Monica knows in aerospace engineer. Yoshikawa kinda thought. I was going to have more punch to it. That's why i didn't like one of reasons. Because we're suppose teases huge reveal mariah or anything that One of one division wasn't afraid of fox by bringing in like the other pe- tro united in him. But it was hell says kind of like a we don't care about we own. Has your we want right. That's the only ones that have so if it hasn't four thing i mean okay. We hold the pictures next retailer. So we're talking about the seventies having a similar trend to the classic phantasm for blue and white uniforms. Any kind of so okay. That one i guess but she was never really part of the four in the first place lay the comics. She never really connects to them. She exists around them. Let's spectrums never part of the she was never an official four-member by any means as far as designed concern. I can see what they're seeing and that's interesting down. I haven't seen that before. So here's all the rumors to ski and mcgregor. Both remote rumored is reader Bunch of times. I seen presents the more For invisible woman. Sue storm seen emily blunt and allyson eve which i can see both of them like al better honestly. Andrew garfield has been rumored a bunch to play johnny storm. Her nathan play has been murdered. Played the thing i can see. That too is that a lot of whisper can he would also fit really good. I like new Obviously yeah keanu reeves the silver surfer which makes a lot of santa's actually to norman. Rita's wells over sir. Which i don't see that one is montana. That's omonia kiana was just like way there's dialogue mccallum our sense terry crews ben grimm which is also the fantastic. Actually john seen has been grim. Have i picked eric. Who's over the two years. That catherine johnny storm i told you liam liam in handsworth is. Johnny storm should be hilarious. Have both have sourcing standardize next week. Okay mark strong as the voice of glasses and like these strong for that Kevin figgy has actually supposedly met with the mcgregor Bobby brown connery's image patel colin farrell jessica chastain in your henry. Cavill for future mc rolls. That's that's like actual like well the payout for you wanna go the four valerie. So look if they're talking four but that's like a broad spectrum of could be anything new. Yeah lozano names that are cool and in the of the was was being designed as interesting maniac. Culinary sir would be pretty cool. I think he'd kill silver surfer disliking his like somber like monotone talk almost like his Looks like he's just had massive tragedy in his life which he hasn't. But you know what i mean i i know he kinda has best for me is more than any normal person. I must say that. Not the current one. The one before this the kremlin stole live. Orleans married his girlfriend now the lady before the crime lady. That's on the died. Yeah will you go channel that inter inter sadness. I mean lawrence planet. I would love to see some silver surfer. Mcu sure really would And james gunn said that twenty twenty one is of going to be really difficult to get guardians rabbit. Twenty twenty one. I think is that what twenty what it is Currently guardians is listed for Two hundred twenty three twenty. Three's he said is going to be really hard pressed to get a hundred. Which yeah i mean. He's also said he africa's gardens three might go straight the tv stuff with me. It sound like that means because he's really high on working with john cena which i mean. That could see that being cole will do that. Green lantern show coming out. I macs zero masters missio night actually which they did cast the guy gardner character. Yeah i heard that interesting. They're saying he's the one of the names. But because the group who knows like cop. Drama weiss like eight of them koor ought wait and see household Other people to be runner. He's always been a camera. Inter fan dagger I love beggar. He's also has to be a certain kind of person to play the character right. We'll see ya. That's that'll be. that'd be interesting thing. I can deliver the bravado. The needs to be you know to be gardener. Because he'd lands a particular way also to do but he ad- guises a he's a special kind of shine as far as the movie list or whatever like when we were mentioned. "At minimum top furry. I'd probably first or second so let us to say who you. You'll piece kind of way. You have lebron. The minimum. An all time i so. I think that you can make a very very strong case for lebron for repair the moment. Obviously we've paid eighteen. Well i think the entertains paid eighteen games. I think the lakers have got the best record in the west and best record in the league lebron. He's not averaging as many assists. Well as long as you said. That's because of the introduction of dennis schroder. So he's he's going to what he usually averages points down a little bit from the usual still in great status. And i think the one thing you could have in full this season is he has had a few fourth quarter performance. His he's been about underwhelming. But then you say that cavs game in the lowest twenty three of these points. Were in the fourth quarter. Going some way to i when i was looking at this listed a few of the candidates would put forward for this thing. I think embiid you could make a very strong careful. Because they're i in the he's averaging about twenty seven eleven twenty eight and twelve and i think he's playing very well in the space of the plan very well and co is another one you could. You could argue for. I think he's been playing really well. As i said the statses pop four is also doing it. He's known as a two way player. He's doing it on the as well he's actually third. Instills reminds to interest in pay. I find client owed janon. Opie was my most improved plastic. Just putting out. And larry junior is currently lead in it which he's very interested in a little bit better and they apply as ours oil. The essa corps. You got paid. I think you have to janet in there. But i don't think i don't think i put him out with the rest period because the bucks a little bit under what they usually do it. He's steady under so because he's wanted toss already. They're not going to give it to him. Katie's.

"And never had negative thoughts about their and I was younger because it never came up with my son being diagnosed with autism He was diagnosed it too and I suppress the filming of the hat about that. Dad Die before that and I suppressed those feelings. Everything just hit me once. It was like a low point where every night I'm crying. I'm just sitting in the dark. Just contemplating mixed up so my life so at that point said to myself. I really need to talk to somebody and ask be percussion so truth be told my question is why is there every so taboo in the black community especially SPLC man? Yeah I I you know. We had these weird Draconian out of date theories and thesis about what it means to be a man particularly a black man and they. Oh they don't work no more and the only we. We need more therapy than just our barber. I love my Barbara. I tell everyone I was on with. Td jakes the other day. And I said you know black men you know we all we all say we won't cheat on to people are wives in our Barbara. I love my barber. But that's not my missing your Barbour's right now. Because they are like your. Is You judge right now? This is painful for most of us but we need more than that. And I'm it's okay to talk because what happens is when when you make bad decisions it festers. It perpetuates it. Shows itself in other forms are relationships. Are the number one form in which are instability and unhealthiness mentally shows. And so it's nothing to be ashamed of. And that's why I wrote I mean I- anxiety is a black man. Superpowers what I called it. Because I want people to believe that you can fly with this you can you can grab you can use it to propel you into greatness and There's a there are a lot of pressures. I mean there are a lot of pressures on us all but in particularly black men and if you look at the case of Ahmad Aubrey and you get a black man who was jogging and he went into a house. Now this is something that me and my wife do at something that white folk do all the time you know. It's just going to look at at a home and then going away. But there's a certain element of this country that does not give black folk particularly black men. The benefit of their humanity in so those two individuals saw Ahmad Aubrey as being less than human. And My fear is that my son stokely who's named after stokely Carmichael. I don't want him to grow up in a world. Where at any particular time whether or not it's a law enforcement officer or somebody ride on the back of the truck or somebody who who wants to relive the images and tragedies of immaterial. I want my son to be able to grow up and be free and be able to determine his own destiny. I that's all I'm asking for but right now that's tough and that helps create the these issues. We have with mental health as well. Yeah because what you're talking about is like the weight of society and Society's perceptions of you along with the everyday issues that we deal with as human beings and then as men you being providers you being father's your being the head of households. I mean it's a weight that are question asker. Jonathan was talking about the feelings he had about his father passing away and not truly grieving about that but also being a father himself and contending with some of the the issue of having an autistic son talking to someone outside of those who know you and love you what I'm hearing from you is like it's a necessity it's a must have and to Jonathan. I don't I hope he's listening. You know we never know what others are going through. Remember the song. I don't want to do eighty s and so we kind of have to escape that like we have to be willing to talk to people Last year was the most difficult time of my life It's some it's actually in the afterward which is weird because I was finishing up the book when my wife on January seventh Almost blew out and died. She hemorrhaged the first thirty six hours of of my children's life their mother was in ICU. So imagine giving birth to kids and you can't you can't touch them And so it was just it was so hard and then you contending you having to face potentially not only the loss of your wife but then the loss of your babies that was the toughest part because then About two months sadie was diagnosed with billy area Tricia which is a very rare liver disease In she ended up on the first surgery failed and then she ended up on the transplant list. for ninety three days so ninety three days. You're watching your your child die and you're helpless. There's literally nothing you can do. Do you ever cry all the time. I'm very emotional. My father is very my father and I we. We both a lot I think it was. I think it's because my father seen so much From being You know from his activism. Kinda starting when he was ten in the death of Emmett till You know searching for the bodies of Goodman's Turner in Cheney being shot in the orange massacre losing so many loved ones. One of my favorite lines in the entire book is one of the lessons that my father taught me that he rose walk among us. Because I want people a Lotta people especially younger black folk. Don't get a chance to realize the heroes they have around them. They think they think that. Like they asked to be an avenger or Martin Malcolm Arosa and I'm like there's so many especially in the south you gotTa do is go to the local barber shop. I go to the corner. There's somebody there who marched with King who organized snake Essa Corps and. Try to write that in my book. And give that little boy on the Front Cover some meaning So what does therapy look like for you? Well I'm really really busy so therapy looks like I don't do enough of it. That's a emission that I make When I was younger I'm right after our diamond parents were thoughtful enough because my anxiety was pretty rough but it wasn't anything we talked about publicly but I was able to see somebody and talk to somebody and now if I need somebody have. I have an individual I can talk to. What is I can talk to. You know right now it would tell us I can tell a medicine. There's really no excuse And so I just try to make sure that I am. I'm always on top of it and never never allowing my vices to catch me. It's okay to have vices. Just don't ever allow them to catch vices like what Oh Drinking hanging out too much You know you just. Sometimes you just get distance. My wife gets on me sometimes because I'm not an arguer and sometimes she wants to argue and I'm the one who are. I know exactly what she's talking about like that with my husband and so being communicative and never shutting down Some of the things that we worked through. Thank you so much for for being so open with us and transparent and talking a little bit about my vanishing country. I'm excited for you thank you. It's a blessing.

"Before we get out of here. I wanted to talk about. How have you been able to build? sponsor relationships and advocate relationships in these mostly white spaces. 'cause you just as beautifully flee chocolate as you want to be I've been managing my career. There kind of two sides to it. There are are the career advocates. Some people call them mentors. What whatever what have you and the other people that are really close to my work? So I I of maybe worked for it. In a path I worked adjacent to them in some capacity there in the same function as me but we are in the same orbit in one way or another and leverage those people were on a direct hand to hand combat. I'll be better this job out of navigate situation. You know very tactical career advice and how to navigate organization from that perspective. The other side of my fear is about impact on on the broader organization. Outside of my job right though my passion for the and I work my passion for cultural transformation. Prophet transformation thinking about organizational strategy making the place better And I have to set of mentors or advocates for each fear the latter group aren't people that are in my function quite that have Roll that have a greater span of approximately talk me across the organization to I described that you know they're kind of two different groups how I've game it. No Oh is mostly through a similar set of ager and it is having a point of view having perspective. Having opinion every employee the everybody is there to have an idea. have an idea that I'd do something differently. And not being afraid to push and challenge or ask ask the question and that's something that I become known for that is I have built a brand for myself in the organization Chan most people no matter what the around of my career there with me. I would say probably very similar thing. Not afraid to challenge something crazy. You know. We'll tell the truth about your feelings although thing so it is that I think has kind of gotten me notice and that's important because The concept of your organization is very critical here. I work in a large DVD company. It is secret. CPG At an industry is challenged challenged than you know. It was even just a few years ago. Yes what the organization needs not more than ever is different than I know. and You understand your context. You should know what your organization needs. Ah Perspective on it. And if he were seeing someone that can help the organization to a better future it will gain you support But you have to know what missing in the plate right like I think we need different thinking or I think made a different structure. I think we need a you should have you been an organization for a while. You should have an idea on what needs to be different. Yeah and you don't you aren't paying close enough attention. Well you national enough. Yeah you're not engage. You're not president. I'll try earlier like you aren't doing it And so what you have an idea like. Oh do you think you'd be different and you are putting points on the board of your job right it will gain you earlier. You mentioned about going to dinner with one of your sponsors for me. I'm going to be honest like as much as I probably made. White people uncomfortable. They probably make means means uncomfortable. In a lot of ways I grew up in a small town. It was segregated even when I was growing up and so I've been through a lot of very overt racism growing up in a small town in Texas and I realize realized my world is very black. I created a very black world for myself and I actually in a lot of ways. Don't appreciate it because I have friends who have created a very diverse personal life impersonal personal world. And I kinda envy that like I want. That is just hours. Make a joke and say well I like to say the word nigger so. I guess. I've always been nervous that you know the personality I am boisterous and say in my personal life. I say whatever the fuck are one right which is why I have this show. This is like my space to say whatever I want and and I always feel like I have to censor myself where I struggled to connect with other cultures because because of all these preconceived notions. I haven't I know it's something I need to work on if I'm going to be successful in corporate but I'm wondering how have you developed these connections and like how have you thought differently about your approach to connecting with people who are not black lack I it hasn't been something that's been super intentional. I'm being really honest. I like you are out of work. How about airy African singer existed right? I was raised raised in a city that was predominantly black. I was educated in my public school system in that city by predominantly black educators haters so like Essa Corps. That is who I am on the weekends I hang out with wet people right so really my only interact with people at work. If I'm mcdonagh I started to find that the more that I tried to hide who I was the more than I tried to stifle the fact but I end ultra black or that my experience or my experience as a black woman really define how I show up in world every day but more about that in quiet it the more frustrated I became and when I had that you know at fit moment a couple of years ago a lot of that was about the work that I'm doing a lot of that was also personally. I decided that I was no longer going to hide who I was. I just wasn't and if you are interacting with a senior leader that you want to be your answer or want to be your mentor or something like that and they and they aren't empathetic or really seek to understand who you are the person and that's not you're right. It's it's not them even if you really wanted to be because that relationship has to be built on trust and having built on vulnerability take and I found that I just kind of what I am creating a relationship with people. I test the water to see how real I can be. If I'm having an intro somebody I might drop one personal nugget about myself and watch how they react if they react and they shared something personal about themselves or are they reacting say. Oh my God tell me more I would love to know about more about where you are how you grew up or you know if they kinda right and take the me. I'm like wait. This is my actually my person right but if they don't acknowledge it and they don't demonstrate any awareness about. Oh you know my listeners. Have the black woman being different in air or anything like that. They're not a part of my and that's okay right But there are Dr White people that can be a part of your crew right and I'll tell the story about my front basically She recently easily with organization though and it has really sad me but our relationship with your football and it started at a happy hour and as an introvert. I am not at all comfortable. I'm not as an introvert but just as the person that I am. I'm not really comfortable making small talk or enough the people and you know just chatting not gm not GM. I am a work in progress on that front before. And someone on a buddy that I found that happy hour and I'm courage for people that are not comfortable networking at happy hour. Find a buddy when you go to when you're in these environments I e that you can. That is more comfortable doing it than you are. And they can always breath the for you introduce you kinda create the pathway. Like where conversation my Chico when I'm in networking environment And so I found my buddy this particular networking thing and she did. She introduced me to this woman and she used her first name. I was new to mountains as at the time so I didn't really. I haven't even learned all the senior people's People's names or knew who they were I didn't know her at all and she introduced tar usually her first name only and the first thing being as we got into our own one conversation with this for her she and I I think you asked me first pushes. The act was about my business and we were happy hour and she was not in my function at all But she acting business initiates me about an idea I had to grow it at happy are now more. People would have been caught up to that question I was. I was shocked that she acted but given all the conversation. We've been having today today. About the importance of having ideas wanting be differential thinker. It positioned me to have accomplishment right so we talk about business a little bit and then she tells me her last name and she says Oh. You should want me like I want. I want to talk to you again. Let's go to work the next day I'm looking to our. She had a longer name but she always used the shortened version. So what's her name. She told me her name was Kate but her name was Katherine for example. Right right so going through our directory to find her own. I see her role. I was like flabbergasted because she told we like oh I work in supply chain like I worked in. She didn't say I am the leader of the chain for North America. She tried it. I want to the right and that was Kinda hurt her and we.

I want to the right and that was Kinda hurt her and we.

I wasn't saying i bought your dad really pizza if they do promote this correctly there onto an absolute bloody win without one because it's huge cultural ramifications not even included not yet obviously as well. That's huge but that's where you get the water. If i'm bill uh of course you do and then you have obviously the whole best friends fighting and all the shit's gonna accommodate beyond that story lines coming from left android on it to get it right. It's a bloody game changer and i think we could be in for a mass of a few months back as well so so many options but let's just hope the u._f._c. played this right and don't fuck it up like i have so many in the past and let him but he's going to go from his point of view from what all talk from what he said you don't know it was he's only gonna fight guys that are going to stand there and buying with him on that. He feels that will put on a good. We'll put on a good would fight and he feels are worthy of being there with them and i think that's totally fair and i think that's kind of gone. The last two years bouts don't mean a whole lot anymore. Yes m just moving onto roy's eighteen and didn't watch it. Might i was in bed yeah. Everybody was unfortunately ebola. Huge event we kyoji haraguchi finally being derailed but it wasn't in an non title fight against koi. Asa corp saw the knock. It does nasty mom well. This kid asa corey. There's two brothers. 'em again most of my intel on this oil the events going down. I'll be looking for something on the essa corps or some kind of big article something sue the big console. He's this is what they're all about but it doesn't say you want available available in english but these have generally liga kollek following. They have both a big huge youtube accounts. Put him there like they fought their way up. In an an organization called the outsider was pretty much like bikers would come in and take on for it and stuff like that but here's this kid i think he's only twenty five goes in and stops her horiguchi but he doesn't win the toil and so obviously that's going to be settled again but those that knock balladur does not knock roy's in lincolnian when they haven't put the toil on the line and this goes ballatore on roy jones bantamweight i champion and this kid comes in and stop some basically a minute. I mean percent. It's it's pretty crazy yeah. It's it's martyr. You're probably scientist. David probably probably should have put the toy line right like i mean. I don't understand these stupid. This goes acute. Cisco is a huge deal when japan this courthouse corrigo. He's not like some random guy. They put them devoid against like this guy was tired of 'em as one of the best prospects in japan fires concerned so just just my what the game plan is sometimes with you know i would imagine they'd have to consult with bator before putting on roy's and toyland airport territorial yeah and they probably should have done that because sort of loose ends that doesn't reflect flack gordon brown promotions the lack of toilets put behind that and i think you know we look at baladora a lot of their titan situations and we talked about earlier on there is an awful lot of tall put behind a lot of water or maybe to promote fighters or to have meaning divisions fighting in and that's another sign of it to me if you're if you're putting two baths on the line and some guy he's coming in and on starch and your champion not putting on to yeah you're not putting on the line says to me that what are these guys fighting again in the in the main event hamasaki was considered one of the best outta.
