"Number. Where's your phone? I've lost it. Exactly. And I love my sister. You know, how you love her. She's my family. This show, even just the little bit that I do. Then you have to do the press. You have to do the reunion, and then all of a sudden your back filming again. So it really does take up a lot of time. Is it good? No, I need it all mixed up. There's butter in there and I have to be all mint. Oh, there's butter right here? Yes. A lot. Honey, never mind, go. I got it. She worked so hard. And you kind of finally sometimes go, well, maybe this is it. But I think she'll be back. She's the show, so. You said some things about this beautiful sister of yours. Oh, but you see those things, Kyle. We were having a conversation off camera, and I think I was just over the entire frustrated, I should not have said anything. I should have just kept my mouth shut. I never said anything about Lisa. I said them to Lisa. She just, you know, was unhappy that I said anything. And that's her business. I had an event here, I'm trying to think like two or three months ago. I invited everybody. She very well could have been out of town. But that I have to take the responsibility, and I did apologize on apologized. Rob, he loves the dance. Our friends call him hip hop rob. Chess is a nickname, actually. Sorry to God. So he does this. I'm gonna write it radio. You know what a good deal? Like, he does this like hand thing? Yeah, but it's nothing like that. She needs to really work on it. Okay, sorry. You know, Sutton and I, we have a history of up and downs and we go through a little bit more, but I think it's on the other. I think some people are affected by watching the show back. I'm less so. I, I'm someone that sort of sticks to where I am now and I give grace to what happens, what has happened in the past. But Garcia has reached out recently and has a nice things. And I said, thank you. So, it was nice. I felt like there was an extra couple of links there. Nina has she tried to keep his sleep, but it felt like there's extra couple hard links. Well, you guys, we also caught up with former friend of the housewives Faye Resnick, who is extremely close with Khloé Kardashian so Faye gave us an update on Khloe, baby number two, and had something to say about all the Tristan drama. She is really excited. She's having a baby. True has a, you know, a little sibling, obviously, you know, Tristan was a little disappointing. But anti and moms and sisters, Chloe and true, it's a beautiful family and we're all just right there. It's a village honestly. You gonna need a village because he has his own. That sometimes that is that is worse to just be like, it's very double worst product. Like, I'm very disappointed. Yeah. She is disappointed. Disappointing is the worst thing that like an anti or your mom. And to say it about someone that's excessive. He was just disappointed. It would be bad for the average person. Tristan clearly does not care. Right. Call him pretty much anything. And I don't think he would be bothered by it, you know? He found another level of disappointment that we have not dealt with before. All right, you guys, Hollywood also showed up for Jordan Peele's new thriller nope. Kiki Palmer stole the show. She rocked a low rise skirt. She also talked to us about the vibes. Oh.

"OJ knew the rich and famous and he could be a liaison and that's how it all took care of him. Well, then that means drugs or money, it's up to you. I think in mint drugs, it's OJ love this cocaine. I didn't do any with them, but my friend Johnny boy used to, and he said that you could put a half a gram on your hand, the back of your hand, OJ would storm like was nothing. Put the other half grand on the other hand, hold you would take care of it like it was nothing. He was a monster with cocaine. A monster. A lot of professional athletes are. They're just crazy specimens. You can't put any kind of drug in front of them, they're just beasts, they're big dudes. And they've got great constitutions. So in the script, when Charlie approaches OJ, OJ says, if it's about paying the complication, is that bitch, Faye Resnick? And as his anger gets more and more bubbling, OJ tells trolley, okay, we're gonna drive the Bronco to Nicole's condo and put this on her. Now you cut to Nicole's house, there's two bodies, a pool of dark liquid, and a bloody OJ, stripping off his clothes and handing them and the knife to a, quote, mystery man. And Charlie the narrator says he'll never reveal whether he is the mystery man. He only says that night tied juice in me together for the rest of our lives. Well, yeah, I think it would a couple of murders. And for anyone who read OJ's remember that crazy ass book, if I did it Simpson wrote in the book, he couldn't have pulled a crime off by himself. He even provided a first name of the accomplice, guess what the first name was. Charlie. So now having security not guilty verdict in the murder, OJ is now insulated against any further prosecution because that's double jeopardy and that can't happen. So the fact that he couldn't be charged with a crime again is what probably helped get him brave or get his balls all twisted to write this hypothetical version of the murders in that crazy ass book, what she got three and a half $1 million for. But if you remember the book and I bought it at a garage sale once for like ten cents in the book Simpson writes that he'd recently befriended Charlie because he was always in a good mood, always laughing. And he says that on the night of the murders, this is in the book. Charlie came to his house, but unlike the script version, it wasn't about cocaine debts.

"At Simpson is happy to see. But Charlie's there in business. He says to OJ, Joey sent me to collect cocaine debts, which were related to OJ's ex-wife, Nicole Brown, Simpson, and also her best friend Faye Resnick. Now, I went out with say a couple of times during that trial. She came to New York to do the Geraldo show, her and I ended up getting together. We used to go to Dre's when I went to LA, a little hotspot on the Sienna avenue. Everybody used to go there to CNBC. It was such a popular restaurant. The owner of Victor Dre ended up opening one in Las Vegas, so I can attest to, say, liking her cocaine, okay? I even took part in some of those nights with her. So I know that's the fact that she liked her Coke. But this news got OJ really pissed off. And the target of that anger was Nicole. Now he's scheduled to leave for the airport in less than an hour for a flight to Chicago, but then he decides, no, I'm gonna confront her at her home on Bundy drive. So Charlie's following him, he drives his white Ford Bronco to the alley behind Nicole's home. And we all know what happened late at the great deal of blood that is spilled on that property. That is premise might sound preposterous, but we all know the history of that night has been seared into our consciousness, this wasn't some Miami, you know, bullshit artists with OJ Sims in the night Nicole and Ron were brutally night to death. The LA police department and the district attorney couldn't have missed that Simpson had an accomplice. Could they? I mean, that's what this comes down to. That's what the script comes down to. So this guy Charlie was the real Miami guy. Charles Charlie erlich, an ex drug trafficker, longtime manager at dean's goal, the strip club on a 163rd and Biscayne boulevard in North Miami Beach. So it fiction is the lie through which we tell the truth, then the script, which is called juiced after Simpson's nickname, I'm telling you, it may shed some new light on the events of that night. Oh, look, or it could be a big bullshit ploy to profit off one of the most notorious crimes in history. Although I don't think it is. I don't think it is. Because this guy Charlie, interesting character. Grew up in Manhattan, had a stepdad who was tied to the mobster Meyer lansky and the whole underworld. He got in some trouble as a teenager, he was exiled to Miami and in Miami quickly becomes involved in the drug trade, gets the nickname Charlie tuna. Eventually serves time in prison before ending up in the leg. LA. These days he's the head of marketing and promotion for the strip club. He poses for social media photos. You'll see him on Instagram. You'll see him next to some exotic dancers at the bar. You'll see him in the parking lot with Dwayne The Rock Johnson and rob corddry after those guys film an episode of HBO's show ballers. He's with Dennis Rodman. The typical strip club kind of guy. Maybe you don't think he was around that night, but he was definitely with Simpson when OJ got busted on that sports memorabilia robbery in Las Vegas back in 2007. Ehrlich was also convicted in the case, but did no jail time. He says he was present during the hotel room heist, only because OJ's a friend and asked him to come along. Here's where it gets kind of weird.

"So they're saying that she completely detached. You might recognize one of the psychiatrist. Who testified here. His name was. Dr phillip resnick. Does that name sound familiar at all. Phillip resnick doesn't but faye resnick us. Okay so phillip resnick testified in the unabomber case and in the trial of james holmes. Do remember who james holmes is. Oh yeah of course. Oh my goodness he was the colorado movie theater shooter man. he was. Yeah so this is you know. Obviously the unabomber. Ted kaczynski the. Yeah so this guy is really long history. He's really renowned forensic psychiatrists who testified some pretty high profile cases. The other forensic psychiatrists who testified was dr karen rosenbaum. The prosecution grilled dr rosenbaum on. Cross asking her why she had an interview anyone outside of the ortega family because they interviewed. Ortega's niece jacqueline meghan. Remember that reference letter that landed in the job. Yes on a remember the question of gonna ask you then but go ahead okay. Well it turns out that it was yasser niece. Who wrote it but guess what. She didn't even have children. Jassem sneeze now. I had a feeling it was fake. I just want to say it. i did. She ended up being a witness for the defense but the prosecution totally discredited her because they were like. Oh wait a minute. Aren't you the one who wrote the fake reference letter and kind of started this whole thing. And if dr rosenbaum was relying on someone who is already lying the the credibility of the findings can be discredited. Is exactly right. Thank you for making that clear meghan. I think the prosecution did a really good job of trying to discredit this doctor. Also the prosecution ended up pushing her into acknowledging that ortega never mentioned hearing voices or having visual or auditory hallucinations to either the family or the defense psychiatrist until after the killings. Okay that's another piece of the puzzle. It goes without saying this trial. Focus on the insanity defense and that's one of the reasons that case took so long between the initial competency hearing in two thousand thirteen and the actual trial in two thousand eighteen. Because the defense was trying to build this case and clearly it was falling apart for them. Ortega showed no emotion or any indication of remorse during the whole trial. I believe she's shed one tear at one point but it was when something had to do with her. Not not with the murderers up. The children more take a son who is now twenty two remember. Hey sues he took the stand to testify in defense of his mother. He referred to the murder one point as a quote accident. The prosecution went off on him. Yelling did you just say accident. He then corrected himself and said oh. I mean what happened. He basically just testified that his mother loved the children immensely and that she never confided in him that she was hearing voices or anything like that. On april eighteenth two thousand eighteen. After just two days of deliberations the jury found that fifty five year old yellen ortega was guilty of two counts of first degree murder and two counts of second degree murder. maga-. I know we've talked about this. We were talking about. George floyd gays or the derek show van trial. How can she be simultaneously guilty of first degree murder and also second degree murder. Can we explain this to our listeners..
