"Julian welcome to talk by enemy. Thank you it's great to have you here. We've got a bunch of fun stuff to talk about. It's really interesting to think about how we go about building software at scale and one of the things it just under a how you feel about reading your book. I feel like you must have some opinions on this. But when i go to a website that is clearly not a small little companies. It's obviously a large company with money to put behind professional developers and stuff in you click on it and it takes four seconds for every page load. It's just like how is it possible that you're building the software with so much. This is the face of your business is sometimes they decide to fix it with front frameworks. So then you get like a quick splash of like a box with owi and then it says loading for four seconds which to me feels no better. So i don't know. I i feel like building scalable. Software is really important. It's still people are getting it quite wrong quite often. I'm in it's all it's all also. There's a lot of things to do when you do that. Which lie right kober call for sure that also going to be able to mature everything like win there. Somewhere the be It's not easy bar like writing code and facing berg's is dominant. We all know to do that. But then if we are asking us up to one of the things that i as an example with profiling. While if i were to ask you more like i want you to tell me which parts your code is using some of the view. You're gone gaz. Uganda probably do a good gas. Your Poker Development Plan
"Want poker to be profitable but at the same time. You wanna enjoy your poker journey. Doing these four things makes poker easier and more enjoyable for you which is most likely going to lead to more studying more play more fun more prophets. So here's my four part poker development plan part. One is to live for bread and butter so brennan butter. It's seeing the flop in position as the pre flop razor versus one or two other players. It's a concept that i initially learned from tommy angelo in his book elements of poker my own poker game and what i teach. My students is all about bread and butter. Now when you live for bread and butter it ingrains the most important aspects for profitable poking your skillset namely those two aspects that you need for profitable poker our understanding and and utilizing the value of position and the value of having the pre flop range. So when you live for bread and butter you strive for positional advantage with every single hand that you play and if you can't have post flop position you're giving that advantage to someone else and it makes poker less profitable obviously less fun. You hate playing out of position right and you love being in position yeah live for brennan butter. Strive for that positional advantage. Also when you live for bread and butter you strive to be the last razor pre flop that means you have the best hands in your pocket. Queens puckett kings aces right and your opponent who called you pre flop. They don't have those in their range. They've got a weaker range. Which gives you that. Mathematical pre flop advantage. Now you might be holding jack nine suited. But they don't know that right. You came in for the race of. They called for all day. No you have ace. King ace's queens tens in your age all that good stuff right now when you have bread and butter you have that range advantage with that mathematical advantage and the positional advantage against him. It is so hard for them to overcome that in the long

Fabrigasm, a Virtual Experience for Lovers of African Textiles
"Welcome lisa back to the program. Negative good to be back. I am so so glad for us to be having this conversation today. So listen let's start with talking about fabric azam. Where did the idea for that concept. Come from it actually started with this little hobby of when i have a really good picture like my friend. I'll make up a fake like fake magazine cover and magazine. Journalism was my favorite class. At t when i would when i studied marketing many many years ago so i was always into the whole magazine thing so when i get a picture say but like i said a friend or whatever i would convert it into magazine cover put like big titles. Just kind of fun thing like coming up with the title of the magazine. This goes back years like a little hobby so with a friend. I did one for her because she had a whole gardening. You know whatever was and thinking about the fabric. And i thought about fabric azam and we'd use that word loosely back and forth just like oh beautiful fabric. You have a fabric gazza Yes we have kinda get it when they hear people you know. Oh yes yes that was wonderful beautiful fabric a fabric azam well and it's the feeling that you get. Is that like your heart races. A little bit going to become and you. Just it's a fabric azam. I mean i'm not sure that really needs that is that is all it needs lutely love that i love that so it seems to be motivated by play and happiness right because you were playing around with the idea. Magazine covers because that that was a way to that was like one of your favorite classes at the fashion institute and it was also a way to preserve memory. So if your friend you and your friend had a great photograph or something and you you put it when you put it in this almost like a magazine tribute. It's a way to preserve an honor that memory. And then it's just really fun to see and i have had fabric azam's and i think that many people who are listening to this podcast today will have. We'll have had them as well because it just turns to absolute session. That's the reason that. I have so much in my him collection because i developed very strong feelings about

"Anthem. Yeah, that's Mick Jagger, along with a few fighters frontman Dave grow old. They dropped easy, sleazy today on YouTube. Mick Jagger said he wanted to share his song about coming out of lockdown and the need for some optimism. You thank Dave Groll from Foo Fighters for helping him out. You Believe You Have Exactly What Someone Else Needs?? It Is True!
"Right so here is the deal a couple of days ago. I was sitting with a friend at a restaurant and we were talking about guide asking us to give something now. Both of us were talking about monetary. Things and i began to tell her a story of a time one summer where i've been given a bunch of cash as tips as my photography sessions had gone on throughout the summer and i had been saving that cash for something special just for fun money or whatever. It was a very specific amount of money because it was just random cash. And one day as i was driving i really felt the lord. Tell me to give that money to specific person and it was weird. Because i hadn't seen this person while. And i just was like ok. Lord i'll i'll give it to them. You know whenever. I see them next. I will give it to them and in my head. I was actually thinking well. That was just kind of a random thought. Because i'm probably not going to see those people again. I i drove around with money in my car for a few weeks. And i was pulling up to a store one day and i actually saw this person and god reminded me of the money and god reminded me to give it to them so i did. I gave them the money a couple days later. I got a text message from that person and it was a text message letting me know that. The amount of money i gave them was the exact amount of money. They had been praying for literally the exact amount of money which is just so funny because again like i said it was a random amount of money that god has blessed me with to then turn around and bless this family with and it was money that they needed and so as i was telling the story to my friend the other day i began to really think about that story and think about how bananas it was that that exact amount of money was exactly what they were praying for and again had blessed me with it and then turned around and told me to bless that person with him and it was what they had been praying for. God used me to answer a prayer that someone else was rain
S6 E8 - Life: TBD
"This is the we served now. What podcast and if you're anything like me you've had a ton of questions. After leaving the military in the lack of answers has left you frustrated in probably more than a little confused. This show is here to help you make sense of what can sometimes be craziness that is your life after the military. See you can turn your post military life into your best life. Now when i was working on this show. I thought you know. I don't even know what this next. Show season six episode. Eight is going to be about so in the show. Topic is making my notes. I just put to be determined. Dvd to be determined. And i thought you know what that is a perfect title or or maybe more appropriately. I think it's a good topic especially right now as it feels like we are nearing the end of this year. Long over a year now global pandemic that is covid nineteen and the truth is it's it feels like our lives have been in a to be determined status for that entire time right so you can't go anywhere you can't really get out of the house much. Could there's not a lot to do now if you like the outdoors. Maybe this was the perfect time for you to do that. but you wanna go shopping. You want to go out to dinner somewhere. We'll sorry you can't because everything is closed so our lives of felt like we're in a to be determined status but you know pandemic aside. Maybe you're wondering some more practical things you know. Maybe you're wondering if you ever be happy or if you ever get married or if you'll ever have kids or maybe you're wondering if the tonight is in your ears. Whatever shut up. I know i wonder sometimes. Or if you're ptsd symptoms will ever subside. I'm willing to bet that you felt an and maybe you're feeling right now that your life is on hold it. It's all in this kind of this murky to be determined status so my question to you is this. How will you know when your life is no longer on. Hold in this episode. I'm gonna share six elements of forward progress with you and buckle up. Because they're not easy. But i can assure you they are worth it. So by way of introduction mining aaron perkins. I'm a us army combat veteran also hosted. This podcast. I've been focusing on the veteran community. You basically ever. Since i got out you know i should be more honest with that right for a very long time after i got out on myself and focused on figuring out what my next steps were what my forward progress looked like once. I finally kind of got a handle on what my own life was looking like or what. It should look like what i wanted it to look like. I thought you know what. I can't keep this to myself. This is not something that i can say. Okay well i figured it out. All my other veteran brothers and sisters can just figure it out for themselves. So i wrote a book called resolve. That is a step by step guide. That takes you through the process of rediscovering purpose after the military but that aside today i want to talk about something really specific and and and a lot of the elements of the book. Come into to today's show. But i want to talk about those six elements afford progress with you. So look no matter where you're at you can live your best life. No matter what phase your life is in your best days are ahead of you and that and that's a key element and it leads right into this first piece. I want to talk about. Get your mind right. And i know you've heard so much about it. No doubt about mindset and how important your mindset is and how much it matters this. Honestly the most important aspect. Because if you don't get your mind right you are setting yourself up for failure if you are going into any challenge. Excuse me any challenge in your life. And you haven't i said okay. Let me you visualize what i'm going to do. Maybe let me rehearse it so to speak. Let me planet out now. Let me go tackle it. If you don't do those things then you are really like. I said setting yourself up to fail but more important than all those all. Those things i just mentioned is what comes before that and that is believing that you're going to be successful. So here's the thing when it comes to mind set right. It is not just a one time event. It's not just this decision. You make to say okay. Well i'm going to be Positive in this particular in this particular regard or I am going to say okay. I'm gonna change my mindset for this one time only. I know i normally have a negative outlook and i think that nothing is going to go my way and i it seems like life is crashing in on me but this one time. I'm going to believe it's going to get better. It's going to be better. Look your mindset. it's a regular event. It's not just a one time event. Maybe it's daily. It might be several times a day. Mindset is absolutely huge and a big part of the mindset is asking the why behind your desire to move forward or more specifically than. This is where i told you some elements of the book will come in. Maybe even the why try and so in the resolve book So i put together for the book. What is called the nine line framework. It is a guide a plan for you. The veteran to step through one step at a time for rediscovering your purpose after the military and line one in this nine line framework is why. Try you know we've already had purpose. We've already done so many things for our country and for allies for families. Why try and that. And that's one of the questions you have to answer in the book. I share more about how to get to that point right but element too so i wanna get your mind right get that mindset all clicking in the right direction element to is discover your purpose and you've heard me talk about a few times you've heard me say that discovery purpose rediscover your purpose even on this show on this episode and again talk a lot about this in the book and i wrote it with the belief that you do not have to suffer through life after the military. I'm going to say that again. You do not have to just suffer through life after the military because there is life after your military service you know. Maybe it's a whole new career or a whole new hobby or new opportunities. You simply couldn't take advantage of you. Were in the military purpose. Looks different for all of us. When i'm friends he was a medic In my unit that we deployed with and he is. He's big into fishing like that's his thing now. I'm not talking like you know. He just goes allen out on the lake every now and then this guy is a competitive fishermen really really great at his skill set and he has found a renewed sense of purpose just in fishing. And you know what is he doing. They're right what is he who what does he really getting at when you look at it like well okay. Cool like he's into fishing. But what does that mean as far as you know his life moving forward or discovering his purpose. Look here's what. Here's what i can guarantee you. In his life in his his new fishing fishing centric life right. He's got a family and everything that he's taking care of but this this is one of the best things for him because he has a passion for it and in that passion he gets to live out what he is really loving about his life and so in his day to day life where he gets to talk about fishing and and go fishing and all this. He's building these relationships with people around him and he's doing so much that it is. It's so cool to see when a veteran really really discover is in uncovers who they're meant to be after the military and again purpose different for all of us. So where i find my purpose are where my old dock mimetic buddy found purpose and fishing. Yours is probably going to be the same and don't expect it to. You shouldn't expect it to look the same as anyone else's that's why again that i created the framework that you can use to discover your own sense of purpose and the next element that leads me right into this. One is forgive. Look forgiveness is one of the least talked about aspects of transitioning from the military and it is arguably the hardest i say arguably because some people never even come close to really dialing into what it is. They need to forgive. They need to forgive themselves. Do they need to forgive. You know an old battle buddy Unit commander you know those who've been victims of trauma or If they have. Ptsd from their from their combat service. You know what are the elements of their lives that they need to forgive and again you know i feel like i'm talking about the book a lot and i'll be honest i am because there's so much more in the book and this is line three it walks you right through the process of forgiveness and forgiveness is not saying you know what it doesn't hurt it's not saying it wasn't a big deal. Forgiveness is choosing your own freedom. And i think i said this on the last episode of but holding onto unforgiveness or or bitterness even is like setting yourself on fire and expecting the person you were bitter at or angry at or holding a grudge against expecting them to die from smoke inhalation so all forgiveness is as tough as it may be all it is all it breaks down to is that you are choosing your own freedom so get your mind right. Discover your purpose and forgive what you need to forgive. Forgive who you need to forgive. Maybe that's you. Maybe that's someone else helmet four. Uncover you in other words. Understand how you tick. What types of choices do you make in specific situations and one of the best tools for this is a personality assessment and yes. That's part of the book as well. That's part of the nine line. Framework is discovering your personality. Because let's be honest in the military you know. Personality is fine when you're hanging out with your friends or your battle buddies or whatever you want to call them right but when it comes to getting the mission done your personality kind of takes a backseat. It seems to knocking out the mission to getting to mission success getting to mission completion and so a big part of your post military life like who am i to figuring out what it is that you are not only passionate about. But what are you naturally geared toward and in the book. I use a tool called sixteen personalities. And you can check out at sixteen personalities dot com that's one six personalities dot com. There's also a myers briggs assessment. There's the disk assessment. Which kind of is how you function in a work environment and so uncovering who you are and the key elements of your personality are really critical to your moving forward in life that brings me to the fifth element. Make a plan. The fifth element of moving forward in your life is to make a plan. Don't just imagine a plan get one now. Look i want to say something about plans here. Right it's a whole lot easier to turn to the left or to the right if you're already moving. Have you ever set in a vehicle. You're sitting in the driver's seat and you turn the wheel all the way to the left. It's kinda hard to do or maybe you need to turn it all the way to the right. It's kind of hard to do because the tires just kind of moving on the on the on the surface there and you're like this is. This is really really difficult. But if you're moving you can turn the wheel just slightly to the left or to the right in. It's a whole lot easier. So when i talk about making a plan you don't have to have every single thing figured out before you start moving. Make general plan now. Look there are a lot of great plans out there. The resolve book has just one of those. Which i've mentioned is the nine line framework. Now let me be honest with you here. Scrawling down your plan on the back of a cocktail. Napkin is about one hundred miles ahead of someone who never writes down their plan at all. There is a fundamental shift in our brains in imagining a plan and then writing out that plan so make a plan element six get accountability. Accountability is like magic. If there is some magic element to rediscovering your purpose and to moving forward in your life. Accountability is really kind of that magic. And you really get to kind of see behind the curtain so to speak and it's kind of the inner workings of how that m- all that magic happens and accountability can compel you to do things. You would not ordinarily do so take for example of a group of friends right so every saturday you go for run with those friends and you know you have to get up at five thirty. Am and it's saturday and you really have to work today. But you're getting up at five five thirty because you're going to go for a run with these friends and it's not just about the run. It's about the fact that if you don't show up there to give you a hard time about dude where were you like. Why were you not here. This is this is ridiculous right. And they're gonna they're gonna mess with you about it and and if you're a guy that they're gonna call out your man card and be like. Hey you know like we showed up. Why didn't you and so the there's this element of like men getting up at five. Am to go run now. If you're like a big into running and you do it anyway. Maybe this story doesn't resonate with you but for most of us. It probably does so. We're supposed to be showing up to this run right and we're like okay. Well here we go. Let's go tackle this thing but Man tired. I don't know if i want to do at this morning at saturday. I've gotten up early every single day this week. I have a hard all man. I just remembered these guys are going to be there. And i had better show up. Or they're going to give me a hard time and the thing is sometimes. It's fun accountability. It's it's light hearted but sometimes it's someone pointing their finger at you and saying. Hey why aren't you doing what you need to do or challenging you to say. Hey here's the next step for you. Here is what you need to be doing in your life. Go do it so element. Six is get account ability. So let me quickly go over these one more time number one. Get your mind right. Your mindset is critical and big critical part of that is asking the uae. Or the why tri- why should i even bother element to discover your purpose. How do you do that. Well one way you can do. That is pick up a copy of the resolve book. I go through that whole process. There and that process is called the nine line framework part of that nine line. Framework is forgiveness. One of the least talked about aspects of transitioning from the military. But i think one of the most critical element for uncover. You check out a personality assessment. Again you can look in the show. Notes shared a couple of links in there and you can use sixteen personalities. Dot com myers briggs disc assessment of variety. Once you can use but uncover how you naturally tick element five. Make a plan. don't just imagine it. Don't just think it write it down if you write it on the back of a cocktail napkin. That's fine at least write it down and remember. You don't have to have everything figured out before you actually start moving. It's a whole lot easier to make adjustments if you're already moving file element here elements six. Get accountability and accountability. Is that magic simultaneously that magic and it is the secret behind everything else that happens in your life. Can you do things without accountability. Sure is it a whole lot harder absolutely because again accountability. Is this thing in our minds. Says hey someone else's relying on you to do this to be that saturday morning. Run to show up at work to be at that volunteer opportunity. You promised you would be at an an again accountability. I cannot stress enough. i wish i could. I guess technically i could shout and scream and throw things and you know you know bangel desk and things like that but really accountability is so huge and it takes a certain level of maturity. It takes a certain level of maturity for to do that. Now look we all have a lot of questions but the most important question you can ask yourself is this have. I accepted the forgiveness of sins. That only comes through faith. In jesus christ while i hope these elements have helped you. I hope they hope you think about not only whether you should move forward in life but what your next steps. Are you're practical next steps. Four moving forward in life. And i'm going to ask you specifically right now to go. Pick up a copy of resolve at courage to fight again dot com. "So james first of all. How many nicknames does jack campbell have in the big one for sherry soupy or soup and that is very common in hockey. Anyone that is named campbell and there've been a lot of them mostly. What you hear is yes and then you know some of the other nicknames that you get are going back further into his past and his family calls a little jack when he played in texas in the minors they call them. Happy jack which is a fitting nickname for the way that jack campbell axe but around the leaves it soup or be all the time is what you hear and seems like this guy is pretty universally loved like took to an unusual degree. Why is it's just his personality and his media availabilities obviously. He's in the biggest hockey market in the world. So there's a lot of attention on him and he's very very quickly won over. A lot of people fans coaches teammates media with just his disposition. Definitely oh the boys a nice red lobster dinner. How that's for sure off. Secrets To Recording Flawless Audio from Your Home
"First off the first and most important thing i tell everyone of our clients when they start to record their podcasts. That it's not the microphone that makes the biggest deal against the mike is important. Don't get me wrong. However it is your environment and your background noise that is going to determine the quality of your podcasts audio and the biggest issue that is we launch a podcast. When we get into the stuff get so fixated on the best mike Or the best equipment yada yada yada however we failed to really recognize that things like having glass all around you. Having tile thin walls metal Maybe a metal desk or metal walls or metal you know Furniture around High ceilings children construction loud neighbors. You you name it. All of those things are going to bleed into your recordings even more like for example right now. I had the window open in this room. And i know there's dogs barking outside But because i've got some pillows things blocking it you probably can't hear it at all so quiet background number one most important thing if you can get to a quiet background and of some of those an and hopefully the chuckles just named off here. will help you. Make sure you're in the right kind of background. That's the biggest thing. Okay so this means getting to a place. Obviously that is going to be the least distracting for you. Maybe that is not your desk right now. Maybe that is your closet. Is your bedroom. Maybe that is your kid's room. That is the number one thing that is funny. Because even if you are like someone who's doing six seven eight figures on. I still have questions from these from really high high achievers about this very thing so don't think that You know this is something that you know most people who have money. You're have the resources to to Invest in a studio donna. These questions because i think this is something. I get from people all across the board but to answer your question. The most important thing is a quiet background. Okay doesn't matter about your mic doesn't matter if you have a pressure studio of its noisiest hell or there's some issues with it. Then it's gonna bleed into your recordings is going to be a problem. Okay

Johnson fitness instructors have had to adapt to a pandemic weld but originally it was just born from my love for dancing and the fact there as i was getting older i wasn't really finding the same occasions to dance as when i was of Uni student and i was really really missing it. So originally i was doing silent disco vents in london and they were aimed people who love to dance but deputy. He went to make a huge night outs of it so it was just one hour and really uplifting songs and just have fun basically instead of going to the gym for an hour. Doing your for now is just an hour a freestyle dancing and it's really uplifting greater Two walkout and then when When the pandemic hit. I had to think quickly and adopt. I was quite alien. Counseling my vents. Actually on the eleventh of march. I can't do my impasse in events moved online. And since then i've been doing online dance classes and effectively very similar to what i was doing before but just online and without retarded discreet headphones. At more recently. I started something which has really been very successful and has spread and grown a lot. Which is the up and dance challenge. And so that's just ten minutes three songs starting your day with adults on its release. Easy accessible There's no you know you can't do it wrong. It's through january of just finished effect today. Podcast Sponsorships: How Much Should You Charge?
"In today's episode. We are going to help you determine how much you should charge for. Sponsorships welcomes podcasting. Hugh where you learned the best tips and strategies to launch grow and monetize your show. This week's question comes from meaning. Hey this is mainly the motivated. Your motivators favor motivator. Host of the guy motivation show and my question. Today is in regards to monetization. So i know we have the outlets and opportunities to get sponsorship but when we have to pitch the amount that we are charging for pre roll mid roll whatnot. How do we decide on how much that part i am completely confused about. Thank you thank you so much for your question mimi. For a lot of people podcasting is a passion project but for many others. It can be a source of income. We're talking monetization people so we are going to explore how to set your price for ads in. Today's episode phillips discuss how rates are determined. Industry standard is c. pm cost per mille and mills just a fancy latin word thousand essentially. It's how much potential sponsors are willing to pay per thousand downloads. A podcast gets this. Pricing structure works best. If you have a larger podcast that a significant number of downloads. Another great pricing structure is cpa per acquisition. And this is a good structure if you're maybe a smaller podcast but you haven't amazing engaged. Audience you in a potential sponsor negotiate on like a finders fee. You run the ad. After the ad runs they'll give you basically like a kickback. for halloween. people signed up or purchase the product if you're familiar with the world of affiliate marketing or those fun little swipe up ads on instagram. That have gotten some interesting responses when it comes to favorite things
So, Is This a Bitcoin Supercycle or What?
"I've been observing a lot of back and forth conversation this week about this being super cycle on the one hand or people pointing to top signals on the other and i want to try to break it down just a little bit for a fun saturday episode. So what's the idea. well first. Let's talk about the regular cycle because if there's a super cycle there's got to be a regular one right. The regular cycle is a very loose widely held conception of the crypto market cycle as one great bull year followed by three down and sideways years people point to two thousand thirteen to twenty seventeen to twenty twenty one. Now what you might ask. What caused a four year cycle like that. Ding ding ding. Of course the for your having schedule. There's a sense that the having creates a context for a larger cyclical affair where the new supply reduction creates more awareness more demand and ultimately that happens in the context of less apply. This is of course. Best expressed in plan b's stock to flow or s to f model which has both its share of adherence and plenty of doubters. But we're not here to debate. Plan b or stop to flow. Instead what i want to focus on is a theory. It has been most fully articulated by din held but is certainly widely this theory that bitcoin is moving into a new super cycle where the supply reduction around the having isn't any longer the dominant force in shaping. The bitcoin market cycle and where indeed roughly speaking bitcoin can just keep going up. The theory is predicated on the idea that some critical mass participants has been reached that breaks us out of the standard crypto. Buy and sell cycles. What's more the type of participants matter. The big institutions represent the driving force in this super cycle. They're acquiring bitcoin right now. Finally and for more than speculative reasons or maybe a better way to put it is that they're speculation is driven by a much larger macro sensibility. They are in other words. Investing on the basis of not the internal supply driven bitcoin cycle but on the basis of the larger debt super psycho playing out at the highest macro

"This was really good stuff right here. So this is people should replay and share. This is really good stuff so great to be with you man i. It's a meant a lot to see your reaction to what we're doing here because like you know what i'm saying like it's like i value people's opinions but i value years a little bit more so it made it made me feel good. I want when i tell you i'm proud of you. That's not an up and down thing. I'm just. I'm just proud of you. This is just. I was really emotional. My sisters with me. She'll tell you couldn't stop talking about it. I'm just absolutely proud of all of you. And particularly you. Because you know unite the closest but sal here just amazing what y'all are doing and it's just the beginning you can out. That's the other thing too. You can tell that this is not like some permanent destination either. You feel the vibe. You're like three or four years. Now this is going to look silly. It's renzo yes people here out here that we see out the windows right here. These are bestmark fuckers on the face of the planet. They wanna win. They're hungry and they treat people right and they do the right thing their product of their environment though well they create it. You know what i'm saying now. It's and by the way we teach you how to do that. We do not sell anyway guys. That's the show. You know i was just gonna say i think there know a a partying if you're going to do a parting word as wasn't ask out of you if you're listening to this show what's what's the parting advice. My party vice. Be what andy said. You gotta eventually just decide you're gonna completely execute and you also have to decide. I know this sounds like you've heard this a million times. Just like literally decide. Your will to win. can't be bought. You're not going to be bought. No success no amount of failure when you do that when you make a total commitment to something. People think that total commitment means you lack freedom. It's the absolute reverse when you make a total commitment to something. You're completely free from that point on because all other options are off the table. Now you have total freedom to execute when you don't make a total commitment to something that's bondage. That's when you're tied in knots all the time so it's the reverse of what you would even a relationship. You make a total commitment to your relationship now. You have total freedom. It's when you don't do that. You lack freedom so if you wanna be free totally. Commit no great.

"Podcasts. They're like bro. You yell at me. I'm like what are you talking about. Dude dude they're like. I always give it twenty four hours you know. Let it just for second. But i do have. I wrote a note here. And it's really important. Because i think you to ed's analogies of nominal now g one ten twenty. You know what you realize. What i've learned about just developing young men and women through live to is in year one. You know you're dealing with a lot of fear and insecurity. And so you have to you. Have to puff your chest and imbibe puffing your chest a lot of times when your ego gets balder. Emotional decisions get involved. You make a lot of bad decisions and because of your insecurities you wanna flex or you wanna push on them or you wanna say that shook as it makes you feel good but you realize like when you get into the tenure rumor. The twenty room. You're not afraid anymore. You know what i mean. You're you're you're not afraid of those things anymore and you're not as insecure as you used to be and that humility you start to realize and look around like okay i can. I can learn in this room. You know versus in year one. You're trying to prove everybody that you're right like i'm better than you. I'm fucking smarter than you. I'm fucking. I'll run a beat. Your ass in your twenty look around. You're like all right. How can i learn. That's right and there's an insecurity. Check down factor when you eliminate the ego and address your fear. The fear insecurity starts to lower down and humility starts to come up. And you don't get to the twenty room without that equation happening. It's done in kruger effect. It's the same thing. It's the same thing as we see with information you know at one year one year in two years and three years in motherfuckers think they're an expert and then for the next seven years they start them they are your and then they come back around at twenty years and they're like oh i think i think you know what i think i might know something right like joe what happens to mark bell by the way i use big words lately when people share mugabe using this word equanimity lately like i get it was actually mark belsen you smell it eat q. Am i in it. Maybe not a good spot fucking special down. I could spell probably.

It was board company in the beginning right. You can't know everything there. I'm worked with race. Car drivers about five years ago sky carl edwards and he said the hardest thing driving these race. Cars is was when there's a crash and he said when there's a crash in their smoke we are taught to drive right into the smoke. You guys know this from your racing team at two hundred miles an hour not knowing what's on the other side of that deal because if you don't if you veer a little bit right you run into the wall so it's driving into these places that you don't know what's on the other side but knowing that you're gonna work your way you're gonna execute. You're gonna get the coaching and you'll figure it out when you get in there. That's how you win in light. You figure it out when you get in there. You're not always going to be prepared now. You have coaches and mentors like us that give you the skills to navigate those spaces when you get them but no one was ready for covid. Now no one knew how to drive into. This market is world but yet some people flourished and some people didn't that's winning lot of our people flourish. Descend well i think you know. Yeah i use the term gasson ripe for your -nology because it's days underwrite cultural like fucking smoke goes and you don't know what to do. Gasoline gas. I keep going and you know right when things get shitty and what you realize is how you separate yourself from at least seventy percent of the fucking crowd is just simply to walk through the gauntlet with right. Everybody else is on the other side. You're gonna go there and then when you get the other side fuck by competition is whittled down. Almost nobody and i just got gotta beat these two motherfuckers. You know what. I mean like this easy you know i can fight him and it's a such a great point like if you're if you're if you're a young business owner and i'm not saying younger age young and your business. You know less than five years. I would say your copay your competition so much higher because of where you're at there's more people and so if you guys just fucking hang in there in another five years you go. That works like a pyramid right. These people consolidate or they go away or they do something different. And now all the sudden instead of ten people you're competing with you competing with five and then if you hanging in another five years it's two or three and dude now it's like okay. What's fucking steve doing over there. Oh steve's doing that all right we're gonna do it becomes real fucking easy and not only that when she gets fucked up you say you get on the phone he say. Hey steve quid fucking it up. Also true like you start to know. Everybody has an entrepreneur. You want to in the twenty year room zach. What you're saying. The one year rom is loaded with failure. And you look around. You like this stuff doesn't work. Nobody makes it five year room. There's a couple people that have won and there's fewer people you get to the ten year room. You know you to ten year entrepreneur. Whatever you do there's something going on but you get to the twenty year room of being an entrepreneur. People are winning in that damn right. Yeah and it's a very small room to your point. You can compete in their. Most people look at entrepreneurship like it's the one year room all the time the one year. Now i ve years so now. It's a different room now. It's a different trust me as an older dude twenty years from now. If you're still an entrepreneur you're still executing your business. That's a pretty good room. You're probably standing. Just being there will be pretty good for you. You know what's cool about. The dynamic of the twenty year room is that dude. It's it's competition but it's also friendly and lyft respects so yes in the beginning the first five years dude you fucking hate everybody like dude fuck you. you know. you're fucking like do burn. That guy's fucking it's like this. You're still in a one room. I i got better. Everybody asked me what's my what's my greatest. Accomplishment is having fucking degree in andrew. No fucking bro. No your grace. Accomplishment isn't actually that no one's.

"Go win schitt down. Yeah but that's that's a real lesson. I learned that the hard way that say that again winning is more fun than phone is fun fuck yet fuck. let's go. Let's go when i learned that lesson. It's not really what do you mean. Well we've been really blessed. We have a great father who's been extremely valuable to the mindset of our life. And when i got to minor league baseball i acted like i was a big league baseball player And i lit a wrong ways in the wrong way to emulate the the the guys and i understood it incorrectly. Yeah to to ed's point. Like i was more focused on acting. Did this fucking great back to the instagram flex. I was more interested in how everybody else perceived that i was a minor league baseball. Shit i mean i think. Twelve hundred dollars a month right. You don't have bus. Where on a shitty bus. The bus we ran in college is way cooler than the bus. We had your well and you think about like i was so concerned. This is instagram. Literally re this is probably why have like a little. Ptsd with it. I was so concerned with my image outside with how everybody thought that. I wasn't focused on actual things. We're going to get me to where i needed to go focused on how they were going to perceive me and how they saw my life my my baseball life and you know what i was too busy in the bars too busy chasing girls and doing all the shit that big leaders that i thought big leaguers did but the truth is that's not. What big leaders did mrs the. Now that i see from a different perspective. The big leaguers. Tom brady those types of guys they're hitting. Baseballs are watching film. "Five pound businesses isn't quite done. Where we can talk about that Chandler. Card that I believe was played correctly. And we can talk about the fact that the idea of having a feature one, fifty, five pound match on this car. Is Largely to preserve the main event in some fashion. So, we could talk about the fact that he is now in the batter's box and discuss what that means. Does that mean that he's the number one contender From that here to tell you it does. It does to me it means something to me. But we still haven't solved the problem, which is who's GonNa Fight Tony. Ferguson. and. It would seem in many ways that new sweepstakes is now open. Now possibly, we just have time to get portray and Tony back together that seems to be the fight that people want to see. It does seem to be blowing in that direction I must also disclose for you. There's a chance that I'm a little bit of head of things. As I'm sitting here talking to you all I have for you is the addition of Michael, Chandler's participation at fire island on some level. I do not have for you. And could be misrepresented intone for you. The Tony is now officially off the card. That might not be what we're seeing right now. That's just my guess based on the clues that I have right this moment before I get this piece, you guys it's going to be about three hours. But get the filed done and I sent it off to l. a. and then they uploaded however this whole big thing about three hours behind. I'm disclosing that for you because I do believe that my guess is right. The Tony's is now not on the card. So I'm within bounce ask you who should be fighting. Tony then. I'm a little surprised to the point that I'm a little annoyed. It always annoys me when there's a major opportunity out there for somebody and they don't see some of the fact that we're over here, discussing it and I cannot tell you like, oh, I, tweet just went out from ex but it another tweet was sent out by why? Of course a tweet was sent out by Z and they're all begging for this fight it annoys me. We're not in that time anymore, but it also encourages me that there's very good options and one hundred and fifty five pounds or so doggone hard. If, Chandler can't get a title fight. He's GonNa want the next best thing possibly that is Tony Ferguson. Kabaeva has come out and said anybody that gets through Dustin Pori, a boom I put my name on a contract period. Don't care about money. Don't care it. You done before your ticket to me. Goes through that kid from Louisiana. Okay. Well. Maybe you want to start shifting your sites over that direction. It would surprise me that nobody has yet come out Paul Feld coach came out I haven't heard from Paul directly. I'm just saying it seems like there was a major opportunity here. Seems like if Michael Taylor has just proved anything to us that it's a lesson that's going to be forgot tomorrow the raising your hand and saying, yes, it's the best way to get a job. Being available is the best way to get anything done within this sport and that has not ever been a secret. And it should it be quite frankly i. don't think we should have to sit down with some kind of a grand jury and an arbitrator and lay on our cases facts as to why we deserve an opportunity deserve an opportunity. That's a very real thing that's a fair piece of the Pie, but it's not the biggest one willing to take an opportunities number one. Nobody's drafted to be here. Nobody has to be here. This was one of the major arguments that we succeeded in. As an industry back in the day when people were trying to say this should be banished it'd be legalised and it's not even a sport. It's too much contact. It's just too rough and tumble of a thing. One of the major arguments that we hung our hat on nobody has to be everybody wants to be here. You may have that opinion. That is here wants to be here at every athlete who has participated is dedicated their life to this would like to go out and show these skills in front of the world and be commended for that argument worked. It. Held up a sport that was not legal anywhere. is now not illegal and any jurisdiction within the United States and even abroad. It even abroad. So. I do want to remind you about when I come to you and tell you the number. One thing that you need to be to get an opportunity is willing to take I'm right. Chandler deserves a ton of credit here. Today and nobody deserves to be knocked. Nobody poor eight has done nothing wrong here Tony Ferguson has done nothing wrong that match may be preserved just goes to another day fine with me. But there is an opportunity that's being missed. If Tony has been removed from the car does not yet have a partner Tony Ferguson. Matters at that way class. If you want to show that you matter the road goes through Tony Ferguson looks like he's got a dance card that's open. Where are you guys at? So Dana White just got done with sportscenter and I got to say you know what? Dana thanks thanks a lot for nothing new jerk. Here's what he comes out and says, he says we're going to do something fun with Conor McGregor. What how do I interpret that? Okay. Here let's make a list of things that would be really fun for Greater Jorge Mas Vidal that would be a lot of fun that started over a year ago. McGregor left weight classes because of a comment data white made TMZ when he was caught outside of a restaurant and had a camera in hand. That upset World Connor. That would be fun. Tony Ferguson versus Conor McGregor. They used to have the same management company Tony left because he was so upset there's a backstory that fight would be fun. Nick, DAS. Nick. The as would be I'm aware that you can play the card anytime but we're just talking about fun that would be very fun guess what else would be fun wine tasting with Conor McGregor that could be a really good time they've we're not talking. About a cooking show daily Conor McGregor sitting there making stakes little side of potatoes that could be fun. I heard the Dublin has the Disneyland. I would imagine that would be a lot of fun. Get on some rides a merry go round maybe throw a roller coaster or something in there. WHAT ABOUT WATER SKIING Water skiing. Time if you want to know at some people, think is fun. Apparently, this is fun. Like. People like to go upside down. Upside down. It makes them giggle. Dana the only clue that you give us as you're going to.

Like the crazy story that you've heard, you go the other guy who had the exact same opinions. So this just happened with GM three, enter my of. Jim Three comes out very calmly and says, man I just rented the hotel. He tried to get into it with me. That's not what I'm here to do. I'm here to get paid. I don't get paid to fight him in the hotel in quarantine get paid to fight him on Saturday and that's exactly what I'm GonNa do not to mention. I. I I not know I smash is face on Saturday, and then somewhere he called him a chicken. And I know a chicken in North America is like playground ground terms. I. That doesn't mean he wouldn't fight Dominic Reyes we have evidence of that being a fat in the Jones just fought dominick Reyes. I think it's very hard to say you don't WanNa do something from the school yard standpoint from the ninety nine. Yeah. You're scared that whole bit. There's something that makes you want to see it more but to then make believe or to try to say that a guy was scared to do something. Just. Seems a little bit playground ish to me. Particularly when he is moving up to a different division of which he will give up forty pounds, should the limit be met right I realize if he's fighting steep head, they're going to be pretty close to the same way. But if he's fighting God, how he's going to be giving up forty pounds of muscle and he's made it pretty clear I'm going to go up and I'm GonNa fight either the winner stay or in Gano. Off You that because if you juxtapose that against the original premise that he is scared to do something. Can. You guys scared to do something Guy Is going to go and do is it really hard to see that problem there? So. I think he is looking for some fresh blood I. think he is looking for some parody I think that he realizes that his career is on the. You know John became the youngest champion ever in what was he when he did that twenty to? Twenty two if I'm wrong, it was twenty three but he was the youngest ever and now he's thirty three. So when I say he's on the backside what I'm trying to represent us, he's done it for ten years does not have another ten years I'm not trying to say he's got one or two more fights. But it could be the case I mean de things have gotten closer and closer he has been in some real wars out there. People made an argument theocro Santos beat him one judge gave it to Tiago Santos is close by saying but for a guy that was never close also and he's in a close fight. He had a very close fight with Lionheart I. realize it wasn't close on the judges scorecards, but it was a long drawn out evening. So full five round event it very close with raise. Only, suggesting for you that if you do start to realize, okay x amount of time left, whatever that is, where can I maximize I? Think he's making the right move. I really do I like him at heavyweight I've always wanted to see him heavyweight. He's very long. He's very tall brothers. Big Is he got into powerlifting awhile he's like into. Enjoys doing his picking up really everything's and putting them down. Okay. Then let's just go up the heavyweight. I think there's a lot of good matches there. I don't have any disagree with the fact that he goes right into a championship match I have no disagreement with that but even after that match. There's some fun. There's four or five matches up there that are all going to be interesting at all going to be compelling. and. He could do them all with the belt or without the belt he could do it either way. There's going to be something to see and you just can't say that. At least right now, you just cannot say that for him at light heavy. So. I'm assuming you guys have heard this shouldn't take anything for granted. There's a pandemic going on right now. Oh, by the way. If you live where I live than you know this. But if you don't, you don't watch the national or world. News. Maybe you don't know. Oregon's on fire all around me every which way you go, you walk outside the smoke. There was actually a report that came out on the National News, the declared the northwest. Now the northwest for broad stroke purposes is Seattle. To Portland for broader stroke purposes, you're talking about Oregon and the state of Washington. Okay. Great. In the middle of it we're on fire can't see anything and they hit us. It's the worst air quality in the world right now I didn't know there was percentages on air quality but apparently there is and we are at ten percent now Intel, we weren't at ten percent I never even knew that there was such a survey done. I share that with you because when a little one wants to come with you and there are a little bit scared of the way, the world is going the little one comes with you. Miss Preah in my lap over here who promised May that she was going to be a very good girl and thus far has done just that. Ms Korea. And I were surfing the interwebs and we came across an interview and if you guys have seen this interview great, you're GonNa, make my storytelling easier. But if you haven't you'RE GONNA make my storytelling better and here's why. Do you guys remember back when the Chapelle show was in full swing and like they would have Charlie Murphy and maybe the Rick James One would be the best example. But Charlie Murphy will come on and he will tell the most insane story ever that you know he has to absolutely be exaggerating about the actions and behaviors of Rick. James. It's a good story. The truth must be somewhere in the middle, but he must be exaggerating because the story is so wild. And then like it's a surprise tree to the audience, they then cut to rich aims who they also interviewed in slice them together I mean, we see this all the time dateline. Cut comes to mind we have two opposing stories, but they're very different..

"What's happening guys happy Friday and thank you for joining another special episode of you're welcome. Been Aspirin gave some advice to Leland. Edwards and Ben's advice was just go fight. You may not like this part of the sport and you may not think it's fair but it's very clear. The guys who can draw and sell that heavy fan base get pushed and go to the top of the cars right now you need to just go and fight okay I was very interested in that. Obviously, nobody over here is going to disagree with what Vincent I was just wondering where this came from I understood by Mr Somebody update me when I left off with Leland Edwards, very beginning of this pandemic. With, five months ago six months I forgot deeply into this thing. But Leon couldn't get out of the country. He could. He was stuck. He could not get out of England. That's what I've left off. So based on the fact that Venezuelan. Hey, just go fight reading into go did I miss something it would appear that Leon can now get out of the country or Ben wouldn't have given. This advice ended also would appear that Leon is being offered fights and is not taking them I. Just don't know that that is the case. January asking a question right now. Waiting for you guys to respond film me and because I've clearly missed either miss something or are aspirin has missed something by giving him. His take. Right, unless Leon was offered a match or two or three is saying no to everybody unless Leeann got up on his high horse and things no, that's not a big enough fight. That's big. Enough name I, need more money doing any of those things. Yes Leon his. Leon standing on third base wearing in a catcher's Mitt. But I don't know that that's what happened. Right? Who would be a good match for Leon and amongst the industry people want to see something big for me and I will tell you I think that he should have had a right to answer for what happens in three piece of soda. I am by no means trying to pull Leon back just do get confused sometimes why Leon isn't ahead of things why been aspirin speaking about? I'm speaking about him he's never. Leon's never got been aspirin to speak Leon, never come to me to speak. It almost seems as though. Just for a spirit of integrity and a tip of the hat to sportsmanship of the industry many people are doing our part to try to push Leon A, but we need some help. We do need some help. We need some clear direction. The last thing I heard from from Leeann was he called out Mazda. But this was like a week after the rumors were coming out that MAS brawl. Part to be title was being discussed. So, it seemed like he was a little bit late to the party. Now call out is very important. It's very important to have a call out but far more important is a headline. Goes in that order generally to get the headline, you have to do the call out, but that's just generally statement there's ways to get headlines. I can't click on news and Nazi Been Grin and Henry Pseudo every single day in some fashion being discussed, they are not doing callouts. They have found a way. To get headlines. There's no time and a day twenty, four hour period. I can go to the sites that I go to and not see Sean o'malley doing something and they're not. They're not call outs but he's still making headlines. I'm only suggesting this because it does feel as though the buses leaving and Leon's not on it. And I will fully admit to the fair. Eight fights, he hasn't lost last fight as to the city world champion. He got a three piece a soda to the guy that went on to become the biggest star in the entire sport and he's got left behind. It's not fair for years he has not lost. There's something very clearly missing from the ingredients and there is a spot to get involved. There is a spot. To get those headlines. I'll tell you right now you raise your hand say you're the one that's GonNa go fight you my of Move Damian my aside, put me in there with my of I'll see you in a month that fight island you're going to achieve a number of things I will have everybody's interests second before you think. Lives are really hard for you. Don't have to fight him if he's going to go fight Damian my. Not, looking for the match, you're going to get a match three times a year way. The contract works I'm talking about getting headlines. Becoming, interesting becoming relevant, you might have to manipulate it. You might have to have a little bit of fun with look at all the fun. So who does having also who does this have fun? and. He makes headlines. I agree with Ben Aspirin Leon is not in a position to start calling some kind of shots and. If even if it comes out and goes I, don't know what you guys are talking about here in England I'm a I'm a huge deal. Everybody knows am everybody's interested me. We've got a lot of hometown pride great I appreciate Pfizer taking place in two places right now. Apex and Las Vegas, will take the Britain out of it. If that, if that was your big swing that you're going to take to the plate. Fine. Sorry. This happened but move on it's just simply not on the table right now. There are matches that you can get, but they're also matches that would be interesting. And there's no rules on who you're going to call out. You don't WanNa look like a fool. You want to have something interesting get you in a headline. You know what? That headline to be met with a caveat of Owen he didn't get his way. So there's a few things that you want to adjust, but you you can start going out of the division. You see an interesting fight with an eighty five pounds an interesting fight with a fifty, five hundred. There's things that you can do. But I am one we're asking came through with this advice from all I know or the last thing I knew is Leeann six months ago was stuck in England could fly. It's obviously something that's happening. Would you guys please tell me what? There are a few things within this sport sport in general, but within this that drive me bonkers. I mean, there's just some terms in some phrases. Cut Him off. Footwork by example..

"Okay so he thinks okay on cussing today but like our love can prevail right through every right right right. He's at highway pants. Gross again girls I am just relaying the Info you wanna keep dressing like that. Do I probably arrived not with the Bikini. Though whenever I asked him about the underwear he said. Is it a Thong in the back? I said I'M GONNA go ahead and guests. No he said well then fuck no and I was like hold on. Hold on hold on hold on his saying high waisted to a guy they don't even know what high waisted Ri- right. Okay gotTa show like Pictures Right? Pull up picture okay. He said I guess if they are completely see-through or lays and like kind of the but she hanging out below it's fine but that was still him pretty much being like no okay so I am going to gas. Most men do not like the high waisted. Trial hunters literally said. Get the fuck out of my fucking shifts. And we're like those Shish Sto Shits disgusting so high waisted Yes. It's a full blown song in the bath right but aside from that. Most guys don't like it okay. I just want to say that on. Call Her Daddy. We are not sitting here telling women because I know we're GONNA get DMZ people being like. I don't dress for men. I feel confident on the beach with my high waisted Bikini. So fuck you guys. That is fine if you are going to the beach and you want to have fun with your girlfriends you know. You're fine with every man on the beach looking at you. Like hey girl with their on then fine but what we are saying is men do not think they are in Iraq. Did know if you don't care about that. Then where them till you die and rock them and post them but anyone celibacy for the rest of your life but no we are just here let me Fuck Qabail. And what is not and I'm telling you girls from the bottom of my heart. I have had days where you think they get a fucking low wasted little Thong Bikini. Get the fuck out my face. Now hi a one piece and why so fucking hot one you can have side boob one pieces. You can have a song one piece. You can look so hot in a fucking one so fucking come at me and tell me that high waisted is hotter than one pieces because every man in my life that I have asked has said when he's over Highway Diaper. Yes just went off but no that's great and this is the last thing. I'm an ad guy. I talked to my really good friend. Who's a guy? Okay and I asked him. Why not only do you guys think it's unflattering on the ass? Yeah he said. I assume those girls are trying to hold in there. Fucking bellies okay. I just assume that all of that is them using it to like keep it cinched and suck day. It's almost like high waisted to men as a catfish even us. Even though it's not like yeah no you could be wearing high waisted. You can be like totally fine and confident with your body. Men for some reason see high waisted and they think Oh. She's what is she high. What is she hiding? I have been bloated before been like I got to wear some high waisted dry right spine. Just relaying the message. We're relying day and good night. Good night okay. So if you guys remember the most one I think it was one of the most iconic stories you told last week was of the NBA Player. Telling the girl to shut the fuck up after they just had sex and calling his baby mama and pretending like there was in the room less of a story more of a nightmare nightmare. Yeah horse we have another kind of like updated version of vacuum great great girls and men listen up because I wanNA fuck and try this. This girl wrote in and she said I was dating a guy who did that. Dreaded facetime thing wants to. It was three. Am and he faced timed me to tell me that he was going to bed but I knew something was up so instead of hanging up I covered the screen so the facetime would appear all black on his end from there he thought I had hung up and just through his phone down but I was still very much watching and listening. He started talking to his friends in the room about how he was meeting up with. Some girl to fuck her literally right after I add quote unquote hung up horrifying okay. That is so terrifyingly dude. It's kind of like when we've talked about like leaving your air pods in the room and then walking out and listening through them like I think. A lot of people's biggest fears is like hearing. What's being said about you? When you're not supposed to write fucking voicemail I heard from those people like shit is fucking scary. The fact that she was brilliant enough to just cover the screen. I am really at a loss for words because I could see that working right. Especially if you're the one that like you usually do the hanging up or do the hanging by you. Don't really pay that much a day. Unless he was literally going to go use his phone right away and then he's like I'm still in facetime but if he just puts his phone down is like Yo. I'm GONNA fuck this girl right. Oh my God this thing is. There's no harm in trying. No harm no see if he hangs up or not. You're sucking in it to win it. And he comes back to his phone. He's like you Weirdo. You're going to be like and then you grab your phone. You're like Oh my God I know ideas new. No clue I mean. I'm GonNa try this even though I know suit. Man isn't doing anything absolutely. It's not our fault. We are sluts. A girl wrote in speak for yourself. There's apparently a slut. Gene called the D. R. D. for gene eight determines how our bodies respond to dopamine which makes the person more likely to have more sex and more likely to cheat. I'm a new town. That fucking Ginola. We can't help it but we whores ex. How so love? Y'All so guys. If you ever get caught cheating there you go the fact that there's one thing for her to say that this is what makes you like slutty Horny. It's another thing she's like and that's why we that's. That's the reason we cheese because we have so. We're we're horny as fucking this gene. Is this thing well. Let's all get tested all get tested and we hopefully get all denver positive so that we have an explanation as to why we cheat and why we are whores yet and also if you do test for negative to say you're fucking does it and that's probably the only time ever tell you to get tested and lions at your positive if you come back negative. That's the show for this week in Jenin. Call her daddy another episode another time and another trail another trail and the trail. Is You know just chugging along and it's getting close guys yeah. We can't really say much but the trail is the trail in the trails. The trail. And you'll see what it is soon so we love you. Guys level follows on her personal instagram. The trail Bob Square be Alexandra Cooper. So feel enough. Wrinkly love you guys?.

"So girls specifically have this overwhelming pressure to look exactly like the girls they see on social media and it can be crippling and it's anxiety driven and you don't WanNa look toothache but you WANNA look natural. Can't look to natural because then you're not hot enough first of all photoshop. Half of the reason girls are constantly posting pictures where they look beautiful because they are really good with photo. They're so good at Photoshop. Girls can take a picture where they look ugly. And because they're using Photoshop they will upload it looking like literally attend so it's almost like wow. Maybe if I was super good at Photoshop which I'm not I would post more. It's literally like what we're seeing on. The Internet is just fake. Yeah so it's hard to like. WanNa post a selfie where I'm like? Oh I do have a blemish. They're like do I post it or what so. I think we with says yes. The thing is is I think because instagram has become so fucking fe. I've noticed this thing where girls are now posting pictures with a blemish with cellulite with stretch marks because that is almost more attractive. Now because guys and girls got king tell when they go to a girls page every single picture. They look perfect. Yup and I am totally one of those people that I've never posted a picture with a blend right right so and so I think for what she's asking is how many I don't think you need to be posing regularly adding to have though a certain amount of pictures that when someone goes to your or not like why are there five photo also in the last one she posted in twenty fifteen. What the fuck did she looked like now? I think try once a month I think once a month or even you could do like once every two months and then just make sure your page has enough pictures that you don't see like a catfish. I agree okay. This girl wrote in and she said how do I stop being a complete crazy bitch to my boyfriend when I'm drunk. Ll He has cheated on me before. And I think I resent him for that and it just comes out when I get drunk I have major trust issues and I gotTa tone it down on the drinking so I don't black out but I but I just don't know how to fix this. These questions are hitting home and I don't like I don't like it at all. Alright so there's a couple of things happening here but let's first address. The fact that her boyfriend has cheated in the past. She decided to stay with him and she's trying to have a healthy relationship but every time she's getting drunk every time coming out the he's like remember when you cheated on me and he's like you promise you let that go and she's like but I just want you to remember like let's see. I'm not even fighting fighting. I just think like why did you do? I'm just saying I just remember like Memory Lane Babe like we're just reminisce on the Times that you parked my best import me a shot. Fuck you so from a basic level of drinking and getting mad at a guy I can so fuck and relate. Oh my God I lived. I would say five years of my brands. We yes. It was like a fine if I had to sign and once I hit the third it was like. Oh Wow we are about to talk about every single fucking thing you've ever done. Let's go got ready. Yeah it is and this is the reason I think why drinking you really have to mature in your drinking because I remember in college in the very beginning of college like I was so trigger finger. Fuck and happy with sending texts of the guys I was talking to and I would drink and it was like Alex when I would wake up. I'm like you just fucking ruined it. All Europeans are shit. Why do that? It is hard when you drink to not get in your field into knock an emotional ducks with your emotions obvious. I so what I was GONNA say for. This girl is and really for anybody that gets cheated on. If you decide that you want to forgive the person you gotta give yourself a lot of time and maybe therapy or whatever you WanNa do and really forgive that person before you get back into the relationship totally you have to let it go if you decide. You're going to date them. Yeah as fucked up as cheating but also for the win but also for not the win. If you get cheated on the shitty thing is if you stay with that person it is not really fair to then keep bringing throughout your relationship. You're deciding to stay with that. You're deciding that okay even though you completely broke our trust and even though you completely and you were shady behind my back and you broke my heart if you're gonna stay them then it's on you to decide that you're gonNA leave it in the past and move forward so the fact that you're going out and you're getting drunk and you're bringing this up to me is a bad sign of. Maybe you can't Seattle. Maybe maybe you can get over it or you really need to give yourself time and locking like the month before. No that's true the drinking and the blocking out. We make jokes about it all the time. If this girl every single time she drinks his locking our turning into like an angry. That could be a sign of a problem. Who Am I to fucking? Yuck and maybe go to therapy about it too. I was GONNA say if you're constantly blacking out. That's not a great song and high. Yeah it was me and I started going to therapy. I got under control. Yes and it's like there's no shame behind that but if you're constantly blacking out you're fighting with your boyfriend. There's a lot more issues. I think that you need to like get solved. Maybe you take a break from drink drinking young guys. I think everyone in college and everything like obviously drinking as a part of the culture but if you're constantly waking up in the morning and you're fucking up your life relationships guess you need to settle down. Yeah I think there are a lot of people out there that have a really hard time with knowing their limit dot taking it too far. There are some people that go out and rage party and literally. It's like you didn't have to go that far. And did you even fucking fun right right and like please for the love God? I do not want people to think we're preaching because literally up until year ago. I was out of control. Yeah so I feel you guys without but yes look at yeah contained. Yeah boom crate Guys neum it's that time again time to reflect on the year that you've had focused on your goals for the new motherfucking year. Num Num a habit changing program that uses psychology to teach you how your mind works. You can understand why you make the decisions. You make little degenerates. Noone can be used for any goal that you have established for yourself okay. Hey if you want to eat better if you want to feel better and have more energy self care feeling confident literally. Whatever your goal is yet neum helps you have healthier habits and put them in place. Neum is based in psychology. Okay neum teaches. You Y you do the things you do and empowers you with the right tools to break the bad habits and replace them with better ones. Over eighty percent of numerous finish the program and over sixty percent have stuck with their goals for at least one year. If you guys are interested you are going to go to NEUM DOT COM slash. Daddy and isn't Nancy was an orgasm? Oh as an orgasm Amazon moaning num num dot com slash. Daddy okay. A boy wrote in boy boy boy he said hey hard to write this but I have a question. When I was a kid I used to ride steers. I don't really know what that means either and got stepped on and ended up losing a testicle. I've always been self conscious and try to always leave. Girl satisfied studied Kama Sutra. But I want your opinion. Do I need to get over myself? Consciousness or am I justified. We so he's missing a ball but he can still come and everything yeah. I think that's great. I think we really think give a shit. I don't give a shit at all because half the girls don't even like look at the balls or balls the balls or do anything with the balls. Yes and have you ever hooked up with a guy that only on one? No I haven't but I really don't give a shit but I really want to know but I don't think girls give a shit at all if I were you. I think that could almost be like one of your lines that you use on your date or something like I'm not kidding. That is it's a classic not defense mechanism but that insecure about things. If you're the first one to throw the joke then you own it and it's yours and no one can feel uncomfortable when she goes down on you and it's not this like unsaid thing. I ever you look. We always say fake it till you make it like. That's not something to be embarrassed. What Alex I totally think you're you have a point. Right has first of all if a guy has something going on? I would rather he tell me the beginning than when I'm about to put his dictum scary and also if you're like is there is there. Am I missing a ball where I was going on? Yeah and also if you bring it up and you are a funny about it and be confident about great because it's one thing if you're like my Dick doesn't work right so just have to go without sex more. Oh I never. Jackie like it's like okay. There's one less great girls don't care that's perfect now. She can put the whole thing in her mouth and it will be easy K. Great here we go. Okay this is going to be really quick. I just need to address it. K- we have talked about high waisted the keys men don't like them disgusting and girls have gotten really upset so they set me death threat and in their little fucking ugly high waisted Bikini. I'm like I can see why you want to give me a death. Threat is good. God Guy What you're wearing right this question so the high waisted bikinis an pants thing. Does it apply to underwear. I was hooking up with this guy for awhile who thought high waisted underwear was absolutely the hottest thing that might have just been a him thing though because he also liked looking out of windows during sex. Hey is that a thing I'd love your input also loved the show. Hashtag daddy game. I think we can get rid of the windows thing I've never heard of. I think we just ignore the window. Throwing me author like. I've never had a guy that's like no. I can't talk industry white. He's like I do windows not accessible. I gotTA shift. I LOST HER PHOBIA. Does he had our just look just like there needs to be window case. He's the NAG's it like. I don't well just forget that. Okay the high waisted thing though. Okay I was sitting next to suit me on when I was reading this. I have a guy right next to me. I'M GONNA fucking send this question. His Way. I asked about the high waisted Bikini because I just needed confirmation right. He said they're disgusting. Gusting. I brought up the high waisted pans which I wear regularly right. He said discuss sure you're like I like look down and I'm wearing pants up to my tits and I was like. Why didn't you ever bring not one? Oh so touchy like. And it's so sad because those are the moments where you're like. Oh wow like e so happy. I'm bringing this up because he's been trying to tell me not to wear pants and he's like thank. "Something's different in this room. I couldn't pinpoint it. I touched Alex. And I'm like I just got to Sudan's I think his bedroom just looks a little off in hindsight guys. His bedroom was exactly the same bedroom. Everything's perfect. Maybe you know he moved just sock drawer to another. But I'm just trying to point out that like that was just me and my head and my crazy neurosis because I am anaerobic person with trust issues like his room was the same the same but I just how to moment where I freaked out right. You know absolutely so I brought it up to him that I mean. That's just another story for another day. He's probably GonNa leave me fucking any moment like your caused thinking. I'm cheating even when I'm sitting here. You're like take that blanket off of your lap. Is there a girl under their sucking? You're you're out of right right right so I text Alex though and I say Alex I just go to suit me on and I went into his room. I just think it looks different and tell me I'm being crazy and Alex responds and I'm thinking you know she's going to like tell me superior crazy stop and she goes yacht. I'm sorry but I think it is kind of weird like if you feel vibe in. That room is a little shifted than I bet. It's fucking shifted people. Don't get what we're CEO. I'm laughing because the only reason Alex answered that way because she's fucking crazy too. Because while sue feel was in any heat of the moment feeling paranoid trust issue levels being like. Hey Al Hey big. I'm feeling a little insecure. I was dealing with it on my own end so in. Sofia texted me. I'm like absolutely disgusting because listen to this. I said you absolutely have every right to shift in that room. Also look at this picture of the Salmon Joe Still No. Alex does respond saying actually. I think it is weird. And then she sends me a picture of Sammons and like hey girl you cook in the night he she going to tell me. The Corona Virus fucking shred by salmon and not. I'm like what opening the Canadian is back in full force got and the Canadian and I were very on and off some weeks. We don't speak the next week. It's like marriage the Canadian I are back on and the Canadian is being all like. Oh my God I'm coming to the East Coast soon like this is amazing like joking that he wants to come meet. My family like lots is happening. He sends me a picture of Salmon. And I look at the plate of Salmon and there was too much fucking salmon on the plate for it to be for one person and he said he was cooking for who for who for said he was alone and he said he was cooking for who else so. I sent it to Sophia and I said and I just kept it. Vague does this way of Salmon. Look like it would be for one person. S to which she said No. I said he's meal prepping. I said has I was really for second. And it'd be like be the voice of reason. Alex cannot I said. Is He meal. Prep I said Canadian does not meal. Prep Bath pointy. I looked at the Salmon. I did a fullest. Look around and I was like even if you were starving. There are two pieces there. That are just fucking extra or just. I don't care if you have the munchies. I don't care what was doing too much. Salmon Salmon overflow overflow and sorry. There have been a girl with and the thing is is. You guys are like you bitches are so crazy and yes yes. We are justifiably. Yeah no guys salmon. It wasn't suit me on your own being different. It was more trust issues that are carrying over for impasse relationships into the and we were just annoyed yet for no fucking reason. I literally like Superman. Go ahead rearrange your entire fucking apartment. Because I'm out I didn't. We had an argument. He was like I feel bad for you that you literally your issues. Are this bad guys down and I was like are we to. I'm going to therapy. Will you already go? I already go when you bring up. Yes sessions stitch fix guys. We want you to look amazing when you go on your dates. Men and women. You don't WanNa be showing up in fucking Khakis. We don't want you showing up with the pirate boots women. No it's just not a good look okay..
"fun d." Discussed on Call Her Daddy
"To you. Call Him Daddy. Do I call her Daddy Hall her Daddy. Hello Hello Hello Hello Daddy. Gang Talk Guten Tall Dunk God. It is the author's back at it again for another episode of Call Her Daddy Daddy Alex Sophia. Back at it again. So how are you guys doing today? Good Okay Great. Let's move on. You guys can definitely answered that okay. So today we're feelings spicy. Were feeling hot. We're feeling sexual healing extremely hot. 'cause I thought this was just like a cute little like Kinda jacket but also but it's actually a jacket and it's scorching in the studio. But she doesn't have anything under the jacket right. See like the sweat coming down her chin and linked dropping into her up. Y'All so guys. Where do we begin this week? Well Alex I think that we should give them update update. Yeah because we had a scary weekend. But I guess Alex's kind of been sledding around Oh in the best way possible tell us well. Recently I was laying in my bed one night and I was on instagram and I was thinking about how you know. I'm on dating APPs right but for some reason as of recent like I haven't really used instagram. Dick totally and I realized that so stupid right. Instagram a second form of a dating APP. And we've told the daddy getting that. So why am I not taking my own advice? Yeah so one night. When I was high in the cloud I start. I feel like a lot of things happening. When you're loaning your room. They do like every morning. Alex Dude I got so high last night and like these are my ideas to write them down. Okay so what I started doing is I started d. M. Ing a bunch of dude some with blue checkmark with not equal opportunity. Absolutely you call opportunity. And what happened? Is they started to answer? Oh what an idea right and so they started to answer me and I was just shocked because I holy Fuck. That was pretty. Easy was so easy probably easier than the whole dating. Yeah and in for a little bit I was like. Oh my God. What am I going to say what do I slide in with? But once I started getting on a roll I was just copy and pasting my tied in what was the slightest. I'm not going to tell you. I want to give it a second because anyone out there that I'm sitting in their DM right just like one right but anyways so I started jamming these guys and this is not to flex its more sort of give the daddy gang information like a decent amount of blue check. Marks were answering. Oh Shit and nobody was one of those moments where I was saying there. I remember texting you being like. Why the fuck haven't we been doing this? I can attest it Abbey. I have never right. Went into a guys decline. Neither have I so high. I've slated on dating I was but I've never slowed in the DM so guys so I started sliding in and talking to to specifically new guys that I'm pretty excited about and I'm very excited about because guess what not athlete. Oh thing guy shocker. So I guess girls. It's not just like hello it's twenty twenty grill slide the fucking yeah just a reminder. Everyone go right in there okay. That's not what we want to talk about. No that's like the beginning of it. Yes if anyone follow us on instagram. You should Sophia Franklin Franklin with Alex Cooper Cooper with more Sophia. Yes but also fall so anyways so if you guys saw this weekend it looked like we were in the fucking know where which were yes. So one of the guys that I've been talking to is is an athlete on his mic. No no no no. He is an art dealer yes. Alex has been diversifying that portfolio. And so he's in successful art dealer. He created this APP and he wrote a book. And just like Whoa. I don't even know what to do. I know I'm like I don't know I've sex. Podcast like nobody that's cool. It's it's not to stereotype. Athletes like Magin like you can have conversations with them so yeah yeah and now ya conversation. So he's extremely intelligent so anyway so we've been going on a few dates. The first day we actually went on he like gave me his book. And I'm like Jesus Christ. This is a different one off. Turn on or turn off. It was hot. It was hot being really so I was just. I think I don't even know how it really came about. But I was talking about how Sophia and I like never get out of the city together and the art dealer has a other house in upstate New York and he was like oh well. No one's using the house would you and so if you could go to my house right and I was like that. Sounds so cool like totally. Get Out of the city like venture forward so I threw the idea out to sophia obsolete. Let's do it. Yeah so we started the weekend by going to rent a car and guys we live in New York City so Sophian. I rarely ever drive so we had to decide who's going to drive and I regret it to this moment. I let Sophia dry of this thing is. I'm a good driver. Not Yes I am. I driven ignore. And how long Russ so Sophia get behind the wheel? Three minutes in we almost hit twelve months so is swerving gliding until lanes and I see. This is she's drama. Don't listen to you didn't even check your rear view mirror anyways safety and so fast their league efficiently. We get the okay. Yeah so we drive up there we get to the house. The house was dope. It has all these windows and it's cool and yes living. It was cool. So let's explain the how okay this is not a regular house now. I think we need to establish to get to the house. We had to kind of like off road a little bit. Swerving windings road. Miami's it was just a little creepy looking. There was a abandoned house. Shed and like fuck in water tower on the way there yet to get to the House. It was a journey. I didn't feel like we had possible. Ization it was a journey through the Blair witch project movie. Legit looks like which he hadn't warned us about like. Oh what's going on? We finally get there. We drive up to the house. It looks beautiful. We're like Oh my God. This is exciting for us and our retreat. So we got in the house and it's set up very differently than a normal house. Though for example there are multiple levels. Yeah but on the different levels you can look down onto the level below. There's like balconies attached to room. Yes there are windows that look into other room. There was a I think this was maybe the most interesting there was a Jacuzzi. And I'm using quotation marks because they ended up being a bathtub that was located on top of the master bedroom that you could access to a spiral staircase and with the Jacuzzi. It was on kind of like a balcony that you can look down in in the bedroom. Yes and then you can go down the spiral staircase and from the master bedroom. You can enter a library which is down into the art gallery. It reminded me of the winchester mystery how I have no idea what that is because you know what. That is scary terrify. Why would I ever knowing that I do talk about what it is quickly? And then get scared. I know it's this house. It's located in California. I think northern California okay bill so long ago by this crazy woman her husband like invented the rifle and killed like an insane amount of need of Americans and so she was paranoid that they were going to be like spirits coming after her because her husband did that she built this house. Winchester Mystery House. You can go visit it. We should but thank you. We're going to actually never bird. Alex is getting nervous. There are stairways that just lead to a wall. There are like there are stairways. That will just lead to like a room that goes into a room their doors that open to a wall. That's fucking tear construction workers building. It had to carry a map with them so they wouldn't get lost in like it's kind of like where we were saying. So guys winchester missed so anyways but basically we got to the House and in the daytime. It was super cool. I feel so confident and strong during the day I was like I've got I've got. This is fun. Yeah even me. I was like this then. Come night. Time nightfall nightfall. I go into my room Alex's in her room and then I yell out. I'm like Alex. Are you scared and Alex? All of the sudden fucking shows up my ru. I was sitting in my room guys like I want her to know I'm scared. And if I verbalize them scared then all of a sudden it's real. I'm sitting in my room and it's time to go to bed and I'm freaking the fuck out and I just knew there's no fucking by myself done. We have a sleepover and I just want to point out that the door to the master bedroom that we were staying in had a bolt on us on top of just irregular lock. Yeah and I don't want to like justify our paranoia but why why is there? A shy built a bedroom door so we left early. We left early and we booked at home and I'm ashamed but also not because I saved our lives that day when I decided that we should go home because I know something about and then we barely made it home and Sophia decided to go up and exit ramp. We basically almost crashed and burned and died in there. That's not fair. I A little rusty. I don't drive yet. Also not fair to put the passenger in harm's way like you did so I got us back to the rental place. In one piece way got back to the city we went home and then Sophia ventured off to suit man's appearance and the terror continue the terror continues and not in the way that you guys think in a different way. We didn't have service while we were up there right. I'm sure that added to why we were scared at China absolutely. I'm a go ahead and say that was justify agree anyways. We didn't have service so I barely spoke to suit man while I was there and before I left for the trip he was in. La is already an issue not in a scary way but in a scary way because the girls in La are so hot. Right are all trying to suck his dick on sale happening. But that's just I come up with him. I I write so I hadn't seen suit Ganim forever and we haven't been talking as regularly right so I came home and I had anxiety and I was like. Why are you have anxiety about that right? He couldn't get a hold of you. Went on the trip right. But I think it's because in the past when my boyfriend's have gone mia. It's because they've been balls deep in another girl's pussy cheating on me so sad so or they like there'd be a little too much d. m. t. and maybe tried heroin and they like would go into a coma for a few day. I and like all well probably cheating too. Yes in that coma. Yes right so so naturally. Well you're the one that goes Ma. You still feel uncomfortable about Kazym. Mia what are they doing while mis because my trust is shoes. I don't I'm high not been resolved right yet and it's not fair. No no so I got to suit man and I was already having a little bit of anxiety. Nothing to do with him. Only two of my trust issue. I walk into the bedroom and I'm like something's different..
