You're listening to this aliens. We'd love to have you on the show. That is our three target demographics for this show. It is alien fundamentalists cannibalistic. Serial killers and aliens i would also accept lindsay lohan or morrissey because apparently like morrissey she used to be so attractive. She just looks like more to ivanhoe's really too. Because this was definitely the same era. In which james dean was doing that movie with lindsay lohan. So i do feel like they kind of put that joke it on purpose. What movie canyons the terrible movie. It's awful. It's i never saw it. It's awful the yeah. He was like the height of lindsey lowe. Hand coke binge. Those chicken chicken meat a cameo really doing true to form. It would've been brian trying to fuck lowest time like leg. Had a guy come in in a dog sued. During the peter and lois scene and humber leg. That would have been very funny to me. I would have been so. I just felt like that was a missed opportunity. Okay fair enough. Yeah there could have been one slight improvement. Get why you can't have student in it. I got that. That's and crafts our age like obviously. Let's just dive into some of the lines before the sex scenes because they weren't full scenes. So you had i cleveland and donna and i had to write down. What cleveland wrote. Because i'm still staring at it in awe. I'm big poppa in your my little kim. it's like that rap saga except there's no sugar night murdering that obviously gay rapper. Which who i. Maybe i am like not cool. I don't know but never once. Have i heard obviously gay when describing biggie. I assume to puck or no big. You're right you're right but if we were in competition between who may or may not be by curious i would also go with two buck. Oh yeah yeah what. We so interesting wine very funny. I liked the hat. I want to be with you. Donna gonna say which like popular rapper in the nineties has experimented with men before i would hundred percents a to puck over making you. Excuse me and madonna had some weird ass orgies with someone else like other people like come on. But i could see out of convenience. You know on the show how she liked boned quagmire. I mean he was just that they are across the street. Yeah sweetening gives you cancer. Donna cancer.

"'cause like i feel like jay leno also does have some meat up there. He's got a follow like smell. The so like when they were describing. I was like okay. This isn't even like a describing. Yeah they look like you'd expect them to. I have an image in my head of what jay leno. Boobs like moved. You know i will give them credit for ending the comedy store strike in the seventies. Feel like that is the one thing that we can all good work on that. Excellent acting really hit him. Yeah also guy speaking of cut aways all right. I have to say i also love the cut away where they went to two and a half x. men two tv show guide. Yeah and it's like a real person that's hurtful wolverine. I'm off to go bang storm now. He's like pitas like whips out a razor. Oh my god. Blesses xactly what i would expect. Wolverines peanuts to be absolutely. Yeah it would be dangerous. Yeah what's still fuck you. Jackman like that are yea like wolverine is like unbearably hot. But i feel like if you had sex with him you would die. Yeah but you know what would still risk it worth it you know. I really wanna see an extra movie where they cross over into the edward scissorhands universe and find out that they were birth become together and it's the claw and scissors brother. It's more like brother. And then they get long duck like wd forty going to have to say. I also did love that. They called back to obvious references and family guy like there's a chicken peter fights with and has multiple occasions. He said something about bird and word. I was like do it. They didn't play the song but he did. Choke the chicken did. They did have an excellent parody of the intro song as well in the beginning appreciate when they re read you the theme song. Yeah good that. They put a lot of work into that. I can appreciate all of that by the way we've only described the first five minutes. I know i know. I will say the intro of this porn was the longest part. Yeah right it was the majority of it because once you've got that and it was like the individual scenes it was like two seconds of dialogue. And then fucking which. Obviously the point of watching porn but the meat of like the parody in like wyatt was so funny. Was the whole like long intr. I was kind of bummed out that they didn't go back to the clam. And i checked the very end of it. I like checked it a couple of times. Did i miss this. Because it seemed like i should have gone back and all like tied it together wrapped up and been like we. Did it know high and then i like some kind of leg hilarious issue about quagmire. Fucking bag yeah. They're they're definitely. I should have been addressed. Yes that should have been addressed like peter getting furious about it or email something did quagmire. Fuck mag in the real. And i feel like he did in the cartoon. There was an episode where it was like she turned eighteen and then they were like like texting and stuff like the texting like a teenager and then they went on a date. I don't know if he was about to have sex with her at his cabin. And then. Peter and lois like realized that's where he was taking her so they like stopped it and they were like you can't like you're already..

I've met because of twitter and not because of like watching porn or consuming porn in any other way and then of course like household names. Like ron jeremy which we had in this poor. Yeah people who are like ron jeremy. Jenna jameson you know what i mean. Like people like you had to go to the megaplex and get a dvd. Did by the way. Love how they worked ron jeremy and get that he was like horrifying i had a nightmare houses overrun by hedgehogs. And you fucking oh my god. I did come rack up laughing at that. I was like. That's a great description of the writing was so good in this. You've really dead. Read like a spec script for episode of family like in terms of just the really specific south macfarlane kinda humor and like it was those a few lines like when cleveland's is like i'm doing my own thing involves masturbate in a bottle alumina bucks orios and i'll say i. I've always identified with cleveland a character on the show. I like the lot like. I've never identified with him more than they tastes. Good dunton milk like white. Women like the joke the callback. They're like the like how if it was a regular family guy episode. They would do like a Cut away yes so great. By the way peter's question at the bar was such. Peter question like selma hike but she has a penis jay leno but he has a vagina. But it's like what you expected. Look to look like his boobs to look like ankle has one boob. But it's ten years older than the rest of her. Yes okay. I would still go all out for selma hayek. I went all out for thelma hayek with like a ten year old boob and a penis. Yes yeah like honestly to be. That's like the perfect man. Way over jay leno. Let me say her. I don't really think. I would just be only no I'm trying to think of the dollar amounts work amount of money. It would take for me to fuck jay leno and it would have to be a lot. It would have to be one of his classic cars. You would have give me one of the really and i would have to get to pick. Yeah that i could then sell for exorbitant enough. I think i would keep it because he does have a really cool car collection. That's the only thing i actually like about you. I don't give one about cars. I would sell the cash. I don't even own a car. I hate them. My problem is i'm still stuck on. Jay leno's boobs. I still think they have the same chin as him. I know that's not physically possible like his nipples or like cleft. His man cleavage is just like a giant cluff..

"Same as the apartment that i lived in here in santa monica until like a few months ago and texas has one of the oldest energy grids like in the country. That's why they had a problem with the snow. And yeah it's also weird. I'm sure you can really. Because i grew up outside of denver. And it's very much the same thing where it's like really really gentrified and like going back to the city that you grew up in and seeing like all your favorite places are gone. It's so expensive if you can't afford to live there because the other thing is too when i left denver and people ask me about it because they're like it so much more expensive to live in los angeles those first of all no my sister and i. My sister was living in denver. I was living here in hollywood and we were paying about the same and rent for an. I didn't have a roommate. Yeah and so. I was like no. It's about the same and also like there's so many more opportunities in a big city like a. is like the second or third biggest city in the country. It's so much easier to because. I have toyed with the idea of getting a job like on the side and like when i was living in denver because also degrees and i cannot get entry level job even an internship to save my fucking life toyed around about like a year ago being like well. Maybe i'll get like a social media. Jobbers or thin and i think are applied to like five and i had five interviews like right then because there's many jobs here austin is great with like for tech and startups and stuff but it's like it's so saturated in there so many people it's next but one of my girlfriend has a degree and experience. Everything has been trying going on interviews trying to get a job for like ages in austin and it's just it's not what people think it is. I will always love. It will always be my hometown. But i've been able to talk to my spouse and we realized a month in la might be too shorts or we're going to do two months in la. I i would say a month in. La is too short when you're doing that because it's so big because also there's like la and then there's malibu and you can go down and orange county and then there's take a little cruise out to joshua tree lakes there much in like a you know a drivable distance and i have so many people out there that i wouldn't. I hate to try squeezing that into the brief or weekends so a later this year fun. Yeah and everything california is like at least. La like that to be like fully opened by like that. It was kinda like harshly for comfort like my love handle kind of area and like lower back like a problem area for me that no matter. How much weight. I would lose or dighton exercise. It just like a pocket that i could not do anything about it and it was kind of giving me back pain and so she kinda scooped out my lower back a little bit so it's like really just like in my like low back waist area but so i have a really a small more of an hourglass shape. It's really minor like eight only noticeable really like the difference too people who we really well and like have seen me in person of times but it made a big difference for me and it was also the first time i've ever gotten any sort of plastic surgery so i was kind of like nervous. "Yeah i've definitely like past the point where my body would like cover. I like know that now. Like i've just hitting the point where it wouldn't not. I like wanted kids. Any was definitely when it happened. So i guess that's just not in the cards for me. it is my dog's birthday in case anyone today you'll definitely never bounced back after having a second dog though i totally would get one. I actually really wanna sphynx cat. Those weird hairless cats. So i had never been around one because i'm a cats but their hypo allergenic and i was actually having a threesome with a couple that have to and we had ended up having like this really great sex. It was so much fun. And then i got like cut with their little babies and they do feel like baby is like because they're like hairless and there is super chill and very cuddly. I'm literally like topless with this little baby. Cat like snuggled in my school. I've never felt that way about a cat right. They're very expensive. And i have never had a cat so i wouldn't know how to litter box train. I'm gonna put my life. I get one. But i. There is a part of me. That's like what was dogs. We kill me now. She would lose their shit. What am i best friend. His roommate has a scott. And every time i go over there i like harass his cat i go and try to find it and steal them. So fucking annoying house leaked. The cutest little personality is like i really would not have thought 'cause like they are in are definitely was on the lake. thought to gremlin chain. I mean they are. They're just so sweet so cuddly. 'cause i kind of associate cats with being like assholes because most of the people i know who have cats. They're assholes and these guys were so like. I really want the biggest asshole. Cats i've ever met was gosh. I was in my early twenties. I was running an office in like south jersey. And i was renting this room out from a friend. They had kittens. Which sounds great in theory. But i was sleeping on an air mattress in this bedroom and they peed on the air mattress. You're gonna say they popped it league with their claws. It was worse matches a couple of weeks ago. I think my shoulders back in its socket. I woke up the next. Oh this isn't the war pain. I had on air mattress a handful of times. It's every time like afterward. I'm like god. Damnit at meredith like why. It's been years since the last time. But like after the last time i was like this is not the life for me. Am i fucking someone. That doesn't even have a bad like not even the bed frame like this is worse than the mattress on the floor. Late night offense. It was my ex who was in town. I don't know if that's good i. we're still runs. Like it was usual things so he was town visiting helping his friend move so his friends not furniture in it whatsoever. They literally and he bought the air mattress.
BBC Three is Coming Back to TV
"Let's talk about tv and bbc. Three which will be returning to the fusty old fashioned airwaves. After an absence of nearly six years. It's going to be back on. Tv sets in january maggie Will you be watching things target demographic but will you be watching your the target demographic but i'm very piece it's coming back I think he shouldn't've gone away in the fest place. I also like the fact that it's also going to be a following on from cbc so the one of the aims of the bbc. One of the failures of the bbc has been fantastic children's programming. The seabees thought graduating through to see bbc. So we can think of horrible histories strict sonko great great shows but then they lost that advantage and i think now that they're going to take an hour of cbc and move into bbc straight. And i think this is actually a potentially good way of rebuilding interest because they can actually put forward some some grapes. Some great shows whether they'll be watched. I didn't know they can be caught up with but the thing is really spoiled for choice now and to actually just rope a group of a tv channel. Just seems to me to have been a very bad idea. But on the other hand what she see is that the regulators have been nagging away the producers because on the exec because that losing the younger views in but it's a very competitive market so the more outlets you have the best staff is. It's been obvious to real professionals in television including the control of bbc. Three that the decision five years ago it was wrong and so they're finally Reversing it may be too late. But i'm glad that june yes interesting. Jake look back actually or listened back. I should say to what our panelists said here on the media. Podcast when the move was announced that bbc's be bbc three would be moving online because we were on abbott van in two thousand fifteen Leon wilson said on the show to me. It's a huge mistake. It will probably be a qualified. Success will be one or two programs that pumps through online. But it'll be harder for us to be seen and for asthma and said this is nonsense. I can't believe this is happening. Television has an important canvas. That young people under served in time has proven right really. Hasn't it was always a mistake to put bbc three on mine. Can we just say that. Now i think the fact that the bbc's made this decision is a tacit acknowledgement that. It was a mistake. But i also don't think that it was a failure. Bbc three unshackled from the jill did reasonably. Well did very well. In fact some fantastic shows came through within online environment. I'm thinking that alexa flee back which has gone on to huge international success and won emmys and landed phoebe waller bridge a huge deal with amazon. And then you look at things like normal people which came last year plasma successful show Austria and beyond. I think ever Things like this country just quality quality programming now that that's not to say that those shows would not been commissioned if bbc. Three's on television. But i do think there was a creative freedom that came with being online and i hope that that remains that creative freedom continues and the bbc three doesn't have to spend money on shedule filling content like family. Guy like eastenders repeats because that you know that comes with a cost it still comes with. The cost is all repeats but they they still come with a cost shows. So why don't save the cash because all of those shows that jake just listed. Maggie had outings bbc one obesity too anyway. So they did get linear outing. And arguably would have been commissioned even bbc three haven't been an existed somewhere else on the bbc. I'm sure of course feedback with a bit of. The thing is really that that they had a late slot. Which is off to a the news helpless ten which is fine. I suppose but if a peanut the younger teenage area maybe it's better to be a bit more funky roundabout survey to talk of people who've had softened the home what they're looking for some entertainment secondly even if this is a qualified success. It's not you're not saying that. The programming copy shot on another channel. What you'll saying is going to premiere on bbc. Three and the seats will have its own form of promotions. General Ambience and i think that that shows the bbc has about the singer. Bob this past yet really opinion is that we really do well. What what is really happened is despite all channels. Having a terrible television broncos mutawa time in order to make programs have if you had to tear up hills the shadows. I didn't know how they will manage to keep going. It's been a very very very difficult. But they have performed. I think really well. And one of the aspects of it is the the Regulations and the quotas and on the agreements that they strike can have a run the channels what we put in the amount of circle public service will costing lawyers moods of of quotas and measurements to us forty two inches ready test channel phone over a hundred for the for the. They been relaxed because they had to. They had to be what they could be given the circumstances and i think they've done brilliantly and so i do think that another kind of channel to pay rounded up trusting. The bulk custos is at this point. Really good thing. I think that if you look at the energy is gone into some of the changes in just the the kind of logos and all the rest of that using the gen will the bits between the programs. they advertise that pregnancy will be very jazzy. I'm very keen an above all to. They've they've understood what the nation wants so we want more outdoor kind of things. We've had the the devon's on the komo's in the countryside programming that you could possibly drum up and it's been like that too with children Having the the bbc by sesame the government didn't say to bbc in in february across Help children home educate. They just did the juicy and they came up by april with with a complete scheme and then they re extended it. They used radio for Things so i think. Now it's the bbc is about to be besieged on despite order the gloom about since fees advertising and blah blah blah off broke custos. Domestic focuses are ashamed themselves to be foot of grits. And and. I'm beijing
5 Steps to Jump Start Your Diet
"Your diet or what you tend to eat every day can play a major role in how you feel and how you handle the pressures of everyday life so to get you back on track with your nutrition. Our guest today is gonna share five steps to jumpstart your diet and of course our virtual guests today is none other than registered. Dietitian debbie james. Welcome back to the show. Debbie thank you again and what a wonderful time to think about something new in this new year absolutely yes gonna jump. Start those diets for everyone. Okay we had. We just made it through the holidays. So let's get back on track here Like i mentioned a lot of us got off track last year. Probably with our diets. So as we were kinda lamenting this fact. Debbie good idea to come up with some simple steps to right the ship get back on track and create some good eating habits. So you kind of came up with these five steps What's the first step to getting back to a healthy diet. Or you said good eating habits and so i actually put them together in the acronym habit h. A. b. i. T. so the age is for healthy diet. Define what eating healthy means to you. 'cause it's not the same for everybody. It could be smaller portions to be calorie controlled. It could be more plant-based maybe it's low fat to deal with your cholesterol. Maybe it's unprocessed so whatever healthy diet means to you or healthy eating means to you frame it like it out. What does that mean for each type of food group or eating situation or meal so that you're actually defining that healthy diet that h okay so once you define what eating healthy means to you. What would be the next up that you would suggest taking. So you're a your age. Abt your ace step would be ask yourself. What's in the way of you. Achieving that healthy diet so is it. Circumstances is the situation is a bad routine. You can't say the healthy diet is this. And i want to get there. You have to say what ask yourself what is in the way. What are my obstacles. So that i can address those. You know. it's interesting with the obstacle thing. it's kind of like when we write narratives like in the film television world. You're always trying to put obstacles in your characters way so that they have to overcome them which leads to some meaningful narrative arc changing their characters. So i suppose in this way you just need to you know kind of creative writer and discover in your own life. What are those obstacles that right. Like a speed bump Sort of yeah. You need to self reflect. Basically this is your assessment. The a could also be assessment Right agree so once you've honestly assessed what your pitfalls are. What do you think you do next to avoid those. So then the b of the h. a. b. It is behaviors so rather than thinking about the individual foods. You actually have to look. Habit is behavior. it's a matter of choices of what we do. So what behaviors. What actions do you need to change. What are the ones that you're doing poorly or that you're willing to shift. And then you have to identify the alternatives of what it is you want to do. So there's a behavior change specialist. Bj fog he's a phd from stanford and he's author of tiny habits. He says that you have to identify the ones that you want to do. You can do. That are impactful to be effective because it wouldn't make sense. Let's say if i just said oh. A healthy diet means eating more fiber. And i don't get enough salad so therefore i'm going to eat more coleslaw right. Why would i choose that. If i don't like cabbage that would be that would be like making myself. Gag it down. It's not one i want to do. You have to identify the ones that you're willing to do the our chief -able that you can do and that are live as a replacement. It's not enough just to say. I need to stop doing acts. You need to identify what actions you are going to do to to implement. So what what what. What would an example of that be perhaps like in. Maybe someone that you've done this with or someone you know that's gone through this with the behavior change. What's an example of that okay so first. Let's say that someone is looking at getting more calorie control diet so a healthy diet to them energy balance and they've identified They've asked themselves what's in the way that eat too big large portion. They drink sweetened beverages. Maybe they're mindlessly eating between meals so that mindlessly eating between meals are going to address and their behavior instead of randomly grabbing something from the kitchen to snack on instead they're going to choose to drink water or chew gum if they're not really hungry so they've said this is what i'm going to do instead. This is the behavior the alternative. I'm willing to implement so. Is that like when you think when you catch yourself doing that behavior that you want to get rid of you catch yourself doing that and then you go okay. Here's what i'm going to do instead of you try and build that in your mind your mind so exactly. That's the that's the eye of the of the habit is the implementing that change. And it's deliberate choice that you consciously have to make repeatedly like practice makes perfect until it's it becomes unconscious. I was trying to explain it as a brand new drive like a brand new student driver. You have to tell them. Okay you're gonna pull into the parking space and that your foot got to be depressed on the brake pedal all the way then. You're going to shift the car into park. Then you can turn off the ignition right and so there's like this process and they have to think about it because they're not used to it and for me to do that. It's like half a second. I can do all of those and i haven't even thought about it. I've done it so so so many times. So making those alternative actions is a deliberate choice repeatedly until it becomes second nature interesting all right well before we get too much further into the final steps here we just remind people that they can subscribe. Now let's get back to the so so we covered the ha be but now we need to find out about it. The it right so you kind of touched on the i a little bit. You said that was implementation. Is that right. Yeah implementing change so the swapping of the when. Poor behavior for the improved. Okay so real quick just to recap so we'd first of all you got to define what health healthy diet means to you because it's it's different for everyone. It probably shouldn't be ep pizza. All the time probably shouldn't be Then you gotta ask yourself. What's in your way of achieving. That kind of diet you know. What are your obstacles. Be honest about that. And then he got to address those obstacles by figuring out what behaviors you need. A change can or what actions he needed to take So you know that you've got to implement it. What are some of the most. I guess i think you mentioned. Maybe that there's with implementations you deal with triggers. But what are some of the more common triggers. You know that gives us the urge to eat Like you mentioned mindless eating for example. Like you just kind of get up and you want to the kitchen and now that you there you open the fridge and grab a snack you know. So how do we kind of some of the most common triggers that lead to that kind of stuff. Oh man we're we're so easily tempted to eat. It could be the smell of something it could be that you. You hear the little chime of the ice cream truck. It could be a sound on serious. What so true britain. Let's let's let's do a quick one brittany. What do you think is a trigger for you like do you do. Have you identified any triggers for you. I can tell you you think of one. I'll tell you what. I think i think of mine. One of mine is definitely like just watching television. Which is i assume. Maybe a big one for people but watching tv like in the evening. If i like just put on family guy or something where it's like. I don't even really have to be paying attention. I literally sometimes like turn the show on started. And i will walk. Divide kitchen to go. Get a snack while the show plays. It's like what am i doing. Not even watching it. So is it the act of watching tv and at the same time. You're by the tv. No it's not because fans guys like a snack now. I don't see something delicious. And you're like oh i wanna go eat that like no no no. I don't think it's that it's not so you've already paired those two associated them. From the moment you click the remote. Exactly it's literally. Yeah its relationship with food. i know it does. a little bit are true. They're all kind of connected. But that is one that i've discovered i'm like i need to like stay active and not watching television because it like it literally is so paired. Now that i it's hard for me to fight it. It's very sold so so. Yeah we're talking about that. That few pairing. Oh britney came up with one. Okay go ahead. No i could just think of a few like naturally. When i'm at the movie theaters popcorn i mean you smell it everywhere and instinctively when i'm there i just feel like okay. It's time treat yourself. Get some candidates and popcorn. Enjoy you know. Enjoy the show that guy taking a. That's a silver lining for me. When you're you have. Hey when you're at home. And i'm sitting on instagram. I follow a lot of food accounts. And whenever i'm looking at it long enough it always causes need to go downstairs and get a snack or makes them eat. I'm always hungry after. I mean i guess that's and looking at food. Obviously so then you'll have to pare. Pare the action that you want to do something. So in the example. I gave before of the person that's mindlessly eating between meals and they said okay instead of my Wandering into the kitchen that they're going to drink water gum instead will. They're they're triggered. wanna pair. That with is every time they change room. So if i get up from the desk and i'm leaving my home office i'm gonna grab my water bottle to take with me. It's already in my hand and easy. You know to get up to my mouth or pull the chewing gum out of my pocket or something. so that's an example of pairing it with an action so andrew. I'm gonna ask you in yours of turning the tv on and wondering to the kitchen for some people that staying on the sofa all night because you said be more active instead. So are you in your. I'll say comfy clothes kind of your house pants pajamas. Whatever when you watch tv or you wearing workout gear. I that's rapidly in lounge. Wear it's i now. I've done more. My workouts are now more in the morning so yeah probably lounge. Yes that is that is true accent. Why do you break that me. Very comfy chair lazy blades. Put your feet up. It has yeah. I know about that thing. As long as it doesn't have like a food tray. That would the food trade. That i do not have that but yeah that is interesting so i wonder i do need to figure out like i've also found like i almost like if i just don't go in my kitchen i can get over it but like if i go in my kitchen it's all over and so i'm like just don't go in my kitchen. Sometimes we need a distraction. That's actually helps get in the way so for example if this is an after dinner time that you're talking about and brush teeth. Maybe than if you did teeth whitener or you did your dental rants or you put on your retainer or any of those things that really you know your mouth has to be fresh and pure clean for all the things to work so if if you do those as an interruption before you sit down that might help you break that association. That's interesting do have a night guard. So maybe i get in bed do yeah. That's not a bad idea. Yeah that's that's bright. That's that's really interesting Yeah maybe. I will definitely have to try that. That's definitely one that stood out to me that i'm like. This is a trigger for me. That i don't even almost realize it just creates this like urge and i almost feel like you know if children sit down and eat a meal in front of the tv. They start to develop that kind of Connection you know to where it becomes like this like you said paired thing and it's you've got to really work a little bit hard to break that perisher or like or like the expectation of dessert like since when since when did we have a desert following every single meal like excuse me it's supposed to be a precious treat to enjoy not okay lunches over piece of cake. Dinners over ice cream lunch over cookies. Dinners over pot now. That was awesome. that was almost. I feel like that's like a song. That's getting ready to start to there. You go that's awesome okay. This is a little bit of a side note on dessert. But i thought about it. And i thought i now when we order food and bring it back home. We eat the desert. If we get it we eat the desert. I hear me okay. And the reason is as it's like Nutrition is probably tear body but it has ice cream so it's like a position okay. Love that so we eat a first because my thinking is look that thing's gonna it's gonna melt. It's not gonna last. You can't really save it. It's not going to be the same so eat it now and the food your main dish you can save half of it for tomorrow or the next day so like i've kind of restructured my eating hierarchy. I guess when it comes to take just totally random. I'd desert i i. We don't have a dessert after every meal. Or here's my question. Would you do that with every type of dessert. Or is it only because ice. Cream's going to melt as i was saying i was thinking about that. I think it's just all about. Will it be okay if i save it for tomorrow. If i can't right the ki won't be the same hours you put it in the freezer for an hour while you eat the cookie cookies. Not warm anymore zelina. Reheat it all of a. You're using like energy. You know you gotta like pay. Your bill. And i don't know goes into making having that desert. Yeah but this side because we need to get back to habit but as there there is some justification to At least children to have whatever we would consider the dessert item to be served with dinner. So that it's not regarded separately. It's not a reward. it's not You have to eat your vegetables in order to get axed that when i worked for head start and that's a preschool program It was it was done at the same time. So if you serve the tacos and you serve the orange slices and you serve the little sugar cookies and you had the milk out and you did it all at the same time family style. The kids didn't down all the cookies before they ate the rest of you know. They chose the tacos and they had some carrots and they really places. Yeah hi brian. I'm sorry but i'm going through. This live right now and i cannot stand by listen to this perfect world situation. I honestly that's amazing for those kids. And maybe kid is just wild but because because they they knew that it was there that it was available that it was part of the meal and they would each get one well that i think that was in no matter. What exactly they just didn't put it on either. Played a few right. I've seen my niece and nephew. Though were they know they're going to get dessert at the end but half to finished their meal too. I mean i guess that's not quite sent them all at once but but here. Here's why i think we've gone to the desert comes after you finish your meal because you put it on theoretically it makes sense to me but in practice you put everything there and the kid eats the desert right off the bat and then they don't finish the important protein on their dish. And then you're in this big battle like you need to finish all of it. I give you the option you went there. I fine because we're trying to be all good like everything's available and then but then you didn't finish and now you didn't eat which you needed to announce a big argument about it and now you don't sleep well. Something's going on here time. Did it take time for the kids to create a behavior like that or was it something that they initially did the first time that you put it all out there also key also keeping cookie end of this is this is a a small portion controlled item. It's not like an eighth of a cheesecake. That has like a whopping five hundred calories than just plays the meal. I'm talking about the size of an oriole. i'm talking right. It's something modest. I can see that over time. Okay if i eat my food. It'll still be there. So i'll do both or or not but yet battling to finish the plate. Have you ever seen the little psychology films where they put kids in room with a secret camera and they left them with a slice of chocolate cake or and they said if you don't touch it you can have twice as much after ten minutes and the patients chance right. Yes watch all the mom. And dad's go through during quarantine with can't some of these kids amazed me others them going back to the habit thing that wasn't so much an intervention that that or behavior that the children chose but that was presented to them and like we talk about getting kids to eat right role modeling presenting it to them in a very neutral way but repeated multiple times. And that's what i was talking about the the implementing. The new behavior is repeated multiple times so that it becomes that becomes the second nature. It becomes the expectation of not sitting down and stuffing your face when you watch tv but maybe popping in that that night guard right right. Yeah exactly yeah and that's where it takes. I think practice with these things. Implementation is okay. Now you have to exert some discipline in sticking to your plan of how you created the plan with hiv. Basically you're implementing the plan and that's where it takes that discipline to follow your plan and not deviate too much from that. I imagine exactly okay. So that's that's h we gotta get to the t. Step five and the last step in the process t is tailoring the plan so that means you can tweak What triggered youth parented with or the alternate behavior to overcome. Whatever obstacles might come in the and so you have to monitor and evaluate to get there. So i'm going to give an example of Another h t a whole nother scenario. So let's say the healthy diet. This person says okay. I need something high in fiber and low in saturated fat to help lower cholesterol. that's their healthy diets. There a is. Why can't i get that done. Well i'm asking myself i'm assessing. I don't have time to cook. I end up eating out and frozen meals etc. So be they say. Okay the behaviors. I'm going to do instead of fried foods and heavily cheesy items instead of ordering those a water you know salad and vegetable side dishes and things without dairy so they plan that intervention. They said okay so now. I'm trying to order those things and i find myself when i'm scanning the menu trying to get lean select us leaner selections and get more fruits and veggies I'm out of time. it's. I'm i'm actually getting to my meal so late that i'm ordering quickly can't find them blah blah blah so then they have to tweak their plan and say okay well if the menus too overwhelming alternate now they need to maybe download apps that they can save favorites on the. You know the preorder menu or identify the pdf menus for sit down restaurants of of what they're going to get once they get there and so maybe it's not at the moment of ordering but they're making their decisions ahead of time and that's their tweak is they have to be able to do something a little different but still follow the same Objectives

NBA Players, Owners Meet To Discuss Plan Of Action
"Get back on track WHOA Jeez here. Thankfully to tell us what might happen here. Obviously, it's a fluid situation Adrian. I. Guess. The first thing we want to ask you is, what are we expecting today like what is going to happen today meeting Liz I have no idea what's going to happen today guys yesterday was. A remarkable day and one that I don't think any of us who cover the NBA. WHO Who've covered sports and and in my generation Bo forget but to set the table for today. The players having eleven am meeting here in the bubble. And the owners have a board of governors call at the same time. I'm pulled eleven am obviously that'll be done virtually and so simultaneously, those two groups we'll be meeting and the players. I think after a night, it was an emotional day. It was an emotional meeting they had. With most of the players in the bubble coaches were there last night there came a point where? The players asked the coaches to leave so they could hash it out amongst themselves. The teams I was told broke up into groups. and then they're going to continue that conversation this morning but I mean what's at stake is simply This season and are the players as a group going to decide to move forward. Continue the playoffs by all indications that the three games that are scheduled today. Not. Going to be played, the League hadn't officially. announced it but every indication we got in the last night regardless of what they decide moving forward that those three games later in the day. Wouldn't be played, but the players have more to work through and talk through. And consider a lot of different. Consider a lot of different scenarios. And and ultimately consequences of what it would mean to shut this bubble down. You're there in the bubble woes and you could get and I just WanNa know like what is what's the feeling is like does feel like NAM empty and just spooky and? What's that feeling like? I. Think the last several days keyshawn. and. You could feel a building you could watch on I think you guys could watch. On television and and read what people are saying and see. The interviews with George Hill and Fred Van Vliet. and. The emotion that players were carrying. Since the shooting of Jacob Blake earlier. In the week. And how that resonated not just all over the country. But here. and. On top of the emotion and Guys have been here a long time and it wears on you and guys miss families guys feel. At times like their captive in this place it I get it. It's a resort like I. Don't mean to. It is a resort and I get it and. All of us are lucky to be able to work. In, this country right now and a lot of people can't but there is a cumulative effect about being away this long. And you add on top of that. the horrific nature of that shooting. Another in a series of them in years of decades. Of them a century of them and so. data impacted this place at impacted those inside. And It was a domino effect yesterday of once. The bucks made the decision to knock him out of the locker room and not play. And then how it impacted the other teams and lead to that meeting last night that was pretty rot times. The to La teams the LA clippers. The Lakers have two of the hour say most powerful voices in professional sports in Genie Boston. Steve, bomber what type of influence can they have on the rest of the NBA owners to get something done in favor of the players? It's a good question I think the question is. And I think what the players Were spending last night doing. And and previously, it's been an ongoing conversation here. But is there something and and I and I know in the meeting last I a lot of players. Disgusted I know CJ mccollum was who's an executive on the players committee or on the on the Executive Committee of the Players Association. mccomb the Blazers Jaylen Brown the Celtics war leaders. in the Union and top players in league talked about having a plan of action and the bucks in the locker. Room. In those hours after that they after they decided not to play. Working with their own ownership in Milwaukee to get on the phone the Attorney General of the Lieutenant Governor in Wisconsin to talk about ways to move forward. To try to impact. that. Particular case. In in their state in Kenosha. And so you saw players already beginning to do that yesterday now. How does that continue today? What what players are asking themselves I know what organizations are asking players when they got back to the rooms. Last my back to the hotels. What is the endgame if we don't play? One is that what is it that we wanNA accomplish outside of the bubble outside of this environment outside of the platform that you have right now to play. play NBA Games and speak to the world through. Through this. What does that look like and so I think that's all going to be part of the conversation today with the players and with the owners if they kinda reconnect after those two meetings.

My big family renovation and your big family renovation. Tv is a mom to five and a resident of Austin Texas where she and her family are helping to keep Austin weird there. It is that there is you got it so go ahead hit a sorry this is this is our talking over each other moment. Doing the podcast remotely. Well Jen worth. Were thrilled to have you. Your book was very timely and touching read it also very funny man there. There were a lot of flagged in folded pages for me personally From and you know we have a question a kick things off with about radical empathy and care because right now especially in our communities things are. There's so much upheaval. So what what does that look like? Do you think within our families and also our communities with people who we may not actually no. It's just such a weird time right now and I one thing that we're sort of figuring out over here at our household is that just living through such an unprecedented moment. Where all of our most of our regular tools are not at our disposal in our communities are activities school. Tra- all the things that we normally do that apart our regular rhythms which keeps his kind of healthy and connected and was virtually all of those guys. You know it's occurred to us that we have to. We can't use the old program in this in this current day and so these times are kind of calling for different measures kind of extraordinary measures when it comes to like mental care and soul care in And so we are. We kind of said in our family guys. Let's get really serious and really specific about what is hard right now. What is hurting? What are we disappointed about? Let's name it. Let's put on the table. Let's not start burying this and then try to just shellac over it and then let's really figure out. How can we meet that? Need in a different way How can we address that pain in the ways that we can address that pain right now and so you know rather than just kind of hoping that somehow soul care and mental care are despoiling? Landon our labs. We're dialing in really hard to every member of the family because we're all really different. You know we've got just so many people here you guys just so many people and and we are all enormous personalities like nobody is quiet in this family. Everybody has huge feelings tons of emotions. Billions of words And so a lot of emotional labor right now not just to figure out what I need a what everybody in the house days is just what it isn't. It's the strangest time in the world. Yes yes and you think you said on a podcast you you live in a small house and you have four kids at home. Yes somebody helped me like who will help me like we live in. A house was built in nineteen eight. So first of all it's just a little old rambling thing and yes We also have to seniors in the house right now. So we've got in college in a senior in high school and so our senior in college packed for five days to come home for spring break and he has not left five days for the staff and so he's here and which is shoved everybody like in every corner right now and in many just managing all those disappointments all those rites of passages that both seniors or missing out on such a bummer. Such a bummer. And this is one thing I told my kids and I'm telling the women in my community to which is jest. I love how my girlfriend? Kristen Howard She's like this is not a good time to sign ourselves up as competitors in the hardship Olympics. Lying really mean like coups hard is harder who status sadder It's just a terrible gain because you know we've got friends with people in a hospital with Kovin but then I've got a senior who doesn't have a prom and their book. It's all sad sad the person so I don't like the competition of who actually gets to say that they're disappointed or sad or afraid or they feel cheated. I also don't like the audible. A picks who is crushing Corentin. Best can't like I'm losing both of those games and I just don't think I don't think they serve US right now. And so I'm really just drawn to superhuman people right. Now that I find vulnerability in and honesty and truth telling trying to be that person to neither rustling people through their pain or fear or diminishing it and also not You heading on display. Like the highlight. Reel of everything. That's right because we're working hard on those things too. I think let's just find this really deeply human path through this together and I think that's really good for everybody.

Adam Sandler shows his serious side in the manic 'Uncut Gems'
"Adam sandlers back. Apparently he's playing a dramatic role. So I will. We'll read the synopsis that Cynthia so kindly added to the podcast for me. So from claimed filmmakers Josh and Benny Safdie we south die comes an electrifying crime thriller. About Howard Ratner. Adam Sandler a charismatic New York City Jeweler always on the lookout for the next big score when he makes a series of high stakes bets that could lead to the windfall of a lifetime. Howard must perform a precarious high wire wire act balancing business family and encroaching adversaries on all sides in his relentless pursuit of the ultimate win? Sell the movie's called Uncut cut gem jeweler. Yeah and this movie is also set to release in a couple of days December thirteenth. Okay yeah and it's labeled as a surprise Christ Thriller Film Now when I first saw the trailer to this movie I actually saw at the movie theaters. Watch joker okay. So they played this film and Uncut Gems and to be honest. My initial reaction when I I saw the trailer. I wasn't impressed I was. I was confused. I was like what exactly exactly. You're okay so let's break this down. I think this film is going to be in my opinion. I think this film will be trash. ooh I think this is going to fall into the trash from genre really daily honest okay. So here's why one actor who is on the tail end of a successful career. who used to be in comedy? Who is trying a more serious role to one of the main stars is better known for her music than she is for her acting. Right which is Adina Menzel right. And and what did we learn in deep-sea. Ll Cool J.. Right T I in that movie that we talked about last week where it ended up being really awful right. So we've got two two out of like the three elements that we need. The only thing that we're missing is a director that nobody's ever heard of who is really passionate about this project also. We have a trailer that makes literally no sense. But okay so I would not have gleaned anything in that description from that tree right okay. I'm glad that you agree with me because uh when I first saw was like am I and I saw it twice right so I wanted to. I had to watch it twice. I was like am I like Nagaland by like what am I not grasp rasping because I can't understand apply just like drawers and like there's money and guns and vaults that he was a jeweler until I read the synopsis. Just now well I kind of put two and two together because I mean he was walking in a jewelry store. And then the name like uncut gems like I don't know that's just my thoughts but I don't understand like what exactly doc is his role like who is who is he hiding from running from what's going on. He's hiding in running from everybody. which is yet another reason why? I think this movie's going to end up being really bad because like in the trailer he says I'm GonNa make a bet on this over under and they're like there's no way that you win burr and he's like yeah but like like that's just part of the game and he's got this smug thing gone and like this is family friendly podcasts. I'm not gonNA reference all of the jokes in the language that there's some base level bad like race oriented jokes towards Adam Sandler in this film that they're like putting into the trailer as as if to like try to force you to think that it's trying to be this like edgy. Dark comedy but also is like a thriller and then like Adam Sandler's performance wants is just like so over the top smug than it looks gross. It feels like his acting feels like it belongs in a fake documentary right like a spoof documentary where he's playing like Borat like the character is just so outlandish and then you've got all these other dudes who are like these serious gangsters gangsters and Dina Mozelle. She's the one the woman who's playing his wife correct. I don't remember what she looks like. Actually playing somebody like definitely in the film Tom. She's playing she was she's she's playing Adam. SANDLERS girl I don't know why so out of place like the whole time time. She looked so out of place. You're just like even in her acting. It looked like she felt uncomfortable with what was happening in front of her. And he's like he's like you know I've made my decision vision. I'm leaving but I love you baby or something I don't know there's there's dialogue was weird like I don't I was just like left with a big question mark the whole time. I was watching the trailer and I'm a fan of Adam Sandler I love. I love all his comedy film. Fifty first date Zohar is just so so ridiculous. Oh it's so bad but so good so yeah I just. I don't know I was confused. I was a little disappointed because initially I was kind of excitement. Adam Sandler sound like what is he doing now and I just I completely missed the whole point of the trail or the ply and I don't get it yet. Judging by the trailer this movie is not going to be good but in the show notes you wrote something about what the critics say show that. Yeah so this was surprising saw was looking through different sides of talk credits who are who raided the movie and it surprisingly they rated this movie very high. Ninety five percent. Tomato made to- meter score on tomatoes. which that's like incredibly high for rotten tomatoes and one of the reviews from the top critic said uncut gems was my most stressful cinematic experience of twenty nineteen it was also one of the best and then another critic said Adam Sandler deserves an Oscar for his riveting performance uncut gems? He's absolutely brilliant here. So I don't know because he's all the most of the reviews. I was reading pretty pretty good highly praising the movie so so like the trailer just isn't doing justice. Not The point of the trailer. Are they try Giardi. And so it's like how you said it's so trash like you have to go see it because you're entry on what it's about well. What happens quite often with things like this right? So you've got this movie. That's about this like drama and this guy like a wolf on Wall Street is a great example right and this feels kind of like. It's trying to do it. Wolf on Wall Street did with business but with like betting or gambling dude who lives his high flying life but also trying to be this family guy and ultimately he's not gonna be able to do both so he has to make a decision and then there's all these as other influencing factors that people who are trying to get him and wolf on Wall Street it was like the International Trade Commission or the Federal Trade Commission. Yeah there was the FTC. So they're all trying to get him the whole time trying to catch him for drug possession embezzlement and fraud and all this other stuff and so but in this movie. It's it's Adam Sandler who's trying to play this system in the gambling world. And he's got all these people who are like illegitimate after him so it's like not cops or anything like that. That are going after Adam Sandler. It's like gangsters is what it seems like an bookies which does seem like these fight scenes. Were Adam Sandler. Just like he looks looks like woefully unequipped to be had. A fight with any of these people Just doesn't make any
Showtime's 'The Loudest Voice' Tells The True Story Of The Downfall Of Roger Ailes At Fox News
"The loudest voice. It's the new Showtime miniseries. Stories about the rise and fall of Fox News and particularly of Roger Ailes, the infamous founder of Fox News. Seth plays a character real life character named Brian Lewis. He was the head of public relations at FOX for many years. He came with Roger Ailes from CNBC when Roger was launching, Fox News. And he was most people would tell you the right hand of Roger Ailes. He was the pit bull. He guarded the company's internal business for Roche ously could be very tough with reporters obviously, but also anybody who tried to crack into the Fox News bubble. I think you'll be interested to hear Sestri bestirred drawing when he was two years old. He wrote a letter to Jim Henson studios when he was nine years old announcing that he was going to be a puppeteer and a cartoonist a kid who kind of knew what he wanted to be from the age of two and, you know, he gets into how do you do that? You have the dream when you're a kid, you move onto the Rhode Island school of design as he did. And. He was hired right away. They recognize his talent out to Hollywood worked on an animated show for a couple years before, again, when he was twenty four years old. He started family guy, which, by the way was cancelled twice was, not an immediate hit, I think people forget that. So to set the scene for you Seth and I got together at cafe. Carlyle at the famed Carlyle hotel in New York City. The cafe Carlyle is a jazz club. Seth has performed there a couple times because on top of everything else begin things that are scary. He sings in public. He's got five albums, including his latest once in a while, and he's been nominated for four Grammy award. So I got him to sit down at the piano, we got him to play a little bit sing a little bit. Do the thing that Seth MacFarlane does, but mostly to walk through fascinating life in fascinating career where the guy just does something different and surprises people all the time, a great conversation with Seth MacFarlane. We start by talking about the loudest voice, the series on Showtime. About Fox News. Thanks for doing this man for sure. So we've already gotten I think halfway through the show already we'll will start for the benefit of the viewers again. Yeah. I want to start with your character before we talk big picture, because I don't think most people know who he is. In fact, I know most people don't know, who is if you don't live in our media world Brian Lewis, who was he. And why is it important character in this big story, Brian Lewis was Roger Ailes PR chief for Fox News? And he also sort of functioned as his right hand man, and a lot of ways you know, this, this was the guy that Roger would blow off steam, too. And, and also the guy who was comfortable enough keeping keeping them in line when he may be got a little too off the rails. And, you know, according to the to Gabe chairman's book, and according to the series, he was also a guy was who was kind of on the outside of the. Emotional end of things. He was he was he was a democrat. Chocking way, working for Fox News. But more importantly, he was kind of a gun for hire. He was there because, you know, it was a good job and the ethics of it didn't really come into play. It was about, you know, being Boba fett. I guess. Liberal hire me, then he's a bounty hunter. So how did he to the extent? You got inside his head by reading the book. How did he reconcile knowing what he was doing was often wrong unethical? Yes. Doing the job. Well, I mean according to the material that I read that he, he at the end of the day he was. He could compartmentalize, he could put his family over here and his job over here, and essentially be two different people. But at a certain point. You know, he he idolized ales for a long time, and he really respected ails, as a marketer. And as as a as a promoter of whatever it was he wanted to promote. And he, I guess must have started to see him unraveling a little bit. And. It was probably a combination of genuine concern. Because there seemed to be a conscience there. And, and professional concern that, okay, I worked for this guy this reflects on me and, and he's starting to come apart at the seams.
The Mouse has officially swallowed the Fox
"I'm Kim masters, and this is the Hollywood breakdown joining me as Matt Bellamy of the Hollywood reporter and Matt as of this past week. The mouse swallowed the FOX, it's a cliche. I'm going to say it. Anyway, we had a cover of a mouse with a with a Foxtail hanging out of his mouth awhile back. This is a huge acquisition. It redraws the landscape of Hollywood. Absolutely. This is now a five studio town instead of a six studio town, and who knows what else is in the works. I mean, right now, I think these knee is probably the most powerful studio that has ever existed in Hollywood, Lee, content breath, everything from the Simpsons to marvel to family guy, and you know, the entire avatar franchise Star Wars, and you name it Disney has it now, and it's just going to be really difficult for other traditional studios to compete. Yeah. I mean, just at the box office alone. We have you know. You know, we recently had a story of it. It's a death star with with movies that are just a movie schedule release schedule that is Disney was already daunting before they had FOX. And now they're more daunting. The X men will return to the marvel fold FOX had a lot of plans for X men, which are now in the scrap heap. Obviously, Kevin Feige at knows what he's doing with marvel. Deadpool will move over. But we're we're looking at you know, broadly now is the emergence of two companies one is this behemoth that was formed by this merger. The other is the old FOX assets, which includes Fox News and the Fox Broadcasting channel. But not the TV studio that made some of the shows that were on that channel that channel is likely to be emphasizing things like sports and live events in reality. And meanwhile, this whole thing the the the object of the game here. Disney is moving into the streaming present slash. Future. I mean, you seen the rise of net flicks and some competitors to net. Flix Disney looks to be a death star when it comes to streaming as well. But this is going to be an expensive over the course of years and culturally challenging in every way, the sense of the word challenging process for Disney to try to establish itself as as something that you absolutely have to have. But I think if anyone has the brand I mean for long years people have said, Disney is the only brand that really matters in Hollywood. And I think that continues to be true, not to mention the thousands of layoffs that are going to come from this anywhere from four thousand to as many as ten thousand some analysts believe, yeah, there's going to be so much dislocation so many people at FOX there's just as even a geographical thing right now, we're all of FOX's situated in you know, in west LA on on PICO boulevard. And then there's Disney in Burbank, and there are people who are sort of split between the two and trying to go back and forth. I mean, this is going to be a digest. Question a challenge. And you know, it was thinking about Bob Eiger that chairman and CEO of Disney, and he has said he's going to retire several times now in kick that can down the road with this thing going on. I don't see a world in which he's a imminently retiring. I mean, he has to steer through this thing. And it's not a matter of a year or two no and the level of executive talent. That is now in the Disney company does give them some potential successors. But I don't think anyone is going to seem as an era parent intil, they approved themselves within this new company new landscape and as the shape of the new company emerges. Thank you. Thank you. That's Matt Bellamy editorial director of the Hollywood reporter. He joins me this Monday at two o'clock on the business. I'm Kim masters, and this is the Hollywood breakdown.
'The Simpsons', 'Family Guy' and 'Bob's Burgers' Renewed for New Seasons on Fox
Michael Jackson's daughter Paris breaks silence on trearment reports
"And drunk drunk and. Macaulay Culkin has opened up about his much speculated friendship with Michael Jackson. I wonder if he embarrassed everybody's there. Well, he said it was very normal. Yeah. He was ten years old Michael reached out to him. Michael just was this huge thing. That would defame quickly was. Yeah. Macaulay Caughlin and his dad, you know, his dad he doesn't mean bastards. A father. He was from a big Catholic family. Yeah. He said, he was just hilarious. And it was just a normal friendship brain. People thought he was unusual. It was unusual. But MacAulay Culkin hasn't spoken to his father in twenty three years, although his dad tried to twenty years ago, but all of his kids, he's a strange apparently is really bad. But anyway, MacAulay Culkin is going to be back on the big screen who Seth green again wasn't the end. SNL? He's going to do something with. Yeah. It's called change land. And it was filmed in Thailand and putting it out. So we're going to see him in that. Yes. That's green does one of the voices on family guy. Yeah. Yeah. He's been around a long time has. All right. Pit bull makes more money than Connie that made me so happy today just knowing that he's living up to his nickname of Mr. worldwide. He made thirty two million dollars. Sure he made more than a canyon. I'm just so happy about that in music. Yeah. But I am happy. Of course. What what would where would you be earning money, easy, Laura? Sneakers shoes. Yeah. He's a fantastic clothing line. Pippo wants you to still dance farm. Larry. I feel it and collar cap capper Nick said he did not talk to Travis Scott service Scotland. Yeah. Because you get that idea mothers Jenner, but when someone think to follow through on it. Talking about 'cause Colin cap 'cause Travis Scott was invited by maroon five to be at the halftime show. But he didn't wanna do it. And he was getting too much flat. Kaz too many other artists had turned it down which is a year late, by the way, they should've turned it down last year. And so he wants to see I think he wants to perform it's a big audience for him. And he said that he got the NFL to donate five hundred thousand dollars to this charity is true that is happening. But he said he called Colin Kaepernick up, and they had a discussion on said, no, not I just know Lucifer's homegirl, go ahead and say that they probably won't say anything won't get back to you. Don't worry about it. You can say it was a misunderstanding. They're all out to get. By the way, the New Orleans jazz and heritage festival dropped its lineup. It's epic. Yeah. We're looking into tickets right now Rolling Stones. It's going to be. Sponsored Katy Perry. I mean, there's Gladys Knight. Shocker Kanban Reyat, Alanis Morissette. It's really some big rig. Name's Dave Matthews. Gone to that all the time in its by the same people who did the new Newport jazz festival that people have raised about as well. It'd be fun fun. All right. Well, something to think about April twenty fifth to twenty eighth and may second to fifth that's your concert lineup. When we come back. We're going to Hollywood theatre lineup. Week two
Executive And Anderson discussed on Gary and Shannon
"Family guy is going to start phasing out jokes about gay people. The show's executive producers say the animated gang will still be politically incorrect, but they say some of the things they felt comfortable joking about a dozen years ago. Anderson are not acceptable. Now family guy has been on the air for

Kevin Spacey Groped Massage Therapist And Tried To Force Oral Sex, Lawsuit Alleges
"Kevin Spacey has been sued by an anonymous masseuer for sexual Barrett. Best batteries skews me this masseur now Missouri's the male version of his Mizzou's of the masseuses and the Susan's female and the male version. He was hired to give Kevin Spacey massage in two thousand six. He claims. And then he was a victim of listen to this list of crime, sexual battery, assault, gender, violence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment. But yes and said, he was brought to Kevin Spacey's Malibu place to give him a Saggio. He was led into the massage room. We've got a massage room in your house. You're living pretty well. Shit already have a masseuse. That's true. At that point, Kevin Spacey allegedly locked the door behind them. He said, the man says that Spacey complaint of having some pain or discomfort in his groin area and needed to be massage. There was then that he was forced forced, I say, detach Kevin, Spacey's, genitals v from back to the future. Gonna come online. As the first instance, the man claims his hand was forced on the Kevin Spacey scrotum. Testicle was forced to touch him, and then he, he, he recoiled he said, but continued with the session first of all bad. On the case, Kevin Spacey again, grabbed the plaintiffs hands according to the lawsuit, and this time force the plaintiff to rub his penis scrotum and testicles. That point Kevin Spacey tried to kiss them sore, and he was groped and offered oral sex by Kevin Spacey. This man says that he is he's seeking unspecified damages according to the suit. Because as a result of that conduct, he has suffered pain, emotional distress, economic harm, loss of earnings and other damages, here's my whole thing about this. If this guy wasn't Kevin Spacey, this guy's not suing, yeah, no, and and here's my thing. If he did all these things to you and any damaged, you then call the fucking cops, but. But this lawsuit bullshit when someone's trying to cash in after the fact on this, I really resent it because I think it takes the wind out of the sales of actual sexual assault cases where people are true victims and they're trying to get Justice. This sounds to me like a cash grab. Now this may have happened, this may have happened, but this guy should have gone to the police and press charges of that was the case immediately don't come back after the fact just a civil suit and try to make some did he say how the the whole thing ended he run out. He leaves. He stay there for the homeless Masan. He says, it says, the man refused Kevin Spacey temp to kiss him at which point he was groped offer oral sex by space, and then it just. I soon he left after
