You know, I think any day in Chicago with pretty much a great day, but nothing better than an off day in Chicago went up to Evanston and had friends grilled some chicken and veggies and it was a very lovely time. No, not our mutual friend Brendan Healy up in Wilmette, Illinois. I was out with one of his best friends from that worked at the law firm that Brendan needs to work out. So Yeah. How about that, Susan, don't mind everybody while Susan I just talk about our mutual friends here. Uh, that's a Stanford thing there for Susan and my buddy. So it's glorious. We were thinking, like Gabe Kapler, probably shirtless, jogging along along the lake. Did you catch a glimpse of that? Maybe I did not. But I'm pretty sure that it happened. That's a great franchise, a great city and Kris Bryant was at the heart of It was the MVP that year, and he hasn't been back to Wrigley since he got traded. He got traded when they're in D. C. So this is a little reflection on. You know when you sit down with him now he hasn't. He's in a little bit of a tailspin right now. If he he's playing hurt, maybe because his numbers in September aren't as good But it I mean, Susan, it's just it's adding up that everything about this fit is good. I mean, I don't want to say it's a fate accompli that he's going to resign with the Giants, but it just seems that way doesn't and that was that the vibe you got when you wrote the story and talk to him. Yeah. I mean, he's done nothing but say the right things. Okay, that's smart. That's a smart guy Always, you know, say nice things about any any team when you're a free agent to be, But everything he said, has been so consistent from when he was acquired and talked about his longtime love for the Giants and Perry Bonds, and I wrote about wrote about in today's paper. You know, there's a lot more ties. He he played at a showcase game that, uh Okay. Catherine ran when he was a sophomore in high school. Still, that has the white giveaway glove that he said he then used throughout school. He loved Evan Longoria. You know, he talked a lot about bonds, but eval Longoria with a guy he really watched. He is just walk up music and his model glove when he was in college. So there's all that, plus his dad might. Grant worked out with Carly Jastremski during the off season when he was in the Red Sox organization with that, which that blows my mind and even more by blowing his dad working out with Ted Williams in the mornings. Sometimes. Privately when he was a Red Sox prospect, and he took those teachings and pass them along to Chris. And I, just like all these little threat, like baseball is a small community. We know that so some of it's not that crazy. But there are a lot of coincidence more a lot of really, really cool stuff with the Bryant family and Kris Bryant. So yeah, I I think he's a perfect fit for the Giants, both in terms of his skill set and its flexibility. And you know his mindset more than anything, so I certainly can see it. I would imagine the Giants are going to pursue it pretty ardently in it..

I'm aware of it. i'm not like scrolling through reading. Every single thing for sure is good. It be vicious i was looking. I follow you and i was. You're not afraid to though you know thrown opinion out there that has nothing to do with the nba. Which i which. I love and i like to see. It's very rare to be honest with you. I mean social media for me for the most part is like it's news you know. I'm like everybody house dumb. I'm waiting for for woge to to tweet out what happened with the celtics and And i'll be honest like the one great advantage of it and with society this everything. That's good great advantages. I've read a million articles. i would have never read.
