"It's so strange, and like full of all without being cloying and messy. And I think she she wrote it on these little fragments as the babies slept. You write it on like receipts and stuff cost loathing. Yeah. Well, I think she has more of a sense of humor than Rachel. She. She's absolutely. I will also say defensive Rachel Cusco. And I haven't read her book in years or reread her book in years, but I feel like it also depends. Bends. Maybe a lot of it is contingent on on what one's own personal experience as a new parent ones. And I think because Rachel cuscak had a colic baby. I had a call. And so when I read her book was sort of in those moments, those very rare moments when my wonderful colic baby was actually sleeping and not crying that. I really felt finally here's a book that gets it. Whereas I think exactly like when it comes to Enron rights book, which I liked, but I just didn't I could see that. She had a totally different experience with our kids than I did. But the cost I didn't read it. When my babies were young, I read it later, maybe three or four years ago after they were you know, sort of fully hatched. So I think I didn't take any of it personally. When my children were we babies all I wanted was like extreme concise information what? Yeah, I wanted like the the contented little baby like ways to get your child asleep, essentially where the great priority to did. You have a book that, you know, you're you're right dimension. And Enwright I love that book of than that. I'm trying to think I did like the rhetoric because well, I'm trying to get books written by men about father at least of young children. I I can't honestly think of when the new fad. A few years ago. I wanted to write something about books about fatherhood, and I was looking at a bunch of them. And they're just like, I don't I don't know. Why? Written by like, you know, some pretty, you know, stabbed writers and just as I still I don't know if there's a PC, and if I can't even figure out why they're bad the way they are. They put me off. But there's nothing you Germaine Greer Katharine Whitehorn who said that this is back in the seventies that every manage change the diapers written a book, and I don't think it's even more that probably was the weight. I feel like my issues with the book that I reviewed where an entirely disconnected from some of the concerns that you had with your right? I read a book this week called Hollywood's eve by lily analytic, read Vanity Fair, and she's written through quasi profile caused by biography of the great great eve baboots who is the author of two memoirs the respectfully great one is called slow days fest company. The other one is called Eve's Hollywood. And she's written some novels the novels of great there. Okay. In this book. She loves he loves eve Babbitt so much lily Anik does that she just throws herself at her wildly. You know? Just kind of like, you know, hits our Mark. But in this. Yeah. Someone said about even this. This is in the book that every man once once in his life has a woman like you Babb, it's and then the end of the quotas usually its bads. She got around. She had conquests, you know, eve did if she wrote once wrote Joseph Heller letters that said dear Joseph Heller, the author of catch twenty two. I'm eighteen years old. I'm stacked and I'm like here waiting for you. It was like the letter. He sent she sent her. So she was kind of masculine in some ways like seducer, she she went out and got what she wanted. And what she wanted. She says many times sort of everything I mean, she's just became the deliriously talented writer about, you know, sex in food and just wanting everything in the world. I compared compared to once imprint Colette shrines you've been of modern day Colette. And anyway, the books to read is is I mentioned about her slowed as fast company and Hollywood in this new book, you know, it's just it's all over the place that has good things and bad things..
