That was also spent a lotta time watching the hall of fame stuff. Which i'm sure we'll get to. That was fantastic. But that's what i wanted to get into. Because the hall of fame festivities in canton ohio this weekend or such reminder of the powerful emotional currency of nostalgia nostalgia takes you back and it opens up a box of feelings that sometimes you haven't tapped into for a while and made me question why we do hall of fame in general before we get into some of the specific speeches and who was honored out in canton. Just the idea of hall of fame. You don't have them as well. Publicize are celebrated and other industries. I'm not sure. The dentistry hall of fame could get ten thousand outside and kent ohio. Probably not but we do this for several reasons. I think you know. I was thinking about it this weekend. We do it obviously to honor those legends who have meant so much to us it's tapping into that nostalgia. The players from our childhood who gave us those memories that connected us with the game. It's important to honor them recognize them. Everyone in life wants to be seen and not just on peacock or heard on westwood. One or on sirius. Xm to eleven or on the rich eisen. All its stuff but you want to be recognized and seen and felt like you you matter and to be honored for those accomplishments when we don't see the nights in the gym we don't see the to it as we don't see the cross country flights. We don't see the missing of birthdays and family celebrations. So we honor these men who get inducted into the hall of fame and to educate. I believe a big reason why we put on these. These festivities to educate the next generation is to educate future. Football fans on who. These men were who gave their lives to entertain us on sundays on monday nights. So it's to educate the next generation and through that education. We hope to inspire future football fans to want to go out there and contribute to the game be a part of the game the the celebrations this weekend. Not solely focused on the players yet. Iconic coaches being inducted members the media people who touch and support football behind the scenes in different ways so it's to inspire not just future players but future fans and commentators and coaches. I think that that all in all the festivities this weekend they they went off fantastic here. We aren't a pandemic here. We are with the twenty twenty class. The twenty twenty one class. There is talks about these speeches. Are we going to get another ray. Lewis thirty five minutes and it's hard it's i. I remember there was an actor. I'm dear friends with and he wanted to start a workshop and he asked for people who were attending the workshop that day. They're about seventy of us. ooh to go around the room and tell your entire life story in four minutes the very powerful exercise your entire life story in four minutes who you going to acknowledge what moments of triumph do you want to highlight. Are there things in your journey that you find important for others to know that you overcame you and i are playing golf the other day and it sort of came up that i had to staff infections and bone of me in high school and screws. Put my ankle and as an intern at murder inc records. The screws popped in my ankle. And it's an ar whose name was hip hop looked at me and said oh. The intern fell. That was a moment in my life. Though i does it make my four minutes. I'm not sure. I have to figure that out during the exercise but i challenge you today. Take four minutes to tell your life.

I think the bulls will battle with charlotte and washington for the player who i expect the little improvement but my are we really badly with the nets and the bugs come on. Come on. they'll do well to make the playoffs. Got a shot. They'll do well to make the playoffs. I tend to agree. I agree with where you're coming from. I do think they have improved their team but to say that they've improved their team to be the favorite out of the east. I think that's a bit of a reach but listen you. Add the rosen. That's a bit of a coup. You know. I thought that there were some some more better landing spots or more feasible. Places that the rosen could've ended up. I was thinking if it wasn't the lakers. Once that i knew it wasn't lakers might have been the clips. So there were some some situations that could have played out very differently than him ending up in the windy city. I e has a ton of experience as an assistant under gregg popovich which is always a plus He is currently assistant for brooklyn nets. It's a loss vs on defense and actually just getting familiar with the myself. So i can't really speak too much but again bring the al horford al at plenty to say about on how he's been time working with him and he was always a consummate professional. They spend a lot of time working with him on defense when they together in philadelphia. So i'm really curious to see without horford now back in the fold how that is going to affect the celtics who admittedly were not very good. Defensive team was gone up particularly last season. I mean they really fell off a cliff. And i think that is probably a big part of the reason why both of them are on the celtics roster net again spent seven years with the spurs as an assistant so he has seen a team that reimagined that its identity several times with the same thesis. So it doesn't look like an action out some curious. Your thoughts the fact. That smart was so heavily consulted here or at least it's been reported as such suggests to me that the team is looking to make monumental changes to the core the roster alex thumbs up out a you. But i do think it indicates that at the very least marcus going to be a part of this team for next year and probably more also think that it probably ups the chances that the celtics are on. Or somebody like having foreign aid to start the two to provide additional spacing and playmaking sto- The daca hiring has me feeling That it's highly likely that the celtics opening night starters for next season are going to be marcus. Tatum and al horford I will be interested to see what this means for the bench As we mentioned before who doku is He's got some offense chops but he really has a rap as being a defensive minded coach celtics bench was not a defensive minded adventure last season. So it'll be interested to see.
