10 Los Angeles middle schoolers treated for suspected overdoses
"To know if cannabis edibles were behind the overdoses of several LA students, I'm Lisa dwyer. Ten Los Angeles students appear to have overdosed on edible cannabis products at their middle school in the San Fernando valley. The Los Angeles fire department says the students between 13 and 14 years old experienced mild to moderate distress at the van nuys middle school, fire department captain Eric Scott says the overdoses were possibly from edible cannabis products and investigators want to know if it all came from the same source. That would be a possibility that there was all from the same bunch, but that has to be conclusively determined. The important information here is that this is not fentanyl related

Despite Rise in COVID-19 Cases, Masks Are Not Mandated in New Jersey
"There has been no spike in hospitalizations due to covid infections. But the state is seeing a sharp increase in the rate of transmission now at its highest level in months at 1.37. New Jersey is also seeing a rise in the number of so called breakthrough infections. The state has documented nearly 3500 infections among those considered fully vaccinated and 31 deaths. Despite the spike in new cases, hospitalizations have remained low at around 300 statewide. In California. The delta variant has been pushing covid cases higher and the indoor mask mandate has been reinstated. Is covid infection. 2-Year-Old Boy In New Jersey Killed By Pickup Truck Backing Out Of Driveway
"Man backing a pickup truck out of a driveway struck and killed a two year old. Officials in Somerset County, so the accident happened at a Franklin Township home early Saturday morning. Life saving measures were performed on the boy at the scene, but he was pronounced dead at a local trauma center. And then tomorrow morning, maybe a snow shower brushing past the coast again, This storm system is pretty much a miss for us. In Sussex County, so some clouds and some flakes they're South Jersey is under the fog, just enough moisture in the atmosphere to reduce our visibility as low as a quarter mile here, and temperatures are below freezing, so it's freezing fog. Sounds very ominous. It just means those little fog droplets can it here or a creek to services and therefore nice if things could get a little bit slippery in Southern Jersey from that fog, so be careful. This morning fog and low clouds will be with us for several hours more than we should break into sunshine by this afternoon high temperatures today popping into the upper forties to around 50.
