Howard Stern's surprising advice to Ellen DeGeneres amid toxic workplace allegations

"Okay. This is a wild story Howard. Stern has some surprising advice for Ellen. Degeneres. Ellen's been in a tub attorney trouble recently like. It's been going on for years, but it's just been a few months. Her reputation suddenly has been damaged I. think allegations about a toxic work culture and worse now Howard thinks eleanor should actually embrace this new persona and she should not try to be rehabilitator image no no. No she should basically just say everybody this is me and I'm a son of a you know what? Would he just go with it lead into this new image. He also goes on to say for many many years people thought he was horrible and he's actually kind of a nice guy I've got to admit the few times I've met Howard, he sort of like a good guy, and then was not as Nice went on the Ellen was more difficult than Howard. What do you think about this advice should ellen just lean into being a monster? What do you think Mr? The first is to laugh because all Howard wants to do is spend time with his gorgeous wife Bath and their dogs. I understand him giving her that advice but she spent thirteen years building brand of kindness and giving. She's not going to give that up. But let me tell you. She is going to have to act a little differently on her show day one she needs to come on camera and say, look she has to admit this has been happening all summer to ignore it and be like, Hey, we're having a dance party nobody's GonNa buy it. She has to come on and say look I know that people have talked about. The show they talked about me. They've criticize whether I'm kindness or not, and I had to take a look into myself and say have I lived up to my own standards and I am this point going to make a change to be a kinder version of myself and then she can kind of go back to the life that she had. It won't be exactly the same, but she has to own up to on it. She has to take one hundred percent responsibility for her actions and then she can move forward.

"Ra David in the notebook dump. You sent me a piece in the Washington Post by Emily Yar about Ellen DeGeneres degenerates has been heavily criticised after to buzzfeed stories. Describe what they call the show's toxic work environment. But this is also a media story. because. degeneracy as emily are points out. Very good. Story has had two years of what in the old days we'd call bad press But today is more like stuff that you and I kinda saw or half saw on twitter and seeped into our minds and I don't know about you. But I had this feeling even before the buzzfeed stories came out of just like man I'm really disappointed in Ellen. Degeneres. And I couldn't have even told you why. It was just sort of osmosis somebody I liked thought I, and now I don't the Ellen. Show I learned in this article has been on the air seventeen years, which is pretty amazing. Her sign off be kind to each other, which is reminiscent of the Jerry Springer sign off. The first stage of this, David, was people calling out Ellen on television. This is from last November Allen had actor Dakota Johnson on the show. Listen to a little bit of this Awkward Exchange. It's good to see you. Happy Birthday. When was your birthday? October four before. You turn thirty I did and. How was the party? I wasn't invited? Actually known. That's not the truth. lmu You were invited mask. No last time. I was on the show last year. You gave me about not inviting you, but I didn't even know you wanted to be invited. To a party mine didn't even know you liked me. Of course I like you. You Knew I. Liked you. You've been on the show many times and don't I show like. But I did invite you and you didn't come. So this time you invited me. Yeah. Are you sure you? Know I don't think. So ask everybody. Jonathan. Producer. Okay. Where I nine? Why didn't I go? I don't know. Was it was it. Had that thing. A little bit of one, thousand, nine, hundred David Letterman edge to that interview is they're not. Yes. Totally, that was. I mean. Okay. She's been doing this for seventeen years. I'm sure a lot of this is just off the cuff at this point or you know just. Automated and it always works out right. But this it's this is just so strange. They give this happened on. This feels like season like season, one of Jimmy Kimmel where they didn't know what they were doing and like snoop Dogg, was there. You know like I don't and it had this great incredible energy to it, but that's not what Ellen is. Right. It's not this like antic anything could go anything can happen and it probably will energy and she's not trying. Presumably she's not, this is the craziest. Presumably, she's not trying to make Dakota Johnson. To, ruin this interview, right. So the best case scenario is almost that she was I, guess could be about it Nicole coach, but she was not prepared for the answer. It just seems like she's kind of trying to. Bully, Dakota Johnson, under the a behind the shield of like to Johnson can't. Come back at her on on her own state. It's very true and and then it made it to air, which is even weirder. Yeah, and I was impressed. They left it in to to the credit of the Ellen show. Yeah, and just would echo to Johnson is saying they're in so many words like you got mad last time. I was here because I didn't invite you to my birthday party and then I did and it turns out what you were saying before it was was a total bit because you didn't even come see. We're actually man, you don't actually really seemingly want to be my friend I mean that was that was. That was the undertone on the other thing about Alan and emily are points out his happen is people have started to talk about her as wait you're more of an ambassador to famous people. Then you are someone who stands up for what they believe in January two, thousand, nineteen, she had Kevin Hart on the show after heart had lost his Oscars hosting gig. For. Homophobic tweets. Ellen as your rights seemingly forgave him called his critics, haters was a little too easy on him for some people's taste. Twenty nineteen you'll remember this David degeneracy shown at a Dallas cowboys game sitting next to George W Bush and a good time with George W Bush. She addressed that on the show a few days later. But. A lot of people were mad and they did what people do when they're mad. They tweet and but here's one tweet that I loved. This person says Ellen and George Bush together makes me have faith in America again. Fleet. Here's the thing I'm friends with George Bush. In fact, I'm friends with a lot of people who don't share the same beliefs that I have. We're all different and I think that we've forgotten that. That's okay that we're all different. That's all fine. I. Mean I think at the time. We all knew this was a little bit overblown although. It was another sort of drop in the bucket. Right and I guess it's more shocking Verte say, Oh, you know what I'm front. I said more shocking that she's friends with George? W. Bush, not that I was laughing with him in a sky box. But I'm friends with him. Yeah. That was that was just surprising to me and to not address the lgbtq rights issues inherent in this at all sort of seem sort of odd. But I think to me it's just listen she's a talk show host. This was the appropriate place for her to address it but. and. We all and celebrities and all human beings address these things in the way. That is probably that that. Gives. them the the best audience for their apologies, but there is something just inherently. Funny, I guess about doing it literally in front of an audience who is literally whooping for you as you're as you're giving your apology to the world, you know it's it's it's a well, I mean is literally staged. I. Guess when we should also note that this criticism of generous is basically the opposite of the first one. The first one was, she's very nice. The second criticism was she's too nice to. George. W Bush. Is Actually, the opposite thing, which is.

Ellen DeGeneres’ Talk Show Drama: Everything to Know

"We're. About to cancel. Ellen. She might cancel ourself I you might recognize. Allen. As part of the LGBTQ I eight, two plus community. Also very beloved. Until. Until what happened last fall when she had the unmitigated gall to sit next to George? W Bush had a cowboys football game in Dallas Texas at unforgivable. Well, then we had to go after her and we had got her with everything we got and so that's what they're doing right now and that's what they're doing now could she be mean? To I guess it's possible. It's Kinda surprising to me that if she is so mean and nasty and there's you know sexual harassment running rampant backstage at her show. Why didn't this come out a long time ago I haven't heard sexual harassment to now. Yeah. Something sexual in the she's just a mean person. She's just she has mean and the reason that were pointing out the cheese mean is because she hangs out with George W Bush well, she has to be mean if she'd hang out with your. Share Point Chicken and the egg right. So, Australian TV. Exact reveals a incredible demands from Ellen. He I guess she terrified his staff as she's she said, don't look at her you don't talk to her or approach her. And he she didn't say that her staff members. Yeah. told him that was the case. So a former executive producer of Australia's Today Show Claims Ellen staff walked on eggshells during the stars guest appearance in two thousand thirteen, he was apparently told. To don't approach don't look at her. got. GotTa look at your demand those that's my. Look at me. Great. In fact, if we pass each other in the hallway, you turn around and face the wall right and that's why there's such a stash of patch kids. Yeah. And the studio because people have learned that that's actually how you get them to talk to you. Is If you walk up and you and you extend your hand in you have a pack of Sour. Patch. Kids the pats like okay. Well, maybe give you thirty seconds get. Well, I mean I don't want them from your bare hand though who knows where that's been right. gloved. How about like Okay. That's acceptable. Yeah. Earn thirty seconds with the man earlier this month several employees blasted the Ellen. Degeneres. They're successful for a reason usually because they can't tolerate bullcrap for one thing and if you don't do a good job, you're going to hear about it. Stunned unbelievable. ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ Workplace Is Under Investigation By Warner Media

"Reports of a toxic work, culture and crew furious over poor communication during the Corona virus shut down. Despite the bad reports, there have not been any direct allegations made about Ellen herself. For more on all the bad news that the Ellen Show will speak to Matt Donnelly Sr. Film writer at Variety, so essentially human resources representative for both the production company that makes Ellen just called Tele Pictures and Morning brother. It's which obviously, areas the program or distributes it have both come together and sort of pursuit of information about sort of the day to day experience for Ellen's employees, a member, we have changed the sort of reference the stories said that their goal is to ultimately create a work environment where ever wanted sort of protected. And also can sort of advance and flourish and safety, So I think it's you know, a pretty responsible move on their part, But at this point, what we know is that they're reaching out to current and former employees to discuss their experiences, where presumably will conduct as sort of a larger report about what if anything, needs to change their Now, let's talk about these two reports just to kind of see what we're working with here. Back in April, Variety reported on the treatment of crew members during the Corona virus locked down so very loosely when things initially shut down, there was crew members who were saying that we weren't really being told what was going to be the fate of our ours or our pay. And then when Ellen's resumed some sort of filming at her home, they were kind of left out of the lurch on that, too. And I guess they hired Nonunion workers to do that work instead of them. Yeah, A lot of the sources we spoke with who are familiar with the production basically say that her long term crew people have been with her sums of the entire 17 year run of the show. Just expected a better level of treatment in terms of if and when they would come back, You know, up until the moment we published a report that Legacy crew was told to sort of expect dramatically reduced compensation, even though the show of going on filming at the normal rate, so I think a lot of people thought sort of betrayed in away by mixed messages, especially for someone who's banner. Heather staying for her jealous to be kind, and some say this is very difficult situations, obviously, in the confusion and chaos of the Corona virus pandemic that hidden in some ways, it makes sense. Maybe hire those non union workers because they have to do something, maybe things that the union might not have agreed for their workers, depending on safety, and all that, So sometimes those things make sense. But they were just saying that They weren't even afforded that choice or whatnot. Of course. Yeah, I think it was a lack of transparency that really got people. And yes, you know, Krone viruses cause such a dramatic ripple effect how we do or more specifically how we don't do production at the moment. So, yeah, the union might have to look the other way occasionally on getting some people back to work instead of, you know, sort of a massive sun town. But again, I think it was that sort of lack of care. That really got to some long term employees. Yeah, and the pay was also an issue. I know. They told them you're gonna get reduced hours or reduced Pay that way. But shortly after you guys posted your story, then it started coming out. Well, well, they're going to get paid their full amount. They're full pay all that stuff. I think that the production sort of realised, But the right thing to do was especially because if you follow the logic through if they were taking the same amount of episodes, that means that this is going into syndicated viewership and selling the same amount of advertising No one's really losing money on the end. It's just obviously out of an abundance of caution here to figure out how to actually make the show. But you know again, and I think Hollywood is a town that when your staff looks the way that l Inez and you've got no. Ah, working family or some people put it in the over 17 years, they expect you to cover them The way they've covered. You end up with a large part of the frustration and you know another thing. That was in that same report was that you know, no one had even stepped in and said, How are you? How are your family? How is your mental house? Which I think a lot of companies, you know, including the publisher Variety. Ah, lot of people didn't do that. You know that They were here for you. If you knew Greece sources that child care if you need meditation class you any number of things to sort of band together in a really unprecedented in highly stressful time. A lot of people thought that that wasn't done and we're quite surprised. The other part of this. In mid July, Buzzfeed published a report alleging a toxic work culture there. There was an employee who said that there was some racist behavior going around and a few other things that just really made working there on the show, not really tolerable. The budget reports have sort of a spectrum of accused behavior that is troubling from to start a sort of ID on that atmosphere of intimidation and fear. You know, there was some accounts of verbal abuse their accounts of sort of, you know, an idea that overall senior leadership it Alan felt, but no, it was a privilege to work there. And anyone who might complain about sort of the emotional atmosphere. Even working conditions could just move on because they couldn't find anyone else who had died of work, Carella It's a much more serious stuff like sensitive people of color on the head from jokes about two African American females being taken for each other because they have the same hairstyle to another employee being sort of shouted down an angry and resentful because she suggested that the entire staff received diversity and inclusion training. You know all this is supported by historians. That's quite serious, especially, I would say in the world we live in, which is a post me to world and if you even look at what's been happening in this country in the past two months There is it's incredibly justifiable demand for a lack of this toxicity and for transparent, clear on how we're all treating each other at work. Not one thing that I found interesting is that there is no specific

"An it career at GD means owning the opportunity to play a crucial role in transforming how agencies operate join Gd it for challenging impactful work that advances your career apply now at GD Dot com slash careers collaborative. Welcome back to the Naughty but nice show. Let's get to the polls we spoke about Adele's massive weight loss. I'm a question was should we be talking about Adele's weight at all? Yes or no and the results are in sixty. Six percents said no leave her alone. Thirty four percent said yes. Adele did post the pictures. Where are you on this Garrett? It is fair game. You posted online especially coming from the source herself. Yes you're allowed to talk about it now if it's a Paparazzi photo going look at a dealt and that's a different story. Maybe she didn't want to show it but she wanted to show it off rightfully so she worked hard and she shown off. You know the hard work that you put into it so I'm all for being able to talk about it. God I have mixed mixed feelings about this one on not gossip website. We don't do white stories. We just stay away from them. We never call people fat or skinny. We don't make fun of them in photographs. Were they look a little overweight or underweight or anyway we just don't do however this one caught me by surprise because Dow did post those pictures herself obviously wants us to say how great she looks but a lot of people to thought she lost too much weight. It's such a tricky topic. You can't just right. He can't win but hopefully we did. Okay don't forget to load on today's poll about Ellen. You can vote on our twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or facebook page naughty gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results and now nicest of the day all right rob shooter. The nicest of the day the Guy. I would love to sit down and just have some some drinks with Justin Timberlake. He's you'll facing the man. Maybe more than Jessica Biel sometimes but just Justin timberlake wished his wife. Jessica Biel a very happy mother's Day. Your boys love. You is what he wrote on social media so just in his celebrating with his wife Jessica Biel while in quarantine any honored his wife the mother of their son. Silas with a sweet tribute on instagram. Say My love. You continue to keep me in complete awe every day. This family works because of your love and soulful nece. You ARE A dream to share. All this with your boys love you happy. Mother's Day I love this. There's been a lot of talk about these especially after those photographs of him. A little drunk in New Orleans holding hands with his Co Star. We can put all that behind. Does my sources tell me. They are very very much back together and deeply in love. Tell me about that time again that you nearly run just into my g-o-v ago so I I was driving in New York City going uptown. Now as you go uptown. You know there's the crosswalk so is that a light and the light turned green. And you know how you if you're walking across the street ended. The light is turning in you. Try to hustle across the street really fast to make cosby. So you'll get run over while I was in my car. Justin was trying to make it to Barry's bootcamp and I. I nearly almost ran him over the also being in shock of recognizing him as I'm running him over so deer in headlights. Me RECOGNIZING WHO? I'm about to run over Justin Timberlake. You Know Mrs the car obviously. I don't hit Justin. Thank goodness I just did. Stopped trying to rush the lights. Take your time take your time. Now I noticed of the day naughtiest the days Wendy Williams who bashing TV host for looking quote discussed in on television a- including Wendy have been forced to broadcast from home. And Wendy does it. They look that good. She sharing some unkind opinions about her fellow hosts who present themselves on camera looking a little bit different professional hair makeup without the light. The producers looks a little different even I Garrett. Look a little different. We're on the radio so better not see speaking of competition. Wendy bashed hosts saying they look disgusting. Adding that I'm just saying this is a nice guy. What do you think I totally disagree with the way? Wendy's thinking on this. I mean you gotta give some leeway in the sense of you don't have hair and makeup you know at your arm's reach away those those people that are in the studio. You have to work with what you got and some people can do it. Others can't and so. Who are you people here? But you look a little different. Can I say at home than you do? At your studio to know who looks exactly the same when you meet them on the street or in the studio exactly the same Ryan seacrest his hair. It's growing little money. Perfect I booked to hypocrites in the lobby of a building in midtown and even without hair and makeup but maybe he was in Arabic but without lights. He just looks dollar. So what do you adore of the day at Shutout from Ryan for just bid adorable and with that? It's time for on nomenclature of ROB when people cannot be kind to you. It's time to say goodbye so we all deserve a squad of people cheering on but the only way we're GONNA get a team like that is if we start cheering on our friends to you. GotTa learn to be excited when your friends have really good news because the real reason people cannot be happy for each other is because they're not actually happy for themselves so when you have friends that are not kind say goodbye. Garrett can you get people out of your life? That are not supportive can you? I've I've learned to start doing that because all it is is a people just weighing you down and you can't have that life is too short to be weighed down by people that just like. Oh today The sadness of it. I have trouble though I do like do. I do take my own advice. But I've had friends who have been so negative for ten years. I just got used today. It's just Wa. Every time I see you like I just lovely Santana my friend up Thomas. You probably got skin consulate every time. Get rid of them say goodbye. Life is nicer and life is nicer with you Garrett. "So here's the scene. It was four. Pm on Saturday February seventeenth. Two thousand one. I was in the hills above sunset boulevard in Los Angeles standing in the doorway of Ellen's modernist house looking at the video intercom. I was a little nervous. So I took a couple of depressed before I pushed the Buzzer after a while Ellen answered with a Hello. That had a question. Mark embedded in it turns out. She'd forgotten about the interview and I had to explain who I was. And why was there a minute later? Ellen greeted me the door. She really wasn't expecting me. She was dressed in a fleece top over. A t-shirt check Pajama bottoms and thick socks. Her hair was a mess. Not a fashionable bedhead mess a real mess. Ellen was very polite and apologetic as she led me into the living room along the way she introduced me to a very friendly cat a silver black and gray kitty with white paws and a white belly to match. Ellen's living-rooms loft like with lots of glass overlooking a garden. We took our places on a long tope. Mohair SOFA IONS in my backpack. As soon as I got my tape recorder out. Ellen's cat dove in to see what else was inside. I place my tape. Recorder between US ATTACHED THE LAPEL MIC to Ellen's top and oppressed record. Oh he'll join you probably but he's not real affectionate in that way Show up in hill. Walkaway wasn't allowed to do to sit right. The other one's more like that Saturday February seventeenth two thousand and one location. Is The home of Ellen. Generous in Los Angeles California Interviewers Eric. Marcus tape one side. One Citizens Building Ellen. Degeneres E. L. L. E. N. D. E. G. E. N. E. R. E. S. So all right. When did I learn about gay people? I really didn't get involved at all in any kind of politics or any awareness of gay struggles game movement. Anything at all until I came out. Just live my life and and All the way up in till you know I decided to make it public but every everybody knew That I was gay and it wasn't a problem for anybody so I just you know I live my life and I did my work and I think that's what a lot of people Choose to do and just Feel like there's no need to do anything else. It's fine like what's the what's the problem. Why do we need to do anything until you find out about the teenagers and the struggles that that most kids go through in high schools and and the statistics and the gate bashing whether it's verbal abuse physical abuse until you're really Confronted with that you. You don't think that there's a problem to growing up. There was no. We were never called names endeavor. Hassled about now not at all. Not at all. Inter family wasn't too shoe I I didn't know I was gay. I had thoughts of like liking girls. It was very clear to me that I liked girls. But it didn't think it was anything that I could actually pursue and that that was an option for you. I just thought you had a boyfriend. I got married and had a kid but I didn't ever fake it like I didn't pretend to have a boyfriend or anything like that I knew I had to fake it when I was doing standup On stage in your whole goal is to get the audience to really like you and it's hard enough to get them to like you when you're a girl on stage. I knew that that was going to be an uphill battle. If they thought I was gay it was going to be impossible. I had that all the way you know publicly until I came out because I knew that that would hurt my career. What was it that made you think what did you see? It's what I didn't see. I mean I didn't see anyone else that was openly gay and there was obviously a reason for that You you hear about the people that are in the business that are and you see how they handle their Public Persona and So you kind of follow that and when I decided that it was more important to be me and more important to live my life truthfully and to follow what. My Soul's path is that's when a lot of crying started and I realized how much fear and how much pain was a surrounding my sexuality. I didn't have a choice. Became is so big of a thing to me that it didn't matter if I was going to lose all of my money my career. It didn't matter it was what I had to do. And that became more important for the first time then. My career or quick was the process of going from most important to feeling. Like by. Don't say who I am. I can't well who knows how long it had been bubbling but when the the light bulb all of a sudden went off. I think it probably was a matter of a couple of months and I made that decision. I told my riders that that I was Gonna come out and then I wanted the character to come out at the same time so that kind of happened almost and then it took about a year for Disney to say okay. 4 years later, New Hampshire's opioid epidemic still rages on

"We're in New Hampshire for today's presidential primary. At the primary four years ago. We reported here one of the big stories of the decade. No it wasn't how badly Bernie Bernie Sanders. Beat Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump's win. It was the OPIOID Epidemic New Hampshire then second only to West Virginia and overdose deaths life. Life expectancy was down for the first time in seventy five years and this was the first time many in the national media saw this all close. So where are we now while the number of deaths is down but that's attributed to advances in saving people from overdoses. New Hampshire launched a safe fire station program instead of people heading over newborns born they handed in themselves. There's also a two one one emergency line to get help it so-called doorway hospitals those on the frontlines. Say there's still much more that needs to be done John but there's also a story that offers a glimmer of hope for pregnant MOMS battling addiction to tell that story. We had to Rochester New Hampshire capture. How are you good? I'm Kerry Norton. It's nice to meet you. Thank if that's a good word for it. I mean they. Every bit of Space Work Carey is a nurse. She cofounded hope on Haven Hill in this rambling. Eighteen fifty s Greek Revival Country House for moms with substance abuse issues. Trying to stay sober can beautiful. It just looks like an wonderful old country kitchen with a big table for. Everyone wouldn't sit around. We see babies into the living room. So this is our living room The other area is our baby changing changing room in another little space for babies to play with your toys but also social workers therapists. This is a medical treatment facility. Women have to be sober. Some of them are on Methadone. All help each other stay sober by attending support groups cooking meals together. Learning bonding ending skills. Some are about to give birth some already have. How old is this little guy? He just turned eighteen months. Looks like a newborn over here. Yeah we have a little newborn over here upstairs. The bedrooms this old house was once part of the underground railroad today. Shelters eight women at a time and they can bring other children under five as they welcome a new one. So every room has cribs fasten. That's changing tables rocking chairs. Everything a mom we need. Imagine for some of these women. They've never seen anything like this. We're taking care of women who are homeless imminently homeless and a lot of them are generational e so oh I've had more than more than two or three women have said they haven't even had beds in their lives. We have women coming from actual. It's not couch surfing. It's actually they're homeless on you know in a tent or not outside. The women are encouraged to be honest. Honest if they're struggling if they relapse told her ask for help we give women support with so much dignity that even when things are hard and not going well they know they can reach out immediately so many do and you know someone listening might say you know what when somebody is an addict and using heroin. This isn't just about the young women it's about children. What do you say to those people who really don't trust this terrible addiction and worry about the effort put in to who a mother? Reuniting with child or having a child shore so for me it's a chronic healthcare condition that should be treated just like any other healthcare condition that a woman might have throughout her entire life span and we should treat it. It is heartwarming and hopeful. Just like the story of how this all started. I want to talk about the beginnings wings. I understand you came across a young woman who was eight months pregnant. And you were calling around. You couldn't find the resources in I. Did you send out a late night. Email asking asking. Does anyone know Oprah or Ellen DeGeneres. It was a facebook play. Her name was abby and I had just brought her to the one place in New Hampshire that after and we call it five acts of Congress an entire team of people for two weeks worked together into this place. I brought her there and on my way home. My mind is blue and so I put up on facebook facebook. Does anyone know Ellen Oprah or somebody rich because we need to do this in our community. We need to do it now and when I woke up I had a lot of people responding. Including In my co-founder colleen. WHO said I have a house? She doesn't know Oprah Ellen or she wasn't Richard Self but she had a house. That was just the perfect fit for what we needed to do. And we are sitting in that house and this is where. That story gets heartbreaking abby. Young pregnant woman who inspired this project had her baby became sober but experts spurts no the most vulnerable time for mom. Battling addictions is right after giving birth. There's little housing that safe. No treatment no work Abbey became an activist lobbying lobbying lawmakers her sister had died of an overdose but soon abbey did as well the woman behind hope on Haven Hill mobilized they opened a second concentre called it. Abbey's place women from Haven Hill transition there to stay sober find jobs be part of a community. Carrie wells up over the memory when he she has a legacy you know. I always have to remember like not to stop. Because she didn't stop when she rallied was doing great and when she had slips and wasn't doing well she put herself out there. She put herself out there to Eddie. You know legislator any person that would listen to talk to say. This is the problem Tom. This is what's going on. I'm this is how I'm having a really hard time. You know. Women deserve to have this health care treatment and then support and and if for some reason they have a recurrence. They deserve the chance to have this. Chronic illness immediately treated again as needed and they deserve to be MOMS. They deserve to have their children. They love their babies and they are great. MOMS the flip side is I know. She's cheering us on. Because what we get to do. Every day is watch. Women Thrive one of them. Thirty two year old Lauren Phillips who sits with her talkative pink cheeked eighteen month old toddler. Rory she and rory started at hope on Haven Hill will now they live at Abbey's plays Lauren has a job. She's been sober for six months. But it's a rough road. She clings to rory now. But he's been in foster care she. She shares her story to help other young moms. I went into my first inpatient treatments under when I was nineteen years old from that time about fifteen years ago until November two thousand seventeen I was just in and out of treatment centers. I did Three years in prison prison. That's when I got out in November and I got pregnant with this little guy pretty much right away take us back. How did you start? What happened my drug of choice is heroin and cocaine? I grew up in like Upper middle class family. My mother passed away when I was young but my dad was like to say he is an amazing man. Doesn't do it justice. How old were you when you started using heroin? I started using heroin and I was sixteen. How'd did you get an ex boyfriend? At the time it was like Oxycontin and stuff like that by the time that I was educated on it was too late. You know. So how do you get to jail. I ended up stealing from my family stealing from my father's business. I sold drugs and had to sales charges. Once I got into a using. That was just number one. You got pregnant well it would have to be about eighteen when I got out of prison. I was sober sober at that time because I had just gotten out of prison and I- paroled to a sober house for women in Nashua so I was able to stay sober shortly. After after he was born I Relapsed proved to myself the hard way at that point that like my love for him is not as strong as addiction. And like I needed that. This disease is stronger than anything. A call is me to DC Y. F.. And they showed up at my house. I had to get into a program of some sorts and if it was a program that would allow me to take him then. I could take him with me. I ended up by the grace of God at Hope Uneven Hell. I got so much out of this program. And in being a mother to him I realized what was lacking before I guess now. I can say that I wasn't willing to To change everything about my life and Out of fear you know. I had been with his father for a long time. I didn't want to give that up and it led me to a relapse and at that point I felt hopeless at that time but the women that worked here they believed in me at that point and then he ended up going into foster care July. How hard is that? Yeah I needed to get myself better before it could be there for him. I ended up going to a twenty eight day program and you know I. I knew that I wanted him to be happy. And just have a good life and I loved him so much but I think at that point. I still didn't think that I was going to be in that equation. God had other plans for me. Thank God and and stay in touch with Kerry and they were planning on opening Abbey's place and and it has just been amazing and I share my story with anybody who will listen because I know today that it's possible missile. You haven't taken your eyes off him one second. What happens when you look at him? I just GonNa make me cry now. Now I mean he was looking. He's just perfect. I get this feeling looking at him and knowing how perfect he is but I also know that my diseases seizes stronger than that. Like I have to rely on God. I have to rely on the women in the program that have walked this journey before me and that then show

Porsches and they're all written in Australian so we had to break down the word myself to find out the meaning. Commencement common and cement common cement. You commonly see cement on sidewalks sidewalks sidewalks have cracks. And if you step on a crack you break your mother's back so there's that but I'm honored that you've asked me to speak here at your common cement. I thought that you had to be famous alumnus alumni aluminum illness. I'm a huge celebrity although I did graduate from the School of hard knocks. Our Mascot was a knockers. I spent a lot of time here here. Growing up my mom worked at NUKEM. I would go there every time I needed to steal something out of her purse but why am I here today. Clearly not to steal your too far away and I never get away from it. I'm here because of you because I can't think of a more tenacious. More courageous graduating class. I mean look at you all wearing your robes usually when you wearing a robot ten in the morning it means you've given up. I'm here because I love New Orleans. I was born and raised here. I spent my formative years here and like you while I was living here. I only did laundry six times times when I finished school. I was completely lost and by school. I mean middle school but I went ahead and finished highschool anyway. I had no ambition and didn't know what I wanted to do. I I did everything from shucking oysters. Being hostess. I was a bartender. I was a waitress. I painted houses. I sold vacuum cleaners. I had no idea and I thought I just finally settled on some job and make enough money to pay my rent. Maybe basic cable. Maybe not. I didn't really have a plan. My point is that by the time I was your age. I really thought I knew who I was but I had no idea like for example. When I was your age I was dating men? So what I'm saying is when you're older most of you will be gay. Is Anybody writing this stuff down parents anyway. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and the way ended up on this path was very tragic events. I was maybe nineteen. My girlfriend at the time was killed in a car accident and I passed the accident and I didn't know it was her. I kept going and I found out shortly after that it was her and I was living in a basement apartment. I had no money. I know he no air. I had at a mattress on the floor in the apartment was infested with fleas and I was soul-searching I was like why is she suddenly gone. There are fleas here. I don't understand. There must be a purpose purpose and would it be so convenient if we could pick up the phone and call God and ask these questions and I started writing and what poured out of me was an imaginary conversation with God which was one sided sided and I finished writing it and I looked at it and I said to myself. I'm GonNa do this on the tonight show with Johnny Carson. At the time he was the king and I want to be the first woman in history of the show Oh to be called over and sit down and several years later I was the first woman in the history of the show and the only woman in the history of the show to sit down because of that phone conversation with God. God I wrote and I started this path of stand up and it was successful and it was great but it was hard because I was trying to please everybody. I had this secret that I was keeping that I was gay and I thought if people found out they wouldn't like me they would laugh at me then. I got my own Sitcom and that was very successful another level success and I thought what did they find that I'm gay. They'll hello never watch. And this was a long time ago. That's you'll fire fire dot com slash funnel and I finally decided that I was living with so much shame and so much fear that I just couldn't live that way anymore and I decided to come out out and make a creative and may care come out at the same time and it wasn't to make a political statement. It wasn't to do anything other than a free myself up from this heaviness that I was carrying around and I just wanted to be honest I thought was the worst thing that can happen. I can lose my career. I did. I lost my career. The show was cancelled after six years. Without even telling me I read it in the paper. The phone didn't ring for three years. I know offers. Nobody wanted to touch me at all yet. Getting letters from kids that almost committed suicide but did it because of what I did and I realized that I had a purpose and it wasn't just about me and it wasn't about celebrity but I felt like I was being punished and it was a bad time I was angry. I was sad and then I was offered a talk show and the people that offered me the talk show tried to sell it. EMO- stations did want to pick it up. Most people don't want to buy it because they thought nobody would watch me really when I look back on it I wouldn't change a thing. I mean it was so important for me to lose everything because I found out what the most important thing is is to be true to yourself ultimately. That's that's what's gotten me to this place at all live in fear I'm free. I have no secrets and I know I'll always be okay because no matter what I know who I am so in conclusion when I was younger I thought success with something different. I thought when I grow up I WANNA be famous. I WANNA be a star. I want to be in movies. I WANNA grow up to see the world drive nice cars. I WANNA have groupies but my idea of success is different today and as you grow you'll realize the definition of success changes for many of you today successes being able to hold down the twenty shots Tequila for me. The most important thing in your life is to live your life with integrity and not to give into peer pressure to try to be something that you're not to live your life as an honest and compassionate person to contribute in some way so to conclude my conclusion. Follow your passion. Stay true to yourself. Never follow anyone else's path unless you're in the woods what's in your loss and you see a path and by all means you should follow that. Don't give advice it will come back and bite you in the ASS. Don't take anyone's advice so my advice to you is to be yourself itself and everything will be fine and I know that a lot of you are concerned about your future but there's no need to worry. The economy is booming. The job market is wide. Open the planet is just fine. You're going going to be great. You've already survived a hurricane. What else can happen to you? And as I mentioned before some of the most devastating things that can happen will teach you the most and now you know the right questions to ask asking your first job interview like is above sea level so to conclude my conclusion that I previously concluded in the comments speech. I guess what I'm trying to say is. Life is is like one big Mardi Gras but instead of showing your boobs show people your brain and that they like what they see. You'll have more bs than you know what to do with in you'll be drug most of the time so the Katrina class of two thousand nine. I say congratulations. "It'll take a fair amount of time, but the planet because I'm pretty sure the planet is trying to kill us at this point going are there really eight billion of one large bipedal. I got. I got I got a whack a mole. Yeah. I don't know about you guys. Do I would like to continue onwards as a species, right? I I'm doing fine. I just fear for my offspring and their offspring. And and then that's it into the ocean. And let them float. I think that's what race travel. That's what I think. We're tripping to do space travel, right? Yeah. Good point. So I also have here that that these blue Tangs will play dead if there's predators nearby, which we didn't see I don't think we saw right in the move. I don't think so. And that's that's not a very common defense mechanism for those guys. There's other other species that that a lot in the reef triggerfish. Okay. And they're called triggerfish because they have a spine and modified spines the dorsal fins. And when they go into a crevice in the reef they triggered that in to get stuck in there, and they played that but surgeon fish, they almost never do that they used their scalpels. Yeah. Yeah. The basin retails defense mechanism wonder about the fish that will play dead does that ever backfired then they'd become dead. Fence choices pretend to be dead. And then that things could start knowing on me. And then I'm actually going to be dead. I'm sure I'm sure. That's got that's got to work as often as it fails. And fifty. But I suppose it's better than dry now. Run Sylvie cannot run. That's a good point. Yeah. Okay. So wait, let's before because I have so many questions here about coral reefs and different fish stuff. But just about the film. Let's get into that. I did you guys like how much did you enjoy the movie are there other Pixar films that you liked more? I just want to get your. I don't know your take on the door. He's great though. I mean that character. So so great, you know, it's based on a very old joke of Ellen Degeneres is really yes, she does a joke on one of her early albums. I think our specials at it's essentially about fish enough in a fishbowl at how they have. They must have the worst short term memory ever. Because essentially, and then she doesn't impression of the fish going around the bowl going. Oh, look, there's a castle full if there's a Catholic. I remember the castle. And that's and that is that is story. So that is a very old Ellen, Degeneres, bent, and. Yeah. She wrote herself into right? Fred of both. What exactly move pretty sweet, you gotta start putting animals that talk and you're actually heavily. I think. I've got like you really need to conic you get a creature enrolls. Yeah. Yeah. But she was such a great character. So I just love because she's so likeable and she forgets almost immediately. Right. I have some Dory. Qualities in the way that I tend to forget when people don't like me, and I'm like oh of. Of. Enjoy me. I can't imagine the hell me neither. But I'm always surprised I. But they have another opportunity to be weirdly standoffish, and then I get to go. Let's right. Gonna get. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I completely agree. I think that's so like instantaneously relatable and adorable her character in the movie, and I thought that the same of a bunch of characters in the movie those like aegis Elba. What we're those seals. I don't I'm going to get this wrong. What were the other animals in the great question? There's octopus right there. Arbor seals there to China octopus. I have questions about the giant you probably have questions about the giant. Oh, you dig it octopus, the grumpy activists who had both chameleon qualities and shape, shifting qualities. Yes. Hey, any of that is real to a point guy? Accelerated they they do church caller, very quickly very quickly in the even walk out of the water. Like, they did they're right. But they do not do it that fast, and they did not do it that precise. Like, sometimes it turns into like a piece of a staircase with.

"Are you happy to leave it there? The the big M on the stage was. The Mogo for masterclass. Adam beat is gonna wait. I did. I think the one thought that was interesting during that it's like Adam LeVine was acting like Ellen Degeneres of the offense show. And that was like having guests on would do a fun thing. And, you know, do similar fun thing next to them to show. He's a fun person. And he'd be like look guys doing Ellen Degeneres seems like all Squidward within a an fooled meteorites at the earth. And not sure exactly why Squidward was fairly meteorite that there is. And I kind of wish the halftime show at God back around to interrogate that particularly important plot elements that was otherwise neglected through the procession of the rest of the show. So I think that I don't think that that Squidward marshalling the celestial forces of destruction to fire upon Atlanta from great heights and with great force. You know, regardless of its immediate consequences can be neglected in terms of its long-term, meaning and purpose, and and others. Of associations. So right. Well, let's Squidward. Why do you hate America? Plenty what he hated Lanta. All right. Let's leave it there. Thanks very much. Pete for podcasting. "But then immediately after that a lot of people started to talk about what he had said in the past about queer people gay people his son being gay etcetera. So he called someone a fat faced fake, which is like, obviously. Pretty intense even say that word I'm like kind of start sweating. He said that another from two thousand ten users profile picture looked like a gay billboard for aids. He said you off my son comes home and tries to play with my daughter's Dollhouse, I'm going to break it over his head and say in my voice, stopped that's gay. And then also he has this bit that I watched where he essentially just sees his son grinding on another guy, and he liked panics and pushes them over. And that's the joke, and essentially it's just like really like a violent way trying to make sure that his kid is not gay because being gay is back. And so these these happened a long time ago long time ago ten years ago or something. Yeah. Eight to ten years ago, which is an important part of this story. So we're gonna get to why this has to do with Alan. But I guess maybe I we should talk about that. And it's like he does say that he came forward and apologized about this during a specific press junket, but what was the most important part for us was seeing him then go on the Ellen Degeneres show on Friday and her really. Got behind him and talk the whole stance was like, this is all crazy. That's just internet trolls. And I've called the academy to say that you should host the Oscars because I love you because I went to dinner with you. We've talked this out. And I know that you are a good person you deserve this. And not everyone online who was asking or calling. You out was a hater. And this is where I think we need to start having a conversation because I when I watched the clip of them on Ellen was really like disturbed as a bit by disappointed. I was very disappointed in Allen. And it really made me question. Like, she's been saying recently that she really wants her show to have more like like Chauncey changes show to be a little bit more robust, right? Like going to like knock just like. Yeah. Like dancing in the audience or like random games, which is all fun. And like I only have expected from her because I've always found her tone to be weird when it comes to serious things. And so to me, I was actually really upset about this. Because. When I what I think about this whole conversation. And with Kevin Hart is that if you say things like that whether it's eight years ago, I think that you should just be prepared to be apologizing profusely for those mistakes for the rest of your life. Because I don't think there's anything wrong with apologizing. I think he's a really amazing important aspect of all like it's almost like he has too much self. What's it called? Like he's like so guarded that he felt like offended like on the Ellen show. He pays a victim. Yeah. He's like. On my moral character. It's like, okay. Like actually a lot of people who were talking about this. We're queer people. A lot of them were actually like queer black people being like this. You are. He has a lot of power within the black community saying those things about your son resonates with people a lot more than even Allen to be the one to excuse him. I was reading an article about that. It's like, no he actually should've talked with someone who represented more of the community. He was actually damaging than her. She kind of brushes it off. She says, oh, you know, I'm gay. So I understand all this homophobia staff, and then she moves on. It's like do you really understand? Like, are you the person I think there's a couple different things that people are like conflicting one we've kind of talked about call out culture. And so I think people always jump on this bandwagon of like people are just pissed about everything and everyone just wants to jump up in arms. It's like well that might be partially true. But that doesn't mean there's no real kernel of truth to actually analyzing what's happened here and realizing what he said in the past was damaging was problematic and whether or not he. I apologize..

"Dollars. This is all under the brand. Ellen degeneres. And of course, at the big time animal lover, she has a collection for cats and dogs. Not only this Allen has been a spokesperson for JC Penney. American Express and covergirl, however, her work with covergirl has been under scrutiny as they have not always been cruelty free. But as of November two thousand eighteen they have since stopped animal testing. However, I don't think Eleanor the covergirl anymore in two thousand and ten Ellen started her own record label eleven eleven and she found people by watching the performances on YouTube. She even sign Charlie poof after watching him cover, Adele, someone like you the label is now defunct Charlie is not a part of it. But still kind of cool there is a digital platform Ellen to which streams short-form original content, and she also have Ellen digital ventures, which is in collaboration with Warner Brothers. So this not only. Brings video content but games like the viral sensation heads up that game report the cell phone on your forehead and your friends trying get you to guess the like, oh, you have alligator on your forehead and the time counts down. Yeah. That's full for ninety nine cents a piece in lake twenty five over twenty five million people have bought that app. She also collects executive producer fees on threes. Like little big shots and splitting up together. I've never heard of the shows. I've never watched them. Let me know if they're good. Let me know if I should check them out all day Ellen makes money. She is worth two hundred seventy five million in its the fifteenth highest paid Phillipi. And then the other thing about alum is long when it about about at all is that there was a time when it was right after made the periodic table song slash we also made the signs love song. We're like everyone was tweeting. Like, we're gonna got you on ally. Like my parent. I believe it's like everyone was like standing. I remember like watching Allen and being like super Johnson. Like, what am I going to say going to bed and just being like like spectrum itself walking out being like, I'm good at dancing like I'll hold the rhythm. She'll be it'll be one of those fun moments where she dances with me a little bit longer knows. "Keep it real. What's happening? Welcome back. So I'm not a fan of big a bigotry on any level. Just not a fan of it. But I completely agree with Kevin Hart. Kevin Hart was on Ellen Degeneres. And has it aired yet? It aired today it air today supposed to air on Monday Ellen. I guess she since she supports Kevin Hart so much. She wanted to put it on our show today. Ten years ago, Kevin Hart? Said some things that were anti gay anti. Gay community. Okay. Put it that way. And. He has apologized for it. But it stopped him from hosting the Oscars. Now, according to him. He basically said he would prefer not to because it would make a dark cloud up here over the Oscars, but he sat down and interview with Ellen. And I thought his narrative his explanation his authentic city. I thought all of it was right on point here. It is. I think it was it was right after I hosted the Oscars we went to dinner, and we talked about you hosting the awesome. That was a dream of yours. You've always wanted to host the Oscars. I said, you should Jose Oscars. Then you get asked to I mean, it must've been amazing when they ask you to host this year real. You know, there's there's a lot of goals that I have on my board had a vision board and on that vision board is so many things that I wanna do check off as they get done in Oscars was up there. Oscars was one of the highest of high simply because there hasn't been a lot of African American comedians that have been able to do it. I would have been the fourth. So to get the moment. Celebrate the moment. Oh my God. I can't believe it's happening. And then the next morning after a day full of congratulations and celebrations. I'm hit with the non slot on social media of my pass coming back up again, literally the next morning, not twenty four hours to glow and the glory of Kevin Hart is hosting issues. Oscars. And when it happened, you know, my my first my first thought is I'm gonna. Ignore. Because it's ten years old. This is stuff. I've addressed I've I've talked about this. This isn't new have addressed it of apologize for it. I'm not gonna pay it any mind feed in this stuff. You only add more fuel to the fire, right? I'm not going to do. Now the day goes by the fuel is now is drawing this this fires angry? It's all over the place. Now, the headlines are starting to change the headlines are Kevin Hart refuses to apologize for homophobic tweets from to pass the word again was left out. Everybody took those headlines and started the run with it. So now, the slander on my name is all homophobia. Now, I'm a little upset. I'm upset because I know who I am have homophobic bone in my body and not have addressed it. I know love apologize. I know that within my apologies. I taking ten years to put my apology to work. I yet to go back to that version of immature comedian that once was a moved on. I'm a grown man, I'm cultured manufactured. I'm I'm a guy that understands now I look at life through different lens, and because of that I live in a different way. So now, I'm kind of upset because these ten years are just being Noord the being brush pads. Nobody is saying does this is this is ten years. Now headlines are saying ten years ago. He apologized. Nobody's finding the apologies..

"As a class. This is master class with Ellen Degeneres. I believe in an intelligence by believe there's something that created all of us in all of this. And that there's no way that we just accidentally appeared you can call it. God it's just it's a label that we all decided to put on this intelligence. You think about a man in a white beard and a robe? And I don't know why people think God doesn't have regular clothes. Why God always has to have a robe on? It just seems like couldn't God be wearing a suit or something. I don't know when I was a kid. I wanted to be Diane Fossey, I read National Geographic. That's the only magazine we had in the house. I just was fascinated by Africa. I was fascinated by the guerrillas. And I thought that's what I want to do. I'm going to live in Africa. And I'm gonna save the gorillas, and I'm going to devote my life to that. And somewhere along the line. I realized that I don't like mosquitoes and bugs, and there's a lot of them in the jungles. So I decided maybe there's something else for me to do. But it was very clear to me. I saw things that that other people didn't see and I saw things that weren't either valued or understood or paying attention to. And that's I think why became a comedian because I noticed all the little spaces between all the things that everybody else paid attention to I paid attention to the in between stuff, I was very much tomboy and climb trees and loved animals, and collected everything that was outside that was hurt needed saving. The first thing that I collected was I was at camp. I think I was like ten and some kids were all gathered around and squealing and making noise, and I was trying to figure out what they were doing. They had a stick, and they were poking this baby bird that had obviously fallen out of the nest, and it had no feathers on it was covered with ants, and I ran over and picked it up and held it until it came back to life. And because it was just kind of in shock. I took it home. And I fed it with an eyedropper. I remember helping it learn how to fly, and I remember it just stayed with me just stayed on my finger and it just flew around the porch. I didn't have a doubt in my mind. When I was a kid that I was going to save that thing, and it was gonna live. And I think that's why it did live as an adult, and I look back on how tiny that thing was and how fragile it was. It's it's a miracle. That lived my mom, my dad, my brother Vance and myself, we were very middle-class. We weren't wealthy and fame and money and celebrity was a big deal. So I saw that as a young kid. And so I knew that that would make me special if I was famous, and if I was rich, then people would think I was special. My dad was funny. He was really silly kind of corny. But he was funny and my mother's funny. She's she's very dry and very sarcastic. And I guess she was always funny. I don't remember her so much. Being funny when I was growing up as she is. Now, I grew up in well everywhere around New Orleans. We move about every two years just far enough away to start a new school because it was in a different area. So still in New Orleans, but different schools every two years. My parents divorced when I was thirteen. It was very non-communicative household. So when when the divorce happened when it was just announced that they were divorcing. It was a shock..

What about the birthday party idea? That's such a great idea. She seems open to that. She does. One hour on the show celebrating their life and their birth. She doesn't need to spend time in makeup and come work. I mean, it's work. I think she felt like it would take pressure off her that we would sort of fed her. We'll somebody's gonna do something. It's not like no one's doing something for but deal. It's nice that you're doing it and take it in. Well, we just walked by the picture of your sixtieth birthday party on show. I don't she's a big fan of FaceTime. And she started it and then now every once in a while one spot. Yes, usually I'm usually in bed like because it's nine thirty. And she's you know. Hate it. Really? If you're gonna be on the phone. Also. You also have that out of proportion head. So it's close to probably. The whole thing doesn't get in. Rotating FaceTime, right? I think. You have these guys who sort of see sports you the world is different idea. This hour is where you sort of developed these ideas and pitch them to dance to invest their time in very different ways. It's these ideas they can evaluate how much they like them. How dumb they are. If they wanna toss since decide, and if they want to invest their time to sort of build this into it take that can become part of the show's ethos. This Charlie so much better than Charlie Charlie. Can I pitch to you a segment idea? Can you be our first shark take? What is it investor? I would love to I'll be one of your sharks. Okay. You're gonna be one of the sharks. Okay. Here is my this isn't really a take this is more of a segment idea. So, you know, Ellen Degeneres right yet. She's very popular loved by American, Dan. Are you familiar with Ellen Degeneres? Yes. Thank you. I'm so tempted to kick you out of the one of the sharks to Dan, you're one of the one of the sharks. Yeah. So here's here's my idea for a segment slash show slash digital thing. She's just all in on these vices, and she's doing all these horrible things like the opposite of Ellen Degeneres three grand on Hawaii. She'll definitely be cool with it. But now I mean, it's it's sometimes it's funny and sometimes it's it's, yeah, it's fun. It's fine. I can tell you having with very funny. Yeah, like the writers try to surprise you in the morning. That is my favorite part of the day somehow that has to be that's never been for sixteen years. Let me explain what happens in our morning meeting for the last sixteen years. Kevin orchestrates all the writers to dress up and they come into our meeting. None of us know what they're going to be dressed up. Usually in the fem- in. This show on the show Ellen and but it's never reported. No one gets for my birthday in for Halloween. All the writers come in and do something for me. And it's obviously because their comedy writers, they're hilarious and the costumes are very creative. Sometimes we can't air the things. Sometimes we do pretty much never. With your gift with Porsche, every bursary we're already struggling like, what are we gonna do this year? We have no idea because all of our best ideas, we've done one idea, but we'll see. We have no idea what he's going to do until he walks into the room. I know they're good when they make me nervous and like Melissa, he goes home and he makes the costumes. Here's my question. When you're out, obviously in public, you get a lot of people approaching you because you're Ellen Degeneres. Are you getting a lot of feedback about the podcast. When you out there, what? What? What are you hearing? Yeah, the buzz is an enormous saying, what is it what right now? I know it was number five. Where are we right now in the podcast. And then when I changed to to drive home, I'm in a either a gown or a short cocktail dress. So you like to drive in a he'll surprised pump is the best way to drive is a is in a pump. And that way, if I'm speeding. Yeah, just a pump and a two. Leading, I can. I can get out of it that way. That's why don't. Yep. I'm getting attacks. Go ahead. Yes, is blowing up.
