Hear From Dr. Yechiel Leiter, Father of Fallen Soldier Moshe Leiter
"Man his background his history and I wanted you to come on the program and tell millions and millions of Americans what this is like what's happening what's happened to your family and what about the future sir well thank you mark good evening thank for you the opportunity to address your audience my son Moshe was my oldest three eight children he was also my best friend he spent 15 years in the shaldad unit which is the Israel equivalent to the Delta Force actually he trained for some time with the with the Delta Force at at the age of 33 decided to go to medical school because he was intent on helping people and healing people he was about to start his experience clinical on October 8th but October we know what happened Hamas stormed into our communities slaughtered 1200 hundred people and he immediately went back into a reservist position he had spent even during the training the medical training he had spent 80 90 days a year doing reserve duty because he was a real expert field fox he understood the battlefield very well and that's why when he went back into his reserve in the reserve unit on October 8th and organized the his soldiers prepared them for war he was actually put at the command of the point squadron which which led the division the first division to enter the northern community in in Gaza from which the Hamas terrorists would fire missiles into our cities sometimes thousands of missiles at a time and he was killed when he led the operation to discover peers tunnel peers that would lead to terrorist headquarters and to their ammunition sites it was booby trapped a very heavy booby trap and he was killed along with three of his soldiers and three were injured seriously they lost their legs so it was a great loss for me personally I think for the IDF we we had thousands of people during our shiva the mourning period for him thousands and and many of prime mr. visited us the president of Israel I say about half the cabinet because he was very very well known he was very well liked and he was a major who had mastered a so masterful reputation half my heart bleeds for my son and my best friend and half my heart is very proud that I had a son who led the battle a civilizational battle against evil and sitting here listening it's very emotional obviously I don't know you I didn't know him and I'm thinking of the great men who have to go off to war whether they really want to or not but in times like this they're called to do duty and they go and they do so without objection and then I'm thinking about the leading politicians in my country here and how they never talk about the idea of soldiers they talk never about who they are they don't show their photographs they don't talk about their backgrounds their families what they've gone through and I assume you find that incredibly disturbing

"And so what does it say there? Trump, no more. But what does it actually actually say Well, there? you just have to use a blue Sharpie. Okay. But it, it means yes. But it says She soul. misspelled bull with an S U L L. Yes. She's misspelled bull. It's S U L L. That's why she needed the Sharpie. Oh, it was a fully printed sign. Oh, when you can call, but you can't spell it. Oh, honey. Yeah. Okay. And then there's this guy Lindell. Who is, is John John still alive? We're going to find out the truth. So you think, you think that Mike Lindell is John F Kennedy Jr. Yes, I do. You have a, you have a picture to prove it there. So this is a picture of Mike Lindell and John F Kennedy Jr. And so what's, what's evidence the here? Well, the evidence is we're going to find out that people had to play certain roles to get the truth out to people. So why would John F Kennedy Jr. Fake his own death and then assume the identity The of a hello salesman. Well, we have to ask yourself, what was he running for? He was running for a seat in New York. Who won that seat? Was it Hillary Clinton? So John F Kennedy Jr. Is actually Mike Lindell. We'll find out. Also, F John Kennedy didn't run for a seat, but okay. Um, okay. In this world, Carlos, That guy sounds like he's going to vote for Med for All, by the way. Yeah. Subject Carlos Robert Bobby Kennedy Jr. Yeah. Jesse Waters asked him on Fox News. You weren't ever on Jeffrey Epstein's jet, were you? And he said, I was on Jeffrey Epstein's jets two times. And his wife at the time had a, some kind of relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell. Um, okay. So I don't know whether this helps or hurts him with the Trump face. Yeah. Yeah. And Fox News, I guess, is still having him on, assuming that he will take votes from Biden as well. So I think they're having him on because of that. Right. And absolutely. That's why he won't attacked up. He's a gutless coward, another coward. He knows that Trump is evil and is afraid to attack him. I would not, if I wouldn't let him be my babysitter. I would just go, no, obviously this guy has no guts. He has no principles. He's afraid to attack what's clearly evil. He has no guts at all. I'd be like Clint Howard in parenthood. That's how you know that, you know, the right wing still thinks he will pull some votes from Biden. Fox wasn't taught no, it's not still be, they would destroy him over that. He was on Epstein's jet and admitting it on Fox news. If they thought, you know, he was going to Trump hurt more. The first thing, and I've always said this since day one, the first thing they would go after and wrongly so is his voice. You could see Sean Hannity go, there's gotta wrong. I mean, listen to this guy. Oh God, he's sick. Yeah, he's sick and he could die any day. They be ruthless with him. They would be ruthless in Cornell West. They would be ruthless. They hope Biden's poll numbers, you know why Biden's poll numbers aren't fantastic? Six years of being attacked constantly by the right media, right wing radio, Trump. Over an hour later, police received calls of a double homicide in south Austin, and around 5 pm a cyclist was then shot. Chris Fox for CBS News, Austin. At the White House, CBS's Ed O Kief has more on President Biden's admission to donors that he might not be running for reelection if Donald Trump was not in the race. What campaign aides say he was trying to reiterate last night is essentially that mission that he's on. been That he's doing this only because he was concerned about Donald Trump, wanted to restore and sustain democracy and fears that if Donald Trump were to win again, American democracy as we know it would be changed forever. He made us laugh, he made us think. Legendary writer and producer Norman Lear who has died at 101 is being hailed as the man who revolutionized the TV comedy beginning with All in the Family. We Spent $400 BILLION on Illegal Immigration?
"Dan bongino so i told you before the break when i played a clip let the fox business report they told you what illegal immigration is costing us per year and it is an absolutely ridiculous obscene four hundred and fifty one billion dollars let me say that is off by ten percent and it's four hundred billion dollars four hundred billion dollars to pay for illegal immigration now again again because i'm interested in the truth and honesty you shouldn't be here illegally we we did it the right way my family my wife and you should do with two it if you first act in the united states is to flip us the double barrel middle finger and break the law you don't deserve to be here but from a strict economic perspective are these costs real certainly sounds like it the problem is over time people can mean productivity so let's hey this if gets a little complicated i'm not doing it intentionally say it costs us four hundred and fifty one billion a dollars year to process i don't know three million people that are in the country illegally and probably another five five hundred thousand that are got a ways we don't even know about but we're still paying for anyway that that cost would go down each year why because people would start to work not everyone's gonna stay on on government benefits people would eventually i'm not apologizing for illegal immigration so don't please don't send me any nasty grams i'm simply giving you a pure spreadsheet take on it over time it costs less by the time you get to the second generation typically that generation works they go to school they produce it probably cost you a lot less the problem we have with biden and if god forbid this guy gets re -elected or any democrat for that matter is is that this a recurring

Trump's Attorney Alina Habba Talks 1st Amendment Rights Violations
"He is, Dan Bongino. All right, I should have told you about it in the last segment, but I'm really happy to have a guest. I want to get right to her because she's kind of tight on time right now. One of Donald Trump's attorneys, you've seen her on TV, on Fox and elsewhere doing a great job defending President, former President Trump. Alina Haba. Alina, thanks for spending some time with us. I know you were on a long line here, so we appreciate it. Of course, anything for you, Dan. Thanks for having me. You're the best. It was great seeing you UFC, at the by the way. But let me get right to it. Mark Levin put out a great tweet the other day. I just tweeted it about all of the rights President Trump doesn't seem to have in what we thought was a constitutional public. Let's go through them one by one. I mean, you guys don't seem to have First Amendment rights, Alina. These gag orders for a man who is the leading and likely Republican nominee for president while he's running for president and being attacked on the police state running against the police state seem like their political orders and not effective judicial legal ones. Well, that's right. That's 100 % right. And then if you had any question about it, we had to take the last one where they actually gagged me as well as the president and said that I couldn't even make objections in court. I couldn't make objections in court where my job is to object, is to protect the president. I was gagged. And the fact is we took it up to the appellate division. We won. We had it stayed. And now we've submitted papers explaining how completely unconstitutional it is to take anybody's First Amendment right. Political speech is overtly protected on a higher level than anything else. And they are trying to take the leading candidate's voice away and they're trying to take his lawyer's voice away,

And regulators have only two choices as to where credit from. comes It can come from the banking system or it can come from the investment marketplace. There's no third choice. And everyone around the globe has made a different decision. But if you look at the trend, with the exception of China, Everywhere in the world regulators are favoring investors over banks. Trump Files Motion for Mistrial in Civil Fraud Case
"The city and state of New York. They've used a statute, as Fox has reported, that's never been used ever against anybody else. And why? Because the statute's unconstitutional. And why is that? There's no victim. There's no complainant. So the case is really a case about Letitia and this judge in Iran. Deciding for themselves cherry -picking information on whether the assessments that were used, the valuations, and getting loans from certain banks, meet the standard that Letitia James and this judge Arthur and Garan think they should have met. No, they don't. No victim, no complainant. Not a single bank has testified against Trump. They're all paid back on time without delay. These banks are big with big law firms. The legal documents stated by Trump's lawyers and his documents not to rely on the valuations provided by the Trump organization. You're free and transparently make so your to own valuations and make your own decisions. So there is no fraud. There's no misconduct. The victim, well actually the only victim is Trump and his family. Thank you. And so they've appealed. And so the legal experts say it's going to be tough to appeal arguing that there's a mistrial. Oh really? Well the judge is a hack who ruled against Trump before he and his lawyers even walked in the courtroom. He ruled on the papers before he heard a word of testimony. And his conduct during the course of the trial, he was clamish. He was preening for the camera. The reason his law clerks sitting to his right

"I'm feeling very spiritual these days. I really am. It's Christmas time. It's the holidays. We've got a Christmas miracle happening with our Angel Tree campaign. My goodness. I think we're going to hit our goal, which was a big goal of 4,000 sponsored kids. I think we're going to hit it today. And I saw a speech that Tucker Carlson gave on social media last night. And that speech has inspired me. We've got a lot of darkness right now in the country. It feels like there is a darkness over the land. It feels like there is a real ominous horizon. And we can't go there. We can't be there. We've got to be positive and upbeat. And we've got to be happy. You've got to pray without ceasing. You've got to remember what really matters. Faith. Family. We live in the greatest country in the world. And sometimes we lose sight of all of that. Sometimes we lose sight of what truly matters. It's no secret that I'm a huge Tucker Carlson fan. I still have a hard time watching Fox News after they dumped him. Don't know why. Don't exactly care. I just know that they did. He's one of the smartest guys on TV. And I follow him on X. And I'm following him on social media. And I'm hoping that he emerges with some new and improved on some platform that's going to be great. Listen, I watch TV a little bit. I'm a creature of habit. And I miss him. I miss him a lot. I love all the people over at Fox. I've known Sean Hannity for years. I've known Laura Ingraham for years. I think Jesse Waters is terrific. They're all great over there. But I miss Tucker Carlson a lot. It feels like, to me, Fox News fired the real heart and soul of that company. And again, to this day, there's books been written about it. Nobody's really admitting why they fired him. The highest rated show they had. Clearly the most popular host they had. But hey, it's their company. Anybody can fire anybody for any reason, I guess. But I want you to hear a little bit of his speech. I don't even know where this was. I don't know at what venue he was in. I don't even know when it was. But it doesn't matter because his message should really stick to you. Let's remember his message about the things that matter. I give you a few seconds of the great Tucker Carlson. Regardless of your childhood, you just have to make the decision that you care about the people who care about you. And that's all you care about. And if you don't do that, you'll become a captive to insecurity, self-hatred. And what does self-hatred give way to every single time? Hatred of others. 100%. People who hate themselves hate you too. They do. And they'll mistreat you 100% of the time. And so politicians are almost, not all, and I know them all, I will say that, but they're almost all self-selected from the group of emotionally damaged people whose key desire, overwhelming overriding desire, is to be loved by strangers. And that's the darkest sickness of all. I mean it. You know, and they fired that guy. Can you imagine? They fired that guy. Incidentally, there was an article this week over at Revolver News. They write at Revolver News, President Trump has already won the Republican primary by a landslide. No challenger has come remotely close to threatening his dominance. And incidentally, that's literally not true. We don't We're weeks away. But I get it. I get their point. According to all the polling, it's Trump and only Trump. And here's what they write over at Revolver News. Contrary to conventional wisdom, President Trump doesn't need a conventional vice president. He doesn't need someone who will shore up his electoral coalition. Trump is the Republican Party. Everyone who doesn't like it has left. Trump doesn't need another Mike Pence. He needs a vice president he can trust, both in his campaign and beyond. He needs someone who will make sure the historic movement he started doesn't end with him. All the conventional candidates will betray the president, just like they have already have by entering the race against him. They're freeloaders who don't offer Trump any value. They want to return Washington to the status quo that President Trump upended. They want to terraform a new swamp. Tucker Carlson is loyal to President Trump's person and vision. This, of course, doesn't mean that Tucker isn't willing to be critical of Trump's decision, the article says. It's precisely because of Tucker's loyalty to Trump's America First legacy that, at certain times, Tucker would take to his television audience to voice his displeasure, for example, Trump's hiring of John Bolton. Tucker Carlson, Revolver News argues, Tucker Carlson would be the vice presidential running mate that would lead to the golden ticket for Donald Trump. Revolver News, this column, writes, with Tucker as his number two, President Trump will have a deputy who can match his ferocious campaign pace, overwhelming the opposition with energy and enthusiasm. Carlson has the star power and charisma to hit the campaign trail hard. Trump will almost certainly be confined to a courtroom for large swaths of the campaign season. He needs someone who can get out and rally voters on his behalf. None of the others can attract a crowd. They're politicians, not entertainers. In Tucker Carlson, President Trump will have a potential successor who can build on his legacy and who forces the establishment to take him seriously in his second term. Tucker gives Trump leverage. He ensures Trump isn't written off as a lame duck from his first day in office. And the establishment is almost as afraid of Tucker Carlson as they are of Trump. With Tucker as his VP, Trump can play the good cop to Tucker's bad cop, a negotiating technique President Trump used to great effect, ironically with John Bolton in his first term. The Trump Carlson ticket will have unmatched reach and will set a new higher standard for politics in this century. Tucker Carlson amplifies President Trump's message as proven by their record-shattering interview this past fall. Trump Carlson would be a media sensation unlike anything this country has ever seen, the article says. And for that reason, together with Trump's, or rather with Tucker's loyalty to the president, Tucker Carlson is the only choice who guarantees victory in 24. Simply put, President Trump needs loyalty in 2024, in the White House and beyond.

How Do You Know If You're Living in a Police State?
"State mayor. Police state. How do you know? Well, I can tell you there's a pretty definitive sign in a constitutional republic or a representative democracy of some form. You do not investigate people. You investigate crimes in search of people, correct? People tend to overcomplicate what police a state is. We did a whole movie on it, but we kept it simple. You investigate crimes in a constitutional republic, and then you go and look for the people who did those crimes in a police state. You investigate people and you go and look for crimes. Oh, Miss Perkins attempted to revoke the security clearance of this employee and ordered her investigators to canvas 10 police departments where the employee lived for any allegations of violations of the law. Sounds like they're looking for person a in search of a crime, does it not? Folks, this has to stop. I'm gonna tell you, one of the more kind of devastating moments of my life in this space, and I mean it, I'm not being hyperbolic or overly dramatic dramatic about it is I was in an airport flying up to New York. I think I was doing the five fox or and friend, don't matter, but I'm in the airport and I get a call and a friend of mine says, you're never gonna believe this. He says, people in the Ukrainian embassy were watching your social media stuff, likely on government time, and monitoring your activity because you're exposing all this corruption going on in Ukraine that I was writing about in my last book. I said, no, they said, yeah, we're going to get a, we're going to for you this and you're going to see if they were right. Now folks, the stuff they were watching was public. I'm, you know, they, from what I least know, they at didn't have access to my private emails and things like that or the direct messages. But I got to tell you it was pretty scary stuff. I don't mean frightened, like a coward, like a little puppy. I was, it's frightening in an anxiety producing way that your government simply because you expose their corruption is busy watching what you're tweeting about and not doing their actual government assign work. You're like, where the hell am I living, the Soviet Union? Now in case you think it can't get any worse the police state ladies and gentlemen, it already has You sensing a pattern by the way according to this story about who the FBI was allegedly targeting. But I've known you for a while. You strike me as a very candid person. I want to bring something up, because I think it'll help you and me both. Every time I mention your name, someone fires back. It's usually from primary opponent. I get it, but still, I'd like you to address it. They say, well, she was in the media, don't I trust her, she could be a lib. I'm not your defender, you don't need it, you can do it yourself. But my take back to them has always been, they make the best conservatives. If they're running as conservatives, they obviously had some road to Damascus moment where they're like, holy crap, these people really suck. So if you would address that, I'd really appreciate it. I'd be happy to, and I have many times before. You know, I talk about growing up an hour away from President Reagan in his hometown, my hometown in his an hour away, obviously a few decades apart, Dan, but he was my original childhood hero. And he's the reason I registered as a Republican when I turned 18. But when I was a mother, first became a mother, I had two babies back to back. And that's all when the wars started and I looked at George W. Bush and I said, gosh, our Republican party has just become a party that wants to start endless wars. And it was only because of that when McCain ran and, of course, had covered him by then a couple of a couple of decades. And I knew this wasn't going to be the guy to end these endless wars. And so that's why I took a chance on an outsider. And obviously we didn't have a lot of good choices. And he turned out to be a nightmare, an absolute nightmare. But I have always been a fair and honest journalist. I think you you ask people I've interviewed, I had a 30 year career, 27 years covering Arizona. And I don't know many people who walk away from their dream job. I walked away from a seven figure contract, walked away from my dream job. Number one in the ratings on a roll, had been number one for 22 years, by the way, at the Fox station. And I walked away from all of that because I looked at journalism and realized it had become nothing more than propaganda. And this was during COVID. And I don't know many people who would have the courage to walk away from that kind of money, that kind of a career like I did. And I did that because I care more about our First Amendment, our Constitution, and our country. And I'm not willing to sacrifice my reputation, use my voice and my heart to spread lies.

The Hugh Hewitt Show: Highly Concentrated
A highlight from The Debate Recap Part One
"Good morning, Gloria America. Bonjour, hi, Canada. I'm Hugh Hewitt, back inside the Beltway, live inside my studio. I'm so glad to be back with you. I want to thank Morgan Ortegas, who filled in for me four out of the seven days I was off the air. Jenna Lisimo, of course, Dwayne Patterson, two days, and Ed Morrissey, one day. All superb professionals, and I just greatly appreciate their allowing me to dive deep into the debate prep that went on in New York, in Washington, and of course in Miami. My thanks to my NBC colleagues at the table, Lester Holt and Christian Welker, who co -moderated with me in the debate. I have some preliminary thoughts on it, and I will get back to those, but I do not want to hazard guesses about what it was like or what it seemed like, because from inside a debate, it's not really what other people see. I got home last night. The fetching Mrs. Hewitt tells me that TikTok was running ads during the debate, even as I was asking the candidates about TikTok. Some memorable things, and I will sort it out, and by Tuesday, I'll be talking to you about it. Today is the day we celebrate Veterans Day. I'm live inside the studio, but most of the next 90 minutes, beginning at the bottom of the hour and into the next hour, will be interviews with recovering wounded veterans of the long wars, as I annually salute the Semper Fi Fund and America's Fund and ask you to consider contributing to it, to help in the recovery and rehabilitation of people who are wounded defending this country, and I will not depart from that tradition, but we're going to break it into portions today and portions on Monday, because Veterans Day is tomorrow, and some people are celebrating today and thanking veterans around them today, and some are doing that on Monday. So, I'm going to do it on both days, but first, let me give you the news overnight. The advance of Israel deep into Gaza is approaching the outskirts of the Shifa Hospital. That hospital, as well as the Rantisi Hospital, are allegedly over the command and control headquarters of Hamas, and so the going is going to be very tough. It's going to be very, very brutal. I remind you as well that there are 240 Israelis and other nationalities being held throughout Gaza, by the kidnappers of 10 -7, and those monsters are releasing photos to terrorize the people of Israel as their troops move forward, the IDF moving very slowly, very methodically. Last night, former, excuse me, current Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was on Fox with Brett Baer. This is what he had to say, cut number one. I think the Israeli army is performing exceptionally well. It's fighting the terrorists, both above ground and below ground, doing everything in our power to reduce civilian casualties. We've managed safe zones and safe corridors so civilians can heed our call to leave, even though Hamas is trying to keep them in. And I think the war is proceeding well. We're going to continue until we eradicate Hamas. Nothing will stop that. We're absolutely committed to victory, which is not only our victory, but it's the victory of the entire civilized world against barbarism.

Tech Path Crypto
A highlight from BlackRock Bitcoin ETF in January | Larry Fink Is Confident
"All right, so things are cooking in the market right now, Bitcoin, Ethereum, what we're doing and watching with Solana. We'll break down a lot of things for you guys today, but it's all going to be built around the narrative of the ETF, when and how much of an impact it will have on the markets. My name is Paul Baron. Welcome back to The Tech Path. All right. A couple of posts we'll get into. I want to kind of flow along here. There's going to be a lot happening today. Before I get started, I want to thank our sponsor, and that is iTrust Capital, if you guys are looking at long -term holding. In an IRA, this is one of the places to check out. You can hold Bitcoin over there, precious metals, altcoins, all sorts of things. It's all self -directed over there, very easy to use. All you have to use is our link down below. Get a $100 funding reward if you decide to go in on that. Low fees too on your transactions inside, no fees on a monthly. So just think about that. Let's go over to a couple of tweets here. I want to start off with Mike Allred, or Alfred. Mike had a very interesting tweet here, and I follow this guy. I would say he's a Bitcoiner, and he had a really good position point here on the first of November. FOMC press conference over, Jerome is off stage. Markets are not following the familiar script of dumping through the close. This is the turning point. Yields will fall, the dollar will top, and Bitcoin and equities will rip through the year end. Basically, Mike called it, and I think he's exactly right, what we did see in terms of yields starting to fall. In fact, we saw a fairly significant jump down in yields. If you look at what Joe Consorti was talking about, this is a good example, people are losing faith in US creditworthiness even after the 10 -year yield has fallen by 51 bips. So that to me is some of these nuances that happen in the traditional markets that start to move things around. It also starts to loosen up capital on the sidelines, and that's what you're watching right now. Then if you look at the comparison of where things are going around Bitcoin, because some people are saying Bitcoin could make it to 50K, and part of this will look at, of course, the ETF, the likelihood of getting an ETF before the end of the year. Even though our friends at Bootbar still believe that that's like a 70 % probability, I feel like this is probably going to roll into that January 10th date, and when it does, I think that is the key. Now, what does that mean between now and then? I think that is the big question for sure. Fox Biz says BlackRock is growing increasingly confident in the spot Bitcoin ETF approval by January. Listen, they're having conversations with the SEC, there's a lot of back and forth dealing with this. Ed Gasparino talking about this. Everybody on Wall Street is talking about this. If this does not happen, this would be one of the biggest fails, I think, on Wall Street in combination with the SEC, maybe that we've ever seen in the history of Wall Street. Other things to be watching for, and this is something that Seifert and I talked about the other day when he was on. Just in, French investment bankers receive an email from BlackRock promoting a webinar for their iShares that swap ETF products on November 15th. This is within eight days of a spot Bitcoin ETF approval window. This is something that Seifert and I talked about, Bloomberg analysts, and the questions that have kind of been brewing is that there's been a lot of advertising, they're called RFPs, and if you're in the media business, you know what that is, but there's been a lot of RFPs coming in asking about certain windows of time and how quickly you can activate ads. This to me, what is it? Because normally this is a year -end kind of thing, and year -end, sure, there could be a scenario where people are just blowing the rest of a budget that they've already allocated, but these seem to be very targeted and very specific, and when you get those kinds of RFPs, which we've received, then I'm always questioning, what are they looking for? What exactly is going on? That usually tells me there's a campaign brewing, and what else is out there right now that could be brewing in terms of campaigns when it comes down to marketing, just like Seifert said, there's going to be a marketing bloodbath of who's going to try to position first, whether it's BlackRock, 21 shares, Fidelity, all the ones that we have out there in terms of the spot ETF. Here's another topic on Bitcoin. Here's how high Bitcoin could soar in the first year of its bull cycle. There's a course coming in from Michael Van de Poppe. A couple of things he's pointing to right here, we're getting ourselves into a period of the first year of the bull cycle, means that most likely we're going to see a high of around 50 to 55K. I would agree with that to a certain extent. There are some things, if you're not in our diamond circle, our most recent post where Evan and I actually did two analyses on this. Evan did an analysis on the TA side. We did an analysis on the sentiment side. Looking at the long -term sentiment run of Bitcoin in general, especially if you look at how it compares to other assets, and you compare that to new activity, meaning new people talking about a particular investment like Bitcoin, it's starting to ramp up. So does that mean that we could be seeing entry -level participants or people that haven't been active for a very long time coming back in the space, which could contribute to these kind of numbers in terms of 50 to 55K? We're also going to have a period where we have the altcoins are starting to wake up substantially. Obviously, I think everybody's watching Solana, Matic, Avalanche today. Those are all altcoins, and they're all in a very positive mode right now. And of course, Ethereum clipped over 2100. Most likely, we could see a 22 by weekend. So there's a lot happening there. Question will be, in between, are we going to see altcoins do really well? And we're starting to see some momentum. Will that last? And does it act like a typical altcoin season? That's the question mark that I think a lot of people are trying to compare, because if you look at past cycles versus this one and the one we possibly are moving into coming out of a bear market, a lot of people look at it in a different way because of all this new speculation around ETFs, regulation, structured capital, the coming of age of this asset class, all those things that did not exist in the last run between 2019 and 21. So at this point, confirmation of the bear market is over almost close to 100%, especially with the breakout of 28K. That was the one that basically held the 200 -week EMA. So definitely moving forward for sure.

Simply Bitcoin
A highlight from Michael Saylor: Mainstream Bitcoin Awareness is EXPLODING | EP 865
"It's all going to zero against Bitcoin. It's going up forevermore. Bitcoin! You're against Bitcoin, you're against freedom. Yo, welcome to another episode of Simply Bitcoin Live, your number one source for the peaceful Bitcoin revolution, color -breaking news, culture, medic warfare. We will be your guide through the separation of money and state. Anyways, Michael Saylor is just, he's just taking it all in. He's having a victory, victory dance right now. He's up on his Bitcoin investment. I saw a tweet the other day, did you guys know that every thousand dollars Bitcoin goes up in price? The Michael Saylor's Bitcoin investment goes up like 158 million dollars. It's just some like absurd amount like that. So yes, Michael Saylor is vindicated and more importantly, we're going to play you guys a clip today where he's making the case that we've been making for this last week, really for the last couple of weeks, that Bitcoin awareness is going mainstream. You're seeing that. You're seeing that when Natalie Burnell, we played you guys the clip on yesterday's episode, where she went on Fox Business and she's literally saying how Bitcoin is the money of peace and fiat is the money of war, how Bitcoin gives the opportunity to the younger generations and millennials and the Gen Z -ers and she's saying this on legacy mainstream media, right? So yeah, I completely agree with with Saylor, Bitcoin is going mainstream. It is the legal tender of a nation state, of a country. And I think that in the next cycle, there's going to be so many public companies, there's going to be so many countries, they're going to be looking at what Michael Saylor is doing and looking at what Naeem Bukhale is doing and just come to the inevitable conclusion that, OK, the Bitcoin strategy is obviously superior. It's obviously the way to go, right? So anyways, very, very exciting times. We are ending the week with a bullish episode, but in the montage as well, I added some other things because I can't just be full, you know, bulltard all the time. We are going to talk about CBDCs and digital IDs that they're planning to roll out in Europe and all over the world. Make no mistake. And you're seeing the attacks by governments, you know, the CyUp attack by Elizabeth Warren and co -intermedia allies to try to shove down the throats of Americans, these crazy, insane proposals by the FinCEN that would basically make it like look down upon for you to use a single use Bitcoin wallet address, which is like by default, that's how they work. Right. So like, obviously, you can make the case that there was more sinister intentions when they made these crazy proposals, right? So anyways, you don't call it the separation of money and state for no reason. That's exactly what we're living through, ladies and gentlemen. And the way that you protect yourself through all this chaos, all this madness, the great disintermediation is by taking self -custody of your Bitcoin. Anyways, everybody, no more delay. I want to bring up my legendary co -host. He is optimistic today. He must have spent the night with Chrissy. How are you doing? No, I did not stop spreading fake news, Niko. I'm doing well, man. It's Friday. It's Friday. What's up, everyone? Hope you guys are going to have a good weekend. And then I have to I have to off the rip combat something you said, Niko, I stay bulltarded, always stay bulltarded. This is the way. Always stay bullish. But of course, be conservative and make sure people don't get wrecked out there. That's that's always some good wisdom. And before we go on, guys, we apologize for starting a little bit late. I see some people complaining, you know, we had to take care of some business, had to deal with some technical issues to get our guests on point today. Like, hey, we do our best to make sure we're on time. So forgive us, guys. We don't do it often. I get it. You know, we will respect your time. We love you guys. It is what it is. Sometimes we're a little late, you know. Hey, we love you. We love you. But there's things that happen that are outside of our control. Anyways, on that note, let's bring in our guests. Shouts out to Tony Miltenberger, a Bitcoiner. And I think he's going to drop some wisdom on us about connecting the dots and inflation today in the culture. So I'm excited for this one. You know, we love to spread that wisdom and try to get our minds right when we have these conversations with our Normie friends and family and everyone out there that tells us we're wrong. Anyways, Tony, how are you doing this morning? Very good. Thank you very much for having me on the show and happy Veterans Day. Let's go. So it's and it's Friday, so let's make it a good one. Absolutely. It is Friday. It is Friday after all for 100 percent. We have made it through the week. Let's finish it. Let's finish it off very, very strong. All right, everybody, no more delay. Let's jump straight into the numbers.

Oh no, that was Bryan Adams, but we had a great time. Coming up on this podcast, I'm gonna do an NBA Power Poll at the top because there's no games as I'm taping this on Tuesday. So let's, where are we after two weeks? I tried to fly through this. I limited myself to 22 minutes. I think I went two minutes over, but I flew through it, tried to get off as many comments as I possibly could. And then our old friend Malcolm Gladwell is gonna come on and do some sports hour stuff. There's some things that he's noticed about direction sports are going in that he doesn't like, and we're gonna try to fix it. So that's the podcast, first, our friends from Pearl Jam. Here we go. All right, I'm gonna throw an NBA Power Poll at you. I'm not sure I'm gonna do this every Tuesday, but I definitely wanna do this some Tuesdays. I'm gonna go through all 30 teams as fast as possible. And I'm gonna throw things out that I feel like are important when necessary. Pot shots, important comments, things I've noticed, some fake trades, you've known me for a while. It's gonna be all the typical stuff. Going backwards from 30 to one, I'll give you the groups as we go. The first group is called the Dregs. That's Washington number 30. They are 30th in defense. And the only reason they're 30th in defense is because we only have 30 teams. I actually think there's some way they could have been 36th in defense. They're the only team in the entire league that I do not wanna watch on league pass for any reason at all. They're one and five, 15 .6 point differential against them. Shoot this team into the sun. I cannot believe House thought this team was gonna go over 24 wins. They might not go over 14 wins. They're awful. I never want them on my TV. Next group, probably the lottery. I say probably, but I'm gonna zip through these teams and then go back to somebody. 29 Utah, 28 Portland, 27 Detroit, 26 San Antonio, 25 Charlotte, who is way more fun than I expected they would be to watch, and 24 Chicago. It just feels like the lottery's in the future for all these teams. I wanna talk about San Antonio really quick. Three and four, kind of a sneaky, tough schedule. They played Phoenix twice, the Clippers, Dallas, that goofy Indiana team, Houston, and Toronto. They're minus 8 .6 point differential because they've gotten blown out a couple of times, and they're 29th on defense, which I was surprised by per 100 possessions. The thing that I wanted to point out here, because this one Benyama thing is super important. This is the best teenager that's come into the league, at least since LeBron. We can debate. LeBron, I think in year two, for two months at least, was a teenager when he was putting up 27, seven, and seven. When he started his 27, seven, seven cycle. Wembe might be the best teenager I've ever seen. They're starting Jeremy Sohan at point guard, and Pop's been transparent about this. No, no, we know we're gonna take some lumps. We're trying to figure this out. I went to the game when they played the Clippers, I talked about it in a previous pod, and it was just an absolute debacle, watching poor Sohan try to run the offense, bring the ball up. Now we're seeing teams starting to pressure them because he's not a point guard. He's a small forward. There's crazy stats now. Trey Jones, just by being on this team and not being Jeremy Sohan, is now one of the best advanced metrics point guards of all time. Right now, his per 100 on -off is plus 28 .3 because Sohan is minus 22 .7. That's how disparate the two things are. Which brings me to my point, this is too important. You have the best teenager maybe ever. You have one of the best league pass players already in the entire league in Wimby. I have no idea how long he's gonna stay healthy, knock on wood, hear me knock really loud. I just got my dog going. No, that was me, dumb ass. They need one more point guard. TJ McConnell is on Indiana, and they have Halliburton, who's averaging a 24 -12. He's awesome. They have Nembhard, who's great as a backup. McConnell's like, he's 13 minutes a game. He's clearly a trade piece for them. Just go get him. I'm not saying San Antonio has to make the playoffs, but they need to be entertaining, and Wimby needs to play with point guards. He clearly needs just to play off people, high screens, all that stuff. They need one more point guard. TJ McConnell is my choice. They have all their own firsts. They're not gonna trade those obviously, but they have some goofy picks. They have Charlotte's top 14 protected first. They have a pretty good Chicago first that I wouldn't give up. They have a first swap with Boston. There's ways to do this. I would just put that Charlotte pick next year on the table and just grab them because you guys hit the lottery. Literally, with Wimby -Dyama, literally hit the lottery. You hit the lottery and you hit the lottery. Get to do two point guards. We're not asking for much here. I wanna watch this guy. I wanna enjoy him play basketball. All right, next section is panic time. Number 23, Memphis. They're one and six. They finally got out to Schneider. And number 22, Sacramento, who lost twice to Houston in three days by 18 and 25. No Darren Fox for either game. Panic time in this respect. I know we're six games in the season, seven games in the season, but the West is one of those things where you're gonna look up and the car is left. The car has left the driveway and your family is gone. You're gonna be basically Kevin and home alone if you don't get your shit together. And I don't even wanna be two games under 500 in the West. That's how deep and good the West is. So when you're one and six, like all of a sudden two and 12, two and 13, Sacramento could all of a sudden be three and nine. I would just be nervous constantly. This is not like last year when the Lakers started out two and 10 and ended up making the playoffs. Nobody is doing that this year. The cutoff line is gonna be 46 wins. Memphis looks, they just can't score. And I think it's gonna be really, we talked about this verno last week. It's gonna be really hard for them to crawl back and be at least like 11 and 14, something like that by the time Ja comes back. The Sacramento thing, we predicted this when we did the over -under preview, like the conference is way better and they stayed basically the same. And now Fox is hurt. So it can take Fox going out for 10 games and all of a sudden you're not even in the playing game. I would just be nervous, so it's both of those teams. Again, it's early. Next group, friskier than we hoped. We have number 21, Brooklyn. Ben Simmons averaging almost 11 rebounds and seven assists a game. And yet you can't play him at crunch time, bizarre. Number 20, Orlando. Number 19, Houston. Number 18, Indiana. And number 17, Toronto. Just quickly on Houston, a delightful league pass team. I had no idea. It's like being at a buffet dinner and somebody brings like some, have you ever had a fried oyster? It's like, great, I'll try that. And then it's delicious. They play hard. I like watching them. And I did not expect a Shungun to be a potential all -star, but that's where we are. They're three and three. Again, they beat Sacramento twice, we'll see. But Orlando at number 20. Every time I do this, I'm gonna have a BS all -star of the week. I used to do this when I wrote my column back in the day. I used to call them the Bill Simmons all -stars, just people that I just liked for whatever reason. I love Jalen Suggs. I don't really know fully what he is. He tries harder than everybody on every other team. He really gives a shit. He feels additive in all these different ways. And yet at the same time, he'll absolutely like airball a three in one of the biggest moments of the game. But that guy cares. I watched a game where he got this hustle rebound. Can't remember who they, they lost at the buzzer. Get this hustle rebound and dribble back out and took a three and missed it and put his jersey over his head for like the next minute and a half. I actually think he might've been crying. He was so upset they lost. He is the most competitive random guy in the league. I love Jalen Suggs. Oh, as Saruti said, it's the Laker game. I love Jalen Suggs. I don't know what he is. He might just end up being like a seventh man on a championship team at some point. He's gonna have a moment on a good team. I don't know if Orlando's gonna be the team, but it's gonna happen for that dude. I also really like Anthony Black more than I thought, but we'll see. It's early for this team. Palo hasn't gotten going. Somehow they're four and three. We'll see when the schedule gets harder. Toronto at number 17, just the Lakers miss Schroeder. And I like what Schroeder's doing in Toronto. They're three and four, but they easily could be five and two. I've been watching them because I have their over under, I bet on. And I like where Toronto's at. I think they're better than they were last year. I think they're at least a playing team. Number 18, Indiana though. So their second in offensive rating and 25th in defense. In the 25th, I was actually surprised it wasn't worse. They can't guard anybody. They're shooting 43s a game. Their top six guys are all over 40 % three point shooting. They're kind of like the 80s Nuggets, but with threes. And they just play with a certain pace. And some days it's going to be bad. Like the Celtics put 155 points on them and it probably could have been 160 if they'd made some shots. Hal Burton's special. He's a 24 -12 this year. But the crazy thing about their offense is that Matherin's been terrible. And Matherin was a guy that they were like, this is going to be our guy. He's making a leap. We're going to trade Buddy Heald. We got to give the card keys to Matherin in that spot. And he's been bad. And their offense has still been pretty good. This is a team that anytime you see them, I don't know if you bet basketball, but if they're like plus 11, plus 12, it's like they could beat anybody any night. I'm just telling you. I'm not saying they're going to win a round in the playoffs, but just night to night, that's a team that they could just go 22 for 45 from three, make some shots. And Hal Burton, they actually should be five and two. Hal Burton blew the last possession against Charlotte the other night. But I've enjoyed watching them. I've watched an insane amount of basketball, by the way. All right, next group, the wildcards. I don't have a lot to say about these teams, but we'll go in order. Number 16, New Orleans, just seem jinxed. I'll come back to them in a second. Number 15, Cleveland. I want to see them with Garland and just, I want to watch them for a couple of weeks. I like the Struce edition, but we'll see. The Knicks, they're three and four. Nice win against the Clippers. The Randall thing continues to be nuts. Now he's taking out guys in the other team. Clippers 13, just traded for Harden. We talked about the Knicks and Clippers last week. Look, the Clippers, they played one game and they got killed by the Knicks. They're worse. I told you that last week. Still feel that way. Guess what they can't do now? Any transition stuff. The Knicks, 26 to six in fast break points last night. Rebounding. They got out, rebounded by 17 by the Knicks. Harden just brings so many things that you don't want in a starting five, but then he brings the great passing and the scoring and he can have the ball all the time. They don't need anyone to have the ball all the time because they have all these other guys who need the ball. I just don't like the trade. I continue to not like it and I don't understand it. I actually liked the team they had before they made the trade. So congrats again, Clippers. Number 12, Miami. 28th offensively. Kind of feels worse when you watch them. They haven't had their full team for a couple weeks. I'm not gonna judge them at all until December. I'm not gonna judge Dallas either. Dallas I have at number 11. They're six and one, fourth in offense. They've had a really easy schedule. So that's why, let's see what happens. Their one loss is to Denver. Let's see what happens when they play some tough teams all in a row and have one of those four games in six nights or three on the road. One of those situations. But they are in better shape than they were last year. And you look at the Grant Williams piece, which I'm not spiteful when I watch my old players. I'm rooting for Grant Williams. It's like seeing somebody you dated that you still have a good relationship with. It was nice to see him do well for them. Derek Lively seems like they have something. We talked about him last week, but he's at least like a rim runner in that kind of Nick Claxton world, but maybe a little more violent alley -oop or a little young Clint Cappelli. The Kyrie thing is the piece that I'm really interested in this. He finally had a good game last night, but for this season, 24 % shooting, 3 .8 free throws a game, which are always the two numbers to look at with Kyrie. What's he shooting threes? Is he getting in the line? And so far it's been neither, but he seems happy. When you watch them, they've been a surprisingly pleasant watch, and he seems like in a good spot. So I don't want to jinx it because as annoying as he's been over the years, and you know my stance on Kyrie, I just don't trust him. And I just feel like a seven -year track record of imploding kind of has to start to mean something after a while, but it is fun to watch him play basketball. And it does feel like he's got a specific spot on this team. They don't have to rely on him too much. It's very similar to where he was in 15 and 16 and 17 with the Cavs where he could kind of float in and out like a cat with LeBron. It's like, I'm feeling it. Oh, all right, let's give Kyrie the ball. The shooting going down though, it's a small sample size, but they also haven't been playing tough teams yet. And I'm just monitoring that because with guards, it can kind of sometimes go sideways pretty fast, and you don't realize it happened until after it happened. Just quickly going backwards to number 16, New Orleans, because they lost Ingram, they lost McCollum already. And they have this Hawkins who they drafted that everybody liked coming out of the draft, but the fact that he can play right away has actually kind of saved them a little bit. I just, I still feel like we need to do some sort of ceremony or something with them. Like we need the people from the Conjuring to just do something with New Orleans basketball. It just shouldn't be this bad every year. Your team shouldn't have two, three major injuries every year. You should have good luck at some point. And this goes back to the seventies. Remember, when they moved, when they became the New Orleans Jazz, their first major, major giant trade was for Gail Goodrich with the Lakers. They had to give up two first rounders, and he immediately blew out his Achilles. He played, I'm gonna say, less than a season. And one of the picks turned out to be Magic Johnson. So that's where we started with New Orleans, and it's been awful ever since. Nothing good has happened in this team other than they've won a couple of lotteries, but even the lotteries they won, the Davis, Anthony when they were in Charlotte before they got to New Orleans, they bring him to New Orleans and he wants to leave. And then they win the Zion thing, which seemed like the luckiest thing that ever happened to them. And meanwhile, we're still waiting for him to play two straight months. So Conjuring people, something. We need something to happen with that team. All right, the top 10. We're at a good pace right now. Where are we at? Yeah, feeling good. This is working. Young and hungry is the next thing. We got Oklahoma City at number 10 and Atlanta at number nine. If you remember, Atlanta was one of the, these are the two teams I was going nuts for before the season for their over -unders. I love the Atlanta over -under. I love the New Orleans over. And I like what I've seen from both. OK sees four and three, Atlanta's four and three. Atlanta's sixth in offense. And that's notable because Trae Young has sucked again shooting west. He's 28 % from three. Last year's 33 % from three. This might not be happening the next Steph Curry thing. Like what age does he have to hit where we have to go? All right, he's not the next Steph Curry. Because I think I hit that age last year at age, when I was age 53. I think I hit that for Trae. They killed Minnesota, which is notable. We'll talk about Minnesota in a second. But they really, I watched that game and they really, really, really handled them. I like this Atlanta team. And I think there's a path for them to be a three or a four seed if Trae can get going. And then OKC, trade for a big already. You're a guy short, like stop. You guys have a chance to be like a 50 win team. What are you doing? I want to see what's going on with Josh Getty in about two weeks. Whether it looks different than it has for the first couple of weeks here. I don't like, he's not going in the free throw line at all. 1 .3 a game. 26 % three point shooting, which we knew. He can't shoot threes. But there's also like the Chet piece of it. Seems like it's throwing them off. And I've watched games where they've taken them out at crunch time.

Sean Hannity Sits Down With Ron DeSantis AGAIN
"Intrigued by Hannity's continual interviewing of Ron DeSantis on Fox News Trump's got to hate that you know I don't I haven't talked to Sean in a long time Sean and and President Trump are said to be very good friends wonder how that works you know Trump doesn't like that I'd be intrigued to know anyway once again DeSantis was on with Hannity last night and Sean asked some tough questions about Trump's soaring poll numbers as Trump is being threatened with losing his entire business operation in New York as this vicious Letitia James is suing him in a civil courtroom Sean was asking Governor DeSantis what do you make of Trump's rising poll numbers now unlike Chris Christie who has gone full you know Andre the giant there's something fascinating about this answer that Governor DeSantis gave Sean last night check this out well look I think when that when that Alvin Bragg case came down I mean it was just so transparently ridiculous it would go back seven or eight years clearly this would not have been brought for non -political reasons and so I think that he got a lot of sympathy you know as a result of that in particular maybe some of the others too but I think that one really just showed just how ridiculous quite frankly the justice system has become when it's in the hands of leftist politicians and leftist activists but you know what we're seeing here in Iowa is you know clearly former presidents got got a base of support you also have a base of people who are definitely looking elsewhere but then the bulk of the people considering are the former president but also considering others some of them are polling for him now some of them are not but there is I think more much more fluidity than what some of the national media wants to do and I think the people on the ground here see that there's a lot of people that just have not made a final decision I think the majority of Iowans will probably make a final decision as we get into early January and I'd say the same thing goes for the people of New Hampshire now you know the criticism of Ron DeSantis the rub against Ron DeSantis is that he's not warm he's not likeable he doesn't have much charisma he's kind of bland I'll tell you what he is at least politically he's brilliant

Thinking Crypto News & Interviews
A highlight from SEC GARY GENSLER CALLED OUT FOR CRYPTO FAILURES!!
"The SEC is having trouble hiring crypto experts, you don't say? And SEC Commissioner Mark Ueda is calling out the agency on their lack of rules and regulations around the crypto industry. Also the UK has released their staple coin regulation ban, and a bunch of NFT goers at the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT convention went blind? Let's break it down. Welcome to the Thinking Crypto podcast, your home for cryptocurrency news and interviews. If you are new here, please hit that subscribe button as well as the thumbs up button and leave a comment below. Well folks, we've got a report here from Jeff Roberts, who is a crypto editor at Fortune magazine. He said the SEC is having trouble hiring crypto experts because of a rule they must sell all their crypto. He said, would make more sense to allow staff to hold a modest amount. This would also make them better at their job. So the SEC unbelievably is saying you have to sell all your crypto, right? It's not that they have to sell all their crypto, they should obviously have to disclose it and they should understand the technology and be able to use it and test it out. But of course we're dealing with scumbag regulator, Gary Gensler, who's making up all kinds of buddies can come in and take over. Matt Hogan of Bitwise, who I've had on the podcast quite often, he weighed in on the matter. He said, an obvious but unspoken implication of this is that the SEC will be staffed by people who dislike crypto. The only people with crypto expertise and a willingness to divest 100 % of their crypto are deep seated skeptics. This rule enforces a strong bias in hiring. Paul Grewal of Coinbase said, believe it or not, as a federal magistrate judge, I used to have a traffic ticket docket, think national parks, defense bases, VA hospitals. Imagine if the parties had learned a person deciding their auto accident case was forbidden from driving a car. Great points here. Now, Mark Ueda, who's one of the sitting SEC commissioners, and he is a Republican, him and Hester Peirce have both been vocal critics of the agency and on their lack of rules and clarity around crypto, also against many of the enforcement actions. So here's the headline, SEC should consider proposing rules to regulate crypto, Republican commissioner says. So I'm glad Mark Ueda is coming out and saying these things because it can't just be Hester Peirce. And right now, for the most part, it seems like Hester Peirce is outnumbered. So Mark needs to be more vocal, I'm glad he is speaking up. So here's a quote from him, unfortunately, the SEC did not take this approach and instead is pursuing a case by case approach through enforcement actions. As a result, it will take years to reach any type of legally binding precedent as matters will need to wind their way through the courts before reaching the court of appeals level, Ueda said on Monday in prepared remarks in London. So I hope he continues to speak on this, to show the agency is not in a good place, they are not providing clear guidance, they are operating by regulation by enforcement, which is really asinine. While the rest of the world is moving ahead, providing clear regulations. Now Eleanor Terrett of Fox Business highlighted the following, she tweeted, the House Appropriations GOP financial services and general government bill is up for vote before the rules committee at 4 p .m. Eastern before it heads to the floor. It includes an amendment from Tennessee Congressman Representative Tim Burchett to reduce the salary of SEC Chair Gary Gensler to one dollar. It also includes an amendment to defund the SEC for crypto enforcement. So shout out to Representative Tim Burchett, who's bringing the fire here on Gary Gensler. And we got to do these things, folks, to put some pressure. Gary Gensler should be fired and the SEC needs to be revamped. Congressman Warren Davidson has put out a bill, of course, that would revamp the entire structure of the SEC to make it less political and to make it more efficient. So let's see where this goes. But I love that these bills are coming out more pressure on scumbag regulator Gary Gensler. Now here's an interesting update around the Federal Reserve, and it just speaks to government and the lack of knowledge and education in government about crypto. So Matthew Seigel, who's head of crypto research at VanEck, he said, I met a Federal Reserve crypto researcher at a conference last week. He doesn't own any digital assets. He's not allowed to and didn't understand the difference between an exchange and a custodian. Folks, I'm face palming right now. I know you can't see me. And if you're listening on a podcast platform, trust me, I'm face palming right now. He doesn't understand the difference between an exchange and a custodian. God help us, right? These are the people who are trying to regulate crypto and putting out rules and recommendations and papers and so forth. It's unbelievable. But I know there are folks working to help bring education to Congress, and that is blockchain association, the Chamber of Digital Commerce and so forth. So we'll see, folks. We got a lot of work to do. This is why we have to use social media to our advantage to keep tweeting out, sharing the facts and exposing lies and false information like from the likes of Elizabeth Warren and others. Now, the juxtaposition of that is the UK's Bank of England releases stablecoin regulation plan. Remember, the UK had passed crypto regulations, so did the EU. So the US is lagging behind. And folks, stablecoins are going to be part of the token economy and will be a big part of how people transact. So there needs to be regulations. And we're seeing here in the United States, the SEC sending a subpoena to PayPal over their stablecoin, right? It's unbelievable what's happening. So the United Kingdom Central Bank, the Bank of England, has released a plan to govern the stablecoin market. The BOE and the Financial Conduct Authority plan to follow the rules released by the UK government last week to oversee the digital asset industry. As per the UK government's proposal, regulations for fiat backed stablecoins will begin in early 2024. As per the paper, the BOE will regulate systematic stablecoins while the FCA will govern the larger crypto market. UK Prime Minister Rishi Sanak had announced that he wants the nation to become a crypto hub, introducing clear rules for digital assets and crypto firms falls within the UK's goals. The UK's latest plan follows the European Union and Japan's similar moves. Folks, I love that crypto is not a specific asset class to the United States. So even though we're dealing with scumbag regulator Gary Gensler and all kinds of idiots in the government who have not educated themselves, the market will continue to grow and expand globally. So we can at least put our hope in that. Now we got some really weird news coming out from the Bored Ape Yacht Club and full disclosure, I don't own any Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs, but apparently they had an NFT convention and there was some UV lights and folks who were blasted by this prolonged UV light went blind apparently. So, I mean, this is just wild, right? I don't know what to make of it, but just so you guys know, I don't know if any of you went to any of these conventions or this convention, I should say, but, or, you know, somebody who went to this convention, but this is just some wild news coming out of 2023. So heads up on that folks, I want to end it by highlighting our sponsor and that is Uphold, which is a great crypto exchange this month, they're giving away 50 ,000 XRP. All you got to do is complete at least $20 in trades to be eligible to win and Uphold is a great platform. I trust them. I've been using them since 2018. So if you'd like to learn more, please visit the link in the description. Thank you.

Antony Blinken Wants Israel to Stop Defeating Hamas
"He's trying to make sure there aren't more fronts that are opened up against Israel. It's not what he's doing. He's gone behind the back of the United States Congress, behind the back of the American people, behind the back of the Israelis. And he's negotiating for his so -called two state solution. They They even put that up on their official State Department website. They want to stop defeating Hamas. They want Israel, Doug Ross has a great piece on this. To enter into its 16th, 16th ceasefire over the years, 16th, where Gaza is built, and on and on, and then they attack Israel again. And people are right when they say, and you only this hear on Fox, that there was a ceasefire all the way up to October 6th until the Hamas Nazis broke the ceasefire. But that's not my point. A State Department spokesman said Blinken conveyed that message to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas during the Secretary's unannounced visit to the West Bank today. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders emphatically supports Israel's right to defend itself but also says the bombing in Gaza must stop. Speaking on CNN's State of the Union, Sanders said Israel's right to defend itself does not give it the right to kill thousands and thousands of innocent men, women and children. Sanders, who is Jewish, called Hamas an awful terrorist organization and he condemned the group's October 7th attacks on Israelis that led to the Israel -Hamas war. Newly elected House Speaker Mike Johnson is defending a House bill that provides more than $14 billion in aid to Israel by cutting an equal amount of funding to the IRS. That money from this giant fund, over $67 billion that's sitting there to build up the IRS, it's more important to protect Israel right now than it is to hire more IRS agents. Speaking on Fox News Sunday, the Louisiana Republican talked about a new way of doing business in Congress. "There came a strained sharp noise as if someone was wrapping on would kate. Maggie then started talking to the source of the noises calling it mr split foot and getting it to mimic their claps with knox good job ever on their mother again asking questions and the source replied using to knox russ and one knock for no she determined. It was the spirit of the man who was murdered in the house. Obviously i mean what else could it be right then. She asked if it would continue to perform if she brought in outsiders the spirit answered so of course yes by the way you thank you for everyone who does not speak knock. Of course there was no spirit as the girls were simply fucking with their mother. Ten fast forty years later. They were making the noises by cracking the knuckles in their toes. Okay i can say. I can crack my knuckles and my eye is constantly cracking. My finger. Knuckles at my tunnels. They do not make a sound that someone would be knocking on wood. There might want to get a doctor to check that out. That's that was going to be my question. Because i knew this was coming eventually. Like how the hell do you do that. So convincingly but i'm gonna let you continue maybe something later in the story will they just had like really loud joins. I i know any. I'm guessing by the time they were all old women. All of their off their feet were all curled up in like nodded in gnarled. And yeah. I don't know i don't know okay and i don't like feet so like the story in general kind of creeps me out but for a different reason so yes. They were using their knuckles in their toes to make the noises in. Kate even try to have confesses to her mother by pointing out that the next day was april fools day and that you know this must be a prank but mrs fox was too convinced and neither sister can tell the other to stop. Because you know. It's kind of fun to terrorize. Your parent is the mode. The whole thing had escalated too far and was about to go completely beyond their control. At first the neighbors thought the matter was a joke and ironically it was the panicked phases of the children that convince them otherwise. They ask their questions and got their answers in response. One asks more questions about the spirit's murderer and was told that the killer had since died so no justice could be gained convenient very convenient. I don't know how the spirit would know that though that they're keller died that they were hanging out probably. Yeah i mean they probably like what's up. Welcome to the club. Why would you wanna hang out with your killer. See on that side. It doesn't matter. Everybody loves everybody. Maybe go to the same spirit seven eleven. I don't know this same spirit bar. Yeah they drink spirit. Uh lame lame. Lame joke anyways. This spirit told them it's body was buried in the cellar and they took it so seriously that on saturday they began digging up the seller. But of course nobody was found. Nobody nobody. there's nobody. There's nobody in this study. I'm going to let you tell your story turned sorry. It's all right. It's good not to reverence a clue joke when you hear the word body. Thank you for the next few days. The house was filled with curiosity seekers. But with this attention also came skepticism. Some locals call them tricksters and others began to suspect which craft was at play..

"It due to john fox their father being an alcoholic and then in the eighteen thirties. He sobered up and reconciled with their mother. Margaret and then maggie was born in eighteen. Thirty three and kate was born in eighteen. Thirty seven. so maggie angkatan. Were definitely oops baby. Oops there i was gonna say makeup sex babies. I mean makeup sex for sure but like did they want to more children like stage in life. I mean that's like a thirty wait was at twenty twenty year. difference between Leah and then maggie and a. Let's see twenty four year. Difference between kate and leah so but in the eighteen thirties. I don't think they have much of a choice in terms of like birth control options. So this is true. This is true and they needed kids to help on the farm. Yes this is also true. So because she was fifty years older than her sisters left home at nas getting the wheel opt home in eighteen forty five and she got married and the two younger sisters kate who is then age. Eleven and maggie eight. Fourteen moved with their parents to a farm house near hides ville in wayne county new york in eighteen. Forty seven a house. In which mrs fox soon became convinced was haunted. Mu there is a rumor in town that a peddler had been murdered on the site of the farmhouse. At some indeterminate. Time in the past. Mrs. fox heard the story in soon began jumping at every noise in the house from banging doors do creaking timbers. Eventually the to fox sisters began using their fear to play pranks on her. This is most definitely. I would have done too. Yeah i actually did do that to my mom. When we lived in the house we thought it was kinda haunted. Felt to actually to this day. Still feel bad about it but it was worth it. Don't feel bad so They discovered that when an apple would fall to the floor. There is a hello knocking zone. That would be made. That would drive their mother into a panic and they also realized that poor mother had no idea that her innocent girls could play on her. Fears and terrorize are in such a manner so it was basically all in good fun to them and just you know simple teenage pranks in until the night of march thirty first when everything changed mrs fox had grown so panicked that she decided to have the girls sleep in her bedroom with her and mr fox that that was the birth control. So what's your outlook for the rest to be your s on your website. That you have some gigs ready. Yeah shows are coming back in. It's kind of exciting to see that that venues are starting to look to the future and and that they'll be able to have music again coming up and so i think we're kind of just starting starting our engine again. We're seeing some some were standard calendar. Fill up and so. I think we're we're just excited to get back to playing music and and and to start rebuilding some of the tours that we had to cancel A couple months in europe plan for spring of twenty twenty two which will be all over germany austria switzerland and and hopefully a few other other places in europe and and so i think just kind of shaking the dust off and and and trying to find their stride again as far as music. Goes this incredible news. Yes we feel very relieved because the the pandemic for everyone has been a guessing game of like. Maybe maybe things will come back at this time. Maybe it'll take this long and maybe it'll you know the vaccine will come out at this time and it's like you know everything that we thought would happen has not happened the way we thought and so while we were able to kind of be resourceful last year and we we offer driveway concert so people could hire us to plan their driveway for a socially distance crowd or we play outdoor patios at bars and stuff. It still wasn't quite the same and it feels like this. Summer is the first time that like you know. Even in the last week we've started to get a lot of emails from venues being like we're finally back open we can have you back and so It feels like things are finally happening. And now that we're both vaccinated as well. It just feels like things can move forward in a way that they couldn't have before now and so Yeah we're still. You know a little up in the air on what the second half of this year will totally look like but it does feel good to start seeing schedule. Fill up and having plans made incredible. It was like the groundhog day that you don't want to happen high every day. It's like really again. Do you see the bustle. Certain opening up this summer or is that here. We're starting to see a few things. Come back. I know some of our our favorites here on the west coast. I think may maybe off one more year. Like the oregon. Oregon country has been one of our favorites. That we've played the past few years. I think that might take one more year. But we're starting to see things. Yeah come come back little little bits at a time. I know we're we're we host portland's folk festival every january and that one is still is still on and so that's kind of exciting exciting to start to think that these things can come back you house the as we do every every january crystal ballroom. Incredible says definitely a labor labor of love. But but once it all comes to fruition. It feels It's a battery source of feels kind of feels for the year. Yeah it's great that you can back That so if there's something that you could change the industry what would it be. I know i know personally. This is something. I've been about a lot as more peer to peer music releases. I know you know we have. The streaming industry is a very big aspect of this and figuring out ways to have more direct payments from from listener to musician so Cryptocurrency can blockchain. Can be a big thing in this. Where where we can design something where musicians can can make an actual wage from releasing music and figuring out better ways to directly connect The creators to the listeners is one of something that i'm a big supporter of can be be a part of part of moving forward. Yeah i was actually going to say the same thing as you know the rate that artists are paid for streams on spotify apple. Is you know it's just not enough to live in. So i would love to see that industry Do better at making sure the the end artists are actually compensated for you know bringing so many people onto this app and you know creating this community on this specific app and so i would love to see and i think that's starting to change their some advocacy going on in washington. Dc around musicians and being paid a fair wage and so it's exciting that that's on the horizon but it's definitely something that that we think about so it's the reason. The album is available through it collects. Is that reason for insurance compensation honda. That's more my my at my enjoyment a like having having it available for For sale for crypto currency. but i. ideally. It's more the direct peer to peer transfers through using block chain in some in some way that i think would revolutionize the entire entire industry findings. Its no world sukey slain. Absolutely the i think the idea. And the concept behind it is is using blockchain. Some way to enact micro payments micro payments between the consumer and and the creator and so instead of the currently all the streaming sites are operating is kind of middle like okay. Here's the big aggregations of music. Here's where you can go to listen it. And so the money goes to them. Then from then they distribute the money but if if we take out that middleman and have it be direct micro payments from consumer directly to musician than the percent in the average of it will be higher and maybe even to a point where where it can be a liveable. Wage are pursued that you know. I think that's the big question right. Now is is figuring out where you know at like currently you can create smart contracts which would allow on on various blockchain's which would allow that direct interaction. But we're currently in a phase. Were figuring out how how to create those and how to set those up so that they the smart contract could run as the middleman but have it the direct payments go back and forth just from from from the artist to the consumer. And so feel are. We're starting to knock on the door there. I've been seeing some services pop up that are that are reflecting this. But i think I think it's just we're gonna have to let the technology work. Its way work. its way in ads. I can pay you back on that as somebody who knows nothing about anything that scott's talking.

I need needed to move towards activity move towards having more of an open heart and move towards finding similarities in each other instead of the differences. "He spectrum branding all the sponsors for the kings right. Will those eyeballs. Aren't there those impressions the amount of times. You're seeing that logo or some slogan or whatnot because it doesn't exist so you know when you see those virtually imposed ads on the ice or on the glass that some of them are sponsors. For the telecast directly on fox sports west some of them are make goods my understanding to the team so that those eyeballs get to see those logos and a lot of teams who were doing the helmet sponsors this year. It's not to make money. Nobody you know getting more cash. Like the The penguins ppg right. It's the sponsor of their arena. Or they're putting it on the helmet not to make more money. It's just we'll we'll people aren't entering the ppg arena anymore so now you've got to see it on the helmet every time and and luckily it seems like most partners around the league are are welcoming that idea that okay you know. We'll we'll use this as a make good this year and then we'll figure it out once things go back to normal for next season. I actually like how the kings and this is not. Just you know me talking. As a king's employees. I like that. They went in a different direction with their helmets. Sponsoring kind of attached to a cause or purpose with it and this one does have dollars attached to it. It's my understanding. The cal hope sponsorship on on the helmets for the kings To to encourage Mental health and the resources available from the state of california. Like trying to do something like that seems pretty good to attach kind of a meaning to it and a little bit more than just dump some corporate sponsor. We're slapping their logo on a helmet. Nice to me yeah. it's fine it's great. It's an nobel especially in our times now where that focused since probably needs to be focused on a little bit more than the normal and you do it that way but yeah let's get i'm not of course there's going to be a balance. You're looking for in striving for but logos on sweaters or coming. I'm not so sure. Oh they're coming. I just. I think gary bettman like all those get bill daily. All those guys are kind of a little a little guarded when it comes to that. Remember the playoffs expanded for the bubble and they've been adamant even though it probably could make them more. Tv money if they expanded to twenty or twenty four it could make more money and they've said adamantly at least gary has yeah. We're not doing it. That's more of a competitive.

Nothing as long as we continue to hold onto changing hands designed. Say we're gonna be alright. We're going to be all right with me for a word of prayer we thank you in the name of jesus we thank you for your goodness with. Thank you for your grace mercy. Thank you for your armor protection this whole time. And he gratis through safely into a new year. Lord we pray earth of for this year. That are steph speech or you. I'll give us a mind. We're gonna make it by bother. They were gonna make it no matter how it looks that you do this battle. And it's gonna be okay so we ask that you glasses and bless everybody that sickest via we as the ones that are one. I ask that you bless very blake. Lift up your hearts and give them a smile and always be careful to give you the glory and honor gracie you jesus angry brain. Thank i amen. Hey liam agrees lesson today. We have a very good giving us in his for the new year and is tall six ways to just start your spiritual life spiritual life is already are already drove. Because we're walking the reich's rule right now but it's always say. They asked him fresh when you want to go to a higher dimension to a higher level. We're all pressing to get higher and lower. We're all looking for ways to to continue to get stronger. Nobody wants to stay the same. Nobody wants stay the same with the same knowledge of the same understanding when there's lots and lots and lots of crushes gifts exult so we want to jump start so that we can dig deeper this year At hall at have a stronger wrote the whole on. You know. enhance the crazy. So i'll tell her. Directs you to james saint james jacker four and we're gonna go through verses. Six through hurricane. I think is the how far we begin. That's james james leslie or not. The brother of jesus chapter four or six. Let's start with that. But he gives grace we're for he saying god resisted the proud but gives grace to the humble. So what are you saying to us here is that we should always humble ourself when you see that you're a little exalted or your way to update. You should be as lord to bless you to bring yourself under his subjection. Because god is the guy who's out my life circumstances and things were gone drew. Can sometimes people sometimes want to lift you up to that. Highest last device that we how she's allied of the mountains where he'd had taken him for that forty out fastened. You went onto ticket and he told me he. You can have all this. I'll get you out and you know if you just pretty much. The night deny god. Jesus right hang law review. I listened to that because we all know that that's not true. Jesus handle that correctly. He got the devil out of his business. You got to have a lot of his face. He told him to get behind them because lower rebukes him in the name of jesus. And that's what we have to do so in a compromising position. We should ask the humble us. We have to humble sales. You really know what you because that could be a fair amount of experience. Depending on what the circumstances are we always wanted to be able to lean on interest health. Listen to strengthen us.

"Also off in church if i didn't have my peers be net example seeing how they handle kessler dell's in how they handle deal with people who is being missy. If i had that example seeing in church arthritis follow somebody else who was doing real who they know how we are was taught at home behind closed doors. A you have to put that pressure on yourself. If you d that example at least your celsius kids can see the Lease trying to honor. You know the committee made between you. And i will say you know poly say his. Don't do what you'd say. They do what they see you. That's how they you could tell them not to do that hundred times but if they see a you might right here.
