Deploying and running Django web apps in 2021

"We're gonna talk about specifically Deployments on gangland we can go on and on about obviously all the intricacies of django. But i think suffice to say. I'm an educator on the on the board. In carlton's a fellow he's he makes the releases happen including three two alpha. Which just dropped today. And i guess you mentioned. Lts that's confusing to non django people so since having ellos carlton chango has a pretty rapid release cycle where it's every nine months or so so. There is three zero three one. Three two. This december i think carlton is four zero ev. One of those is a long term service release so that will last two and a half years so that is a three years. Yeah it's it's on. There's a link on the project site so that's a way that so django doesn't really have. It's rare to have breaking changes these days but the lts designed to help people who can't keep up with that cycle. Stay up to date that. We have a lot of podcasts and opinions about why should always stay up to date and it's worth it because that's one of the most things you because as carlton mentioned there's bug fixes constantly so it'll be three one three one two. They'll be three to go three to a month later or so. I'm a big advocate of you. Know if you possibly can get ladies major release so you hang out. Historically the longtime released was really the lts release was really important because there were breaking changes right in each major version of jangle. There were new things and it was difficult to. But that's not the case anymore. It's really easy to update so. I'm a big advocate of that. Now and then when i talked to fellow people in the django community. They're like well. You know. I work in the real world. And you can't keep up the ladies major budget so for those folks than you know. The lts is a really good option. Because it's once every three years you know it's coming you get six month window of overlap of supports. The old lts gets six months of security release after the release of the new lts. That's your window to update. Well i think that running and maintaining software built upon frameworks like django. It falls into two categories for me if falls into. Here's something that we have a team or at least somebody dedicated to owning this project and we care about its ongoing life and then we have the ones that are the oath. Please don't touch it and the oh please don't touch it is we've long since stopped developing that maybe the person who developed it left. But it's still important and we don't want to break it. It's working right now but if you touch it new break it you've now adopted it. You know what i mean like. It's that thing that just like if you break the build. Yes but but worse. 'cause it's legacy build so to me i feel like that. Please don't touch it. Side the lts make perfect sense for them. Yeah in tiny entirely the way. I like to think of it is. Is this a thing that you feasibly going to add new features to and if you feasibly going to add new features to then you should be on the latest matrix version. Because it's only once every eight months you need to allocate a day or two to keep up to fix download the new version. Run the test suite. See the deprecation warnings. Fix deprecation mornings. You know maybe you have to wait a couple of weeks for dependency to update and and then you can push board. And that's once every eight month that process and if you're adding new features if it's a live project ideally be there. Yeah there's something which you just need to keep running for the long run. You could do that much less frequently.

Who Is Activist, Ella Baker

"From Wonder Media Network I'm Jenny. Kaplan and this is encyclopedia will Manica. Very. Excited to present our. September. This month we're talking about activists. Women who stood up and fought against injustice and for a better world today, we're talking about a woman who doesn't often receive the recognition she deserves for her behind the scenes activism. As a prolific activist, she had a hand in society changing work major civil rights leaders turned to her for her organizational skills. Let's talk about Ella Josephine Baker. Sisters in the struggle for human dignity and freedom. I am here to represent. The struggle that has gone on for three hundred years. Ella Baker was born on December thirteenth nineteen o three in Norfolk Virginia. She grew up in North Carolina on the very same land where her grandparents were enslaved a few decades earlier. Ella's mother was part of the Local Missionary Association. She helped feed their hungry neighbors and encouraged women to be a force for positive change this activism and kindness stuck with Allah. Ellis studied at Shaw University in Raleigh North Carolina and graduated as Class Valedictorian nineteen twenty seven shortly after she moved to New York City in Nineteen thirty ELA joined several women's organizations and served as national director of the Young Negroes Cooperative League that organization focused on supporting the economic development of the black community in nineteen forty Ella started working as a field secretary for the N. Double A. C., p. she moved up to work as director of branches after just three years. She later also served as the president of the New York. City branch. Then in Nineteen fifty-six, Ella Co created the organization in French. Which bought the oppressive Jim Crow laws in the south. The following year a move to Atlanta to help with Martin Luther King Junior's Organization the southern Christian Leadership Conference. At that time, the SC L. C. was a brand new venture. It was created after successes like the Montgomery bus boycott black leaders including Martin Luther. King Junior created the organization to assemble more boycotts and. Throughout the south. But for the venture to be successful, it would take a masterful organizer while Martin Luther King Junior took the reins as the SEC's public figurehead Ella worked behind the scenes setting the organization's agenda and framing the issues. She organized the crusade for citizenship a campaign to support voting rights. For African Americans, she also helped Rodney Atlanta s ELC headquarters and even served as a temporary director for several months after the resignation of the previous office holder, Ellis desire to focus on the issues and to have influence over the. Direction often clashed with the group's main. Right, as ellos considering resigning in nineteen sixty radical act of civil disobedience inspired her to take a new direction on February first black college students in Greensboro. North Carolina where I'm from refused to leave a lunch counter. Worth's where they'd been denied service for Joseph McNeil Franklin McCain and their to college dorm mates that time was February first one, thousand, nine, hundred, sixty. The day they walked into a Greensboro. Woolworth's and sat down at the segregated lunch counter. Ella wrote a letter that encourage students across the south to join forces and take similar acts of protest. She also organized a meeting at Shaw University for the students who spearheaded the citizens from those meetings, the student nonviolent coordinating committee or Snick was created. snick would have a profound impact on the civil rights movement. Ella encourage snack to focus on practicing group centered activism rather than leader centered activism in contrast to the SE L. C.'s leadership style with Mlk at the forefront. Under, this method, of Leadership Snick ran many successful initiatives including the nineteen sixty one freedom rides and the nineteen sixty, four freedom summer and Mississippi L. continued her activism through the sixties. She was also a consultant for the Southern Conference Education Fund and organize the Mississippi Freedom Democratic. Party she later returned to New York City and continued her work until she passed away on. December thirteenth nineteen eighty six. She was eighty three years old. Ella Baker was an incredible driving force behind much of the public civil rights work. At least 47 arrested in Seattle protests that police declared a riot

"Protesters against police violence packed the streets of Seattle again this weekend, and on Saturday, things turned violent on Capitol Hill Seattle police declared a riot and arrested forty seven demonstrators. Annika Carlson is a public defender in snohomish. County, and she was at Saturday's protest as a legal observer with the national lawyers guild decked out in a bright green hat invest that are well known to Seattle police. Carlson told me she believes her team of observers was targeted by PD, so I was actually sort of off on the intersection with maybe a I'd say most fifteen to twenty people around me. several press people several clearly marks medic people myself a couple. Other observers none of us engaged anything that could be misconstrued as as interfering at all. When they began pepper, spraying and throwing We're blessed balls, which are essentially sort of flash grenades with pepper spray inside them throwing those and one of those directly hit and burst on my ankle. So cutting over mangoes, tearing through my clothes and All of that. And what did you think in that moment i? Mean it, you say, burn through your clothes. What was that like in that moment I actually honestly thought that they had broken ankle. It's that kind of thing, so so the personally for it was incredibly shocking. For twenty years and never had to happen to me before I'm in twenty years all over the country and never had that happened to me before, and you say it was shocking. You don't recall anything that happened in the moments leading up to that that would have led you to think that's. Keeping their use of the forest, so I was standing there with my camera videotaping what was happening? We as a policy, do not engage. Obviously, we don't speak with officers. We don't speak with protesters. We you know so I was standing there silently, clearly marked as an observer, fairly simply filling the use by multiple different officers of multiple different tools that point, but I think there's you know several videos out there that show, just a wide use, the at that point to move the crowd, and absolutely indiscriminately firing into the crowd. Toss the crowd. Annika you out. There is a legal observer, but you weren't alone. Can you tell us more about what happened and who was injured? I was there as the supervisor of about twenty other Ellos, legal observers stars who were there throughout the day and I. WanNa. Mention that it's not just myself who was injured while doing this that there were multiple reports from other observers on the ground of injuries that they were suffering throughout the day, multiple observers, having blackball thrown specifically in their direction being. Being targeted in that regard, multiple os having officers, either use their hands directly or bike to push them out of the way one of our observers sprayed at close proximity in the face with pepper spray so many issues throughout the day that I started to lose track of of who was getting injured as they were there, observing and again I want to. Remind folks that we were told that we would be safe while we were there and that we were clearly identified. It was a violent day on Saturday and Annika Seattle police have said that nearly sixty officers were injured on Saturday that rocks and bottles were thrown at them that they were hit with projectiles. They've posted a number photos of what appear to be a variety of injuries. And eventually they declared a riot, and so I'm wondering from your perspective. What you saw was the response by police. Saturday was necessary and proportional. I would say that it absolutely wasn't necessary or proportional, and in fact I think their response is essentially fueled things into a bigger and bigger situation that they escalated every step of the way in terms of using force in terms of going after people all things that made the situation worse and in terms of the officers injuries. Some of the injuries pictures I've seen are consistent with the injury that I have from speedy myself and I think it's important for people to understand that the officer speaking about explosives being thrown at them. oftentimes you can see in the videos. It's the explosives that they're throwing at the crowd. That is bouncing back at them. I saw several officers drop explosives onto the themselves that they were doing things It's that indiscriminate use of those items in the first. First place that brings them into the picture. The police brought those weapons to the scene, and then through those weapons out into the crowd. And when it bounced back, they were injured I. also think it's important to know that we're talking about police themselves who are in full riot gear throwing those same items they're now saying hurt them out into a proud that is not dressed for riot. People who are wearing t shirts and shorts, and that sort of thing. Annika, so many people are following news coverage of these protests, but they haven't been there in person to see for themselves so as someone who's been there on the ground. What do you want people to know about what's happening? But I think what's important to know is that it is a situation in which everybody in the crowd is being punished the same way by PD so regardless of what individual protesters are doing regardless of what actually has been happening by Cisco individuals. People who? We don't know why they're there what they're doing It's sort of a Kintu if you know that one kid in the class sheets on exam and you're failing the entire class and the situation. Individual protesters are doing certain things, and the entire crowd is bearing the punishment of that. Annika Carlson is a public defender in snohomish county and a legal observer with the national lawyers. Guild Annika. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us today. Thank you reading.

Are Banks Safe?

"Month they had several plus members. Share an article with me. That was published in the Atlantic titled Becoming Bank Collapse. The subtitle was the US. Banking System could be on the cusp of calamity this time. We might not be able to save it. Article was written by Frank Partnoy. He's a law professor at UC Berkeley. That's a pretty ominous title. We WanNa look at the article as well as the state of US banks and banks around the world. Should we be worried given the pandemic is the banking system poised to collapse. I was especially interested in the article, because it came out right after I had increased my allocation to stocks and added a preferred stock et after the money for the rest of US plus model portfolios. The particular preferred stock after us by shares has about twenty six percent allocated to banks and banks are on the cusp of this calamity that does not bode well for preferred stocks. In the article, Partnoy is particularly worried about banks exposures to an esoteric security. A collateralized loan, obligation or see Elo. We Discussed Sea Ellos back in episode two six in May twenty eighteen. collateralized loan obligations are asset backed securities issued by special purpose vehicles or s peeves. The S P V purchases leveraged loans which are non investment grade bank loans that have been syndicated. A, bank will make a loan to a Non Investment Grade Company, a higher risk company and then sell that loan into the marketplace. Many of those purchasers are Clo's is over a trillion dollars of leveraged loans outstanding. and. Most are held as part of these collateralized loan obligation structures. The way it works. Is that s? Cells, debt and equity securities that comprise to see yellow. Those securities are backed or collateralized by the leveraged loans. The CEELO has multiple layers tranches that are sold separately. The debt layers are rated by credit quality, so the senior layer is triple A.. There are lower rated debt layers known as mezzanine layers, and then there's an equity layer which is unrated. The payments on the underlying leverage loans, those payments are pooled together and flow in order. The first payments go to the senior AAA layer then to the lower rated layers, and then finally to the equity layer. That is known as they waterfall. The debt tranches are over collateralized debt ACL Oh might have issued five hundred million dollars in debt securities as part of the L O that are backed by six hundred and twenty five Million Dollars Worth of leveraged loans with the Additional One, hundred, twenty, five million in loans funded from selling the equity trunch. Each Cielo about one hundred and fifty to two hundred and twenty-five loans. And because the leverage loans, themselves are floating rate notes. Their interest rates will fluctuate as short term. Interest rates change the debt tranches within a cll are also floating rate, so there's some protection if interest rates rise. Now because of this waterfall structure, the equity tranches takes the first losses, then the lower rated debt tranches, and finally if it gets to that this senior triple, a. rated debt trench suffered losses. That hasn't happened before. The SNP does a global Cielo report looking at default rates. From Nineteen ninety-six to twenty, eight eighteen overall default rates for CEELO's was zero point five percent. The worst vintage year was sea ellos issued in two thousand eight. there. The default rate was one point seven percent. There have been no defaults in CEELO's issued between two thousand, nine and two thousand eighteen. And from that one, thousand, nine, hundred, sixty, two thousand eighteen period, there has never been a default for the triple eight trunch, and only one default for the AA trunch. Now as you know, we are in a pandemic and defaults within the High Yield Bond and leveraged loan space is increasing. Fitch estimates the twelve month default on leveraged loans is four percent, and that more than two hundred billion dollars of leveraged loans will default through year end twenty, twenty one. Adequate to a two year cumulative default rate of fifteen percent. Just because leverage loans are defaulting doesn't mean all the different tranches of a coo is experiencing a default. So a report on the wall, Street Journal from mid May that showed about ten percent of Cielo managers have been diverting cash flow away from equity investors and going to the debt tranches, which means there have been default that are starting to impact that junior equity trunch. What is different from this cycle, though is leveraged, loans are more risky and we discussed that in episode to a six. The covenants on these loans are less restrictive. The credit quality is lower. The financials are weaker and so we should expect defaults to increase. Question is will see a low default and other defaults and other loans impact banks to where we should be worried about our savings or investments that we might have in banks. In banks securities. Including their common stock and their preferred stock.

"Wright you might know him from his golden globe Tony and Emmy winning role as believes in the Broadway production angels in America you might know him as a symbol of chaos in the film back yard or is playing long time no see this in H. B. O.'s boardwalk empire you might know him most recently as Bernard the double crossing robot in HBO's Westworld but in addition to his acting work and in his spare time Jeffrey Wright likes to make right by getting involved in social justice projects an activist work you might have seen the documentary he produced on HBO about veterans and art therapy and now in the code nineteen era he created a charity called Brooklyn for life which he organized with local friends to help support small restaurant businesses and healthcare workers on the front lines in Kings County Brooklyn Jeffrey welcome back to W. NYC high yeah Hey Brian thanks for having me I really appreciate it had to pay one thank you Bernard double cropping robot maybe double crossed robot right okay we'll we'll we'll we'll we'll give them victim status here for for the money could beat that one I see you live in fort Greene and that's where a whole lot of great restaurants are located as well as Brooklyn hospital so was matching restaurants the hospital workers kind of a no brainer hatters Brooklyn for life actually work it works exactly in that way we we now have a circle of over forty almost fifty restaurants from fort Greene to bed Stuy out to bay ridge really across the borough that have been providing meals to ten medical facilities here in Brooklyn and all eleven FDNY EMS station we've been doing that since March twenty seven and yes we started with Brooklyn hospital we started locally trying to fight off as much as we could Q. and that was with two restaurants the Brooklyn moon cafe which is banned in the neighborhood for twenty five years and grab the ellos Talian restaurant that's been in the neighborhood for fifteen years I'm friends with both both owners Michael Thompson at the Brooklyn mon and beat around out so I grabbed the L. as I've lived in the neighborhood for twenty years and so I wanted to see if I could support band and support our other small businesses here because I love their food has had that want that proved to be there when I when this is all said and done and I wanted to support them and because their friends and so we met with many single Kerry was the vice president of external affairs the Brooklyn hospital what a special institution that that is I walk past that place I don't know how many times without really understanding the importance of that facility to the community hundred and seventy five year old safety net facility that provides care for you know everyone in the community but but but particularly to those who live in public housing here in fort Greene it's just a really yeah incredible incredible institution so they needed additional support when cove it hit and it hit as you know harder here in king county than anywhere else in the country so we started providing those meals to them because they had staff that were working fifteen sixteen hours shifts for going home many of them but staying in hotels nearby with all restaurants closed so that's how we began on March twenty seventh very simply just look out for one another here in fort Greene we sent expanded we've now delivered over a hundred thirty thousand meals to those facilities all provided by small business mom and pop local Brooklyn restaurants and as you described these are restaurants that define culture for us that define our lifestyle the places where we gather and socialize and later and you know they they're they're they're the heartbeat of of of of our community of Brooklyn and and why we love this place and so we we created a mechanism that could support support them in support the front line at the same time that is so great that this started because he wanted to connect some of the people you know personally as you were just describing who own a couple of restaurants in your neighborhood that you love and then this became this borough wide thing with you know as you say over a hundred thousand meals delivered in over fifty restaurants involved so kudos and congratulations and that is just awesome what I got to give credit to the Brooklyn borough president Eric Adams office reached out to us early on and asked if we would go wider provided us points of contact at the very stability then you know we took it from there and and and we did the best we could and we're still we're still doing that we'd like to keep it going for a bit longer resources that the key to that but but yeah our expansion will facilitated by the Brooklyn borough president's office so let me ask you about an old role of yours that this made me think of you may not be a healthcare worker but you played one on the stage in angels in America back in the nineties you play a game nurse forced to take care of Roy Cohn as he died of aids for a younger generation who may not know Roy Cohn was senator Joseph McCarthy's lawyer the they may know Donald Trump is saying I want my Roy Cohn and he's apparently got him in Attorney General Matt of the ten general bar now that Roy Cohn was also a mentor for trump I'm curious have you been thinking back to that play and that role at all these days well you know there's another nurse that that figures very prominently in my in my life and that's my ninety year old who was now living with my mother passed last fall so he's bad our primary concern and that you know but at the same time the play obviously has relevance now is we deal with what is you know another that pandemic other plague in a particularly here in New York that that that that suffered as well during the aids crisis so that play is of course I thought you know what it was recently on Broadway I took my kids saw the first part millennium blending approaches and just a masterpiece of craftsmanship and and and and drum dramatic architecture but the the power of that he has a an expression of moral outrage in a time of crisis unfortunately that it still remains a pertinent now at the gate band that the testament to the power of Tony Kushner's mind imagination and writing but it's also that testament to the unfortunate state of affairs that we find ourselves in too often in in our country and you also produce the HBO documentary we are not done yet which gives voice to war veterans who are undergoing art therapy to help with PTSD there are reports of the disease spreading through Veterans homes you know group homes for vets and many older veterans as you know are currently homeless are you in touch with that community right now and what are you hearing R. I am in touch with some of the folks that I I I work with on that film and on that project we we we stay in touch we stayed in touch since then I'm not in touch with any veterans groups but that yes they've been brutalized these you know the vehicle care facilities have been brutalized by the outbreak but the relevance of that piece that I've been thinking about it had been communicating about woods with some folks this is around our healthcare workers and our first responders as well EMTs our paramedics who really charged into the teeth of this outbreak and were having experiences I think that we really need to bear in mind as we go forward in court in terms of the the emotional injuries that they might have received as a result of taking over seven thousand calls per day you know on you know four weeks we only hit sixty five hundred calls as I understand it on nine eleven for our paramedics we wish to passing that on a daily basis in the midst of this crisis and of course on nine eleven sadly there weren't as many patients as bad as we might have hoped on that day of course in this in each of those calls represented a patient about you know at least one and there were cases that were described me in which you help our first responders with a book with a ride on a situation that I thought many times a day in which they were helpless to do anything couldn't take anyone for secondary care and you know cardiac arrest as I understand it look through the roof and they witnessed a lot of suffering and a lot of death and I think you know what we think about PTSD as it relates to the veterans as we explored in that cell I think we need to translate that experience to some of the folks who were were were were fighting on our behalf here on the front lines of this outbreak because after that I think that is the second accident story that that we may not pay attention to but we certainly need to and many younger fans of yours and I love you because of Westworld the HBO show that's about well let's not get into it whether it's double crossing by the robots were being held across right but it's definitely about greed and human nature and over the top set pieces and so after spending so much time acting in a robot fuel demise of humanity show are you afraid the captains of industry are going to seize this opportunity to make touchless robots the future of labor we had Naomi Klein on the show yesterday predicting exactly that what are the what are what are show explored this season particularly you are what is the way in which technology is manipulated and the ways in which the technology that presented to us as being you know quality greater efficiency for greater freedom sports can be manipulated in such a way that it back at the outcomes are the opposite and so the the war you know one of the things that we balance is this question of freedom and free will not only for the whole of the robots but also for the individuals and the question then becomes well who actually gets who is hosting who is your man it had been in multiple ways we ask that question and are we living through loops are we being programmed by the technology that you know we become increasingly merge to increasingly addicted to thank you we are being programmed to what and and by who so I think there are definitely things that we beat you pay attention to and again I I I look at it and it in such a way that it's not the tool you know if the hand that we'll do it Hamburg can drive nails or it could be you know you can bask self in the head with it you know how the thing is used and who has control over it so yes I think there's definitely things we need to pay attention to particularly now we come out of this and certainly there's going to be technology that use I think in a number of ways whether it be to to monitor our movements and our behaviors and things like that so that we can create a safer environment or whether it be to create greater efficiencies and workplaces you know yes so we have we need to pay attention and we need to to educate ourselves and be aware of who behind the curtain that definitely and watch more Westworld you'll you'll be excluded that Jeffrey Wright explaining.

I've been to a bunch of Cannella fights both in Las Vegas and New York, and he demand that's the bottom line can ellos the man. And of course, he's got Oscar de LA Hoya in his corner. And he did this deal with dozen misapplication DAC and dozen. It's like the most I dunno the most expensive he got more money than than anybody ever anywhere. Basically. I don't know how much he got. But it's like the hundreds of millions an unbelievable deal and he fought last night. Danny jacobs. Danny Jacobs is a great kid. I love Danny Jacobs interviewed him a couple of times actually, very very good story to and he gave it a pretty good goal early in the fight. He was being controlled by canal. He really didn't gain anything on points as the fight progressed. The younger Danny became a little more aggressive about the second half of the fight Danny that a much better job than the first half. But he didn't do enough. So I was okay. With the decision that gave canal Alvarez. The win last night. Then here is us. Go delahoya at the close when it was a wonderful fight Jacobs is amazing competitor is amazing champion. We all said it was going. It'd be very difficult and tough, you know, I had Cannella winning by two three points. Maybe one draw. One of the rounds was a draw tie Jacobs is just I mean, I told you guys he is he is a warrior, so we're very pleased with everything. So they'll it is husky delahoya was a good fight. Danny did a very very good job. But in the end Alvarez did get the win on the UFC side cowboy Surani, I think he's got more wins than anybody in the history of the sport. I think last night was when number thirty seven and that is the most in history. Fact last time I saw him fight about five weeks ago. They were deeming him the best ever based on his win totals and all that good stuff. So he pointed guy last night. How do you say? This guy's name was e to I can't I can tell you. That was a good fight went all five rounds. Well, the is was well if he wins last night go back to that board of there. He wins last night. Then the plan is basically was he would take on a very very big name in the sport coming up next, which would be an unbelievable match up even for the guy like me. That's not a big UFC ban. This is where Stephen a Smith, August, max, Kellerman and Smith is right. I mean Kellerman knows every fighter is into it. I'm not. But you give me this matchup, and I'm going to be in on it in a big way. Here is the Rony enter the win promoting hopefully his next fight. Oh, yeah. I'm coming..

"Bringing Gena ellos. She is a brilliant attorney out of Denver Colorado. She works for the James Dobson family institute. She has on criminal cases in her career. So you know, I'm not much for speculation, but here somebody's lying. The Kavanagh's lying or the accusers are lying. Okay, or to whether the three or but somebody's lying in each case. Let's take the avenue ATI situation because this seems to be the most outrageous of the three. If it's demonstrated that there were not ten parties, that no one who attended any of those parties remembers anything like a gang rape or spiking of the punch intoxicating women. If that's demonstrated. By an investigation by a recantation by whatever. What happens to the accuser and Evan ATI. Well, adding ATI has a bar license. And so for him, the consequences would be from the attorney regulation counsel in the states that he is a bar licensed in, and he should be very careful about that. But what. Basically, aren't. He Levin ATI could lose licensed to practice law. Could he be held in any criminal way. It depends. It depends. Because right now we're litigating on Twitter and the fact that avenue d has only put this particular allegation out into the context of Twitter. His client is not a yet scheduled to testify, they actually haven't filed any sort of a police report or complaint. And so the fact that he's just trying to put this out there and call for the derailing of the entire on nomination process and the confirmation then he's really not risking much right now in terms of plant isn't really risking much because. With me because I'm a simple man. He has obtained a sworn affidavit from his client. All right. He has shown that affidavit in public incentive to people apparently Senate to the Senate Judiciary committee. Apparently they have. So it's more than just Twitter got the sworn affidavit Senate out. No. If it turns out to be bogus, a total fraud, he has no criminal liability..
