"Eye or Gary McNamara and Eric Harley here is Chris crock. I'm bringing you right back to the shooter we have a Virginia shooting tonight in Chesapeake. Norfolk, Virginia, reporting about this tonight at a Walmart of the reporter at WAB saying that Chesapeake police spokesperson says no more than ten are dead. It's unclear if the shooter was an employee. He's now deceased and we also know that the accused terrorist in the gay nightclub shooting in Colorado Springs tonight, according to the Denver gazette was a target of online bullying showed signs of fascination with gay culture, refers to himself in court filings tonight, according to The New York Times as they them and his non binary wants you to call him MX instead of mister or miss, and we also see in his quote signs of fascination with gay culture that he had when he was younger he had a YouTube channel using his moniker as the as backward and he created an animated 45 second video displaying on the site called Asian homosexual gets molested. He made the video an animated video of some kind of act, I guess. And wow. So that's what we know. And now, gee, the left said it was our guns and said the guns did the violence by calling it gun violence, which is a lie. And the left and change today and now says it's you and me and it's hate speech. Oh, well, if the guys gave them what do we say? If the guy's trans, what are we say? Huh? Don't tell me it wasn't. He's got a track or go record going back, looking into this stuff 8 years ago, ten years ago. Oops. Gosh, you're trying to tell the story for you know what it is. Boy, you're spreading disinformation. You're spreading hate speech about the gay community. You're creating violence. Stop you from committing violence and snap your freedom of speech. Meanwhile, here's another thing tonight from Bloomberg, Twitter restores anti trans account and fuels hate. Here's some clown from the LGBTQ task force, whatever that is. Creating this environment of relentless attack and permissible hate it results in the kind of things we saw Saturday night in Colorado sea. What if it's LGBTQ, and LGBTQ violence? We don't know. Could be. That's what we're hearing tonight. Could be. They said, we can not carefully step around the fact that you can draw a straight line between these things. We don't know. And so they're naming folks that you might follow online. And so if you follow them, if you like them, the Babylon B the battle on these committing violence, no, it's making us laugh. You should try it sometime. Oh, they said it made fun of the man in a dress who calls himself a she and wears a dress. Making fun of him is verboten and it's terrorism and violence. And then. This is so funny. Somebody was, I don't know, whatever. There's all sorts of things that are making me laugh. Anyways, Jordan Peterson was removed. Now he's back. He used the wrong name when he talked about actor Elliot Page from Juneau. What was your name in that I can't remember? Yeah, Alan, what was your name? What was your filming? That her name was Ellen Page. Yeah, so whatever. No offense, we're not trying to hurt anybody's feelings, but that's how we know you. And you can call yourself what you'd like, but no one's trying to hurt you. So it is one of those men. You're not going to force me to say something that I don't believe in. So there you go. Meanwhile, by the way, we're going to take your call in that. We got several lines open at 8 6 6 98 6 6 9 zero 7 33 39, but also NHL is going woke with this garbage. Supporting all trans non binary, binary hockey tournament. NHL is proud to support this past weekend's trans draft tournament in Middleton, Wisconsin. It's the first tournament compromised entirely of transgender non binary players with 80 folks participating. Yeah. So the NHL is now woke, so their fans attacked them. They said so men playing on women's too. I mean, that's what it is. It's a bunch of men. The late the league that went on to push the woke like trans women are women. Oh, there you go. Yeah, you will be forced to care. You're alive. You're committing violence. The NHL calls you a lot. They're literally looking at their whatever, 60% of the audience saying you're all liars. All of you are liars. You hate trans people. No, we don't play a stupid game. That's all it is. We're not playing stupid game. We're not going to see a man in a dress and call him a woman. We're not trying to be mean, but don't try to tell us something. It calls some pictures that make us say something that we know is not true. And an attack us. Try to force it to kneel down to something and say something that's not true. So reaction was quick. I'll share some of the reaction that we're going to take your call. And I'm going to tie this into the military too because it's a bad place we're in with all that. One person says some men playing out of women's trans team, which is funny, and they said, you know, trans women are women, trans men are men, non binary is real. The freaking NHL. You guys are so pathetic. What a joke. And then another person said, I'm sure you're starting to draft trans men under the men's hockey teams. If you don't, you're a bigot and a homophobe. And then another, by the way, they had to turn off their response. They wouldn't allow people to reply publicly. So the NHL is now stifling freedom of speech. Guys, you guys are just sick and pathetic. You really are. Turn on, turn off professional sports, walk away, never look back, Jesse Kelly. Benny Johnson, perhaps you should

"Facebook. Chris crock, red eye radio in for Gary McNamara, Eric Harley. Talking about the act of terrorism in the gay club and the kid also young man the terrorist who's been arrested accused also had leanings toward one of the newspapers there in Colorado. He showed signs of fascination with gay culture, calls himself they them according to The New York Times well. Neil and Illinois, you're on red eye radio and let's take you now. Hi. Good morning, Chris. Thank you for taking my call. Good morning. I think you started to hit the central issue of the core crux question. And it's mental illness. It's not guns. It's not anything else. The politicians refuse to acknowledge it because it's not a lightning ride. Quick fix issue. They can't run on it. Mental illness is a very complicated thing. Right. And it's much easier for a corrupt media to throw things out there to promote their agendas. And they have various code words like election deniers, which point right back at them in 2002 1004 and 2016. They have other code words like extremist pointing now toward the middle class being extremist. Yes. At which point, right back at them and their hypocrisy. They have other code words, like, well, let's see. Hate speech. I don't know. Yeah, hate speech. Yeah, there you go. There's another one or a progressive, as a matter of fact, which is really regressive. Just look at Taylor just student of history. You look at the Bolsheviks and how they came to power in a hundred years ago in Russia, or the way we're going. I can understand how the French Revolution happened. You know, with the breakdown of everything and you give rise to a dictator. So, you know, the good old days of Stalin, I mean, do we need the iron fist to really clamp down on everything and just say, okay, enough of this? Yes, that's what they're doing. Yeah. Right. Well, you know, global anarchists are the same everywhere. I mean, they aim at the destruction of Law & Order. They aim at the destruction of law. And their ultimate aim in all of this in promoting their agendas is the constitution ultimately. Yes. I gotta roll Neil. But you're absolutely right. I got a rule, but you're absolutely correct, brother. Thanks. All right, so he's absolutely right. And he's hitting on something that I wanted to get into more. And we're going to do that continuing. Because it's all about the speech and it's all about when the people, the mob is ruling right now that going against us may turn against them and they don't want that. "It's running radio. He is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara at 8 6 6 9. I just had this one thought here. Does any state use the mileage tax yet? And I'm just asking the question because I remember it had to be ten years ago. Remember when Oregon was doing their test pilot on mileage? Yeah. I don't know where that went. Yeah, I don't believe they are. I haven't read anywhere where any states are actually doing it at the moment for EVs. Let's see here. It looks like there are a couple of states Oregon and Utah launching the first programs in several other states are running pilots to test technology and build public support. Okay. So they're running the pilot programs they're not actually Oregon and Utah are taxing the others are running pilot programs. Wow. Yeah. According to The Washington Post. Well, I should have figured Oregon was. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, because they were the first to start that as you just mentioned. That pilot program years ago. We talked about a long time ago. Yeah. I have to look into that and see whether I'm assuming it has to be the GPS program. Yeah, I'm guessing. Or just reporting, I mean, every state

"It's right eye radio a he is Eric Harley and I Gary McNamara welcome and good morning Mayorkas testified before the Senate yesterday Reading some of the transcript of Rand Paul I'm going to see if I can find the audio on that He goes through disinformation Let me just read this quickly He goes here's my question The FBI concludes that the Steele dossier was full of Russia disinformation CNN propagated the system information gladly for years and years The difference between your opinion and our opinion is that no matter how despicable it is that CNN propagated this disinformation I wouldn't lecture them I wouldn't put it on a government website that CNN is wrong for propagating disinformation He said we can't even agree what disinformation is You can't even agree that it was disinformation the Russians fed information to the Steele dossier America says well where we become involved is where there is a connectivity between disinformation and threats to security the homeland Well the Russians might be considered that Let's say you find a piece of disinformation and CNN is broadcasting it What are you going to do So we'll get to some of that coming up here but just really interesting Plus Early political ads coming out will have one from a Democrat and one from a Republican running for Senate All right just to give you an idea of early on what some of the issues are going to be plus your calls and comments if you'd like to get in 8 6 6 90 red eye Okay and we'll talk a little bit more about the fed And the whole Dave Chappelle incident You see that knife that the guy actually had A replica gun that had a knife hidden inside of it Yeah Man that's scary And on the view one of the one of the hosts Blaine Trump Of course Because no one on the left Acted in any thing less than a civil manner before 20 16 We all know that It was Trump Of course Civility was 100% And I'm just going to assume if you look probably in all likelihood and I have been checked the politics of the suspect but.

"The entire planet 8 6 6 90 red eye is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara Just keep you updated throughout the show because we know that people stop by when they wish to and not necessarily at the beginning of the show COVID has hit I can say half our staff Both Eric and Brian tested positive last week The reason we were not on Friday is because of the fact that Allen and I weren't able to get tested until later on on Friday So we did not know And then yesterday we were on we would not have been on anyway because it was a three day weekend for the company holiday Martin Luther King day but because of company protocol and when the timeline was to when we were last exposed which means to Eric and Brian made it so that we could not get back on the air until today So we're here So in the show's going to go on With the skeleton staff no Internet Oh the Internet's back is a back Let me check Hold it Yeah It's back Thank you All right it's back The Internet is back all right We're going to be okay But nobody is hospitalized just so you know And Eric could do the show from home as he did because how long was a memory he was exposed last but was would have been Thanksgiving before Thanksgiving to 2020 through a significant portion of December I remember he did the show from home He has his ability to do it but he just doesn't have the voice to do it right now So Gary your voice sounds a little bit different I think I said okay but it's the it's just for me the mountain Cedar allergies here that we have in Texas that is now worse than ragweed pollen was for me When I was when I was a kid as a teenager I used to have to wear a pollen mask at night That's how bad As we used to call it everybody calls it allergies here hay fever it's what we called it My hay fever was just all man I'm telling you But that was ragweed pollen And as I've grown older you know that really has not been as much of a problem when we get to December and then you get some cold weather coming in and it seems to kick off the mountain seater and yeah That's the only problem that's the only thing that I have which again Allen has the same thing Doing Brian's job today And probably for the rest of the week because it'll be I'm not sure I think it's at least till next Monday that neither of them can be in the studio It can be in the building so according to the protocol now Eric may do the show from home later on this week but last message I got from him was he just he said impossible to do today This is before I went to sleep last night he said impossible to do today and he said I'm probably not tomorrow So I don't think he sees his voice getting any better And it's got to be driving him crazy because there's just been so many great stories out there over the last few days So just want to every hour just give you an update on it because we know people come in and out of the show all the time and we got quite a few folks that have been asking us what's the situation So there you have it But the good thing is nobody is seriously ill from it All right 8 6 6 90 right eye if you want to get in So yeah there was Martin Luther King day yesterday and I was up early yesterday so I was watching some of the local news and I just shake my head how liberals attempt to just take Martin Luther King day as their own that if it's Martin Luther King day and you're a Democrat let's bring up the racism of Republicans and conservatives when the truth is the exact opposite I just shook my head yesterday I saw a local Dallas news story about an intersection There it is for you know to set off Martin Luther King day Black Lives Matter across the street Okay so the city of Dallas now is going to enable the racial hatred of Black Lives Matter to celebrate Martin Luther King day Just amazing Let's take the organization that will lie to cause racial division and racial hatred and use that to promote Martin Luther King day when he believed exactly the opposite The Democratic Party that embraces identity politics judging people by groups not as individuals When the core of Martin Luther King's great speech was not judging people by their perceived or biological identity but by the content of their character That has been thrown out the window By the Democrats completely as for decades they have embraced and celebrated Martin Luther King in order to promote their own bigotry intolerance and racism You know again I'm passionate when I talk about it I'm not surprised by it Because I know that's who they are The only thing is they got away with it for a significant period of time But they don't get away with it as much anymore As we have seen And how they take the Georgia election law Think about this and because we emphasize this last hour but I think it needs to be emphasized over and over again because you're going to hear this now in the next couple of days As to try to get a vote on this because we're going to have a vote Because people need to be on record because history will blab a blab blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

"It's Friday radio He is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara a 6 6 9 red eye It will be interesting to see because things have been quiet the last few hours I expected more of a build up One of the things Eric and I are this is on the whole filibuster thing We've been asking is we'll have the vote Does he really want everybody on record if it's not going to pass They're not negotiating anything with the Republicans and mansion made it clear That it has to be to change the rules any rule not just the entire filibuster but the other things that they're talking about Manchin already said 67 votes you're going to need He will not pass any rules changes without bipartisan support in the Senate And so you're not going to get anything right now And I noticed a discussion has been well the change in the filibuster is off the table but they're looking at other different rule changes there Any of the rule changes that the Democrats want they have no Republicans on board The Republicans have suggested a few rules changes but are the Democrats really interested in that But nothing has to do with getting rid of the filibuster So do you have the vote And you're defeated Because of your own party and you view that somehow as what Well we got everybody on record and I know this may sound bizarre but they say there could be 6 or more Democrats that are actually against A filibuster change Well if you go for the full filibuster or if you go for some other rule change you're still not going to get to the 67 that is necessary to do so You're not going to get to 50 With mansion So what's the purpose of doing it I think in bizarre ways that they're thinking well okay well we will have a vote even though we can't pass it to help save those 6 or 7 or 8 senators that are up for reelection coming in 2020 and they can vote against removing the filibuster and it will help them I don't know what other reason there would be Because it doesn't make any sense Especially with the polling showing their own party the members of their own party by a wide margin Don't want to get rid of the filibuster We live in we definitely live in unique political times It really do Oh speaking of polling quinnipiac poll out You've got to see some of the numbers on that with the quinnipiac poll.

"Friday radio He is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 if you would like to get in I'm just scanning some of the headlines here and I've talked about RealClearPolitics before which is really an excellent resource if you want to see what both sides are thinking because they put op-ed pieces and editorials from both Democrats and Republicans in there but I just love this one Biden must fight mansion like our lives depend on it Yeah David sherrell from The Guardian UK It's like I don't even know I don't even know what that means It's like you fight him and where does that get you You fight for more spending I mean that's it You fight for the agenda but if we're to stand any chance of avoiding climate breakdown Biden needs to act decisively and now Well this is not going to go anywhere but it's exactly what we've been talking about this week so far And that is the fact that this is the Hail Mary This is it they know It could be quite some time before the democratic agenda is in play again Think about that If they don't get anything through During this year it could well be Gosh who knows 12 16 years Well I'm following what happened after Carter left office or was out of office in Reagan Politics may not be the same and as it was back then because of social media and whatever So why use the word possibly And this is the whole point But that's what they know They're counting their counting on this being the end you've got to show you've got to throw the Hail Mary here I'm not predicting how this what's going to happen in 2022 and 2024 I think what you're saying and I'm saying is Democrats look at this and are scared to death that this president is worse than Carter and what happened after Carter there was nobody in the executive branch and they really didn't have significant power until you got past the mid 90s So you're talking about a because of the Congress in 1994 You had before they took over the house in 94 Remember they hadn't had the house and how long was it 40 something years ago at that particular point So you had the Democrats with a little bit of power before that when Clinton got the presidency but then they lost it again with the influence of the 90 the 94 sweep as we saw and so you're talking 15 years And so they're looking at this and so they're desperate That's why they're trying to relate everything as you and I have talked about to January 6th and we'll get to that more on the way Well they need the emotion.

"Is reality Gary McNamara and Eric Harley on Rita radio And here's our pearly and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 red I got the question yesterday is do you think this is the end of using Race baiting to win an election Well no It's not the end of the Democrats using it at all because it's the only thing that they have might it be less successful while it was in Virginia It didn't work Right For the moment it didn't work It at least there right It didn't work and again every single day there is no conclusion to politics It's what you're doing today and then what you plan on doing tomorrow It goes on on a consistent basis There are we've been doing this for decades upon decades upon decades of decades Yeah And we thrive on doing it but we also realize there is there is no conclusion It's always fluid You always have to fight in a democracy We in our careers don't have time for people that say well dog on it I got into the political process and I stayed in for a year and it just doesn't work Within Your BS in yourself with the false narrative It doesn't stop after a year or after two years or after three years It's a constant fight until they put you 6 feet under It's it was a fight during the founding fathers after the founding fathers and before the founding fathers Yep of the united in the United States and around the world and it will always be a fight So there is great opportunity now for the Republicans You had an instant okay I don't want to say instant nationally Not in the state of Virginia but winsome Sears is just wow What a what a powder keg of energy She is And the bluntness of the imagery of the bluntness of a black woman to the left in this country coming right out and stating I have had opportunity as she stated and we played we started the show with the audio cut And I did nothing special except getting education and work And when I did that as a black woman the opportunity came along She's not denying that there aren't some people that are racist As we've always said well are you saying that racism doesn't exist Well no we know it exists Look at the Democratic Party Look at this there But and our individuals racist Yes Is the majority No Is it less than it was 50 years ago absolutely But the fact is does racism make it so you can't make it as an individual does sexism racism whatever ism you wish to throw out there in the United States does it keep you from being a success Or getting where you wish to be with hard work Going to school hard work can you irrespective of the isms that exist make it And she's out there saying absolutely I'm the evidence of it No excuses do it And so she is a huge a out of nowhere on the national scale just became a huge impact of influence to the Republican Party No I'm unlike anybody I've seen in a long time concerning concerning race and any black conservative black Republican black conservative that is out there And the imagery of her And is it an AR-15 that she's holding I don't know if that was an AR I don't know But her and by the way that's what she sent to jamel hill by the white supremacy She sent that picture to her You know you look at the imagery of that picture from the past and you can look at it and you say okay I remember pictures that look like that from the black liberation front or people that are really radical except what her radical opinion is which is really radical to the left When you think about it because you see you see pictures like that with somebody holding a gun even in another country and you say there's a revolutionary right Yeah And that that's the first thing I thought wow you go back and you look at other imagery that exists in our history but what is she revolutionary about You can make it freedom Second Amendment Freedom of speech Everything that she believes in the constitution of the United States the opportunity that's her revolutionary message right there And it was I'm telling you I was extremely impressed I have not seen Covering politics for the longest time somebody come from and I don't want to say from nowhere because she was known in Virginia But she was not known nationally Right 99% of America could outside of Virginia could not have told you who she was before yesterday Yes I would agree And all of a sudden boom there she is And dripping with substance Yes it appears to be in there And this but.

"It's Friday radio He is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 red eye if you would like to get in We talked about this a little bit yesterday about Merrick Garland the attorney general now throwing the full weight of federal law enforcement against the protesters of critical race theory vaccination mandates mass mandates of the liberal transgender activist movement after getting a letter from actually after the president got a letter from the national school board's association comparing what is going on at those meetings to domestic terrorism And yesterday last couple of days the BA's command said we absolutely did not do that We didn't We didn't sit there and say we're only going after the acts of violence That's not true That's not what they wrote in their letter And we'll go through that coming up here in just a little bit I do love this though they go ready for this one The NSPA believes the media assistance is required to protect our students school board members and educators who are susceptible to acts of violence affecting interstate commerce Okay That's all they're trying to get the FBI There's no role of the federal government and anything that's gone on at any of these school board meetings Whatsoever And it's like you and I were wondering how are they going to try to get that in That's the inn that somehow it affects interstate commerce That's a bogus argument from the SBA right there But we will get you to the point where they actually talk about and about domestic terrorism Two domestic terrorism because they did it and then use will tell you the examples of what they use that they're concerned about about why the feds have to be involved in this and why they define it and believe it should be defined as domestic terrorism and it just doesn't cut it Right In any way after watching our city's burn last year Mostly peaceful Mostly peaceful protests to in any way compare what's going on at the school board meetings is just reprehensible Number two it's dumb on their part As we said go ahead bring it Bring it to you're going to have mothers as there were yesterday You're going to have moms all over the TV saying yeah I'm a domestic terrorist Here's what we're trying to do Right And they're bringing up like acts of trespassing Or disruption of the meetings that disruption of a meeting because a meeting has to be shut down because people are so furious that the school board wishes to allow a racist philosophy to be taught but that is any form of domestic terrorism is just how reprehensible these people are Well I mean when the left participates in it well no this is just being an activist When they want to shut things down and cancel everything that's not domestic terrorism Burning people's property that's not domestic terrorism If you want to disrupt the meeting that will affect your child's education your domestic terrorist By the way here's a big lie to the propaganda continues despite the fact that critical race theory is not taught in public schools Yes You know I guess they sat around I would love to be a fly on the wall at these meetings Oh yes we'll use interstate commerce Who's with me They're really reaching here They really are but this is the left once again while our interpretation.

"And he is Eric Harley, and I'm Gerry McNamara. 866 90 Red eye. So you had that international group of scientists yesterday. Along with the two FDA advisers who are quitting. I think in October and November, the Biden ministrations are quitting resigning their positions because they disagree. And they say that too much politics have gone into the booster. They put out a paper yesterday, stating the same thing that the there is not yet enough evidence that they both vaccines appear. All the vaccines apparently. They claim at the moment from their research that they know and everything at the moment, of course, And in all of this, uh, they believe provides plenty of protection. Uh, for the average person out there, and I don't know if that means if you have underlying conditions, I don't know specifically on that. And they said the other thing is that even if you your anti body count is down if the T cells and I forgot the other one, the B cells or whatever, Uh if you know that that They still have been, Um, I don't know, juiced up by the vaccine, and so they're ready to quickly produce antibodies, and therefore you're still very well protected, and they have said they don't believe that, as of right now that for normal people that vaccines are necessary. It's interesting, though, because boosters or nothing. What I say the boot the booster. The boosters are necessary, so I find that I just find that really interesting that they're resigning over that over the difference of what we think boosters now and they're saying Well, no, We don't believe boosters. Now there's there seemed that doesn't seem to me to be something. To resign over It would seem like there's something more serious that they're finding because they're claiming that they're resigned because of the politics in it. I just want to precisely what led to it. Well, I mean, I could see it because if they say that it is ignoring the science that we have the information that we have the data that we have And going forth anyway, with a It stops short of a mandate, but it basically is a guidance not based on what the FDA would normally recommend. Well, the thing is on because as you know, the head of the CDC, I mean, they backed off about a week ago to on it, so it doesn't so it looked like they were doing that. This is my point, like they're doing a re evaluation. What led to the resignations. I could see if they mandated it. And then they resigned. But they've seen to resign over the politics and it has there been a I guess my point is, has there been a consistent Pounding of politics that they believe is coming out of the Biden ministrations. That just isn't on this but has been a variety of different issues over the last couple of months. I guess that would be well, the question that I'm asking if they're resigning because they believe there is too much political push. Think it's reasonable to say that it is we can't be. We can't work in an environment where when our job is to By recommend based on the data that we have and the work that we have done and The administration has hell bent on pushing a narrative for different reasons. That would be enough for me. Certainly. And it In fact, it makes me wonder if we might see other resignations not from the FDA, but within the administration in regards to this kind of approach, where it doesn't matter. It's his way or the highway. Well, I'd like to see what other things might have led up to this. I guess that would be interesting to find out okay. Was it just one Because they haven't said it. They're having put out the ultimate guidance yet. So if and so, what is it? I mean, is it just the one thing is it five different things? Uh, it would be interesting to get account, you know, get an interview with those people, and I hope that somebody does. So they can say, Hey, here's the problem that we have, because if you're going to speak out, and you think that politics is leading, uh, on this, and we know politics is leading on a lot of this, uh Then I want to know. I want to know precisely what you have to say. It's certainly It's a strong tell that you have to People at the FDA who are in charge of approvals. That are leaving now, and it's not just one and the story that got out, you know, and the fact that the story got out As to why I think is a huge tell and It could be a list of reasons I'm with you. I'm curious to find out everything. Uh and we'll either or one of these individuals with well either or both of these individuals. Talk about The process, but We can look at this administration. Every single day. And their methods their tactics. Are all about What Painting a false picture. Doing something that only serves Um This president politically. And and When you when you bring people into the fold like that, if that is the case at the FDA during a pandemic. The people, especially that are in that position. And my gosh, I mean, what won't you do? And I'm wondering if we might see again more resignations here. It's quite possible that we won't But if this keeps up, who's going to want to stay? There's 3.5 more years of this. And I'm telling you right now. I just wouldn't want to be a part of it. There's turnover in every administration. But I mean, this is really bad. Everywhere you look every turn. Tell me what issue Isn't right now. Plaguing this administration. Well, you know the you when, when you see, for example, and you know, we had We had a call earlier. There was talking about, uh, conservative but said we you know, we should We should not be politicizing. Uh, covid and as we have stated, But when you have a government that continually lies to you people it's going to be it's going to become political people don't if they don't believe if they realized you're a pathological liar, and they don't trust you on anything right in the video, the viral video came out the director of marketing and a doctor who served on a medical staff of the hospital or is in North Carolina, talking about what information related to coronavirus, the hospital shares with the public. One doctor said she feels the hospitals messaging leads to be a little bit more scary for the public, she tells the marketing director of the hospital should provide information to the public about post covid 19 hospitalizations, which the hospitals defining as Recovered, even though they were still hospitalized. Video said the social media outrage surrounding the suggestion has many saw it was proof of conspiracy theories about how health officials deliberately inflate covid 19. Uh, numbers and you know again, That's the you know, that's that's like I said, That's the problem that you have everything. It's with Social media Today, Everything gets amplified. Everything right now on the vaccine mandate this from politico again, a liberal publication, not a conservative. President Joe Biden. Surprise order for the Labor Department to issue mandatory vaccine rules for large companies was already facing headwinds from businesses, conservative governors and even his union allies. Management side. Attorneys say they're fielding frenzied calls from companies with questions over what the rules requiring them to verify what that their workers are vaccinated or tested. Weekly. For Covid will actually entail and whether the business are unvaccinated employees will have to pay for the testing, right? I mean, because if it's going to be that there's going, you know the choices. The weekly test instead of the vaccine will who pays for that? Unions have been trying to find line over the new policy, arguing that workers and labor should have a say in any vaccine mandate policy. And Republicans. Some Republican governors said they plan to challenge the mandate. All of this underscores how difficult it will be for the administration to quickly implement a sweeping policy that will affect some 80 million. Private sector workers quote. I think this redefines ideas are simple. Execution is hard, said attorney Michael Uh Liotta, who represents a business law firm. What we have right now is chaos because of the unintended consequences of making such an announcement where there is no clarity with respect to our gargantuan number of questions. That had been left open. The new emergency rules were announced Thursday as part of a new six part effort of Biden to increase the vaccination rate. The rules, which will be fleshed out by administration officials will be the first federal covid 19 specific safety mandates to impact everyday workplaces. The emergency temporary standard require companies with more than 100 workers to verify.

"Of Texas to court over its new abortion law in San Antonio. Saint Mary's University law School professor Bill Pyatt says there are plenty of indications of how the state will respond. The state of Texas will say we have an interest in preserving the life of the unborn, and we're using the least restrictive means by limiting that to abortions after six weeks, he says. The argument will likely be that the state is acting upon what it calls a compelling Public interest that is often held up in courts. "Now for Gerry McNamara and Eric Harley, Here is Dan Manders. Appreciate you listening when you say hello to can he is calling from Michigan on Red Eye radio. Hello, Ken. How are you? Good. Dan. How are you tonight? I'm all right. Go ahead, sir. I was just wondering if some college preppy girls that were singing so nicely have the taking down of the Robert E. Lee statue. I wonder if they put it in their itinerary to swing through West Virginia and tear down everything with Robert Byrd's name on it. I mean, you know, everybody members good old Robert, the guy that was in the KKK that passed away. That is good old buddy. Joe Biden gave a beautiful eulogy at his funeral. Yeah, Yeah, well, you know, he was, um He led he led a local chapter right back in the 19 forties. And, um, an actual leader. Yeah. Yeah. Now. Well, you know why that is. You know why nobody's paying attention to him is, of course, because he was a Democrat. Of course, but I mean, I mean, there's a highway sign. I'm sure they can rip down. I'm sure there are some words in front of ability of federal building or something and one of them challenges. I don't know if they even made a statue of that clown. But I mean, a guy that was a known KKK leader, and Joe Biden spoke so elegantly at his funeral, right? Yeah, well, you know there is and I didn't have a lot of time to go over this in the last segment because of the commercial break. But what I would say is this and can I I do appreciate your call and One of the things that I will always mention about. This is the irrationality of this whole thing. Here in Tennessee. I'm in Nashville. I hosted midday show. On super talk, then 97 wtn. It is 99. 7 wtn dot com If you'd like to listen sometime, and here in Nashville and Tennessee, there's a guy by the name of Nathan Bedford Forrest. I'm not going to get into the history of Nathan Bedford Forrest too much only to say that he was a civil war hero. And he is, uh, you know, on on the one hand, he is absolutely reviled, and on the other hand, he is absolutely revered. So he's got a very complicated history like a lot of people from our nation's history, So he was, by many accounts, he was a brilliant strategist for the Civil War. And so at the end of his life, he course was for the Confederacy. And so for the most of the war, you know he was bleeding the Confederacy. He was somebody who was very important and because of that. People hated him, because as you know, the civil War ended, and then he continued on with his life, and then here in, you know, 2021 you look back on Nathan Bedford Forrest just like Robert E. Lee and some of these other folks. And everybody just hates him because he fought for the South and because he led the south and so one of the situations here in, UM Tennessee, which is clearly an indication of the irrationality of some of these folks on the left. Is Nathan Bedford Forrest at the end of his life, even though he was part of the KKK very early on. He was actually one of the if you if you believe some folks, he was one of the first members Of the KKK. You could say he was one of the first leaders of the KKK, and then he decided. You know what This is absolutely wrong. And he realized that he no longer stood for what the KKK stood for. And you know, the KKK sort of evolved, and so did Nathan Bedford Forrest. I don't want to get into all the history. But bottom line is he changed. And so the second half of his life after the Civil War, Nathan Bedford Forrest, dedicated and devoted his life to helping black folks recover. From the years and years and years of slavery and the Civil war. He tried to get them jobs. He tried to get them education. He did everything he could to one atone for his sins and number two To help the black community when Nathan Bedford Forrest died. There were thousands of black people who turned out for his funeral in Memphis. Years later. In 2019 2020 2021 the irrational left. Decided that Nathan Bedford Forrest should not be buried. In Memphis, Tennessee. With all of the problems that are happening right now in Memphis, and let me tell you something, friends. It is a Yes. It's not good in Memphis. Let's just leave it at that. They decided that they couldn't tolerate Nathan Bedford Forrest being buried in Memphis, so they dig up. Nathan Bedford Forrest after he had been buried for I mean generations, this dude has been buried. And they decided to dig him up and move them to Columbia, Tennessee. Across the state. It is the dumbest thing. I think that I had ever had ever seen. Because you're talking about a guy long since dead. And it it plays right into what I've been saying all along, which is that when you focus on something that really does not matter, whether it is Richmond, Virginia, and this massive statue Of Robert E. Lee, or the long decayed body of Nathan Bedford Force. You focus on this stuff. I do not focus on the important stuff. Memphis, Tennessee. I know Elvis Presley, Graceland all that stuff. The crime. And the schools and the decay in Memphis. It is just awful. And nobody wants to go to Memphis. Everybody wants to leave Memphis. To be honest with you. I'm sure that Nathan Bedford Forrest is somewhere today, thanking the Lord that he was able to get out of Memphis one way or another. Just saying Let's see here. Doyle is in Winchester, Virginia, on Red Eye Radio. Hello, Doyle. How are you? Good morning. How are you this morning? I'm okay. Go ahead. Thanks for calling in. Yeah, I like a lot of this critical race stuff is hypocritical. If you look and I speak to black people You know Jesse Jackson Al Sharpton. Where do they make their money on preaching race and I tell black people you look They're sitting there telling you how oppressed you are, but they're driving around and chauffeured limos. They're flying all over the world. Barack Obama You know? Where did he move to after become after his presidency to the richest white neighborhood in the country? You know they're hypocrites to kind of like the Joe Old steam you know who sits there and preaches religion and money being the root of all evil and everything. And what's your money? But he's got one of the biggest mansions of many TV Angeles evangelists in the world. You know all this stuff is hypocritical. Well, I will say that remember, Jinya? Yes. Go ahead and I have to deal with this nonsense of governor removing all these statues and who's the hypocrite? He's one is wearing blackface. Yes, I remember that. Well, you know, I wonder if remind me of your governor's name in Virginia. Ralph Northam Northam. That's right name we wish will become off the slates in the next history racing contests. Well, yeah, You know the thing about North, um is I do wonder because he is so passionate about pulling down the statues. I wonder if he is overcompensating for the whole black thing. Blackface thing from many years ago, but I will say this There is one thing that we all know, And that is that there is really big money in race baiting, whether you're a politician, whether you are the Democrat Party. The more you can race bait, the more you can keep your power, and I think that is something that is incredibly sad because this is a situation in America, where whether we're talking about critical race theory whether we are talking about The 16 19 project Ibraham candy all of this stuff what Google is doing, which I covered in the beginning of the hour. This is a situation where the more these companies sink. That they're doing something right? And noble and good. In reality. It is incredibly evil. Whether we're talking about Google, whether we're talking about the progressives who peddle this crap. All of it is designed to divide 866 90 red. I will return next on Red Eye radio open.
