How to Deliver a 7-Star Experience for Clients

"So just to give people like a story so for me. Whenever i'm at the four seasons the thing i love about it is i can take out my phone and order shifts guacamole and all this stuff and it just shows up to the room. I don't need to interact with anybody. Wanna talk to anybody. The food just appears right and sometimes go above and beyond they'll give me like a fruit basket the put some wine and all that cool stuff right. That's going a little above and beyond mr sue. Can i help you with this. Just a little bit right. Like not calling me. Neil or not. Eric reid is mr sue and say that feels like so professional and everything looks really nice tidy. Let's talk about seven star experience. Because i got this concept from airbnb and you know seven star. We're talking about just to give you an example. Let's say neil stays at a hotel and neil. Who's like your favorite band or was your favorite brand Experienced story let's do that. Let's do that. I can't so. I used to live at the mandarin oriental and las vegas There for many many years. I need someone who also lived there find from vegas to los angeles in los angeles during international when they arrived in los angeles. They already have their connection flight. They forgot their passports. Passport was in vegas so they call the cons. Here's the concierge. Had one of the door. People go into their place get their pastor. They told them where it was literally hopped on a plane delivered to him in lax. Straight up games like even crazier okay. So seven star or even nine star would be like. Let's say your favourite dj in your room. Mike spinning or something like that. They roll out the red carpet. Your favorite foods waiting right there. Maybe it's imported from europe or something. They just fluid in right. That is seven star. But i think if you want to think about how this five seven nine star experience you have to outline what three stars five stars looks like and you have to think about okay. How do i go above and beyond to make it a seven. How do i have to go above and beyond for the next one right. And that's the key. Eric just mentioned you had to go above and beyond. I remember talking to a client one time and they hurt us to grow their s traffic. When we're doing a good job vessel. Traffic was growing not as fast as one. But it never as fast as i want and as we're growing at on the phone with founder. Hey i don't want overstep my boundaries. But you know my team can cover the seo stuff separately after this call and they will. And i'm like. I will not do something different on this call. That just really ran on like just hear me out. And let's just go along with it and tell me what happens after thirty days in there like okay so i ended up breaking out on the phone everything that was wrong with their website when it came to conversion rate optimization standpoint and have contract. I'm like look you're trying to get resolved to your start your shot for cash. Who cares what's in your contract. I'm just gonna tell you right now. High-protein going implement this six things that are going to boost your conversion Really want you to implement the minority. And i went down through that list. They did and then within a month and a half to two months because it took him a little bit longer to get it out their conversion rate went up a bit more than thirty percent at that point business much more profitable. There were happy as your trackable much more profitable and they're like thank you. You'd have to like what we owe you. Nothing unlike your businesses wasn't gonna grow as you want it because it was really messed up on. The conversion asks a wanted to fix that i and they were happy and to me that's going above and beyond where i didn't have to. Yeah and those of you that might be wondering okay

Everything we know about the NFL's joint collusion grievance settlement with Colin Kaepernick, Eric Reid

"Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has settled his cO luge in case against the. The National Football League. His former teammate Eric Reed has also settled his case the two players sued the NFL alleging teams conspired not to hire them as retaliation for kneeling during the national anthem. They had meal as a way to protest racial injustice and police brutality with us. Now is NPR sports. Correspondent Tom Goldman. Hi, tom. Hi, mary. Louise. So what details do we know about exactly how they have settled their cases. We know nothing short interview that. Move on. We got we got three sentences in a joint statement by the NFL and the attorneys for Katherine it can read saying they have resolved the pending grievances. And that's it because of confidentiality agreement. They are not saying anything more which is a bit frustrating considering how this case this whole issue has roiled the country. I mean, let's remember how capper Nick and his actions and read and the other players who followed created great upset throughout the country. The president weighed in a number of times the vice president walked out of a game during the anthem where there were protests happening the playing of the national anthem became must see TV. But today, Mary Louise, we're left with three sentences three sentences from the people directly involved but being a dog at reporter. I'm sure you're nosing around and trying to find whatever else sang, so what does everybody else say about this? You betcha of the NFL players union. In a statement says it's not privy to the details of the settlement either. But it says it's glad that Eric Reid. Has earned a job an contract and the union continues to hope that Nick gets his opportunity as well. Eric Reed signed last year with the Carolina Panthers. And just recently he reupped with a very lucrative new three year deal. We got maybe a little insight into the settlement from Yahoo sports. It said it was told on prior occasions that cabernet can read would only settle if a lucrative financial agreement was reached between the players in the NFL and columnist Mike Freeman tweeted today, he's hearing from team officials that the NFL paid kapernick in the sixty to eighty million dollar range and then talk to university of Richmond law. Professor Karl Tobias who's followed this case closely. He says cabernet can read or vindicated in they're recovering something the money and Tobias says they're also vindicated in that a settlement shows the NFL was unwilling to let the case proceed in August of last year an arbitrator ruled the case could go forward. He rejected the NFL's attempts to have the case dismissed that gave the. Players some leverage. Although the collusion is tough to prove in. It wasn't guaranteed. The players would win. All right. So we shall watch for details of the settlement. And also as you said for what Colin Kaepernick may do next beyond being faced with Nike. I was just looking he's thirty one years old. So by Tom Brady standards. He could have a decade a play leftover knows. Yeah. That's to NPR's, Tom Goldman. Thanks very much. You're

"Eric reid. He's from the street. Here's a topic. What is and what does it mean for car buying in two thousand nineteen Eric thanks for joining us. Michael, thanks for having me back. It's great to talk to you know, what I did a lot of people you hear. And you kind of know what it is. And even if you don't you'll just act like, you know, what it is. Because you've heard it so much toss it off in the commercial like you're just supposed to know off the top of your head. You know? You know, it makes sense to someone. But until you actually, look it up. How would you know? Right. Yeah. What is an aren't? They. So MS RPM like we wrote about on the street. It's the manufacturer's suggested retail price. It's essentially what the car company suggests you should pay for the car thing about this is you have to know car dealerships. Where you go you buy the car you see a giant logo that says GM or four not actually owned by GM or Ford, they're all independently owned and operated. So when the car dealer says this is what we said just the price should be. They're talking to you as a consumer. They're also talking to the dealer. They're saying we suggest you charge fifty grand, but they don't own the dealer. So they don't set the prices they're so do the dealers. I mean, most people want to negotiate off of 'em SRP, right sicker. Pry, right. And so I don't even know where to start this conversation because some dealerships and as second sticker that just ups the price, and however they can come up with a way to do it. So here's where you want to start the start. This is MS RPM where we go in this in the article is we actually break this down across five prices, you need to know about the first is MS RPM. It's this Jesse price. What they show in the commercial the second price you need to know invoice price. That's the price. The dealer pays to put the car on the lot. It's what the guy you like I said the guy who owns that dealership. He's not General Motors. So he buys a car from GM, so invoice prices, which he pays GM to get that car on his lot. Your prophet, right? It's so MS RPM basically going to be his profit margin. The average dealer makes about two thousand dollars off of cars. That's the difference between invoicing MS RPM. Right, right. It's MS RPM says fifty thousand dollars on average at dealer paying General Motors, forty eight to put it on his lock, and let's make a point here. There's a lot of expenses they rack up for that too. Great. You know, I want you to get your car for much much less that is my point. But the reality is they have advertising that flooring costs. They have to have the building. I mean, they have to pay the employees. I mean, there's a lot of money going into that car. You know, I'm glad you brought that up because that's what I wanted to talk about next. Okay. Most dealers make almost all their money not by selling you a car, right? This is where as a consumer. You've got the advantage. Seventy percent of dealers prophets comes after they sell you the car. It comes from selling your parts. It comes from showing you maintenance, it comes from doing oil changes checking up on it before you take a long road trip. That's where they make their bread and butter. So when you're going in to buy a car there, you're negotiating to drive off the lot with a new car is they're trying to negotiate to get your business for the next ten years. Are they really thinking about it that way? Yeah. Absolutely. When you when somebody sells you a car at a now, if you've some lots are a little different, it's an independent lots on and so forth. A franchise tax franchise. Yeah. If they're selling your car to franchise they're trying to buy your business for the next ten years. That's what they've got their eye on. That's the price for that. Which means is the consumer you can bargain that price down further and further if they wanna if they you know, if you can drive a hard enough bargain, you can bargain below invoice price. Not always there's always a lot of factors. But that's why they can move on that price is because they're hoping that even if they even if they cut into their their bottom line today, they're gonna make it back again and again down the road. Now, there's a lot going on with invoice to it's not like, the voice the way other other other industries may work the same way. But you know, there's money coming back to dealerships if they have satisfied customers, if they sell a certain amount of cars, they have different goals to meet and if they make it then they get money back. So I mean, that's the kind of money off of the invoice fries. Really? Isn't it? Should be. I mean, it's so one of the biggest ones is called the dealer. Hold back. And this is basically money that the car company pays the dealer for every card cells. And the thing about that is.

"And Molly Kerem, ten AM to noon eastern, seven AM to nine AM Pacific standard time every weekday on ESPN. We were talking and we got into the subject the NFL subject of Eric Reid's safety for the Carolina Panthers. Obviously everybody knows him because he was the one a former teammate of collar cap Knicks in San Francisco with the forty nine took a knee with him. Join Colin capital in the collusion case against the National Football League. Joined the Carolina Panthers early this year. He's played for them eleven games this far this year. And he gave he put out a tweet. Talking about seven times seven times, he's been tested Maximus spoke about it. And I just wanted to make sure that I reiterate a couple of things number one. The operative words to put forth as if this is true. When he says, he's been tested seven times really six randomly the first test was mandatory. Because when you go to a new team, you gotta take a test for performance enhancing drugs. Test for substance abuse. You gotta take those exams. Okay. Also, the six were random seven total tests. He's taken I want to preface my comments by saying the operative words are if he is telling the truth. It's very very important that we qualified that. Because listen if he's telling the truth, the NFL looks very very bad now plays association looks bad as well. Because you've got to collect the bogging agreement with is computerized system. Down to the computer used that third party that oversees it, etc, etc. Has all been collectively bogging it agreed upon by both the National Football League in the plays association. So you can't blame one and absolve the other day the boats blame or they both should be solved. And if Eric Reid is indeed telling the truth, the NFL in the NFL players association looks very very bad because it looks like he's being targeted because he did to be a conscientious observer and a socially conscious individual that had a problem what how black individuals are being treated in the United States of America and his willingness to legally. In violation of no by law for the NFL decided to address these issues is being unfairly punished and targeted. It looks very very bad. But if he's lying. Entirely different Matt altogether. I don't know what the truth is. I suspect we'll find out sooner than later, but he's bringing attention to it. And if he's telling the truth, I'm gonna tell you the NFL in the NFL plays association looks bad. But I'm also going to say this like I said to Mexico in this morning. What are y'all want me to do? And on this note of speaking directly the black America. What you want me to do the fact that the you peacful stiffer Asli get something you can speak adamantly vehemently again in fatty against something in the end, ladies and gentlemen, when you are black and in America, particularly minorities period, but especially black. It's par for the course where you want me to say. You attack the system the system is going to hit you back is that the state of the system wouldn't do that to anybody. Why? Because they would do it to anybody that goes against the system. No question. But especially when you black you behind eight ball you operating at a disadvantage. That's just a fact. So I want to sit up there and use that opportunity to take my man, max, Kellerman, speaking up the way that he did earlier today because he says speaking of the white guy who's progressive in his thinking in his words, not mine..

"Yes. Worse. First of all. The football field. During a coin toss to start off a football game is not the place to air your personal feelings about an individual. Number two, you openly admit, you did it without your coaches and your teams knowledge with put which put them in a precarious position. You having to be restrained by players and assistant coaches included Cam Newton. By the way. Number three. Let's say what the problem is. You got a problem with the kind of agreement that the players made for the players coalition. Ladies and understand. Eric Reed loves Colin capital. Eric, we'd stands beside Colin capital. Eric Reid is not wrong for that. We're not condemning him for that. Some of you might disagree with him. I don't. I applaud is love and devotion and loyalty to his Frank holographic particularly for caused. He firmly believes in which is not a verse to me almost folks in the black community where we feel, but there is a way to handle things. There is a time and a place to handle things, but tick. Usually when it's a personal nature like this, here's the bottom line. Eric, we can complain until the cows come home about the agreement that was reached, betcha, bet house. He would not have had a problem with this same agreement if Collin cap, and they had a job in the NFL and Colin Catholic was the leading voice for the players coalition instead of Malcolm Jenkins. I'm not saying that he would have completely agreed with the agreement that was reached with the oldest. I'm saying he would not have reacted this way. Had it been Colin Kaepernick that made the same deal. So the issue in the question is not the deal. It's the fact that man Colin cabinet hasn't been taken care of, well, guess what the players coalition was never there for Colin Kapp, Nick. They were there for the cause, Eric. We can tell you that because Josh Norman, a quarterback for the Washington Redskins, which one of the people on the call with him last year. Or at least early this year. Saying, look, Colin capital, we support him, but we also noticed it's bigger than him. This ain't just about him. This is about addressing the concerns that we said we have and he said he had it ain't about him. And he told, you know, my number, you need my dress. Because agreed had a problem with him too. So what we have is a situation here. Where you got a guy like Eric read, that feels like Colin cabinet has been abandoned, but guess what everybody's listening and all of us out there, not everybody, but those of you think like this all use a roll about this point. This is Colin cap next movement. He jump started. Well, not exactly. You think collar cabinet taken a knee and protests and is what got the owners to the table. It's what got Jerry Jones. Who's from Arkansas, taking a knee on a football field? You think that's Colin Kapp, Nick? It was not. You know what? It was ladies gentlemen. It was President Donald Trump. On September twenty second two thousand seventeen in Huntsville, Alabama. At a rally, telling the folks there, those NFL players who protests should be fired. I would fire all those SOB's. It was after that. That the NFL gotten to rule. It was after that, that the play is collectively across the NFL board and brand United and locked on one another. It was after that, that in a Goshi -ation took place. It wasn't because Colin cabinet took a knee. It was because of what the president said up and tell you would have been hard pressed to find twenty five players in a league with over eighteen hundred players. Taking a knee. They weren't doing it. Where's that? Requires problem with them. Got a problem outcome Jenkins, why don't you have a problem with the players who haven't taken a neat. Why is your problem with Malcolm Jenkins and the players coalition who never ever said, we're in this column cabinet, they invited him in. They wanted him to be a part of it. They talked to him on the phone, Malcolm Jacobs and Eric voting quoted to the stories that I read. But it was never about Colin Kaepernick. It was about the issues. You got a problem outcome Jacobs and the players association. How come you don't have a problem with all the players in the league spanning nearly eighteen hundred of them who never took a knee..

"Blinkprotect dot com. Slash score. Football tonight. Absolutely. I wonder how many weeks it is before we dislike good. No, I am definitely into football, and you will never get me to say otherwise on television. Today's number one point seven. Oh, because that is what Mets. Pitcher Jake grams is on the season despite having only ten wins. He looks like a lot for the Cy Young and now some are making the case. You should be the MVP. So Boca pitcher from an awful team with ten wins really be the MD well, I'm not sure he's a lot for the Cy Young because max Scherzer his head a hell of a year here with eighteen wins three hundred strike out. I'm like, right, like if you think winning matters, although it's not like his team is so great on the other side either. Right? The MVP angle give them that. I don't think so. There are enough people who have a hold up with the idea of a pitcher winning the MVP before we start talking about the fact that is dude only has ten with that being said, he leaves the National League wins above replace, which is been nana's to say, yes, it is and is leading it by significant margin over Christian yelich who is the second place guy. But I wanna point to the fact that a baseball voters probably not ready to make him the MVP. They were barely ready. Make Felix Hernandez the Cy Young winner when he was thirteen and twelve in two thousand ten, even though he was the obvious choice. But let's just look at what the Mets have been doing to to grow six, five, eight lowest in the league when he is pitching for them. "Any? It is five. It is. Yes, it one of the falls off. They're like six. They could pull up like. I get another one, but I'm actually surprised that it took this long for the grants to be a problem. This is the first time you've really heard of them and hasn't been a real positive impression. So shaker an ice shaker, got to keep those drinks cold at the gym. Right. Next quote, I don't think anything is physically holding me back. Angela Lucca response speculation that shoulder might not be fully healed after backup to Kobe, percent there for hail Mary situation at the end of their loss to the eagles on Sunday, Pablo to convince you he's healthy. I think he might be healthy. I think that this might just be a thing they're doing to protect him because that health is so precarious and what is really troublesome is that yes, he has thrown more passes behind the line of scrimmage or attempted them more than has passes going ten or more yards. Put the offense of line is terrible. I believe pro football focus hasn't been around twenty second. Maybe this is just what they're doing to keep him safe, maybe. But he's averaging five point four air yards per attempt this year. This is at the bottom of the league. Now we know that one point of emphasis they weren't to have was they wanted him to get the ball out faster because they figure that we keep him healthy. But if you keep it healthy to do that isn't worth keeping healthy like are they doing things that stopped here for being the quarterback, that he was the quarterback that he could be. At his. I don't have the answer that, but if he says that nothing's holding back physically then tell us what is holding you back like percentage of passes that he's thrown fifteen dollars in the air is down by half since twenty fifteen. Like he looks like a different quarterback out there right now and where I have sympathy for Frank Reich in the coaching staff is that the previous regime did not baby him. They did the opposite. They kept throwing him out there. Painkillers just play through it and now they're trying to swing the pendulum the other way. And again, if this guy as terrified as he may look here is in fact the future, I do understand why you might play it all the way, so it makes sense. But can you be successful. No, probably thirty down the line or how we thought we can't miss prospects in the two thousand twelve NFL draft and both were betrayed by the franchises drafted him. I can't wait to direct that. He'll so long ago. Last quote, I wish the guy would have just landed on me instead of tearing his ACL. Said raiders, quarterback, Derek Carr, after learning the dolphins William Hayes, tore his yell trying to avoid putting his body weight on car. After second vote, do you think the NFL moved by some notable players, criticizing the roughing the past rule? Yeah, because they always listen to players. They're, they're all sitting around like, hey, guys, tell us what the players think about this rule, and then they make chain. But that was a very Christian thing car. That's his thing. He's big into that. I would rather have taken the full because I would. I really messed up what happened to your leg, but at least my ribs did not get broken. I do agree that the NFL does not really care about what the players think. In fact, today they came out and reaffirmed that the roughing, the passer rules that everyone is furious about are going to remain the same. But at some point, you gotta realize that if Aaron Rodgers who has come out against them and Ben Rothlisberger was come out against them and now Derek cards come out against them. If your quarterbacks, the people you're trying to prevent from being victimized are saying, we'd like to be victimized. It is increasingly untenable. I don't. How does that make anything shaky? Right. Like I say as a general idea what you're saying, but I don't see why that makes them half to do anything because it's not as though they're doing this for the quarterbacks benefit that secondary, right? They're not doing it for that reason. So them saying no hurt us more. No, they're going to come back around and they're going to say, guys, we have to protect you for your own good, which by the way is what we've as leaves to do for a long time..

"You know, in retrospect that clip a kyri talked to the kids, at least they wasn't talking about, you know, solar system. Oh man, right. Imagine that would have gone that is Bill Nye in reverse. That is not the guy you want talking to the youth of America, but we have quotes Bill, and this is the first one. He doesn't speak for me any knows that by vice shaker, I guess. Said rob gronkowski when asked about his older brother, Chris saying on radio, that brought was frustrated with the crummy patriots receivers around him. Vote is brought to tell his brother to shut up. I mean, I guess he might want to try. Let's talk about this ice shaker thing. Right? And there is going to talk about the ice shaker the way he said because he was like he figures the reason. His brother did an interview because he was trying to sell this ice shaker. He's like, Bob, the shaker, I guess I shake is no different than a mix take. Right. Oh, no different at something happened. I don't think we thought that much about. There's been an attempt to try to make the gronkowski brothers. A thing I saw was Espy's a one of those awards hero the gronkowski brothers. I'm like, there are other ones like there's only one, the gronkowski five. Rob has been asked to drag the family out of Gary, take them all the way to Motown and then get to LA like that's he's been asked to do. And it sounds like you might be a little tired of it might he might be an for Marlin gronk and Tito gronk and all the other grants. They're not new to the spotlight because RAV might. Want to sing. It's his ice shaker, but we have video in question aero sharks tank with me, help them for the product are some people you might recognize. That's the question right Marlin. "All right. Next name, Kevin Durant, Durant, joy, ninety five, seven the game and discuss why he thinks he does win fisa player of the year wards. There's only one of those, but whatever. Let's watch. You know, they're not going to give me anything. Even if is on a fence. I have the clear cut better than everybody for medium and get a look. So that is, I mean, it's just pure hate for me and no, not appreciation, no, for my real skill to the game, but I understand where we're coming from, understand what we have here in this building scares everybody, but you know, regular season awards. I mean, I'm never gonna look when it comes to that, especially play here for the words. You check James harden, not the ball in the Western Conference finals of these folks. Not watching. Yeah. Pablo is Durant former MVP, correct. Former MVP two-time funnels MVP. Doesn't this dude have enough stuff in his case where the stuff is supposed to go all the trophies and the rings like, this is what the rings are for. Like, that's the trade you made. You don't get the regular season acclaim in his world because maybe people are talking points for playing alongside I know drain on green who's like arguably the best defensive player in the league. If that's the argument that's his version of hate. I mean, I guess why is he like this? Can we just get to the core of this? Why? Everybody just pure hate for you. All body has pure, hey, for you'll accept the other people we're burners. You don't move people that way. You don't move people to love you. You don't move people to hate. You is bizarre that he is the superstar. That doesn't really move people in this. The other part of it is he is very capable of being the defender incapable of being a very versatile defender in the end. And he's a seven foot tall small forward who can guard small engaging point guards and can protect the rhythm. But what he's actually guarding like small forwards. Every one of these metrics has like fifty eighth of seventy something small forwards. It doesn't always translate on the floor, but people don't hate you. What makes us hate you is doing like that. We are exasperated by him. We are confused by him. Some of us just don't like him, but hate hates a strong term for this dislike him. I don't understand him. I cannot make sense of anything around Kevin Durant and look. I don't have to understand right, like it's not required that we don't have, but I wish we just don't get.

"Absolutely. Next names Rams Los Angeles dominated the first three games that season allowing the points football, Gerry Goffin, Todd Gurley have been electric audit Bob low after losing to the bills last week, the Vikings have any chance of beating the Rams tonight. I think they do have a chance and it's because the Vikings for all of their awfulness that they. Admittedly embodied last week, the bills. They are. The best defense at this Rams team will have played last year when they played. I believe they were held. The Rams were to seven points. This is a Vikings defense that has obviously had turmoil every Griffin at cetera, but I don't think this is cut and dry. Some people might think, well, here's the other part. The Vikings might have the best pair wide receivers in the NFL. I don't even Stefan digs. They might be the best one to the Rams are down there. Top two cores Marc spears probably not going to play tonight. Keep to leave is on I r but let me ask this question. If you're the Vikings, should there ever be a game that people ask? Do you have a chance to win it? Active, guaranteed your quarterback eighty something million dollars, right? Like if you like, if you're if you're taking that kind of money for a guy, then that guy should be, hey, we got hill. We have a chance just walking into the building with last week at fifty five passes and did not reach three hundred yards. Right? This is one where Kirk cousins supposedly should be out there to earn his money. If none. Else not to win this game, but they should look like they have a chance at all times if that dude is what they're paying him to be. Yeah. And on the other side, the Rams have Jared Goff is looking also be better than he did last year. They are probably the best team to leave, but I'm just not ready to write off. Just next name is Tyree Irving because kyri Rachel Nichols on the jump yesterday and made the case. He's not leaving Boston despite the loud whispers that he may have been destined for the Knicks. Let's. Futures very, very Boston. Even if I try to think about that coming where it'd be like, what are you thinking. And good here, like we're pretty good for not just this year, but for years to come. Yeah. Looking forward to that, people are gonna hear you say that you're pretty much saying you're gonna stay here on recite here. It It is. is. I think that uncomfortable position and they know feel about them as teammates, no organization in general. So I'm having to be a part of it. Though, did kyri convince you there that he's not going to leave boss? Roosevelt Gord Hayward. Spend a lot more here than Kyrie Irving. We let that number to convince me. No, not really. Right. And he might stay right? It'll be unlikely. They will find a team that has more talent than that when has, if that's the thing he's concerned with, but we already seen this dude leave a team that had pretty much stamped his trip to the NBA finals, the circumstances where a little bit different. But we've seen him walk away from a team in a position to win a championship. So telling you the reason you wanna stay is how good you are. I don't know. Kyri has many reasons to stay in Boston, but I do want to bring up this video from a little while ago in which case we may think differently about his declarations. Are you going to leave the will Brown. Sagredo question. No, I won't. To be fair. He did not leave LeBron left. He simply forced to trae. He simply forced and trade. But this reminds me of the president because it's just easier to say, I love it here. Why would I ever mean when you do that? You just save yourself all the headaches and on the back end, you can deal with the sad crying headaches because we're still going to the asking. These are cooked Karbi slack on that one because kids what was the same? Right. Santa Claus never heard of you wouldn't the face. On that one, but I think everybody him a measure of fairness. Even if he feels right now that he is going to stay there, there's going to be almost a year before they're a lot can change and he has the right to change as those things do change..

"I imagine you Knicks fan might not be looking so today show. Why's that might be tat dancing on what are you guys dreams. I have dreams. I do not have dignity as a Knicks John to say, it's not you got, you got to hold onto one might not want to be hill, but you know what? I will absolutely be in favor of if in fact that dream dies science, I'll be back on science. I was ready to putt science and favor of all the flatter thing available. And guess there be go guest was back on science, but we got names today Bomani and the first one is a big one because it's Eric, read the Carolina Panthers have signed free agents who famously knelt alongside Colin Kaepernick and twenty sixteen and continued his protests through less season. What was your reaction to this news? Well, my first reaction to it came in concert with the tweet because this picture this you have behind this. If you can get a look at this, this picture was sent out by the Carolina Panthers. Is because he had the fist official. They re tweeted with three of the yellow fists her there. And I was like this ironic thing that we have ever seen. Of course, I was surprised to see it. And then the next part, these AJ Richards's Panthers no more now are they know they are not. And what I'm reminded of is people like when it comes to the anthem, stuff to attack messengers. Not messages, right? And so call and cabinet was a real easy messenger for people to attack whether it was his skill which was debatable for reasons that infuriate I think full of us still today or the socks or the Castro Scher. Eric greed is just a dude who clearly is good football and has nothing like that for people to latch onto. So this was an easy thing for people to do. Just still sagging. Took this long. Do we still at that port? Right? Because the differences last year for the forty Niners between when he was on the field and when he was off the field are pretty staggering, right? Drop balls in two-yard in yards per attempt in interceptions like. All of these things. He made a big difference on that team. Then Jim Trotter the NFL network reports today that the forty Niners had offered him a multi-year deal. Why the hell you ever let him leave? If that was the case. It's so bizarre peculiar, and you're bright. You couldn't attach the same things to Eric read that you could cabinet because we don't look at a safety and say, I don't know if you could win a Super Bowl with that guy. We speak of them in those charms. So what you had was a good player who still was out there until the end of September. Yeah. And the Panthers to their credit said, they didn't even ask, Eric, read about the anthem. And this comes in concert, of course, with the story that broke yesterday, which was Nike's deal with Colin Kaepernick and how Nike until the less sort of day or so was all ready to cut ties with him until their communications had pointed out that actually, this is real good business for us to be in and what Eric Reed and Colin Catholic with Nike are both signaling is that this is a good business decision. There's an interesting. Stink tion there because the times piece about Nike makes an interesting point, which is they'd Nike looked up in realize that the audience they were porting was not the audience that was offended by cabernet with. They were saying, however, the way they described it as being more urban, not as old night as white is they saw their audience is being different that the NFL's audience, right? So for an NFL team to do this, it does run together with that because I don't think the people alter the go, be that offended. They wouldn't recognize this dude on the street at the NFL had made such issue over this. There is a phrase that people on one side of the to use it as facts. Don't care about your feelings fact. He's good at football there. It is key politics out of it..

"Little faster with it than we've seen first and last year on espn radio and the espn app other news and notes the nfl yesterday the nfl pa file to claims on behalf of eric reid we understand is filing a grievance against the nfl who he believes is colluding against him keeping him out of job this grievance alongside his former teammate and colin kaepernick the unions list of five bullet points for justification for its claims includes there's no league rule that prohibits players from demonstrating during the anthem the nfl has made it clear both publicly ended the pa that they would respect the rights of players to demonstrate the cba death definitively states at the league rules supersede any conflicting club rules according to our information a club appears to have based decision not to sign a player based on the players statement that he would challenge the implementation of a clubs policy prohibiting demonstration which is contrary to leave policy and at least one club owner has asked pre employment interview questions about a player's intend to demonstrate we believe these questions are improper given the leaks policy basically got reports that teams have asked eric reid if you plan to neo for the anthem before he would sign with them the pa believes that this is inappropriate and if they've got the grounds collusion is ultimately going to be the word that becomes difficult than this because coercion requires proving a lot in this situation but if you want to save the teams are in individual teams are in violation of a league policy that does not prohibit this that feels like a more realistic road for you to try and travel down more realistic road for the pa side which is why i'm sure they're going to focus on that language because they have to look at what can we realistically accomplish not exactly what does eric read want to get out of us the league the.

"Brian billick has made this point a few times on cambio and he's absolutely right evaluating quarterbacks versus what is going on around the quarterback is the hardest thing to do when football and it's it's it's it shows it really shows because you know there's so many times it has nothing to do with the quarterback and yet the quarterback gets blamed and a lot of times people look at negative factors surrounding the quarterback and say the quarterback can't play and that's not always the case anyway appreciate the phone call john's hanging in santa rosa wants away john hey larry thanks for taking the call so my view on eric reid is i think he's far closer to his rookie year as far as talent and ability i do think that the russian thing is an issue because the position he plays but i think that the fact that he was there in the very beginning of the protest all the way through the protest and all the way to the end of the protest i think it probably took his head a little bit out of the game and it may have been part of part of why he suffered as far as talents concerned on the field and that obviously the injuries don't help this situation but i also think that he he didn't help his situation by coming out and saying that you know that he was being blackballed when there was only one or two safety signed at that point you know i think he may have actually brought more attention to his to the issue then prob probably coulda helped him i i you know what i think you're right i think you're right he probably should've waited now there was plenty of time in the off season to say hey i'm there you know the owners are blackballing me out of the sport you know but i i think i would have waited because i when you really look at the at the safety market it's been slow to develop i think it may be something that develops more around the draft has teams see who they can land and who they can't land.
