Do Five Year Olds Know Who They Are?

"So let's play the opening of this video. Well, we will, when we can. And I can act it out. You probably could actually. I want people to understand what you were asking people to sign that a 5 year old be allowed to do this against the will of the parents. I'm not talking about putting on a dress, okay? I'm not talking about putting on some makeup. I specifically said you're going to go through hormone therapy and then surgery. And then, you know, when people were signing, I was so incredulous that I even sent a couple of times, did I mention that she's 5 years old? Oh yeah, I don't know. And they would go in and say, oh, she knows who she is. She should have the right to make these kind of choice that age. She has exactly what she's doing at 5 years old. I'm not sure I wasn't throwing my feces around at 5 years old. I think I might have been doing that.

Spencer Levine on Making His First Cut in Nearly Five Years at the Shriners Children's Open

"We can get into a bunch of shit because you're not on social media, but like the people love you. I've told you this before. Especially especially we'll get to the happy Gilmore putting scenario at some point 'cause obviously you came in hot, you said you win your old man's garage and you saw this thing and it was dialed or whatever, but first of all, man. Like the Monday queue or whatever, like I saw that and I texted you once I saw you were in or whatever because I know how that shit can go. You can end up in a playoff out of nowhere, but what were the emotions going through? When was the last tour event you played? What were the emotions going through just getting into the Monday queue? I think last time I was in Vegas, you maybe made it to Vegas that time. A couple of years ago, but how are you feeling? Yeah, that was the last tour event I played due to a couple of years ago in Vegas. So yeah, it was nice, man. I went in there, you know, this Monday with not a whole lot of expectations. I mean, I've been playing well at home, but hadn't been planning a competition, but yeah, I just had a good day, dude. I hit it well, and was able to make a few putts and that course is, you know, one of those courses where, you know, you see the scores are pretty damn low. So if you're driving it good there, just kind of like at the actual tournament course, you're gonna have a lot of scoring opportunities. So I drove it really good in the Monday and then I shot a low score and made some putts and I was waiting around. I was in the morning, so like you said, I kind of figured I'd be in a playoff and then it kind of felt like a bonus not to have to play off, so. Honestly, dude, I just felt I was just happy bro I was just happy to be in a tournament. I had a lot of my buddies came out. My dad came out to watch the tournament, so it was just a fun week, man. It felt like the old days it really did. It was a good time. The whole week. I couldn't ask for much more. It was great.

"It's your tax dollars. President Joe Biden now once 6.4 billion of your tax dollars bring 95,000 Afghans, the United States of America for permanent resettlement. Now. Sounds like a great plan. Right? Can't be against that. You've got to go along with it right? Can't definitely can't go against that at all. No, sir. That is not something you can go against. Got to be in favor of it can ask questions. If you do, you're on American. You're the worst person in the world. You're evil. Responsive Satan. Now, If you do, ask them questions one of the questions you might ask. But remember, if you ask this question your evil Hey, um, Have you got all the Americans out yet Before you guys are planning 95,000 more people come to this country. Like, Have we gotten all the Americans out? Just curious. No, We haven't. Okay. Have we gotten all the American assets out yet? No. Okay, we have it. Um, who's gonna pick the 95? 1000 Afghans that are going to come to this country as refugees that is like who's in charge of that. Is that going to be the Taliban? I guess is the Taliban going to be the ones that pick and choose which ones? Are good enough to come into this country and which ones aren't good enough Curious. How does that work? Can someone explain that to me? Those are just some of the basic questions that we might want to ask. These aren't These aren't trick questions. These are just very basic questions. These might be the questions you would really want to ask. No one asked those if you do. You're the worst person in the world. So let me go back to their before we get even any of the other stuff I just mentioned. Let's go back to the basics for just a second. Do you want this amount of money if your tax hours spent 6.4 billion American taxpayer money to bring them here now, the dollar amount that's not associate with this. Is how much money is going to cost us. Once we get them here, all right. It's a lot just so you know. The federal government says that refugee resettlement costs American taxpayers nearly nine billion every five years. Break that down each refugee cost taxpayers about 133,000 over the course of their lifetime. Within five years. An estimated 16% of all refugees admitted will need housing assistance. Food stamps, everything else that's paid for by you. Now we also give them money when they get here, right? When we bring Afghans. To the U. S. They said a number of years military bases that costs money they received $1250.01 time payments. Then we put them in all of our government systems that we have. I mean, we put them in everything. That's what we do. We put them in all of the things that we can that costs money. Now, of course, we say we have to do this. We have no choice. But to do this. It's important to do this and the main reason why is Because they have to have some place to live right? They have to have a safety net under them, and we're going to give that safety in that forever. But you look at the initial payment. And the initial payment 6.4 billion. Then it's not a nine billion every five years. 133,000 over the course of the lifetime of each refugee that we bring into this country is what we're being told, if you believe their numbers. And the other question is Why are we even planning on this? Why are they even advocating for this? Why are they even pushing for this right now? When we still have Americans left behind? We were getting them out one by one because Congressman And senators are doing amazing work at getting out their own citizens from their own districts. Their around the clock spending countless government hours right here tanks hours trying to get one person out. And then this person and that person these are all American citizens. They can't even get out. And then the White House comes out like totally out of touch. I completely clueless. With reality. Totally clueless. Detached from what is actually happening on the ground and they come out and I go. Well, we're gonna We got to resettle a bunch of people here. Wait. What? I'm sorry. We have to resettle who We have to resettle what we have to resettle. I went. Why are we resettling? What are we resettling? We still have Americans were trying to get out. What are you talking about? Make.

95,000 nine billion $1250.01 White House 1000 133,000 President Joe Biden Taliban 95 6.4 billion five years United States of America about 133,000 one person 95,000 more people 16% each refugee one of every five years nine billion every five years

Well, I'm down. 30% was too late. Then they can't change up the game at that time just doesn't work that way And again, they have to ask themselves. Your friends have to ask themselves. Why did they save this? Whatever $4 million that they had it so that they can use it to enhance their lifestyle now for as long as they live, maybe enhanced their family's lifestyle now and maybe passing money to the beneficiaries at the end as well. So they save their money to be able to use it if they are subjecting the assets to that type of volatility, which guaranteed that guy has 45% or higher risk in his portfolio. If they're subjecting that that means on a formula portfolio, they got a plan to lose between 1.8 and $2 Million If the market has another 2001 to 78 2009. It's funny because people say, Oh, that won't happen again, like Are you crazy? It's going to happen again. Multiple times. You look at since 1929. The stock market goes down on average every five years. Is on an average it loses about 39%. So let's just round it up to 40%. That means every five years that guy has to get ready to lose about $1.6 Million. How can you design an income plan that has any chance of success thinking that we have to make base it on mathematics of losing almost 40% every five years? You can't do it, Dan. But again, he's a good friend of mine. And I don't want to believe her The You know the point at dinner. But he doesn't understand it, and it's their money. But if you're listening, you need to understand this right. You need to have a risk analysis done in your portfolio. Not somebody saying you're going to be okay. Right? That's not good enough. There are firms that actually take your portfolio will tell you how much you're likely to lose in a market downturn. Don't you think That's something you should know?.

But then if you forget to renew it, then you lose it. So we help people with that to a lot of times like they just forget that they have to do that every five years so we could get it back for you. But it's easier kind of just calendar and remember it, um Also when you get a fictitious name, you've got an advertisement in the newspaper, which is super weird, But you do. Um There's legal reasons for that happen. Nobody cares. Um, you have to advertise it. I have it back. You actually do, because I mean, the whole idea between fictitious name is is like basically, um, so somebody could find you, if you wrong them that they have advertised advertising, like kind of put them out in the world because, like, say, you own a trucking company or something, And then you keep changing the name of it. You get in an accident that you change the name and then nobody can find you again like that's why you have to have a fictitious name just to keep people from just opening up all these names and then they can't Somebody can't find you. If you do something wrong, which again? You're like, who would do that? But, um, it happens a lot with crime tractors. I've had like pool companies do it. It tends to happen a lot with contractors. They will open a fictitious name and then just kind of like change. Switch the business to another business. Um, it's I mean, it's to try to save the consumer, which did you think about it like that? It makes a whole lot of sense. But that's why you advertise it. Kind of like to make a paper trail to help show who owns each name so that somebody could come find you. If they have to got it got it That does that. That does make sense because you can kind of just play a shell game there where you just change the name over and over again, and then people will eventually Give up. So if if you have to renew this now, you said, if you're if you're renewing for your business, it's once every year for a fictitious name is once every five years. Is this something where it's just on you to remember it? Do you get some sort of a warning or a reminder? Kind of what I need to renew my tat like if if the city didn't didn't send me a letter saying, Hey, it's time to renew your tags. I never would. I would be getting tickets left and right. You know, nobody reminds you ever. So that's why so many people forget, um, when we had When we offer our business clients something we keep a huge spreadsheet and then, like we hound you every month until it gets done. Um And then, if you know, we still I mean, we're always here, But like I said, you are lying to get on a spreadsheet, but otherwise, no, there's no remembrance, especially with the fictitious name. It's kind of it's pretty easy to lose track of something After five years of year, three or four. You're not even thinking about it. So yeah, it's on you to remember. Wow, I would forget immediately. I would I would that would not work out. Well, for me. She is Jennifer angler from the Orlando Law Group. You have a question for Jennifer. Any legal questions? Well, we'll talk about business licenses to that's a good point with a lot of people forget that that this is basically establishing your entity like going to sun bids and making a business. This is just like kind of getting the name basically and saying who owns that? Got it. Okay. Yeah. So you're okay. Got that? So? Yeah, you You said about a month or so right that people should take in order to do it. Yeah, I like it because it's just so much slower now and, um so, yes. You need to go get a bank account because yes, That's the kind of thing like would be good to get a business bank account. They want to see that you're on SUNBIZ. So it didn't used to be a big deal. And now it is, But yeah, there's somebody who you're going to get a customer tomorrow. You're going to buy property in a week like you're pretty much too late now. Almost, unfortunately, But we've got a way to do it. It used to be real quick. Um, but, yeah, If you're planning on a business, you should be planning about a month ahead. If you're going to need a bank account, or that made official name for any reason, but bank accounts, usually the biggest one. Okay. Okay. That definitely makes sense. "Especially they come here by service advisor are insane and some of the I mean some of your YouTube a couple of years off I don't know, then you came back, where was it? Cuz it injury and also, like, do you recommend sometimes people taking time off? No, not at all. I mean, so I took a year off or push myself biting. It wasn't my choice at all. It was just something that happened. I was in a situation where, unless you tested positive for banned substances. So I had to go to a litigation to cancel my name, Gary things figured out or whatever, and it's a 16 months for that being to play out in the, hey, you know what you're interested, you're good to go, get back to fighting, but never was informed. I would like to choose to do, or want to do as I get older. Like, yeah, I mean, the time off is definitely not necessary. I mean, even the bike is Jeff nailed and that was literally going. I won't specify what it was, but let me go and check with broken bones. Like I was just like, I'm, I'm here, I'm going to fight like I'm going to get this thing done one way or the other, and this broken bone is not going to stop be so and now that wage It's or another device pass me. Now that I'm like Brian was sitting on a wind and I'm able to enjoy the first of all later, so to speak. That's the time that definitely take a few weeks, a few months off, whatever it is that the injury he'll get right back to it. I mean, some of the guys you beat like, you beat, Johnny Hendricks, you beat Carlos Condit, you meet Robbie Lawler. I mean, these are all these Hall of Famers home. You could have, you might be a Hall of Famer, you know, that, right. Let me sweet man. I mean like it's kind of cool cuz I go out there and I do it day-by-day fight and at the end of the day when this page, all said and done, you get put out there some of the greatest as all of their freedom and I'll be an honor to be up there. I mean, you think you might better when you're the underdog. This seems like everything 100% off. It's kind of funny cuz I remember like, one of my teammates also. However, he was joking about this but I remember we were I remember what the hell, the conversation started, but we're sitting here, we're talking about. I was telling all the fights that log. I wonder I was always picked not the way they go. Somewhere, like, came in, I went to spice, it injuries. I'm like a 5 to 100, dog and this, and that, and I always come out and I win those fights and he looks to me with a straight face and says, yeah, we lose every five years supposed to win and I'm just like, that's true..

"What if they separate rights realm good question you know maybe it is maybe everyone when they die they go to the nether realm because another room seems to snap enough people not entirely sure though they have their own leadership and they seem like they want to take over earth realm too. So what the fox data those jackie. I would say you're not wrong. Not wrong at all. This is entirely. What mortal combat is is doing. But why that's the question. I'm looking at it. From the perspective of a movie producer. And i'm trying to it to this certain demographic and being part of that demographic i need fucking have any idea about all this nonsense when i was fired up mortal combat the genesis. Were your zip at the fuck down to spare parts and just make it into a simple cow taking to talk about this what. I don't understand four movies in and all of them want to bring up this shit and it's this just shut up just to the tournament and they won't. Yes exactly. i agree yeah. That's it also. I this knowledge that i never wanted to have but now have turns out. There's fuck there's eight realms so we got earth realm out world okay nether realm. We've got denia which makes sense because we learn about that in mortal kombat annihilation. It's like a throwaway line. 'cause because the prince queen whatever then there's chaos realm yeah sake is were voice realm. I who who can sign john. This is like a peaceful realm. It was like a earth realm type thing until show took it over as for chaos realm i again. I've watched way too much preparation for this. And i've never heard that mentioned a single time so you let me tell you. Let me tell you about order. Realm which i guess that's chaos realms boring cousin heaven heaven which you may have heard of and then something called just ashtec. Don't know what that is doesn't even have roman the name not interested. I thought that was part of our world because then the later games the kotal kahn is. He's an ashtec person but he's just an outward version that we're avid wicky. Says i don't give a fuck about any of this to be honest but okay what we were talking about. How essentially the idea of mortal combat should be simple. But somehow they have to complicate it also. I love how the games immediately wrote themselves into a corner because instead of saying that this tournament has to happen every year or every five years. Or maybe that every decade to be consistent and have characters who can easily move from sequel to sequel to sequel forever. They decided to have a fifty year window. Which that kinda fucks you up. And that's where the story gets real weird real quick but that brings us to mortal kombat annihilation with happens. Two years later is a direct sequel. As in it picks up zac lee where the original mortal kombat film leaves off but and keep in mind mortal combat one thousand nine hundred pretty low budget. Film mortal.

"Would give you thirty thousand dollars per year to spend ecorse. You need to adjust for inflation over time. Maybe every five years take out a little bit more but that should be offset by the investments. You should be earning eight to ten percent every year. Now that's not gonna happen every year but over the average life of the market should get eight to ten percent. And you only take in half out so you should always have. Your principal should always stay intact. That's the theory on the fire movement. Ecorse the younger you are the more you have to say because you're gonna be living retirement not working for a longer period of time. Now this is a two step thing were they say one year working in saving all this money you re eliminating your expenses and you live in as frugally as possible for once you retire. You gotta continue live in the same way. So what are you willing to give up. Are you willing to give up that dream home. Your dream car may be having children and having a family so all those things got to become into consideration when you're thinking about the retire early and fire moment. I'm all for the financial independence. Everybody should work towards that but to retire early. I'm not one hundred percent. And i gave you some reasons here on assuming that you're twenty something mid twenties. Maybe even thirties. And you're trying to work towards an early retirement for whatever reasons maybe you don't like your career path may be. Don't like where you're working whatever it is doesn't matter so you're you're thinking if i can save as much money as possible. I can retire early. And i can get allies. Maybe you just don't like working for somebody else. I don't know by doing that. If you're twenty something you probably just got out of college you got you have.

You find the expensive option and then you go find the cheaper one that we can. All of that is certainly true. So i am all for that. I see the couch. I like pottery barn. Yes you did yes you do. You do that with shoes shoes. You really like. You're good at that. Bake him mommy i do. I have expensive tastes but not an expensive budget to back it up. They don't give themselves wrong to grow or to see something from a different light to change. They kind of locked themselves until boxes. A this is what it is how it is. Don't try to change me. What they saw the realizes that change is always taking place. Whether it's intentional by default so you will never be zach same person every year or every three years for every five years or every ten years like you will change so you have to give yourself room to be able to grow. It really is a process. It's not a ten step process as you do these several things and everything's going to magically change. It really is a process but the more intentional you become about the way you live the wave thinking a what you say. The more you have an opportunity to against to accelerate the process of personal growth. I think that's hilarious about us. As just as a culture like we we think is going to be five steps. "90. Richard, You were on the air. How may I help? Yes, sir. This may be out of your area, but we would buy a new car every about every five years, and we don't All we do is change the oil and you think we're better off getting a police car or not? Generally, the accountants that I talked with Would suggest you're not better getting awfully Scott least because you don't get you don't own it. So at the end of the lease, you have no value on because you keep it for five years. Uh, if I were you and you can afford it, you pay cash for the vehicle, So you're not paying interest on something that you know is declining and value. And because to your point automobiles are so much more dependable now than they were 30 40 50 years ago. They have a long life and yes, you'll sell it for a lot less, and you bought it for But you will have something at the at the end of the five years were for the least You have nothing. So my experience with leasing is that most people do it from or emotional reasons. Because they like to have a new car frequently, and they don't have the money to afford to buy a new car. And so they lease it. I'm not a big fan of leasing personally, would not do it, Richard Thank you. Okay. You're welcome. Thanks for calling it listening to money. Talk on news, radio,.
