"And it's part of it's part of our experience growing up. It's part of a nostalgia and a memory. Those were the most uncomfortable buses. Unless it's the magic school bus. The big green plastic seats and you can't do anything. It's horrible. Again, I was homeschooled, but I did watch magic school bus. So I don't think it's the same thing. I don't either. No, it's terrible. That was like a romanticized version of it. Clearly, there's nothing romantic about a yellow school bus. We had a school bus driver back in the day, though. Junior high school, his name was Sarge. And he used to smoke a cigar. Get on the bus kids. Shut up back there in the back. Now he's a great American. Sarge I think he's dead now. Probably lung cancer. All right, we got to go. This is the Todd stern's radio show. You know folks say call it the big lie. Report a false claim over and over and end soon yet, you accepted it's perception becomes reality. While all this week are good buddy Eric bolling on newsmax is exposing the big lies in the media and how they're destroying America. You can find out the big networks and find out the big networks pushing big lies about Republicans, Donald Trump, and more Eric bolling names names. He even exposes how big media polls are being manipulated. I would encourage you, watch Eric bolling the balance tonight on newsmax 8 o'clock eastern millions of people are tuning into Eric and newsmax for the news they can really trust. Find out why millions are making the switch to newsmax tonight, Eric bolling on newsmax. All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. So I want to go right now to the patriot mobile newsmaker line, a good friend of ours from alliance depending freedom. Matt sharp joins us, Matt, hope you're doing good today. You're doing great. Thanks for having me. And of course, Matt, we've got two more days before the radio thon for Elias defending freedom is ramped up and we've been encouraging our listeners to take a moment, go to our website, Todd stern's dot com and click on that alliance defending freedom banner, and I want to ask you, why is it important for our listeners to support the cause of ADF? With every case ADF takes, whether it's a phone call or a demand letter all the way up to a case that takes years and goes to the U.S. Supreme Court, we don't charge our clients a single penny for our services. And the only way we're able to do that to take these cases where sometimes we're going up against massive government entities or others with swarms of attorneys is because of these donations, large and small that will enable us to do that to defend religious liberty free speech print rights and other freedoms that help every American. And again, you guys have been very successful at winning these cases as well going all the way to the Supreme Court. We're talking about attorneys who could be working at some of the top law firms in America, but you guys have decided there is something important about the ministry and the mission of alliance defending freedom. That's right. We stand for these foundational freedoms. So for example, we've got cases going on right now with parental rights of parents that are finding out that school officials are so called socially transitioning their child. This is where these kids are given a new name pronoun sometimes even school officials will bring in close for the kids to change into so that they can start identifying as the opposite sex. And we've got a case in Wisconsin on this where a 12 year old girl was being transitioned without the parents knowing or consenting and when they were found out about it, they were shocked and confronted the school officials and said, you can't do this. You can't undermine our right to direct how we raise our daughter. And the school officials just blew the parents off and said, no, we think we know better than you as the parents of what your daughter needs. And it's cases like that that we're able to take and defend these families free of charge because we know that a win for those families in Wisconsin is a win for families across the country..

"To be a Christian, I would prefer that. I think that's fantastic if you want to be. But I'm tolerant that I'm respectful and I realize there's going to be people that are agnostic. And theistic and atheistic. And saying, you know, thanks but no thanks, but I still don't want to kill everybody, right? I have some sort of universal truth and morality. And it's not my job to condemn all people. I think it's my job to get along and coexist with most people and find that common ground. And in so much of saying that, I look at so many politicians today, but that opposite. Instead of saying, you know, let's find this common ground where we can work together. They're looking for places where they can create division. And demonize those that they disagree with politically. And this is why I get so worn out. Emotionally and physically worn out because I think these arguments that we have. Some people enjoy being mad. They've enjoyed being mad and they want to listen to talk radio, to be more mad, a little fuel on the fire, get me more. And that's fine. It's a natural emotion, but it doesn't really solve every problem. And I think for many of us, at least for me, I need to be sober in my thinking. I need to be calm in my decision making because when I'm mad, I never make good choices when I'm mad. I'm the king of bad choices when I'm angry. That's all I could say. I mean, that's the truth. And I know I'm not alone in that. I think, you know, tempers flare. That's why they say cooler heads will prevail. And I believe that to be true. But lamentably, that's the situation that we're in today. We make these decisions when we're hot headed, and we pervert the truth when we accept these things that just aren't. And we shouldn't. And we shouldn't agree with communist China's view for America. We should say, nope, thank you. We shouldn't bend when it comes to saying, we need to introduce these new topics to your children in second grade and third grade and kindergarten, and we need to ask kindergartners or pre-K kids. When you grow up, do you want to be a boy or be a girl? No, we have to just draw the line and say, look, I will teach my kid those things. You teach my kids what you taught me when I was in first grade, how to read, vocabulary words. Basic comprehension skills. Basic arithmetic so that I can go on to learn advanced arithmetic and advanced critical reasoning and logic. And I mean, call me old school, but those are my beliefs. I don't think that we need to introduce all of these new concepts and blur the lines over and over and over again because it's not helping. I don't know if anybody's noticed, but this stuff isn't helping. At least in my opinion, it's not, but those are my thoughts. I want to hear yours on the topic as well. "That the unmooring of our society starts with attacking that which makes us strong and cohesive. You know, the family, the church, the rights of the individual, to worship, free speech, liberty, life, the pursuit of happiness, and these are just some of the ideas that we know from what Madison wrote and from what we've learned through the enlightenment through our history through up to and including today. But here we are, struggling to maintain that beautiful simplicity of keeping God first. And doing what's right. And we've got all sorts of things going wrong. Inflation is out of control. Everybody in Washington seems to understand that the basic cause of inflation is their spending, yet they deny it, they cover it up, and they're the ones that have caused it. By printing more and more money, devaluing our currency and making everything cost more. I mean, what are you gonna do? We've got crime, sex trafficking, and incest that are on the rise. So you tell me, does America have a problem with too much reliance on God? Or not enough. Anyway, we will continue straight ahead. Stephen Miller: Biden Is Not 'Cognitively Present' as President

"Last night, former senior adviser to Trump, Stephen Miller, was on newsmax's Eric bolling show. Here's cut two. Listen to Steven Miller, what he accurately pointed out. And I want to play for you his argument and then I want to tell you ask you to call and tell me whether you agree or disagree with Stephen Miller's assessment. The President Biden is not cognitively present. He does not have the mental capacity to serve as the president of the United States of America. If he was in a nursing home, he would be in the assisted living section, not the area where people are in a retirement community who are living their own lives and who are making their own decisions. Maybe they just have a little bit of help when they need it. He would be in the round the clock care section for someone who forgets who they are, where they are, what they're doing, who's alive, who's dead, how to take care of themselves. He is completely cognitively diminished and deteriorated. So this is a terrifying situation. And of course, we see the results. We see the results all the time. The world is more violent, more dangerous, more unstable than ever before.

"What became pretty clear that the people who put this study together did not know what they were talking about. Yeah, but I guess it doesn't really matter. A certain self righteousness about those who cancel others, those who insist that they're more woke than somebody else is. I mean, I'm trying to understand I guess the motive is the only way I could build myself up is to tear you down. Yeah. Go ahead. I think you nailed it. I really do. I think if we're being honest, so many so many people live lives that are rather sad. And they don't have much of an impact on the universe. Someone like you with a career of 50 years in broadcast and radio, you touch so many people, you've been a part of so many people's lives. You've had a real impact. There are so many people who will never get to do that, but the one way that they can actually affect the universe is by trying to make everyone else miserable. And I think part of it, that's remarkable. Well, anyway, thank you for the kind words we will pause briefly for time from various sponsors who apparently feel the same as you do. I have indeed touched many people over the years despite the restraining orders and it will be back with Lou Perez the author of that joke isn't funny anymore. In a moment. It's true. "Hansen, there is a video clip actually from a Friends of mine in the podcast trigonometry is hosted by two British Friends of mine who are in my studio not too long ago. They interviewed Sam Harris. They released this video. It has gone viral. My buddy Dan bongino played it, newsmax, Eric bolling has played it. I'm going to be playing it on my show this weekend. I'm sure you've seen it. I just for those of our list is across the nation who may have missed it. Here's just a 32nd clip of what this leading light of the left had to say about suppression of information just before an election play cut. Listen, I don't care what's in Hunter Biden's law. I made a Hunter Biden. At that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement. I would not have cared. Not that doesn't answer the people who say, it's still completely unfair. To not have looked at the laptop in a timely way and to have shut down the New York posts, Twitter account. That's just a left wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump. Absolutely it was. Absolutely. Right. But I think it was warranted. An absolutely warranted conspiracy professor. Some people have said he was having fun with the hosts. He was trolling them. I think what happened there was the quiet part was set out loud. Do you concur? Yeah, I do. I think he thought he was going to be edgy and controversial, and that would be a good thing. And of course, the thing to remember about that is when he says they're justified. He never quite tells us where, when exactly Donald Trump deserve that treatment, did he pollute the IRS did he weaponize the FBI? Did he take over the DoJ? Did he spy on Hillary? Professor. He does. He gives one example in a 96 minute interview. He gives one example. He says Trump university.

"Yeah, I mean, it was pretty clear to me and I was back at Fox during those election cycles and I saw it myself Eric and again, a lot of people may not realize that by and large the overwhelming number of staffers that work there come out of the New York area that tri state area. And most of them for better or for worse are probably to the left of the actual network. And that was always in check when roger ailes was alive when Bill shine was there and John moody. Once those guys were gone, it became a free for all and now I think they've lost their footing and I suspect it's going to be a slow if not steady move to the left. And I don't think I'm out of place here and I know you're going to come after me, Fox. But I think both of them Murdoch sons wives had worked for Democrats or Democrat causes in the past. I'm not mistaken. One of them worked for Hillary now real artillery or elect killers sorry about that. By the way, I hope she runs again because it would be fun to watch her lose again. But I think both the Murdoch sons why you just had been involved and made some donations to Democrats. It's just shocking. I'll throw one more at you. I'm trying to figure out what's going on over there and this isn't just by watching what they publish and what they put up on the screens and what they put in there in their newspapers. We're not hosted George Soros, a George souls op-ed a couple of days ago. We're sources doubling down on his willingness to spend money on liberal prosecutors around the country. Now, on The Wall Street Journal. And The Wall Street Journal found that the Murdoch empire paper. It is. And that's a flagship paper. So that's an important thing for us to pay attention to. Eric bolling from newsmax and Eric, I have to say that the great thing is that Chris ruddy and the great team over there, I've seen so many I was in the New York headquarters a couple of weeks back and so I was so many former Fox colleagues so it's almost become a refugee center, but a very good one because it's exciting to see newsmax embracing that fair and balanced idea, real news for real people. It's just the ATM show and Chris is just going to do bowling. Do what you want to do and we call it the balance because of kind of Fox. I came from Fox and again, we separated four years, 5 years ago. Unfortunately, same day, my beloved son passed away. And for the record, they no one ever called me or sent me a card saying sorry to hear about your devastating loss. Another reason why I can't stand them. But anyway, so writers, as I said, the question I came up with is that Fox feels like they're moving left. You know, we should do some sort of graphic over here at newsmax where it has the mainstream media CNN MSNBC and the Fox and one of those scales of justice where the person has their eyes blindfolded, but there's two scales. I'll put them all on one side and this match can be the other side because it would balancing out the mainstream media with our editorial content and because fast is no longer on this side, I don't believe. That's a thinning. So the balance, that's how the name the balance came along. I love it. Let's show the balance out there. Well, it's a great show. And the whole network, they're doing terrific work there. Real quick, I want to get you to weigh in on the primaries last night, we still do not have a winner carry like pulled ahead in the overnight hours, and she still holds a slim lead in the gubernatorial race, but it's a complete mess over there with the elections. Arizona, if you look, Trump is very well with candidates to support Arizona. They had a funny bubble last night. I took credit for Trump endorsing me. Because he adored the two action Missouri. But I think I think there's always very, very strong for pro Trump people. Trump will hold Arizona to try next time around assuming Trump doesn't call it for Biden before the day before voting even help him. That was a joke box doesn't joke. Eric. All right. Eric, we got to leave it there. It is great hearing your voice again and you're doing a great job. Congratulations on the new gig at newsmax. And folks who listen to tide, you're hearing from a real true patriot there. Well, you're kind to say that Eric bolling, everybody, good man. They're at newsmax TV and just a good colleague over at the Fox News corner of the world..

"Well, look, I don't have a Charles. Let me jump in here because we're about to we're about to run out of time for this hour. Look, I think that's a good strategy. We do need a unified message. And if you can unify around the issue of crime, the economy, gas prices, inflation. If you can do that, the border. If you can do that, you are going to win, but there has to be a unified message, and what I am seeing right now is a divided Republican Party. That's what I'm seeing, and we've got to figure this out. We've got to get it together. And we can not can not be afraid of being Republican. All right, we can't do that. Oh man, yeah, that was, if you remember, well, so I was taping a show in D.C. at the time I was looking at South Carolina. So I was up there every Tuesday and Wednesday and there was market Tuesdays. Every Tuesday, the whole maga crowd came from all over the country just to stand and have a cocktail and have a bite to eat amongst like minded people. I spent that whole lobbying match of fulfill lobby was just packed on the wall of people. Yeah, it was a great, great event. Great time. Guess what? I hope to do it again. I want to find another hotel. Hold that one. Yes, yes, indeed. "It both ways. If you want to have boys playing on girls teams, you're going to, you will experience more of this. You're going to have these boys who think they are girls beating the living crap out of these biological girls. So what do you do? I mean, if this is the way it's going to be, what do you do? Do you tell the girls tough it up, girls? If you can't hang with the men, it may as well just go to home economics class. Is that what they're trying to tell the girls here? I mean, what would you do if you're a parent and you've got a boy who says he's a girl on the team on the opposing team? Would you let your girls play against a boy? Especially rugby, which is a pretty, it's a pretty involved aggressive sport. I mean, what do you do here? This is not some sort of just, we're not in class. It's not some sort of a rhetorical question. We're not just conjecturing all of this. This is reality. You've got a boy who says he's a girl. They had to put him on the girls draw big team. They go out and they play against another team and you've got three biological girls that got beat up on the playing field. And are we just going to shrug our shoulders to America? That's the other big issue. Really, you think that's it and fighting just for me personally. I just don't trust anything because it's like everyone's just fighting each other. I've got a big problem with the with the rhinos and the establishment Republicans. And they're trying to eradicate all of the Trump supporters out of the state parties. Oh yeah. "Is all normal. Meanwhile, in Jefferson county, Alabama. There is a big controversy over high school football. There's an organization called the freedom from religion foundation. These are a bunch of godless heathen atheists, and I know that's an oxymoron, but there are a bunch of godless heathen atheists, and their whole spiel. This is what they do. They go around from little town to little town, and they try to find a cross on public ground, or they try to find a little school child that's praying on public school property, and they threaten to file a lawsuit. And these people, they are godless heathen atheists, but they're not stupid, because they know that in most of these cases, the school is not going to file a lawsuit, they're going to comply. And that's what's happened in Jefferson county, Alabama. Now, they have Friday night football. If you know anything about football, you know, especially in the south, you got your marching band, you got your cheerleaders, and you got a preacher delivering the pregame prayer. Now the latest controversy is whether or not the preacher can use a public address microphone to deliver the prayer, and that's where the freedom from religion foundation is coming into the picture. They filed a complaint. And they said that somebody has been praying over the public address system, and they say that's against the law. That's illegal. So the scroll board, they consulted with their attorneys and the godless heathen attorneys at Jefferson county, Alabama, agreed with the godless heathen atheist from Wisconsin. And they told the children to stop praying before high school football games. And that's what they're going to do. And so we brought this story originally to you yesterday, and I have an update. So now the Jefferson county school board is enraged. And they say we object to anyone saying that we have banned prayer at football games. That caught my attention because if that's the case, then what we reported was an error. But the school board went on to say, no, we have not banned school prayers. We're just telling people they can't pray. We never use the word ban, we said they just can't pray. It really doesn't matter what language they use. They're still not going to be able to pray at the football games. Unless, and I am Ethereum about this. When I was a little boy, growing up in south haven, Mississippi, right across the state line from Memphis. We would go to summertime revival meetings. And I don't know about you, but the church would invite some sort of a hellfire and brimstone preacher. And he'd scream and yell at the top of his lungs and his face would turn purple and red and he wanted to save all the centers. I mean it was a, I mean, it was a thing. So my contention is, they may not be able to use the public address system, but a good baptist preacher worth assault should be able to get up there and deliver a stem winder of a speech without the use of a microphone. They'll be able to hear him over into the next county. Maybe in the next state. So anyway, I feel bad for the children of Jefferson county, Alabama. Because the grown-ups in charge of the school system are a bunch of cowards. Now it's one thing to be ignorant of the law, but it's another thing to know the law and still cower to the atheist. And I got a problem with that. So you folks in Alabama you should know better, by the way, you're an Alabama, but you folks in Alabama, you need to get this figured out and get those cowardly counsel people or school board members voted out of office. 8 four four 747 88 68. "Mike, what's on your mind? Hey, Todd, love your show. And what you do. You're opening you're welcome. Keep up the good work. Keep up the good fight. You're opening story was giving rights to dogs and cats, correct? That is correct. Yes. Well, as I've listened in shock, I was instantly reminded of an old radio ad a bit by comedian Jerry Seinfeld. And on the side note, I've never watched a single episode of Seinfeld. Everybody tells looks at me like I got three eyes. Anyhow. He's a great comedian. Certainly respect him. But the ad went the bit went like the commercial went like, oh, you remember talking to grandpa and grandpa says, oh, back in the day, a bread was a nickel, a car was a quarter, et cetera. And then he said, I don't care if I could as well, and this is like 30 years ago. And it sticks in my mind. So what are we going to be telling our grandkids 50 years from now? And then he goes and says dogs voting? We had them on chains. And so the bit was a commercial for something. And of course, completely ludicrous, but here we are 2022 and civil rights to dogs and cats. And don't forget the cockatiels. We had a nice cockatiel. I think they deserve equal rights as four legged creatures. And pretty soon they're going to be able to vote, et cetera, et cetera. So that was my contribution to this. It's my time telling you, years ago, van Jones was out there advocating for this and I wrote a oh gosh, it was three or four books ago. I wrote a whole chapter about how I it was a parody chapter that if van Jones recommendations have become law, that I had been put on trial for the mass genocide of chickens. I love fried chicken, Mike. And me too. The CSI team, they had me dead to rights, you know, they found a bucket of KFC, you know, it was the crime scene was pretty dramatic. That's it. It was bigger looking good. All right, Mike. Appreciate the call. Keep up the good fight. All right, thanks a lot. That's Mike from North Carolina. It's honest to goodness, true, folks. That was a fun chapter to write. You know, a lot of people asked me, Todd, who can I trust in the media? That is a great question. A recent study finds Americans just don't trust big media, 65% of Republicans don't trust them at all. But the source I trust is newsmax. I go online to newsmax dot com for breaking headlines. I watch newsmax TV all the time. Even download the free newsmax app on my smartphone so I can see it anywhere. Nielsen, by the way, says almost 7 million cable viewers watch newsmax, but they don't watch Fox News. That's huge. So many people are making the switch to newsmax, and I want to encourage you to start every day with wake up America, rob fenerty. The team at night is incredible, Eric bolling, Chris salcedo, Sean Spicer, rob Schmidt, the list goes on and on and the weekend shows diamond and silk, my cockamamie come on. 20 million Americans have already made the switch, and I want you to as well watch newsmax all the time. Trust me, folks. You're never gonna go back. All right. Before we go to break, I wanna hit the phones again. Craig from.

"Doing the Lord's work as usual. Eric Bolling. Come on, baby. Eric Bullet. Good. Let's dive into the right wing world. I don't know what that means. Eric Boehlert, We love roller Highland Merrick. I've never needed you so much. Yeah, screaming to myself. Force that the television for a week now. And you know you two. You just I think you referred to the secretary of Lincoln's comment and you just said, But what about the optics? I mean, it's as if this like as I said, when I opened the show, Eric like this was going to look like Martha's Vineyard Airport. I mean, seriously. Right on a Sunday afternoon and you said after Afghan troop withdrawal, we're not one American has died. New York Times says Biden's competence is the same as Trump or oversaw the death of over 600,000 Americans. And you said it took six New York Times reporters to write this Biden pylon. I mean, it has really been extraordinary, Hasn't it? Watching this over the last week? Yeah, As I tweeted last night, I said the State Department could say we've evacuated 100,000 people. Nothing in the coverage would change. This is baked in this. You talk about the president married to and narrative they're they're absolutely locked in. Um, they're locked into August 15th. You know we could go Sunday. That's the story they want to cover. You know, there was chaos. There was violence. There was horrifying imagery. Biden was an administration was on its heels. So they decided we're just going to keep covering August 15th. Even though we're eight. They keep running that same thing with the people running on the tarmac. You're like that was the first day. Yeah. Yeah, So if if you know if Kabul was going to become the bloodbath that you know, the lot of them are predicting eight days ago, they would have images of that There would be two news. The only news. As you pointed out is the stunning number of evacuations aren't five journalists yesterday morning before blank and one on TV, who would have said we have evacuated 30 30,000 people in August. It's up to 37,000. So my hypothetical of the state Department evacuated 100,000 like, what's it gonna take? We're gonna hit 100,000, You know, you know sooner rather than later and we're still going to be doing the same story, and I just I just did a piece this morning and I really singled out The New York Times and CNN, which to me has been the most egregious. In this hysterical over the top coverage front page New York Times this morning chaos at the airport. It's not until the 11th paragraph that they note that 8000 people were evacuated in the last 24. I mean, right, there was a headline Biden's debacle. I'm like, Really not George W. Bush is not trump. Really. This is by no means the 20 year war. I mean, like you said this one headline Europe left, exposed as Biden walks America away from the world stage. And you say UK troops left Afghanistan seven years ago. But okay, it's just no context. Context. Did you always say right? Last time I checked, I think we have 30,000 troops in Germany. I don't know how many tens of thousands and in the Far East this idea that Biden's long expected troop withdrawal plan. Overnight, he decided to walk away from the world stage, You know, and I later tweeted to that piece. You know, I said CNN really needs to part just of pause and stop framing everything. Every single story. As Biden fell. You know another CNN PC. Another CNN piece yesterday was, you know the moral, the moral penalty or the moral obligation of walking away? From abandoning your allies the same day we just announced. We're airlifting 8000 people a day. CNN is pushing. You know the abandoned the Allies look, and there's lots of reasons why we've talked about it. You know, the press has been very open about how boring despite administration is, there's none of the gossip. There's none of the scandal that is none of the circus. The trump years delivered for them. And of course, they leap at every chance to prove they're not part of the liberal liberal media. So they are just going to bury Biden because they think this is legit. Even you know, the explanations are quite clear. I mean, the clip you played a Biden couldn't be more straightforward, couldn't be more straightforward. And if you talk to you know some of the military experts who aren't really allowed on TV because they want a certain storyline. Um, yeah, this was all none of this was shocking. The only the only shocking thing was the rate in which the Taliban reach Kabul. That's it. Everything else this idea that you lose a 20 year war and then you politely You know, file off the stage at the airport, and they Taliban tips their cats and everyone leaves with a handshake. It's pure fantasy, just well, even the speed of it. I mean, even Liz Cheney. It's like, Wow, he really is, like, right half the time and then you're like, no, I mean, it's just, you know of people that are Neil comes that want to stay there forever, but at least he was Dead on correct about the Trump. You know, it was the Trump deal, and first of all, they get a Taliban went directly to the Afghan army. So it wasn't surprised to me. They collapse that fast. They went to, they said. You know, you're America's out. They made a deal with us. And so this is not Surprise anyway. And honestly and nobody hit. Nobody has explained why the Afghan president left with left with bags of cash. Like hello like, Yeah, but apparently it Biden is responsible for all the actions of the entire Yes. Everything anistan government. Yeah, but your piece was, you know the media summer of discontent waging war on Biden. I mean, Eric, Was it me or did they just seemed gleeful about his liberal ratings yesterday? First of all, it's not a shock, given the nonstop, horrible coverage for a week, blaming Biden and then they're like, Oh, my God! Look at by his approval radio. Oh, my God. This is exciting, too. Isn't it like just it's I mean, it's in Spain, You said, you know, prior to the withdrawal Americans overwhelmingly supported by this plan to bring the U. S troops on. Why is the Beltway media covered The Afghanistan story with an unrestrained frenzy that so far it weighs the facts in play. Laser focused on blaming Biden for a military defeat two decades in the making while wildly over playing the evacuation story. In terms of historical context, the press seems genuinely eager to echo GOP spin and denounced the White House as well as demand Weird acts of public contrition. You said the media will never admit it. But they've been waiting for an opportunity to harshly go after Biden to prove how balanced they are. And here we are, and now they're like, Oh, see, Look at his approval rating..

"That's a little different. Then whether or not Newsmax is beating Fox in the ratings. Some makes sense. Tony Katz, Tony Katz Today 833 got Tony 8334688669. First Newsmax carried Donald Trump's event there in a In in Ohio. They carried that in full And so by carrying that in full, they got 1.9 million viewers on cable and through streaming devices. Other things they got 1.3 million. So they're saying They had three million people. Well, that's hugely helpful. And being able to create More viewership. Fox did not carry the event in four. I don't think anybody else did. Anybody else have that size and scope? When they take a look at demos of 35 to 64 year olds. Newsmax had cable impressions per minute of 483,000 compared to Fox of 409,000. This is not Conversation of whether or not news maxes out doing Fox. That's not what's happening. It is, however, a real conversation. About how Newsmax is here to stay. They have an opportunity. To build the audience they were able to take from Newsmax and did not give up completely. As we knew from Fox's coverage of the election. They were they lost people. People were angry. But as at least we all Sydney when we certainly discussed here. Those people and fair amounts. We're going to come back. The question was. Could Newsmax keep some of them? And I would say to you, Newsmax kept Whole bunch of them. And they've been able to grow at it. Now. They've made some moves as of late. It's funny. Usually I do a hit with Newsmax around this time, so it feels weird. It feels weird not to not to be doing it. I needed to take some time and some things I have to do this week, so I don't think I was. I don't think I'm on these Max this week, but I mind twice three times a week. Which is, you know, I greatly greatly appreciate Newsmax recently brought on Hogan Gidley, who was the former deputy press secretary in the Trump They brought on Eric Bolling, who, of course he knew from Fox. He knew from the five and he's getting a show. And then they brought on Jenna Ellis. Who have actually appeared with on Fox before she was one of the lawyers doing the recount. With Rudy Giuliani and they brought her on as a contributor, and I looked at that. And I said, Now is this How you solidify. An audience of growth. The answer is, I don't know. Not 100% sure. With with Newsmax. I think that there are great opportunities and I still think there are great struggles. I like that there is a competitor. To Fox because competition is good. There's a group out there through through next are called news Nation now and I've done I've done work with them before. They see themselves as more news oriented. Then the opinion side of things, but there aren't a lot of homes next to our big big company. And they're going to try and be a competitor. These are all very, very good things. Now compare this to what's happened to Jake Tapper. In the ratings. CNN. Jake Tapper. When you go back to January. He was getting 2.8 million people in his four p.m. hour. From May 31st to June 23rd 708,000 viewers. Losing out to Neil Cavuto, who's over 1.1 million If you take a look at his second our Jake Tapper on CNN, 5 to 6 P.m. Eastern time 799,000 viewers. We'll call it 800,000 cause we're generous folk. That goes up against the five, which averages 2.6 million viewers. I mean, this is bad. What accounts for the loss. Well, two things number one people who may be bothered by Fox have somewhere to go. And to do without Trump. You're not interesting. You're not interesting. As a matter of fact, Jake Tapper, you will never interesting. The one or two things you did right specifically talking about, Uh, Louis Farrakhan. And your latest interview with Ilhan Omar, which I'll share coming up. Those things notwithstanding. You took the opportunity to be the journalists of CNN. And you threw it all the way. We were Never expecting anything from Brian Stelter. Brian Stelter is a chump. Not because I'm name calling, but because this is what is Chris Cuomo. Self indulgent Eagleman. I called Don lemon is basically Chris Cuomo. What's the real difference in those shows? Jake Tapper could have been the guy and going back in the day he had He had moments where he was the guy. And what did you decide this? Jake Tapper was so unkind to me on social media that I will admit that when I see his failings I don't shed a tear. I say well, Be nicer to people Be more honest about the news that you're covering. Stop trying to get in the good graces of the people you work with. But this story about Newsmax news. Max is not beating Fox. That Newsmax is growing. I think is excellent, excellent news. Speaking of Newsmax, there is one of They're reporters. Having a conversation. With Lori Lightfoot. The mayor of Chicago and the mayor of Chicago wants you to know that everything in Chicago's going just peachy keen is that we're actually seeing a decline in homicides and shootings. Yes, sir. You. You were. How Sorry we are concerned. They're all.

"I'm not interested in because the storyline doesn't intrigue me, right? What if it involved somebody like you or Joe Montana? If you want to go or Peyton Manning or Eli Manning or or Tom Brady, you know, or somebody like Gronkowski or I mean, the homes is already in that top echelon of NFL quarterbacks in my mind, so I'm fascinated. Wanna watch every Chiefs game? Man. I'm watching every Tampa Bay game, So I'm Thorne. Yeah. I mean, uh, I'm Tauron to know Andy Reid is a really close friend and former He was my former coach. Way back guy. Great guy, Great guy. I had this been his first go around for a Super Bowl win. I would definitely be 100% of his corner. But I must say, I'm 50 50. I want to see the chief when I want to see the Bucks win because of time and And that whole scenario because I've been there on I was closed and it would be nice to see him do it with someone else. What he's done so far up to this point is nothing short of incredible. Question is if he wins the Super Bowl, does he retired? He said. No, he said. He said he wants to play 45 45 year. I heard that, but your body gets beaten up in football. That's what is the average uh, length of a career in football 3.5 years right about three years, so he's defied that by Hey, by the way, and I'm sitting next to a guy who went 297 consecutive starts in the NFL. Think about. Well, that's my anyone that from a breath because I mean, you've been there. What's this week? Like for these guys? Especially guys that hadn't been there? Well, you won the Super Bowl. You lost. Unstoppable. Yeah. This really victory. All right, Shawn this week, but you have to. You have to throw the ass trick in there of You know everything's virtual, so there's not. There's not the long bus ride to practice. You know, it's the Super Bowl City like like normal. It's a ghost town. And so you doing interviews virtually used. The media day is like a circus. So there's there's just almost like you have to prep the guys. Usually, you know, before the pandemic yet prep the guys, look, this is gonna be a madhouse. You gotta stick the stick to the Busses and don't go to the places that we have. Designated for you to go because it's gonna be a madhouse. Now it's like it's totally the opposite. Alright, guys, you know you're gonna be the only ones out about and you got to make sure you got where you mask and they do all the stuff We got protocol in place. La, blah, blah. S so it's almost like a total 180 degree difference than what it normally is. No one's getting getting booked to come in. And as a celebrity and radio row and all that stuff. What about this? What for the first time ever a Super Bowl? Is in the city of one of the team's playing that no fans can go, too. That's a good point, but still hung team. No, no, no. No fans at all. I thought there were some I don't know, Sean. Ah, Well, let me ask you this. Do you know that you're sitting next to a guy Eric Bolling. It was a damn good baseball player. And correct me of my memory faults me, Mr Bolling, sir. But didn't you get called up? And for the Pittsburgh Pirates? I did. I was drafted by the Pirates and blew the rotator cuff Pretty early, you know, got into the other trading World Wall Street for a while now and then broadcasting. You played third base of my memory Serves me correct. Yes, I did corner. You think I'm not paying a time when things handed he's not paying attention? Don't you can't get anything by football or a little bit of studio I do. And every time I have a professional football player on set, they say, you know you're throwing it wrong. And But at that point I had like Eric. I had a bad rotator, but I've been built built it back up because of my mixed martial arts. All right, Glad one of you rolling. You're gonna do the show them. Ask Eric how Richie is is How much do you have in Bitcoin? For example? Don't lie. Um, I have. I've I have 15 Bitcoins and I about 100. Ethereum, which is a little satellite of a big crisis. It's not them. Look, it's going to 400,000. I know it's going to go to Florida. What would that portfolio be worth today? If you cashed out today $50 Million.0 my wonder he's doing this for free eggs. Exactly. There would have been free. Listen, first of all, I'm so I'm Listen, I'm not as you I would love people. Six. That's good for you. I'm proud of you. And what was the average price you bought in it now said So there, I started that 6000. I bought some nine and watched you go to 3000 twice. It's a you know, it's it's a volatile or you don't want to put your nest egg in it. You want to put Stupid money and stuff that you weren't gonna touch, you know, just have fun with it. Put it there. Just you might hit a home run. Just mild man. But listen, do you would you buy in now? Yes. Question. Yes. Yes, you would want to that today like 32 is 35. 35,000. But there's so much demand and when when people like us are talking about and radio and no one knows what Bitcoin is or how to get it, and it's gonna types got 75% of the way of topping out all time. Supply ever and no one knows about it. It's right. It's going to run. I believe it. I gotta ask you is the key question. So you started this podcast together. First of all. Congratulations, you two great guys wish you the best, Um, tell us about how people can find you. All right. Well, let me give you that. We just take the Simon. You can't steal this handed. I'm watching a couple of the playoff games I did I had to see You know, Brady versus I mean, this is Green Bay Packers, Aaron Rodgers and then pre the previous week against Drew Brees and watching that saga. Now it's the homes vs Brady and I'm just sorry. I'm just that story line alone has got me fully completely interested. And, uh, I'll be cooking up my Super Bowl food on Sunday, and none of it's gonna be healthy, starting with my Philly cheesesteaks, and I don't use Swiss cheese like John Kerry likes it when he's not in his private jet omitting carbon emissions anyway, so that's gonna be pretty interesting. Our friend Eric Bolling and Brett Farve. Have now signed a deal for a podcast on this. It'll be pretty cool. And on this new network podcast one. It's a leading podcast platform. Which has become an extremely popular Erica's been a friend. A long time we worked together many, many years together. And Brett Farve, well known as a Green Bay Packer, less known as a New York jet, probably not his smartest decision and I've been a jet fan for a lot of my life. Welcome both of you to the program. A Hannity. Thank you. Bowling. Pretty appreciate the opportunity to promote the podcast. I got Brett sitting with me right here we have. This podcast so select, you know, I come from the news Politics world and obviously Brett Hall of Fame Super Bowl quarterback always in the discussion of the goat, the greatest of all time. We decided we way get along. We talk about everything. So we talked. We talked football. We talked politics. You talk news. You talk culture. Man, I'm hang on. Help me out with this. I can't have more friends telling me to get into Bitcoin when it was nothing, and I don't stupid, but I don't understand it no matter how did you get into something? If I don't know what the hell it Isse, right. This is how they explain it, Brett, it's well, It's a crypto currency. Okay? I like that part. Can I give you the basics right now, Shawn. Here we go. Let's all right. Let's just listening to you. They're 21 million Bitcoin. Eventually, that will be the most that will ever be allowed to be in circulation. They're not all mind yet. It's about 16 million right now. Get the 21 demands is soaring for the 16 million out there when it hits 21, Shawn. They're cutting off all supply of Bitcoin. That is it. You've seen the for the rest of eternity. 21 million will be the number if the man keeps going up. If if PayPal and target all says they'll take Bitcoin, you got massive demand with a limited supply. What's gonna happen? What's gonna happen Entity? Okay, So let me explain it. And then Brett can help me with this ice. I understand the crypto currency. I understand that it's a finite amount. You're gonna get to what? 21 Million Bitcoins. Whatever the hell you said, all right. I got that part. And then I said, we'll explain it to me. How come it keeps going up and up in price, I got understand supply and demand dictating price. Then everyone gets into. Well, It's an algorithm. I'm like, Okay, it wasn't my best topic in school on algorithm. Alright, I understand in algorithms, a math problem and a math problem that never has a final answer. I have a hard time digesting bread farm. I'm right there with you. I need some like when someone says I have a quarter. Handed to me that I see that quarter I put in my pocket. I don't see I don't. I don't get something that is that I can't touch. Yeah. And you know what sucks Because you and I don't get it. We don't invest in it. And meanwhile bowling's gonna walk away with hundreds of millions of dollars in the steel like Eric? Yes. Yeah, I'm hoping to be Bitcoin billionaire someday seem right. You think I'm doing a show with exactly I feel like you. Maybe you'll vouch for everybody said we said on the show. I said, I like Brady plus three and the Under 56 a half, I said, But when I go by the way, Brett I sucky gambling, but I'm really good investing and he can't you back me up on that. Listen, I'm gonna I don't know why. And I know more homes is he's He's like the new Brady. I mean, I mean, it would be a hell of a story if he wins back to back Super bowls, right? I mean, that's huge. That doesn't happen very often. And then you got Brady was supposed to be an old man by this point who I think is performing still an extremely high level. These games against the Packers and the game against New Orleans was pretty amazing. Brett, right? Absolutely. Absolutely. Who you picking, boy, I I'm I think the favorite should be the favorite. That's the cheeks. Uh, You know everything you can about. 43 year old guy really won the Super Bowl's starting quarterback with a new team and never got the practice, with his team leading up to the season with a pandemic. Is that possible? Yes, apparently. Yeah, That's right. That's Zerit. If I was a cheese fan, that's what would scare me. Everything points to the chief. Winning. You see, the homes is is such a franchise player and Brett, You're in this category to this certain guys when when the game is on Gonna be games. I'm not interested in because the storyline doesn't intrigue me. But if it involved somebody like you or Joe Montana if you want to go or Peyton Manning or Eli Manning or or Tom Brady, you know, or somebody like Gronkowski or I mean the homes is already in that top echelon of NFL quarterbacks in my mind. So I'm fascinated and want to watch every Chiefs game. But, man, I'm watching every Tampa Bay game, so I'm torn. Yeah. I mean, I I I'm torrent to know Andy Reid is a really close friend and former He was my former coach. Way back guy. Great guy, Great guy. I had this been his first go around for a Super Bowl win. I would definitely be 100% of his corner. But I must say, I'm 50 50. I want to see a chief when I want to see the Bucks win because of time and And that whole scenario because I've been there on I was close on..
