"Like a a regular old corporate traditional office job, right. But I mean it is, it's not when I took this job and I know but then his his friends asked him, like, oh, so what do you guys do is play video games all day and I mean, no, we, we rarely talk about video games, actually. We rarely, we talked about Esports, Hey, when's this when is Battle for Texas date? Exactly. What time does it start at Wednesday? Major 5. Start at. Who's all going to be here. You know, we'll, we'll have our moments where we'll talk about like, oh, hey, I was playing college, and I got a great deal or whatever, but for the most part it, it's it's a, it's a, it's a job, it is, but it's a fun job, we love it. Like I said, we have a great team and the our environment that Ben and I are trying to fall off here is a very, you know, just positive high-energy. So it's a place that we want our guys to be be at and want to come in and, you know, work and again, like not a lot of people, what is? I think they've been told me, they said it was like ninety 7% of people go to a job. They don't like, yeah. And when we got here, we were like, okay, we gotta make it to where we're, the were the outlier, where the 3% we want everyone to want to be here and want to work and have a great time and so far, I think we've done a great job doing now. And speaking of that great job. You guys have been doing, I mean, obviously things change a lot during twenty twenty, you know, I got a new job. I'm sure you guys apply for two jobs and then 2021 rolled off. To a new job at at least for state of Arlington. But obviously hirings like yourself on the up-and-up for the venue. What are some success that you guys have experience so far under your ten eleven twelve weeks working with these Sports Stadium, Arlington? Yeah, I mean, it's the first success that we've had in any sales person that's listening. Will agree with this. I mean, we've said, I don't know how many meetings I think, like a hundred ten meeting wild 10 or weeks or something like that. I mean, one point we're averaging like four meetings, a day, every day and it was we were at the point like we're we're like we just don't have time to actually break down. It was like I need to build a proposal, what? I don't have time cuz I've got another meeting. I need to jump on. So that's one of the early successes that we had just that. The other thing is we brought in three new partners. We've officially announced. Yes those are jlab formally known as jlab audio headset partner of ours, Calandra clicks off. Which is a mouse partner. So it's an ergonomic Mouse has to help with carpal tunnel syndrome. And I'm forgetting one and it's off, and I don't know why I'm spacing on this. I should know that. There's one more I think Bennett did you, you on the call? Did you jump off here? You can't speak more. I can't think of it. But we've also we're about to announce, uh, three more Partners. Hello, which is what should we really expect. So, one of them is a service Branch. One of them is a, I want to give the names away without the official announcement. So one of those service Branch, one of them's and apparel brand, our own Peril accessory brand. And then the other one, again, I'm blanking on the other one. Now there's no, we're just been going on. I'm here now, I needed to call joined the chat. It's great. Great to be on here. These bats either. Thank you. The other part of you were you were blanking? Yep. Yes. So it's Media Group wage. Directly an agency directly working into Esports space. So really, really fun partnership with them there. And then there's about another four that are about to be signed contract wise. That's why I'm probably blanking on the line to speak about. We have a ton here, coming down the pipeline and again, like Thailand mention. I mean, three months have pretty much. We have three Deals, done another four or five about to be about to be signed here. Setting over a hundred and ten meetings. Just crazy. Crazy, crazy crazy. So really exciting to be a part of it. That's awesome. And also welcome with the cold then I appreciate you getting on. Yeah I mean just just I mean again I can like we've been saying like it's in sales it's like we find them. Take we take pride in our wins and our winds are setting. Those meetings are winds are signing those deals things like that, the success been and I knew we would have success coming in here cuz we know how popular e Sports is especially with wage. Just Brands and, you know, around the world and around the country and everything. I don't know if we thought we'd have the numbers we have right now this fast. But it's been very exciting to say the least. And every brand that we've talked to has been very excited about the partnership which is great. You know, just like you know partnership like jlab there. I think I've talked to them almost every day or every other day about how long they are which is really exciting. You know for us because we want to work with Brands. I want to work with us and let's see the value in Esports and what have been you can bring to their brand. And so far, we've been very like I said, we've been very successful and we thought we got a couple, we can't wait to announce. We're actually itching to announce them, just waiting for them to be finalized. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but like, you can go to our website e Sports Stadium. We have a partner p, a media page. We do video press releases. It's, we try to take that next step. So that's awesome. Exciting times, man. I'm excited for you, guys. I mean, I decided it's in my own backyard, right? I grew up in Arlington kabob. Into main seal Timberview High School down the block on 360. So, I'm right there. You know, I'm literally twenty minutes away from it and it's a great venue to go ahead. If honestly, honestly, if nobody's been to the venue, that go visit at the gaming center is pretty cool. Pretty cool. It's all great stuff. I would highly suggest people go visit it, and then kind of see what they've got going on. But returns to land is a big deal, right? Obviously, yes, you got committee determines happening all around town. Now, you have a homestand of it for the Dallas fuel, just fans and then the players and now you got me to exit stage. Five, major you have more stuff in the work. I mean, how are you guys pulling off these major events and in working with these great Partners? How you guys managing to pull that off, man? I mean extreme credit to our c r o g. No lie. He he handles all of our events right now and he's done a fantastic job of connecting with these leagues and these event organizers and and really, you know, showing the value in our venue and why these events have come, you know, who are could come, why they should come wage. Tui Sports Stadium Arlington. And we're seeing that they are. I mean like we talked about it just at the beginning you know we're a hundred thousand square foot space largest dedicated East 4th Avenue in North America we have a full production opinion. We have 2,500 you know seating capacity. We have a open wide open gamer Gallery, reached us and we have all the things you would need for a great event to be held here and not much of a sports events. Just, you know, we have a bunch of other events that we haven't announced yet that are going to be here as well, so it's there's no reason why at our mind. There's no reason why any League wouldn't want to do that here? Mom had success, we continue to have success and,.

"That you could call him a killer. Is that still your beliefs are that he is a killer. Specially the first question. I'm laughing to they. Actually i got no answer. Well look i mean. He is made clear that that what that what it made clear. What what did he make clear. Answer is the answer. Believe me ast essentially knowledge that he was are certain things that he would do to do. This is a. This is an unmitigated disaster. He's a cognitive mess. He's not going to take the test. Now here's what's interesting in new today. And we'll talk to ronnie jackson later when new york democrat congressman The congress. I don't know i don't know mondaire jones. Do you know mondaire jones. I don't even know who it is from new york. I should know. But i don't anyway. Was that the white house for a signing of proclamation making juneteenth national holiday last week and he told president biden that their party needed more him more involved in passing voting legislation on the hill in response biden. This quote. this is a democratic congressman said. He just stared at me. Jones said describing an awkward silence that passed between the two now. Why is this row. Why is this somewhat important. Because democrats are saying. Oh my gosh this guy. He's not all there. That's what the congressman saying. You know for for jones this moment and i'm reading from the eight. The ap's reporting this. You know a growing number of democratic activists describing this this. They're they're calling. It a lackluster engagement from biden and kamala harris. The wave kamala speaking of her apparently now the donald trump announced his trip to the border next week. And i will be there. We're doing a town hall with president trump and with governor greg abbott I don't know if it's going to be open to the public when i get details. I'll let you know anyway. Security secretary may orcas and you know the first step. We have to find out the reasons why people are coming. They're coming because you enjoyed told them to come. That's why they're coming out of. I know because we've had investigative reporters interviewing the people that are coming that you are expediting into the country turning nobody away and then in the dark of night shipping out to the state so they can provide food water shelter healthcare and a free education courtesy the american taxpayers. Anyway the white house characterized the issue as the fight of his presidency. And this is now happening more and more his team..

"Well maybe we don't know ceiling is and that in itself is is a commentary and how high is ceiling could be. But when you look at trae lance if he's the starting quarterback farrell. How does this change the fantasy. Values of vivo. Samuel brandon of george kittle Even most when when you look at those players those skill position guys in san francisco. How do you adjust those players. Given where they're going now if lance is indeed the starter have to do exactly what we would have to do is fantasy players and they would have to grow along with their player and determine what their role is going to be in support of this player. I would think that based on where he's drafted. I've talked to are good for him. Bobby sang in about this many times. segment always tells me he wants this player in the fourteenth round. It's good it's a good investment to take this player here and see what happens. I have to agree with you when you begin to target this player as your guy because there's going to be some growing pains. His skill level is undeniable and he has tremendous room to improve across your eleven twelve weeks. Fancy regular season. Are you willing to have to go through the growing pains with him so the other players With what they had in san francisco last year bulky a six ten record which by the way it gets them before play schedule and get some some fairly easy easier matchups outside of division. But i digress. What you're what you live through last year. All these players was. They'll do better with any quarterback who plays the complete year and improves throughout the year. So i'm not concerned about the draft position of any of the forty niners. I like where they're falling right now with the exception of kettle but even considering kettle with what. They'll have to ask him to do to help. Make lance successful. You still going to be a very big part of the softest to answer your question which. I'm not sure. I've been talking to long now. I don't actually remember what it was. But i will tell you this if you if you if you can draft trae lance in the fourteenth and that magic happens and you can see that growth of a player as we move throughout the season. And you've got another quarterback on your roster to get your season starting. You could have a really successful quarterback option moving through the playoffs In the f. Fcc which is what you want so you've got a late season starter if he blooms just as much as he. Can't we have to remember twenty twenty for this ball player. He played against central arkansas one game. So there's a lot going on here that we have to see him You have to see him on the field and just see how quickly all of this goes back to but undeniable talent and you know he's just really really good and that's what you can say about faira..

You know we are currently sitting up on I'll pay point four four percent of one I taint point two cents, but I'm really keeping on today to see if I can find a short guy would if there are shorts on the table down eighteen cents is sort of where I'm looking bitcoin cash three thirty three dollars, tens two hundred thirty three dollars and ten cents its up point three four yesterday it did close flat on the again, a very solid wise shot, wanting to save get out of that sawed consolidation guy very boring much the signs that saw Pai simultaneous they abyss face hanging in there seven, hundred and seventy two. H Down today is down point three of a percent again, a very average looking shot nothing to be too exhausted about lot hanging in there as well yesterday. What Lot coin yesterday was Dan? "Right Hey brother law come down join his team we'll see what happens I always bring in mad that fills old and decrepit offering that we start off of the season a person is in a very happy way all right we we had we thirteen the Sunday edition start in a very dramatic way you know usually you don't get a game like this at one o'clock eastern yeah forty Niners traveling to Baltimore to take on the ravens forty Niners ten and one ravens nine into they played in the rain it wasn't quite like the game that that the forty Niners played in Washington early this on this lot lot of sass yeah but but still it was it was be a blow inside way yeah it looked uncomfortable and and it looks physical and it felt like a playoff game they did and the ravens got the narrow victory I kinda hope we see a rematch in Super Bowl right no offense to any of the teams out there they're competing for the spot but this feels like something that needs to be continued sooner than the next four years yeah well you know hopefully it will it in these are two teams cream of the crop we know that certainly you know arguable arguably the two best teams and and football and of course the saints of patriots and Seahawks have something to say that about that as well but I I do think that's the first thing that jumped out to me the physicality of the football game two teams that are very evenly matched and really the difference of the game was the best guy on the field is number eight in the purple Jersey that's really all it comes down to you know you know early on it it was it looked like the forty Niners were the better football team than the ravens kinda took control of it and then it became a stalemate I mean it stayed at seventeen seventeen for what room about midway through the third quarter right and and till the very end of the football game but you know ultimately I think in these conditions and you heard me say this already Mike I do think it favored the ravens who want to play more through the run the physicality let's play in a mosh pit type of game and beat you up that way the forty Niners are physical a big but our little more reliant on speed and I think ultimately yeah it did hurt them a little bit playing in the rain and taking away their play action pass game and all that stuff that they rely on so heavily but a fun game to watch it did have that playoff sense Baltimore has now one eight in a row and the eight the wind comes against the team that that was the top seed in the NFC and now has to watch and wait and see what happens tonight with Seattle Seahawks because the Seahawks win say it's become the one seed for now Seahawks the two seed and the forty Niners plummet all the way to five right that could be a preview of what's to come it could be wild card weekend we see the forty Niners playing on the road like in Dallas or green bag right and you said yesterday I said the last hour in the NFC you don't want to be a team that has to play three times you don't want to be going on the road against the teams that eventually earn those buys and get those home home field games in the wild card round yeah that that's that's what jumps out to me you know again just the you know the forty Niners are number one right now but yeah let's play that if they go down to number five and number five right gosh week week one you got to go play Dallas I mean Hey we know Dallas is dysfunctional but we also know Dallas is big and physical and has talent and could beat anybody any given Sunday I think about this too right I I'm sorry to interrupt you yeah Dallas make clinch the four seed right week sixteen right week seventeen rest yeah we tell you forty Niners right there in a fight against the Seahawks trying to get the first round by advantage cowboy yet no warehouses that game if they have to go to Dallas and Dallas is able to coast week seventeen advantage all hundred percent and that's where I was trying to go with these are exactly that you're good does I'm glad you you explained it better than I would but yeah just the way the state of the NFC is right now if you have to go let's say to a Dallas or a Green Bay and then go to a New Orleans the next week and then go to a Seattle the week after wow was that tough I mean against just some physical opponents really tough environments get a is is a year I look at the end of see more than ever worried being the one or two so he does is crucial and the one seed in the AFC had belonged to the patriots all year long they they had been under that one of the last unbeaten team yeah yeah the last unbeaten team in the AFC and and they only have one loss when the last night's game and we all fought except for to Rico who did a strategic heads he didn't think the parents will say that I I don't think it should now I don't know it's a gas he he was but he was smart yeah and it worked and the patriots went down to Houston they lost they are now ten into and they are no longer the top seed in the AFC the ravens are an amazing swaying yeah when you consider how many good teams there are right now in the NFL and what yesterday's games meant ravens take over the one seed Seahawks can take over the one seat are the two seed in the NFC the saints band up with the ones he by the time it's all said and done same to the forty Niners get together this weekend you know that there's a lot of bad games still to come because there's bad teams and they still have to play the rest of their schedule there's some good games still to come this season twenty five percent of the season Lafayette a lot to be determined and now the patriots without offense it has been not good all year the defense had just enough of a lapse last night to make it impossible yeah pagers to win right and now here we are patriots up the worst tended to team we've ever seen I still can't believe that tend to well yeah it is a weird town into team may I have a different feeling this year about the pagers than you do in most years because you just keep going can their defense continually just do what they did there the first you know eleven twelve weeks of the year you know I just I don't know and you know we'll get more evidence as we go on because they're gonna put the Kansas City Chiefs in a few weeks so they still got a deal with them in the Buffalo Bills the raven still got to play the Steelers and the Buffalo Bills as well so and the raven so of another game against Cleveland who will not not moving cupcake going to Cleveland plain that group there because they're dangerous so there is a lot of football to be played but yeah it is a weird year with New England where I we all all want to sit here and go there no wind on they'll figure it out at some point and we sat over no right at all but I think this is the first time in a while we're saying this in December I think that's the first thing that the jumping out to me where I'm just a little bit like cool yeah I know they're still really good many not sure but yeah that's that's that's really it is it's intriguing and you know last night they ran into a buzz saw of deshaun Watson who you know the Texans Mike they're not like overly complicated but their formula when they're healthy is very effective they're going to run the ball be physical Billy o'brien's very patient with that he's gonna have a few little gadget plays really Sean Watson and then they attack when they throw the ball they look to throw either short quick slant routes or it's we're going downtown twenty thirty yard throws a dish on what's is one of the best the ball doors and football and that's where they get patriots problems because men you gotta have a lot of guts to play Kenny stills the Andre Hopkins a will for man to man play after play after play and as you saw in college or the knowledge you last night he thought that the patriots played more zone the normal and that is I think the effect of those three guys being on the field you just can't ask your three quarters ago Hey cover these guys all over the field for forty five seconds at a time that's not realistic yeah and look I think the patriots do benefit from the fact that they've been so great it was a Kansas city loss in September of twenty fourteen by the way the chiefs go to doing the next Sunday and now to I mean yeah I you know on the game last night Kerr christen out went to the graveyard a quarterback said it was okay yeah Ben Roethlisberger early in the year and then it was you know fits Patrick in Kevin Faulk and then Josh Allen and then colt McCoy and Kevin Faulk blue fox sorry Luke bug sorry yes it might as well had Kevin bought it wouldn't have mattered okay you know it's so you just go through the list and yeah it's not exactly like they've played a lot of great well rounded football teams and you know as you're seeing the NFC east is not very good either with the eagles on the cowboys they're they're kind of dumpster fires themselves so I guess that Lisa my uncertainty about the pagers but yeah I err on they'll figure it out well and and here's the thing when the playoffs roll around it single elimination other teams may freak out yeah knock and they're not a freak outs that's where they have the advantage yes at every level and whether it's the ravens whether it's the forty Niners in the Super Bowl wherever it may be so I'm not ready to give up on the page they want us to they want us to just like some people are saying they lost to the ravens on purpose to hold something back for when they play them again right a lost on purpose last night so we'll start saying they're no good and now they're going to have the kick in the **** down the stretch in the post season I don't think bill Belichick is that die before the crazy thing about the a a seat to me more than anything is there just not a lot of complete football teams in the AFC like there's a Steelers with the great defense but the offense is below average you know buffalo they're getting there but I still think their offenses you know a work in progress to a degree they're not gonna necessarily blow you out of the water there the Kansas City Chiefs it's great offenses horrible defense you're the Houston Texans maybe this is a team that emerges here now that they're secondaries healthy and everything like that at their secondary comply the way it did last night with Vernon Hargraves and Conley and you know just just in read being back at safety and all that that can make them a different difference maker type of football team because that's been their issue is past the fence so you know the Baltimore is clearly the most well rounded team in the AFC but you're right in a one game scenario the patriots are are always a beast yeah and and what we cannot overlook and we cannot forget them they want us to they want to be able to say nobody believes in them because they'll say even if we do believe in them but we'll see what they do with it she says we can make that got to figure out how to get this out this weekend it's this week we got it together quickly or it could be it could be a short post season for they know the pets are we're gonna take a short break will return I spoke to duck Karges Andy Dalton Ryan Tannehill rhyme fits Patrick give some highlights from each of those conversations was healed okay really yeah and we're calling in we'll be right back yes with my notebook Florida's notebook.

"Happy thanksgiving yeah it is a happy thanksgiving for everyone in America except for Dallas cowboy fans are having a very on happy thanksgiving they lose to the bills twenty six to fifteen Josh Allen look great today the bills are nine and three and the cowboys who in looks like a couple weeks ago we're in the total driver's seat for the NFC east are now it appears may be on the verge of firing Jason Garrett has been their coach for nine years and they've got all kinds of questions about the status of their team is as they are eaten Turkey tonight yeah well the day started with you know I believe Jerry Jones and we're not going to make any changes you know during the season it wouldn't help with and then you go and get it I mean look I know a lost twenty six to fifteen but if the game wasn't even really that close of would be and that is that the cowboys look really good on their first drive in that was pretty much it I don't know what happened to deck press guide and also and I think is very gonna stick to his word and weighed in Teigen no rest of the season before he makes a move I'm sure everybody's upset net Dallas Cowboys front office a locker room I guess the cowboys have a couple guys on their staff Chris Rashard got some interviews to be a head coach last offseason at rod Marinelli who was the head coach of the in sixteen Detroit Lions there are two guys they have you know that I that I guess could take over but incredibly were having this conversation and it feels like Jason Garrett is on the hottest seat in the NFL of any coach of the cowboys are still in first place the last time I checked in the NFC east now the eagles play the dolphins coming up on Sunday that would tie the division but hardly all of the cowboys goals are still in front of them to get a home playoff game maybe when a home playoff game and it's it's the cowboys' Emmitt so there's gonna be constant over reaction we've got a fire me this was a bad performance on thanksgiving right I don't think firing Jason Garrett right now solves anything for the cowboys no it doesn't solve anything right now to give us a lot to talk about so Jerry don't want you know brother do you have as well okay in from the afternoons on ESPN radio for like yesterday gives will a pound of flesh exact definitely but other than that I don't know when it if anything were accomplished no I don't think you would accomplish anything right now so I like to Google you know playoff picture let me get the cook the current update that the cowboys are currently as we sit right now the forces yeah so they're in the playoffs then it might not have been pretty over the past you know eleven twelve weeks and I understand why cowboy fans are upset it could be worse be a lot worse you could be on the outside looking in at least right now they do control their own destiny but they need to make some things happen speaking of getting fired on thanksgiving I think will show starts at three o'clock eastern so for **** up the time of someone show on our own network maybe I should be someone who gets fired on thanksgiving Jerry Jones per Adam Schefter to reporters in the locker room after tonight's game said quote this is not the time to make a coaching change Garrett also addressed reporters on how he feels and whether he thinks that they have lost the team do you believe you staff of the trust and faith of the of the players after what transpired at being sixty six in the four games to go absolutely our guys come to work our our guys and we have a fantastic group of guys and they do things the right way each day and on force when you get the job done today I that's not a super clear answer to me does it look to you and that light Jason Garrett has lost the team I don't think so I think it was a bad performance listen you major stars to be stars and I don't think that was the case tonight yeah press guy up through for bungee yards you know but it just didn't look sharp didn't look impressive the was solid but not that stupid and have a superstar performance that you expect from him it was once those guys get back to just three okay no hitting their their peak they should improve the nation be better but I don't think they've lost the team that had the two turnovers and their special teams the last two weeks they got the punk vault block last Sunday in New England and Brett Maher their kicker who had been solid earlier in the year for two on two short field goals today that really hurt momentum I thought one of them right before the half this was a cowboys owner Jerry Jones the guy who's making the decision ultimately on Jason Garrett with the specifics of exactly what he said about his head coach in the locker room after the cowboys lost to the bills here on thanksgiving I know Jason very.

Well with the small picture something about big business. Small Fisher stuff Coker's game to his he'll just book something just to have it on a specific event with no real idea of what's going to happen beyond that. Yeah. All right. Let's transition. If we can't let's talk about the latest McGregor Khabib news. First of all. I just find it hilarious that what was it to twenty nine UC to twenty nine was October six mistaken. So let's see November six December six January six we're now what almost ten to eleven twelve weeks passed that quite twelve but certainly ten or eleven weeks past the point where that happened, and we still don't have any disciplinary finality about this reviewing the tape. Yeah. My guy we wait the closer. We all going to be grandfathered any. Retroactive retroactive. So won't matter. I understand. But if you knew what the punch was gonna be a while ago, you could at least begin to think about what you're going to be for match-making a more serious way. So it's I find it so annoying that these Shinsho commissions. We have to really consider the evidence just give stop lying all right event. So there's that that's coming up what next week if I'm not mistaken so kind of resolution about that pretty close anyway. So I don't want to talk about we'll make one brief comment. We're not even gonna discuss on the show. I'm gonna say one thing there are rumors floating out. There about Conor McGregor being involved in an alleged incident. I get Email after Email after Email asking me why no one is discussing. This is all I'm going to say right now, I have no affiliation with that team. "Can they were never really with very few exceptions able to get a consistent run game going this year, and that was a significant part of their offense a year ago. What specifically on Brees? Was there? Anything standing out that that was consistent. Why he he struggled or two teams adjust to them? What was there? Well, you know again. The things that show up on Cape to me where he was uncharacteristically. Inaccurate and inaccurate. I don't mean scattershot like you went. Oh my God. Where's he throwing it? But breezes always been as precise a ball placement. Ball location thrower as we've seen a guy puts exactly where it needs to be. And their offense is built on short throws very often to receivers who are in a position to run after catch. And you know that was the greatness of. Let's say Joe Montana is that he would put the ball, you know, on a quick scientist, Jerry Rice, and he would just be able to take off. Threes was not making those kinds of throws later in the season. And that's his game. And I also thought they were times he left some throws on the field where he didn't turn a loose to receivers that were opened within the context of the route concept, so he did not play at the same high level that he did through as I said the first eleven twelve weeks, and it caught up to them a little bit. Did they do anything? The Rams defense anything specific against Michael Thomas. No, not that. I I didn't really see it that way. They did not match up their corners Peters. Played one side. Toledo play the other side. Most start they'd match up to leave. They did not do that. Now, they had some specific things tactically for when Thomas ran in breaking routes. They would often drop a safety. And and do what we call cut the route where this the deep safety sort of jumps the route. So he he's not clean on and breaker, they played some what we call one robber where there's a defender sitting right in the middle to take away the in breakers. So yes, they had some tactics that were designed I'm sure to take away Thomas, but it wasn't done with one player in mind. You know, a matchup type. Yeah. Talking to Greg Cosell. We're start with the saints and the Rams get to the chiefs and the patriots and just second. I asked you this this week. But I think it's even more relevant Todd Gurley. Played forty six percent of the plays and looking forward to the Super Bowl. I I don't know what the injury is. But can you tell what he's favoring because they're really obviously not talking about it. Gurley. Yeah. I don't know. I, you know, I watch assume he's healthy for the Super Bowl. He has two weeks. But. Something's wrong there. I mean, you know, they're not going to say it. And then obviously, Shaun created the exact right thing and said that hey, it's on me. You know? That's what you're supposed to do. But something is not right for him not to get snaps because obviously he's a pretty important weapon for them. He's a great pass receiver. You know, when he's healthy. And he's a good back. I mean, you know, I I don't think he's the best runner in the league. But he's a really good back in their system. And we'll see I mean, I sure hope he can play in. I can't imagine. He's not going to be ready to go into weeks. I think the interesting part was he caught nine balls in the regular season. He hasn't caught one on the postseason. I know. Well, he hasn't played as many snaps. He did have the one bad drop this week that can happen, but anybody obviously he would get more chances. And he hasn't gotten a lot of chances about those rose by Gough the higby in. Oh, yeah. The extra frame that GOP got Louis. We talked about him before the Dallas game as it's been quite the same. And he got up to kind of a slow start in that same game. He just kept getting a little bit better a little bit better. And look like a little more confident. Yeah. But boy the passes the higby especially the second one where they're put him actually put them in field goal range where it could have taken him out of Phil ranch. That was pretty impressive. Yeah. And I think those kinds of plays. You know time you an athlete, and I think sometimes those plays. They just happen. You know, it's just it's one of those things, and you and you tip your cap to him. But I mean, they they just happened. I thought that Sean McVay did some good things as the game progressed create some some good matchups that and some really well-designed plays. Once you got a feel for the game because at his core Goth, and he showed a little more in this game. I mean, even the the second reaction improvisation throw Gerald Everett for thirty nine yards. A big play you normally associate those kinds of plays with Goth. But you know, I thought they did a really nice job of presenting him with some well defined throws based on concepts got talking to Greg Cosell patriots and the chiefs the there's a lot of things to to look at here. But I thought on that final drive. It was interesting Brady goes four of nine miss on. I miss on second throat to how do they consistently get him open on? When everybody in the stadium knows. They're throwing them the focus. Well, you know, what they do is they they they motioned him to what we call stack. So what the keys were playing which has been there Milwall season. The chiefs didn't deviate from how they essentially played all season is they played. Well, we call two man coverage with two deep safeties and man-to-man across the board. And really, it's a good comfort concept. The first one to Elman what happened was fuller and Nelson got confused and when they motioned to stack and then released when your motion to stack you've gotta communicate as corners and say, oh, you still playing the man are you then pulling the release because it's it's tough you have to communicate. So they screwed that one up. Then the second one to add omen was just again. It was motion to stack. It was the same play on the they flip the formation, but it was the same play, and you know, just got enough room and Brady put right on them. And then the third one was just gronk detached with Eric berry who went healthy would be one of the top three safeties in the league. They've matched very up on gronk many times over the years, and it was. Simple play. And you know was nothing complex. They were to the boundary. It's what we call slammed flat, the background the flat. And then gronk ran the slant. And Brady just put it on got a bigger body than bury the second one was the one that drove me nuts. I was like they ran the same damn play. You figure it out. Yeah. They put for me. Play. You guys fell for that one? Again, killing me, what did they do to hell? I mean, we we we talked about it last week. Or are they gonna take to think of? The first time I thought to myself. Well, they can't take away hill. He's too fast on this one big play. That was it. He was he was a ghost. They had a specific game plan. And it was genius. What they essentially did was take their worst corner. Okay. Whether it was Jones or cross and match him up on hill and play then with mccourty who's normally.

"I don't think they're the same offense or they haven't been since the first twelve weeks of the season in part of that is because they were counting on drew Brees to make these ridiculous throws because of the way the season ended. It's almost been slept on what an incredible season Breese ad, and it's one of those where the numbers because of. His volume don't speak to how many plays he made on his own to me. He was even ahead of Mahomes through eleven twelve weeks of the season. They were counting on him to fit balls into windows that weren't there to receivers that weren't really open and that kind of fell apart the last four or five weeks. You're right. They were outgained for their last six games. They didn't top three hundred seventy yards for a long time. But as good as this eagles defense has been playing. This is a heat check for them like craven, LeBron and trace Sullivan and the linebackers who played really well in Chicago. How good really is this eagles defense and how much of it has just been playing against. They did a good job against the Rams, but how much of it has been playing against Houston. And Chicago, it is a whole different story to have to play against this saints team, which you would think would kind of figure out how to get a little more. Multiple get guys open and get teddy Ginn involved. I think the saints. The big part of their problem was the offensive line in their healthy. Now that should go a long way. I just think their offense. Yes, has too much talent to be healthy and not play well in if they're healthy expect him to but also have shown no ability whatsoever to read the eagles a team that has be devilled mystified me, and I have no clue what they're about. So don't listen to anything. I say you made a big statement as you were walking out of the newsroom yesterday because we were that's how he likes to leave the news for most. We were talking about Nick foles. And then just as you're walking away. You were just like I got it. I'm just taking the the L on that one. I he's just better than I thought. Yeah, he beat me. He's just developed into a much better quarterback than I thought he was there is this amazing stat about Nick foles out there that his completion percentage throws of fifteen plus yards. Big throws, essentially he's a late year quarterback because they were the worst in the NFL through week to during that early starting stretch and from weeks fifteen. Seventeen and that's fifteen attempts in both sample sizes. He is the best and he's prone to ours. And he threw a terrible pick last week against the bears through to overall. But I don't think it kinda got a little bit lost because of the park Ethiopia Trix and all that. But with that bears defense, which we love a great defense. Vic Fangio did a great job with that group. He the fact that he could do that twelve play sixty yard drive down fifteen ten late in the fourth quarter on the road that that crowd there. But for so tight for that entire game until they finally took the lead. And that place was confident and going nuts in Nick foles gave no Fs. And he just took his team down the field. He is a special guy in the big moment. And that's why there's no way I would ever lock up the saints in this game. I'll probably pick the saints because I think it's a superior team. But if it falls does it again can't be shocked too many times we've seen it now over the past twelve months there also when they that week eleven forty eight to seven blowout means literally nothing to me at this point. I cannot I cannot think of result that has less to do with the two teams involved in these two teams. And that was right after they traded for golden Tate, and they really that trade up. Till recently as looked like a bum trade, but in the year in the weeks where they barely use golden Tate. They were doing a lot of two tight end sets where it was Dallas Goddard secretary think the best tight end duo on the league..

"A big part of it, the planet kidding. So when. When you're planning that. What you I've I've planned teachers on their question. Always is. Okay. Completeness big project and the kids are leading this project, but weird what I teach the lessons. So what does that look like like you're having you've got a block of time that you're doing your project with your students when do you teach them the standard and how they should be using that standard. That's that's a good question. I'm not sure any I'm not sure it's been mastered. Yet everybody has their different way of doing. And it's definitely a learning process. I would say that Everyday's a little bit different based on what we're doing. Sometimes it's so tended student led and it's kind of organic, and you just like you start the day with. Here's what we're going to do today. And then the kids kind of lead it sometimes I do I have just like everybody. Does you have a lesson where I'm teaching for about ten minutes? And then we all do together for a couple more minutes, and then it's on their own, and they bring it back to their groups Simmons, not here's my reading block. I'm gonna take forty five minutes to teach standard. No, all talk to the students, sit and listen notes. No. And that's why project it usually takes. I would say the first year sixth grade did a project, and I think it when nine ten eleven weeks, and it was too long. And we afterward that like we have big. Reflection. That's another thing. Sino at the end of a showcase the students have a reflection day or they really reflect on the entire project. Not just the showcase and the teachers Lisa's able to get us all a planning day and that entire day is based off of a reflection. And so we reflect individually, then we reflect as a group we bring back student work. We kind of rate them high mids lows. And we get our project ready for the next year. And you know, make all the changes to it. And so I just lost my train of thought where we're going to pay you were talking a little bit about. Oh, yeah. Okay. So sorry told the next based on that. So. Sometimes you just have to teach lesson. And it's like, oh, I know what I was talking about the length. And so we had talked. I said how sixth grade one year done like eleven twelve weeks because we felt like we had to get so much. It was too long the kid's attention span. And what we had done at the beginning by the end of the project. They were kind of over at everybody sick talking about it. And I mean, they knew that driving question like regurgitated so many times it just and then this year we actually tried to project and it was only three weeks on. And I think that was too quick. They didn't quite didn't quite get into the meat of it. And so there's that fine line of what's too long and what's too short. But there needs to be enough time in a project to have some days where we may not relieve in Dubai project part of it. We may not have the kids working because we just have to have like a good old fashioned lesson. And, you know, get some of the the basic skills and before we can move onto the next part. That's kind what I was saying is some of is just date that and then other days, it's I barely have to do any. Talking and the kids are leading it. And then most as it's a little bit of both. Yeah. And I think you, and I were talking a little bit at the showcase, and you said that their days when you do very little outside of facilitating and walking around and making sure they're no fires nagging show that people are on task and making answering some simple questions that it's not just use h on the stage. But you're actually letting the students take some ownership of their learning. And even when I go around and talk to put out some fires normally is just okay. Let's go back to that group contract that you guys are together at the beginning of the, you know, it's so student led at that's pretty amazing. So what does that look like in the beginning for the students that I am not familiar with this group contract that sounds fascinating? Yeah. And every teacher again, every teacher does different. I like to. Base migrants off of needs and behavior kind of hope that those fires don't even start some teachers and bringing that student voice choice. A little more say, hey, you go for it. You pick your groups in college. You kind of pick your groups, and you hope for the bats. So everybody's is a little bit differently. But the very first day I. Usually have a launch the first day is a launch is what they call it. And you get the kids really excited. Sometimes you had a guest speaker come in. You definitely give the driving question on. It could be like an exciting video kind of put on a little like for the loss colony. I had made CSI folders and pretended. Like, I was you know, the detective boss and passed out. These new guys are now my scientists, you know, and kind of went through that you get the kids really excited and then day to its those group contracts here your groups, or whether you pick them or not, and there's some really deep questions that I even think like cash had to fill out a college. I wonder what I would have said what happens if someone doesn't show up, and they really have to talk about like are we going Brown? I going to do the extra work if carries gone or we gonna legit leave carries work for her. When happens if someone doesn't show up the night of the showcase because they're really ill or they're sick. They share each other's emails. I've actually had students who are at home sick. But not sick enough to not work, and they law. Online, Google pretty amazing, and they can get on that document and they're working alongside of their classmates. I mean, that's real world. Yeah. They talk about what if we don't all agree. And do we do this? Some of the groups will say we're gonna rock paper scissors that you know, for them like that is legit. Not is the word, you know. And then others are like, Nope. We're going to come to consensus, and we will not move on until all three are happy with, you know, the it's actually pretty cool. The group contracts on my favorite parts, I suspect that took a lot of prep ticket the students to be mature enough to handle that. Can you talk a little bit about how you scaffold about for study that you say that because I was just reflecting with my group my co workers this year because this is my first year having in group that's done it for two years before. So honestly, the prep wasn't as much this year because those third and fourth grade teachers had prepared them as like all right contract. The kids came in looks a little different than what MRs so-and-so had last year. But we got this. And they got right into it. But yeah, the first year there were some cheers. There were some. We wanna get star with the project. I'm sorry. Your group contracts. Not ready. You're missing some pieces to it. Will we just want? I'm sorry. You know, this is a big part of it. But I would say that. Well, I was gonna say third grade because that was the first group, but it's the younger teachers that are really helping us set that standard set that culture of the kids trusting each other the kids trusting the system getting excited about it pulling their weights that conflict resolution problem that's not one of the main soft skills that PB L or be I guess goes off via institute, but man, that's a huge one conflict-resolution alone. And it was so nice. I had to use it once during
