One of the questions i had about the lions was with how short staffed they look as an offensive team in general. They can look at. They can run the ball and if they're lying holds up. Police will played pretty well today. That would be a note but they seem like a team that was sort of built to be within a score or leading the way that they are in their wide receiver group but they kind of came big today down the stretch. It is still chock it up as a strange game because outside of the niners allowing that then back in they dominated early on and we saw a little bit of jalen hurts. He came in and threw a five yard touchdown pass. They didn't use them a ton. He had a run as well. But jimmy g. i. This is the formula. It's sort of like when jimmy. Johns plane as well as he did today. He didn't make any killer mistakes. He's probably going to see more of the playtime until they get a couple of weeks into the season. I it sounds like what they did and that one. Preseason game against the raiders where they both kind of plaid equal time may not be on the shelf yet. But you know what who knows. They used them really early and they didn't really use them much ever again so we came in and they pulled jimmy g. from five yards out and then there were a lot of comments. About what a gentleman. When some people may be tuning out jason barrett got hurt and it sounds serious and That's a killer loss for them in the secondary. Right they just Had given him a contract to come comeback. He was a great story for them. i think. That's their thinnest position to begin with. And so that. That's a big downer. They lose most or in this game. They surprised a lot of fantasy. Football owners by scratching trae sermon. their third round. Pick that a lot of people drafted pretty high. Thought was going to step up incomes elisa mitchell and he runs for one hundred four yards. This is just like the forty niners. You can put an anyone running back. And he's going to run for one hundred and four yards so he will undoubtedly be. Everyone's i like fantasy waiver wire unless there's another obvious one that i'm not thinking about deeb. Deebo samuel had a huge game. We always like depot around these parts and he went off twelve tardy targeted twelve times. More than double anybody else in george kiddle. I don't even see brandon. you can In the box score mark knows it really went was all samuel and keta samuel one hundred eighty nine yards in like seventy something yard touchdown looks great outside that fumble that had he not fumbled there. That game would have been over. Created a little bit more drama. But samuels the real deal. Kit will kill really good too. Is he normally does. But there wasn't really much else out there sherefield. i thought had. He's the one that had the trae lands touchdown and looked pretty good in a smaller role. They barely use big kind of decided to eat them back in from like a hamstring injury. I really think they manage this game. And who knows about like how series it was because they were playing the lions. You know that that was part of it. I think you're right. They decided not to risk and figure you can win without him this week and welcome back. Nick bosa coming back from the acl last year early. Last year he came back. Four tackles a sack. Three tackles for loss to qb hits. Keep keep an aco left. Tackle by all accounts played very well against both for the most part. He looked good. He like the maybe they just got injured into making the right decision. Like don't don't put comes back and you you just kick him to the right. He's plus wouldn't wouldn't like veteran like mb more well-suited to be able to change the which which player is more tied to your future. Let's put sewell where he feels at home and he'd looked much better than he did in the preseason. I do like the idea of every once in a while. This happens where there's a quarterback in a crappy team and he just has a marvelous fantasy season. Jared goff off to a great start Three touchdowns three hundred thirty eight yards. You'd also look at the killer interception that he made he's going to give you every week. But that's what i mean. It's not really about like jag wise shore.
