"Poor people will always be amongst you. But i am not with you all the time. You will fail if you look after the poor only says the lower. According to one of our old sayings poverty is out of control even for a nation neither a nation nor a king can stop poverty. No matter how hard the poor try it is very difficult to overcome poverty. Unless god provides everything. We need such as rain and warm weather. Poverty is unstoppable with any amount of human strength. What is proper service. There are a lot of people who served their parents and children or their own people. Why then does poverty still exists on earth. Today's scripture passage is us why it is written in march fourteenth. Chapter verse seven for you. Have the poor with you always and whenever you wish you may do them good but me you do not have all ways the bible says it is god's will that there always are the poor on the earth human beings do not seek god if not for troubles and sorrows today scripture passage continues to say assuredly i say to you wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world. What this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her her act of pointing the oil on jesus head means. She served the gospel serving. The gospel is the most proper service out of all the services such serving the gospel serving parents. Serving your people are serving the poor serving. The gospel is the most desirable service everyone in the world. Including you and i are serving something we all have someone to serve but above all this. We need to serve the gospel. This is the right service. It is the righteous and proper service. I will prove this to you. Once upon a time there were group of evangelical in seventeenth century england. They were severely persecuted by the mainstream religion of that society. It was still the medieval dark ages that originated from the ethic of milan roman. Emperor constantine issued the eric of milan and legalized christianity. People in rome started to believe in jesus as a national religion historian say that it was a very great victory of christianity against the secular power. But this was not the case. True faith deteriorated by the degrading of this true christianity.

"Let's talk about the significance of this church. The icons, thie mosaics. How significant of a move is this? Well, it's it's a tremendously significant Jay's thanks for having me on This is something that everyone has been talking about. For at least a decade. Tell you when he became got into power 17 years ago, we were all hopeful. That the persecution of Christians and religious minorities would be diminished. But instead it's turned the opposite way. And with this move, it's really very, very lamentable. That such a provocative mood moved to limit the religious freedom of the religious minorities in Turkey, not just the Christians and the Catholics. The Protestant, the Jews. Even the leaving Muslims do not share religious freedom. So when you exclude the Christians with this from this Great symbol of Christianity. You know it was the greatest church, the largest church in the world for 1000 years. You know, I wanted to ask you Doctor Lee Brackett because we were on that trip together. And that was my first time in Istanbul and traveled all over the world to visit a place like Aguila. Sofia, Understanding the significance of Both to Christianity into Islam. But we already were noticing those of you who had been there before changes to what was being put up in high gear, Sophia Now they're obviously areas that look more like a church areas that look more like a mosque. But there are going to pull this picture up for folks to in just a minute. I've got it on my phone that Erdogan was already and the religious council there was putting those large There is no God. But Allah symbols up throughout Huggy Sofia in the main kind of the main dome. Well, These are very disappointing. Ah, ah moves but by President Erdogan Um, the church has has magnificent mosaics among the finest Byzantine mosaics and all the world. And when, in 14 53 1 Amendment the conqueror. Oh, came into the city conquered the city. A ll. These mosaics were subsequently plastered over. But in essence, they were preserved, Unfortunately and painted over and over the more recent decades they were restored and they're absolutely magnificent. These Islamic symbols are something that they have put on subsequent to the establishment of this world. The greatest. In fact, it was called the great Church of Christ. And that's how we still refer to it because it was the largest cathedral in all of Christendom until the direction of ST Peter's Basilica in Rome in the 16th century. May I point out to people? I mean this again? A cz. We're talking to Dr Limber Akkus. From the archives of the Ecumenical Patriarch Thiss was originally commissioned by Emperor Constantine around 330. I mean You can't get much closer to that's that's secondary time. Post Christ. Then what was happening at Huggies Sofia and then throughout the history, whether it was in Constantinople now is temple. Whether it was you had, of course, the Orthodox Church, the Roman Church back to the Orthodox Church there, the Ottoman Turks, I mean this again. And then finally a museum. For all a place where everyone could go. Those mosaics could be uncovered and we started to see that on our trip those mosaics of Christ, which to even call it that we don't have anything even similar to that in the United States or or and, of course, historically like that, or in many other parts of the world, because it's been so well preserved, and it is so old. They still don't even understand architects how this was built at the time. And so that's why it is such an important historical society for Christian is the World Heritage site for Muslims. For for people of other faiths and just for the people of the world, if you will, because of the world history is important here and for me, Tio I feel like Dr Lin. Barack is what I get most nervous about is that what happened at the Dome of the Rock will happen here and ultimately those of us who do not share their specific Islamic faith. Of Erdogan will be ultimately excluded from visiting. He may not say that now, but they didn't say that either. With the dome of the rock, they use one incident and it gets shut down to Muslims only. Well, let me just say this Jordan here. You're right on target on all your points. But one additional point that I'd like to make is that the Emperor Constantine, who moved the capital of the Roman Empire from Rome to East to resent him and then named a city. Constantinople after himself, also issue the very first religious freedom resolution. The edict of Milan. Which did which no longer criminalized being a Christian in the Roman Empire. If you were a Christian, you were not persecuted. You are not crucified. You're not beheaded. This act of converting back to a mosque is the opposite of the edict of Milan. It marginalizes religious minorities. It constricts their religious freedom. Already the Ecumenical patriarch Bartholomew Who is the spiritually leader of 300 million Orthodox Christians has tremendous religious restrictions. The church cannot own property, they cannot buy property that cannot inherit property. The Turkish government interferes in the election of the pope of the ecumenical patriarch, which is analogous to the Italian government interfering in the election of the pope. So Backed. Perhaps the most important religious freedom deficit in Turkey is the fact that they don't even exist in the eyes of the church and the eyes of the government. The church does not exist as a legal personality in the eyes of the government. They're trying to take this historic church. Let me take Hi guys. Sofia, which means holy wisdom. And this is a church that has mosaics and icons throughout it. That have been now temporarily covered with a white sheet. You know what's coming next? You need to be viewing this everybody as an attack on Christianity. Whether you're Orthodox or Catholic or Baptist Pentecostal. Or whatever other religious group you are Jewish. Whatever it is This is an attack on faith. It is a world Heritage site. By UNESCO. And Jordan. They are ignoring all of their international obligations here. Yeah, I'm sitting with the producer from my phone from being inside her gear. Sofia of this one mosaic that I know. We all remember cause such important one with Dr Limber actress and we were on the last places we visited a symbol. And you see that most of it had been covered up, not torn down, but covered up through plaster. And it was being uncovered. Very, very well. And you could see how well show it to you, Dad, so you can see it before you go. I mean, it looks like it was brand new. Almost. I mean, that's because it had been covered by plaster for so long. And survived now. It was being uncovered. Now, as you said, Dad, it's covered back up. It hasn't been torn down yet has been plastered over yet hasn't been destroyed yet. But that to me, doctor Lumberjack is what's so concerning is that we were finally starting to get those to see those original images that Byzantine art those original depictions of Christ just a few 100 years after his death. On the cross and his resurrection and they were just being uncovered and now they're being covered up again. Well, you know, it's emblematic of the situation in Turkey. You know we the Turkish government shutdown are on Ly seminary nearly 50 years ago and won't allow it to be reopened. We cannot train priests. We cannot crane bishops. We cannot change the future leaders of the Orthodox Church because the government has shut down the seminary and won't allow it to be re opened. I mean, it's one religious Freedom of Ah act against really just freedom after another. And ah, by by attacking the Christians by attacking religious minorities were concerned to both marginalizing all of it. Religious minorities in Turkey, Christians, Jews, Armenians all even up 11 Muslims. Alright, well, Dr Lynn Bracken's Thank you for being with us on this thing with the broadcast will be covering this a lot in the days.

"Hey, it's J C, reminding you to listen to me on Alabama's Morning news tomorrow morning at six, but now let's get back to Russia. NewsRadio 1055 No ladies and gentlemen for Rush Limbaugh. We returned to Marc Stein. Yes, America's anchorman is out today. You know why he told you all about it yesterday and you know, Rush said, when this thing started back in January came on the and he said he didn't. He didn't just I want to be a professional because because the whole victim thing is in Russia's saying Rush for the last three decades has come on here on these Told you about how he loves doing what he's doing, and how doing what he is Love's doing is enabled into lead an incredible life, so he's not cut out for the victim role on he doesn't and he doesn't like to do it, and he's a bit coy about talking. He doesn't like talking about this or that to medical. Ah, proceed. You and all the rest of it. And you know he doesn't like doing it. But otherwise, people speculate and all the rest. So he's perfectly upfront about why he's not here today, but he does hope to be back later in the week. We certainly would like him to be back later in the week because the the the the burdens on the guest host team can get a bit excessive if he leaves it till too long in the weeks to come back, But we want him to be back because It would be a spectacular fourth of July. You know, just to go back to that point I made about John Howard down in Australia, the prime minister and that line he used to be about the heroic national narrative If you don't If you don't you, really? It's just its No. No society on Earth. Can can live. Mired in self loathing. You look at these twits on the street people who couldn't they don't even know whose statue They're tearing down. They don't know what the guy they have. They have lost the imaginative capacity to comprehend what it is like to be a person in a different time. Which actually is a serious floor and actually is a serious rebuke to the totally incompetent education they have received from kindergarten food a great 28 or whenever it wass. They decided to pack up their worthless education system. And I'm listening. I keep listening, listening, listening this thing for anything from all these all these big conservative think tanks. That you've given money to for years, and they haven't managed actually to conserve anything. I don't see the I don't know. I myself wonder what it is that they're supposed to be dedicating dedicated to conserving, But this is actually basic. Now it's basic and primal. Ah. Now I say this with a degree of humility because no nation is perfect and nations nations into seed in all pine they intersect in all kinds of different ways. As you know, The American founding is premised on the idea that George the third was a great time int, which you know at the time he was the most enlightened leader on UHF, And as I always say, if he were running in November, he'd be the small government candidate. That's just the way it is. Nations intersect in different ways. They sort of scrape against each other. Andi. It's very abrasive on DH. Then they go apart and then they reconnect in ways that are actually more positive and different Countries. Different nations have different stories, and they all have warts. To use the line all of the Cromwell to his portrait painter when he instructed him to paint him warts and all for two generations. Now all we've done is not paint. The men who built our country, warts and all we've painted just the warts. All we know of Washington all our Children no of Washington. Jefferson is the warts and eventually they come to see everything. I mean, it is the arrogance of the present the when you live in a hyper present tense culture like ours. All you see is the present because the present is all around you. It's not like 1/4 of July in a small town in New Hampshire in the 18 eighties. Where they all have the parade. They sing the old songs. People come up and do recitals of poems and things they that'll from decades and decades ago, the past was much more present. If you add a small town Fourth of July celebration in 18 80 Now we the present tense is all around us. So that we've got two generations who actually can imagine the president here is the most stupid statue toppling Story of the Day York Minster in England. They've got a statue of the Emperor Constantine there. And Because you know who? The Emperor Constantine ese, you know why he's outside a Christian Church and York Minster a Christian cathedral because, ah, he's the emperor of the Roman emperor who declared an end to the persecution of the Christians. And that enabled Christianity to grow on flourish without Christians being AH, tortured and persecuted and put upon By the Roman Empire. So Christianity owes a debt of thanks to Emperor Constantine for putting an end to the persecution of Christians for not having them if you've fans of the film Gladiator Not not sticking them in the arena, where the bunch alliance and that kind of thing And now apparently, people are saying that the Emperor Constantine is going to come down because he had slaves. Yes, he had slaves. He was a Roman emperor of a god sake. Hey, aria, mind everybody had slaves then? Well, not everybody, but there were the people who had saves on the people who are the slaves. Right, so he's a Roman emperor in Roman times. And because he had slaves, you can show a representation of him. Even though he's the guy the reason there's a town there. The reason there's a society there is because, he said, OK enough with the torturing Christians. Because Emperor Constantine put a stop to it. He's the reason there's Christendom. And so we have lost the capacity to imagine that in the days of the Roman Empire, they were Roman emperors who had slaves. This is this is basically the self Maurin ization of society We used so I'll tell you another example of why things Ah, dear old gentleman I knew slightly in his last years of life called Jimmy Kennedy from coal, Rain and All that Putz Stuart in Northern Ireland, Lovely man, and he wrote a song called Istanbul, Not Constantinople. And it was a big hit, and I forget what it was 1950 for something. Actually, because even pop songs weren't totally stupid. Back in 1954. I mean a lot were. How much is that doggie in the window, But not all of them were so you could actually have a pop song. Premised on the idea that that there once was a place called Constantinople, and it got changed to assemble. We are now trashing everything. Before yesterday. And living in the moment that's actually a literal Pact with the devil. That's what Faust that's the deal..

"Of the dead and these two narratives the narratives that claimed that Jesus Christ was a verdict Messiah and the narrative that claimed Jesus Christ was not a vegetarian Messiah proved to be on reconcilable. So as a result of this two distinct branches of Judaism ended up emerging the branch of Judaism. Which said that Jesus Christ was not the judaic Messiah and a separate branch of Judaism that would eventually develop into the early Christian Movement, which argued that Jesus Christ was the name Messiah. We also discussed that the followers of these two versions of Judaism did not see eye-to-eye with each other. So when the Romans took notice of this Wednesday, the Romans took notice of the fact that the followers of traditional Judaism did not see eye-to-eye with the followers of Jesus Christ. They decided to label the members of the early Christian Movement as members of illegal Judy exact and without going into too many details here this meant that the special religious status that the Romans had originally granted to the followers of traditional Judaism after they had a number of clashes with each other was not to also be extended to the followers of Jesus Christ. And this meant that the Romans were now off Free to persecute the followers of Jesus Christ in whatever way shape or form that they saw fit and that's because as we have already discussed, the religious laws Roman Empire stated that any religion which was practiced on their Roman jurisdiction and did not be a directly or indirectly worship either the Roman Emperor or Roman gods was to be declared illegal. So as a result of this when the Romans took notice of the early Christian Movement, the religion was fairly rapidly Craig's List, but then something strange and unexpected happened emperor Constantine had a dream Vision in which Jesus Christ appeared to him and told him that if he were to Mark the same fields of all his men with the sign of the crucifix, he would ultimately prove to be victorious in the battle of the milvian bridge and when emperor Constantine decided to follow Jesus, Instructions that he had received in his dream Vision lo and behold his soldiers returned Victorious from the Battle of the milvian bridge.

"Three twenty three eighty emperor Constantine made reincarnation illegal you know it's not yeah and and help you with that kill you which is the most ironic thing yeah totally is death again let's go to some of the phones for you any in Alabama together started I any go ahead thank you George sure and remains I was shocked to Oakland national wildlife magazine we can name the other day it was a full fledged in there was the he who was and he says this this is the world her of the show and he says that these places are all fluids and he can get you in these places and everybody's going to be hosted by the First Lady of this is Joe Hans is done that was that was the wife of the phrases that got assassinated and he says they're going to be staying in the US is dot residents were say Leo in all these places this is they're going to get a closer look at some okay so is present admission to the great pyramid of it was a visit to the queen is subterraneans subterranean chambers both both closed to the public then so there's your camera permit which is hard to get to photograph sacred spaces like the valley of kings Egyptian museum in Cairo in places like excavation sites that are closed to tourists I could go on their own is there anything to the that's an interesting take saw he of course is like he's not in jail Carmen since Mubarak got tossed out of but what you trying to do just to have run a little business on the side now but it's not a little business I know somebody who was on one of those tours super high price just for the basics but if you want to go into the chambers that he has the keys for its five hundred US dollars for ten minutes why is that the tomb of sentiment that has the astrological information on the ceiling that this so called tomb of queen hatchets at that stark and he said he was a beast on never believe that and it goes on like that like the the bent pyramid which we can now go into this legal everything you're saying about the the great pyramid with the chambers we get to do that in our tourists I got one coming up in March and every time for the last number of years I brought my group in for that is something you can pay for a permit to do but essentially what so he has done is he's maintained control he's kept the keys and he's the only one that can get people into these places well if you multiply twenty places by five hundred dollars plus the high sea of for the trip that's per person per person per person he is pocketing like a lot of money for each trip and no one else can get into those places so this is corruption at its finest any interview article that you read about nudist quote unquote new discoveries I mean these are discoveries that have been made but they told them out as they want politically and to make a media hype he's still commenting on this stuff so if you go to Egypt enough three people is already gone one of the most say yup he's gone one of the most say no we never left in the other ones with he's half in and half out apparently he got a big project working on the restoration of the Suez Canal but he trained what they call his kids with three sons because it's all men when he was you know in office as the head of the department of antiquities and they all do his bidding so it's absolutely true and if you have you know ten or fifteen thousand dollars you can go if you call these places with him it's remarkable the guy's not in jail after the Mubarak go up in price there were there were and I said this there are thirteen different lawsuits against him and he took thirteen artifacts and gave one to each judge so they wouldn't persecute him prosecutors next up let's go to Jim in South Carolina Hey Jim go ahead well it is it why don't topic with what you're covered now okay that is the people who ignore evidence called it challenges there how do we get back to the true scientific method as if we witnessed something we examine it and attempt to explain it instead of just ignore it because it doesn't what we thank well that's exactly what's going on and getting back to it would be doing to science but there's corruption everywhere they if they had to invent a new word called post truth because if you don't get caught it's not wrong if you look at how pharmaceutical companies do studies they call them the ten minute study and they somebody goes up to a debt doctor researcher who's publishing in peer review journals and they say you write this article and say that this drug is safe if you and we'll give you two hundred fifty thousand dollars and if you don't do it will break your wife kneecaps and kidnap your kids what do you say person says okay and that's how you end up with all this so called research it's fake it is all about an agenda not we have a hard enough time looking through our own belief systems our own prejudices and what we've been told but mostly people have lost their moral compass and and lost their ability to be able to see through what's true and what isn't true and everybody's pointing the finger at everybody else your fake know your fate so you're absolutely right coming back to the scientific method and verifying something is the only way to tell any of the stories otherwise it's a platform I called I'm right because I said so not because there's any evidence good point let's go to Blair in Sedona Arizona high Blair go ahead thank you George her and I've been doing some study on the flower of life love one teachings where they say humanity civilizations advancement is not following a gradual curve upward instead is privy to what they call sudden infusions of cultural dance mat leave these are Ryan at all you know throughout the ages what has been called a stair step evolution not naturally grounded so eventually it.

"What a year this week has been is a popular saying these days? The speed at which news and information happens tends to skew our perception of time yet no matter how much occurs the passage of time doesn't can't really change it doesn't move faster simply because more is happening but Heribert illeg didn't agree. He didn't think that time moves differently. He thought stop. It had been changed on purpose. illeg was born in Bavaria in nineteen forty seven and followed the teachings of Emanuel Velikov. Ski Belakovsky believe that the Earth had been shaped by short but violent worldwide phenomena in a philosophy known as catastrophes illeg envelope Kofsky. Didn't describe gradualism Eliza the idea that small incremental changes created the world's geography as he became more active in the revisionist historical community Illich began publishing his own theories about time. First and foremost he believed the Middle Ages never happened. Despite the existence of numerous texts and other artifacts from the period period the years six fourteen two nine eleven. Ad Never occurred. But if they didn't then where did they go. The answer is what illeg referred to as the Phantom Phantom time hypothesis and according to him it's all because three world leaders conspired to dupe the public holy Roman Emperor Otto. The third didn't like the idea idea of his reign beginning in nineteen ninety six or as all thought at the time the year seven zero three instead he joined forces with Pope Sylvester the second and Byzantine Emperor Constantine the seventh to reshape the calendar. So it looked like they all ruled during that Nice round number of one thousand a D to accomplish their their task. Illich claim that these three monarchs change specific documents and even forged view of their own conjuring up fake historical events to reinforce the line one one. Such fabrication was the emperor. Charlemagne whose policies had been cited as the blueprints for much of Europe in their version. He wasn't a real person but a legendary refigure practically a myth like King Arthur as a result of their scheme. The historical record gained extra two hundred ninety seven years. Making the current aren't year roughly seventeen twenty two. He reasoned that a lack of earth shattering events during that time meant those years could easily have been fudged by anyone with enough power and authority to do so. I mean they're called the Dark Ages for a reason right and illeg believe that they were so dark. It didn't even happen but he didn't stop there. He also noted that romanesque architecture style that came into prominence in medieval Europe appeared in Western Europe in the tenth century. Long after it was believed the style had had fallen out of favor finally and perhaps most importantly the calendar itself had been modified to cover up the gap Pope Gregory discovered in fifteen eighty two the Julian calendar which has been the dominant calendar since forty five BC was roughly eleven minutes too long each year but discrepancy amounted to an additional thirteen eighteen days between the Roman era and fifteen eighty two to close the gap. Pope Gregory unveiled the Gregorian calendar. which we still use to this day except he didn't shorten the amount of time by thirteen days like he should have the only skip ten days which accounted for the time from forty five BC up until twelve eighty two? Oh not fifteen. Eighty two a three hundred year period of time. That went missing. It hasn't helped that. Modern historians have discovered documents that were forged forged by the Roman Catholic Church to appear as though they were written hundreds of years before they actually were faked. Records were such a huge problem in the nineteen eighties. A worldwide conference was held to address them and all of this has helped fuel illex fire since he first put forth his phantom time hypothesis in nineteen eighty six since then it's gained a small but devoted devoted following who also believe in its validity even given the evidence or lack thereof supporting it although most historians and archaeologists don't really pay aleks theory much. He'd after all for every claim he makes. There's a reasonable explanation to refute it for example if Charlemagne were just a legend then the monarchs who invented him would also have had to invent the history of Anglo Saxon England the Byzantine Empire and the Islamic expansion throughout the former Roman empire. Aw daunting feat even three world leaders unbelievable sure but also more than a little curious X marks the spot four words that conjure images the pirates and dotted lines painted on flimsy fabric. Just follow those lines until you reach a point in the sand and start digging because somewhere out there is a treasure chest. Overflowing with gold and jewels just waiting to be discovered but as books and movies have taught us X.. Never really marks the spot. There's always a conspiracy a set of clues. One must follow in order to find the real treasure. That isn't so much buried as it is hidden. Thanks to time and obscurity Thomas beale captivated the world with the story buried treasure in eighteen. Eighty five. He lead lead thirty explorers from Virginia on a track to a Spanish province just north of New Mexico today we know it Colorado back then. It was a vast tract of land with a hidden secret. While hunting for buffalo the men came across a mind teaming with precious metals their journey of exploration quickly turned into an eighteen eighteen month mining operation. By the time they've finished they'd hauled thousands of pounds of gold and silver out of the mine after that bill just needed to take it back to Virginia to bury it in in a safe place and he did just that making several trips back and forth across the country until all the gold and silver was secured all forty three million dollars dollars worth of it by today's estimates beal kept meticulous records of his party's hall however he needs to make sure the information about the treasure couldn't fall into the wrong hands in eighteen twenty two. He wrote down three separate pieces of information the location of the treasure a description of what he buried and the names of the people who had helped him find it as well as their next of kin. He placed the information in a metal box and handed it off to an innkeeper in Lynchburg Virginia. Named Robert Morris a man he trusted to keep it safe in the event beal or one of his men failed to come back from the box. Within the next ten years Morris would be allowed to open it and claim the treasure for himself so well twenty-three years past and no one from the original mining crew beal included ever showed up to collect the box Morris opened ended up and found three sheets of paper with the information about the treasurer. Except for one thing he couldn't read any of it beal had encrypted everything. Winging deciphered text a method of concealing information using an algorithm called a cipher location description and list of contacts at all been obscured using three different ciphers and beal had not provided a key. He'd meant to of course months after he deposited the box with Morrissey sent him a letter from Saint. Louis Louis with word that a friend would be mailing the key soon but it never arrived. Morris wasn't a code breaker so he held onto the box for a while before eventually giving it to a friend so a friend fancied himself cryptographer sorts managed to decode the second cipher. Text the description of treasure using the declaration of independence as the key. The two remaining tax proved more difficult to solve rather than ask someone else for help. He decided to crowdsource the efforts. He published the other ciphered text in a widely distributed. Pamphlet called the bill papers. The bill papers have become a code breaking rite of passage mainly because the two unsolved tax remained unbroken broken. To this day some people have claimed them to be hoaxes. Meant to keep people guessing that the second text was so easily decoded is seen as incentives to keep working working on the first and the third but no experts nor any supercomputer has been able to decrypt either message if used all manner of possible keys such as the Bible and the constitution but nothing has yielded such clear results as the declaration of independence did with the second text. The bill papers papers have been the subject of countless new stories books and documentaries over the years with each one proposing new theories as to whether the ciphers are real or all just one big big prank meant to fool the public but even with enough evidence. The possibility that it's fake cannot squash the one thing keeping the legend alive. Hope if there is a chance that millions of dollars in treasure is sitting in a vault somewhere waiting to be discovered people are going to keep looking until they find it. Of course the story is fake. It wouldn't be the first time. An empty vault has made national news. Just ask alkap own. I hope you've enjoyed today's guided tour of the cabinet of curiosities. "It's Christmas Christmas. It'd be great to do. It would be great on Christmas to give to CSI Christian, solidarity international. They're hoping people around the world who are not only unable to celebrate Christmas. But they're being horribly persecuted for their simple faith in in. What we call the Christmas story. So we want acknowledge that. And we want to say to you, folks. If you've got our website Metaxas. Talk dot com, you'll see the banner and you can give it's a wonderful thing to do. You can do it in the name of a relative or a friend. It's a beautiful beautiful thing to do. I just wanna wanna mention that. We're talking to William Federer who has written yet. Another fantastic book. This one is called there really is a Santa Claus. No seriously. No, no, no. I'm not kidding by William Federer Bill. Welcome to the program. Now, we've got a lot of questions short as you claim. There's a Santa Claus. Have you ever seen him with your own eyes? No, okay. All right. What about what about Bigfoot you ever seen big foot monster? All right. Then that's I just want to just I want to be clear have not seen Santa Claus. And yet you claim and yet that there's a real Santa Claus. So we're going to need you to back that up Bill. Well, I if I go through the story, I think some of the answers will come out, but after nNcholas gives away all his money. He's going to join a monastery of Zion in the holy land. But before he makes his vows to the Lord. Some out tells them not to hide his light under a bushel. So it goes back to Asia Minor and gets off at a city called my rough now before he leaves he stops off at the church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. This is a lot of crazy. Interesting stuff were joking around. But this is amazing. So Saint Nicholas back then before he was a Saint he decides that he wants to go to the monastery where it's called the monetary of Siahaan, and it's in the holy land. And he's about to join and he decides not to and on his way back. He stops off at the church and the Nativity and Mark Twain when he visited the holy land in the eighteen hundreds ski wrote a book called innocence abroad published eighteen sixty nine he goes to the church of the Nativity in Mark Twain writes this this spot where the first merry Christmas was uttered in all the world. And from whence, the friend of my childhood Santa Claus departed on his journey to gladden and continues to gladden the roaring firesides on wintry mornings in many distant land, forever and forever. So even Mark Twain acknowledges, yes. Nncholas stopped off at the church other Nativity before he went back, and he gets back to Asia. Minor today that's Turkey and the city he stops. At is my rub and unbeknownst to him the Bishop had died, and the church leaders could not decide who the next Bishop was gonna be where's Myra again, the south west coast to Turkey. Okay. But it's still called Asia. Minor. So nNcholas one of the church leaders has a dream. That's the first person to church the next day would be named nNcholas. He was to be their next Bishop. And sure enough he goes in they bring him into the back room, and they announced to him that he's supposed to be the Bishop. Well, he was not too excited because the Roman emperor Diocletian was arresting bishops and killing them. So it was sort of like you beat the Bishop assist. You. I don't know. You'll be division. So he finally agrees is arrested. He's put in prison awaiting death. And suddenly, the emperor Diocletian is struck with an intestinal disease. So terrible that he abdicates thrown or. Boss. Our God is an awesome God. Yeah. That is really up. And we know this is this is true. I mean, this is not just some crazy legend Diocletian did was struck with an intestinal disease. He was he was a very wicked wicked. Emperor. What year are we talking about right now? Bill may I three zero five AD is when he abdicates may literally was trying to exterminate Christianity. He had lost some battles with Persia. He asked his generals why they told them he had neglected the Roman gods. So he forces all the military to worship the Roman gods, which ironically forces all the Christians out because there had been a revival of Christian Christians in the military, and then Diocletian decides to use the military to force the entire Roman empire to return to worshipping the Roman gods. And so he goes province. Systematically, province-by-province killing the church leaders, tearing down churches burning up, you know, the scriptures. And so when he abdicates the next emperor is hilarious. Keep continues the persecution. He struck with an intestinal disease. And dies must have been something in the water. And with no emperor. It's a toss up at four generals decide to fight it out. One of them is constant time. He's in New York Britain, his men, get the news, surround him and yell hail Caesar. So Constantine with his army marches toward Rome to fight MEC sensuous at the battle of the mill vian bridge. The year is three twelve eighty the night before the battle Constantine reportedly sees the sign of Christ in the sky, and he puts it on all of his shields and cymbals he wins which the sign of Christ. It was the first two letters of the Greek name for Christ. And so the the first time for Christ begins with an x Ray by the second letter. It makes. Makes the are sound is called the row, and it's written as a big P. And so this big exit appea- Constantine puts on all of his shields and cymbals over the centuries that got shortened just to the exit. It was called the Chi or the Christ's cross or criss cross. And that's where we get the X hyphen M. Yes. Said of Xmas being oh, they crossed out Christ. No, that's the Greek letter that said for Christ. So ex MRs okay by you. Right. And it became part of the written. Oh, so you would sign at the Christ cross today that sign at the X or cross my heart swear to tell the truth. It was the crisscrossing, and then they would get to show sincerity, and that's come down to us as the Xs and the os on the bottom of a Valentine beat. X is you're swearing before. Christ. You're gonna keep your pledge to this person. And then the, oh, they would kissed the bible or kissed the cross to show sincerity. I did not know that. Emperor Constantine when he was still the general on his way to Rome that when he saw the sign in the sky. I always told that he saw the cross in the sky, and then he heard voice in this name in this sign conquer, and but you're saying that he saw the KAI ro correct? Yes, it was a big x and a big P. And then he heard the sound of in hawk signal. Vince is in this sign you'll be invincible so often you'll see this third century Christian symbols of x with a P and underneath I h s v in hawks signal. Vince is in this sign you'll be invincible. And but anyway, it's incredible. He issues the edict of Milan. Three thirteen eighty and this is the first time in history that Christians are not persecuted by the government. For three centuries. Christianity have been persecuted by the government. But now the eating and so Nichols has let out of jail and he preaches publicly against paganism. What's what is it? The temple of Diana it emphasis, the apostle Paul preached against Anna, worship at episodes. And after nineteen two hundred fifty years, later and emphasis is still worshipping Artemis or Diana. And so that the temple to Diana or Artemis is twice as big as the Parthenon in Athens while I will never knew that that is holy cow. Wow. Integrity to have something that big. That's amazing. Do the do the do the foundations or the ruins of that still exist? The foundation does. But the story is that this temple. It was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world it had a hundred and twenty seven huge pillars and temple prostitutes. It was the Las Vegas of the Mediterranean. People would go on pilgrimage to Diana. Yeah. We know what you're gonna do and so Nicolas preaches against this and the people get stirred up, they tear the temple down. And anyway, so the ruins of it are still there. But they took away the stones until now all you have is the foundation. The idea there is that big anybody's visited the Parthenon. I mean to imagine something twice the size of that dedicated to Artemis. That's that's pretty extraordinary. And during this time, they get rid of the Olympics. The Olympics for those that have never been to. I went there in college. But they did them make it. Obviously. No, no in antiquity that first of all, obviously, it's only men competing, and there was something about the purity of of the the body, and yeah, they they would they would compete without so much as a single back then they pronounced it naked. Yes. That's right. There you go. And so so they end the Olympics and then nNcholas preaches against exposure of unwanted infants. This was their version of abortion, the Roman practice was the mother would bear the child and late at the father's feet. If he picked it up and liked it and thought it looked healthier. They could afford it. They would keep it. But if you did not pick it up, the mom had put the baby in a basket and set it outside and exposed to the elements, and it would die. And so a lot of the early early. Christians would hear these babies crying and collect them and raise them as orphans. And that's where we get to the stories of, you know, an elderly couple gets a knock on the door, and they open it, and there's a baby in a basket. Well, that was a mother trying to do something other than expose it. But so when nNcholas preaches against this. He would have been a pro-life preacher today. That's extraordinary. I mean, I didn't I didn't realize that. I think we're at a time in this segment. Hang on one second folks when we come back. We're just going to be talking more about Christmas. Stick around. "William Federer last night. And he's talking about how the Turks slaughtered everybody. I mean, this was so off the off the charts off the hook you might say. I don't know how we. Let it happen. Others nineteen fifty five. Now, I went back, and I looked at the history of massacre in Turkey. Check it back into like seven hundred PC hundreds of thousands. Year after year, killing the the Bulgarians the Greeks. I don't mean one or two I mean like hundreds of thousands and Burr some emperors is going slaughter everybody man woman child. Everything so Turkey is not a good place. Not a good place. And this really hit me last night. With regard to this hocus Shoghi Saudi Arabia thing, we don't know the history. Therefore, they say you're doomed to repeat it. But we don't know the history. So therefore were incense like how could anybody do something? Like this this murder at the hands of the Saudis in Turkey. How could this happen? Well, that's what they do over there. That's what they do over there. All the time. Yeah. Since pretty much the beginning of recorded history. That's what they do not excusing it. I'm just saying the world is a straight up abject crap hole and over there. It's it's Sandon death sand and death let that sink in. You can't stick up for this. You can't look at this. Just oh, this is just another society and other culture. No, no, no, it stands in debt and more finance cruel unusual hideous death. But this thing that took place in nineteen fifty-five, which I doubt many people know about you may do it if no about it. If you're in say graduate school, really dig in do some type of a dissertation, and you're in maybe a Middle Eastern culture, something where you've got to actually go do the real real real investigative homework. And and and dig down deep, but I don't think most people even know about this. And they try to sugarcoat it literally completely gloss over it. I mean, you hear about the holocaust even now they're a racing that they they being the progressives racing net. But the whole thing took place in Turkey just focusing on that from nineteen fifty five. It was looked at that the Christians and Jews were messing with the Muslims in the Muslims are gonna tell them in. This exactly what happened in no uncertain terms to name a bunch of names, but they're all here. And what what? They did not covering up for anybody. Who cares that the fact of the matter is is that the Muslims slaughtered Jews and Christians to the tune of millions. Yeah. And you hear anything about that? And the way they did it. It was over a two day period. I wanna say it was September fifth and six or six and seventh but nineteen fifty five, and I just this list here caught my attention when I heard federa talking about it. They wasted. Six and seven six and seven and what they refer to as Kristallnacht in Constantinople and Constantinople, of course, named after emperor Constantine, which was the Roman Christian emperor. All of Turkey was Christian big-time, all of it, not not just a few Christians in there. The entire area was straight up one hundred percent Christian as was most everything over there until the Muslims went on the March. And as a Muslims, do they don't come in and convert they come in and kill and then you convert or you get killed. That's how they operate. And they do that. Once they hit a critical mass anyway in Constantinople, nineteen seventy-one churches forty-one schools. Just get your head wrapped around that seventy one churches out of I think they don't say it here. But I think there were a total of eighty three churches, I wanna say it was eighty three for memory serves from last night watching Federer show, but seventy one of those churches forty-one schools, eight newspapers more than four thousand stores two thousand residences were looted or destroyed overnight. Now when they say Luder destroyed that's not an accurate, but it doesn't hit you with the the raw savagery of what happened because when you see the pictures, it's insane. I mean, we're going through the streets with two by four baseball bat type things, and they were beating everything they they weren't just busting a window. They were smashing everything demolishing devastating. And and if you were a shopkeeper and say one of these Jewish stores or Christian stores, you were dragged into the street, and beaten or raped or having your hair or your beer pulled that cut off pulled out, in fact, when they couldn't get the hair. Down on certain people. They'd scout them. Yeah. Now, this is again, these are these are the Muslims in Turkey in nineteen fifty five and this is just one of many. The human toll suffering even more catastrophic with it says more than thirty dead. Well, that that might have been that night. But there were one point two million people murdered around this whole what you'd call. Ottoman empire. Three hundred injured four hundred raped now, again, this is this is horrific. But this isn't as horrific as horrific is with regard to this. If you get on the web and look up nineteen fifty five Turkish pogrom O G R O M. Educate yourself program was not a class of civilizations. Putting Muslims against Christians on the country amid right? This is alive and listen to this on the country amid rising Turkish Greek tension over the future status of then British colony of Cyprus, the riots were carefully planned by the Turkish government to cleanse Istanbul approximately one hundred thousand what they call police police who were excluded from Turkish Greek population exchange in nineteen twenty three nineteen twenty four. That's a lie, by the way. I took this down for the the churches stats in the fronts debts. No, this was is lem. This was Islam going into an Islam cleanse of Christians and Jews and many Armenians. They were literally crucified. I mean hung on a cross naked. Yeah. There you go. Now, I don't wanna get not going to get much deeper into than that. You can do the homework. I know. But again, I I am hooked on this William Federer show. He goes into history, and he demonstrates how Christianity is is just a thread that weaves throughout all of it pretty much, which which we know worldwide. I mean, western civilization p backs on the back of Christianity. It wasn't for Christianity. There would be no western civilization. And you'd be running around in a fertile wine cloth with a Germanic tribe leader killing you and taking your daughter. He thought she was cute. But here's the bottom line or a druid something like that. But the bottom line is this all of your your education system is corrupt. It's a lie and going into two thousand nineteen you owe it to yourself. This is the takeaway from what I'm telling you right now you at yourself to dig in and find out just what is being taught your children. What is I'd say more important. What is not being taught your children and what? Is the lesson? They're learning how this ties in because two two thousand eighteen because right now we've got I'm going to get into the story and bit here. It's called the green new deal. The green new deal radical mandate for government control of American society. This is how it always starts. This is how it always starts in the Islamic or the or the progressive mind always starts. Know.

"Does that mean? What is the difference between that and? Apocalypse, for example. Is it simply they believe as I'm wondering, maybe they were just, you know, conservative Christians, for example based on their interpretation of the bible. I'm running as a write in candidate for US president. And I'm thinking, maybe this is something to think about. Armageddon curious about this. And when people get Armageddon being getting this way or that way. Because I it's of course, it means whatever they project. I mean, I would like to tell everybody who believes the book of revelations is about our future at there are a number of very significant things that show that Saint John was not talking about our times what was talking about his own and as the near future that was supposed to happen around the corner. You know, it's two thousand years later is not around the corner. I mean, we're it's do have meanings. And when six six six, and he strongly hinting who six six six is in the beast, and it spells out the numerical equivalents of the letters in Greek and in Hebrew that's spell out near on Kaiser, which is Niro Caesar. It's very possible that the book revelation has nothing to do with our future. And and but it doesn't matter because you see thoughts. If people all believe in something that's true. Even if it's completely imagined if you do that over a couple thousand years, you create realities that you don't even need to create and it's come time to kind of expose the givens people just run with. Well, that's absolutely true. We've got Jim in Newark Delaware now waiting on the line. Hey, jim. George happy new year to both of you to Jimmy you. Return course inoculating. No, his name would be Jesus. But he messiah would make his return between nineteen seventy five and twenty seventy five and I'm not hearing any idea that and John your assessment of the future. Well, the thing is thing is first off as you say he didn't know that Yeshua was Jesus Christ. It is an important point to to answer because it's very likely that Rome which had been so successful enrollment ising other religions throughout its two thousand years of dominance. It's most successful Romanisation so successful that no one even thinks about it is that the largest religion in the world actually praised to a name of the son of God. That is not actually the name that the man used when he walked the earth is a name that emperor Constantine gave and the council of nice say gave when they system is in corporate is the Christian faith. It's very likely that if you say render undersea unto Caesar what is Caesar's then I take that to mean, possibly render all the things that you assume are part of the Christian faith like virgin birth. Which is actually from the Persian Mithra religion. Like people would Nimbus is like saints that some the Auras of the soul Invictus religion. That.

"Eight seven and thirteen thirty s. Welcome back to coast to coast, George Noory with you. John Hogar file segment. Let's go to the calls again. Let's go to our first time caller, Mike and moral bay, California. Michael welcome to the program. Happy new year to you and happy new year to you Georgian. John. Thank you. Thank you. John on goal warming. And how it goes on? But like in the mountains in her strands up on and stuff. Years ago. I used to does the roads but way up on top about nine find like big clusters of like the for like. You know, like twelve inches long. Just clustered. Going in petrified, of course. But so earth does change a lot. Right. I mean. Yes. But I what's your extensive knowledge on paleontology and or science. None. None at all. Okay. So why is it so much in this? I'm not speaking about you personally. But you know, we see something, and we use our common sense. Just like you said there if I look out from the hills there in Big Sur, and I see the ocean. And it looks like it's flat. Then I could say the earth the scientists. What are they talking about the flat? It is. Isn't it? John. Next question here. We've got a couple of shows on that. That's a strange strange theory. I love his voice their story. It's it was unique. Michael thanks, enjoy the new year and thanks for being a great listener. Really? Appreciate it, John as you look toward let's say beyond two thousand nineteen Seaney big World War popping up. Well, you know, as I said earlier in the first hour, it's it's definitely a a high possibility. Ironically, one of the highest possibilities of it might actually be another missiles of October situation like nineteen sixty two. Over twenty twenty one. That'd be an interesting take Joe in New York. Hey joseph. Go ahead. Guys on. Two questions. One would be the meteor is what? I could see propaganda at every point out. For example, they rarely go to another country. I just heard something on the radio dot Argentina. And it was just another propaganda flat. So it seems to what the teary A-Rated to wear that. Just try trying to push an agenda rather than doing work like the BBC does some actual work. And the second thing is the Middle East. You're mentioning the crowd prince, maybe the anti Christ. Well, fuelling Armstead, and what trying to disarm Iran now. What makes Iran so bad and Saudi Arabia? So good. Especially how we do have a lot of reports of horrible treatment by the Saudi rage rain regime of their own people. Yes. So so thing the thing that I try to do I've been a news hound since I was eight. In fact, my eight birthday was October twenty ninth nineteen sixty two the date that World War. Three would have happened if Kennedy and Khrushchev had hadn't resolve their issue. That was the date. They were gonna bomb Cuba. And it was a very big shock that whole thing was the first of three major premonitions. They talk about in a book called Nostradamus premonitions of nine one one that I had an awareness of this thing this nuclear war happening before it became public and the days running up to my birthday and ever since. Then I have been fascinated by journalism history and also have seen. How what you're saying is also my experience that things have been motivated now more by business and the editors are now corporations rather than real news editors the thing is there's a there's a d education going on that people don't understand in the Middle East. The Middle East issue is a SUNY majority Muslim group sources a Shia minority group when the president and when other people keep saying that Iran is. The chief number one funder of international terrorism. They are right as far as perhaps Hezbollah being financed and supported and armed by them as a proxy to check the threat of Israel launching Jericho missiles with nuclear weapons on Iran. That's what I've come to understand. But what gets me about this is who are the fifteen of the eighteen people who of Al Qaeda who destroyed our towers and hit the Pentagon Sunni Saudi Arabians who has been sending since the late eighties. Creating these mash mattresses, these these religious schools all across the Islamic world radicalizing entire generations of people with wahabbist Islamic concepts. Which is the state religion of Saudi Arabia, which is a very extreme. And some would say heretical Islamic sect that does not honour all five. Of the virtues of being a Muslim some people content. Who is financed this hatred that is taking over the Islamic world. But the very Saudi Arabians that we're giving hundreds of billions of dollars of weapons to the crown prince and his father and the few kings before him, the cancer of international terrorism is not Iran. That's a Reuss. It is if you look at the facts, it is a SUNY issue. It's the Salafi Muslims Muslim Brotherhood issue. And it is not too. It's like a distraction. It's really what's going on. Here is we're it's a fight between regional powers Israel, Saudi Arabia and Iran to dominate the Middle East and one is Jewish one is SUNY Muslim and the minority she is in Iran. The problem is that Iran is where most of the she is populations in the Middle East actually live where the oil is even in Saudi Arabia, and they're constantly persecuted. These things you're not going to hear about and and it's it's dangerous because if you lose your free press, you've lost the pillar that supports your democracy, you then our don't know, you don't know what's going on. You don't actually know what really Russians did. Or didn't do. You're just getting propaganda very dangerous situation. Indeed Carlos with us in Queens, New York. Hi, carla. Hi, George God. Bless you, all and happy healthy and prosperous new year. You two of us also Sweden need do. Dear John, I wanna ask you something. You mentioned Nostra dumb. As said that the paper monetary system would dissipate. But I didn't understand if you maybe I missed it. What kind of monetary system? Then would take hold of the world. Then what would happen? The thing. That's coming up. Now is we're we're we're lucky this time in this next bout of the fourth turning an eight year cycle. I mean, basically right now this this new years is like moving from nineteen thirty eight to nineteen thirty nine. And there's a lot of things over the rise in that are coming this. This current version of it is different variation on fascism. It's more corporate. And the other fortunate thing is that if that's what I was speaking of a thing based on paper, I think that had no gold or of values of tangible wealth backing it. So it's not Saddam. I think was indicating what's coming though, is there are lifeboats. There are I talked a bit about bitcoin being eventually evolving into something. There's also systems that China and Russia are already actively using to get off the US dollar and to get on another kind of gold standard based economy. So it's very possible. In the twenty twenties, we will have different economic reality systems in the world. I we have now a multi state a a multi-polar. Political situation that might soon become a multi-polar economic situation. Alex in Rochester, New Hampshire. It's your turn, Alex. Go ahead. Yes. Happy New Year's you to Alex. Yes. Thank you. I was driving by a store in a nearby city where I live is actually a gun store and ahead of this sign on the road on the road. Right with letters that you can arrange society in the sign a gun store signed said Armageddon is coming in. My thought is what exactly does that mean? What is the difference between that and? Apocalypse, for example. Is it simply Biblically based? I'm wondering, maybe they were just, you know, conservative Christians, for example based on their interpretation of the bible. I'm running has a write in candidate for US president. And I'm thinking, maybe this is something I should think about. Armageddon curious about this. And when people get Armageddon getting getting this way or that way. Because I it's of course, it means whatever they project. I mean, I would like to tell everybody who believes the book of revelations is about our future at there are a number of very significant things that show that Saint John was not talking about our times what was talking about his own. And and as the near future that it was supposed to happen around the corner. You know, it's two thousand years later is not around the corner. I mean, we're it's do have meanings. And when six six six, and he strongly hinting who six six six is in the beast, and it spells out the numerical equivalents of the letters that in Greek and in Hebrew that spell out near on Kaiser, which is Niro Caesar. It's very possible that the book revelation has nothing to do with our future. And and but it doesn't matter because you see thoughts. If people all believe in something that's true. Even if it's completely imagined if you do that over a couple thousand years, you create realities that you don't even need to create and it's come time to kind of expose the givens. My people just run with. Well, that's absolutely true. We've got Jim in Newark Delaware now waiting on the line. Hey, jim. George happy new year to both of you to Jimmy. I read a book lease recent book Iraq was about eighty knock the son of Jared. And and there you knock people say is one of two men in the Old Testament Laver died actually, some believe they're on the earth. Now awaiting the end of days every prepare people for the second me. Anyway. Knock gives a and this book it says inau gave a hundred year window when Jesus would make his second return. Of course, inoculating. Hey, it's most successful Romanized nation. So successful that no one even thinks about it is that the largest religion in the world actually praised to a name of the son of God. That is not actually the name that the man us when he walked the earth. It is a name that emperor Constantine gave and the council of nice say gave when they system is corporate is the Christian faith. It's very likely that if you say render undersea unto Caesar what is Caesar's then I take that to mean, possibly render all the things that you assume are part of the Christian faith like virgin birth. Which is actually from the Persian Mithra religion like people with Nimbus is like saints. That's from the Auras of the soul Invictus religion. That Constantine worship. There was a monotheistic taken. Religion Sullivan trees, that's pagan nuns celibate pagan the the yuletide log a pagan celebration suddenly becomes the birthday of Christ. There's so many things including the holy Eucharist, which if you look at them three Eucharist compared directly with the holy Eucharist there almost for them the same. So there are indications that perhaps there's a lot of things we assume are Christian that we should render back to Cesar. John. We've only got about fifty seconds left. Do tell people where they can get your books. Well, I wanted to tell everybody especially coast listeners in Alaska, then I'm coming to Alaska in just a couple of weeks. I'm going to be at the Crowne plaza doing a lectures and then later doing readings at the center, great is that all on your website? Yeah. Just it just have everybody come to my website. "Welcome back to coast to coast, George Noory with you. John Hogar file segment. Let's go to the calls again. Let's go to our first time caller, Mike and moral bay, California. Michael welcome to the program. Happy new year to you and happy new year to you, George and John. Thank you. Thank you. John on global warming. And how it goes on? But like in the mountains in the Hearst ranch up on her stranger stuff years ago. I used to does the roads but way up on top about nine find like big clusters of like the officers for like. You know, like twelve inches long. Just it. Gone, of course. But so earth does change a lot. Right. I mean. Yes. But what's your extensive knowledge on paleontology and or science? None. None at all. Okay. So why is it so much in this? I'm not speaking about you personally. But you know, we see something, and we use our common sense. Just like you said there if I look out from the hills there in Big Sur, and I see the ocean. And it looks like it's flat than I could say the earth, the scientists. What are they talking about the earth's flat? It is isn't it? John. Next question here. We've got a couple of shows on that. That's a strange strange. I love his voice story is that was unique Michael thanks enjoy the new year and thanks for being a great listener. Really? Appreciate it. John as you look toward let's say beyond two thousand nineteen Seaney big World War popping up. Well, you know, as I said earlier in the first hour, it's it's definitely a a high possibility. Ironically, one of the highest possibilities of it might actually be another missiles of October situation like nineteen sixty two over twenty twenty one. That'd be an interesting take Joe in Long Island, New York. Hey, Joseph go ahead. Guys, John two questions. One would be the media as what? You could see propaganda at every point. Now, for example, they rarely go to another country. I just heard something on the radio about Argentina at it was just another propaganda slant. So it seems to a deteriorating to wear that. Just try trying to push an agenda rather than doing work like the BBC does some actual work. I'm the second thing is the Middle East. You mentioning the crowd may be the anti Christ. Well, fuelling Armstead, and what trying to disarm Iran now. What makes Iran so bad and Saudi Arabia? So good. Especially how we do have a lot of reports of horrible treatment by the Saudi rates rain regime of their own people. Yes. So so thing the thing that I try to do I've been a new town since I was eight. In fact, my eighth birthday was October twenty ninth nineteen sixty two the date that World War. Three would have happened if Kennedy and Khrushchev has hadn't resolve their issue. That was the date. They were gonna bomb Cuba. And it was a very big shock that whole thing with the first of three major premonitions. They talk about in a book called Nostradamus premonitions of nine one one that I had an awareness of this thing this nuclear war happening before it became public in the days running up to my birthday and ever since. Then I have been fascinated by journalism history and also have seen. How what you're saying is also my experience that things have been motivated now more by business and the editors and now corporations rather than real news editors the thing is there's a there's the d education going on that people don't understand in the Middle East. The Middle East issue is a Sunni majority Muslim group. Sources a Shia minority group when the president and when other people keep saying that Iran is. The chief number one funder of international terrorism. They are right as far as perhaps Hezbollah being financed and supported and armed by them as a proxy to check the threat of Israel launching Jericho missiles with nuclear weapons on Iran. "I want you to read up on consumer protection laws and go from there. Okay. Okay. I appreciate that. No problem, brother. And if there are other people that are experiencing the same thing with a credit card from synchrony Bank as it relates to. American signature furniture. Just want them to know that they're not the only ones experiencing that. So if you make the payment and your payment is paid off they'll still leave a fifty dollar hundred dollar deficit deficit, and then send it over to a group of attorney just wanted to make sure that people are aware of what's happening. All right. Thank you, sir. I appreciate your call. I four zero four eight nine two two seven zero three. Let's go back to Gideon and Riverdale giddy. Go here, you know, it was a very enlightening to hear David speech in reference to the truth about the satanic rituals associated with Christ. Math, and I understand your protectionism when it comes to people who who purport to believe in the colonizers religious practices because that's all they know me and my family does not protectionism. Here's what it is is called context and clarity. Because why people like you get caught up on the very ancient or the berry connection or elements of language, maybe even sometimes. Demographics. No, sir. No, not not truth because truth when it comes to faith is in the eye of the beholder. And that's one thing cats. Mike you Hebrew Israelites. Like yourself not all of them because they have some Hebrew Israelites who call my show, and they wholeheartedly disagree with you. So once again, let's battle truth. If we're talking about faith, if we're talking about your conscious believe in a God. And how that belief system is structured, let's have that conversation while you want to debate about theological aspects that bear no fruit that create no productivity, create no, righteousness. The truth is Gideon. I'm out here doing the work, and I really don't like to get involved in meaningless debate about your faith against somebody else's fate. Here's my simple philosophy. If your faith produces right behavior with you, your family and your community. I'm okay with your fate. That's it. Well simplest respond Brealey, the when you look at the Europeans and their lifestyle and the system of incarceration as well. As in slave meant their face is what drove them to that. He mentioned emperor Constantine the conqueror Europeans the ones locker people up. I understand that Europeans are not the only group of people on the planet. Locking people up. But they're locking people up at a rate that the planet has never seen before. I agree with that the hierarchy that looked like you and me the hierarchy even in the United States of America is that of a prison industrial complex that is how the hierarchy is ran. It has ran as a company not as a true deterrent to criminal behavior. But really as a company, and I get that we've talked about that on this program many times, but the fundamental conversation that you are now started to have was about faith. You can go back. Search they history of time and say, here's what it is. But here's the truth Gideon. Here's the unavoidable truth you, and I were in the same place when all of this happened. Not there. Well, in reference to that point do understand that you understand that point you, and I were in the exact same place when all of this happened not there. Now, what you understand that Gideon? Please also understand that everything you're telling me right now, somebody else told you well, the point that you correct incorrect, sir. Everything you're telling me right now, somebody else told you the bible is is was written by bodies through spiritual inclination. But right, everything you're telling me right now, somebody else told you. Yes. When you talk about 'isolation Newsom. Yeah. 'isolation ISM of the people who were in gangs that is biblical prophecy about our people, right? When only way you can take them out of that colonized mind going back to the original statement is to take them away. From the colony. 'cause once you reintroduce them back. That's not true. Are you are you outside of a colonize mind? Do you have a colonize minded not right now? I do not are you outside of the colony. I cannot. Okay. You just proved yourself wrong. You said the only way you can get them out of it colonize mind. Is it take them away from the company? You are still in the colony, sir. You still in the United States of America? Right. But you do not have a colonized mind. But the start is in Ohio, you said Gideon. You said specifically the only way is to get them out of the colony for them. Not to have a colonize, my you proclaim that you do not have a colonize mind, but you still live in the colony. Now, why are you the exception to your own her? I am starting the journey. Start in the my. Okay. Okay. So when are you going to what are you going to leave the colony known as America? Well, I have left I had to come back because my mother now, I'm preparing financially, right? When I leave the colony I can have some way of survival. Right. So where are you going? I'm thinking the opium Ethiopia never called me from Ethiopia. Appreciate your call, sir. Four zero four eight nine two two seven zero three we're gonna wait for Gideon. Call us from Ethiopia. Make sure you get a really good calling guard. Mayor bottoms with on the back lot, sir. Here's what we're gonna do. Skip the break. Skip the break. We got me a bottoms. We got mayo. Bottoms mayo bottoms good day. How are you? Happy belated. Got the mayor on the line. Okay. Mayor bottoms I have to bring it out. It has been the scandal of Christmas in the city of Atlanta, your macaroni cheese. Madame would you like to defend your MAC and cheese? Well, first of all, my MAC and cheese than need any defense. Everybody who was at my house knows how good my MAC and cheese was and if you hear noise in the background is because I'm still cooking. Look at you version of as as what you recycle biscuit, some oil and I made a fresh powder jambalaya. So. Wow. Well, everybody to know that if you want style. Then you look somewhere else. But if you want substance, then come and taste, my food. Whoa. That's it. See that's the drop the mic moment right there. May about if I gotta tell you when I saw the macaroni cheese. First of all, I know you can cook I've been looking at your post says they want so I know you throw down the kitchen. Okay. You you were such a good sport about it. You even say that your mother said, hey, it does look a little dry, but it tasted great. Well, the fun. So let me just say this. There's nothing that anybody can say that will be far worse. In my mother and my family. Yes. So I literally thought my mother had eaten the macaroni and cheese. Okay. So when she was laughing so hard I said, but you said it was good. She added. Dr macaroni and cheese. And I say this. She said I said they said it was good. I didn't think it was good. But so let me let me just explain what happened. What had happened was? Yes. So I've been cooking for three days. Yes. So I had a bunch of macaroni and cheese. And no they were not was not the right size because the store was out. Okay. So the pasta is a little bit. Because my mother says she didn't even know they made elbow pasta that be my producer was asking that question. So now that mystery is solved carry on. So the night before. And I was cooking. I actually I had way more than I anticipated. So I had to things of MAC and cheese. And I couldn't find my big ten pans. So I had to add extra all kinds of ingredients. Because see we're talking about with swimming at the bottom. Okay. So my son had friends over so everybody was digging into the first thing, MAC and cheese. So when I went to warm it up yesterday, I put a whole new layer cheese on top. And then what shall didn't? Get was. I was supposed to store it up. So you could see it all. Creamy and rich, but again because I'm about substance. Yeah. You know, I knew that when everybody again, they well they are getting started. Now that now that I did mess up because I should've started up y'all. It would look creamy. And apparently it got put on the table without against stirred up because that's what my mother saw. And that's why you see my mother laughing hysterically because she says that has now ashamed the entire family. No shame the entire family. She's been around here. Tell the people, you know, I got all her mom's recipes, and she said that's not how my grandmoms MAC and cheese would look. So your mother your mother was laughing so hard. I thought it was. I don't somebody made it up, but that was really your mother laughing. Oh my God. No. And that was just a portion of it lasts. Out his she my eight year olds made her an Instagram account. So she was reading the comments and he had been laughing for about an hour. And then that was like her second round, the laughing because you know, she said, and then you put that you took a picture and let people see that. So. Yeah, it was that's what I said. There's nothing that black Twitter and social media can do the me that my family do a hundred times, Michelle. It was good. I believe you. And I know your family has made you tough, and you did handle the scandal quite.

"It's Christmas Christmas Christmas. It'd be great to do. It would be great on Christmas to give to CSI Christian solidarity. International. They're helping people around the world who are not only unable to celebrate Christmas. But they're being horribly persecuted for their simple faith in in. What we call the Christmas story. So we want acknowledge that. And we want to say to you, folks. If you got our website Metaxas talk dot com, you'll see the banner, and you can give it's a wonderful thing to do. You can do it in the name of a relative or a friend. It's a beautiful beautiful thing to do. I just want to mention that. We're talking to William Federer who has written yet. Another fantastic book. This one is called there really is a Santa Claus. No seriously. No, no, no. I'm not kidding by William Federer Bill. Welcome the program. Now, we've got a lot of questions for short as you claim. There's a Santa Claus. Have you ever seen him with your own eyes? No, okay. All right. What about okay? What about Bigfoot you ever seen big foot, the Loch Ness monster? All right. Then that's I just wanna just want wanna be clear have not seen Santa Claus. And yet you claim and yet that there's a real Santa Claus. So we're gonna need you to back that up Bill. Well, I if I go through the story, I think some of the answers will come out, but after nNcholas gives away all his money. He's gonna join a monastery of Zion in the holy land. But before he makes his vows to the Lord some tells them not to hide his light under a bushel. So it goes back to Asia Minor and gets off at a city called Myer up now before he leaves he stops off at the church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, this is this is a lot of crazy. Interesting stuff were joking around. But this is amazing. So Saint Nicholas back then before he was a Saint he decides that he wants to go to the monastery where it's called the monetary of Siahaan, and it's in the holy land. And he's about to join and he decides not to and on his way back. He stops off at the church, and Linda and Mark Twain when he visited the holy land in the eighteen hundreds. He wrote a book called innocence abroad published eighteen. Sixty nine he goes to the church of the Nativity. And Mark Twain writes this this spot where the first merry Christmas was uttered in all the world. And from whence, the friend of my childhood Santa Claus departed on his journey to gladden and continues to gladden the roaring firesides on wintry mornings in many a distant land forever and forever. So even Mark Twain acknowledges, yes, nNcholas stopped off at the church other Nativity before he went back, and he gets back to Asia. Minor today that's Turkey and the city he stops. At is my rub and unbeknownst to him the Bishop had died, and the church leaders could not decide who the next Bishop was going to be now one of Myra again, the south west coast to Turkey. Okay. But it's still called Asia Minor, Brian, so nNcholas and one of the church leaders has a dream. That's the first person to church the next day would be named nNcholas. He was to be their next Bishop. And sure enough he goes in. They bring him into the back room, and they announced to him that he's supposed to be the Bishop. Well, he was not too excited because the Roman emperor Diocletian was arresting bishops and killing them. So it was sorta like you'll be the Bishop assist. You. I don't you'll be vision. So he finally agrees is arrested. He's put in prison awaiting death. And suddenly, the emperor Diocletian is struck with an intestinal disease. So terrible that he abdicates the throne. Or loss. Our God is an awesome God. Yeah. That is really up. And we know this is this is true. I mean, this is not just some crazy legend Diocletian did was struck with an intestinal disease. He was he was a very wicked wicked. Emperor. What year we talking about right now? Bill may I three zero five AD is when he abdicates literally was trying to exterminate Christianity. And so when he abdicates the next emperor is Galerias keep continues the persecution. He's struck with an intestinal disease. And dies must have been something in the water. And with no emperor. It's a toss up at four generals decide to fight it out. One of them is Constantine. He's in York Britain, his men, get the news, surround him and yell hail Caesar. So Constantine with his army marches toward Rome to fight mex- sensuous at the battle of the million bridge. The year is three twelve AD the night before the battle Constantine reportedly sees the sign of Christ in the sky, and he puts it on all of his shields and cymbals he wins. What's the sign of Christ? It was the first two letters of the Greek name for Christ. And so the the first time for Christ begins with an x Ray, all the KAI. The second letter it makes. Makes the our sound is called the row, and it's written as a big P. And so this big exit appea- Constantine puts on all of his shields and cymbals over the centuries. It got shortened just to the exit. It was called the Chi or the Christ's cross or crisscross. And that's where we get the X hyphen M E. Yes. Instead of miss being oh, they cross Christ. No, that's the Greek letter that for Christ. So ex MRs okay by you. Right. And it became part of a written. Oh, so you would sign at the Christ cross today that sign at the X or cross my heart where tell the truth. It was the Christ cross, and then they would kiss additional sincerity, and that's come down to us as the Xs and the os on the bottom of a Valentine beat. X is you're swearing before. Christ. You're gonna keep your pledge to this person. And then the, oh, they would kiss the bible or kiss the cross to show sincerity. I did not know that. Emperor Constantine when he was still the general on his way to Rome that when he saw the sign in the sky. I was always told that he saw the cross in the sky. And then he heard a voice saying in this name in this sign conquer, and but you're saying that he saw the KAI ro correct? Yes. So it's a big x and a big P. And then he heard the sound of in hawks signal Vince is in this sign you'll be invincible so often you'll see this third century Christian symbols of x with a P and underneath I h s v in hawks signal. Vince is in this sign you'll be invincible. And but anyway. He issues the edict of Milan. Three thirteen AD. And this is the first time in history that Christians are not persecuted by the government. For three centuries. Christianity have been persecuted by the government. But now the edict. And so Nichols has let out of jail and he preaches publicly against paganism. What's what is it? The temple of Diana it emphasis, the apostle Paul preached against fan of worship at emphasis in chapter nineteen two hundred fifty years, later and emphasis is still. Worshipping Artemis, Diana. And so that the temple to Diana or Artemis is twice as big as the Parthenon in Athens, while acade- I never knew that that is holy cow. Wow. Integrity to have something that big. That's amazing. Do the foundations or the ruins of that still exist. The foundation does. But the story is that this temple. It was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world it had a hundred and twenty seven huge pillars and temple prostitutes. It was the Las Vegas of the Mediterranean. People would go on pilgrimage to Diana. Yeah. We know what you're going to do and so Nicolas preaches against this and the people get stirred up, they tear the temple down. And anyway, so the ruins of it are still there. But they took away the stones until now all you have is the foundation. I mean, the big and anybody's visited the Parthenon. I mean to imagine something twice the size of that dedicated to Artemis. That's that's pretty extraordinary. And during this time, they get rid of the Olympics. The Olympics for those that have never been to Greece. I went there in college. But they did them make it. Obviously. No, no in antiquity that first of all, obviously, it's only men competing, and there was something about the purity of of the the body, and yeah, they they would they would compete without much. As a single back, then they pronounced it naked. But if you did not pick it up, the mom to put the baby in a basket and set it outside and exposed to the elements, and it would die. And so a lot of the early. Christians would hear these babies crying and collect them and raise them as orphans. And that's where we get the the stories of, you know, an elderly couple gets a knock on the door, and they open it, and there's a baby in a basket. Telling you what Wall Street's doesn't want. You to know is the Phil's gang show was Phil Grandy let the economy's doing. So. Well, then why.

"The the weirdo dirty hippies at burning man or engaging in the same central religious, right, which is sacred. Prostitution. Even that phrase, people are unfamiliar. With that sacred. Prostitution is a major religious, formulating Gilgamesh. The actually in Gilgamesh who was the name is a sham hot, the sacred prostitute. Shum hot is largely responsible for creating civilized man for civilizing this wild man and making him a member of society at this sacred prostitute. Judah has sex with a sacred prostitute. In Genesis, the sacred prostitute. Tamar, Herodotus describes the ancient Babylonians as requiring their women to undergo a sacred prostitute ritual where they go to the kingdoms of the low or temples of the love goddess, and have sex with men willingly for money or not for not with money, the code of Hama. Robbie, the oldest legal code in the world protects sacred prostitutes specifically the ancient Hittite, the engine Sumerians, the Corinthians, everybody had sacred prostitutes is a central aspect of their society and actually the Phoenician cities. Multiple Phoenician cities had these sacred prostitutes within the Roman. Empire until emperor Constantine put a stop to it. Does anyone remember where Constantine comes into play? Constantine is the emperor who broadens the appeal of Christianity throughout the Roman empire decriminalizes Christianity throughout the empire. It's only at that point it's only at the advent of Christianity on wide scale that these ideas of sacred prostitution, these ancient rights go away. So what do we think is it just that the all of these ancient peoples were weird and bizarre and crazy, and these hippies in the desert or just weird and bizarre in crazy. No, of course. I'm not saying that at all. What I'm saying is there is something essential in human nature that tends toward these things that tends toward paganism that tends toward nature worship. That tends toward sacred prostitution and the idolatry of sensuality and the the idolatry of sensuality. And there is something different in religion that comes into place in Christian religion in Judaism, which says no, to that says, do not. Follow your basest instincts, your base passions and your human nature. Do something higher. Use your mind use your intellect, use your consciousness, use your will to aim towards something higher, which is the true God, not these nature spirits that you're worshiping but the true God, this is the story of the bible. It's the story of the the Old Testament and the people constantly revert back to their old ways, their natural weights. That's what's happening at burning man. The people at burning man think that they're forming a new society, a new city out of nothing, creating a new thing out of nothing in this with this novel idea of a barter system as though the barter system didn't predate the modern financial institutions didn't read eight, our modern system of currency and finance, this new spirituality, this new sensuality, there's nothing new about it. It is simply the base instincts, even the new music. We think this is a new music like Bach is old and dub step is new, not that isn't obvious that it's exactly flipped. There is nothing in the world that is. Older than dub step or EDM Ramadhan electronic, percussion music. That's the oldest form of music in the entire world. The newest form of music is the music that goes higher them that has harmony that has melody that has sophistication. It might be three hundred years old. It's still the newest music in the entire world and what is happening as a result of this. Then I've got to say goodbye to Facebook and YouTube. This is having practical effects throughout our culture. It's not confined to a random desert in Nevada, it's going out around the world. This year. Americans are diagnosed with a record number of sexually transmitted diseases. I don't want to sound like a prude on all of this. Okay. I'm actually not a prude. There's a time and a place for everything and that place is college or burning man, I guess. But this is really becoming a social problem..
