"He was later a pilot. A member of seattle pilots now is great in on the bow on the on the mound they had denny mclain the for staff thirty one game. Winner earl wilson who had an eerie plus of one point zero six. Here's the thing. That's amazing earl. Wilson at the time for the tigers had era of two point. Eight five one thirteen games but turned twenty innings in era plus of only one hundred six so an era of two eight five was only six percent better league average and mickey loic. The left handed pitcher when era at three point. One nine that year and plus of ninety five so three point one nine year ray was below average point below average and joseph pharma therefore start who had era of three point seven and euro-plus of eighty-two meaning that he was eighteen points below league average. Wow anyway they faced off against the cardinals that year. Sixty eight cardinals. Those those cards year one nine seven games were managed by hall of famer. Red shooting shunde. Inst- hough famer catching they had tim. Carver pine the plate. Who later go on to become a broadcaster. Then they had a. Let me check this out. Yeah they had. Tim carver catching He was of course. A broadcaster hall of famer orlando cepeda at first base. Good for him. Then they went on to have Houlihan and heavier at second base. They had dowell. Max ville at short and they had lou brock hall of famer in left field. That you're he saw six two bases they had curt flood who is probably the most overlooked player of his generation in center and then they had roger mares in right field. Wow i mean. Roger marris i didn't i knew play the cards for a while but still pretty impressive and then they had on the bench. Dick scofield ted simmons who is also great player eighteen year old time at spiezio and ron davis on the bench pitching. They had bob gibson who went that year. Twenty two and nine and ear ray of one point one two isn't that something. That's the lowest singles era in the modern era He broke the record. I was going to come true to question. So below zero before then was from dutch. Leonard with zero point. Nine six era but bob gibson still had an amazing season and that year. He won both.

"The seven time pro bowler. The hall of famer orlando pace. My name's martin kilcoyne and viggo. I'd never want to upstage you. Because you are the gold jacket wearing hall of famer but i got a. I got an eight time pro bowler that you played with that the hard to beat seven admit it is but obviously man the great aeneas williams own with us today man in upstate by anybody would be a man. He's a he's a great a great man a great friend was hauled in hong brother so at all if it was he ever not smiling in rams far. I mean it always pisses me off. This guy's always happy. He's always happy man when the more i'm learning about a guy like this really physical available. So he wasn't always happy and smiling in in the he he was a competitor and a year about somebody's receivers going against the Dad tough days against this aeneas good to talk to you. This is great because we got our to saint louis is it stayed not from here but the rams left. I don't know if you guys heard but they left and you guys stayed which is great. Let's start with that aeneas in and i have talked about it on for him wide makes sense his family. But how about for you stand here. Long term refers morning. Thank you big all data for those kind words and for you guys having meal and it's an honor when it talks about the competitive excellence that i had a chance to actually come here in saint louis and move my family from arizona. After ten years there enjoyed it there but the be ingratiated into the st louis community with great teammates awesome organization but also the community. I believe we've traveled We travelled some. But there's no community that i've ever been in that as as philanthropic as the saint louis community so it was only natural for desire to stay here and also started church my wife and i charge and we just enjoy being here a big old. When they traded for nina's he'd been in the league along time what what did you know about We we've been at a- maybe a couple of pros together and just knowing him was competitor. A pro bowl player of would be a great addition our team. Obviously we were building Obviously be a championship team at the time. And bring it in a key. Piece like aeneas williams It gave everybody not only on defense but the entire team the confidence that we could go out and we had a championship caliber team any issue. New coming in right. Did you ask for trade or how did that. 'cause i know like right now everybody's asking for trade and you believe cares are running. The lita will happen what that's what happened. The guy's been watching. James harden out his way in his way on a houston right. But it's it's all it's all good. It's the more it's a balance between clara in an ownership. That's the collaboration in coming into saint. Louis i knew one thing. It was terrific. Time formative years in arizona. Ten years but coming here in being a part of a foundation that was already built by for meal and his leadership and come and being here with a big old marshall Isaac bruce adam timmerman a tory hope One a hall of famer. That i i will shout from a mountain that i went on defense in. And that's london fletcher hall of fame linebacker. One of the best. I play with any level so come in in in the see. How angry howdy ingratiate. How gracious day work allow me to come in and we have some young talent. The dvd's dray bligh dexter. Mcclellan just a number of these guys and all they needed was a low veteran leadership they already had in them and that's one of the things they brought me in our member coach. Marts and co's lovey. When we got off the tarmac he said to my wife tracing i he says you're gonna do defense when marshall faulk if our offense and was a high compliment and i took that very seriously. I would have thought that meant. He wouldn't have show up at practice he gets. I don't know if he wanted the martial law program. Marshall never was in a way rarely practice now and this is completely different in that regard but You know Marshall's new orleans guy. Now's chewed martial law. Did he did. He did he sell out. Coroner did resell popcorn at the superdome. There's conflicting reports out there. I know you're new orleans guy you know the eh. i think. Big from new orleans. I don't understand talked about washington work out the marshall that just not new orleans. That's the first thing if if if he was not working out then that means no way he sold popcorn and i because you had to get your hustle on evidence to me is no way so popcorn peanuts and adult any certainly did go up to what we call the upper level at the top of the dome and you sweat and while you sell them and stuff so i don't think he did so but he's my boy. I'll we'll tell it to face until y'all don't tell anybody right as we as we asked him about an here he's always like a step ahead with like thinking it not necessarily working out thinking it out and he said think about aeneid martin. How old is not well as he said he's about five six years older me whatever it is and he said when i was there an. Es wasn't there he would know so he's got an he says he was there in. You were long gone okay. That's his answer any stick and do all right. I don't know of ono's the story about what that what motivated you. But orlando you ever hear michael urban called aeneas toast and they printed in the paper in phoenix. You ever never heard store embellishing martin. I did a zoom yesterday. Tmz man. I think you need to get with tmz relatives. A state of delhi but but with martin is talking about. Actually it was after. I had two games in a row. Beagle was guest philadelphia. Eagles in this had tnt. Sunday night. Football if you guys may remember and philadel- fred burnett caught two passes on me to touchdown fazal over fifty yards in that game the next week. We're planning to cowboys. And you know if fred. Let me up mike. Urban was licking his child's right whereas the michael game. He did the same thing. He gave me an a fake in and go. He got over the top over fifty. Well the next day. The phoenix gazette editor had in captioned. The toast of phoenix. Because i'd had two weeks of being right so with. It wasn't a coat for mike herb..

"And welcome into the latest big osho. The podcast with the hall of famer orlando pace talking football on this championship weekend in the nfl too. Great match of course green bay hosting tampa bay we got brady and rodgers and then in the afc the chiefs host in the buffalo bills and big. Oh i've wondered really throughout the week because you played in two. Nfc championship games. Do you think a little bit every year when this week roles rub. You'd think a little bit about those you played in. Oh absolutely Probably someone some fun time. I've had just playing football because the energy is different. Nfl playoff football is so you know you know the media coverage is up in your you know. So that's what you really play for as a player to get those situations where you have an opportunity to play in a super bowl. So it's an exciting week. The focus is at a at all time high for both the authorities team just as involved so it should be exciting brand of football. I know the nfl is. They still have three. Three or four hundred their marquee quarterbacks in there so they love to see those type of matchups in the super bowl so You know just with those big named quarterbacks in it. I i've always said to people my favorite rams games well did not like super bowl thirty four. Of course it's the the ultimate you win the super bowl but the champion of gains. Because they were at home had a totally different feel than planning a super bowl. Like they're almost. I don't want to say they're not a bigger. But maybe more memorable you absolutely. I think the playoff games here more memorable so when you hear people talk about saint. Louis isn't a football or nfl city when you walk in that dome anybody. That's been to a game. They're in the playoffs. It's is second tonight. I mean. I can remember playing planning as minnesota Aegis are members. Those you know those those phone fingers everybody had one and it was. It was it was the dom was rocking and i remember every playoff game. Nfc championship games. You know the fans were going crazy so just to feel that energy as a player you know. There's nothing else better to have that type of support especially during the playoffs where you do. You're trying to win a championship. That game with the vikings. It was insane. I think they were there. Cold like noodles or something into but it added to the whole intensity the madness building. I've always wondered going into that game. You guys had the great season. But i think the whole league was still saying. I don't know these guys they got this kurt one. That's a little story. But i don did you feel that doubt. Did you guys have any doubt before you got into a playoff game..

"Famer orlando pace scheduled to be joined by another hall of famer marshall. Faulk in one of my my radio colleagues. John carney for years his said when he did a show with marshall faulk in its biggest john was doing a show with cara henderson. Who was married to less need. Don't care was doing this show on. Ktar s in saint louis in. They're down at the dome because care. Are they get all these great football. Yes and what will was marshall. Faulk for years. Carney has said he smelled great. And i'm like one. He goes whatever colonie was wearing a really stood out. He always man. He smelled so good so he's always told me. Will you ask marshall what he was on my again. So i'm thinking in the middle of this podcast with a couple of hall of famers. Can i throw that out there instead of fred willard. When i say how much you bench can. Can you ask somebody what your cologne could that. Be our thing. Yes people like something like this. I know we joke about that. You really want the same stories for marshall faulk. From twenty years ago you've heard thousand times same with pace great stories. Great football player. we know. but don't you don't you want to get to know them more like if you start talking about cologne. Remember back in the day like the c. k. one day. That was the big thing. When i was a kid. When you get these famous athletes talking about new rand stuff that we all know about that is where they really kind of down to earth and you really start to like them are random topics not that random but because i went skiing took carson here today. I said he's going to be the next albertville tomba in then. It was on twitter people to just make sure he's not mac. Next vinko bogey taj. And i'm like vinko bogey. I looked it up. And that was the dude who wiped out on the opening credits of the wide world of sports. He was a skier from austria. Horrible wipe out which got me thinking greatest sports clips of old time. And that's gotta be right up there. You know i've thought of the willie mays Of to me. Dwight clark make the catch. I'm not talking about like the. Us miracle on ice is probably moments but video like thinks that that's a pretty memorable clip. What's on your radar. So when you brought that up. I will say not to age you but that show was a little bit before my time like. When was that show really popular. Because i've heard of that show. I guess i've seen it here and there. But i don't remember ever watching as a kid. I think it was on saturday afternoons and it would always. It might have bowling. Always the the mainstream sports. Okay but i i. Of course have seen that video and remember it and see it on youtube. And all that okay. So we've talked about the band. The band is on the field stanford band willie mays catch off words. That's so old. It's like almost a grainy old school zapruder film even the giants independent the giants win. That just sounds like the audio clip itself. Because it's old it doesn't resonate.

"Smart speaker to play ESPN radio and some against us by the hang out with us. They're here, thanks to Chopin's over for men's line. So in Game one, both the top season the Eastern confident of Western Conference went down to defeat all you know what, bro Close I guess. Normal order has been restored with Milwaukee beating Orlando early today. Even that serious that one they went by a count of 1 11 96 in the Los Angeles Lakers. They did saving the Portland Trail Blazers. They went 1 11 88. So now everything is back where it's supposed to be. If you're an MBA family becomes prohibitive favorites. Let's talk about what happened between game win a game two involving both of those teams without man. Mark J. Spirits, was a senior MBA writer. But ESPN the undefeated hit him on Twitter at Mar J. Spirits. He joins me, Freddie Coleman, thanks to show a pencil performance lines mark the The question is, Where was this in Game one and I'll start with the Lakers. What is your answer? You know what I think The thing with the Lakers is They weren't playing for their lives like the wages have been. And they didn't come in with the foot on the gas like the glitch blazers have at it. So what I mean by that is You know, since the Blazers have arrived at Disney World There have been trying to get a spot. So they've been playing at a high level competitive levels trying not to die level where I think the Lakers They knew there'd be the number one seed pretty quickly that really nothing to worry about. So I think that the blazes brought in intensity in the beginning, and I was they got Damon Lillard that The Lakers weren't ready for it should have been ready for it wasn't so now they see like that Dame loaded into play with blazing aren't to play games with and they showed up. Finally, I think the best game of Orlando so far the most energized, serious business like game that I've seen since the Lakers showed up here. Anthony Davis was a big leader on account of that, because if you give LeBron James only 10 points a playoff game you think of that team is not going to win. But Anthony Davis had 31 points a night playing less than 30 minutes. What is about Anthony Davis that when he plays like that, to me, mark he is unguardable in the MBA. Well, he has to be aggressive. He has to be able to take a hit. They have no nobody to stop me. OK, it's I'm not you. Okay? It's nervous can play the er on him, and you know they don't have much to count on so as long as he's aggressive He'll be should be able to dominate pretty much anybody in the whole tournament. Right? Right. Eso The British if they need. He's one of those guys where I think you need somebody yell or scream at him or get a Madam punch miniature like to get him going while some dramatic why he's Anthony Davis. You lay back, you know to mean then. So I think that he just I don't think their mentality hasn't been full throttle until they lost. I think about it since they got here was first in the matter. Right? No, you're not wrong at all. Make pretty much walked to the number one seed so Now they are finally in gear. And and I think they'll be funny. Marge a spirits. That's him him on Twitter. Marge, a spirit senior MBA writer for ESPN. The undefeated joining me Freddie Coleman on Friday and Fitz Simmons on ESPN Radio. How much of what you said could really be applied to the Milwaukee Bucks the way they played in Game two compared the game one versus Orlando. Room. There's no excuse At least leave. The Lakers were playing a team with like, basically To all stars in a future Hall of Famer. Orlando didn't have Aaron Gordon. They they have several other players that I heard. So I mean, it's like Pacific in the miracle. You know, I don't know what they were doing. The first game starts and perhaps it could be some something similar to the Lakers, too. Where you know Orlando also and ensure that they got in and Ah, when you play somebody, that's a number one seed. You're gonna come ready to play. The bark seven and had to play on a high level either. So I think both teams finally okay. The playoffs now. Let's go in and a minute, Freddie, like come Monday. It was playoff time, but it didn't really Feel like that, right? Is it because it's just such an odd atmosphere. But when you saw the bucks lose when you saw the Lakers lose, I lie. I know they're out. Think those kind of things welcome up made a realized Time to stop playing games. What kind of grade would you give what you've seen so far in the playoff games in the bubble? Um, it depends on who you're talking about. Okay. For example. Like team I was most impressed with his home. You know, there were there were great. I like what I've seen from Toronto. Um Everybody else has been coming up and down. I mean, certainly the rocket put great. But, you know It is certainly on about matchups on DH. Now It feels good to be here now, like I was like Well, we've been here a month and we haven't seen one playoff. So now.

"What is truth about Raheem? Just call his name. His name is Rahim. Yeah, The cruel truth is that he's he's barking up the wrong tree. Is that my my analogy pulling my clever analogy was you think for a surfer? He would know to avoid shark infested waters. Spider I'm gonna ask you to do something really special if you can. Spider search op X for the surfer remix. I'd love to hear it kind of underscore this sauce writing Get pitted, Have it because I mean it by asking the 40 Niners for more money only one year into a three year deal when that running back room is so crowded. I mean, they'll say to him. Listen, this is my theory, at least. And you Khun, Don't you agree? My theory he's saying You've got to give me this money and they're saying Wait a minute, So we got a situation out here. We got a running back room filled with people. We got to go pay George Kendall. We are going to trade to forced Buckner and now we're going to set a precedent of handing out money to people after one year. This is a cold, cruel reality. Right up Parag Murata went from being a guy that Ralph roasted all the time and shadows Barbieri, the legend built the station to the guy who's Who's been handling the Niner contracts quite capably. And he's going. He's going. It's all about leverage, Polly and really Well, they're gonna be like I got Coleman. I got McKinnon I got Will you have McKinnon, do you? Honestly, I'm not even reffing like Julie. Seriously. We don't have kids. You, Michael Hasty. Hannah Bailey got salve on Achmed out of and I got a system this system. I went back and looked at it, man. This Bobby Turner, The nine are running back coach. He's there. He's there. We should call in the new McKittrick because he's one of those guys. He's 71 years old. He doesn't need to be a head coach right. He was Shanahan's Mike Shanahan's running back coach for 15 years in Denver, wrote the list. Of running backs that they churned out ready. It went from Terrell Davis. They turned a six rounder into a into a hall of Famer. Alright, it went to Orlando. Is Gary. All right? He was next. It went to hear. I have mall down here, buddy. I gotta I gotta find this for you. The list is insane, but But the bottom line is the system the way they design their blocking schemes and their play calling in their play action play calling Well, they are one of the most effective. Runningback systems going in Rahim as great as he is, and I love that's the sad part is I don't want to just say I love you. Yeah, I just feel like he might have overplayed his well, Maybe it's like you said, though. Maybe it was the influence of the surfer community in his ear. Spider parking lot. So you see kids on their against those kids today, just like you get Gerald ever like Just drop it, right. That's actually a good hook right there, Dude. I mean, that's like that's not a bad track. But maybe it was the influence of guys like that in Ah, most of us here to your original point. Dude, go get Pai. Dude, have them put you 34 times what you make now, Dude, I I like him a lot, too. I would hate to lose him, especially having lost contract. There's no they could just say one. Dude, you got to show up, and if he holds out, he gets fine. So Terrell Davis Hall of Famer Orlando's Gary fourth rounder. They got him over 1100 yards. Mike Anderson, Attic Utah sixth rounder. They got him up over 1400 yards. Clinton Portis was a second round, but they got him up over 1500 yards. Reuben drones Freeman, third rounder. They got him up over 1200 yards, and then even a guy like Tatum Bell got over 1000 yards. These are all different running backs. They change from year to year..

"That hurt the team's relationship with the city and then oddly enough another sign of this is that it's hard to believe now but well into the twentieth century the all time most popular giant was Willie mccovey not Willie mays and the reason for that was that mccovey never played for the New York Org giants and San Franciscans. They wanted somebody who is really. There's so so that took a little time to get used to and then it's overlooked but you know the dodgers one in their second year in Los Angeles. They wanted all they'd beat the Yankees. That'd be the white sox sixty three. They beat the Yankees in sixty to the giants. In one of the great world series of all time played the Yankees and they had a rally in the bottom of the ninth inning. Losing one nothing and they got the winning tying run on third and the winning run on second and the winning run was was Willie mays which meant that. You one of the fastest guys in baseball. A single wins the game in the world series and they had Willie mccovey. This young left in it hitting stood up and and mccovey He described it passed away about a year ago in October. Two thousand eighteen but mccovey said I never hit the ball that hard my life and he just hit it so hard but the the Yankees for whatever reason and we see a lot of ships now. Of course it's part of the game but back then you only shifted against kind of the biggest most most strongest left handed pull hitters editors. They always shifted against Willie mccovey because he was such a big strong left. Edible hitter and Bobby. Richardson was a fine fielding. Second Baseman for the Yankees for many years didn't shift he. It wasn't shifting and he was playing essentially out of position and mccovey. Hit it right on the screws but right to Bobby Richardson. And if that ball goes through the giants won the world series in sixty two and the relationship is different. But it didn't and then they finish you know from like sixty five to sixty nine to finish in second place every year including the the first year the NFL west and they never get back to the world series and by the time they get back in nineteen eighty nine. They get swept earthquake through halfway through the world series. It's very very hard for them to bond with the city and part of the reason. Is that the Ballpark is so bad. And attendance is so low that the giants always rumors about them. Leaving in nineteen seventy eighty six They were gone. Toronto newspapers running headlines. We finally get Major League Baseball. Should we keep the WHO. Should we hire as a manager where we finished in the National League East. I mean that was in the Toronto newspapers and these this that that headline ran the papers one day before the new mayor got sworn in imagine. You've been elected mayor super competitive election election. And you're a sports fan and also basketball player like for mayor. Jorge Mosconi was and your first day on the job. You're not trying to do anything you promise the voters you've got to keep the giants and you know Mosconi scrambled. And and he kept the giants Bob Murray bought the team and then In November nineteen seventy eight. George Mosconi was assassinated this little political political history. But it just gives you a flavor of things and and in Nineteen ninety-two. There's another several mayors go by and the new mayor who is elected ninety one Guy Frank Jordan and he spends all his first a year because the papers are. The giants are gone there in Tampa you know the sporting news sports illustrated the Simpsons Chronicle The New York Times the La Times. I reporting giants finally leave. They can't make a go of it in San Francisco Cisco and at the last minute a San Francisco Group of onery ownership group team including a guy. Peter McGowan Allen who died last year about a year ago who had grown up in New York as a New York giants fan and San Francisco as you know as a as a grown man and stated giants fan became a very wealthy man through the Safeway grocery chain. They bought the team and they kept him in San Francisco but the real bond between the team and the city the real part were they become cemented as a porn part of the fabric and the culture and important institution San Francisco from my money begins into all the way in two thousand when they played the first game at the new ballpark which is now oracle park so the giants ended up with one of the absolute best ballparks in the United States but it took a very very long time including the forty years at candlestick park which was just dreadful and then they finally got these three they. They won the world series in a very short period of time. But that didn't happen until this decade so for San Francisco Go. It took a lot longer but today they are the Premier Marquis sports franchise in in the bay area. Even if the forty niners won the super bowl this year you will still see more than nine hats like when I go out there right before you know it later this month while you also didn't mention and maybe for good reason the arrival of the as as and sixty eight yet so that that didn't help either so they just unlucky on all these different fronts was mismanagement was it just of comedy of errors. By comparison to their new neighbors to the south. I mean I I do talk about the as in the book and one thing I say in the book is that there was a consensus view by seventy three days. Only got sixty eight that they couldn't that the bay area wasn't big enough for two teams and that consensus view lasted well into the nineties. It was Kinda people. Were amazed that both these teams state but even before that so why would Finley and Major League baseball that even circus sixty eight it would be. Well the giants were doing. Okay in the sixties sixties. Right they were there they were doing. There was so good that they you know if you have made to pay to various combination of. I'll lose mccovey Marshall. You draw fans right so they were they were doing okay but when the as came you know it was a mistake. The as winning the world series seventy two three and four. Their attendance was terrible. They were there was always a difficult. The franchise franchise there. But I think to your broader question. There's a lot of factors here. We haven't touched on at all one thing I would say I talked about this in the book is that I think that more than any city in America major city San Francisco changed the most in what we might call for an put at the nineteen sixties which we all know began again in the mid sixties and ended in the seventy sometime in San Francisco ended in the eighties and in nineteen sixty four seven cisco was normal city right. It had had better food and better views than most cities. That's still true but it was. You know it was heavily wight like most cities were in America. It was run by kind of you. Know Understanding between organized labor and business it was not a particularly left-of-centre place that particular progress. There's no counterculture. There's little beatnik movement but nothing really substantial by nineteen seventy four. San Francisco is the butt of jokes. About how crazy it is and it has a higher crime rate than New York a higher murder rate than New York orcas on believe that. But it's true it was you know it was the heart of the counterculture. The summer of love later the heart of the gay rights movement it was rapidly Lee. Changing and a baseball team seemed like didn't quite fit in and and didn't know how to market themselves to fit into what was becoming a rapidly changing city. Interestingly a a great footnote to history is that when the giants I move to I began exploring the move. The city was discussing possible. People places for the ballpark in one of the places they WANNA talk about. What's keys are stadium which is where the forty niners played for many years and they would have built out a little bit and keep stadium is right? Essentially were haight. Street reads Golden Gate Park right in the heart of what became the haight. Ashbury neighborhood became kind of world famous. You know all capitals Haight Ashbury neighborhood. So the idea of the giants having their home right in in the middle of that during the late sixties and early seventies would have been quite something. But that didn't happen but there were a lot of things right so so one of it was that the city was changing and they couldn't quite figure out too much later to how to adjust to that had to build identity made sense with the San Francisco that was evolving second. You know they did get a run of bad luck in. They had their best years when one of ten teams. We're going to the postseason so there's not a playoff you know you have the second best record in the National League today. You're going to the playoffs right today. Basically ten out of thirty teams so wanted to three. Go to the postseason. So they were just Kinda got good at just the wrong time. The the the other reason is that beginning in the late sixties early seventies when the team had been so good for so long didn't they weren't winning the world series. They were very very good team and this farm system that just just kept producing great players. Willie mays half a generation earlier but between nineteen fifty eight and nineteen sixty five or so. It's you know three I lou. Brothers one Marschall Willie mccovey Three Hall of Famers Orlando Cepeda. You know other other great players other good players and then going into late sixties Bobby Bonds George Foster it says if they they can just keep producing these great players and then they start making a series of trades that are just terrible so they trade George Foster Frank Duffy. They've trade gaylord. Perry for Sam McDowell previously the trader Linda paid for race a decky thinking we can just magically produce great hitters and they stop so the pharmacist drives up at just the wrong time the team starts is going into freefall. After Trading Willie mays midway through seventy two right as the as running off their their run of dominance. The city's economy is much weaker in one thousand nine hundred seventy five hundred fifty eight which means there's fewer people literally fewer people in the city. There's less money in the city. The city the people are focusing on other things so so all of that hurts and they don't win a world series but the biggest thing of all you cannot tell the story without folks candlestick park is they had in. Nineteen fifty eight managed to build a ballpark more or less like Oracle Park in that location. This story would have been totally different. But but Oracle Park today Eh. You know it's a short walk or the buses. The buses are great and San Francisco but a reasonable bus ride from the.
