"To hold his press conference on the answers to the question interrupting the press conference. We need thank you that really care about the law here. Today is again. The intolerant laughs milan through shut down. I love that one staffer so okay so The question are you a pedophile is actually a legitimate question. Jank no i lauren. Windsor for the win because Why why isn't anybody. Ask that question. There is a legitimate allegations and a co-conspirator has already made a deal with the With prosecutors that they had sex with underage girl across state lines so those are some of the allegations so asking he's a pedophile. Is what basically i guess every reporter should be doing. It's it's a little curious that they've actually shied away from asking that question. It's almost as if there are a little afraid of losing access to a republican lawmaker. Who is literally as we speak facing a dj investigation into potential sex trafficking of a minor. So why don't they ask that question. So i actually look while the optics of that were fun. I'm not gonna lie The fact of the matter is that was a legitimate question. And it's definitely infuriating that it takes you know someone like lauren windsor to do what well paid. Journalists won't do the. Lauren does a show called undercurrent. You should definitely check it out. She actually started back when we were together at current and And super proud of her. She asked some of the best questions. She winds up putting yourself in a position to be able to ask questions of of republicans. They're coming in and out of airports. She's enterprising is broken. Some of the bigger stories this year and great independent report right and so and understand. She's not trolling. Trolling would be. Hey since you're a pedophile. Are you part pizza okay. That would be trolling because hey did cunanan warning about you because it appears that a pedophile for doing underage sex trafficking cunanan was worried about. Are you the enemy of kuna. That would be trolling right. Are you a pedophile is an actual question. Prosecutors might ask matt gaetz soon. Why in every reporter asking that question now again. Not in the the reporters have a sense. That matt gaetz is gonna lose power. So they're sucking up to him a little less than they used to. I think it's all a rave y- but there is a culture of law. You can't ask that of a of a congressman the congressman our elites. I mean that would be rude that when he would feel embarrassed if your question. That's funny was eliot spitzer treated that way millwall twenties progressive taking on wall street then Anybody can ask any question they like rip you apart eliot spitzer just paid for an escort right. That's that's it. Did he face the doj investigation into potential sex trafficking of a minor. No not at all remotely. Nope you know asked him such tough questions back then but yeah with matt gaetz. They stay away from that question so he had to step down gates on. It appears based on allegations of one of his best friends that he is said to prosecutors on the record they he matt gaetz repeatedly us escorts. So if you're just using the low bar of the spencer standard. He should already be gone. Gone gone republican since monster mustard. Can't believe he's regulating our robber-baron friends on wall street. I mean as escort right now when gates does it and now with underage girls. Don't say who cares who cares. What's the big deal about escorts who see an underage child sex trafficking. What's the big deal by the way democrats. No no no apparently matt gaetz it it. Yeah if he didn't apparently if he didn't do you should answer worn windsors question. She's making a statement. She's asking a question so of course he's not going to and he's going to run away and he's like oh my god subtle legitimate reporter or a legitimate reporter asked me real question Also let's let's note and give credit to the sign in the background that said rapist down so They came prepared. They came prepared. And i have to say. I have noticed that The righteous indignation or the anger i. It doesn't tend to play well in terms of like strategically tearing down bad actors in congress whether they be democrats or republicans but doing so in a mocking way or trolling way seems to work right. 'cause they don't know how to respond to it. How do you respond to that. So i loved it. I thought it was a great strategy. Lauren windsor and you love to see it and last thing is to answer your question. I mean it seems hilarious. Oh marjorie taylor green. Who by the way bullied cost people. Were watching t now..

Campbell became made off spend Powell and made off told them all just told him everything. And Campbell's put it into a book and we'll hear from him coming up at 7 35 this morning. This should be good, Michael. Well, funny, funny. You bring up made off because I went to the dentist yesterday, and I was talking to my dental hygienist. And she said, you know, one of our clients used to be Bernie made off. And I said, Well, what was he like? And she said he was quiet and creepy. And here's the other thing. She told me. She said that the guy the lead Dennis, he's now retired. I'm not going to give his name, but he's now retired. He became friendly with made off and he went to made off. And he said, Can I get involved with your funds? Because I think I should invest all my employees pension funds with you. And made off said to him, You know your small business guy. You're too small for me and blew him off, Jenna said. Thank God because you would have lost everything. That's what he was diabolical. You turned people down. People wanted to get into him. Well, so my hygienist then she said, Oh, yeah, My other client used to be Eliot Spitzer and I thought overhead. When did Anthony Weiner show up for a cleaning? That's what exactly led That's exactly what I said. I said if Anthony Weiner where your client, you would've hit the trifecta of the Greek, his Patrick planet, she said. She said Eliot Spitzer was incredibly arrogant. He would walk in, and he would basically say I don't lot of time for this, so do it as fast as you can. She said. He was so rude, so nasty and so arrogant. Typical of Eliot Spitzer, right? I mean, what's his character? Totally. So all right. I have a message for you two guys. So yes. Ah, by the speech was past my bedtime, but in my household My wife listen to the entire speech, and she wants you two to know she thought Biden was absolutely brilliant. So much so that she said she cried during the speech thinking that finally we have a president around here. Who knows what he's talking about. So take that YouTube. She was senior tax bill That's coming up next year. Linda She's the big earner in this family. What do you give me his real estate anyway? Don't start up with my wife because you won't win that argument. We're not going anywhere by the way. Cameras caught Ted Cruz during the speech. We actually have some audio of crews here. Crews couldn't keep his eyes fall asleep. It was that you respect your wife. It wasn't boring speech. Boring. She said. It was brilliant. You take it up with her, Joe. I want to see that argument. I would pay to watch this. No, no, Let me let me do my imitation. I mean, listen. Your wife is great. I've met a number of times terrific. Terrific. And I know she loves a good Broadway show. And I know she has taste with the exception of marrying you. But other than that, it was 50 years ago. Times were different. Okay, incredible taste, But I mean, here's Joe Biden. We can make democracy work. Now, after just 100 days. I can report to the nation. America is on the move again. Yeah, I'm not. I'm not that America is a looking. I'll give you this Flynn and your wife, Jill, He sounded more like a president. And then Trump did in terms of delivering that address. So you know, that's what that was. Her point was nobody but Joe, But with Trump there, Trump there was there was vitality. Okay, There was insanity. But there was vitality was idiocy. It was doping. Capturing it was vibrant. I mean, you didn't know what he was going to say. Next with Biden, you know, you know, it's not like you're only reason you're on the edge of your seat or in Len's case, the edge of your bed is, is he gonna be able to draw the next breath? That's the life keeps you engaged. We're going to reform corporate taxes, so they pay their fair share and help pay for the public investments. Their businesses will benefit from his well. By the way, you gotta listen to this closely. But Natalie says, and she heard it. While she was watching the speech. Natalie also watched it is that we don't know, but someone's cell phone went off. Regrettably, Ward work, not just wealth. Way. Take the top tax bracket. Now you can hear that. I can hear that. Natalie. You could hear it. I actually heard it. And I knew the ring tone. I'm like I've heard that ring tone 100 Times, We actually found the ring tone. There's the rings all knows who belongs to bring Tom Long's tail. Which congressmen or senators this belong to.

"But what about the nursing home situation? Patterson gently gives him a slap on the wrist and says, Yeah, that was a mistake. He's made 1000 decisions every day. Throughout this pandemic. That was one bad one was a pretty bad. But Patterson said he should apologize. And then he gave an example of when he was governor, and he made a mistake and he apologized right away. So The New York Post does an article about my interview with Governor Paterson within an hour of the post publishing this article online, I get a call from the reporter. They said. Governor Patterson just put out a statement saying that he misspoke in his conversation to you. So what does that tell you? What happened? Governor Cuomo and his goons all Patterson up. To say, what are you doing here? You better get back on the reservation and again understand? This was a mild, mild criticism that Patterson gave of Cuomo and these people still set to Patterson. You know, Governor I know you're working in the casino business. Now it be something and be how long ago that this is about a month and 1/2 ago. I'll tell you what it was about a month and 1/2 ago. And that is textbook Andrew Cuomo. Anybody that criticizes anybody that gets in his way he steamrolls them. Remember Eliot Spitzer. Everyone talks about the prostitution in this in that, But that all began the whole downfall of Andrew of Eliot Spitzer began with Andrew Cuomo with his report on Troopergate. When he was the attorney general. He put out the most brutal, damning report of Eliot Spitzer. Why Not because it was the right thing to do Which it wass, but because Spitzer was in his way every negative story that came out about Governor Patterson when he was governor. I believe this is not Patterson saying this what the source of that story was Andrew Cuomo. Why not cause Cuomo didn't like Patterson. It's because Patterson was in Cuomo's way he had the job. Cuomo wanted and now Cuomo perceives Donald Trump as being in his way You just described The quintessential example of a bad person, exactly, you know, And I'm sorry, but I'm gonna talk about a guy who you might think is inept or, you know, just not up to par. I'm talking about what you just described is a bad Manipulative, con oddest person. Ken's Grace Can Lovett, former Albany bureau chief of the New York Daily News, Now he works for the empty, eh? He got a call from the governor one time at a Yankee game and the governor Governor Cuomo. Yeah, and Cuomo continues talking, thinking he's hung up. And he leaves this voicemail with all sorts of stuff on the You know, on the voicemail. You can love it. So love it. We writes about it, and he goes back to the governor's office for comment. The amount of threats that came from Governor Cuomo in his office towards can love it would curl your hair now love it to his credit, still published that and still tells the story, But it just tells you that's the way they do business. He tries to first convince you on the merits. If he can't commit you on the merits. Then he holds out a carrot. If he if the carrot doesn't work, then it's stick stick stick. That's Andrew Cuomo's way of doing business in this state, man. I got to tell you, he just That story in itself is enough to make you sick. You were talking about if you hundreds of other, Frank, I don't doubt you. But what? Let's go back to what you said a little while ago. What was that? Honesty, integrity and carry in my opinion, your alarm I to judge anyone's can meet. Who you Your Frankie? Five. We'll look, even the pope said Who am I to judge If the pope can't judge who cannot, but think about it. I don't care if you're a Joe blow on the street. Honesty, integrity,.

"Eliot Spitzer, this is a largely unknown story. The guy who apparently took down Al Franken Roger stone and took down Eliot Spitzer, if you haven't seen this documentary client number nine if you want to know who Roger stone is watch this documentary. It's breathtaking. It's the story of how Eliot Spitzer as attorney general of New York state was going after a billionaire. In New York. And I'm I you know, it's been a few years since I watched the documentary. I'm sorry. I don't remember the name of the billionaire, but this billionaire hired Roger stone to take down Eliot Spitzer, and Roger stone, apparently bribed somebody inside the federal judiciary inside the federal government. And got sealed federal investigative reports. They were looking into this prostitution ring in Washington DC, and he got these sealed private top secret FBI reports that indicated that one of the people who had been a customer of one of the prostitutes that was under scrutiny. Was in fact, Eliot Spitzer. And Roger stone made that information public. And of course, that took down Eliot Spitzer that was the end of his. Life in many ways and in client number nine. They interview Spitzer at length, and and what's so heartbreaking about this documentary. And I really encourage you to watch it is the first twenty percent of the documentary. I v of the documentary is clips from from Eliot Spitzer giving speeches and things the guy. It was going to be the next FDR. He was going to be part of the United States. And Roger stone took him down. Roger stone who used to work for Richard Nixon was Richard Nixon tattooed on his back. Took down Franken apparently took down Eliot Spitzer. And now it appears took out Hillary Clinton. So my question does the Clinton campaign or does. Hilary Clinton herself have the basis for a lawsuit that could be established at the supreme court for fraud against the United States of America and against their campaign. They're the aggrieved party they would have to to file the lawsuit. Although I would think that any any of us could file a lawsuit to say that you know, we are aggrieved parties too, but it might be a little more ten little thinner a little weaker. But does the Clinton campaign have a lawsuit that they can that they could bring in federal court that says? Trump is president as a consequence of a fraud. He should be deprived of the fruit of that fraud. Therefore, Trump and Pence are no longer president and Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine our president and vice president just like that is that even possible. I don't know. I honestly don't know. Well, this weekend in all throughout California, and the California Democratic party is holding in elections called ADA stands for assembly district election meetings. You can find the progressives that are running in your district simply by going there and selecting the assembly district that you live in. I also have a really good idea for people that don't want to donate to the Democratic Party. But really wanna help propel progressive ideas. One thing you can do it. You can join the democratic progressive caucus in your state. You can go online if you live in California, just Google progressive caucus, California. Let's donate or and you can do two things at one time. "He was in the win obey go. He didn't see Roger stone anywhere to be found. There took her Carlson in a documentary about stone actually kind of backs that up. He says it's not so much what stone has done. But with stone has gotten you to believe that he has done. That's a documentary made by pal of mine that I've actually worked with called get me Roger stone. He also takes credit for taking down New York. Democrat governor Eliot Spitzer Eliot Spitzer was dirty creep democrat, governor of. New York, and he was caught using high end prostitutes, and he had to resign Roger stone. After this all happened said that he I found out about it in a dodgy club in Miami from coal girl. And then he let the FBI now he sent the FBI a letter, and he came up with all these lurid details the FBI says, they never got a letter from Roger stone. We have no idea if he actually talked to this call girl, but stone in his political brilliance is able to insert himself into the Spitzer take story. If you asked the regular average political operative on the street, they believe the Roger stone took down Spitzer, really the F B I maintains this is part of a longtime investigation into Eliot Spitzer and stone didn't have anything to do with it. I bring all of this up because stone says that he will he talked to WikiLeaks. He said he was in contact with WikiLeaks. He's now being accused of telling Trump senior campaign aides in June and July of two thousand sixteen that WikiLeaks had damage. Ching documents on the Democrats, which might be true. But everybody already knew that WikiLeaks had those documents in June and July twenty sixteen that was already public knowledge at the time. So Roger stone is just telling people what everyone already knew he said he had spoken to WikiLeaks. But what's the evidence that he actually had because by September twenty seventeen he said he never did speak to WikiLeaks. And I tend to believe that I tend to believe the latter part because not because I think stone wouldn't do it. I just don't think he had access, and I think he was bragging about it. Donald Trump came out and said Rogers, always taking credit for things that he didn't do and WikiLeaks has now come out and said, quote stone is playing slovenly democrat aligns journalists like a fiddle brilliantly inserting himself as his habit to raise his public profile and market his books. He was pushed out of the Trump team a longtime ago for just this kind of opportunity. I don't mention this. Because I don't like Roger stone rive grudge against Roger stone or anything like that. I get a huge kick out of Roger stone. I really like him. I think he does pretty good work very often for the conservative cause I'm saying this because I think his best defense is his dishonesty. And I think that if they really had him on colluding with Vladimir Putin or something he couldn't have given that press conference. He wouldn't have allowed himself to be that open in that vulnerable. He'd have to be the stupidest political operative on the face of the earth. I think he is as he has done threat his entire career playing the media like a fiddle as Wiki leaks says, and I I can't wait to see the rest of it. Because again, you see the headlines Trump advisor indicted. They've got him that they've got him on a procedural crime possibly lying to congress and even the evidence for that is pretty slim. What do they have the other guys on George popadopoulos quarter-page, Paul Manaf? Four it's all this procedural stuff. It all has to do with the Russian vested Gatien itself in. That's the real story. The real crimes that may have been committed or by the people who launched this rush investigation who colluded with the Democrats who colluded with the Clinton campaign, and yes who colluded with the Russians to assemble the Steele dossier on which this whole charade has been based. We'll see as time goes on. But this Russia thing really is falling apart, a look, no further than democrat rep, Eric soul. Well, speaking to Margaret Hoover on her firing line show. He can't answer even basic questions about his hysterical Russia claims at what point do you draw the line and not accused the present United States without any evidence of being an agent of Russia. He's betrayed our country..

"But he was right here. Attorney general Eric Holder. And I looked it up 'cause I paraphrase it for a while here. He stated during a Senate hearing on March six two thousand thirteen he said when banks are considered too big to fail. It is difficult to prosecute them. If we do bring a criminal charge. It will have a negative impact on the national economy. So basically the rule and law prosecutors are deciding whether or not to go after bad guys, and it's well, gee whiz. This might not be good for the country. This might not be good for the country. If we go after these guys if they went back to say the same thing about the mafia. We could go after these mobsters in what they do. But it might not be good for the general community down there. They're so entrenched within the community we we should go after them. We're not going to enforce the rule of law. There's another little hitch to this too. That's not fair. These megabanks guess what? They can raise capital a hell of a lot cheaper. And smaller banks. Why wouldn't they? I got a picture yourself. If you are omnipotent. If you're a big Bank, and you cannot go out of business. Gee whiz. Where's the risk involved and lending that big Bank money? Not. So a competing back wants to raise capital wants to do something. They're gonna pay a hell of a lot more. I I face this all the time in what we do. We're looking to expand and purchase smaller registered investment advisory is around the clock. I know what the cost of money is. I know what we get money. I I know what the big players get money. It's a shame. It really is. When I talk about breaking up, the big banks. Talking about is separate them into various different entities. Certain businesses should not co mingle with other businesses. There's just way too much room for bad stuff to happen. Eliot Spitzer said after the whole dot com collapse and Enron that. Oh, yeah. We're we're gonna make sure that there's a Chinese wall is going to be up in the called the Chinese wall going be up inside of these big banks. So the sales department and the investment bankers are not talking to the are not talking to the analysts who are putting fake by recommendations was such a crock. Those rules were invented place. Like, they're gonna follow them. You're going to follow. Gotta understand again care. They care about their bottom line. Do they not? You get a big investment banking client. Let's say will say.
