subject today? What a Ferrari going to do about making sure that they eliminate those problems. But I think rehabilitation was one of the topics for last summer. Everybody knew in maranello that was a problem daily news a little bit the power last year. In order to have a decent mileage. But this year I'm expecting a very good response from the power unit because they have the time at the moment they use it on the dino and the result were very good. So I'm expecting the powerful the power will be increased because finally the power unit has a good rehabilitation. You can fix the power that originally had this engine. About the strategy Fred Vasser said that it's not it's not sure it's a question of men can be softer it can be the architecture of the team that is working on this topic. So he wants to understand, first of all, he doesn't want to fight anyone just first of all is to understand. I think they are being they are going to simplify a little bit the chain that all these processes in the past probably was too much complicated too much people was talking on the radio at the same time and that created a little bit of confusion and the key moment of the race. So probably after Bahrain will be more clear what if they what they have done on this topic but it's one year that they know they have this problem. So I'm expected they found the solution. Before you go, final question, what kind of season do you think Ferrari has ahead of them? They had only one target. They must be title contender. Hopefully until the last race that is the target, if you finish second last year, you can only try to win the championship. It's time, of course, I'm expecting a very, very strong Red Bull. Everybody knows that Red Bull will be the favorite at the start of the season, but at the same time I think that Ferrari has everything to try to contain this championship until the last race. I don't see any critical point in the past. We said, oh, the gap was good, the engine compared to Mercedes is not so strong. We see at the package looks good. They just need to fix three four areas. But as we said, they knew at least in the last 9 months, the kind of proper they have. So they had time to try to fix this problem. I should be surprised if Ferrari would be not a title contender. Of course, it's not easy to be treadmill, probably may say this would be part of the game, but I'm not expecting that Ferrari like last year that they don't win any races in the second part of the season. Well, thank you, Roberto. Thank you for listening to the podcast today as well. Hopefully you are liking our launch series of podcasts here on the

"Team boss Frederick Vassar and to have a look at the car in action and I caught up with him for our YouTube channel and here is our chat. First of all, I asked him what he thought of the SF 23. Marty, first of all, Israel. That's good news. Considering that we have seen old car with the new library digital picture and fake cars, the chance to see a new car is the news now. About this Saturday 23, I think Fred was the right words evolution and not revolution. I think it's not a 2022 season confirmed that Ferrari was on the right path. But the package was not complete. And now the target piece is this new car is to solve the critical point of last year. That means the ability that miss power unit that inspire management and consistent program of upgrade during the season. So I'm not surprised, honestly, to see a car that the first contact is not too much different than last year one. Ferrari a sub 33 has more down force than what we know already now compared to the last step of F one 65. 75 and despite the limit of the new rule. So I think it's quite optimistic Ferrari and I think that there are all the motivation the drivers and Vassar said to think that Ferrari will be a title contender. You are there, they've got fans, they've got a grandstand, they've produced it with a brilliant live stream, the cars on track. This was a proper car launch, and then we don't have favorites here at auto sport. We report on the news, but I gotta say it's coming really close to this being my favorite car launch. I've seen not just this year. It was a brilliant to watch. What's it like for you being? I think what's fantastic. The question is, why if variety did not use this location in the last years, the years before, because this is where Ferrari's working every day and this fantastic honestly is unique because you have the car factory. You have a Microsoft very close to micro Schumacher square and so Ferrari hold the house very use it just for watching the test if you're the track ECR. So it's a mix of all that atmosphere all time atmosphere and new cars. We appreciate a lot, I did not remember personally a launch of a car where the first picture was the current track. And everybody appreciated that. I think also the drivers because they talks after the test, of course, just three, four laps. But enough for check with the car was okay. And tomorrow here, if you're under the car will be already on track. And for a filming day, so tomorrow they have, I think, one of the kilometers, 50 each and will be a little bit more similar to a real test. So it seems that they've bolted on some parts that they're not trying to hide too much at this stage of the season. The Internet kind of broke a little bit when we saw that front wing, those suspension changes, some aero changes as well. They're not just repainting last year's car. This is a proper car launch, and now it's already on track. But can you tell us a little bit more detail about what's so innovative about the front wing, how that leads on to the suspension and the aero further back as well. The front wing is the part that has a slot gap separates very similar to one's Mercedes and before set to remove last year. And so Wi-Fi is trying to propagate a little bit for other people. I don't know other tips. I suspect they had some conversation with the PIA and probably in the end they out to rise that solution because if not, should be surprised for us to see something similar that is not forbidden. It's not consent by. I think that the front suspension modify I think are very close to the problem the problem there is that the car last year and the patient in the second part of the season did not manage very well the tide. So they need to modify a little bit the geometry of the suspension is one of the target that Ferrari has this year. Remember one is, of course, the power unit the ability, but also the tireless management is one of the topics and threat for sale underline a lot to do. So I think there are a lot of small but important news inside the car. There's something that we can not see. I think the car is lighter. There was in terms of weight reduction, a program during the last month in maranello so I'm expecting the car will be lighter than last year. And then we'll see what we'll see. I'm expecting not a very different part of this one. Well, this car in many ways has a lot of Mattia bonato in it, but the team principal at Ferrari is Frederick Vassar. You've spoken to him today. What are his objectives for the team? And how do you think he'll deal with the pressure that is Ferrari? I think is the right man in the right place. It's not young guy. He has a longer experience in motor sport, not only Formula One in a different context. I think this helps. And you know, it's not a man that is Ferrari or nothing. He has

"Pit. And they made that decision way too late. I don't know what they were thinking, how they benefited there. It felt like Ferrari threw away third place, frankly. And they might not have been able to finish here's the thing. They had a 5 second penalty. So they would have had to either finish the race and then lose 5 seconds and deal with the consequences. But I think it's very possible that they finished the race and because George Russell Sergio Pérez were behind Carlos Sainz at that point, they would have been battling for fourth, the battle would have slowed them down a lot. It's very possible Carlos Sainz could have finished 5 seconds ahead of both of them. They've got the information I don't, but it felt like they just threw away a third place finish and I thought Carlos Sainz could have pulled away from both of them and it was just very weird all around. And it makes me think like something's got to be wrong at Ferrari right now. They are terrible. At the small details. And I believe it's a leadership problem. It falls on matia bonato, the team principal, either the culture is toxic there, and everyone is tense out of fear and afraid to screw up, or genuinely, maybe Ferrari just doesn't know how to handle the small details because when Charlotte Claire crashed, it felt like the whole team ten step, which to me is more likely it's a toxic culture where everyone's feeling the pressure because right after Charlotte Claire crashed, suddenly they gave Carlos signs an unsafe release. There was poor communication. They couldn't make a decision. I think the pressure is getting to them to the team to everyone and you can't just say, you know, we're Ferrari, we don't make these kinds of mistakes. It's like, well, you are. You've had engine problems. You've had all kinds of lack of details and I just lose respect for Ferrari more and more with every race. And it's baffling to me that Ferrari can not avoid to keep shooting themselves. They can't stop shooting themselves in the foot. I don't know what's going on with them, but it shameful, it's bad. They have a car that's worthy of being first and Formula One. And looks like hopes of winning any kind of world title this year are just being thrown away with every race. We got ten races left and I've got no confidence they can make up the gap to Red Bull and Max Verstappen at this point. And then it can happen.

"To change my mind as I get older, but I just know that myself, I've got kind of an addictive personality. My immediate thought was, well, why not put a $100 down then? Right? Because then you make 4000. I mean, so I would just be, I just know that I don't trust myself to gamble. I would probably lose too much money and be stupid and aggressive and think I'm right and so I just don't even go there at all. I don't allow myself in that world. I don't take sponsorships from that world. I just stay away from gambling completely. And I don't know, but I got a text from my buddy yesterday was like, hey, I was talking to someone at FanDuel the other day about you and they said you know, they were frustrated by a little bit, because you don't take any gambling sponsorships. And I was like, yep, and I just don't feel comfortable with that. I've turned down a lot of money in my career, and my dad is like, dude, take the money, be a mercenary, and I just, I don't, I don't want to do that. I don't want to, I don't want to promote something that I think would be bad for me. So if I don't use it myself, I'm not promoting that on my show. So I stay away from gambling and it's pretty weird because they're the biggest sponsor in the sports world, right? Like everybody has a gambling sponsorship on their show. And I can sleep at night. I try to stay away from it. I think it's bad for me. If it's bad for me, I'm not promoting it to anyone else ever. So I hope people respect that. And I don't think I'm weird. I mean, I am weird, but whatever. Okay, let's end the show with this today. Sorry, if you had to put a warning in, so I'm going to go back and make a cut here. I'm going to talk about Formula One now for the rest of the show. If you don't like Formula One and you've had a good time, hey, I appreciate it. Have a great day. If you're here for Formula One, we're going to talk for about 5 minutes about the French Grand Prix and then in the show. So if you're gone, I love you. Thank you. "Really good quote endorsing Mitchell trubisky as a steeler said sealer's starting quarterback. Here is what I'm going to read to the full quote on the Berg news. Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Mitchell to basically received a big endorsement from his teammate and defensive lineman Cameron Hayward in his bid to be the teams to be the team's starting quarterback in 2022. Here's what cam Edwards said. It starts with Mitch. Mitch, we brought him in in free agency. The thing is we have to remember about Mitch is he's coming from a situation in Chicago where they didn't really give him anything. And he still made it to the playoffs. Everything people like to say, you know, Mitch did this wrong. Mitch did that wrong man. Mitch did a lot of things right. Hopefully we have a better team around him and we're going to support him. Right now he's our number one quarterback. So cam Hayward supported Mitchell trubisky as the Steelers starting quarterback. And I, you know, I think in an NFL locker room, guys really, really respect a veteran quarterback. Somebody's been there before. And someone who has experience that they feel like they can trust. So I think there's no hurry for can you pick it to be the starting quarterback in Pittsburgh. I would make him earn it if I was the Steelers. I think if it's close, I probably would go with Kenny Pickett, but there's a complication there, which is that if it's close but trubisky is actually better, you might have to go with a better quarterback trubisky because if you don't, you're going to lose the other players in the locker room who are trying to win and fighting for their lives and trying to, you know, it's the worst thing you can do is play a quarterback that the locker room isn't behind. And if the locker room is behind Mitchell trubisky and he released a better guy, then that's who you got to play early on in the season until Kenny Pickett is eventually ready. All right, we got two topics left today. It's been a long show, kind of a, I don't know. How have you liked it? I've been having a good time. For some reason, this one, like I said, this episode more than any other.

"And I think I'm going to go to the All-Star Game next year if that's possible. You know, the Mariners, the Seattle Mariners are making me care about baseball and care about them. You know, I am preparing to have heartbreak, the Mariners have been doing pretty well this year, the Seattle Mariners. I rant about them all the time. But I love their center Fielder Julio Rodriguez. He's a stud. He almost won the home run Derby. He actually hit the most home runs during the actual home run Derby. He hit 81 home runs. Juan Soto hit 53, but one side or technically won the home run Derby, which is like, whatever, that's weird and dumb. To hit 81 home runs, more than anyone else and lose the home run Derby. Kind of kind of weird how it's structured, but whatever. And I've made peace with the fact that Julie Rodriguez at some point is going to leave probably the Mariners for a bigger contract the same way Alex Rodriguez did. I mean, it's only a matter of time before you see Julie Rodriguez playing for the Red Sox or the Yankees or someone else who's got a ton of money. It's not going to be the Mariners forever, but I'm trying to let myself enjoy watching him because he's so much fun. He's so cool to watch and what an awesome player who's had a really good effect on the Mariners, I believe, and I love seeing the guy play at the All-Star Game and there was that moment where he, you know, the pitcher, he gets the last out Hulu Rodriguez does. He almost throws in the stands and the pitcher is like, no, I need that ball Julio. Don't throw the ball hole like I can't get enough of Hulu Rodriguez. I like everyone want to see what the guy. He's awesome. And like I said, I have made peace with the fact that I'm sure at some point he's going to leave and go, but you know what? I love watching him play for the Mariners. Screenshot number 19, former USFL generals quarterback Luis Perez. He's signing with LA rams. I love love love Luis Perez. I've talked about him for years. "The story of his career and how what's happened to him and he was drafted in the first round to be a franchise quarterback. Then replaced after one year by Kyler Murray, who just signed the second biggest contract in the NFL. Kyler Murray's been a massive hit in Arizona. Josh rose and is now on his 5th NFL team basically. In Cleveland and oh man, I just wish good things for Josh Rosen and I don't know if it's humility. I don't know if he doesn't love the game. I don't know if it's all of it, but something hasn't worked for him and I'm surprised by that because I really thought that whether it was Tampa or Atlanta or Miami, I thought every step of the way I thought this is the time he's finding in the show he deserves it and belongs and find a spot and the fact that somehow still Josh Rosen hasn't found a home in the NFL is surprising and weird and disappointing because he's a guy who clearly had a lot of talent coming out of college. All right, more helmets. This is my favorite set of helmets in the NFL. The Bengals have announced these white alternate helmets, which are the same classy Bengals helmets but instead they're white instead of orange on top and oh my goodness, it's beautiful. I can almost buy one of these and put them on a shelf somewhere. I really, really, I think they're going to sell them. I mean, that would be, this is the kind of helmet that I think is, if you're going to make alternate helmets, this is what you do. Everybody's making these black helmets, the jets, the eagles, but I like in teams do something truly alternative and truly alternative. I said that weird. But a black helmet is cool. I'm all for it, but I would prefer even more creativity and what the Bengals have done with their white helmet really creative. I love that. The eagles also got black helmets. It's fine. It's a trend. Everybody's got black helmets this year. The eagles have a black helmet, they're gonna wear the jets of a black helmet. I think a jets black helmets even better, they're gonna wear them against a page where it's the bears and the Jaguars. I like the all black uniform, so any team that wears all black uniforms, I'm all for it. Again, I think it's really cool and I like it. But again, black is a bit unoriginal and I don't know. I like the more creative stuff. But again, I think the jets black helmet looks better than the eagles black helmet. I think something about the Carolina blue or the jets gang green. Like I like that green or that alternate color that stands off the black. I think it's really cool. The bears got orange helmets, they're gonna wear some alternate orange jerseys. I like the orange helmets, I'm all for that. I don't know that the white pants look very good with the orange helmet, the orange Jersey. I would rather see them wear orange helmet, orange, Jersey, and like,

"Is Kirk top ten top 15? I don't care. I really don't care about the distinction. You're kind of splitting hairs there. I got one problem with Kirk Cousins. We'll talk about in a second. However, I'm so excited to watch Kirk Cousins in a new offense this year. Kevin O'Connell is head coach. He's a former quarterback who worked with Sean mcvay. And I look at this newest situation with Kevin O'Connell and the next couple of years ahead for Kirk. This is the best opportunity Kirk Cousins is ever going to get in his career. Where I think he could produce similar to Matt Ryan's MVP season with Kyle Shanahan calling the place. He's got Dalvin cook at running back. Receiver Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen out wide. They're both awesome. And Mike Zimmer was not a quarterback friendly coach. He's a defensive guy that saw offense as a, you know, Mike, the offense as an obstacle rather than a weapon. He's a defensive guy who just, we want to run the ball and protect the football and he wasn't aggressive and entrusted the quarterback. He didn't want them to throw the ball very much. Was it about Kirk? Maybe. I think Mike Zimmer wouldn't have really liked any quarterback he's had because he doesn't trust quarterbacks at all. So like I said, that's my opinion and impression is that Kirk is poised to potentially have the best year of his career this year. And I'm really happy because it's been a long time since Kirk was really put in a position to be massively successful. The coach you believed in him and built an offense to fit him and let him let him kind of shine. Although I will say this, man, here's my problem with Kirk Cousins. Other than the fact that Kirk Cousins is a really clunky name and hard to say. The problem is that I think he gets really tense and nervous in big moments. I look back to the moment where he kneeled at once and set a spiked it. And you think about, you know, I think it was the bears game last year with a really bad pick 6. I mean, there are moments where was it last year was a two years ago, I don't know, there are moments where optically Kirk Cousins struggles in big moments and I think it's because he gets really excited and pent up and nervous and doesn't know how to manage those nerves very well. I think he probably needs to talk to a sports psychologist who would help him a lot.

Michael Jordan had more 40 plus point games than games where he scored less than 20 points. Let me say that one more time. There are more games in Michael Jordan's career where he scored more than 40 points or more. Then there are games where he scored less than 20 points. He was putting it out there every single night just dominating, scoring points. The points left and right go and crazy. And man, I wish I could have seen Michael Jordan play in his prime. I really would love to see that I was not alive during that time of his career. And I'd love to see the guy play today. I really, you know, I'd love to see Michael Jordan in a different era of basketball play. I'd love to see people like LeBron James go back and play in the older generations with different rules. I mean, that's the thing with basketball that everyone gets caught up in the go debate. This guy is the greatest of all time and no, it's this guy. I know it's this guy. It's like, well, Noah, you know, there are so many different eras and generations of basketball that I don't I have a hard time comparing them all across. I certainly don't blame anybody who says that Michael Jordan is the greatest of all time. I think it's fair enough, happy to let you believe that. I don't really know what I believe. I just kind of go back to, I like all of them equally and I really appreciate every great player from every generation that try to equally. Acute pro my lucid leukemia. I think it got that right pro mile acidic. APL, which is the most curable form of leukemia. I am currently receiving great medical care and made good spirits and I expect to make a recovery at a later point in time. As a result of this diagnosis, I will likely not be playing football this year. My main focus will be on my health and recovery. advance for your support and well wishes. I can not wait to come back stronger than ever. God, bless. I wasn't sad. From what I know from what I understand, I guess, is that leukemia is a form of cancer. It's blood cancer basically. And football aside for a second, I hope John metchie comes out okay. That's, it sounds like he's got confidence. They say it's the most curable form, which is pretty cool. But I wouldn't want to have leukemia. Like I just, I feel really bad for the guy. That's a horrible thing to have to deal with at that young of an age and at any age, brilliant. How do you say that? It's awful. So I hope that John met comes out okay. In case you don't know, I think a football and how does it affect the Houston Texans? Remember, John metchie was a second round pick by the Houston Texans. He was a star receiver at Alabama. And I'm kind of sad here because I was excited to watch the guy play in Houston. I thought he was a good draft pick, him and Davis mills would have been fun to watch. And just unfortunate, you know, I really hope that I hope he lives, hope he makes it through okay. It sounds like they're overwhelmingly positive, which is good. You're the most curable sounds like a good thing. I don't know anything about it, really. But there's potential here for a really cool story. Can you imagine if he comes back from leukemia and becomes like a really great NFL receiver? I mean, that would be a wild story that would be really impressive. So I don't know, John metchie, I'm thinking about the guy. I hope he does well. He'll be, he's doing okay. "But it'll be really fun. This contract in particular, when Josh Allen signed a big contract and went, that makes sense. I love that. When Patrick Mahomes got a big contract, I said, yep, he's earned it. I don't know that Kyler Murray has earned it just yet. As time goes on, he very well may earn the contract. He might earn the amount of money he's getting paid, but right now I go, that's an absurd amount of money to pay a guy that has never won a playoff game and in fact, in the one playoff game he played and looked horrendous and looked like a terrible leader and wilted. So I just think it's a weird amount of money to pay to a guy who has an accomplished enough in the NFL to deserve that much money. And like I said, this is the whole theme of my topic on this is that my angle, time will tell. As time goes on, we will learn very quickly whether he earned it or not, and it'll be really fun to look back on and 5 to 7 years. All right, we've got a question on Patreon from zachariah. "The Arizona Cardinals through the 2028 season, he'll be 31 years old by then. Also, Kyler Murray is now the second highest paid quarterback by average yearly earnings. He's making on average $46.1 million a year. Now look, I do not mind Arizona giving Kyler Murray a big contract. In fact, I'm happy for the guy, like ran himself. I'm like, wow, he just got paid generational wealth. That's cool. That's exciting. I think you could argue he's already made life-changing money, but now it's like a whole nother level. Holy crap, his children's children are not going to have to work. It's incredible. And I ask you, for anyone, I myself am very skeptical of this contract. I go right really? Kyler Murray, that much money like I'm even in that boat, but I want to counter even my own thinking and say, well, let's pause and ask. You know, what are the Arizona Cardinals without Kyler Murray? And how easy is he to replace? I mean, look, there are some exciting quarterbacks in college football right now. But there's just not a lot of Kyler Murray's running around the league and I will say I don't think he's earned this contract yet. I think based on what he's done in his three years as an NFL quarterback. I don't see a guy who's worth $230.5 million. That seems absurd. However, as the years go on, he might eventually earn that money. He's super talented. I think he's one of the more talented quarterbacks in the NFL with his ability to run around. He's got a massive arm, but I just, I have a hard time going, yeah, this guy, Kyler. He should be the second highest paid quarterback by yearly average in the NFL. I just don't, I have a hard time feeling that way. What's going to be really interesting is in 5 to 7 years when we look back on this contract, are we going to go um, you know, they overpaid Kyler Murray, or are we going to say, okay, that makes sense. Is it kind of like when Baltimore paid Joe Flacco at massive contract? I mean, that one didn't work out at all. So we'll see. I'm really excited as time goes on to see how kyla Murray plays to see what Arizona does. And they kind of determine whether or not he ends up earning the money he's getting paid. You know, I will say, Kyler Murray's playoff loss to the rams in January. I think it was in January. It was really embarrassing. He appeared to lack leadership and he kind of wilted in a really big moment when you need your quarterback to show up. It would be really, really hard for me to give a guy I watched do that, not have leadership and really not show up in the biggest moment of the year. To give that guy $230.5 million. That feels a bit absurd, feels a bit hard for me. I'm trying to remember that it's a different NFL now and there's more money than ever before. Every quarterback from here on out that gets paid is going to be making more money than you can even imagine. It's just a different era of the NFL, but I'm still having a hard time accepting that.

Catchpole is on the smoke tire. Podcast drove the bmw m. Three competitions go a little more indepth from our video into that. And what else do we do. Zack your questions. And i ride the harley davidson panamerican motorcycles so we talk about the cool adaptive suspension. And what a nice bit of hardware that is crew show on tire. Podcast gotta say suzanne. How's everybody out there. I you guys are Doing well beverly having a good Week sess- whatever's happening out there zach. I drove Things On monday we were up in the canyons with That that Put us z. Bro i went to pt yesterday. And there's a brazilian guy there and he was like bro. I heard you how to the brazilian color. 'em three for real. Yeah he was like the fucking shit he was really into it. And i was like of course you're into it like you are brazilian. I mean they also red and blue corvettes different you so we went to houston and you saw f. one fifty with an american flag deliveries would be like ye fucking hough right same kind of thing. It's green man. It's it's very green. Here's the sf ninety driving by Yes and people were people in the comments. Sf ninety video. Didn't like that. You had the m three as a foreground elements. And i was like that's cool. It's about it. It's called hinting at our next video. It's called pro or shadow other video. Yeah exactly it was a one hundred percent intentional go when you were being reviewing that blogging. That's coming out. Yeah the the Tribes a lot better than it looks does does. It's very agile. I mean it's you know quick rack but the steering the steering is better than the non m cars and there's a huge difference. I think people if you look like an m three forty. It's fast and it handles pretty well but the steering wheel is not there and this isn't super communicative but at least it's like there's no slack the wheel it's very the nose moves when you move the wheel really quickly and it just feels like you just. You can just steer the car. It's going where you wanna go And the resistance is right. It's not too heavy. It's not artificially heavy and then it's not to light. Well we had it on the set to sport. There's a sports setting so so. I don't know whether sport is artificially or comfort is artificially light or the truth is somewhere in the middle. Well they're all artificial to artificial. I think the camaro for me is the biggest offender in make it super heavy. Make it like you're trying to open a door. And the titanic sinking. That's how difficult these being. It always small small small speed things up a little bit a little bit. I mean everyone now is using eps. But it's clear that some you know tune it better than others. So that's how we judge that that's how we judge the car's we judge we. Oh well this is not as good as the porsche. Eps or there's still the best. I think i think so. Yeah i i agree. Still best indicated and across a variety of products to. It's not just like like. Ferraris is really good too. But like you know it's It's it's a pretty focused product range. It's not like i've got a ferrari. Suv yet to judge And mclaren still uses hydraulic. Yeah there's cocoa about yeah. Yeah i wouldn't. If i was mclaren i wouldn't change her steering either. Gt hydraulic as well. I think it is it is. Yeah yeah it's good too but But anyway so. What are we with this three. It's skip the seats. The thirty eight hundred dollar super buckets. Cool they look cool. They look cool they do. Look if if if you if there's a eventually a super you know whatever they had the gts last time wildly overpriced track day special on if they do at gts in the new one and you got those seats that would make some sense but as a sedan as as kazan threes. Like daily driver. It's not needy. Don't buy them three as your special weekend car. That would be dumb. Don't do that. You buy them three daily driver. That's nice and that's those are not the right seats. These are the. Gts's those are the just wanna go shopping. Sorry for those listening like the seats. These are oem gts's picture and it's fixed back carbon bucket. I mean it looks basically like an aftermarket ricardo or spark racy. It's got holes for Harnesses other fifteen thousand dollars. You see that right there at the price. i think. that's what you're getting with. The the m three calm seats are really cool. Can they hold you really well. If you're the m three com seats switched started jay. Hairdresser you are correct like these these. Gts seats are super hardcore. As are the ones in the in three comp the ones in the m three comp are almost worse. they're not almost worse. because they're adjustable. Because you can you can.

"But for now the rain still being quoted in any dc three hundred and sixty five miles and two hundred and seventy one miles for the two different battery sizes again a very big car full of technology over the chinese market. And i'm guessing it's probably going to sell rather well that next. We'll talk about tesla dropping lawsuit against a former employee. This is really interesting too big on this. Because it's kind of internal politics. But the chinese av make expon announced. The tesla dropped their lawsuit against one of its former employees. Now the suit was fest followed in twenty nine teen with the northern california. Us district court for theft of ip intellectual property related to autopilot all the autonomous driving systems. That tesla uses not specifically also pilot which the product name they use a former employee. Left tesla went to x. pong and hides Uploaded some files to that personal cloud rather than i gather a work system And also after they resigned. Have a work laptop for A period of time and over the past couple of years. They've been allegations. It'd be for cafeterias a lawsuit. I want Not the receiving end of either of that so But over the last couple of years they'd been allegations that x. peng had somehow stolen tesla autopilot and of course as soon as as soon as elon. Musk weighed in on any topic. Not just this but I can't recall the exact tweets that he says what misquote him The tesla fan base piling is obviously. They must have stolen everything expert expert said. Look you need to follow up on the suits and do something about it. They never made the actual coal company policy to the lawsuit. I need to the individual and there's been a two years of Of extensive work going on and from what i can gather zero substantial evidence to support any allegation or in new endo aimed at the chinese company that full. The suit has been completely dropped. And that's an important thing because we don't want to be talking about things like ip when it comes to chinese companies. It's pretty hot topic. And if you invent something you wanna make sure the credit for it and someone isn't doing anything they shouldn't be and in this case nobody did next. I'll talk about neo presenting the next generation battery swap station chinese evening. Make a neo as unveiled the next gen a battery shopping station You can do three hundred and twelve battery swaps a diet. Which is amazing isn't it. Of course he won't go. It won't suit everywhere in every part of the world. But there's certainly bits of china where battery swapping is really useful. And there's so many benefits to as well like you just pull up an encyc- six or seven minutes. You have a fully charged battery The the batteries wants out of your car can be charged slowly not. Dc repechage is good for health. They can be checked all the cells Checks the battery going into your car is is good. The battery is owned by. Uc's paying a small amount per month to lisa the battery and of course the dimensions. The external dimensions of the same size says battery technologies improved to the battery packs of actually got bigger in capacity. Lots of reasons why it works for them and their doesn't work everywhere is business model But really fascinating. The the they continue to improve. There's those battery swap stations where they done automatically. There's two hundred thirty two hundred and thirty nine cents. I think in each station. And it's a completely kind of self service battery swap you pull in. It's one click and you stay in your car and the system like i say three hundred and twelve battery swaps in a in a in a day. That's really efficient way of of of getting new energy in your even if you can't charge home okay. So the opportunity charging next. We'll talk about bmw. And the x. the i three. I should say which is their electric version of the x three The fos- charging analysis has been done the first version of the x three with its let me get eighty kilowatt hour battery on wwl. Cpi does they give a range to eighty two to eighty five miles as four fifty. Four fifty eight kilometers bmw says that charging to eighty percent takes thirty four minutes now the charging network fast net. A love this. They tend to release charts of what they've seen from people plugging in cars to that charging work. I love it. They share a lot of data the bmw. I extremely strong at one. Hundred and fifty seven kilowatt charge speed. That's really good. Then he steps down in increments rather than being a slow curve as the battery fills up. The speed goes down in terms of the charge. There's big steps which is not how the cell chemistry of of the battery works Cells have a sudden step downing In in power they can take the battery management system. They're doing what is right in the engine in their engineers opinion full maximum efficiency longevity and and charging speed and all kind of things so multiple steps down rather than one nice curve is about tree as the battery Ending about fifty kilowatts might be undoing. Eighty to ninety five percent which you can still really really quick big buffer going on with the x three really interesting to see i thank you for sharing the data and that is your news for today right question of the week. We were talking about on question of the week whether you think av companies need a high profile figure ahead in order to attract attention. Lee brown in scotland says elon. Musk is the master of pr. And that's where tesla don't need a press departments without a loan. The speed of transition to evs and clean energy wouldn't be as quick so love him or them wareham a data gratitude any other. Ceo that would try and copy at. How he operates would be exactly that copycat. Alan does enough for all of them already and shows no sign of slowing down next. We'll talk about rich. In chapel hill. We have enough of a problem with demagoguery in modern society These days just make a wide variety of the cows available. Make them cost-competitive a bunch of pseudo ilan's tossing out verbal hand-grenades fa- clicks doesn't help anything mark. Arca said i think elon. Musk his personality. The vehicles that he's making responsible for creating excitement around vs. However i think other ceos behaving similarly would create skepticism with people more interested in cars as just a practical part of their life. Who are probably the majority of. Cobb is toyota's practicality and sales numbers would be testimony to that raj narayan says we leave linda tie when there are many who would be best south by any who'd i realized that in times like these via doctrine benefits from cheerleaders like an alone. And look at what. Tiger woods did for the popularity of the sport of golf. That being said we don't need every car company..

"That ibm w i. X three gets is charging analyzed. We have the new volkswagen six. Of course your own says to question of the week we'll be revealed. Good morning off evening wherever you're listening in the world. Welcome to abc news daily for sunday. Eighteenth of april. My name is martin li every story. So you haven't got a so. Yeah we'll kick off for that story about ferrari then and for a long time. Ferrari said nope no visa happening. La fingers in is absolutely. Hey you however for are they going to launch their first all electric supercar surprise surprise if they want to stay relevant and so road counts in the future. All comic is going to have to make fully electric cars. The role of petrol in the future is obviously up in the and they one knows where we go motoracing with it. Will it be classic cars. Will that be one or two percent left using fuel. Probably i think the most likely situation but everything in terms of how we get around and have fun. That's going to be electric now. Ferrari writing. I want to be on the market by twenty twenty five which is pretty quick if i've already started in terms of cobb development terms but even then that'd be six years after the porsche tycoon. On the audi e tron gt and the gts of akasa. Very sexy and probably in the same price. point Two days ago the ceo. John elkin revealed news about the first trick. Ferrari at the annual shareholders meeting for decades ferrari rejected the idea of a fully electric supercar says investor's business daily of investors dot com the former c. Who sadly along with us. Sergio cioni declared ferrari ferrari. Ev an almost obscene concepts. Of course we are gone back a couple years. Now i guess when vs one tons of performance wise maybe where they are now but still great news to see a a brand like ferrari adding towards electrification but by twenty twenty five. It's going to be some amazing amazing vs there. The the new lotus which is got those crazy specs as the verena batista. It's gonna say. Many high-performance avis out there. So really looking forward to seeing what he's on the market Sooner or later and the first full electric ferrari. And i do i feel for someone like ferrari who for so long of bill that brian on the theater of a car and a lot of that is the sound and the noise and you know maybe not the vibration suddenly the visceral experience of driving a car and gear changes and things like that. So there's going to be clearly some unhappy people about fully. Electric ferrari now are vs bets. A in every way of course we know that. However it's gonna be a tough sell on some people fully prepared for that spots. We'll wait and see next. We'll talk about chinese firms entering the european market. I spotted an article today The the guardian on sundays called the observer newspaper and it was a mark of respect from the tesla chief. Executive says the observe of that. He has been admiring his competition. The chinese manufacturer neo just made its one hundred thousand electric car and mr. Musk offered his congratulations. Tesla mania and cheap money have pushed market. Valuations are a bunch of comic to astonishing levels as a tesla's value topping eight hundred and thirty billion dollars at six hundred billion pounds in january. It's down but it's still three times the size of something like toyota. The next biggest. Come up but there's chinese rivals the likes of nia ex peng liotta the big names in china wm motor all having a great time and making great vs at the moment. Some of them now. No some of them want to focus on that time. Mock it because there's plenty of sales to go there but some of them do i west and if not the us then at least the european market so can they enter it. That's the discussion. The observer has today up up link in the show notes. If you want to read more about that it's one of our weekend long reads that we'd like to recommend they talk about how well the byu have done. Of course you mentioned byu if you're writing a newspaper article about them without mentioning their investment from warren buffett back in two thousand and eight and also how well tessler of done incidentally and how well. They've conquered china so far they give a big mentioned ex- peng with the sports sedan. The p five guy from As well and those things like the neo eighty seven and the tesla model y. Oh getting lots of praise in this article next We will talk again about one of these fascinating stories to do with. Who's gonna making a vs in the future. we'll be partnerships that we just couldn't dream of right now in terms of the established order. If you like well one thousand five hundred firms worldwide have signed up for hong highs. Av platform a total of fifteen hundred firms of set their sights on making an with an open platform promoted by the taiwanese menu ring manufacturing giant. That could haunt high got hung high precision company known as foxconn in the global market. They've been promoting their own open platform since last year. And so far one thousand. Five hundred hardware and software companies around. The world have participated in development of the platform. And this is something that other people can come along and take the basic bed bones of what they need to build on so the crush structure at the bat tree battery managements and then probably all four corners as well and by that i mean so you know. Wheels breaking suspension As well and and then build on top of that platform and don't underestimate the power of the company that makes the iphone. They know how to put things together next. Accompany that definitely knows how to make. A great is volkswagon on the third model in that. Id family now. The auto show in shanghai which of course is on we all talking about the vw. Id six it joins. The id three and the four in the range. Six is a different beast. It's really big. It's a proper seven seater unless face is designed for the chinese market goes on sale. Later this year in two different versions. There's going to be a coupet styled crawls and there's going to be the six x and that's because vw actually has to companies in china to joint ventures once called as a vw. One is called f. a. w. and they're gonna make different versions of the cop the ceo of the also. I can brand ralph branch that hopefully that correct sir. This i quote with a new. Id six we allowing the foundations. For at least fifty percent of our sales sold in china to be full electric in two thousand thirty we all maintaining momentum and gradually increasing a range of because by twenty by twenty twenty twenty three vw a total of eight id monitoring in china making the m. e. d. a. m. e. b. platform nationwide van and so again the chinese specs still reported on the any dc test cycle. Which is wildly optimistic. They all meetings wwl. Vp simon's the rest of the world apart from the us searches epa So that will give us a better sense.
