Marc Morano: Public Health Bureaucrats Were High on Power in 2020
"In 2020 though, the World Health Organization, which by the way, Bill Gates is the second funder behind the United States government to the World Health Organization. Their leader Tedros was picked by China, sent a delegation of people world health officials to China to investigate Chinese response. Within a matter of days, they came back and essentially said, we have seen the future. It is China. If you want to contain this virus, do exactly what China's doing. Italy followed suit and then the entire western world followed suit based on World Health Organization guidance. Anthony Fauci was even January 2020 was in an interview saying, can you imagine us shutting down San Francisco in New York like they're doing in China? It could never happen here in the U.S.. Neil Ferguson, the modeler then said, we thought it couldn't happen in the west until it did. So this was like just manna from heaven for these public health bureaucrats who had just couldn't even imagine that they could have this kind of power and sway. And then of course, Donald Trump, I still maintained that if Hillary Clinton were president, I think there would have been massive pushback, but because Trump of a conservative Republican did this emergency decree and then got duped into supporting the ten days, the slowest. We all got duped. We have to be clear. We all got duped. I never suspected when they're talking about a vaccine that there could be anything negative about that. I thought, what a great thing. How wonderful. Let's get this on the fast track. Most of us had no clue what was actually happening. And we are, it is in our national character to be nice to go along. We trust it. And we trusted, this is often what people do. But at some point you begin to wake up, you begin to look around and say, hey, wait a second. What is happening? But those of us who did speak up were crushed by the global elites. I
Why Did a Good Samaritan Firefighter Get Executed in Missouri?
"Just want to finish on this story here. It's so unbelievable. This firefighter was trying to do the right thing, be a good Samaritan and it turned into a messy situation. He was trying to restrain this thug who was making a big scene, and then the girlfriend takes his gun, takes the boyfriend's gun, is that right, and my understanding that correctly takes the boyfriend's illegal gun, and then shoots him in the back. He might say, Charlie, don't call him a thug. He's a convicted felon with an illegal gun, okay? That's a fact. You become a convicted felon with an illegal gun, you get the term thug. Cut one 24. It's very hard to watch. This would be a national news story. And now why am I focusing on this? Well, first of all, it's going viral. A lot of people are talking about it. Let's play cut one 24 and then I'm going to give you a little bit of a spicy take on this. Play cut one 24. Let's go. Here we go. Stop. Cell phone video captured some of that fight between 41 year old Anthony Santi and 23 year old Jay von Taylor. Witnesses tell KNBC the fight may have lasted as long as ten minutes. Stop. How you doing? Give on Taylor's girlfriend pulled out a gun, and ultimately killed Anthony sante. Killed the firefighter. Ten minutes, by the way, where are the cops? What's going on here? And by the way, he instigated the entire thing by causing a scene in there so the firefighter tries to be a good Samaritan and tries to restrain him and he ends up getting killed for it. Police forces have completely decayed thanks to all of this reckoning of the Ferguson effect. So people have to start to take things into their own hands. Just like the mccloskeys did. Here's a sad fact and it makes me very upset to say this. Which is this is going to result in people being less likely to want to help other people in situations like this.
What Will Happen When You Defund the Police?
"In macro and micro, what will happen if we defund police? What will happen is police will be demoralized, criminals will be condoned. Horrible, violent crime is spiking. Entirely due to the people who attack the police. Physically or verbally or legally. Police are simply leaving. They're held in contempt by the liberal half of this country, not just the left half, the liberal half. This is one of those things that a lot of liberals agree with the left arm. That the police are subhuman in general. Not all, not all. They don't believe that about all. They actually believe ask your liberal and I mean liberal. Certainly leftist. But ask your liberal relative or friend and do it in a gentle way, how many unarmed blacks you think are killed a year by police? And when you tell them, it's in the low 20s. And of course, not every unarmed black was not a lethal threat. In Ferguson, the unarmed black was in fact the lethal threat to the policeman. You can certainly threaten people without a weapon. But anyway, how many, whether they, whether they were attacking police unarmed or not, how many, about 23.
America's Pastors Struggle With Burnout
"Passers. Battle skyrocketing burnout amid politics, pandemic is wearing on the soul. A staggering 42% of pastors have considered quitting full-time ministry according to a recent study. It says the bitter division over politics and the pandemic has seeped into the churches and led an increased rate of job burnout amongst pastors, multiple clergy members, and those who counseled them according to an article in Fox News. Our faith does not exempt us from anxiety, depression, temptation, or COVID, so that's to be expected, said David, Ferguson, which is an executive director of the greater commandments network, which provided counseling initiatives to help pastors. While our pastors burn out, now I've never been a pastor, but I know that it must be incredibly difficult if you take it seriously. If you just up there being charismatic and having a pep rally every time you go and church on Sunday, then you'll burn out ain't gonna be much at all, especially if you just pimping the people and they paying for a lavish lifestyle. You don't have nothing to worry about your 401k on point. You know, you already own the church outright. You own the church outright. The people don't own the church.
Today's Edition of 'You Missed the Point'
"So it's Monday so it's today's edition of you must have you utterly totally completely embarrassingly missed the point Every single time every single time so I see this day just the news which is a good website That's why I'm not blaming them But the liberals are very confused right now Why the headline tells the whole story Ferguson effect police arrests plummet across the country but little agreement on why No no there's agreement There's agreement amongst conservatives just the news is trying to play a fair but the reality is this is the disagreement is only on the left They note that when all of these liberal cities Philadelphia Atlanta St. Louis LA that significant drops in police enforcement are happening without an accompanying drop in serious crime They say that because if there was a drop in crime you'd expect they drop in police enforcement because there's nothing to enforce because there's a drop in crime but that's not what's happening Crime is either stable or moving up and yet arrests are going down So what's up What's up What's going on here Conservatives you're sitting here scratching your head going Is this really hard You attack cops for the last 5 6 years Since George Floyd probably a decade what's its Ferguson and all these other things happen to Baltimore riots You attack cops you accuse him of being racist anytime they get out of their car for a police action before they've even done anything then why would you find it surprising that police officers would voluntarily engage in fewer police interactions The leftist puzzle by this whole thing they're like I'll get it man I got a PhD
How BLM Is the Root of Violennce
"In 2020, we saw the biggest jump of homicides are murders in the United States of America at 30% and 54% of those murders were black people. So can you explain to the people that are listening? The ramifications of violence perpetuated by Black Lives Matter, we could start from 2014 all the way down to today. You know, Brandon, I used to say, do you want to be called officer potato? Either way, it's good with me. Either way, I used to say that 54% figure, and then a guy in Kansas who has crunched the numbers, reached out to me, and he said, you should take a look at these numbers for 2020 and 2021. Because it's a real carnage that's taking place in the black community. If 54, you say 54% because that's the average blacks tend to be just over 50% of the victims of homicide year in and year out, but for the last 18 months in places like St. Louis and Milwaukee, the homicide victims have been like 80% black, 70% black. And this is, I would say this huge spike in homicides is has to be put at the door of something called the Ferguson effect. The Ferguson effect is something that has been documented that homicides and crime rise in places where Black Lives Matter have had demonstrations and riots and protests are between 2014 and 2019.
Tim Wise: We Have a Dangerous Country Because White Men Wanted Guns
"And Tim wise who's an anti racism educator On the fabulous MSNBC platform Which has the pulse of America The pulse of America He can explain it all Cut four go So the irony is that we now have an incredibly dangerous country for everybody's babies White babies black babies Brown babies everybody's babies because white men a couple hundred years ago decided we needed to have all the weapons that we could possibly have and enshrine that in the constitution to defend against those people and the irony is that now white folks white children white families just as in danger we buy all these weapons in the wake of Obama's election There was a big upsurge in weapons the spokes were all black dudes the president and they're going to come take our guns after Ferguson when Mike Brown was killed the Ferguson uprising every once said we got to go get all these guns And the irony is that that increase in gun ownership did not lead to self defensive use of weapons to prevent burglaries or whatever It led to an increase in suicide and increase in homicide We are a less safe nation for everybody's babies because of this obsession and this obsession goes back hundreds of years You see it's the original seed we need to start over
Former Police Officer Suggests Armed SROs in Schools
"Give us our help me give Tom a warm welcome to the ocelot show. How are you doing, Tom? How you doing? I'm doing well. I'm very interested to hear your take on all of this stuff, man. You're a law enforcement experience. I had 7 years on the police department and you've had several decades on the police department. What's your take on this shooting? What do you think this means for Democrats and the left and what tactical things do you believe could have been done differently based on the information that you have? Well, I did a Fox show today and I got 20 irritated because right away they're asking me about New York Times and their story about the officers moved fast enough. They were outside too long. I'm sick and tired of people that want a second gas police officers when they're in middle of a tragedy like this. Look, how many how many people in The New York Times have been pushed out? But going through the hip and running too fire, running the gunfire, and I run away from that run towards it. So here's what I think. First of all, we talk about schools. I've said this for the last three months. The schools need to be hard. Look, we got armed officers protecting our banks, protecting our money. We got armed officers protecting politicians. We had armed officers that shopping malls and movie theaters. I don't think that we got the greatest trench on earth. You got a lot of retired police officers. They're mandatory. Many departments like the feds were mandatory 57. I see a lot of retired friendly agents. I would love to keep doing something, but the rules prevent it. We allow the target military to serve their community still. So I think there's enough retired police retired military that would be glad to act as an school resource officer. And that does a lot of things. Number one, you know, a lot of high schools have much I think it's time for elementary schools have and I think the parents would feel safer being their kids off to school. I think the kids would be safe. And I also think it will help rebuild the relationships between the community and the police departments at the left, the progressives have destroyed in the last several years. I call them for defunding the police because what happened Ferguson, because you got one to two bad cops, they want to call the whole institution

A New Respect for the Original Founder of Twitter
"This is really something this next story I appreciate this, you know? I had kind of written Jack Dorsey off, but lately he's become a little bit more entertaining and perhaps a little bit more authentic. There are some pretty strong words, tweets, thoughts, from Jack Dorsey out this week. He was alleging an exchange on social media on none other than Twitter. The company he founded that he's on the board of and is about to step down from, that CNN created conflict during protests in Ferguson, Missouri. Remember that way back in, I guess it was 2014. So this was a thread about CNN and fake news, endorsing said, and I quote here, I know this from being on the streets of Ferguson during the protests and watching them try to create conflict and film it, causing the protesters to chant F CNN. It all started because CNN's media reporter, Brian stelter over there said, and I quote Tucker Carlson is always selling the same thing. This was a reference to a piece that he tweeted out about how Fox was trying to effectively sell doubt. And Dorsey wrote back and said, and you are all selling hope? In other words, I think he gets it? These mainstream media companies are all trying to sell something. And by the way, is not hope. I mean, he's being sarcastic there because you know, CNN is on one side of things. You get Fox on the other, but they're all, this is why I love, by the way, independent media. Again, make sure that you subscribe to this channel and to this podcast. But you know, they're all kind of, they've got bigger agendas. Anyway, newsmax is correspondent Alex salvi took to his Twitter account and accused Dorsey of trying to defend Carlson and then Dorsey responded saying, you know what? Quote, not defending a thing. And added up that he was adding that he was just holding up a mirror. So just a mirror at what they're all trying to do.
Ben Ferguson: Groupthink Is Going to Kill This Country
"But I'm sick and tired of people feeling like when they make a decision that that means that everybody else must make the same decision they made And if you don't then you're stupid or dumb If you get on a plane and wear a mask I am never going to make fun of you because I respect freedom What's going to kill this country is this groupthink That everybody must believe stupid things like men can have babies when they can't And that you can lose your job because you don't believe that a man dressed up like a woman as a woman Like if you want to dress up as a woman and I'm using this as another example If you want to dress up as a woman at this point in life I don't care But don't expect me to treat you like a woman when I know you're a dude
Preliminary Results: Twitter Poll on Travel Mask Mandate
"Question I'm getting a lot of heat right now Mister producers monitoring this I threw it up there on Twitter I just want to know simple poll question for you And you can go it's been Ferguson's show I have been Ferguson show on Twitter My question was do you want mass to be mandated on planes Right now there's two options Yes and hell no Yes it's 4% Hell knows at 96% You can vote It's up there right now It's just I love the 4% I want to meet the 4% I want to meet them and sit down with them And ask them okay so your mask isn't good enough to keep you safe So you want to mandate that I wear a mask and then you want to lie to me and tell me that your kid has cancer to get me to wear the mask and that jump's playing And you want your tax dollars to go for the Department of Justice to appeal a federal ruling on transportation mask mandates because the CDC was clearly outside the boundaries of what they actually are supposed to be doing Right I clearly the CDC has totally overstepped their authority and I got to ask at this point what really is their
Ben Ferguson: Vladimir Putin Came to Power by Killing His Own People
"But I did a deep dive into Vladimir Putin And I did a whole entire podcast on it grab it If you listen to podcasts go back it was like three or four days ago Just wherever you get your podcasts put in Ben Ferguson podcast go back and grab it A lot of people don't know this And this is a very quick overview Vladimir Putin came to power in 1999 By killing his own people he needed something to make him look like he was a leader of great Russia Russia was down in the dumps at that point They had a low self esteem as a nation They had lost the USSR right Communism had crumbled This guy's a KGB guy no one really knows who he is Boris Yeltsin's walking around drunk all the time drunk and meetings drunk on TV They'd really just hit kind of rock bottom You'd get them with Chernobyl and all those other things That they have and Vladimir Putin saw an opportunity And what he did was is he worked with the new KGB and blew up apartment buildings on the border Blew them up with military grade weaponry explosives that only the Russian government had and then he blamed it on the chechens You know he understood that war is good for Russia right If you're a leader war is good because you can get the peel behind you and the solidify behind you And so then this apartment building blows up that actually had Russian border guards living in it Then another apartment complex was blown up with military great explosives at the same time explosive Then another one blew up and then there was another one that they were trying to blow up but it was foiled by people that were watching and then they found out it was actually policemen that were planning the bombs that were involved with you guessed it Vladimir Putin
Ben Ferguson: Ukraine Is Not the Endgame for Putin
"Now something has changed I truly believe that Vladimir Putin Something just two weeks ago I was in Florida in Orlando at cpac speaking at cpac and Mark and I were talking about this Something is different this time of Vladimir Putin I don't know if he's got some sort of health condition that has changed his viewpoint I don't know I want to make that clear I'm a 100% speculating but the way that he's going about this in this manifest destiny type move Where it's very clear that Ukraine is not the endgame here It's the beginning of this war And he realizes that America is not going to stop him and he realizes that while he is committing war crimes our president is so weak that we won't even call them war crimes much less stand up to him when the guys who are being slaughtered are just asking us for planes It reminds me I mentioned this a moment ago I didn't finish the thought but Charlie Wilson's wharf You never watched that movie go back and watch it There's a moment in there Where Charlie Wilson is infuriated at the fact that we are not actually trying to beat the Russians With a covert or using the identity he says what do these guys need to shoot down the helicopters referring to the Russian helicopters And they're like well a sudden influx of money or weaponry might change things And we don't want anybody to notice that is what our CIA guy said at the station chief said to him at the time And he goes back to Washington He's enraged At what is nothing no different than the genocide we're seeing in Ukraine right now What was happening to the people in Afghanistan And he's like what do they need to shoot down the helicopters And then all of a sudden he finally got it done We had a covert war on our hands And we allowed the midget to start shooting down the Russian helicopters And that's how they kick beat the Russians
Concerns Raised Over $60 Million in Black Lives Matter Funds
"BLM also known as Black Lives Matter has been raising over the last couple of years, a great deal of money. And the question is, where does all that money go? Now, this is not just a question that I'm asking or that conservatives are asking. This is a question that's being asked by a lot of black families that claim to be victims of police brutality who thought that the whole point of BLM was to raise money for them. But now they're realizing that no, the whole point of BLM is not that at all, the whole point of BLM is to make money for its organizers. Recently, a local BLM guy contacted the national BLM to see if they could help him out. And it turns out they couldn't help him out because Patricia calores the nominal one of the nominal leaders of BLM was doing a corporate co sponsorship with ugg, ugg is the ugg boots the California boot company, and she's like, oh, I'm too busy to come to your protest. I'm actually gonna be doing making some videos with ugg. To promote the product and demonstrate their solidarity with the with BLM. Patricia calories is also busy with making book deals. She has got a production deal with Warner Brothers. The money here we're talking about is big. The BLM group has raised more than 90 million. Since 2020. And if you look at its finances, you discover that they've given yeah they've given 21 million in grants, they've got 8 million in operating expenses, but you know what? The other 60 million is in their coffers. It's unaccounted for. And some of you know, BLM really started with the Ferguson Missouri riots. And interestingly, in Ferguson itself, you've got the you've got the parents of the Ferguson victims, and also two women named Lisa Simpson and samaria rice. They're apparently their sons were also involved in some police violence. They realized that the money is not going to add to them, to any of them. And so they issued a statement. Basically saying, stop capitalizing on the suffering of our
Ben Ferguson: Two Things Overused to Discredit People
"I gave you that headline to tell you this next story And I don't like to say this very often because I do think people overuse two things now when they want to discredit people okay Number one I think they use way too often You're a racist bigot I put those together Everybody's a race to start big and if they don't agree with me That's like the new thing The other one that's starting to get used too much is that you're on American I don't think it's fair to say people are on American just because they have a different viewpoint than you when it's not even an issue of being un American or being American Un American means you're anti America okay I say that because I'm about to accuse someone of being un American What does it mean to be patriotic What does it mean to be American I'm talking about specifically when it comes to kind of political speech right And bear with me for a second because you're going to understand I'm laying the foundation for what I'm about to criticize That has just happened in a new attack against U.S. athletes from Nancy Pelosi I believe that is un American to try to silence American citizens If they want to speak out on something I believe it's un American to tell American athletes that are traveling abroad what they can and can not say When it comes to standing up against communist China's genocide I believe there should be decorum I believe that there should be focused on the Olympic Games in general but to say as Nancy Pelosi has now done to instruct like she's a dictator or tyrant that all year at that all U.S. athletes quote not speak out During the Olympics against communist China's genocide I would argue is flat out on American

Family Claims They’re Getting Evicted Over Canadian Ronald McDonald House Vaccine Mandate
"Breaking from the post millennial dot com. Ronald McDonald house to evict families with young children who are unvaccinated. Quote, they are evicting my son with leukemia and other children or adults who are suffering with sick children into the snow. The Ronald McDonald house in Vancouver, British Columbia, allegedly serving an eviction notice on unvaccinated children with serious illnesses, including cancer and their parents. Austin Ferguson, from British Columbia, the father of the four year old boy with leukemia, who has been undergoing treatment since October. Said that they are going to lose their home if they do not in 5 days if they do not get vaccinated. Now this is the Ronald McDonald house charities, which I think is like the official charity of McDonald's corporation. Is that right? Yeah. He wrote quote all tenants, adults and children over the age of 5 who are not vaccinated, are out by the end of January. So basically, if you have a four year old that has leukemia, the stated position of the official charity of McDonald's corporation is that if you don't take a vaccine despite your life threatening, you're already dealing with something that could potentially kill you, we're gonna kick you out of our
"ferguson" Discussed on The Maeve Ferguson Podcast
"Hey you're listening to me ferguson. Podcast on welcome welcome. I hope you're really really brilliant today. Essentially what i wanted to talk about today is finding your tree purpose. So if you are the person who's not really sure yet who you can help with what. You're not really sure what it is. She should be doing with your life. You're maybe in a job where you feel stuck. But the money's good and you've no clue what you could do instead you don't really have a passion for what you're currently doing but you're on a loss as too high to pivot and change things so the first thing i want you to do and this might signed so basic and so simple but this is where the work is and this is where you'll realize have aha moment. After our ha moment i wanted to write dine all of the skills and experiences that you had because if you look back to your childhood if you look even the things that you did one three during your teenage years your work years your university years if you want to college your parenting years. If you're a parent all of the different skills on experiences that you have that you may take us very normal for the ordinary anew. Maybe have the assumption that everybody can do that. Everybody knows that this is maybe where you are wrong to say for example in what i do so i help. Experts moved from overwhelmed expert to see on fire by scaling on filling their own line programs. Leveraging delegation automation on funnels. So for me. What i do is to me. It feels very very simple. I love all of that kind of stuff. I love showing people hired to get clients on demand. I love showing people haida setup all the tack on automate everything and allow their business to rome itself and have a team and everything doing all of the work for them but for a lot of people thought isn't common sense isn't common knowledge so for you for example what skills and experienced a you have that you maybe take for granted that all their people would love to know how to do that. I give you an example. Maybe you're able to lose. We had very easily. Maybe you're able to get fed very easily. Maybe you're able to get promoted at work without putting much effort at all. Whatever that may be that you are good at. You may be able to help somebody else with that on the next thing i want you to consider is there's always lessons and everything we go through. The universe always gives us lessons to learn from. We always go through things on purpose. Everything happens for a reason. So what were the lessons that we had as we been through different journeys in our life. And what i want you to do is really think about those lessons. What shifts happened for us because of those lessons and again haider's fade into you finding your true purpose. So what are you here for again. I'll give you an example number of years. Back was very very old with a virus then i recovered and i had a massive lesson that overworking and doing too much results in a really really severe. Burn it so. When i built my new business i want to make sure that i was addressing that issue and i was building a business that runs on automation. And i've people doing a lot of the busy busy work for me so the lesson was given to me but overworking burning night and then i was able to apply that lesson to what i do by a ni- help. All the people build businesses where they don't have to set glued to their laptop all day every day. Working working. Working the next thing i want to ask you challenge you on is where do you feel completely a peace. Where do you feel like you literally could do this all day everyday. It just gives you so much joy. What do you love to do that. Other people may look at it as work. But it doesn't feel like work to you because you enjoy it so much again. Another case in point is doing what i do. I don't work because i absolutely adore. I do it just sets me a light. I have so much joy so much passion for it that it literally isn't worth. So where do you feel completely at peace. Where do you feel like. I could literally do this for the rest of my life. The next big thing is where are you being true to yourself. If your business hasn't been taken off as you want it to be considered. Are you trying to put a square paik into a ruined whole really set with that. Have you been trying to put a square peg into a ryan hall trying to force something. That just isn't happening and what you can do here as realize are you truly being true to yourself or are you doing something that other people think you should be doing if you're still on the job argue joel. "Liberty report with us. Today is down here. Mike adams are co host daniel. Good to see you dr paul. Thank you shuttle ready to go I have a surprise. You're not surprised because you keep up. But i was surprised when i read this thing about ferguson. I thought well it'll be the same old stuff again as you recall. And as many of our viewers will recall ferguson. was a cause of a lot of grief a lot of grief because he was the one that Sort of got the attention and they came up with statistics that the world was virtually going to an due to this virus. It was coming that would kill. People was deadly. It was a serious problem but he overstated and that is when we became suspicious of why this virus was getting so much attention. And it's a mixed bag. Some people are truly worried about the health of the country. They're worried about their family. Some people are worried about selling vaccines and and some people were about public health and all but he came out but statistics were wrong and his predictions were wrong. And yet i imagine the first six months or even longer was based on the fearmongering that he was doing so i so i was surprised to see this and i guess we could In a way say this. This is good news. You know the truth is coming out. And this is a zero hedge covered it. And yes the he Ferguson admits it. Top health expert admits dr cova. Nineteen.

"Else matters. He asked her. she's got family and children like all of that stuff has to be up there as well of course but they go all in on their business and business and life are in harmony it just flows just becomes easy everything is planned and mapped out and delivered on controlled planned and streamlined. Way for the c. e. o. On fire the team is doing the majority of the work them into you can focus. On the more strategic decisions systems automation are doing the majority of the leg were automations are police for everything. Possible ruthless processes are in place to ensure that everything stays lean and we're not building fat into our processes casey's mechanisms that are working twenty. Twenty one are in place to get consistent clients. The ceo and fire is felling. Their business organically and then using a portion of that revenue to fund. Their paid traffic. See on fire has left clear vision of the next five years on exactly how to make it happen through reverse engineering. They're able to focus on content creation salt leadership rather than hustling on their taking heaps of imperfect action every single day and it's always action over perfection. That's what i see with the really successful business owners they just take so much imperfect action on. There's other people sitting there playing with the colors in their phones to try to make sure that everything's perfect and everything's pretty there's no typos etcetera none off that matters take relentless imperfect action. Make your business the number one priority. Go all in trade your business as a business not a side hustle on you will be amazed with the results so that like really intense episode of the site hostile versus the business owner. "Busy posting social media posting posting posting doing this doing that doing reels on hand scrub do this. Do this do this do that onto lynton do this do that. Then jumbled contrast and more and more and more stuff what you want to do is yes be omnipresent but have staff do that for you and you can get started with outsourcing v. as you can get started for ridiculously low investment. If you want details not please reach out to support at me. Ferguson dot com. I can hook you up with absolutely amazing. Low cost visas to start doing that. Busy work for you. So if you're hustling and doing all the things in your business. That is a huge red flag for a slight hustle owner. The next thing i say they have no long term strategy on literally just work week to week day to day week to week month to month with no clear strategy of where they are headed the next big thing is having new processes on procedures in place. No this is what a lot of people think is like yes get your process processes in place. Get your procedures in place whenever you have this massive company. But it's actually the contrary. If you start building not ni- it is so easy to art source. I have like a mantra in my business. If i have to do something twice it can be outsourced. Any activity that i have to do twice at it can be repetitive. I simply source. We have processes procedures recordings data tracking everything in place that they need to do their job effectively. The next big thing. I see with site hustler. Owners is not being consistent and this is where you see those having like a flurry of activity. The goal in there like yes. I'm going to do this. And then they have a flurry of activity for my before days. It might be thirty seven days. It might be for months. And then they stop and then they wonder. Why isn't this working. And then they come back to get another boost of energy and then the comeback into another flurry of activity and then they vanish again and then they wonder. Why is this not working. Because you're showing up as a hobbyist. You're showing up a site hustler. You're not showing up in your industry as a thought leader on authority an expert. The next thing i see is those who think that nobody can do this as good as me because this is also tied into the outsourcing pace the delegation pace. If you truly believe that you are the only person that can do everything in your business. You are going to remain stock where you are indefinitely to imagine the pm of that again. This podcast is a perfect example. I do not have a clue. What my amazing the lady that does. Va she is absolutely incredible at what she does. I do not have a clue how she does it. But it's perfect. It works every single week. My post custos open life. No idea how she does it. Yes but it is all in police. Everything is like she is so much better. The mouth that i ever could be. Yes i could down for a couple of months and figure it all right. I'm quite sure. I can learn how to do it all and do it all myself. But no i'm focusing in grueling. My business so things like that i- source to the experts. Who know what they're doing. The next big thing is thinking that you have to get more clients before you hire people. This is the most common nut of. I cannot express that know so common for people to think when i get more clients as a little bit like those who said when i get more clients. I'll invest in your program but you've just told me you don't know how to get clients so high. Is that actually going to happen. It's not and this is where people hardy literally rolling themselves into the false sense of security the story that the built up on their head once this then that but rather what you must do when you're hiring is higher before you're ready because you're not going to get the clients you want. If you're trying to do all the things in your business yourself the next big thing. I see for side-hustle owners is those who are getting ready to get ready. And it's so common and it's a huge place where people try and stay safe again the night of as one i. They're not once. I lose the with them and go life once expose them. I do this where. abc happens. Then i will and it doesn't work so what you must do if you're a site hustler if you're really starting to see oh my goodness i am doing all of these things. I want you to draw a line in the sand today. I want you to step over that line. Start to become ceo on fire. So what does that say. Oh and fire look like first of all. They're following the expert accelerator effect so three case to move from overwhelmed expert to c. e. o. On fire what are those. Three case. roadmap alignment tactical tenacity and par performance. So they are crystal clear on their strategy of high to create unfo- their entire ascension model of online programs. The ceo on fire knows exactly what they are doing. When they know their daily activities their weekly activities their monthly activities they have scheduled at their entire year so that they know what they're doing and they know their niche they know with absolute certainty who they serve they have an offer that so optimized that leads always say yes. They have lead raising their hand to them every single day. Because they're following the organic magic process where we combine expert positioning gifts. And leveraging the audiences of industry gurus. Leads are raising their hand to the ceo on fire. Every day they have a scalable business model where they work less. So what does that look like. It looks like an ascension model of online programs where you're able to bring your brilliance too many and a team doing a lot of the busy busy busy work so the ceo on fire can focus on strategy and delivery the next thing. The ceo on fire houses that they have systems in place that run the business. So thank all of the funnels all the automation sequences. Everything automated everything people template scheduled. So there's no big like massive flurry of activity during a launch. There's no exhaustion after launch. Anything like that. Everything is automated template and easy. They have attained during the work as i mentioned already the c. e. o. On fire doors. What needs to be done in this a priority. They focus on the right things. They aren't sitting there playing on conver- changing their logo. Changing the color of their font literally like playing social media spending ours and ours ours bowling their stories things like that. No they do what needs to be done. It's a priority. What a strategic moves in their business. They realized that they are being a better person when they are all in on their business. So what i see here. A lot is for back to the site hustler. There's this constant angst in the pit of their stomach where they're they're being torn in ten different directions. They want to build their business so so badly. But abc xyz is pulling them away and then they get into this frustration and anger and sometimes self-pity really really really struggle the fact that they're not all in their business so what the ceo on fire does instead is that they go all in on their business. Nothing.

"Staying heddon staying safe. I want you to choose to stop considering what others think. And it's simply is a choice then back to your lead generation. What i want you to do instead is to realize that leads aren't going to fall into the sky so you must choose to show up higher fully. Choose to do your lead generation. Choose to build your audience. You must wake up and realize that people are not getting up in the day and trying to come searching yet you have to show up. You must be visible present. You cannot stay safe. Well sorry you can't see it but you won't ever grow a business to f you want to choose to grow your business. Wake up show up. Stop staying safe and stopped caring about what anybody else thinks about you. Show up one hundred percent on build. Your audience under leads will come. We spoke already but triggers on the mur everything that we are worried about other people doing thinking or saying is simply the mur reflecting back to us is that this is what we do to others so the next time you find yourself judging somebody the next time you find yourself pointing at their flaws the next time you find yourself sniggering and something that they are doing realize that that is the root of your fear of what is going to get played back to you and when you stop all of that when you stop judging completely you champion others you them on you. Celebrate their success. You celebrate them for their authenticity. Then suddenly you have no fear at all what others think of you because you are not judging therefore you don't get judged it's a simple assert. Authenticity is so important so high. Can you show up as a hundred percent of you today. I want you to wrap up. I'm going to just leave us with you. Take imperfect action today. That's it for this episode. Of what let me know your favorite part of today's episode overrun instagram. The handle is. I am meer ferguson. "Not to care. Was the single biggest thing that shifted things for me in my business. I remember the days where i was. I'd in a cold sweat hosting and social media for the first time for the complete fear of wondering what my ex corporate colleagues would have thought about me or said about me or people in my local village. We're going to say and think. And here's the thing when i was staying safe when he was hiding like that my business was completely stop. I couldn't get clients. Because i was trying to do everything as the invisible woman so choosing not to care was the single biggest thing that transformed everything for me in my business choosing not to care. What are people thinking choosing not to care. What are people saying. What are they saying to each other and my advice to you is literally be like who cares because they are not living your life. They don't know what it is like to be an entrepreneur. They don't know what it's like to have the dreams that we have to dream at the empire that you're going to have the life that you are going to change as i always say we are not normal people. We are wired differently so choosing not to care choosing not to care but the judgment and what people are saying and all of that kind of thing is so so critical going all in is one of the most freeing things that you will ever do and when you're kind of in that hybrid mode where you're half in half. I'd you haven't gone all you won't be getting the results that you know you can get so please for me today. Choose to go all in and choose not to care what anybody thinks because they aren't living your life and you'll hear me say this over and over again in this podcast but everything comes down to choice.

This is the podcast that shows you how to create the sea in business that allows you to live. Seem life of fire by applying the principles of roadmap alignment tactical tenacity par performance to create true and lasting success online. This podcast for own line coaches aren't consultants who want to grew and skill. Their business with the overwhelm. This is mia ferguson. Podcast and welcomed today's episode. You're listening to the mir ferguson podcast. And today we are going to be talking about why nation dine is so critical in your own business so stay tuned. Hey every body mia ferguson. Here on welcome to episode number. Fourteen of the myth ferguson podcast. And today we're going to be talking about why serving everyone is the worst thing that you can do for your business. You've heard this one before right. Knee stein tight. be super specific about who you serve. You will grow your business faster that way so let me ask you. Are you niching down tight or are you serving anyone. Just keep your business moving. If you're the ladder you may be feeling a world of pain. Charging low ticket having a scattered breen trying to keep on top of all the things overwhelmed when writing content. Because who do you actually speak to frustrated with your lack of plans for the year your content goes on hurt crickets everytime you post feeling like everybody else's stuff is working but yours isn't does this sign familiar but don't worry at is not your fault when you are good at many things. It is very easy to fall into this trap. But look at the big guns in your industry. They pick one horse kit lemberg minus for example one thing and amazingly who i am quite sure could help people with a million different things but she sticks with one so many out there stick their head in the sand and think that they are different that serving. Everybody will help them. I know you know that you must need during tight. So what can you do differently if you aren't quite getting the results that you want. Here's what i want you to do. I want you to follow my matt. Pm framework which is part of the tactical tenacity key of the expert accelerator effect. First of all. I want you to look at the marketplace. I eat your competition. Are there others offering what you do if so good if there isn't that's a red flag off my see people believing the opposite but if there isn't competition that to me is a huge red flag because it's twenty twenty one most things already exist so if there's a market there will be competition simple as that competition is good. And if it's a rare ocean you must differentiate yourself. Which will i will. I will speak to in another podcast. What i see a lot of overwhelmed. Experts do is set on their sofa. I'm they come up with an idea. And without testing the market for demand they set at home and they create a course and then they wonder when they try to sell it. Why no one wants it. They can't even get people to do it for free next. Open the map. Pm framework is alignment and this one is so important but you must strike a balance between it and the marketplace model. What i see so many people do here is be completely sole led to the detriment of demand and they end up overwhelmed experts. But if you don't consider the alignment model and you work in a nation that you don't have a burning passion for you'll anna burnt-out spun out and you're at the first sign of adversity. So make sure you balance. What gives you joy with the demand and the market next in the my pm. Mark is the transformation model. And this is the one for you. If you have been through the journey yourself if you have gotten from a to be if you know how to get someone else from that seem to be this is the easiest one as you only need to be slightly ahead of them and have your proven methodology. So what have you been through the you could help others. West night cross match that with the marketplace model and your alignment model. And you're in business and remember. It must be hyper specific. No generalization is going to work next in the pm framework. I want you to look at the peon versus pleasure model. This is where you dave deep into the peon of your client and you must realize that people will pay anything to move away from a strong enough pinpoint. They will pay to get something that they can't get on their own so for you. What paean can use off pleasure. Can you help somebody rich and again cross with other models to mixture that you are taking a kind of everything that matters finally in the map. Pm framework is the magic wand model. If you're not sure who you can help ask the question. Sometimes we over think things. So just ask your ideal audience if i had a magic wand and could grant you one wish what would it be so now you can see high. Why you must niche dine. If you have any questions for me what i want you to do is email support at me. A ferguson dot com or rich. I tears over on instagram. I near ferguson. This is the podcast that shows you how to create the seeing in business that allows you to live the life of fire by applying the principles of roadmap alignment tactical tenacity par performance to create true and lasting success online. This podcast for own line coaches aren't consultants who want to grew and scale their business with the overwhelm. This is mia ferguson. Podcast and welcomed today's episode. You're listening to the mayor of ferguson podcast. And today we are going to be talking to you about something that is not going to make me very popular so stay tuned. I everybody may ferguson. Here on welcome to episode number. Thirteen of the mayor of ferguson podcast. Today i wanted to talk about something that isn't going to make me very popular. This is it you can have it all. I see so many people out there who refuse to believe that this is true but stay with me for a moment that i can show you what i mean because less most right there want to believe that you have to live a half life but you can only have the business or the family or the lifestyle or the income. I am here to tell you that that isn't true. You can have anything and everything that you want and it always come stone to choice. I see so many loved people living their lives as though they don't have a choice and i understand because i used to be the many years ago but when we make this choice to know and truly understand that everything is choice. Then we live by our choices. So when we make our choices that assuring the universe this is high. I want to live my life and then that's exactly the life that we love. It's what we asked for so high about trying this on start making choices about everything in your life and yes i mean everything. Choose everything on purpose. Choose what to do and win. In business in life choose to enjoy the entrepreneurial journey. Choose to enjoy learning the tech. If you're still in a corporate job as you build your business choose to enjoy the fact that you have your job to support you. Has you grow your business. Choose to enjoy lead. Generation and sales choose to serve rather than hiding and living in fear never worked from a police of circumstance or playing the victim. What does that look. Like when i see this playing the victim or playing from circumstance. People say things like. It's different for me because i can't change my job because it's just the way it is. There's nothing i can do about it. It's different for everybody else because even to the simplest things in regards to choice like doing things for others meeting up with people when you do this from a place of choice rather than a place of obligation. Suddenly you start to fail free you start to realize my goodness every moment of every day is on my terms. I am choosing to say yes choosing to say no. So if you don't want to go somewhere safe no if you don't want to do something say no but if you choose to say yes then acknowledged that that is your choice on go all and enjoy it. Enjoy the choices that you make in your business because then this is where literally every single day. Everything is on your terms. This is when you start to realize. I love my life but remember only you can make these choices. Only you can make these changes. So what i want you to do is to let me know one small commitment of what you are going to choose to do today. You can either. Email supported me ferguson. dot com or. You can reach us over on instagram at. I me of ferguson with one small commitment of what. You are going to choose to do today here. You going to choose to be today. "Welcome to the future. podcast show. That explores the interesting overlap between design marketing business. I'm greg gun as a species. Humans are inherent copy machines. Emulation is how he learned to walk talk and navigate the world but when it comes to ideas especially ones we deem original in air quotes. Things are a little different. We are hypercritical of imitation. Resent anything close to a copy and obsess over ideological ownership but what we don't do is turn that critical lens on ourself copy transform and combine according to our guest. This is the recipe for creativity. He's a filmmaker speaker and writer. But you probably know him. Best from his acclaimed documentary. Everything is a remix. And if you haven't watched it yet please go do it. As soon as you're done listening to this episode it'll blow your mind and maybe help you let go of that inner critic in the meantime. Please enjoy your conversation with kirby ferguson. First of all thank you for doing this with me. And i felt like this conversation is long overdue. Because i've watched your video I think back in the days of imia. When i saw many many years ago. I was thinking how this is so in alignment with what i believe. And so there's still a lot of people who haven't watched video or your video series or your film however calling this everything is a remix. So i'd love to touch upon some of the ideas. Talk to you about the genesis of why you made the video. What packets made on people and what what impact it's made on your life and your career so we'll do that and then i loved to talk about what else is happening in your life. Is that okay. Okay so I for for anybody who doesn't know who you are. Kirby can you introduce yourself My name's kirby ferguson. I'm a filmmaker and speaker and writer. I'm best known for a series called. Everything is remix which was about creativity and i also finished a documentary recently. Called this is not a conspiracy theory which is about conspiracy theories in such. It's very mad at that way. Yes okay the reason why. I think we really need to talk about everything is remix as because not enough creative. People have seen this. And i'm still dealing with people who are struggling with this idea of originality the pursuit of something new and original and in the film. You talked about like when when we do it. We justified when we steal and borrow and copy. We justify others do a to us than we vilify expand on that. Yeah i mean that's rooted in a psychological phenomenon known as loss aversion. So this is something. That's dairy makes good sense out in the wilderness like we have expressions at like a burden hand is worth two in the bush. Like if you have something. For god's sake don't lose it you know like if you've got late like if you have that dollar bill on your hand and you lose they're like oh that's really annoying you know. It doesn't matter that it was dollar bill or whatever how. We're really attuned to keeping what we've got right which makes good sense. It was a good defense mechanism for surviving right. When you have something. Don't lose it. So then we've assigned ideas of property to ideas right now. I'm not a. I'm not someone who is just oppositional that idea that it has a lot of benefits. I like that idea but it also comes along with this notion that like this is mine and it isn't always just about well. it isn't just. This is mine. I want to make money off it. It's also i want the recognition. I started this. This is my idea so we get protected about ideas that are hours. And i use the example of steve jobs in the video series. Because he was he i mean. Apple has always been a company that has copied pretty boldly right. Like the original macintosh was very much based on xerox alto which was kind of an experimental early graphical computer. The first one was another one after that a star which very much like the mac and then even like we even see it right up to now right like air tags just came out now tile was potentially get blown out of the water like it's the thing that they do They copied things on. They make them and they add value. You know they really They make them better definitely. It can't be argued but anyway steve. Jobs was sort of the poster boy for that because he copied really boldly from other sources but then when android when google an android originally Emulated the iphone. You know he called the stolen product and said know i'm gonna destroy them and took it really personally so it's a phenomenon that's rooted in our psychology. Basically we tend to protect what is ours. We don't wanna lose the things that we worked really hard to get. You know but were more attuned to noticing when something is being taken from us than when you're taking from someone else which we do nonstop all day long every day right like little copying machines. Copy all that as what we do throughout childhood. All you're doing is trying to copy what other people are doing right. It's a major major force in our minds the instinct to to copy and emulate. So it's very natural thing that's like breathing. We just don't really think about it. Yeah i mean we emulate as a means to learn. We have the other people and we see. That's how they walk so we walked. That doesn't make sounds this way. And then we emulate that. I often find this to be very rich. People the hypocrisy that i fundamentally believe just about courts not just because i'm sitting here in front of you but i am this sum of all influences in my life. So then who am i then to point to someone else and say yo you just copied me. I mean i have no ownership over that idea and the argument. I would make with a lot of artists and designers who primarily our audience. Our crowd is that you didn't meant that typeface. You didn't make the software you didn't build that you're building on everything that came before you allow you to do something and even your design palate is informed by everything that you've seen absolutely argument. I'll make with them. Is this is that if you could somehow be raised in a in a lab somewhere where everything's white like a white room and you never saw another thing in your life and you made something and it looked like a picasso and you really proud and you're like this is an original piece of work because i was devoid of influence. Its original to you. But it's not original to the world so does the pursuit of originality matter. So that's a question. I wanna ask you. Why.

Hey may ferguson here. On welcome to episode number. Twelve of the maeve ferguson podcast. Today i wanted to talk about the three keys of the experts accelerator effect. But i let me ask. Why are some experts able to quickly become the authorities in their space filler only courses each and every time they offer them all their struggle to get the sales that they deserve others fields. You get a single client or maybe they get tan and then nothing what is going on but look for example at some of slivered emmy porterfield live at the loud traffic false literally make millions in their sleep every program that they have every step that they take everything turns to gold they pop up a post thousands of leads they send an email everyone plex by the run. A webinar people chased them to take their credit card. They run the challenge. People are begging to join their programs. You know what. I mean right. So what are they doing. What is the secret. Because you're an expert in what you so. Why is no one queuing up to buy your coaching or consulting services. Why haven't you had seven figures yet. And yet all of these other countries have fire you sell trading time for money working so hard but nothing to show for it and what is it that they have that you currently don't. That's what i'm going to outline today. It's so powerful. So let me brig dying for you. What is it about these girls that allow them to create an offer and salad easier than most way. This isn't dialing for you. You could shut about your program from the rooftops and still no one would hear you sadly those businesses just whether and people end up having to go back and get a job. Their dreams in tatters. So how do we make sure that you aren't one of them. Let me show you because first of all. Let's look at why it happens to those who aren't making it happens because people focus too much on the things that don't matter like their logo. Their website their phones they focus on posting on promo threads facebook groups and they focus on china get leads when they see someone posting that they need a life coach. What ends up happening is that they start to look the other forty three thousand life coaches out there. They built land. They look and feel the this scavenger ryan for clients never tortured life and they suffer every single day because no one wants have to offer look orion g in the facebook groups that you are in any see what i mean somebody posts. I need a life coach. The next thing you see nine hundred and forty two people commenting pick me and no one picks them ever. I know that you are different. So what can you do differently. Look at chris. And taylor at traffic and funnels did it instead. They created an irresistible offer packaged into an online course. They built their business. Organically leveraging funnels and automation and then allied that to fund their page traffic until.

Hey everybody may ferguson here. And welcome to episode. Number eleven of the ferguson podcast. Today i wanted to talk about why. I really do believe that when you are a good person your business grows you cheer your client. All you have greater results. They have greater results. Sound so continues. Do you agree. And i'm sure you know what i mean. When you champion your clients you champion your peers in the industry you champion those who are ahead of you. Those who are behind you and your support them to the ends of the earth to see them succeed because their success is years success. Unfortunately what. I see so much of online for some where they get hit where people turn on them. But here's the thing people aren't there are hitting someone else it comes from a place of scarcity. The're unlock being triggered the ugly truth for a lot of people out there. Can you make online klis a nicer place to be for everybody. Repeatable don't get triggered when someone is doing better than them. How can we celebrate those who do well rather than letting jealousy razor what i have experienced as when you genuinely champion and support others when you are so chuffed for people when they have their bricks. Raise your own come so much more easily. It's like a rising tide so join the wave and cheer others on because trust me. It is a beautiful way to live. So are you with me. Can you cheer on town people this week. Can you celebrate their success. Because just wait till you see the knock on effect in your own business and in your life and is magical so let me know through. Support supported me at ferguson dot com over on instagram. This is the podcast that shows you how to create the seeing business that allows you to live the life of fire by applying the principles of roadmap alignment tactical tenacity par performance to create true on the lasting success online. This podcast for own line coaches on consultants who want to grew and scale their business with the overwhelm. This is the mia ferguson. Podcast and welcomed. Today's episode you're listening to the mayor of ferguson podcast. And today we are going to talk about why working want one and serving clients want to one is keeping you stuck so stay tuned. Hey everybody on. Welcome to episode number tan off Ferguson podcast and today. I wanted to talk about quite serving clients. One to one is keeping you stuck less than what we are going to be talking about. Today is going to make or break your results online and thanking that your expertise is to unique to allow you to scale with online courses is actually holding you back from living your dream life of freedom and i get. It's because i have been there two. I have argued in the past that my want one coaching on consulting is to bespoke to be able to convert it to owning horses. I tried to convince myself that all that was possible was working one to one trading time for me but that belief caused me so much and over work on at west time that i can never get back working under doing working find a client deliver to clients find another delivered to another on and on at once to make more. I had to work more. I had created my own business to live a life of freedom and here. I was gm to my laptop. Not better off than i had been in my corporate pass. I wasn't overwhelmed expert. Can you relate if you think about it. What you're really saying is that believing won't won't is all that is possible for. You is more important to you than having an online course business. The gives you all the freedom impact in the world. Where in life to staying trading time for money get you these results probably nowhere right. Why is it so. Common for coaches aren't consultants to continue to treat time for mommy. Coaching onto one during done for you services even done with he services. Do you dane with this to you. What i showed you a way to actually shift from the one to one model to fill ascension model of only programs faster by stopping treating time for me. I know it might be hard to believe. The taking back from two one is going to help you but hear me art when you take that step back and you map your step by step process that you take your clients three. You have the skeleton over your first online course and then as you build at your customer journey and full ascension model of online courses. You wonder how to fill these programs. You do this leveraging industry juries where your audience of idea clients raise. They're happy to you. Dealy through your social profiles phones automations at home with webinars training series alert clients to join your programs year round fundamentals of the experts accelerator effect. It makes sense right no more trading time for money no more hustle and grind. No more working. Tell your abel's bleed science good doesn't it because there are three things that matter as you've moved through this journey roadmap alignment tactical tenacity and par performance and when they collide. You're able to live as a ceo on fire or you have a life. Freedom impact revenue and empowerment. It is so simple when you look at your offer how you tick your current clients through the want to one process. You may not look at it as a process of the moment extent back from it. I'm sure you're taking them three step by step by step to move from point to point b. Essentially each of those steps become your modules within each of those steps. There's going to be operated. I call them focus points other people call them lessons on this. Is dan how you take a new map. The skeleton of your online course. It is much easier than you think it is. So that's my challenge for you today. So i want you to let me know either at support at me ferguson. Dot com that. You've gone ahead and done this or over an instagram at. I am near ferguson. I want you to really really just trust that you have a process that you can convert into on all main course. Yes at the moment. You might be thinking about hardy. This what the tech. I cetera et cetera. That's not with this episode. Is a bite this absolutist for you to have that are how moment or you realize that you're one to one. Coaching or consulting is actually a process and then anti process com an online course. So that is it for this episode. What i want you to do is let me know if you've had any bricks re moments any hamas and. I'll see you all in the next episode. Thank you for listening to this entire episode. Seven of the mia ferguson podcast. Today i wanted to talk about why working harder is the worst way to scale your business and i know that you have been told over and over that you have to work hard to bay successful as a child in school in college at work. Am i right work. Twenty hours a day to get everything on your business. Get up at four. Am and so on and so on. But you've ended up being overwhelmed expert. Am i right. What if i were to tell you that when you are a coach or consultant this is actually the worst way to scale your online business. Let me tell you why. But i listen i get because i used to be saying things like i will graft and graft on someday will pay off. I will keep working and working in the class will come signs familiar right. So have you considered. What continuing with this pattern is doing to you and your business. But here's the thing working. Harder is the worst thing that you can do. Because as i learned everything in business is energy i stick with me because it old me if would have laughed and scoffed at the woo. Woo stuff as well and my arrogance. I thought all energy talk was nonsense. Michael thomas wrong. I was truth. Be told it is literally everything but before we dive into energy and hired is everything. Let me ask you. How many times have things worked out when you hailed on. So so tight. none right. Controlling everything in micro managing. Everything is like trying to not get wet when you go. Surfing doesn't work those who try to micromanage and up with their energy so sponge that potential clients won't ever choosing so what the solution when own lawyer to be easy everything clicks everything flows and everything just happens and you might be saying signs amazing meals but high the held i get their. Hi can i get my energy to just click. And here's the secret. You follow a formula that allies it to be easy a formula that step by step shows you the high and what is this formula. It's the expert accelerator or you have three case from home expert to c. e. o. On fire or you live a life of freedom. Impact revenue and empowerment water the three keys roadmap alignment tactical tenacity and par performance. You know exactly what your ideal clients leads. Come forward to you. Every single day you create offers that are so profound that people simply have to say yes you create online courses under you have cutting edge strategies in place of the most opted tactics to fill them and you live every day as ceo on fire. You delegate you automate you always systems to do the work for you so let me ask you. What is it to be. Are you going to choose to keep working harder and harder or you going to choose to allow it to be easy. What i want you to do is jump over to instagram me. No the honda is. I m mia ferguson. You're listening to the mayor of ferguson. Podcast today we are going to be talking about. Why giving value over and over isn't hard to get clients on demand so stay tuned. Hey everybody welcome. To episode of the mir ferguson podcast. And today we're going to be talking about why giving value over over is not the way to get clients on demand. An i understand why you may think that giving more and more value to your audience is the best way to get clients and that's what all the girlies told you. Am i right so it's no wonder that you fail like an overwhelmed. Expert create a fist. Pick up give and give on someone will become your client. This is what you have been told i ever have. You noticed. High the big guns in the industry dude take any porterfield for example every value pace that she offers is building her increasingly her following a nurturing them through to the point of sale. So you don't have to give value over and over until your eyeballs elite. Your free value must be strategic it must be aligned to your offer so that when your audience get it. They get value for sure but they're also left hungary for more so if you have been suffering from the curse of providing free value and the hope of getting a client. Here's what i want you to do instead. When you know what your audience wants at super easy to create a lead magnet that helps them. This magnet can be a report a checklist. A challenge a training series. And so on what you must do in this lead magnet. Show them the what but not the high that way they have a huge armament moment but more importantly leave them needing and wanting more they say this is amazing but the idea it. You're not front and center in their world. You make your offer. They simply have to say yes. Signs of using right. Let me ask you. Where would you be a year from now. If you don't switch from providing value to creating strategic lead magnets. How much revenue are you going to leave. I don't have much less impact. Will you have around the world. how much less freedom. While you have as you continue to show up to give free value hoping against hope that someone will be grateful and for that they become your client. Thank you will fail a year from now if you keep doing what. You're doing what you have dug the trench even deeper or whether you have flipped on its head and clients are coming forward to you every day. Leads raise their hand to you daily. You bring them through. Your strategically created falls into your ecosystem as an expert accelerator. You make them offers. That are so profound that they simply must say yes. So everything shifts. You are living as a ceo on fire. Your living. A life of freedom impact revenue on empowerment. Because you stop giving body or and over again. That's it for this episode. I want you to jump over to instagram. The handle is. I m mia ferguson. And let me know your a ha moment your bricks that you just had in this episode today and do what you can to make it a great day. This is the podcast that shows you how to create the sea in business that allows you to live the life of fire by applying the principles of roadmap alignment tactical tenacity par performance to create true on the lasting success online. This podcast is for online. Coaches aren't consultants. We want to grew and skill their business with idea overwhelm. This is the mia ferguson. Podcast and welcomed today's episode. You're listening to the mia ferguson. Podcast and today we are going to be talking about authenticity on why it matters so much as you scale your online business so stay tuned. Hi everybody on. Welcome to episode. Six of the mayor of ferguson podcast. Today i'm going to talk about took off intensity i could literally do a tour episode on this but as ever i'm going to keep it short because there is only a few things that really matter relation to authenticity. I could go on all day about deaths. Because here's the thing. I used to try to hide who i was. Can you relate to this. Have you ever heddon a part of you and kyis. People didn't like it. A lot of people for example in my niche are very flashy. they are showing off their ferrara's that are rented but they pretend that they own them in their facebook posts. They're showing off their glamorous lifestyle that they can barely afford so here with me. When i first started in this scheme his loving on my horse farm and spending most of my life in well as out in the yard in jeans and a jumper on a big. You know a big warm coat and a hat Just art working with the horses. So i try to hide that part of me to try to fit in to this shiny industry that i belong but my goodness did my skin crawl. I didn't fail like me. I didn't sign like me. I was hiding away. One of the biggest parts of my life. So that i wouldn't stand to that i wouldn't so that i would look like all the others but where the at off and just started showing up as the real me. My hair sometimes on brushed no makeup ball on ice started to see a title shift in my business. So ever the investigator. I started to wonder what was going on. And i realized that it all comes back to authenticity. I was showing up as the real me now. Hading parts of me and it was so free. I could literally just be who. I was not a care in the world about any judgment. Because here's the thing hitters are going to hit judger circling a judge. It has nothing to do with you. I can be who i am. I can jump onto your coaching call with my clients wearing my husband's hoodie. No problem i can jump on a lady wearing my willy's or good. This is what everything shifts a nothing in. Your business is stressful. Everything just becomes and you don't work because you are being authentically you so let me ask you this. Are you big authentically every single day. Are you showing as a hundred percent who you are or you try to morph squeeze parts of you into this new person that you think people want you to be because i can promise you growing and scaling. Your business is going to be much more difficult if you do that. If you try to pretend if you try to be someone who aren't it is going to feel hard. It is going to feel awkward. And you're going to always feel like your skin is crawling. So what has authenticity to you. Who are you are you showing up that person every single day. Are you showing up as a leader for your people. Are you positioning yourself as an expert in your industry are you a creator or are you a consumer so that has at. This is a really short episode. But i just love to talk about authenticity and how you can make such a shift in your business when you start Truly showing as who you are so. Let me know your favorite favorite part of today's episode over on instagram. The hambo is. I m mia ferguson. And do what you can to make a great day a see you next. Time on the mia ferguson. "You're listening to the mia ferguson. Podcast and today we are going to be talking up by your deeper purpose. So what is the purpose that you have. That is driving you to build your own line business so stay tuned. Hey at welcome to episode. Two of the maeve ferguson podcast. And today i'm going to be talking about your deeper purpose because often i'm asked why do what i do. And as i saw impounded this i realized that it all ties back to the life. Fire freedom impact revenue on empowerment. I saw darn at the lowest moment in my life could hear that on a previous podcast episode. I decided exactly what i wanted from there. And i reverse engineered every single thing in my life. The who the what. The why the where the win. What i want you to realize that this this is entirely possible for you to if you want it. So keep listening. Freedom impact revenue department for me. It is all of those things. The purpose in this world is to show experts just like you hard to have exactly the same life completely on your own terms. Because here's the thing. It is entirely possible on. All it takes is a choice a choice to step away from the mold a choice to be someone different a choice to stand for what you believe in choice to be different choice to create a different life for your family and listen. I'm pretty lucky. I grew up in an amazing family but there. There are so many societal beliefs so many indoctrination that we are brought up with like for example. You got to go to college to be successful. I have to degree under the sun. A i i'm doing something completely removed from all that the only night. Am i doing what. I was put on earth today. Some people say you have to have a certain job title to be credible that sometimes takes a huge life event to make a pause on wonder. Is this actually what i want for me. I realized back in that moment. When i was so that lowest point that it wasn't so then i went down to figure out who are amai. What am i all about or to down for. What do i believe. Why am i here on this planet. So i put my business around that to make every single day kind to be free to have an impact to bring in the revenue and feel more empowered than i ever thought. Possible to when you stop and ponder that for yourself let me ascii. Are you living every single moment of every single day on your terms. Are you doing everyday what you put on earth or are you living half life living a life that others told you you should have. You're doing all the right things checking all the boxes you're going to college. You're doing the work yet. Sometimes you wonder is this it. You feel like you're watching someone else rather than this actually being your one and only life. But here's the thing you have a gift you have brilliance to bring to the world. You can transform someone else's life through your coaching or your consulting but you don't because either you don't know i or the fear of stepping away from the mold keeps you stuck tight. You have a burning fire. Transform lives around the world. you know you're different to others. You know what. I'm rain right. You observe others having normal conversations complaining about normal things your head go somewhere else planning streaming creating building wondering what it will be like when you have your own successful online business imagining the impact that you're going to have on the world you can smell the freedom you know that the revenue flowing into your business everyday can only mean that you help more and more people are so frigging empire that you know in your bones that you are doing what you were born to. That's my arm. That is why. I do what i do to help you. Move away from that half life where you know that you were meant for more. You're stuck stuck in circumstance. Stuck in her stories. I can't because it's different for me because you're stuck in your someday someday. I'll go into it helping you. Shift from there to police of complete alignment one. You build the all online business of your dreams. One that allows you to be free to have an impact earn more than you ever thought. Possible on get up everyday fitting so empires that you never work a day in your life. That's it for this episode. Let me know your favorite part of today's episode over on instagram. the hambo is.
