Nine of the sixteen died and most of them were young women in their twenties and thirties. Yikes do you know why. At this point it's too early to tell why predominance among women it may be due to the fact that norway was using astrazeneca for healthcare workers who lean towards predominantly women and using pfizer to vaccinate. It's older populations that might have things bit. Initially european regulators said the rates of this calling disorder. Were no higher than what you'd see in the general population. But they've changed that now they're saying yes it does appear that in roughly one in a hundred thousand people vaccinated with astra zeneca. This serious side. Effect could occur. Northern Ireland assembly meets after sixth night of unrest
"Edition of the briefing with me. Andrew mueller last night for the sixth consecutive night northern ireland witnessed scenes of the kind of violence likely to prompt considerable agitation in observers with long enough memories. More than fifty. Five police officers are known to have been injured in the last week and considerable damage done to buildings and vehicles. The worst of the most recent disturbances occurred around one of these so-called peace walls which separate nationalist and loyalist communities in west belfast. The northern ireland assembly has been recalled for an emergency session at stormont today on joined with more on this by lord. Peter hain former secretary of state for northern ireland lord as you would know better than most people the good agreement did not end sectarian tension in northern ireland. There has been sporadic tension and violence over the decades since but measured against that scale. How bad is what we're seeing. Now was nothing like as you indicate the level of bombing and assassination and horror at the said. He has also troubles brought to northern ireland. Whistle the terrorism but It is serious and it needs to be addressed not just by northern ireland's leaders who displaying frankly a lack of leadership which is really disturbing but also by trade minister boris johnson and state for northern ireland who've been pretty absent from the scene in northern ireland now full quite a while and especially over this. What's your read of what's behind this because there is always the trap of reading significance which might not exist into what might just be a bunch of board young men looking for trouble. No this is that there are elements of that and they're a variety of other factors but the main problem has arisen over frustration amongst the unionist community the protestant community over the fact that there are checks and controls in for businesses doing trade. With great britain with england scotland or wales across the irish sea northern ireland of course is on an island with the republic of ireland to the cells and also within the united kingdom and within the united kingdom the rest of the united kingdom there are no barriers to trade of any kind between scotland. And or between wales and england for that matter scotland wales but they're on house result of brexit across the irish sea between england scotland and wales to northern ireland for the first time and that is the reason because the type of brexit that boris johnson. The prime minister pursued which was to break any real alignment with the european trade and customs arrangements and to go for at entirely separate of great britain but in order to make sure that the good friday peace process and the stability which has brought since ninety nine hundred was maintained. The irish border had to be kept open. Let's say the border between northern ireland and the republic of ireland to itself as it has been now for decades and has become invisible with all sorts of human activity. Crossing it in their efforts not had the toxic role played a toxic role. Because it's been invisible it did in generations gone by and that's that's also the good if however that's it become the external frontier customs frontier of the european union. Then it could have ignited all those old problems that had beset and an bedeviled northern ireland. So instead what boris johnson agreed to was to keep the border open that men the northern ireland remained in the european union's customs union and it's trading markets but that's Inevitably because the united kingdom was leaving Great britain would be outside those arrangements so they have to be checks across the irish sea between northern ireland and great britain. of course. The prime minister denied this in his normal airy way At the beginning on the unionists and loyalists in particular who some of the most hardline involved feel betrayed. Because he didn't he wasn't straight with them way. Do you save in the causal connection between that dissatisfaction with the post brexit arrangements. And what we've seen in west belfast. Is it possible that there are people who are or were associated with loyalist paramilitarism. Who are leveraging that discontent to cause trouble. Yes there are and they're also criminals amongst them who drug. Traffic is and so on who've presented a police crackdown which has been quite effective in their communities to try and get rid of this drug trafficking problem and bought ignited. Not because of that so much though it's fit into it but also but primarily because suddenly loyalist protestant unionists suddenly found that Country what boris johnson told them. There are actually checks and controls strangling a lot of northern ireland businesses in a mountain of tape and naturally they see that as a break within the united kingdom because which puts northern ireland in a different place from say england scotland or wales and so they feel that their fundamental beliefs in the the union of the united kingdom northern ireland. Being within that is being threatened. And that is what ignites it. There was none of this until that issue suddenly arose around new year because the prime minister frankly say told a lot of porky's on us and didn't level with the unionist community and they suddenly found themselves in this predicament and had created Insecurity and understandable anxiety out of which these other factors criminality usa Vandalism and so on out of which that's fed you mentioned earlier a an absence of leadership both in northern ireland and in the united kingdom what would a constructive response from especially northern irish politicians. At this point look like presumably not like the one We saw her on twitter from arlene foster who went and it is a a term with which you will be familiar. Full water battery Suggesting that the violence will die quote. Take the focus off the real lawbreakers incheon. Fine that's probably not the most helpful into intercession. She could have made at this point. Is it well when you become first minister which is effective northern ireland as she is Although it's an unusual arrangement that she has joins us with the deputy minister. Michelle neil who's a shouldn't fain leader when you reach these positions you've got to speak for the whole of the community promises and president presidents naturally have their own party agendas to follow in their own party members to satisfy in any country in any democratic system. But you're trying to speak for the whole nation and that for the whole nation as well once you assume those positions and what has been disappointing about both of them and especially in recent days. Me aline fosters utterances. She's not adopted that role. She's effective acting as a party politician. A democratic unionist party rather than speaking for the whole of the the the the community across northern ireland and across the religious and political divides that have bedeviled for so many generations. And i think that's the kind of leadership we need. And we have gossips equally across the water London has been virtually silent on northern ireland. Now full rarely ever since David cameron and the conservatives came to power in two thousand ten under make this point on a on a party. Basis is a leave a politician and also it was labor secretary of state for northern ireland. A because it's traditionally been a nonpartisan issue between both the major parties. I make it. Because i'm genuinely an i've being hugely critical of the the absence of of number ten downing street of the prime minister in a way. That's attorney blend. Gordon brown were in vogue. John major's conservative prime minister before them. playing an honest broker role effectively. What they've done is said will not you know the the good friday process the peace settlement that i helped to negotiate in two thousand seven that brought the old enemies to share power together. That that's all done and dusted and therefore we can concentrate on the other pressures of government and that was fatal So we only seen a couple of sentences from the prime minister over the last few days when parts of belfast up in flames and a couple of tweets from the northern ireland secretary of state. Frankly that's not good enough. They should be convening all party. Talks in person to try and resolve these as labor shattered secretary. St louis hague has called for And they should be on the case all the time instead of effectively absence without leave as has been the case over northern ireland now sadly for a number of years lord haein. Thank you as always for joining us. You're listening to the briefing. Here is markle's ailing goffin. With the days of the headlines. Thanks andrew in the serum institute.

"I don't even know how many people actually know about all the other rides going on in the midwest before the White House that and it never got publicized but we're going to talk a lot about that kind of stuff. But all of these things that have happened it happened to everybody not just, you know, Joe civilian. Everybody's going through it meaning, Christians are going through it too. And I know a lot of people I've heard more than ever Christians are hypocrites or Christians often aren't doing what they're supposed to be doing it. They don't act the way they're supposed to act and you know, let's be fair. Okay Christians aren't here just to put up a front bumper anybody. I mean we are still human beings and that's one Life In The Son also was started because we do deal with real life issues. And you know, sometimes they don't handle things away. we should that's true but nobody does not making excuses. I'm just saying we still have the human side of this to battle with and that's why life in the sun this podcast started so we could talk about how Christians deal with the day-to-day rigors of normal life. Our life doesn't change to something much more pleasant and much he's dead. Here because we became Christians. It's typically harder. I tell you what before we get started in the main part of the show. I wanted to tell you what I thought when I first got saved and started reading the Bible for myself. I was twenty nine years old and you know, I knew some things about God mainly cuz I grew up in the Catholic church, but all I heard was God's love and God's grace and mercy, he knows everything. He's everywhere, you know that sort of stuff. But as far as reading the Bible I was doing this for the first time and I started out I was going to read all the way through from Genesis to Revelations and I started finding things that were humorous to me in the Bible and one of those things was Adam and Eve's fall in the garden that go and hide themselves like because I hear God coming and garden. And it really tickled me to no end when God comes to the garden and he says Adam, where are you? Does anybody else find that funny wage wage? All right. I hope you found a little bit of the humor in that like I did anyway, but then again, you know, I was a newborn Christian when I first read it, so it was funny to me back then and I do realize that there was a reason for God just asking a time where it was. So I hope you found the humor in it off because I didn't but anyway what I want to talk about today is what a lot of people for some reason, you know, you hear this all the time. We don't mix religion with politics here. Well good. I'm glad because I don't like either one. And I'm going to take the same position as John Wayne here. Okay, politicians and diapers have a lot in common. They're both full of it and they both need to be changed often for the same reason, but let's let's be sincere about something. Okay. A lot of people in this country have no idea really what politics is all about. A lot of people have no idea what the difference between Christianity and religion is And a lot of people my age couldn't even recite the Preamble of the Constitution to you much less tell you what it means. And therefore they do what the Constitution means they don't know what it says. They listen to what people tell them and you know, I'm just going to be blunt here. Okay. America we need to get our heads out of the sand. Okay. It's the politicians that we vote for our supposed to be representing the constituents. And when we elect somebody we're supposed to be electing people that we trust that will represent our best interests. And I mean that's just the basics of it really and and don't think that it only took fifty six men about two hours to write all this stuff. It took a long time. It took a lot of studying it took going through the things that they went through all the way up to the tyranny of England. And you know, I've heard it said so many times recently. It drives me insane that the constitution was not written. Was it not based on the Bible? Okay. Well, I think I could probably agree that they didn't sit there with the Bible and just go through the book of numbers and Deuteronomy and Leviticus and Kolb the laws out of the Old Testament. I don't think they did that. But if you look at the people who

"I don't know. I don't know what they think but all those options I think next to Meijer. Yeah. There's this if you don't do it this year, I mean because again the opportunity cost is so low, it's you have so many free agents. They can't all be paid and you have a ton of options in that draft to so the people who don't want to pay free agents can use them on draft picks. If you're the Patriots you got to do both. Yeah. I think you gotta go free agency a wide receiver off. I'm saying a long time because you need to see a guy that succeeds doing things in the NFL that you already can tell Will translate into your system. I think with these college guys, the passing offenses wage coverages that they see in college are just so much different from what you see in the pros. You see so little press Matt and the pro in the problem here would be established got the here's the biggest dilemma with the Patriots, you know, you could always look to sign and or draft a guy that fit this offense and in in particular Brady, you know, they make the big play for Adam Humphries, you know, because he would have fit Brady in this office is a type of guy that Brady would like to throw to you don't know who you're tailoring that towards right now. So I mean, I think you have to just look at Talent as objectively as possible without any regard for who's going to be throwing the ball and say this guy is just a football player. He can beat you he can win, you know enough things where he can do anything here I'd wage. Think but you know Bill and the Patriots have their type of guys, you know, and this is going to be the big dilemma. Heading in is it does not work anymore and not only has the game changed as your team change the point that the type of guys that bill looks at and says that's a football player. I know it when I see it. Absolutely. That's the guy is that still the case? I I just think the biggest thing to me check with the wide receivers in the draft is I am not confident at all in their ability to one evaluate the wide receiver position in the development and then to develop that guy once he gets home. I hope whatsoever that they're capable of doing that based off of what they've seen what we've seen. I mean, it's not just the DK Metcalf Deebo Samuel Terry McLaurin AJ Brown Conversation Over nuclear. It's honestly looking at that pic and saying how did they think n'keal Harry was the best receiver out of that group McColl Harmony can throw him in there to judge them? Do you as an evaluator? Look at those options on the board and say Hey, you know, we actually like n'keal Harry more than we like AJ Brown. I just don't see how you can come away with that. So if they struggle so much with kind of projecting that position into their office and into their system and into the NFL game then just get a guy that's already proven that he's a great player at this level and let him be who he is, you know, get Courtney Davis and let Corey Davis run Corey Davis type of routes Crossing routes, you know deep verticals things like that. Let get Allen Robinson and turn him into a contested catch guy here because that's what he's really good at. If you could do those types of things with a pro Talent that's already proven himself in this league and already has things that work for him in this league. It's a much easier transition. And then at that point you can go into the draft. I think I am a little bit more comfortable with them taking a tight end..

"I think what we're seeing and I wrote about this just now is just we need to embrace this offense in what it is is that it's a run Centric offense and I think what we were seeing at a Josh McDaniels in particular he deserves a lot of credit for scheming it up in the running game. We've talked a lot about the last couple of weeks defense is playing eight guys in the box with low safeties and kind of King on that run game. So what did McDaniels do this week? You realize that they needed to come up with ways to even the numbers back up. And so he used option runs to use the Wildcat formation a couple of times. He was able to get situations where the page we're seeing an eight-man box. But because of cams legs they were able to even up the numbers with him it being a focal point of the running game. So they also what I thought was really smart as they watched the tape of that Buffalo game and off Joey Bosa just absolutely dominate the game three sacks, right quarterback pressures and get three tackles-for-loss in the Run game on top of all that forced a fumble. So they made him the read defender on all those awful plays. So he's just sitting there trying to read out Cam Newton and instead of getting up the field and blowing them off the ball. He was kind of left in no man's land trying to defend the option place. So really smart kind of wrinkles nearby McDaniels to put both in Conflict throughout the entire game. And then the last one that I kind of went over in that post was the RPO package with the two running backs, which was just really awesome job. Sony Michelle and Damien Harris on the field at the same time and the Patriots are running rpos RPO bubble screens mostly where they have a trap run on the inside and then a bubble screen on the outside and I was just reading that overhang Defender to the weak side of the formation and he's able to kind of decipher. Should I hand it off or throw it out there? They haven't thrown it out there that the screen yet. I'm waiting for them to get that looked to be able to do that. But I just think it's really cool to see how McDaniels is saying. Okay. This is what we are right. We're not going to be this prolific downfield passing attack, especially with the way the cams throwing the ball right now. So I need to scheme it up. I need to figure out ways to make sure that this running game can still go and that's exactly what they were able to do.

"We've got Evan Lazar here and Evan. This is a quick turnaround. This one's a tough one. It's a review preview sort of episode. We're going to look back on the charge a little bit cuz you had a chance to look at the film on Monday and jump ahead to the Rams which is happening at warp speed obviously with the Thursday night turn around. So let's dig in first observations you sign a we were on the post game show gushing about the spirits defense and their game plan which at the time you viewed as a fairly simple approach to defending the Chargers and the Chargers passing attack which had been terrific job. But you know now that you looked at the film any wrinkles you saw anything you saw that you thought. Oh, wow, that really was something well in the front seven. It was pretty simple, you know stunt schemes things like that. The back end was not sim. All this was a graduate-level course by the Patriots on how to spin the dial on a Young quarterback and what we saw from New England's defense was disguised coverages, you know, showing one sister before this Napa rotating into something else after the stab. They actually played a decent amount of quarters coverage in this game match quarters, which is you know, really called cover seven where the defense has those two deep safeties in kind of deploys them in different ways. One of the ways that I posted on Twitter recently was just cutting off across stores in the middle of the field and bracketing Hunter Henry the Chargers tight end and all of that. It was made possible in a lot of ways what they did was made possible by the fact that Stephon Gilmore can take Keenan Allen one-on-one on an island without safety help in the middle of the field and shut him down. So a lot of you know, great exotic coverage rotations really confusing Justin Herbert. They only rushed the only list and five times. So basically what you were seeing was him holding onto the football and being forced to hold onto the football game. I those posts nap coverage rotations and it just was enough of a pause in his process that they were able to get to the quarterback from there..

"To do this game in and game out then they're going to win some games in the back half. Is it going to be tough? I don't know but they're going to win some games. I know but that's again where you start to say every game seems losable because you've seen them Get Smoked by San Francisco an ugly game against Denver. If you're going to lose to these teams, certainly you could lose to some of the opponents left on the remainder of the Slate, but then also your name And say yeah Texans certainly winnable game, right? Sure. Yeah. They're they're they're tough. But you Chargers Rams dolphins dolphins are playing great right now with us again Jets. I mean you finish with those three AFC East games. You're not looking at the schedule saying I mean the Baltimore game was penciled in as a loss and they want it. There's no other game here, you're penciling in an automatic loss each week you enter it and say this is winnable. And so again you start to stack a few of this together things change. What gets a little tricky here is the AFC is insanely top-heavy right now with teams with creatures have to climb a few. Yeah, they got basically Ten teams fighting for the seven spots if you include the Patriots and the Patriots are the only like everybody else six and three really sub five hundred T. It's it's going to be a long uphill battle for them to be able to fight their way back in the play-offs, but I'll take this over what we saw against Denver when we song Against the Niners at least be competitive in last two weeks that we've gotten a decent product. I mean tonight in the first half. I thought that was the best product football product that we probably gotten that was their best half football both sides of the ball. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah again something to build on still a lot of people out here Evan. I want to see if anybody wants to say anything here in the chat or is it just it's all people just talk about what they're going to do at quarterback next year and and and the kill hatred. Yes because I did I have a lot of the family wedding everybody who's better than the Keel. Yeah. They just like to get me going that they said you were viewer better on when you also better receiver than the Keel. We should give the offense of line some credit though. I feel like I haven't given them enough credit their job at run blocking is it's fun to watch. I know it's not necessarily the the sexiest thing to talk about and we all love to see the Deep ball. We all love to see them, you know, throw them. Fall and things like that. Everybody's clamouring to see them throw the ball, but in terms of the run-blocking, this is an absolute clinic for about three-quarters on how to run block crack tosses lead box off our counter. I so I mean it was everything right they just they had the whole repertoire throwing everything add them. They had some extremely thunderous double-team box to Michael. I knew in Jack Mason on the right side Joe Toney and Isaiah Wynn on the left side. Just moving the offensive line played a man's game tonight. Yeah, that's just I mean at the end of the day that's football right down in the trenches and your guys against our guys and tonight the Patriots guys want the first half that offensive line set a tone and that that really that really was it for the game. "Is a different feel than what you were getting with Sony with Sony Michelle, even though you would think that they're kind of sort of in the same mold of running back. You know, I think what we're seeing with Damien Harris is a Next Level understanding of how to manipulate defense Defenders, especially at the second level of the defense. So his big 25-yard run. I put it up on Twitter page. He's leading. It's a fullback lead play and he's following Jakob Johnson through the Gap, right and as he's following Jakob Johnson, he's seeing the linebackers at the second level flowing to the full back right back to fullback lead Play Everybody in the stadium knows it's going right behind the full-back. So the whole defense converges behind the full-back, so he follows right behind the fullback and then at the corner of his eye he kind of sees the second level of the defense come back with him. And so then he cuts it back to the next Gap over and there's just nobody home because everybody's flowing to the outcome Johnson. So just use a little manipulations. I posted another one where they had a fullback Wham play on Thursday But the guy through you got Johnson with him and the Ravens defensive line basically stood everybody up at the line of scrimmage, but they were able to get the edge and and Damien Harris just saw that page really unfold saw the the Ravens had its doubt upfront but then realized that the edge Defender the defensive end had crept inside to try to plug up that Gap and he just bounces it right out to the corner and he have another first down run those little types of plays here and there where it's not necessarily about dancing out of a bunch of tackles and being super Elusive and being Barry Sanders out there. It's mostly about understanding where the goal of the play is to hit and how you can manipulate the defense based off of them knowing where you're going sort of thing. Yeah, and just just hit it and that's and that's why it does happen. Again. We talked about Cam Newton. This was Again part of it as whether but I mean almost like early in the year level conservative play-calling with him home..

"We're gearing up for the highly-anticipated match up between the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs. I'm Sarah Goodwill here with Evan Lazar. We're finally out Wednesday the big first preparation day for the Patriots on the practice field heading into their matchup against Patrick Mahomes. Let's talk about that offense because obviously they put on a show against the Ravens on Monday Night Football. That's just how special is this offense in our difficult. Will it be for this Patriots defense? Well, it gives me a very 2007 Patriots field with this team maybe a zero three or four page where it just feels inevitable that they're going to get to their game. Now, obviously stylistically, they're very different from those two Patriot teams, but in terms of the fact that they're on a 12-game winning streak right now and it doesn't really feel like it's ending any time soon in terms of their dominance of the league. We haven't really seen this outside of New England all that much. Maybe Green Bay and 2010-11 with with Aaron Rodgers, but for the most part this domination, Is really just been the Patriots over the last couple of decades and nobody else. So I'm not saying that the Chiefs are about the Roloff six Super Bowls. I'm not sure if that's necessarily going to happen, but they're certainly they do what they do and they do it extremely. Well. I went Patrick Mahomes. He has blossomed I think taking it even the step further because now mentally he's dominating the game. So the Baltimore Ravens through a lot of different Blitz packages at him on Monday night and he went 15 4 19 with three touchdowns against their blitz. So it's really you can't Blitz them. You can't play Man coverage against the guys in the back and you can't play zone cuz they're too fast and they're just going to run right through all the bound. So what do you do against this offense is pretty much holed up in man coverage as best as you can and pray that that's pretty much all I can come up with at this point like you just did it's so easy to get home soon as kids City offense, but they're pretty solid defensively as well. What do you yeah from that side of the ball and how the Patriots can kind of explain what it says. Well, I think that's what we've seen out of this dead. Is that you know, a lot of Patriots fans could probably relate to the 2011 Patriots or the 2010 Patriots where they have these great offenses, but the defense wasn't holding up its end of the bargain I think similarly with Kansas City over the last couple of years. The defense really didn't hold up its end of the bargain then last year it finally all came together. Now, they play complimentary football and Steve Spagnola their defensive coordinator is a known Patriots Kryptonite type of guy. He's off see the defensive coordinator the 07 Giants which we don't need to talk about right now, but he's a very men pressure heavy guy, you know, man coverage on the back end with pressure in the front seven. Chris Jones is obviously the big kind of guy in the middle of the defense that everybody's going to circle and you're going to have to have some sort of game plan against him. He is impossible to block Frank Clark on the edge is pretty solid to Tyrann Mathieu. We know what he can do in the secondary. So this need as much improved. I think that's why they went from AFC East Contender afci considers in general. I should say that now Super Bowl champions. It's not necessarily because the Patrick Mahomes I think it was also a lot to do with them. Events taking the next step as well. "The countdown decamp continuous power by MASTERCLASS, were continuing to run through the burning questions surrounding the New England patriots heading in to training camp this season on Sierra goodwill here with Evan Lazar we're GonNa talk better. The Patriots Number One draft pick who? Had some concerns about because he's a D. Two player. He wasn't a big flashy name on everyone's draft board, but he is expected to be have significant contribution in his rookie season, but first we're GONNA. Talk about what that pick in the second round means for Patrick Chung. What are your thoughts on that? We're looking at Patrick Chung season last year, Sierra it was one of his worst in coverage now. Sometimes those things don't necessarily carry over to the next year. Guys were cover guys bounce back, but we look at US statistics last year his highest. Highest career completion percentage into his coverage also allowed over nine yards per reception after allowing only seven yards per reception the year before, so his stats in coverage have dipped as play as just a little bit where that door I think is opening up for the next guy to Kinda. Usher itself in so whether it's Kyle Duggar or Adrian Phillips. Terrence Brooks or one of those other hybrids safety type at the Patriots have stocked up on over the last couple of years despite that contract extension for effort, Patrick Chung excuse me in May. It's still kinda. Looks to me like bill might have the future in mind here with is like Duggar. Guys like Adrian Phillips now under contract without chunk played last season. And we know Bill Belichick doesn't usually throw rookies right into the fire on defense, especially playing big majority of the snaps of dumber is expected to have a significant role on special teams in. We can talk about that as well, but do you think he can carve out a spot for him on his defense year one while it's a good question, I think especially in this off season where there's such a little lead up to the. The, regular season at least planned for right now it's going to be tough for any rookie to get up to speed and get up to speed in order to be contributor in year one. What alone a guy like Duggar? WHO's making the lead from the D.? Two level to the NFL by do think that there are snaps for him to win and I think the main one is probably going after Doron. Harmon snaps as that. That backup free safety the Devin mccourty as a guy that can play over the top and play deep in both single high and too high structures now Douger is not necessarily known for doing things in the box like people might think you know coming up in covering tight ends in covering up coming up and playing in the boxes sort of pseudo linebacker. He actually played more in college in the deep part of the field than he. He did do a nat, so maybe has a little bit more experienced and a little bit more comfortability playing in the deep after the third of the field, let alone playing kind of in the box and being that tight end stopper Alah Patrick. Chung, so that's the quickest way for him. Onto the field as a rookie is taking over for Harmon, instead of taking over for Chongwe because the Patriots do have Chung Phillips they have. Who Turns Brooks who I mentioned earlier have a bunch of veteran players at at sort of Swiss army knife position that Chung glaze, so doug. I think quickest way on the field for him is playing center field by wouldn't be surprised if we see him in that Chung role not too far from now. Yeah, pretty deep, secondary overall for the Patriots this season. Season but as our countdown.

"The. The! Deadline was Wednesday for the New England patriots in Joe -Tuni- to reach an extension in in happen. So, what does that mean? I'm Sierra goodwill here with Evan Lazar now we know that cap hit is high for Tunisia. But why do you think this decision was ultimately made by both your organization, in Tunisia to not agree to an extension yet while for tuning, this is a great deal for him. You know you walk home with fifteen million bucks for one year of service. You'RE NOT GONNA. Complain too much and really I think what. What happened with the negotiation is for weeks. Now sort of the the word on the street is that the two sides are pretty far apart? There's an sizable gap between where he wants to be where the team feels comfortable, extending him a lot of the reason why some of these franchise tag players are not reaching extensions with their teams Dak Prescott Donnegan Gawk Way -Tuni-. Other guys is because of the pandemic teams are kind of reluctant to hand out. Big money deals not knowing exactly how the salary cap is going to be. Impacted here by Covid Nineteen, so I think the biggest thing for the Patriots and -Tuni- is that they get them around here for one more season they put an offensive line in front of whoever's under center that's going to give them a rock solid unit upfront and revisited with Judy next offseason, but right now they're pretty far apart. We'll the current circumstances definitely could have played into this Kobe nineteen economic impacts of that. Probably on both tuning and the Patriots mind. Do you think these two will come to an extension agreement in the future? Because obviously the patriots value -Tuni- as a player right and they can also still trade -Tuni- on the tag. I should mention that just because this deadline has passed doesn't mean that the trade is off the table but I don't think the trade is necessarily going to happen. Because of those grievance settlements that they got within Tonio. Brown and Aaron Hernandez. They have that wiggle room now on the CAP, so they don't necessarily need to go in there and get a contract extension done to lower his cap number this season because they're tied up. Up against it, so with that wiggle room with that cushion, I think that they will keep him this year and not trade him, but that being said in terms of what the future holds for Joe Tony, he is going to get a top of the market deal. He one of the best pass protectors among any offensive Lineman, tackle-center or guard. He's one of the best the league protecting the passer. That's obviously what the League is all about nowadays so I think that the Patriots are going to have to offer him a very competitive market deal to keep him in new. "The. Trade rumors are swirling about Titan. David Joko of the Cleveland. Browns in the New England patriots are being thrown in the mix I'm Sierra goodwill here with Evan Lazar? This might seem strange because we know. The Patriots just picked up those two tight ends third round of the draft. But why is he being linked to? The Patriots doesn't make sense. Could they afford him well? They can't afford them and I think it does make a little bit of. Of Sense, although I have my reservations, but really what happened with chocolate in Cleveland is that the browns went out there. They signed Austin Hooper to a lucrative free agent contract this past, and then they went undrafted Harrison Bryant mackey award winner in college football last year in the fourth round, so they went and got tight ends and added those guys to the roster. You look at Jockey skillset. He's really a big wide receiver. He is not A. A tight end that's GONNA put his hand in the dirt and block people in front of him, but he's extremely matchup proof of really great matchup weapon at Chesapeake. You can move them inside. He can move in the slot. You can move them outside and play outside receiver. He was a red zone weapon for the browns when he was out there and he wasn't dealing with injuries, so I think that there's a lot of upside there in terms. Terms of him as a receiver, and he can really come in and be a matchup weapon and be a guy at the Patriots. Other teams will have the game plan against if he does come here. New England you. Other teams are GonNa say how are we going to match up with this six-foot-five tight end? That can move like that. It's a very difficult for opposing defenses in. That's why some teams are really interested in jockey right now. Only know that the Patriots were really high on Devin AC- ASEAN. They think don Keane could be a great compliment. So why would this make sense? Would he be a good fit for the Patriots offense while you've. That's the biggest question mark for me here Sierras. You just gave up a hall to go trade up in the draft draft Devon. Siasi and Dalton came where he gave up multiple. Multiple picks to make those picks happen, so do you want invest another draft pick? Let's say at third or fourth round or based off of the rumors at Cleveland on the tight end position again. Yeah, we listened to Bill Bell Talk to us about the wide receiver position how they used the first round. Pick on the Keel Harry. Then they traded a second for mom. It's new and he. He seemed pretty reluctant about using that. Many assets at one position group, so it wouldn't surprise me if he said that about wide receivers, and then he went out, and traded a third round pick for Jaakko in the same sort of vein with that being said, this is an interesting season. It's different from the past and what we'd ever experienced before and asking to rookie tight ends to come. Come in here and make an impact with no. Ota's with no minicamp with very little training camp as a big SORTA ASS now I know Jock who hasn't played in the Patriot system, but he's played in the League before Ryan. He's got some experience there in the NFL. So that's the difference I. Think Right now, and you'll talk about guys like cloudy, or you're talking about guys in like. The Patriots do have young players at those positions. The question is is in the pandemic shorten season. Are they going to be able to get up to speed and time to make an impact in year one you know, remember last year. Chase a win. VICI is probably one of the better looking rookies. The Patriots have had in a couple years only played thirty percent of the snaps on defense, and that was in a full off season with a full lead up to the year, and he's still only. Only managed to get out there for thirty percent of the snap, so asking Dalton keen asking Debussy Look, at Gronk in two thousand ten. You know really great touchdown production, not grade. Receiving production necessarily didn't play a ton of snaps asking those two guys to really get into the mix immediately with the season with the lead up that we have had might be too big of an asthma. Be Tall order so maybe going out there and adding veteran presence like you could really help it things.

"The. In cloudy now linked to the New England patriots I'm Sierra goodwill here with Evan Lazar in just like Cam Newton. It seemed like a very far fetched idea that this would ever be possible because we know the Patriots were up against it when it came to the salary cap. Now we have some money. They have some space. Why does this make center white? Could this happen in? County could potentially come to New England now while it's just I offset. Offset this is all just internet rumor in hype at this point nothing from inside the organization at saying that cloudy is a real possibility, but with that being said this is sort of that perfect storm similar to Cam Newton. Where cloudy still on the market, there's clearly some pas about giving him a long term deal I, think both injury and the global pandemic are kind of combining into this perfect storm for cloudy where teams are reluctant to give out. Out Big money contracts with big term and big years on them right now, because of what's going on with the pandemic, unless you're the Kansas City chiefs, I guess that is, and then on top of that cloudy last year in Seattle, only three and a half three sacks. Excuse me for the seahawks a year ago, not exactly big pass. rusher statistics are big pass rusher production for him to cash out in free agency so now all the sudden cloudy. Cloudy is still without a team or a couple of weeks away training camp ESPN's John. Clayton is reporting that he opening or entertaining his mind to one of those one year, proven deals similarly to Cam Newton maybe in the eight to nine to ten million dollar range, so that eight to ten million dollar range it could be affordable for the Patriots now on an incentive laden deal you offer cloudy, six or seven million dollars, base salary and the offer. Incentives are escalators hits those from production standpoint. One of those very easy ones could be that sack total you know last year only has three say this year he's going to have three and a half, and we'll give him an extra two million bucks as a not likely to be earned incentive because he didn't do it last year, and it's a really easy number for cloudy to reach. The defensive end position is one that a lot of people have talked about for the Patriots lately as a potential area for trade targeted in addition. Do you think that clowning makes sense? Football lies for the Patriots Defense. I've really couldn't create in a lab. A better hybrid defense event for bill check into Damian cloudy He is explosive. He's athletic. He's fantastic against the run. That's really his calling card. He has developed not as quite as excitingly as people were expecting as a pass rusher. Rusher I think he's not that guy on the edge. You one on one against tackles is going to beat guys, but if you move around, you move his locations alignment around a little bit, you know inside against a guard, leaving him outside and running him in the scheme pressure like a game or a stunt, or pick player or something like that he can be an absolute terror on those types of plays the ways. The Patriots get guys free for pass rushing opportunities to rush the. The quarterback is exactly how cloudy can really affect the pass rusher or affect the quarterback in the similar way, so look at Houston tape was Romeo Cornell a similar defensive coordinator to Bill Belichick who has a history here in New England obviously, there's a lot of the same schemes that they're running in use a lot of the same blitz packages. A lot of the same games are stunts along the defensive line that cloudy did very very well in Houston. That would project extremely well here. Here in New England system as well so for cloudy. I think a one year deal with bill. Belichick is honestly a blessing in disguise. Completely reset his market. He'd really thrive here. And it gives versatility has the ability to play both on and off the of scrimmage with the hand in dirt or up in a two point stands inside outside. He's exactly what bill would want. In that type of edge rusher. The question is is. Does that price come down enough for this to happen? On for all of our new, England, Patriots Coverage. You can find it on our website. "The. Everyone's already naming him new in Qb one in New England. But is there a chance that them could still win out that starting job I'm Sarah Goodwill here with Ebola czar talking any other way besides cam suffering a serious injury right because that would not really be earning for himself, but do you see a scenario in which system could still be? The Guy for the Patriots in two thousand twenty I? Don't think that it's a foregone conclusion right now. Now CR that CAM is in sin is not that they are going to have an open connor competition between the two of those guys. Now maybe the team is already leaning one way over another, and it sounds like that way is cams, but I do think that they're going to let them still have a chance to win this job outright in camp if he can and I think the biggest way that he can go about, it is stylistically the type. Type of offense, the Patriots WanNa be if they WANNA stick to kind of more of a system that we've seen over the last twenty years. Tom Brady instead of might fit that mold a little bit more than what Cam can do because remember Cam as great as he is as a as a player and as an athlete, he is the type of guy that needs to be in the shotgun that needs to use his legs as an influence to the. The defense in some way shape or form, and is usually throwing more vertically down the field. Even if he's throwing shorter passes in recent seasons, it's more of a vertical passing offense and vertical concepts, and some of the horizontal type of stuff that we've seen with the Patriots, so if they WANNA, be under center team, they WANNA use play action from under center and attack defenses, or is honestly a little bit more like we solid Brady and winwood timing in. In that type of offense? Then maybe that does fit Johnston them a little bit more than it does. Cam Newton although I I still think that for one year I'd take cam over cinem- for now. Is really known as dual threat quarterback a mobile quarterback, but he is rehabbing that foot injury, so take one of those threats away or minimize it savings, not as mobile as him in his prime. Is that away for them to kind of carve out a path for him for that starting role because you're taking one of? The new major assets away I think it is. In other elements of his game, his passing game is throwing mechanics and footwork and particular. Don't come along and training camp to the way they want it to I think that there is a possibility that if he is a limited mobile passer, still always going to be a little bit mobile, it is Cam Newton visa limited mobile passer. I think that there is a possibility that they might look at it and say you know really at this point of his career. He's probably not equal to sit on, but they're in the same ballpark now versus before cameras in a totally different stratosphere. We're talking about you know Twenty Fifteen Cam Newton Twenty sixteen, Cam. Cam Newton so I think that if he loses his legs a little bit than it does open up sort of a discussion of which quarterback and kind of do a little bit more what the Patriots do in the style offense at they've been over the last two decades versus putting Cam in the shotgun, spreading out the formation, being a more vertical passing concept type of offense. I really think that both of those things can be successful for the Patriots in Cam. Newton's probably got a much higher ceiling I would say this season than jared did this team when they have Cam Newton out there versus them? You're going to think a little bit more. Of them I would save Eur in opposing defensive coordinator, so there are a lot of possibilities. Still I I think that there are things he does in their offense better than CAM. Newton might fit in the scheme, especially playing from under center. From all of our Cam Newton Patriots content on our website at sealants, media DOT COM in other Youtube Channel at Patriots. "The. In signing with the New England patriots, things are about to change on offense. I'm Sierra that will here with Evan Lazar totally different skill sets from Tom Brady from Jerry said of what we were expecting out of the Patriots offense in his twenty twenty season, but which positional which area of this offense benefits the most from this citing while Sarah All off-season I've been scratching my head in racking my brain to figure out you. How does this patriots offense get better right? How do they work this year? In the one thing that kept on coming back to is that the way that they've built this team with the multiple tight ends, the brandon stable running back. Back, so they have when the Keel Harry being a big bodied rack type of receiver, I'm thinking I need a mobile quarterback. They need somebody that can move the pocket. They need somebody that can extend plays with his legs. They need somebody that can make the defense respect his running ability. They need to spy or contain them on the edge or do something like that and I was like listen. Dirksen could be that guy. We saw it in the preseason. He's a decent scrambler. He can run around a little bit, but now they got Cam Newton. And that's a whole different animal in this regard, and that's the most exciting part about this now is. Is that the rest of the legal are a lot of the rest of the League is playing eleven on eleven offensively right. They got the quarterback as a running thread. Defenses have to respect that they have to put an extra guy in the box or account for him in the box or the defender, and now the Patriots get to get in on that fun, and they get to get in on that Lamar. Jackson, style of offense, or whatever offense you WanNa Take the past you know Colin. Kaepernick Softens Cam, Newton's offense and Carolina. Now they get to do some of those things. That's really exciting and you know you look at the tape and you see. See Okay. You know even though you only carried the ball. Thirty six times on read option plays averaged over five yards per carry in two thousand, eighteen on those thirty six carries, but also their running game average five and a half yards per carry on running back carries off of read option, so we're talking about an offense that is far more efficient on the ground, and when you look at the the Patriots are building here. It's a run first offense with the play action passing attack with the defense second hold teams in the teens, and that's how they're going to win football games, and now they can really lean into that style with at quarterback. In the most recent concern surrounding cam was that..

"The. There's no doubt that Cam Newton joining. The New England Patriots makes them much more competitive, not only in their division, but four the conference in as a super bowl contender. I'm Sierra. Goodwill here with Evan. Lazar. Odds are good now that the Patriots are going to be right there with the Buffalo Bills to compete for the AFC child that they've won for so many years in a row now. What do you think that the cam signing gives to the Patriots to make them such a contender? Now we'll give trump card is what it gives them. It gives them somebody at the quarterback position that can really schematically impact the game with his legs, and they have that ability now to be plus one against the run, so you know. Know they have seven blockers, and the Defense has eight will now the Patriots are playing it on eight, because the defense has to account for the quarterback, so I think the biggest thing is that it's going to free up a lot of different options for the Patriots. They can run different schemes that we haven't necessarily seen in new. England with a stationary quarterback Tom Brady and they have the ability now to really be an extremely effective running team and I think if you look at the past and look at other. Other running teams that have really pace themselves offensively with their run game. You're talking about Baltimore for example, the big reason why Baltimore was gangbusters last year on the ground game is because a Lamar Jackson. Ray If you have a quarterback. Where is turning his back and handing the ball off and watching the runningback slam into a guys in the box all the time. You're really not going to be as potent as efficient. Put up as many points as you're going to need to win as many games as the Patriots Hope. Hope to win the season so all offseason long I've been looking. I've been kind of scratching my head. Thinking this offense with multiple tight ends with guys like kill Harry with those stable running backs that they have is really built for a mobile quarterback. It's built to have RPO's. It's built to have his own read actions. It's built to get the quarterback involved in any way shape, or form that they can now they how that type of Guy With Cam Newton. That offense becomes a little bit more difficult to defend. The Patriots now in the conversation of being super bowl contenders by simply adding Cam Newton. Like Super Bowl contenders a little bit rich because his injury. History is what it is right. You're counting on 'em being healthy now for nineteen games. If you're thinking about are talking about making a super bowl run. Maybe that's a little bit generous, but I think before they were one of those teams that was dark horse to make the playoffs rate with jared cinema. quarterback a team that could make the playoffs or could have ended up six ten. They were kind of one of those volatile teams now. Now I think that there are dark to make a run in the playoffs and not just make it because they have Cam Newton so still I don't think that there are a favorite i. don't think that they're one of those teams that you should circle as a contender necessarily, but that next kind of wave or the next kind of grouping of Dr Course candidates to maybe make that super to be that Tennessee titans for example wire last year. I think the Patriots can become that team now. For.

"The. Tom Brady is putting in work with his new Tampa. Bay Bucks teammates whether it's against the NFL players, associations, interests, or not. I'm Sierra goodwill here Evan. Lazar now that there's been a couple positive corona virus cases in a couple of different organizations within the NFL. Tom Brady is still going out for these voluntary workouts getting to know his new teammates on offense in your fired up about why I'm a little fired up about it because for three years I heard Tom Brady stand right in front of all of us in say that he needs to spend. Spend time with his family in the off season the exact quote from last year where my kids aren't getting any younger, just trying to spend time with them. And that was his excuse for why he didn't go to OTA's why he didn't work out in the offseason with his teammates as much as he normally did. The Montana trips things like that. The passing summits that was his excuse was family time, and then I see today the report from the Tampa Bay Times I believe it was that he's continuing these workouts through the pandemic so basically what? What Tom Brady and New England. It's not as no offseason workouts. No pandemic, then he goes to Tampa. Bay Global Pandemic, still doing the offseason workout, so listen I understand that the new system. It's a new team. He's got new teammates to throw the football to build chemistry with those guys, but I will turn around and say well. What about Nikiel Harry? Wasn't he a new teammate last year, wasn't he? In New Guide to the system, didn't he have to build chemistry with him as well so basically Brady? He went on his instagram. Put a picture of. Of himself and Gronk together at one of these workouts, and said caption, no excuses well for three years. You made excuses Tom and now you're not making excuses anymore, and you're doing this and Tampa Bay so I'm a little fired up about a call me a homer. Call me, but heard about the situation. I don't really care. All I'm saying is is that this is a different guy than what we saw three years ago in the off season. Now he's planning and running the OT as when he wouldn't even show up to the Otas New England. Definitely a little hypocritical. So, what does this mean? Is he just with a new organization with a new system with new teammates in? It's really just trying to flatten that learning curve and get to know everybody, or does this actually shed light on? Maybe he just wanted some distance between him and bill bell check in mcdaniels. That was a little bit rocky then he just wanted to. Stay at arm's length until he actually had to be there. What is this me? From the conspiracy theorists in me Sarah wants to say that Brady not showing up to OJ's Brady, taking a little bit more of a standoff approach when he was in New England in the twilight years with the Patriots, was sending a message to the head coach I I truly think that he was sending messages to Bill Belichick that he was unhappy here. WHO's unhappy with the offense around him? He was unhappy with his contract situation and his leverage was to sit out. Out was to show. Not Show up and I think that was really what he was doing at times, but I also think that listen after twenty years in the system with the Patriots. You don't need to go to every little workout to learn the interests of the playbook to learn the terminology to learn what you're running from the base formations in the base kind of concepts of your offense. Brady obviously had those data new. England and he didn't have to kind. Kind of reinvent it every single off season. Where with Tampa Bay he's in a whole new system, all new terminology learning new teammates learning new situation so I do understand that there needs to be a little bit more kind of urgency there a little bit more attention. They're giving than maybe on a normal offseason with the Patriots. When you're entering your eighteen year nine hundred twenty with the same exact team, but the same thing that I come back to again is just. Just that don't tell me that there are no excuses because you made excuses here and teammates like Nikiel Harry or the young tight ends that they brought in or or the backs that they've brought in like a Damian areas or Sony Michelle those guys had excuses and had to hear why Brady wasn't showing up until mandatory minicamp until mandatory training camp and now in Tampa. Bay He's he's Tampa Brady is doing a whole different thing and a whole different routine so. On one hand he's he's Kinda of talking out of both sides of his mouth era. Exactly got his Tampa ten two, so he's looking like he's enjoying himself down in Florida well. We'll keep you updated with all of our.

"The? Current situation our countries in Colin Kaepernick's name has been recirculating in the new cycle. I'm Sierra goodwill here with Emily Lazar in Taylor Kyle's with Roger Goodell's recent statement, admitting wrongdoing on behalf, the League for banning pro peaceful protests on the football field. Things have been brought up about okay if they lift that ban of kneeling during the naturally at them will NFL. Teams now take a chance on Colin Kaepernick in one team in particular, the New England patriots could potentially be a team that should consider bringing in panic for workout. Yeah I. Think the Roger Goodell's Statement I. Pay my jaw off the floor when he said that right because. After all this with Cabernet with the kneeling with the president, and all his stuff now you're gonna say all these years later that it's okay. I I was shocked I couldn't believe he walked that back. And as soon as he said that the first thing that I tweeted out right afterwards in myself was well. This is this is a May couple of cabinet in this is. Is a clean slate for him. He should have a clean slate here and he should not only be broadened for workouts, but he should be on a roster in the NFL. By the end of the summer. Really I would say and I think the biggest thing standing in his way is not actually talent, or the kneeling or anything like that anymore, but now that you're. You're three years removed from football. It's Kinda difficult to find out. What exactly is he? At thirty two years old three years removed from the game. What can you bring to the table anymore? Does he still have the straight? Does he still have the mobility because he's still have the a little bit semblance of accuracy, although it's never really the most accurate passer he. He was always a guy that could at least put the ball. Worry wanted more times than not, and that's going to be. The question is what these workouts with these tryouts whatever it ends up being..

"The. New England Patriots are known forgiving, undrafted free agents of fighting shot to make the roster Sierra goodwill here with Evan. Lazar this year again. There are some intriguing names of signings that they made in this off season both on offense and defense. We've talked a lot about wide receivers Jeff Thomas Sean Reilly in Nikko stands out on the defensive end. which you think has the best shot of making the fifty three man. Yeah, definitely A. A lot of buzz out there about Thomas Bell Hastings about Riley. Some of these receivers, some of these pass catchers, but to me it's the guys throwing the ball that have the best chance to make the roster Jomar Smith and Brian the work you to quarterback said they signed an undrafted free agency Nicosia came out after the draft and said quite frankly the Patriots were going to have a third quarterback on the roster at. At some point, they were obviously talking about the two undrafted guys end up being four now. He wasn't necessarily saying that they were gonNA. Carry three during the season, but there was a little bit of an insinuation. They're they're probably GONNA have three quarterbacks on this team whether it's on the fifty three or one on the practice squad so I give Smith in the work. He was Smith having a little bit of a higher upsides. upsides I'll give him the edge out of those two to make the roster outright in the initial roster at least at a camp because I do think the Patriots would like to carry three quarterbacks. You have stood him as a starter Brian, or is that trustee veteran backup and also kind of pseudo coach? If you will force them, and then you have another third guy who's a younger, higher upside player, they can develop long-term. Now. There's an active sixteen year long streak for the Patriots. Where you DFA makes the opening day roster, why is this such a hotspot or such a great landing spot for these undrafted guys to come to really have a shot to get there? Get their shot in the NFL will truly. It's situation where everybody is treated equal here whether you're a first round, pick a seventh round, pick and undrafted guy. Everyone's going to get a fair shake once they get in here. Their rookie season to make the roster and to make an impact, so I think that that sort of is a lot different than a lot of other teams. You know you're a first round. Pick on a lot of teams. You're automatically with the starters you're. You're automatically put with the ones, and you're giving your roster spot, and you're giving your numbering your jersey and your big unveiling and the Patriots don't do that. The patriots make everybody earn everything. Even the Jersey numbers as we know, so I think the biggest thing is just the culture. There of everyone gets a fair chance at this and everyone's going to have a fair shake and making the team. The other thing I think is the Patriots Scouting Department is excellent at finding guys. Guys that fit what they do, systematically on both sides of the ball, and not necessarily looking at measurable 's or combine testing numbers once we get to this point once we get to the undrafted guys, but just looking at guys that have traits or have physical traits or a mental traits that match up with roles that they could possibly play in New England, so you look at a guy like Jeff Thomas. We've talked about, and you can see that Philip door central figure Jeff. Jeff Thomas skillset extremely well, so you can see where they're going with that signing. You know similar like a guy like dion. Harris a linebacker from Arkansas. He plays the game like a thumper in the box and you can see that he's got that landed Roberts type skill set, and that's what he can feel. So it's really about filling holes or feeling needs and understanding rolls on your team, and how some of these guys in their skill sets will fit into those roles. "The. For the first time in two decades the New England patriots have different quarterback to work around I'm here. Goodwill here with Evan? Lazar lot of people have been talking about what changes we might see from the Patriots offense this year with assuming Jarret Stidham is leading the charge. What do you expect to change if dramatically or small with this offense? While I don't think the changes are going to be that dramatic Sierra, because you look at this offense and you look. Look at what they've had in place here for the last twenty years, and yes, things have been curtailed for Tom Brady and his set and fitting what he does best. Certainly, that is true, but it's also been a very successful system that's been in place here since the beginning of the Dynasty Bill Belichick and Charlie Weis. Really built the basis of the Patriots offense in the early two thousands. Then it sort of evolved when Josh. mcdaniels took over in the late. Late two thousands to mcdaniels vision, updating in a little bit with offenses in where things are going directionally with the entire league, and with the entire sport, tapping into some of the things like with chip, Kelly in the college game, but the no huddle offense, and some of air-raid concepts, getting in there, like Mesh and stuff like that, so the whole system has been in place for a really long time. This is a long way to get to this point the. The whole system has been in place for a really long time and I. Don't expect the Patriots to completely blow it up in reinvent. What do offensively because I. Don't think that stood them. skillset is a far cry from Tom Brady's. It's not like they're going from Tom Brady to Lamar. Jackson here. It's enough similarities there that I. think that they are going to keep it. Generally the same system and I know the terminology is going to be the same. Well obviously after. Two decades, they had a lot of faith in Brady's decision, making skills and his arm in general. What changes do you see them? Implementing based on what we know of stem so far while the biggest thing. I think that they will change is that there's going to certainly be more moving of the pockets so more bootleg actions more rollouts more things where you can get them on. On the perimeter on the move, a little bit cut the field in half. Those reads a little bit easier for them and use his legs which you know, he's not a big time runner, but he does have above average speed, so he used those legs and use that athleticism to move the pocket, a little bit and get defenses shaking a little bit more than what you would. Would in a traditional drop back shotgun type of passing system, so the Patriots will have more bootleg action more rollouts more things, involving Sims legs than we do see that in the past when Brady you know, had to sit out for deflate gate, suspension or two thousand eight with Matt Cassel with Jacoby Reset I would say more so in in the deflategate situation where the Patriots did. Did put more quarterback running elements into their offense, letting the quarterback run with the football. Keep the football himself or just roll out the pocket. So that's GonNa be the real. The the really big innovation I think for this patriots offense. We'll be incorporating more of moving the football outside the pocket for Jared Stadium to really make a little bit easier for him to read the field. The rest for Patriots Coverage. You can find it on our website at C. Elena's media dot com in on our youtube. Channel Patriots Press Pass.
