"I want to tell you a little bit about this gentleman I mean they almost took a shirt off while other apprehending him they arrested him I'm sad to say And I think in the Washington examiner Beckett Adams did a very good job of summing it up He wrote Scott Smith was arrested on June 22 At a school board meeting loudon county Virginia there was deemed an unlawful assembly After attendees voiced opposition to a proposed policy expanding special protections to transgender students Smith was dragged from the event in handcuffs his pants falling down his lip bleeding He was charged later with heartily conduct and resisting arrest Smith's arrest soon became a national story The small business owner became an avatar and avatar of anti school board protests representing the unruly and ignorant anti mask anti critical race theory in anti transgender parents and their crusade against the progressive Put upon school officials But few knew until now is that Smith attended the June 22 hearing to confront school board member over his daughter's alleged rape In a school bathroom by a gender fluid boy As I understand it this took place in a high school stone ridge high school Which is where my kids went to high school The details apparently don't matter to the national school board association In a letter to The White House this month that actually highlighted smith's arrest is an example why federal law enforcement agencies need to investigate and prosecute parents who oppose mask mandates and the teaching of critical race theory

Congressman Devin Nunes: People Are Voting With Their Feet

"5 years ago, it was general Flynn. My former White House colleague, who has targeted by the FBI, now it's mothers at school board meetings. We have so much to discuss in this hour. So they've gone from a three star general to mothers, let me ask you, where does this end? What is the likely scenario? Does it become socialism? After the last year and a half with COVID and people, you know, genuflecting at the altar of fear that Fauci created, are we going to comply? You are the antithesis of the career politician, your farmer, your citizen politician, from that vantage point, what is your expectation? Where does this end up congressman Nunez? Well, if you look at what's happened throughout COVID, the socialist states, so called blue states have become more and more socialist bordering on total tailoring ism type of tactics that they're using, especially here in California where now you just had the governor come out after he narrowly escaped after spinning a quarter of a $1 billion to defend himself outside of that money coming in in the last month. He likely would have been recalled. Well, now he's still here. Newsom is here. And first thing he does is he says, well, we're going to go out and we're going to mandate that all your kids get these shots. And so this is and we expect more draconian measures to come in the future. So I think you're going to see more conservatives, Republicans independents who want to live in freedom are going to leave places like California every single day. You can't get a U haul truck here in California without paying an exorbitant price because you have to pay to bring it back from states like Idaho, Tennessee, Texas, et cetera. So people are voting with their feet. They're moving with their feet. They're setting up a very dangerous situation here where we have a series of blue socialist states and red free

Is America Becoming a Land of No Consequences? Rep. Devin Nunes Shares His Thoughts

"Congressman Nunes, I didn't want to spoil your day. I just wanted to tee that cut up to ask you a question that I have to give full credit. I lived in Hungary after the fall of communism the land of my parents birth. And there was an issue there in the 1990s. Nobody, not one person paid the price for the crimes of the prior regime. There was no truth in reconciliation, no truth committees, and one day a very bright philosopher wrote a big article, changed the overton window. And the title of the article, a congressman was is our nation becoming a land of no consequences. I look at America in the last 5 years. I look at the lives of Schiff, the accusations of Brennan of Comey of mccabe of stroke of Lisa page. And I see one lowly lawyer at the FBI get a slap on the wrist, and I have to ask you as a person who's down the most to get the true story out. Is America becoming a land of no consequences congressman? Well, I still have hope, and you have to have hope in this line of work. I get up every day. I live in California. I'm coming to you from California where we got fires burning all over the place, so you got politicians running around, screaming global warming as my constituents and my family are engulfed in smoke, just ash and smoke that are coming out of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. So you got to get up every day. We're in the trenches here. And you've got to have hope that things are going to get better. But to your point, things have gotten progressively

Loudoun County Father Becomes Face of 'Domestic Terrorism' for Alleging Daughter Was Raped in School Bathroom

"Now mat I just want to switch topics You have been heavily involved in this fight against CRT Virginia resident which is great Virginia I'm sure loves loves having you But that fight in loudon counties got ugly The daily wire had a story up today That just is I mean beyond disturbing I mean it's like savagery So there's this father who's a daughter was attacked and sexually assaulted and then some of these bureaucrats start going after the dad because he spoke out against some of this transgender ideology being pushed out of the stories just hard to believe I know you saw it Your thoughts on that Yeah this was wild kind of school district was trying to push this policy of opening the bathrooms up and allowing the boys into the girls room And while that was happening while this fight was happening there was a case allegedly where a boy went into a girl's bathroom and raped the girl and he's been charged he's been charged with it And the school the crime is horrible and then as always in these situations you have the institutional cover up and so apparently what happened is that they told the father we want to keep this in-house And the father was understandably upset I think one of the worst and most despicable things on the part of school and the school system is the way the way that they've tarnished this man who I mean anyone who's a father I have a daughter If this is what happened to my daughter I can't even imagine what my reaction would be and to lash out and be angry and yell That's the least of what would be justified And he goes to a school board meeting and he gets he's very upset obviously because this happened to his daughter and speaking out against these policies and there's a minor altercation that happens involving him No one is injured seriously injured or anything And they take that as this is one of their prime examples now of alleged violence at school board meetings It's one of the only times that there's anything that could remotely be called violent even though again it's just a minor skeleton And they're using that as an example to not only tarnish him but everybody all other parents and say well they're all a bunch of domestic cares That's what we need to get the FBI

I took for granted that everybody in america knows that the government has no business getting between parents. Their kids never unless there is violence. Horrible violence how dare. How dare they imply that parents shouldn't no. i mean. look in loco parentis. We have schools public schools because we can't teach kids in many cases so we say we're going to hire people to teach kids. How did the government take this over and try to shove the parents out of the way. This is completely. Un-american is completely wrong. And i want every american to know. This is utterly unacceptable. Don't ever let school boards or governments pushed around when it comes to your kids as it is right now. The the is the enemy. Okay the fact that the fbi and the department of justice can be used to exert pressure on individual citizens trying to get involved in local politics. That's what school boards are the most local organic natural form of politics. The healthiest thing in the world is for people being involved in the decisions of what happens on their local government including including local schools with that said public schools. Were always a terrible idea. That public schools were created in the late nineteenth century by progresses like horace mann. Who explicitly said. "Is merrick garland conflicted. There's a conflict of interest here. Clearly as his daughter is now married into the family and as part of the family of the company that parents are speaking out against and merrick. Garland says oh. Don't worry i'll throw the feds at them. We're just going to send the fbi and intimidate and chill future speech since two thousand september. Two thousand twenty one. But just last month. Panorama educations anton. Tanner raised sixty million dollars to expand operations. His father in law merrick garland then tells the fbi to investigate any potential parental interference or disruption. That might impede his daughter and son-in-law business interests we used to have laws against the sort of stuff but it's no surprise that the same thing. How joe biden creates chinese policy to benefit his family. So same thing hunter biden says. Oh i don't know who's buying my art. Even though breaking news stories shows today he's hanging out with the people that are buying but always follow the money everybody that there is a profit motive and there's an incentive behind the clampdown merrick garland. "We'll be pleased in the same speech. Walberg praises then president trump's support for supporting marriage between a man and a woman for life and for life from conception to natural desk so these are the kinds of speeches that they're giving at the exact same event. I just like spare me the like. Oh i i didn't know what this was about but okay maybe sure maybe. Some people are completely clueless about what's going on. Maybe they're on their phones. Not attention to the insane speeches that are being given that most of the time when the cameras are rolling they do not give those speeches on camera. No here that one was right and so and and look. I'm i'm telling every democrat. You're nuts if you're going to these things but a lot of the reasons that even progresses went was because this tremendous marketing in dc that. This is a wonderful thing to go to. So hey if you're not christian but you're going to the prayer breakfast that shows how much you care about the religious community. And your constituents that are religious or christian especially. If you're not one right so make sure you go and that gives them the veneer of respectability and people think okay. That's that's good. I want to respect the christians in my community and a lot of them are left wing etc. So it's a perfect little trap to push right we agenda. That's why i said that this thing should between knowing and not knowing is everything this case. But how many stories can we do. And it's not like they don't know. We asked her comments every time. There coups for comment on camera and he gives dismissive comment protects organization and runs away so the the people that go continue to go. Now there's no question that they know and you should hold them accountable all right well. Let's switch gears a little bit and talk about one of the most unhinged moments. I've seen in the news so newsmax host grant stench field Went on one of the most unhinged rant professing his loyalty to donald trump now. He was discussing the us withdrawal withdrawal from afghanistan and in the context of that discussion. He has a guest on a man by the name of joe szabo. He is the founder of a group known as team america. Right so right on brand for newsmax and look what sabah's doing he's trying to help our afghan allies leave afghanistan So that's what his a whole project is with team america But it's not really about him. It's about the fact that as soon as he had super mild criticism for trump stints field. Well just watch. I can tell you. This didn't happen under president trump and i know there's a lot of people on the left that want to try to blame president trump. He wanted out of afghanistan. Real bad he was real frustrated. Not being able to get out but he didn't pull out because he knew this would happen. In fact we all did. I called it on this program entering veterans being one.

"That he that was reportedly offered to investigators by an alleged witness. A witness named max tire an attorney and former classmate of ramirez. That was another woman who had made accusations against cavanaugh. Who reportedly notified senators that he had witnessed and event similar to the one recounted by ramirez. Right so why was that not looked into by the way the pert ramirez that. We're talking about here. Is deborah ramirez. She was a classmate over at yale. She claimed that brett cavanaugh had exposed himself to her. And so we have a witness claiming you know. I saw him do something similar to another person. And why wasn't that person interviewed so we need to know who at the fbi made a decision that we're going to do a sham investigation. That were the allegations of sexual assault. We're going to bury them because we don't care we're gonna make a political decision because we want us right. We are on the supreme court and so we're not going to do the investigation that we were told that we must do. How do you not find that person. How do you not fire that person by the way it looks like it's one person looks like a whole organization on purpose chose not to do their job. It's indisputable even if you're talking to right winger new thing that they did a real investigation if they didn't talk to blasi ford or the witness or cavenaugh you know they didn't do a real investigation in fact you're chuckling about right niagara i know is it a great they allege rape is on now. Doctor larry nassar and also the head of the fbi. Christopher ray now why is the fbi involved in this well it turns out that After sev- role olympians had told fbi officials. About what larry nassar had done to them. They didn't take any action. In some cases it took seventeen months for them to even investigate. The claims the first half of wednesday's hearing featured emotional testimony by four elite gymnast. Simone biles michaela maroney alley rice men and also matt maggie nichols who said nasser sexually abused them under the guise of medical treatment during his time as a usa gymnastics doctor We have a video showing you some of their testimony. "The fbi your agency released their document two thousand six stating that. This was going to happen. Lowered law poll two thousand and twenty one. Fifteen years later here we are In our homeland security that trying to stonesevent homeland security didn't do enough. I mean these are obviously administration decisions. Not the officers themselves could could not or did not want to do it Fbi didn't do enough law enforcement hasn't done enough digging into their own past or History in record checks of their own individuals. How does this happen. How did this happen. I wanna make sure we're talking about the the the same thing i because i'm talking about the growth or the coming out of the woodwork of of hate groups of domestic terrorism. And i think we we saw it. You know charlottesville we saw with you know in our political movement. You know we. We saw some of the things that were being sad and some of the things that were being ignored. But i do want to make sure and this is not an defense of the fbi. But we've got some serious issues. With domestic terrorism laws that really is not a domestic terrorism violation and being the even the people that are being arrested for the Insurrection in at the capitol are being charged with things that are not. You know straight out domestic terrorism Because it really is not a rest of domestic terrorism law which means that when you see people gathering when you see people talking you know that kind of rhetoric it's difficult to initiate an investigation Because there are so many protections which of course as citizens we wanna make sure that we have those protections and our privacy cannot just be you know Taken for granted and but that the laws are are are antiquated and need to be needed to be fixed. Because these groups are out there and Someone needs to Be able to closely follow and investigate them. I i'm sure you've heard of cohen. Tell pro yes. I mean that was. Yeah those were the issues during you know some of the civil rights movements of of Fbi investigating.

So and you can tell that during interrogation that helps you. It yeah. It just tells you whatever the questions I'm asking their stressed, so the question is why. So, if you were into crime, it pay to have all the S- The the sweat pours removed from your filter them that you could yeah or ever be caught, yeah! An interrogation or both talks both talks gets rid of the the ability to sweat from there, yeah! Poker players. Poker players get botox in their film. They get Botox and a lot of places because they give so much away with with their faces. Called the Tel at Tel.. De Should I. Go back to that voice. Please the the health. Field Trim. Ron Burgundy was never truly confident until I switched over to state farm. I know it sounds like a commercial for state farm. But here's the deal it's justice story and I like to tell it. The old company kept me up at night worrying about what I signed and what I was really covered for and whether or not I was safe in the world. Well a sophisticated friend of mine whose name Will Remain Unspoken Sarah Current Howard. Davies told me she sleeps perfect at night ever since she switched over to state farm. When I heard this I ran out. Full speed down the street to the nearest payphone folks. There's not a lot of payphones out there anymore. It was about a twelve mile run and I got on the phone and dump Mike infusing quote unquote money-saving policy and got state farm. I actually feel insured now for the first time in my life. Sounds like a commercial but it was just a story. Tell Them Burgundy set you for whatever reason this commercial. Welcome back.
