It was the news of the day, the commander's officially introducing Eric Vietnamese air assistant head coach and offensive coordinator. Now, you and I agree, he sounds a lot like Mike Tomlin. Yeah, he does. Yeah, so he sounds like a head coach and there were two quotes in particular that I was like, man, that's Mike Tomlin. One is the comfort is the enemy of progress. I mean, I could just hear that in Tomlin's voice. Yeah. And he didn't say it exactly, but Tomlin has this saying, you can't expect unique results without unique relationships. And so he didn't say it in those words. But EB said to that point, we're going to play hard. We're going to play fast. We're going to have a sense of urgency and a sense of purpose in everything that we do. And that's where it starts. And it's all about being accountable as well. Understanding the fact that indirectly, we all impact each other's lives. Yeah, we broke down the higher what we should expect from the Washington offense in 2023 and this week's D.C. sports huttle on WTO dot com, YouTube or wherever you get your podcasts, the capitals just made a trade ahead of tonight's face off. It's February, NFL players scatter. If you're not living here, you're probably not around. But a lot of players in attendance today, Terry mclaurin, Sam Howell, Brian Robinson, among them, Antonio Gibson as well. So Eric vanity was asked when the process can begin getting to know these guys and anything else. I mean, we can't talk at evolve right now. I've texted a few of them. So and they've been very, very good at getting back to me, which is outstanding, by the way, fellas. 'cause I know some of us can disappear. And professional players have a way of disappearing, but I appreciate y'all taking the time and getting back to me. And that means a lot. Smart move, right? The smart move and you want to play next year, exactly. You get back to the new coach. Very good press conference today and next up is going to finish filling out his coaching staff, then they'll be on to the combine. Here about this other NFL news Aaron Rodgers has exited the darkness retreat. He has left the Oregon Oregon facility where he was in the darkness retreat. So next up, we'll find out what he's going to do next year. Who knows? Do we know what he discovered, though? We don't know. We don't know. Someone should ask. First step is exiting the darkness. "Of killing his wife and son takes the stand in his own murder trial. 54 year old elek Murdoch told the jury he did not fatally shoot his wife and son at their South Carolina home in June of 2021. I would never intentionally do anything. To hurt either one of them. Ever. Ever. Prosecutors can question Murdoch about the murders as well as the roughly 100 other charges he faces from stealing money from clients to drug use to arranging his own shooting on the side of a road. Jim crystalis CBS News. New this afternoon, it's 20 years in prison for singer R. Kelly, who'd been convicted of child pornography and enticing minors for sex. Well, today it's Chicago federal judge ruled that Kelly can serve almost all of his new sentence at the same time he serves 30 years where there is other convictions on racketeering and other sex crimes. In this case, the jury found Kelly guilty of videotaping himself sexually abusing his 14 year old goddaughter. Thinking of getting a new family vehicle. Well, we've got word on what's the safest. "This and more. On code story. Josh elek is originally from the U.S., but lives in Paris now. And because of this, he likes to take advantage and walk around to take in the sights. He lives close to an area with a park featuring gardens and lots of trees. And he goes there to clear his head, have a little bit of nature, and also, to have walking meetings. Josh likes to stay active through running cycling in the aforementioned walking meetings. He's married with a 13 month old daughter. He met his wife, not in Paris for the U.S. but in Thailand. He jokes that his young daughter is growing up faster than his company. He avidly confirms that the food in Paris is amazing. The simple things are fantastic, and he frequents the patisserie for his favorite almond consent. His family loves to host people when they come to town, so they can ensure they try some of the exquisite foods in strong flavors. At a prior company as a developer advocate, Josh started using the orbit model. He compared the model to being like the funnel for sales, except the orbit model applies to community. After he left the company, he joined his now cofounder using the orbit model in a consulting context. Then, the aha moment occurred. What if we built a product to facilitate this? This is the creation story of orbit. Orbit is mission control for your community. Our users and customers are community builders. They're people who are building a community on out there on the Internet, or sometimes off the Internet, but they use tools like slack, Discord, GitHub, Twitter, orbit plugs into all of those different systems to try to give those community builders a universal sense of their community across all of the different sources. So instead of having a community that feels fragmented because you have some activity on discourse, some on GitHub some on Twitter, orbit tries to bring that together and give our users a complete picture of who their community members are, is their community growing or shrinking, what kind of actions or steps could they be using? Can you be trying to grow their community? We get to work with a lot of open-source projects and companies who are making tools for developers. Those are two of our earliest customers earliest types of customers in our favorite people to work with. And the way that I got into it is I was a developer advocate working at algolia for several years, and that's actually where I started to use this thing called the orbit model, which we have in addition to orbit the product we also have this thing called the orbit model, which is a really simple thing. It's a bit like the funnel where the funnel is a model for marketing and sales, but the orbit is more of a model for community, rather than having a cone shaped thing where everybody's flowing to the bottom and if someone falls out of the funnel, you don't care about them. In the orbit model, you care about all of your community members, they're just some of them are at the center and some of them are closer to the edges. And my cofounder Patrick and I, after I left algolia, I teamed up with him, and we started to use the orbit model with a bunch of different companies more than just a consulting context to help them understand and visualize their community, and then we had this aha moment like, oh, what if we built a product that helped people take the suggestions the recommendations, the visual canvas at the orbit model provides and turn that into an actual tool where people could see their community inside of that tool. So that was really the process being a developer advocate and realizing that there weren't tools out there for me or for my team, there weren't things that really helped me get a universal view of the community or know exactly what to do and becoming a consultant to help people do that in an ultimately deciding to turn that into a product and build something that developer advocates and community managers everywhere can use to overcome a lot of the challenges of community building. Let's dive into the MVP. So tell me about that first product you built. How long did it take you to build and what sort of tools did you use to bring it to life? So the very first MVP, we built a rails back end with the next JS front end. We had that for about three months. We decided to do that because we wanted to try out next dot JS, we'd heard a lot of great things. We also knew that we were going to be building something that had a pretty, serious data model to it, and I've used rails for off and on, since 2008, 2009, so for about ten years, very, very familiar with the power that rails gives developers at the model level, complex domains, lots of tables, rails, and active record are just so good at abstracting all of that. So we knew we wanted to use rails at the application and back end layer. We tried next JS on the front end, and it was really, really good. But what we found as we were iterating with that stack, it was a little bit slower than we wanted to iterate because we still had to change backend APIs and then have those reflected in next JS and we're changing the product so fast early on based on what we were learning for customers that we eventually went back to just a rails monolith. So the second MVP kind of what came after that, we just took the back end code that we had and said we're going to go full rails. We moved to the templating in the front end stuff inside of rails. And that's kind of how the app is today. So we would kind of describe it as we over architected a little bit in the beginning, and we actually returned to something a little bit simpler once we had more confidence we were building the right thing and so that we could continue or instead we were able to iterate even faster than we had been. That's interesting. So you over architected first and then simplified. I want to dig into that a little bit here in a second, but in that first MVP, and maybe the second too if you want to, if you want to double up your answer, you've got to make certain decisions and tradeoffs about what you're going to build in the short term. How you're going to approach it, what sort of technical debt you're going to take on. So tell me about some of those decisions and tradeoffs you had to make, and a little more detail. And how.

"Here on this Friday edition of the show. Lots to talk about. You know, I wanted to go in and because we haven't done this in a while and producer Nate and I were talking about it before the show. We haven't really had a conversation in a little bit regarding Cove. It And these new Draconian measures that will be while unleashed upon us here in these next few days, because yes, As you know, Joe Biden will be inaugurated. Stop. There's no insurrection know martial law, It's not happening. As much as I would have liked it to happen. It's just not happening. We're gonna talk about that at the bottom of the hour, the inauguration and wants to come, but I think it's imperative right now. To go over these these measures these these draconian measures that Are really going to put a hindrance and take away your liberties. I mean, I I see that and you need to see that you need to be aware of that. Let me start by this because again, we haven't discussed this and some time because you know what, In all honesty, we've been trying to save our country from falling into the deepest depths of the abyss with a biting presidency. Now that we know that is coming to pass. We need to start facing realities of what is going to be coming to pass in front of our very eyes. And these are the draconian mandates regarding Cove in now I hate to be the one to tell you. I told you so. But I'm going to do it anyways. I told you so. That this would come, Many said. It's not It won't happen. And I said yes, it will trust me when you're dealing with states that are Really Communist. I won't even say socialist Communist. You're gonna have measures and mandates that that are going to make your head spin. I'm talking about California. I was born in California. I was raised in California in a town north of Fresno. California. Called, Mur said When I was growing up, we used to call it murder dead. But oh boy, what a great place to grow up in the Central Valley at that time in the seventies and eighties. It was incredible. I just Would love to. You replicate that now for my family and my grandchildren. It was just a phenomenal, phenomenal time. Movies were made about it when you go back and see some of the movies in the seventies and eighties, the nostalgia And you know, come on you, you know you hear me, and many of you probably are from that area that are listening to the show. The show runs through most of California's well, because Katie WN has such a large stick, and I mean that in the non sexual way. 50,000 watt powerhouse. And so California is doing what I thought would be coming. What is it? Los Angeles, Of course, La La land. Los Angeles United. Excuse me Unified school district. Has announced that students will be required to show proof that they have received a vaccine for four coronavirus. Before returning into in person learning. This is, according to Fox News. Now the district superintendent, Austin Buechner has confirmed that he said that parents that have concerns regarding this about the safety of the vaccine Will be required to keep their Children in remote learning in definitely Did you hear what I said? I'll say it again. In case you don't hear me. He's the corncob got. Let me say that again because I told you this was coming. The Los Angeles Unified School District has announced that kids have to have the vaccine you're gonna have to show proof of it. This is according to Ella's district superintendent, Austin Butin. Er, now for parents that say not my kid. I'm not getting them a vaccine. You have the right You have the right to say I'm not getting the vaccine, at least for now, Ugo. You'll have to keep your Children and remote learning. What does that mean? We'll have to learn online as they've been learning all this time since covert 19 hit us because of the bioweapon that escaped China and Wuhan. Didn't I tell you this was coming? Now, the concern that I have now some will say, Well, who cares? This is California you should care because Gavin Newsom is Batman. And governor Cecil AC is Robin. Robin loves to follow Batman. And what I've seen of Governor Cecil AC, and he's probably having his ears ring right now, because he's probably like Steve Sanchez. I guess. Just got just decided and got tired of, you know, throwing me under the bus, but surprise Governor I'm back. Sis Elek. Could Enforced the same thing he could. Now you may say he's not gonna do it. You don't know that, because right now the Clark County School board just today. Took the steps. Necessary to reopen school buildings but giving principals the ability to bring back small groups of students to campus on a voluntary basis. And approving an agreement with its teachers. It's teachers union. Regarding the future opening. So what does that mean? With all out all the legalese, they're taking the steps. They're laying the groundwork to transition from the hybrid model or excuse me to put in a hybrid model. But here's the deal. How do we not know? Because, according to what I'm being told, according to what you're reading. Las Vegas. Court County..

"Wine skins. And it happened one Sabbath, He was walking through the grain fields. And his disciples as they were making their way began to pluck. Heads of grain. And the Pharisees say to him. Look Why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath? And Jesus says to them. Have you never read what David did. When there was a need and he was hungry. He and those who are with him. How he went into the House of God. In the account of a bias are the high priest. And he ate the bread of the presence. Which is not lawful for anyone to eat except for the priests. He gave it to those who are with him. And he continued saying to them The Sabbath was made for people. People for the Sabbath. As a result, the son of man is Lord even of the Sabbath. The Gospel of Mark Chapter two. So did Jesus. Get the name wrong? If you go and look up what David did In first Samuel chapter, 21. It doesn't look good for Jesus. The name is right there in black and white. It's a him elect, not abaya Thar. But before we question Jesus credibility, let's listen to the back story. It's the story of David. David, if you remember is the human king chosen by God. The true king to represent God to the people. The only problem is The old King isn't happy about this. The old King saw doesn't want David to the king. He's jealous of David. He's threatened by David and he's trying to kill David. So David is on the run, and he's got no food and no provisions, and he goes to hide out in the House of God. Now the House of God at this point isn't a brick and mortar building. It's a tent, a traveling tent and and 500 years or so before David was even born. God designed this tent and had Moses and the people build it, and this tent was filled with symbolism. It wasn't just the blood and the guts of the animal sacrifices for the sin offerings and the guilt offerings. That's part of it, But there's a bigger picture. You go back and read the descriptions of the tent of meeting as it's called in the Book of Exodus and Leviticus, you get a picture of God welcoming his people into his presence. Welcoming sinful people. Forgiven people. People cleansed by the sacrificial blood. Into his presence. To sit with them. And eat with them. And it's not just the the sin offerings in the guilt offerings that the animal sacrifices are about The animal sacrifices have a dual purpose. As meals. And it's not just steak and pork chops on the menu. Not pork chops, steak and lamb chops on the menu. It's also bred Lots of bread every week, the priest on duty would set out New bread, freshly baked bread. They called it the bread off the presence. 12 loaves of bread, one for each tribe of Israel, and the priest would set out the new bread, and then he would take the bread from last week home to his household to his family, and they would eat the bread of the presence. This wasn't just a way for them to compensate the priest for his work. It was a meal filled with meaning. Priests and their families would eat their meals in God's presence. They would be representing the people before God. It would be as though God, the king himself. We're relaxing at the table with them. This is all part of the back story. Of the life of David, and it's part of the back story off this argument between Jesus and the Ferris E. So Jesus references a time and David's life when he was on the run when his life was threatened. And he's got no food, no provisions. He's hungry, and he goes to find refuge in the House of God. And there he meets the priest, a man by the name of a him, Elek. And he asks the priest if he has any food for him and his friends and him, elect says I don't have any common food. But I do have the holy bread. And then him, Elek. Goes and gets the bread off the presence and gives it to David and his companions to eat. And if your affairs see right now you're thinking to yourself. Why would he do that? That's on Lee for the priest to eat. Now in a him Alexe defense, He probably wouldn't have done this for just anybody coming off the street. This isn't just anybody. This is David. The human king chosen by God, the true king to represent God to the people. It's David here. This isn't time to quibble about rules. Go get the bread. Says a him Elek. Let's have a feast. This brings us back. To the so called abaya. Thora him elect contradiction. Because the guy that Jesus mentions in Mark Chapter two is not a him, Elek. It's a bias are but abaya Thor is not even in the chapter. Who's abaya far then? You got to read the rest of the story. So you remember that David's on the run from Mad King Saul Saul wants to kill him, and he's hunting David. He's trailing David, and the trail leads salt to a him elect the priest. Saw questions. Ah, him, Elek. Why he helped David, his rival him elect answers and saw is not happy. With a hymn elects answer. And so he kills him. Elect. He slaughters him. He kills all the priests. He kills their families. He kills everybody on Lee. One guy makes it away from Sol. One of a him elect sons. The on Lee Priest left now. Man by the name..

"Bring Christ to the nations and the nations to the church. Thank you for your faithful support. Learned Maura at Lutheran, Our daughter Warg. Now here's our speaker, Dr Michael Zigler. Robert handed me a stack of papers. Five pages neatly stapled together. Robert had Diligently studied the Bible. And carefully recorded all the contradictions that he had found there. The Bible's full of contradictions. He told me. Here's a list What was special about Robert's list whose head it was so long? Five pages. Single spaced times. New Roman 10 Point font. There were the standard ones. Like The Bible says that God never grows weary. But then it says that God rested On the seventh day after creation, the first Sabbath Day or All of the different changes in the rules and laws from the old Testament to the New Testament and then There were some really obscure ones. I mean down in the weeds. For example, how in Mark Chapter two verse 26. It says that the high priest was ah by afar. When David ate the bread. But in first Samuel chapter 21 it says that Ah, him elect was the priest. Here's what I've learned about these so called Bible contradictions. There's usually a backstory. And if you're open to hearing it You may encounter what the Bible is all about. Let's try this out with the so called Baya Thara him elect contradiction, The one that I just mentioned, and what makes this so interesting is that it comes straight from the mouth of Jesus. It's recorded in Mark, Chapter two, and Jesus is in an argument with the Farris ease. The Faris seas were the self appointed authorities on God and the Bible. And of all the reasons that they had to dislike Jesus. The thing that really set them off was how he came off as contradicting the Bible. For example. The Ferris he's knew that God had commanded that there be no work on the Sabbath Day. But here Jesus was letting his disciples work on the Sabbath Day. They were plucking heads of grain for a snack as they were walking through the grain field. Now that is a little nit picky on the Ferris he's parked. Oh, consider that work, but from their perspective, it was a clear contradiction of God's law. Why are you letting them do this on the Sabbath? And Jesus. Instead of directly answering them references this obscure passage from the life of David, and what's really interesting is that apparently Jesus gets the name of the high priest wrong. Because the guy abaya Thor, But if you go and look it up in first Samuel chapter 21 right there in black and white, it's him, Elek. And apparently, the fierce. These don't even catch this because they don't call him out on it. Perhaps they're so busy looking for other contradictions that they didn't even bother to check the back story. Okay, so listen to the context behind this so called Bias are him. Elect Contradiction recorded in the Gospel of Mark Chapter two. All started verse 13. Once again, Jesus went out beside the Sea of Galilee. And all the crowd began to come to him, and he began to teach them. As he was going by. He saw Levi, the son of Alphas, sitting at the toll booth, the place where he was collecting taxes. And he says to him Follow me. And he got up and followed him. And it happens. That he is relaxing in his house in Levi's house, and there are many tax collectors and sinners reclining at the table with Jesus and his disciples. You know there were many and they were actually following him. And the scribes of the Farris sees when they saw that he was eating with Sinners and tax collectors. He started saying to his disciples he's eating with tax collectors and sinners. And Jesus when he heard it says to them. It is not those who are strong who need a doctor. But those who are sick. Did not come to call righteous people. Sinful ones. Now John's disciples and the disciples of the Farris seas were fasting. And they come and they say that Jesus Why do John's disciples and the disciples of the Ferris he's fast, but your disciples do not fast and Jesus said to them. The wedding. Guests are not able to fast while the bride groom is with them, are they As long as the groom is within, they cannot fast. But the day's air coming when the bride room will be taken from them. And then they will fast in that day. No one saw was a patch of new unstrung cloth on an old outer garment. If he does, the patch shrinks pulls away the new from the old so that the worst terror is made. And no one pours new wine in tow. Old wine skins he does the wine will First the skins. So that the wine is lost along with the skins. But new wine And it happened one Sabbath. He was walking through the grain fields and his disciples as they were making their way began to pluck. Heads of grain. And the Pharisees say to him, Look! Why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath? And Jesus says to them. Have you never read what David did..

It's the Gospel of Mark. Chapter two. So did Jesus. Get the name wrong? If you go and look up what David did In first Samuel chapter, 21. It doesn't look good for Jesus. The name is right there in black and white. It's a him elect, not abaya Thar. But before we question Jesus credibility, let's listen to the back story. It's a story of David. David, if you remember is the human king chosen by God. The true king to represent God to the people. The only problem is The old King isn't happy about this. The old King saw doesn't want David to be King. 12 loaves of bread, one for each tribe of Israel, and the priest would set out the new bread, and then he would take the bread from last week home to his household to his family, and they would eat the bread. Of the presence. Goes and gets the bread of the presence and gives it to David and his companions to eat. And if your affair see right now you're thinking yourself. Why would he do that? That's on Lee for the priest to eat. Now in a him Alexe defense, He probably wouldn't have done this for just anybody coming off the street. But this isn't just anybody. This is David. Human king chosen by God, the true king to represent God to the people. It's David here. This isn't time to quibble about rules. Go get the bread. Says a him Elek. Let's have a feast. This brings us back. To the so called abaya Thara him elect contradiction. Because the guy that Jesus mentions in Mark Chapter two is not a him, Elek. It's a bias are but a bio. Thor is not even in the chapter. Who's abaya far then? You got to read the rest of the story. So you remember that David's on the run from Mad King Saul Saul wants to kill him, and he's hunting David. He's trailing David, and the trail leads salt to a him elect the priest. Saw questions. Ahem, Elek. Why he helped David, his rival him elect answers and saw is not happy. With a hymn elects answer. And so he kills him. Elect. He slaughters him. He kills all the priests. He kills their families. He kills everybody on Lee. One guy makes it away from Sol. One of the him elect sons. The on Lee Priest left now. Man by the name. Of abaya Thar..

"Yeah, I was just just a fascinating moment. Fascinating Call love hearing your version. First. The TV? Yeah, great, devoid of emotion. But you know you You've been a player. You've been a coach for a long time. You ever seen anybody who had that kind of late game magic like that, where they were just whole home. And then when it came clutch crunch time, they just they just turned it on the way to Bo did Be hard pressed. Oh, find somebody that was better in in a in a half your football? I mean, I really that there's been some great quarterbacks in the three of us are football fans, and so we we could go back and List. Some of those guys that were just mean Elway was unbelievable. It was at his best in the fourth quarter, seemingly when they were behind. Um, but for that half year Or thereabouts. I mean, this. This guy in that team did some things that you just I mean, you just don't see there now. 15 to nothing against the Dolphins on the road late and fourth quarter. Find a way to come back and win that game and over time, and they were getting the water but they couldn't move the ball. They didn't move the ball, Elek. Then all of a sudden, it's like a switch was flipped. And it was like, Whoa, what do we and then the Dolphins started making mistakes that we saw that we saw that. Um you know a number of times during the course of the The regular season. The Bears, I think, come in Andhra running back late in the game. You know, if you just stay in bounds, you're probably gonna win the game runs out of bounds for for some reason, that's these air NFL players, and so they get they get along field goal from Praetor Senate and over time they get a long field going overtime from trader to win it and things like that, But But those things happen Maura than just once or twice. In that half your football, you know, but it reminds me And even in the most recent championship for the Broncos, they said, what was in an NFL record for most wins by one score, right? I mean, so sometimes you do have to have some of those balances. You have to create those bounces, too. So I guess in your experience as a player, and of course, calling games and even coaching to what extent can you cause your own luck? Well, I mean, I think I think playing hard And fundamentally being sound of what you do. Put you in position. To, as you said, create some of your own luck, right? And you mentioned that the 2015 team and that that was a team that obviously was was good enough to win a Super Bowl championship. And how you know, we think back to those days and think man that he was so good on defense. They dominated people in defense, and they had paid man even though he got hurt that year, and they just blue team's the way they really didn't you brought that up. I think there were 12 games that year. There were one score games and they went 10 of them. So there's a confidence level that good teams get and they generate that and they start to believe that a listen Let's just hang in there. We'll find a way to win this game you you can't if coaches or owners or G M's could bottle that I mean, they would be billionaires because you can't You can't underestimate or overestimate what that means to a team. But you only get that I if you find a way to win, and then you can stack another win and you build on that, and that's that's something, frankly, that the current Broncos the last You know, a few years. It sort of worked in reverse for them. It's almost been like they've waited for somebody to screw up. So I think that has to be something that's addressed moving forward with this team, and they gotta find a way to win. And once you do, then you gotta find a way to build on that. And believe me the confidence that the team has When that happens is just you can't buy it. One of our listeners texted and said that clip plus, Dave's voice immediately gives me goose bumps. That's brave, frequent listener of the show. So I want to pass that along to the other day, but switch switching switching gears here a little bit. The Broncos are in the middle of a general manager search right now, in an interesting debate, developed on Twitter today about backgrounds and preferred backgrounds for general managers on the pro side of the House or the college scouting side of the House. Do you think either of those matters And if so, which side? You kind of come down on on that? E think it's interesting. I think that I think both are really important. Um, in an NFL organization, I mean, really important. But to me, uh, the key ingredient that I would be looking for for GM is I want to sit down with this guy and watch film with this guy, and I want to see if he sees the same things that I see. I don't think you could bottle you know all the characteristics of a GM and let's just say for somebody who's been on the player personnel side and then has been on the pro person college personnel side. You know, And he's done this for 10 12 15 years is that necessarily make him The best pick a GM. I would say no, I don't think so. I think there are certain qualities that are sort of magical qualities that guys have. You can develop them. But to me if if I'm involved in in helping make that decision is that which guy this is? What I first want to do is I want to sit down and turn on the tape and I want to look at things and I wanted to say OK, tell me what you see from this guy, and I want to see if that Jives with what I see. Right. So, um, yeah, I think it's a you know, I guess Best case scenario. Would you like somebody that's done it before? Sure, But I think for the Broncos perspective and get maybe from my perspective Most important thing is bringing somebody in and given him complete autonomy to run the football side of the organization and right all due respect, I think John is He's got a really good job. I mean, he's been a great player he's brought Super Bowl championships is a player energy M to this town, but I think it's time and I think he believes is too for a new set of eyes on this, and the only way you do that is you give complete autonomy to that guy to make decisions, And when you do that he's got to be able to make decisions. That you might not totally agree with. And so otherwise, What's the point of bringing somebody else in just for ideas? But if if you're the Johns, a powerful voice in the organization, he wheels a lot of power, and it could be. I think it intimidating guy. Not not that he tries to intimidate, but that's John Freaking Elway. Right? So it's the G M. You bring in Looks at him like that and says, I've got to run every single thing by him. Why? Why make the move? Okay. Two minutes left here, Dave. So when they sit down, and they look a true lock, what are they going to see? Well, I can tell you what I see. I don't know exactly what l see. I see a kid that has enough arm talent to be a very good player in the lake. I see a kid who's a good enough athlete. He's not a running quarterback, but he's a quarterback to can run. He can. He can extend plays with his feet. I When I turn the tape on, I see a guy that has made some good decisions, but too many bad decisions. Too many decisions that from a percentage standpoint. You you. You can't do on a consistent basis and be a winning quarterback nor winning football team. And the question is, Do you think you can coach those decisions out of Drew is through improved to the point and understand the value of possession of the football. They led the league in turnovers that can't That's why they're where they are five and 11 as one of the biggest reasons. Right. You can't That's the single most important thing in this off season to me is getting that fixed next year. So if you look at the tape on, you think you've got a chance to get that fixed?.
