"Tom Brady announced announces his retirement from football for good. A 45 year old NFL star posted a video message to fans on Twitter. He said, I'll get to the point right away. He said you're doing a message. I'm retiring for good. Now, I think he retired for good a little too late. Or maybe it was right on time. When your wife leaves you and it appears that you pick football, not you, it appears that your passion was the play another season and it appears from the outside looking in that the wife was not okay with it. He did it anyway and it became a strain in their relationship. Maybe it has been a strain over several years to be honest, I think that you got to be such a trashy woman to leave your man because he's pursuing his passion. Now I don't know if that's the case here, but it does seem kind of weird that she leaves him in his last year planning NFL and then now he officially retires. I think it's a good thing. Maybe he played long enough. He's giving his life and his talents and his time and effort and energy to fans more so, you know, more so than your family. You can't spend that much time with your family when you're gone all the time traveling all the time, playing for different teams. You know, you got to study fam. You got to go to practice. You got to get rehab. I mean, being a football player takes a lot of energy. And people may not understand that. They don't just show up at the game and have fun, right? You got to watch film for hours as a team. And then if you watch film as an individual, you're watching film even longer. And when they play when they play a football game, 60 minutes of punishment, they have to go to rehab. When I say rehab, I'm not talking about a psychological rehab, which some of them may have to go to psychological rehab. But they have to go to a physical rehab. I mean, you got to get massages, you got to get stem on your legs, you know, you have to get all of these different things to make sure you're operating in full capacity. So it's a very significant strain on your family on yourself. And I think that when a person of football player dedicates his life and craft to the game, his family take a hit a little bit.

They have doubled up their prediction to the upside of gold and they say Bitcoin could be a global reserve asset. That's the key word there, if it was to become a global reserve asset. And that is a big if, of course, and VanEck thinks that the Chinese yuan is more likely of a contender. The lawfully assessment for Bitcoin came in a Thursday insight piece written by VanEck's head of active debt, Eric Fine, and chief economist Natalia, who attempted to compare the price of implications for gold and Bitcoin, if either would it be adopted as a backing for global currency regimes. VanEck's analysis found that the implied price for Bitcoin ranged from 1 .3 million as the low to 4 .8 million per Bitcoin as the high. The lower prediction was based on Bitcoin as a monetary base, which investment database Investopedia says includes all circulating supply of a currency and bank deposits, but is not a common marker for economists to look at. And quoting Mike Alfred here, asset manager VanEck says Bitcoin price implied by the global M0 and M2 is between 1 .3 million and 4 .8 million if it is to replace fiat currency reserves as the next global reserve asset. Now, the higher prediction came from the more common M2 assessment, which Investopedia considers to be a measure of the money supply that includes all bank deposits with a currency and its ability to be converted into cash and in their assessment of gold per ounce Check this out. Fine and Greshina leaned more towards the M0 price prediction of 31 ,000 per ounce of gold as a reliable starting point because a very big number of central banks have little or no reserve gold. The lack of deposit skews and M2 prediction to a much higher and less reliable $105 ,000 per ounce of gold. Could you imagine that? Now, recent geopolitical unrest have already led Russia to consider using different currencies and we all know what's happening right now in real time There's like over 26 nations around the world who are looking ultimately to say goodbye to the US dollar. They don't want no part of it. Quoting them here, central banks are likely to change their reserve mix to the determinant of dollars and euros and yen and the enhancement of something else to one extent or another. And as a result, some central banks and private actors will be diversifying their reserves. Now, VanEck has a stake in the crypto industry with its Bitcoin Strategy Exchange Traded Fund. For those that didn't know, yes, they do have an ETF, which is a Bitcoin Futures ETF, the fund that has $30 .1 million in total net assets. The firm also recently filed with the SEC to launch a new ETF that focuses on gold mining and crypto mining companies. And we all know once we get a spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States, game on. Why do I say that? There's literally trillions upon trillions of dollars just waiting right now in real time on the sidelines, just waiting for that clarity so that these investments can go into the king crypto. So once the spot Bitcoin ETF is here, game on. Right now we just have future ETFs such as the one from VanEck, which is great for the regulators to manipulate the price action of the king crypto. So obviously United States regulators are trying to destroy crypto to the best of their abilities. And I mean, we're witnessing that right now in real time. "This hometown. The subject line is close. Call with a neighbor hi fam. I've tried to write this story down concisely multiple times but there's so much crazy shit that went on that it's hard to keep it short. Here's my best shot. All we ask right. Destroy your best. Try your best. I lived in an apartment building in downtown columbus. Ohio when i was twenty three one night at three am. I was woken by the sound of someone trying to turn my luck and open my apartment door. I was scared. But i figured it was just someone drunk or lost a yelled through the door. Hey this isn't your apartment to which the man through the door responded. I know and continued trying to turn the luck. I started panicking. And i yelled back. If you don't leave. i'm calling the police. He then started slamming his body into my doors heart as possible making my entire front hallway. Shake my god. I called nine one one and luckily the police arrived in time to remove him from my door just before he could break it down. They told me he lived in the apartment below mine and he was just drunk and had gotten confused. I told the police that i had very clearly told him that he was in the wrong place and that he was being excessively aggressive but they laughed it off. Well my little murdering oh heart was still very paranoid so i changed my log but extra protection and started doing some research. I found his name on the box in the mail room that was addressed to the apartment below mine and i googled him. I found horrible personal blog where he ranted about a lot of bullshit but particularly his hatred of women and how he had an extensive gun collection. I also learned that he was a two hundred and twenty pound ex-marine in peak physical fitness. Mike there were so many red flags that i immediately alerted the apartment management group to his behavior online and off and petitioned to break my lease they then inform me other women in the building had filed harassment complaints against him but the apartment manager had talked to him and assured me he was quote. A sweet guy who is just going through a rough pat. That was enough for me. I moved out. However before i moved. They put the unit on the market. And they were doing some showings one day. You know many people advise this like have multiple streams of income like make money on affiliate marketing but also make money with a product Also make money with the service and also make money through sponsorships and just basically trying to make money in so many different ways as much as possible. Now in theory having multiple streams of income is not a bad idea. It's bad advice. But if somebody told you start a business with this mindset with a strategy i would actually classify that as bad advice when you're getting started your whole goal should be to get a win to get some success to have one successful stream of income often. We don't recognize that our energy is limited. Our attention is limited our times ltd. And if we are spreading our focus against different initiatives at the star it'll be very hard for us to get traction and quickly get a win for our business you're goal should be to be profitable as a business to see something works. You can double and triple down. And then maybe that process in a different stream of income a different way a different product and a different service but a lot of people are trying to get five or six win simultaneously and. I don't think that's healthy. That's not a good use of your time. Your energy your effort. I want you to imagine you have five shopping carts filled with groceries. Okay and these shopping. Carts are all lined up at the start of an aisle in the supermarket. Have five cards five miles. Okay and your goal is to get all these shopping carts to the end of each aisle. Okay you only have a limited amount of energy and time so imagine you go to the first car and you push a little. Maybe a few feet. Then you go to the next car. Then you push the next one a few feet down the aisle then the next car then the next car. And you know maybe some time goes by and none of. The carts actually reached the destination. Never succeed never gets to the finish line damage to the exercise but you know. Instead of focusing on five cards you focus on one car. You spend all your time pushing that card down the aisle you get further down the aisle because you're not switching one car to the next you know wasting your energy on carts you're gonna get further along the i feel because your focus so what. I'm trying to explain here. Is you're going to more of a win if you focus on one thing now. This isn't mean you don't try different things or experiment or you can Do small projects or mvp's to figure out what you wanna do but once you are trying to make money you're putting product out in the market. Once you're past the mvp phase you really have to focus and double and triple down so you can get some momentum when you're starting as an entrepreneur. In my opinion it's incredibly important to get momentum to get a win to really feel a sense of success because that begets success. The helps you get success successful in one area. It's going to allow you to be successful in other areas so crossed the finish line. Some wins earn some income. Be profitable have a successful business. I with a product with a service with something that you really really excel in build the system around build the team around and then you can move onto another stream of income another business another product and do the same thing again. What happens to a lot of people's take this advice. When they're starting they try to build all these streams of income. None of them really move the needle. They make a few dollars here. Few dollars there and they ended up giving up on entrepreneurship together because in total they don't have a significant win because they're switching their attention back and forth from one thing to another they don't have enough resources to hire out and frankly they just get tired is a whole easier for you to gain success and to really have some traction in your business if you focus on one thing once you have a viable product that you know your customers want take the time to improve it to perfect it to have a good sales funnel to get the business to a point where you can start again building system in hiring people around you so they can run it for you so they can run and do the heavy lifting and you can just manage and you can just be the strategic planner of his business and then you can move on again to the next product the next service or something that actually helps her supplements that business if you look at any entrepreneur the has multiple streams of income Very very often. It will mean that they built one before the other for example. If you look. At noah kagan he first started app. Sumo absuing became successful. He took that success and then built another company called sumo dot com which is a software company then took that success and built king sumo and then from king sumo he built other products like san fox and fam but very seldomly. You will see a entrepreneur again doing all of this at once. Even ilan moscow's quote unquote the poster child for multiple streams of income. Who has tesla and spacex and solar city a lot of people forget that hughes one of the co founders of paypal and he was able to fund spacex and tesla with the money earned from people's acquisition. So he focused on alwin. He got a win. I and got some funding. So that's my advice yeshiva. Everybody who's listening. This is going to be a huge huge relief on your stress levels. Now that you can just focus on one thing and just see that thing through the finish line say finish line. I mean a profitable business at. You're happy with the sustainable that allows you to again higher outta team and then move on to the next stream of income.

You know I'm always curious to hear people's stories but one aspect of the stories that I really enjoy hearing is how people got started with Moat Parts. So why don't you take us back to the beginning and tell us how you're Mo- par journey started? Well Man I would have to say it was just sort of around me. You know. I didn't really seek it out. It was sort of their my mom's cars her that I grew up in a seventy two charger which I still have to this day. I'm working on trying to get back together for her Back in eighty two my dad well back way up My Dad had a sixty nine or sixty eight dodge charger. Forty four spe- Dana bitching car back. When I was a kid He blew up the motor. It sat when we moved to southern California from northern California. He sold the car off and then we lived with my grandfather for about a year while they saved money to buy their own house and then he went out searching for another charger so he found a sixty eight dodge charger. Which is the Blue Half Today? So in eighty two so as a kid. I grew up on the dukes of Hazzard so That was a huge contributor to. I would say chargers. At least you know Back then it wasn't really like Mo par just I love chargers chargers were my thing and I I got bit by that bug and then I'd say in high school I just happen to have a really close buddy. I mean a friend that I made that was also into Mo- PARSE. His Dad had runners and so he kinda grew up as a plymouth guy and I kind of grew up as a dodge guy. And then that kind of just solidified. He had a seventy two dodge and it was just. He wasn't necessarily like a hardcore dodge guy or anything just had it. You know My Dad was kind in everything. And even today. V8's 'em but when he got that charger the first one it was He was working at a mechanic shop. He's he was a mechanic by trade and a customer came out from Texas and I guess he blew He. He blew the transmission or blue. The motor or something. Something went wrong with the car. Car was a couple years old or so is financed and the guy just abandoned. The car and my dad worked on fixing it at this shop and the bank. He talked to the bank about buying the car so he ended up buying the car From the bank while this other guy just like abandoned it basically so and I think that sort of solidified for him as far as that's a bad ass car and then why he went out to go buy another one to replace it years later Mary cool so it sounds to me like you've actually kept some of these heirloom cars in the family. Was that like. I'm never getting rid of these cars. These cars are staying around or is it just that it you know. Maybe they're in the project or what Well like my dad's car is definitely needing some love I'm probably not gonNA restored anytime soon. It's not bad enough to restore it. It's definitely rough but I kinda WANNA leave at a ratty muscle car and get it together. My Mom's car had painted and you know putting it together Nice. It's not going to be like some. You know show cards just going to be a nice driver basically But Yeah I'll never sell those. You know a lot of my friends my close friends know I have this I call it the the ring system so I might go through this eventually. Or there's probably guys that have gone through this. You go through these stages where you have so much stuff and you start to think to yourself I need. I have too much. I gotta let go. I'll never finish these. I don't have time for him. Or whatever right and if you're like me and you know you got a lot of cars I know there's a lot of Mo- par guys that have tons of them maybe ten or maybe it's a hundred right so you decide. I gotta get rid of some. What do you do? It's kind of overwhelming. So my ring system. Is You have the cars at the core in the that. You will never get rid of like you. Just put those cars into that area and you don't wrap your head around those because it'll just never happen you know and then you start plotting the cars out to the outer rings till you get to the point where your least loved cars on the most outer ring and you just wrap your head around that one car. Can I get this cargo? Do I WANNA get rid of? It doesn't make sense and then you know. Let the cargo or you decide you. Don't WanNa let it go in he. Kids' Books Where Science Is The Adventure
"Griffith has always had two loves in life science and books. Well I'd always been very avid reader and I've always really enjoyed writing so ever since I was a young kid I've done both. I entered in writing competitions overtime. That love of writing and reading. For Fun every took a back seat to her work as a neuroscientist she became the head of her own lab at Rutgers University but then on maternity leave with her first daughter she decided to take a leap and jump. Start that passion for writing. I don't know if it was like the postpartum hormones or whatever but I just kind of had this like I don't know if I would call it in a Pitney but just something said you know. Just do this the end. You've been wanting to do this for a long time to do it. And so I changed my twitter handle to children's book writer who created a website and started writing and trying to figure out how to explain science concepts Kiddos. And it kind of snowballed from there a bit. The magnificent makers book series was born and I will say as a grown adult woman. I found these books delightful so these books follow best friends. Pablo inviolate on these out of the World Science Adventures. They're routinely zapped out of their third grade science class. One time getting sucked into a magical microscope and they go on these science adventures in this magical laboratory or magical maker space called the maker Maze and they're accompanied by a kind of Kooky scientist called Dr Crisp who has some really legit rainbow hair. Shout out your science fam- I WANNA make these books as inclusive as possible for everyone telling you what I saw it. I liked it was for the and it's not only important that these characters represent different backgrounds in identities. It's that they're all having fun doing science. And they're all really good at it and such day for one day. Only we leave this world and enter that of the magnificent
