That ability is completely missing in the national football league disciplinary system so there are some protections bill in for vander kane and i would suggest that a wife's accusation not backed up by evidence is a long way away from meeting that substantial evidence threshold. Of course this is going to be document case and of andrew. Cain is under the jurisdiction of the national hockey league. Which means you'll have to turn over his phone records. His bank records his tax returns. All of his financial records are going to be fair game for the nhl And they all they were probably already under the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy trustee.
