Democrats Cannot Answer THIS Question

"Extent is man-made activity contributing to rising global temperatures. They can not give you that answer. They can't. Are there any other potential explanations for rising global temperatures? Over the past couple thousand years have global temperatures risen or fallen absent human activity? Have there been other environmental changes regionally from the Mediterranean climate to north England to sub Saharan Africa that might have changed not because of human activity, but because of other actions, when you have a hemisphere, when you have a planet that is so large and so massive, isn't it rational to believe that there could be other inputs or other potential, let's say, other potential explanations as to why the earth would be getting warmer? Is and here's the other question to what extent extent to what extent are other variables factored in. And here's the most important question. Let's pretend they're right about the alarmism. Let's pretend they're right about all this, even though none of their predictions come true. One prediction after the other is exaggerated is elaborated. Does that then mean this is the most important question does that then mean we put into jeopardy our ability to power our hospitals, transportation, our economic engine so then we then satisfy the slight increase in rising global temperatures? Is that right? And if so, why are you then making a widespread moral argument? Because that is a moral argument. Under what basis do you make that argument that poor people in America now have to pay 30 or 40% more to heat their homes this winter? That working class people have to pay 30 or 40% more to drive to work. Why? Because while she says, we own the science and the world should know it.

Dave Bratt Weighs in on Larry Summers' Latest Comments

"Out there called Larry summers who is rather outspoken when it comes to what's happened in the last year and a half in America and we have our eminence Greece when it comes to the national economy. He is the dean of the business school at Liberty University. Dave brat from a congressman from Virginia. I'd like you to react to this rather outspoken little clip from Larry summer, play cut. We basically had inflation under control for 40 years, despite the fact that the price of oil fluctuated despite the fact that there were all kinds of supply shocks. We lost the thread along with many other countries. About a year and a half ago with massively expansionary policies, relative to the size of the GDP gap, he's not backing down, Dave, I think he's going to be deported off Martha's Vineyard as well. So give us your reaction to that little clip. Yeah, well, he is a genius intellectually, right? Larry sorry, he's ahead of Harvard and the head of the World Bank for a while. All these kind of things. He's got the pedigree. He's got the brain. He can write the top journal articles and all that. But what's noticeably striking about that clip is that it's really the first time he mentioned the fiscal overreach on the stimulus. All these guys kind of wait until the obvious, right? So now the shoe has dropped. Markets are freaking out. England had Armageddon and would have had a sovereign debt crisis yesterday. If they wouldn't have weighed in on the long term, whatever they call them over there, bonds. The bonds. And so it's good he's saying it. The left still isn't saying it. He's

Amid Economic Turmoil, The Bank of England Steps In

"Reason to be fearful. Look, I mean, you look at just what's happened in the last couple of days out of the UK and you're looking at near parody now with the UK's pound versus the dollar. I mean, nobody thought that was ever possible. We thought it would ever be below a 150. We are looking at real, real problems on the international front. And of course, on the domestic front. So you had the UK, the Bank of England, there stepping in this week and saying, okay, we're going to fix this by printing more money. They're buying up bonds and they're doing what they can via QE. And it makes you wonder, could we actually see more of this from other banks, Kathy wood, who's the famous tech investor who's just lost her shirt. Obviously, this year in the market, given the downside, especially within the tech sector, she's hypothesized that maybe the Federal Reserve will come in and step in and ease its policy because it will realize the damage it's doing to the overall economy. The problem, of course, with that is all you're doing is kicking the can down the road more and more and more.

The Significance of Giorgia Meloni’s Big Win in Italy

"Italy has had a free and fair election and the result is a big win for the right-wing or Conservative Party. And it's actually a coalition party. But the leading member of that coalition is a group called Friends of the fraternal order of Italy or Friends of Italy. And fraternal brothers of Italy and its leader is Georgia maloney, who will become the next Italian prime minister. Now, there might have been some leftists in this country. I mean, they were, they were warning against this result, and they might have been hoping that it just as here in 2020 you'd get like later results that would pivot away from maloney and give the election to the left. But unfortunately for these leftists here in America, Italy has voter ID. And also the only mules that you find in Italy are four legged ones. They eat grass. So this wasn't honest election. And now the left is dismayed at the outcome, and there's also a lot of screaming about the outcome at the EU. Why? Because at the European Union, they can see that this is a trend that is beginning to sweep across Europe. In the beginning, the trend was only in Eastern Europe and you may say at the periphery of Europe. So Hungary, for example, pivoted in a right wing direction Victor Orban, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia. And so the EU said, well, the mainstream countries in Europe aren't going that way. France is okay. Even though we've got le pen, Germany is okay. England is okay. And Italy is okay in Spain is okay, but now Italy, one of one of the countries, in fact, sometimes described as the beating heart of Europe. Italy has decided to also pivot sharply to the right.

"One of the things that the DoJ keeps harping on and the ODNI keeps harping on is that, you know, we have to find out where we still haven't recovered all the documents. There were 90 misses empty folders. And we have to continue this risk assessment. And it's linked to the criminal investigation because we have to know where this information went if it was compromised. The fact that it was just down in Mar-a-Lago in a basement means it is compromised. So it's going to, I think we're going to, you're right, we're going to find out a lot of really, really scary stuff. And probably stuff that we won't find out about because it's so top secret. Well, would you heard what Michael Cohen said that he has this stuff he stole to he will blackmail the United States government to get out of going to prison, that he will use he will, I will release these whatever it is nuclear, whatever information. I mean, that's terrifying. Yeah, and his lawyers were up there talking to Wyndham. Last Thursday at Maine justice, purportedly about executive privilege assertions over folks like Patsy baloney and pat philbin and Eric hirschman, who's a riot, by the way. I love him. But you know, I'm wondering if and when he's going to make he's already made had somebody make a phone call to Merrick Garland saying, it's a nice country you got here. It's a shame if something happened to it. You know, so I'm wondering when the outreach will be if he takes these nuclear documents and said, boy, I have some interesting information on the nuclear weapon locations for England. "Well, now what they have going for them is they have a country in Iran that is imploding at the moment. You have whales who've lost 6 games in a row. So it's not all doom and gloom by any means because of this poor performance. So they've got the benefit of a group that is very, I wouldn't necessarily say winnable because I think clearly England or the favorite, but yeah, there's no question that the U.S., if they can just figure a couple things out, make sure that players stay fit or get fit for the World Cup. Then yeah, I think they can get out of the group, but they're not making it easier for themselves. Optimistic as Casey that the U.S. can get out of the group. And by the way, Iran beat Uruguay today. Listen, what I saw, what I saw from the U.S. today are going to Japan. That does not get into the group since you woke up. And you can look at Iran situation, their political situation, and you can go one of two ways on this. It affects the team negatively or they use that as a kind of rallying call for the national team. We know the Welsh can be dangerous, especially if you get gather built into the game, playing a full 90 and we saw that in qualifiers. I know he only came off the bench against against Belgium, probably the one good thing from a U.S. perspective is how poor and may get as helpful. England have looked of lead. Ever since the Euros, but they are favored to get out to the group. But other than that, I go back to my original point, give them what we saw from the U.S. today, if there isn't some kind of and I know their players missing, but three or four players missing does not change that performance significantly enough to suggest that they get into the group stage. Okay, so there's been a lot of love for the goalkeeper at least today relatively for Matt Turner because we've got two goalkeepers on with me. So we need to balance things out a little bit. "Well, whatever the system was today, that didn't work, but you know, P fuck has started his life in the Bundesliga very well for union Berlin and you know, as you know, as a national team coach, you don't have the ability to go out in the transfer market and pick the players that fit your system best. You're more like you're stuck with the players that have passports. And if P fock right now was one of the hottest players with just, you know, a couple months before the World Cup, I'm a little bit surprised that he wasn't brought in, at least. I mean, I think you can name as many people as you want to a training squad. I mean, bring him in, see what he looks like if he then you want to name him to a match squad, so be it. But I'm surprised that when players were available that you didn't bring them into at least have a look and obviously the striker position has been something that has been an issue for the U.S. for some time now and to have a guy inform in one of the top leagues in the world and not be called in. Yeah, that was pretty perplexing to a lot of people. Now obviously there are some injured plays as well, Shaka, does it matter, losing in a friendly like this when there is one World Cup game left to play. One game before on left to play. On the face of a note, it's a friendly you will be judging on what happens in the World Cup, but with so many questions that are on the U.S. national team around how they fear, especially given they're missing also on the work of four years ago, I think this performance has left bear halt with more problems and solutions with more unknowns and what he's actually going to discuss. And as much as we talk about the inclusion of people or the omission, however, however, you want to look at it, we always knew coming into this work of tournament started to come to this tournament. The striker position would be one that would be a problem. And then just kind of give my turners move move to arsenal and Zack Stefan and his uncertain form. The U.S. is goalkeeping situation for as far back as I can remember that that was going to be the issue. But then you look at this and the only player who comes out of it able to haul his head with any dignity out of it at all is my Turner. And as a result, as much as you're talking about where the problem positions may be, it's everywhere, but between these sticks at this moment. And in case she's right, I sat watching this game and as it started, I did not hear any of the names that you would expect. Aaronson given, given the ground that he covers and the pace of his plea, do you Reno, I can only recall his name being called and delivering set pieces. I heard far too much of the back four and none of it particularly good during the course of June the course of the coming journey game. And as a game developed and you I'm sitting there waiting for the U.S. to have a moment to take some kind of grasp of the game. I go and pull up the people rankings to see how this is how Japan is so much better. Japan are ten places below the U.S. in the 5th rankings. Yet at no point in this game, that the U.S. looked like they were able to match them in any single department. And I'm not sure when I've been able to see that about anybody, regardless of the discrepancy in a pertinent or position league or FIFA, where one team does not have any kind of a spell to at least make you think that they can compete. Can we factor in that then Casey that there were some players injured in this that may have made a difference? Well, I mean obviously when you're looking at players like pulisic and Musa and yeah, there's some good players that weren't there, but to me it was more of the issue of the idea of under a very well organized Japanese side that you could see that they knew what their plan was. There was that first entry pass out of the back, find an opportunity to press, okay, if they beat that press, drop back and then establish your line of confrontation from there. And the U.S. really, really struggled playing out of these situations. And again, obviously it led to the it led to the goal, but there were so many other chances. And again, it's a situation where you have those days. You have those days where plan a doesn't work. And obviously, the idea of passing the ball inside your own 18 from the goalkeeper, your center backs combined, link up with the midfield, the midfield then is able to find a channel to then establish possession in your opponent's half, well, it didn't work. It didn't work at all from minute one until the end of the match. And there's nothing wrong with changing that. You're going to have those days. That might be your ultimate goal, but you found a team that kind of had your number on the day. I know it was a little bit of a sticky pitch, and it was a little awkward to play out of. So do something different. You bring in just charging, you bring in Jordan Morris in the second half. Jordan Morris, we've seen his pace at times, be able to really unlock defenses. Josh Sargent never stops running. He keeps working and working and working. So bypass midfield, bypass midfield, get in behind the Japanese defense. Turn them over, make them face their goalkeeper, rash clearances, win second balls in midfield. Nope, we're going to continue to pass out the back, give the ball in, give the ball away in midfield and never really establish anything in our opponents half. And to me, that's the most frustrating thing. Yes, you're going to have off days on whatever your game plan is, but it's how you adjust. It's how players adjust. Yes, coaches are important, but also players. Look, this player keeps giving the ball in midfield. All right, let's bypass him. Let's see if then he can just win a tackle somewhere in a more advanced position. Link up with somebody further advanced. Get some shots on target. Win some set pieces. Take a play or on. Get a Japanese player with a yellow card. Do something to just change the flow, but it wasn't. It was just, it was lethargic. It was lethargic and it was predictable and Japan played the U.S. off the park. Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see what we get in Tuesday's game in Spain against Saudi Arabia. That being the last game before the World Cup actually begins for them, they're open at is against Wales at games coming up on November 21st. We're 8 weeks away from the World Cup Casey. Are they getting out of the group?

The Daily Wire's Megan Basham and Eric Discuss the Role of the Church

"I really believe those are the stakes right now in this country that the church must speak up and that voices like yours and mine must be bold because there are millions of people who don't know where to turn and they're hearing these false, these false voices. Yeah, and I think, you know, historically, we also need to look at the fact that this is not always just an issue of wanting to cozy up to power or wanting to come alongside and be in the club with the elite. There is also and I'm not going to speculate on who I think is a deliberate infiltrator. I don't know, but I know that that has happened in the course of history. In the 19 40s, Paul kanger wrote this wonderful book called the devil in Karl Marx, where he very directly traces Marxist influences who deliberately came into the church and they called the Christian pastors at that time suckers. He said the biggest suckers that they found when they were trying to spread communism in the United States was Christian pastors. Yeah, so he goes into detail about why this desire to be seen as loving, which we do want to be would sometimes lead them to be not discerning and they would adopt these communist priorities that they should not have been adopting. And it was funny because a couple of years ago, my husband and I went on a trip to Boston. And we did a tour of the king's chapel in Boston and our guide told us this church was funded in part by the monarchy because they wanted to influence these rebellious colonists to submit to their authority in England. And to they wanted to convince them that this was God's will for them to submit to the authority of The Crown. And I went, I believe that in a lot of these stories, we're still seeing that today.

As the Queen Is Laid to Rest, Leftists Prove They Have No Shame

"Going to get to this horrible stuff. Queen England just died. She was an elderly woman. I'll tell you I got chills when I saw the photo of her with the new prime minister who, by the way, I think it's going to be fantastic, fantastic for the UK. A lot of really strong economic chops and believes in low taxes and has almost a kind of libertarian conservative view of things. Plus, she's not fully liberty, 'cause I think she's more hawkish than that. So I think she could be the next Margaret Thatcher, which is exactly what the country needs, but the queen, who was just days away from her death, God herself, up out of bed, got the makeup on the whole outfit, and did what she needed to do. For the sake of her country. I mean, talking about patriotism. For the sake of her country, perhaps in the sake of her family, and the monarchy, so she was committed, of course, everyone likes to pile on and hate the queen, hate England, and hate America. And that's just the world in which we live, but disturbing and upsetting when you see so many people that have benefited from the economic opportunities that they've gotten here in America out there slamming, slamming the culture that has afforded them this. Now, I want to be careful here. I'm in no way condoning what England did do. And a lot of people see England is responsible for the slave trade. I would point out that the slave trade was actually happening. Thousands of years before, and that really almost since the beginning of civilization. Unfortunately. And I'm talking civilization. I mean, not during the gathering and hunting days. But once we had civilization, that was an unfortunate reality, and it did exist in Africa and a pretty sophisticated way long before England ever showed up, which was, I believe, in the 1600s. Maybe it was a little bit earlier than that. Let me check my notes because I've got a little research on this for you that I would like to share. I believe it was sometime around 1663. You see, I was close. I was 1600. Anyway, it was done with royal approval, of course, so The Crown was behind this, and they engaged in it for about a 150 years, and you had a slave trade that was born. So I'm not saying that any of that is not absolutely horrible, but I do think it's important to look at things through today's lens.

A Defense of British Colonialism(?!) With Professor Bruce Gilley

"Heard the news yesterday, Queen Elizabeth passed away. She was a stoic wise and phenomenal leader in public life for 70 years, never had a misstep never had a scandal, she loved her country, and she saw, she entered one world and when she passed away, it was a completely different world. Her passing, of course, has basically had every single apparatchik on social media every single one. But a lot of the apparatus on social media say that she was representing a genocidal colonialist empire, all this nonsense, which I think actually opens an opportunity for us to defend British colonialism. This is a contrarian take. This is something that you will not hear on a college campus, but I think it's time to lean in and defend our Friends across the pond. And no better person to help us do this. Then someone who has published extensively on this topic actually has published a piece the case for colonialism, a response to my critics by professor Bruce Gilly and he joins us right now professor welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Hi, Charlie. It's great to be here. So professor walk us through your argument, the case for colonialism. That is a thought crime to say in decent and public society today as we remember the Queen of England and her passing, it seems appropriate to talk about the British Empire, why is colonialism something that we should defend? All the empirical data shows very clearly that if you were colonized in particular of your commerce by the British and the longer they colonized you and the more intensely they colonized you, the more you are likely to be democratic, developed, stable, law abiding and free society today. The empirical evidence is a slam dunk,

Just kind of cut in here and pulled it out three millimeters. Wow. Is all. You know, so I just wanted to feel The Rain. You know, on my chin without having to look up. The awning. So now, we had done the easy street number. Before, and we'd wrap Annie and I got the operation. Procedure done. And now the easy street number when we first did it was overkill. It was 400 dancers in it. And in the street with a monkey grinder and it was just too much. And Bernadette Peters and Tim Curry and I said, this is very good, but you know, it should be just the three villains in the orphanage doing the number. So now I had the procedure, and I get a call from the producer, like a month later, saying, we're going to reshoot. The easy street number, and so bernadette is coming in from New York and Tim from England, and I was in white at the time. So we all went and I said to I said to the producer over the phone, I said, I have a chin now. And he said, what? And I explained it to him. And he said, oh, with all that miss hannigan drag, nobody's gonna know, you know, right. So okay, I just thought I'd tell you. So I flew in. Now we're in the easy street. We're in the office of miss hannigan. Right. John Huston says all right. And he said, I think what I'll do, oh, because ray stark said, you know, it won't be pictured a picture. It'll just be that scene. And nobody's going to notice with all that miss hannigan drag, so. Okay. So now we're in the hurt office. Bernadette Tim and I and mister Houston says, I think what our water do. Is take it from when Carol went into the closet to find Annie's locket. We'll pick it up from when she comes out of the closet. Pictured a picture at all. Yeah. I said, mister Hughes. Call me John, dear. John. Two months ago, when I ran into the closet, I didn't have a chin. Now I'm out of the closet. Right. Right. Thought for a minute and he said, well, dear. Just come out looking determined.

"It is down here. It seems to be a good strategy for me amateur. Essentially, the only strategy. To be honest with you, well, it's not the only strategy you can go and bring a few more golden rule golden oldies. The excitement of those nations leave today. Just getting to me. I need anybody to get. Too many big strong, talented, kind of anger, the same, getting game time. You know, I think most of us are fans of Valverde can pretty much play anyway. We can flip it fullback, play wade, play medal, play off the front. Yeah, as long as you can keep getting the best out of initiatives as long as it's not, you know, that's not this has not been a one season for him and then it's back to the inconsistency. I think that's the important but from a midfield perspective on paper and it never always watch this way. I'm in curse modulation Casimir. It's not exactly the easiest three ball to please. It's high standards. And it's not easy, going to that kind of club, and that can be pressure. But I get the feeling, particularly where the two French lines, they look really and I think Jillian's touching, that's really, really confident and mature young guys who can handle the pressure of playing for Real Madrid. So, yeah, on the face of it, it looks great business. And the way Carlo Ancelotti has used camavinga throughout his first season, obviously making a big impact in some of those huge Champions League games. You imagine him to mirror that sort of way now. Listen, I think it's outstanding. Listen, the one, I guess, criticism if you want to call it that is a 100 million is money you'd pay for a player who you'd expect to come in and start and make an impact. But given the service, you've had out of real regular midfield three. That's money very well spent. And I think the addition of accounting last year and I'm sure many coming in this time around. It's planning for the future in a week that I think we are Madrid needed to do. And can afford to do, give them their successes and money that they have in their coffers. Cranks just being.

"A lot entire legs. I understand that, but it's all the German players. I just thought it was possession. Okay, it's away from home, but shouldn't this team be doing a little bit more than that? Should their foot will be a little bit better with the players that they've got? You know, I just feel with Gareth Southgate and I know there's been a semifinal of a World Cup. By the way, with an easy pathway, a final of the Euros, by the way, with a pretty easy pathway, apart from the fact to put Germany out. But I just want more from England. All these a lot of these players are playing a really, really high standard of the Premier League are somewhere else wherever it should be spent some time and Spain, Bellingham, and Germany, who, by the way, I think could be starting for England come to World Cup. And that's a big question, Mark. Race and Phillips, Bellingham, he's got the maturity for a young man to do it. But I want to see more from England. And I think that's the one criticism of Sophie is I want to see England playing the type of football that I think that a player pool can pervade and I don't see that. Now I'm just saying that I agree with you because I think coming into a World Cup you need to have a team that can play more capable more. I'm not a friend of only keep the ball for the sake of it, but when you come into a tournament, like today is a German team, as you said, a lot of players that have had a long long season as well looking forward to their holiday. But when England going forward, it looks like a coincidence what they're doing is just like, okay, maybe Grealish will do something if we're lucky Sterling will do something. Foden wasn't there today. He could create something for them coming forward. And then you have Harry Kane who would score his goals. The team performance today of German. They just looked so much further. There was a plan behind what they're doing. And I liked that Gareth Southgate have that pragmatic look to his game. I think that is good for England as well, but I think as Craig is saying that there are so many players in that team that could really do something going forward and I will always say I'm doubtful about that defense with a stones with a walker with a Maguire and yes Shaka is a big fan of Jordan Pickford. I think in international level he's just on the middle somewhere there, an average goalkeeper. Yeah, it's a little weird not because I saw something recently suggesting he was the best England goalkeeper. And maybe that tells you a lot about what's who's been engels, but I saw a debate somewhere I can't remember where the best England goalkeepers David seaman. Okay. Now I know he's maybe like a better Harry Maguire and he's played better for England than he has at times for Everton or Everton. Not suggestion at all he's a bad goalkeeper but I just feel as well watch you know I'm gonna make some saves but then there's a record and I'm so I think it's been more consistent for England and Everton certainly and while you're talking about the best England goalkeepers since David seaman, maybe again you can stick with that thing. The most consistent since David since David Simon. I think the goalkeepers in between haven't ready. Don't really live in David Simon's shoes in that regard. At the same time, Pickford hasn't, again, I don't think he's let go of Sergei Don in any way. I believe guys so we will continue to show faith in him. I don't think anybody's challenging him for that shoot right now. And bigger picture for this, while I understand the disappointment around the England performance and the praise for the Germans, given how Paul jiminy was in the last two major international tournaments, you understand Germany taking this game a little bit more seriously. Given how good England would in the last two tournaments, if I'm so good, I'm not that worried. About a one one joke. I'm not that worried about getting old plead. 5 and a half months before the World Cup. You still frigging things out. Germans have a bigger gap to close between their performances and international tournaments and what they're hoping for. Come November. So the dynamic or the verdict is the approach 5 months out. It's very different between the two. Are you okay with the penalty, Ann? Yeah, so what's interesting because it could seem that it was offside, but he was really on came so I think the penalty was okay. People asked about what I will be offside,.

"Off? Yeah? One on one about right. Well, handsome flickers player have 11 games now for Germany, 8 wins and three draws. And they were the better team today. In the second half, England didn't turn up. And then suddenly Grealish came on the pitch. He did he did a bit change in the team. He put up Cain for a big chance and he was also involved doing things going forward. Of course, Shaka his love didn't see that pick for a harder. That was not a good thing that he did in a one nil, Hoffman's shot. It could have stopped that one, but it was deservedly Germany up and they should have won this game. They looked a better side, but I think it was a small progress from England after the hunger game, which was very, very sad, but looking into their Qatar World Cup. I mean, Germany is further than England at the moment, but thank God for Nations League. Imagine there's been a friendly and there will be like 11, 12 changes in second half. I think to be an end of the season kind of game and people want to go into the holiday. It was a quite intense game. It was an okay game from aliens in Munich. Some are questioning Pickford only as the number one choice. Should he have done better for that goal? No. I don't see it. Strikes the ball cleanly from what? Ten, 12 yards. It gets a deflection off of Maguire. Just to take it half a Honda away from Jordan Pickford. If F Jordan Pickford doesn't get anything on that ball, there'd be less criticism. So I just don't understand. I don't understand why people expect deflections of that speed to be saved. Wow. With a glove. I know it's a little anyways a goalie. I don't care. Go back to Jan's point. Jan said, Germany are followed ahead in England. They shouldn't be. They shouldn't be. And that's part of the issue I have when I watch England. And I know there'll be people watching this going to ask Scotland, Scotland. It's not a boat Scotland. When all Scotland are not very good. The point is, look at the player pool that England have. Once again, I think we have a pragmatic manager in gallic Soviet and when a watch England with the players they have and I know there's one or two missing, but it's still a strong team.

"To write what you know. And she was very familiar with the seaside resorts of cornwall. Dorset and the english riviera asked the coast of south. Devon is sometimes called talkie salkin dartmouth sidmouth and others. All make repeated appearances in novels throughout her career from the fictional cornish resort of saint leu in parallel and house to tommy and tuppence his trip to bomb earth in an oem specific seaside hotels such as the imperial hotel in talkie even turn up multiple times sometimes in disguise and sometimes as in the case of sleeping murder just as themselves. This is regular trick of christie's the places that she knew best are reused over and over again. Her own house in devon greenway makes numerous appearances in novels as different as five little pigs and ordeal by innocence. With different aspects of the house and grounds emphasized as the plots require realism in the setting for who-done-its is so established in the genre that the inclusion of maps and floor plans standard so it makes sense that being able to pay out the distances in a real place when working out alibi would be a big help to an author aside from the southwest. London is another area where christies locations are clustered thickly together. She lived in london on and off throughout adult life from the time immediately after the first world war when she and archie were first setting up home together through to her time working in hospital there during the second world war and beyond perhaps because her readers were more likely to be familiar with the city's geography. I found that in london. She was less likely to play fast. And loose with the layout the ritz hotel for instance crops up. Whenever a flashy american character needs to be introduced such as in the case of julius p her shaima in the secret adversary. It is sometimes poorly disguised as the blitz hotel. But it's always the same luxurious establishment on piccadilly christie's characters to rarely stray from central and west london. Again the places that she would have been familiar with herself. She had a variety of london addresses over the years but they were all in west london kensington chelsea since jones would hampstead and so on and thus i found rarely if ever do her character straight into his london or south of the river almost as interesting as the places that christie does include in. Her fiction are the ones that are absent. Since the map and guide is about agatha christie's england. I was keen to pretend locations all around the country both just for interest sake. I'm because it visually makes for a better up before the dotson ice these spread out however christie really. Didn't make this easy for me. There are too hot spots in the southwest and in london. As i've said and then a smattering of other places in the south east such as the real house swimming pool on the south downs that inspired the house in the hollow. But there's a big gap in the midland's and much sparce spread of locations in the north of england with a few exceptions that..

"Much. as you could say yes grew we go down. The group is the boys was saying before there isn't really that momentum that they could have carried from the first half into the second off and then into the knockout stages to carry on the car analogy type of the handbrake back owning the second half board. Everyone's a death and that was obviously was it and that's the reason why people just started. I could almost hear conversations going on in wembley in that second half. Everyone was kind of just wondering and trying to wrap them up again. Because i remember when. I spoke to james last week and he said look you have to be you know you have to understand tournament football. Not all the time. Is it going to be sexy. You just have to get this nitty gritty win here on there and before you know what you find yourself in the knockouts and possibly even in the final. But it's it's now making. Everyone's scratched their heads. I guess what gareth southgate really wants to do. Yes you giving props for being good indefens- and keeping these clean sheets. Which i'm sure goes a long way and stevie nichols book but then you look at this attack and you see everything that's possible you see exactly who he can take off and put back on all these wonderful shiny toys. And i think england have to wonder because we've had three group games and we don't really know who their best front four is i. Guess or who else is the best to go alongside hurricane because it's obvious that gareth southgate is not really going drop him at any cost but he's still searching for gold. I'm sure he will come into some form. At least in the round of sixty will be interesting to see who they get but at some point. I really don't know what england wants to do but everyone's keeps saying. Please just play the sexy football because it's obvious you can do it as always thank you very much england and also be an action next week. Meanwhile tonight live. Mls gains.

"Four is great for your back for some stage. Day along with mon have to get from the bolt and not only tamely of and the right shoulder spots and they didn't do that. None of them did that So the question is why. Are you playing with two defensive. Midfield those who say the great defensively kind. Get your attackers the ball. Because that's why we can go taken off. Nobody gave him the ball the whole game he can. He can survive with supply and right now the england midfield not all in this game of the previous game was osam. They can't get the front three any supply. That's interesting because i think in the world cup of three years ago now england did go over three of the back and think through the backfiring today might suit them a bit better because the two wing backs could possibly pushed a bit higher. You could the front line and sentences safe owed and all stolen being a bit more narrow playing closer to maybe created more. Because i think i like flight matchup against scotland that we make it better because again we talk about how polling played by folks played really well defensively. Though very solid they would drill. Then you what they were doing safe for england. Surprised that didn't go back towards us system going into the game because it's something don't before and criticism has been leveled at southgate because some people don't like it depends on what he thinks if he thinks he's a neuro direction. Because again resolves again the point let's ended today. We're getting of the group right on right now but this the will you know what we're just going to get better with this with this team and the we will plan if he thinks that we then that's been trouble. Hurricane is going to be criticized. I imagine a lot. Are we in a situation. Where what you expect. When he's getting supply or he should be getting more involved. Both i think he looked off in the two games. He's played so far and then he doesn't look. This is what he has been in the past supply. Obviously the main issue if you don't get chances. And he was isolated up against scotland three today. But that was mon steve big in watching the game. Steve is almost the problem in going to go through. Top the group or something qualify and got no momentum particularly good in the last game. That was an awful game for england. We played really well. You know who nullified everything they are off johnstone's header but that go into the last game in potentially into the knockout stages. We're no momentum. Feel good factor. You look at the english team and you think. He hasn't installed rushed for jet stark realis- yet jaden sanchez. Just made the squad..

"The group stage. What the all after one game we all of them game right. You can certainly lose it. Not say that in the real on people trying to make full steam. My wife's knowledge of football. I'm worried already could easily rivals dogs knowledge of percentages and lately. She's a big fan of your show because of one. Man steve nicol to make matters worse. She's now allegiance to scotland to join me as england fan. I hate charge just deliver. Do i tell you re looking at me trouble on the right no you. Don't you say leave off guy wasn't going to say you going to say everything. I'm no questions but the request. Maybe it's time to stop using don. What is the percents questions. Yeah fair enough. Y'all think saw nothing. You could talk about the chances of now. You're you're right. Supposed to give scotland beating the mighty england. Fifty fifty really. Wow confident but it's going to be the small margins the margins. We need to take lead. So it's going to be a draw. How would you break up the percentages of the three. Listen i'm going on you. Like your chances of beaten england if you take the lead taught.

"The home team a whole lot to build on on the thought that they did that. And then they start Get themselves involved in game. You show models get on the ball a little bit more dictate the pace of the game himself but with all of that. Croatia really didn't create a challenge. Really didn't test jordan. Pick foot on we. We have to remind ourselves that we are talking about team that lost me worker final three years ago or beat a team without rockets manziel but croatia are addition fit and yet still haven't didn't really test england in the way that you would hope you would expect. I as i look team. I don't see how aware they get better. Whereas i feel the exact opposite with england despite the disappointments you get three points and the england team only gets better as this tournament grocery chatter poor game. I thought he was pulled for croatia. They look better crush when madras a little bit. Deeper and floss came on and patriots came on and he played inside. They looked better the deep moderate scott because he was so good. I thought he was almost wasted. He was almost on another level at times. If you look at the stars the possession stotts krisha on not much for for the behind england. And she'll when you think of that and you think the quality of gotten the middle of the park you look at the front three. We would talk about. Who's going to play up front because peres which was only one thought was nailed on will the other two not only did they not school goals. But they've made themselves available so people ain't mortgage even though they have the ball got realty. Somebody's gotta make a move and get into a position where you can actually give the ball to them so if you a front three who dozy. Who didn't do an awful lot of moving around then we can good runs regardless of possession. You have you're still go. You can ninety percent of the ball if you got three up front. Who stunned watching and not helping you. And you ain't gonna get anywhere and they didn't the perfect start in england's.

Sign as well came out. Transplant failed foton of the post. You're really good. I have just opened mrs body. I think takes only read through off the inside of the post and oh those are the margins and then some the the board falter calvin phillips strikes us nicely much. It was absolutely brilliant. And that's one of the hottest techniques. When you on to take on the volley really really good. Hitler offer a bright saw. It got lethargic. The game wasn't particularly brilliant. But then philip's plays into sterling would make it one now is a great break from from phillips but what group fantastic run from styling change it to perfection keeps himself on site nice little ball through there and just money's used to get it possible keep hurricane didn't do too much in this game had a chance just was awfully. I think they're just just before hurricane coming around the back of of the defendant so inland with a one nil victory alexis newness a of off. The team selection came out. Everyone becomes the got fun. Everyone tries to make the decisions and felt that maybe you know garrison. Everyone was going to be a little to save on the wanted to see you guys set free but exactly kind of what you did. So is that something that we can expect to see from.
