"That the racing is not really going to change much. Just due to the horsepower difference, I think is just going to do with how much warmer it is here today for this open. I think that's gonna be the biggest factor, but I could be wrong. Um, but really glad to. Have her eye cash. Otto's Chevrolet starting first here, and I'm hoping that we have a smooth, you know, first segment and can get this car into the All Star race and think about what we need to do. Adjustment wise and go forward and figure out the next the next part of this this all Star night. All places smooth, smooth for segment. That's Tyler Reddick trying to stay cool out here. He was talking about the heat. It is definitely a scorcher. Last time I checked the temperature, 96 degrees, the ambient temperature Woody cane boy and with the humidity, it feels like 105 106 down there and even hotter than that, in the cars quickly to recap what we've seen already this weekend yesterday, Kyle Busch won the NASCAR Xfinity Series race. His truck driven by John Hunter Nemecek went to Victory Lane in the Camping World Truck series and the guy who's lead More all Star laps than anybody. Kyle Busch with 271. Could that be an omen? If you're into numerology, keep an eye out on that this evening as we move along, But first we've got the open. As we said 20 laps. 20 laps. 10 laps. The winner of each of those segments will move on to the All Star race Right now. Let's go track sign for opening ceremonies. Ladies and gentlemen, at this time we ask that you please rise and remove your hats as Brett Shissler with Texas Alliance Raceway Ministries offers tonight's in vacation. Would you please pray with me? Most loving and gracious God, we come to you this beautiful, warm afternoon And we thank you. We thank you for this day, this weather and especially our freedom that we can come together and pray as free people. Thank you for the men and women both near and far are all over the world Who helped to keep us free that we can enjoy this day and large. We come to you and we ask for your safety. We ask that you be with each and every one of the drivers, all of the cruise all of the fire safety workers, the fans and especially Lord with our world. Is in the strong and beautiful name of your son. Jesus Christ. We come with the opportunity to pray. Amen. Please remain standing as master Sergeant retired Erica Stevens performs God Bless America. But i think the tara finding soon afterwards realizing that you know. I wasn't suv. No-one things like to go back to normal and is interesting. You said what you're saying about things on the tv and stuff. Because i remember having exactly the same thing in one of my Monica facilities where young. I saw the people on the radio with talking to me. You know not in the normal way of business directly And being able to control the weather and things like that. How have you felt supervising this. And what have you learned from it In terms of well the total pig we spent a really authority experience. Writing it down A blunt law. Like when i go and see a psychiatrist on my only have a fifteen minutes with With my psychiatrist so little of unanswered questions. I've i've always had at the back of my mind That i wouldn't necessarily have the time to go through with my psychiatrist. So this is kind of been like you know well as questions like causes and you know Things like cannabis. you know. it's kind of helped me sort through my in history of what my of course my psychosis And just of like you know different medications in different types of diagnosis and white take so long to arrive at one diagnosis and how they might. Kind of change over time different Old questions. I might have had is kind of addressed some of those. Yeah because it does take time. Doesn't it it was not to twenty four. So then i have my first minute kept say when i was about seventeen eighteen years. If kind of certifying that you've gone a minded not really knowing will the issue as i think the erica said there are quite a lot in the book and is one of the review is set. The first place was what is the diagnosis mean. Will the cools is will know of these different conditions and most importantly what what what are all the treatments about the pros and cons of drugs in general in different drugs in particular. What are all the kinds of things that people with psychosis of one fulmer. Another might benefit from there. There's a lot of different things in there. I think it's one of the publisher said when she read through a draft on the at the very least books going to give people an overview of the sorts of things that they might be able to benefit from that they may not appeal to them but my appeals them. they may be having had maybe haven't been offered the are available if they may.

"Reagan erica steven's team under remax is it's so amazing to me how fast the skull and again if you don't have a realtor that knows these things and has the capacity to catch up or at least as they flexibility to say i don't know anything about drones brown willing to hire sombody if it will help you help you sell your home right right yacht i onto the drones i i hire professional personal actually have to have a pilot's license not operate a drone yes so uh i don't do that by higher when it comes to something that is is above my pay grade i let somebody else do it but you know what what better way to view our home then from the front elevation to over the house to looking down on how biggest at side yard how does this house sit in proximity to the neighbors right very cool sir how far away from this lake how far is the main road away yeah you can see a lot of things with the drone it's it's so we we don't just do drone photography redo video graffiti as well and is so and morton so again some of the essentials of having a good realtor is somebody who's going to walk in and say this is part of my presentation sure this is what we're gonna do for you i wanted to take a couple more minutes to go back to staging luca couldn't staging for the sake of our audience uh kind of envelope not only just taking some of the clutter out of the room but all the way up to bringing in other furner major and doing the landscaping over endured some really crazy stuff yeah landscaping at landscape is a major part of of uh that's probably the very first impression some people's up the house if your house is not landscape fresh flowers in the front grass has cut its green it's edged the bushes are trim all that stuff when you come inside sure if your furniture is is not working for that house uh uh staging his third there are paid staging companies that can come in and actually remove your furniture and put different for insurance or if you have a vacant hounding but frontrunner see that's probably something of the most of our audience did no immediate actually people out there the state your home yeah there are and they're specialist i talked to a lady down in.

"Great stevens a swifter grated erica steven's team under remax how you doing today i'm doing great it's good to be back good to have you behind the microphone 'cause you bring a lot of energy of the show of most importantly for the listeners out there they're thinking of buying or selling in the neck six months maybe up to a year you really bring them the information they need i think a lot of people wolf think about sewing their house of buying another again all romanticised about the idea that new house but very soon in the process they learned that this was now a business deal and it's something that they don't do very off right so you know if they think to buying a car down there at the local carlisle as a lot to do so in a home has 100 and 65 steps but the good news is the greg does all those 100 and 65 steps are more you do it all right that'll tell us about your firm tell us about the fact that you've proudly you know fly that rematch flag sure well a lucky said were with remax i've got a team uh which is the stevens group at remax my wife and i are the lead agency on that team in than we have a sport staff adnan at went on but remax the first thing that you should know about relaxes it's the highest production per agents in of any realty company in the world uh it's nearly double whatever second places so remax really really has the top agents and the reason for that is because uh there's a little bit more of a requirement to become a remake remax agent then for example a another company that maybe just takes anybody with a heartbeat in license sowa in its there's a little bit more of an expense for an asian to work there too because they're going to get that brand behind them i think that that something of people are unfamiliar with i think that there are unfamiliar with the fact that some people go to a real estates who'll get license and can merely just set up and gives desk anywhere sure in all yeah and they and they're just part of a firm one day they have to answer the phone everyone's daily gotta go on the.
