It is high in protein vitamins and minerals but lo and sodium and carbs. Eight three ounce or eighty four gram serving of tempe contains these nutrients hundred sixty two calories fifteen grams of protein. Nine grams of fat nine grams of carbs nine milligrams of sodium twelve percent of the recommended daily intake for iron nine percent of the rdi for calcium eighteen percent of the rdi for viable flam twelve percent of the rdi for nia seen eighteen percent of the rdi for magnesium twenty one percent of the rdi for phosphorus and lastly fifty fifty four percent of the rdi for janis because it is more compact products tempe provides more protein than some other vegetarian alternatives for example three ounces of tofu contained six grams of protein or about forty percent of the protein in the same amount of tempe. Tempe is also a good dairy free source of calcium. One cup of tempe contains about two thirds of the calcium fanned in one cup of home milk. So that was very specific to really show you guys and break down the nutrient profile of temp. So like i said it contains prebiotics fermentation as a process that involves a breaking down of sugars by bacteria and yeast through fermentation. The finnick acid found and soybeans is broken down helping to improve digestion and absorption unpasteurized fermented foods may contain probiotics or are beneficial bacteria that may provide health benefits when in however tempe s fermented using a fungus and is usually cooked before eating. Additionally commercial products are patriot is for these reasons. It contains minimal amount of bacteria however tempests seems to be rich and prebiotics types of fiber that promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in your digestive system studies have found that prebiotics increase the formation of short chain fatty acids in the colon. "Happy stories. Now, we're going to jump into my breaking bad story in which a Trenton cops brother admitted to dealing meth. For those who haven't seen breaking bad a man starts cooking meth out of his RV or something and his brother works for the DA. So this is kind of a real life version of that in which a a cops brother decided to deal. Miss According to this report. The man's struck a deal with the feds. However, he faces a mandatory ten year bid and up to life imprisonment along with ten million dollars in fines, which he's sentenced to later this year. Part of the deal he made was that he agreed to forfeit ninety seven thousand dollars in cash that was seized from his home last January. Now, the part that makes this like breaking bad is at the man's brother is actually in the DA, the drug, enforcement administration, which makes. If not interesting because it's almost real life based at least interesting because the dichotomy you know one child grows up to get rid of drugs. The other child grows up to spread drugs on the streets. It should be noted that the man arrested also used to be an officer. It's not stated why he is no longer an officer. Apparently, he became not an officer before this whole mess incident started perhaps he just wanted to get farther away from it as he fell down that rabbit hole. The methamphetamine rabbit hole anyways. The man's brother was a lead investigator. In two year long one point three, million dollar drug bust operation in two, thousand, sixteen, which targeted sixty different people some of them high ranking bloods including leader Bobbi Williams. So his brother is not only. In the DA he is actually one of the leaders of the investigation teams. The feds agreed not to initiate any further criminal charges against the arrested men. Due to the fact that he pled guilty. Which means although he might receive punishment as previously stated, he will not be charged against the one, thousand, seven, hundred, ninety, six. which was seized from his house. Apparently, the feds were already investigating the man's house when the cops raided and found the meth along with the large amount of mess. The cups also recovered fifty two grams of cocaine one, hundred, eighty, four grams of pot prescription pills, several vials of anabolic steroids, and about ninety seven, thousand dollars in cash stored in sealed boxes wrapped in tin foil and buried in the man's basement. This is like breaking bed once they found the man's methamphetamines, he said he was unaware that it was in his garage. He later on insisted that it was his girlfriend who stashed their He only fessed up once the feds walked in the room. Apparently, it was a much bigger investigation than anyone was aware of the man's defense attorney was eventually questioned on however meth empire could go under the nose of the Fed. So easily and she responded quote. What kind of Meth Empire leave him alone you have false information. On all right I feel like we've squeezed everything we could've out of that once now we're going to transition dynamite was found in a car over the weekend, but it turned out just to be a beef stick. this occurred in the great state of Kansas and the situation climaxed first responders were called to the report of explosive in a car. The incident occurred around four, forty, five PM last Wednesday. And the request for a response team resulted in the Greensburg police firefighters and deputies all responding at once. To what was reported to be a stick of dynamite attached to the dash of a vehicle. The Greensburg Police Department said on facebook quote. Upon units arriving and securing the area, it was discovered that the item in question was a beef stick still in its rapper. Of course, there were no explosives and no threats to the public. He goes on to say quote, the vehicle owner removed the suspicious beef stick from the Dash. Now there are no further developments in this story, which is kind of sad I wanted to see how this turned out. I'm somewhat suspicious that it was a prankster who put this altogether. But perhaps it was just somebody who confused a beef stick for a stick of I'm sure it could happen. Look I'll be honest I'm just suspicious because this happened in Kansas and not Florida. Now we're going to transition into a Lithuanian man was found living in an English forest for five years. After he went missing, it is reported that he was last seen at work in twenty fifteen. Detectives are now investigating whether or not he fled an exploitative situation. which would be like black male or getting involved with the mob something like that. Anyway. It said that he was last seen leaving his work at a fruit and vegetable supplier in the town of. This is going to be my mispronunciation of the week. Charteris Cambridge Shire of castleberry. That's a brilliant name anyways. Police believe that's the thirty five year old gathered with other men of his native Lithuania after work that night and was never seen again a few weeks after the man's disappearance police launched a murder investigation. Quote there were genuine concerns on whether or not he came to harm that evening. He did not return to work on Monday twenty eighth September two, thousand, fifteen as expected. But now we believe he made the decision to run away. He had been a victim of crime having previously been subject to exploitation. After several years they stopped looking for the man presuming he was dead. However, a recent trip led them to search the wooded area in a nearby town where quote the man was eventually found living in undergrowth very well concealed after having deliberately hidden and having not spoken with anyone for some time. We made the decision not to publicly announced. We had found the man alive until now in order to protect him and put safeguarding measures in place, he is safe and we are working very closely with him to ensure he remains safe but also to ensure he gets the support he needs after having lived through extremely difficult circumstances during the last five or more years. This article concludes with Cambridge Shire Police, urging people to visit their website in order to learn about the signs of exploitation and modern, day slavery. So they can report it and help those who may be experiencing it. All right time for a nice little cute story. A young dog is being called the Unicorn puppy because it has an extra tail on its forehead. The puppies name is nor wall and he was actually found abandoned however after somebody found him he found online fame. Such bad line. Due to the fact that he looks like a Unicorn, not really it's Kinda dopey looking. You know the tail just swooping down in the middle of his forehead. It's pretty cute but it doesn't make him look like a Unicorn I'm not GonNa lie to you folks you can go online and look it up. It is adorable and that ugly sort of way that some dogs are both. Hideous and cute. Apparently, emissary rescue group found the Doug when he was only ten weeks old. The group specializes in dogs with special needs, injuries, or abuse issues, and as a result took him in fourth with the rescue group wrote on facebook. Wall. Is Super excited for being the poster child for quote special is awesome. The Clinics Veterinarian said that the dog is a quote does sound mix. And the tail is likely a congenital defect. He goes on to say quote those usually manifest in dogs as cleft palates or extra toes. and. The causes can range from environmental factors to toxins which the puppies mothers may have been exposed to. Finishes a statement by saying quote, he could visit hospitals, schools and nursing homes showing others that being different is more than okay it's great in fact. Very, inspirational this puppy with a tail on its warhead. When asked if the tail could lead to any health problems, the clinic responded that the only problem is that we wish it wagged. The tail is not actually connected to any muscles or anything. It's just dangling off his forehead. It should be noted that he is not available for adoption just yet the clinic wrote quote. We want him to grow up a bit more and truly make sure the tail doesn't become a bother or a problem. and. Finally, you can go online and look up videos of this child Doug. Being playful and happy again, which is really nice to see. He's chewing up all sorts of things that squeak pretending to be alive. So it's good to see that he kept his vicious animal instincts intact. And that's it for my controversial stories of the week. Stay tuned to the next segment where I'll give you my dark stories including a man who got fined for pretending to be a ghost in a cemetery. Are..

"Slice of cucumber in order to clean your faucets sinks and stainless steel appliances. It is economically viable and will not leave any residue, but it will make you look like an idiot. Welcome. Back to the GMC Weird News podcast I'm giving a bunch of vegetable facts this week because I figure vegetables have to be good for something. So why not facts? Maybe that's why. anyways, we just got done talking about some hot Dang sausage machines in Germany. A beautiful story sausages are my favorite food just because they're like seven foods just blended and wrapped into one. The problem is my second favorite food is like cashews. and. So it was a rough day for me when I realized that my main diet consists of sausage and nuts. Anyways, I should probably just cut this out I'm talking about this because dynamite was found in a car over the weekend, but it turned out to be a beef stick. let's occurred in the great state of Kansas and the situation climaxed as first responders were called to the report of an explosive in a car. "The fans theoretically would spin at a slower rate of speed providing the same thermal performance as the with solid front panel with Astra fans but anyway The the build of this is going to be identical to the five hundred. The difference is that Split Mesh Front panel design. It's a metal grill kind of like a high end speaker grill for like a vehicle but it also integrates. Rgb lighting so if you like air GB it's fairly subtle. I mean this is a little bit more front and center than the the dark by seven hundred wise which just had like an edge strip possess two strips right up in the front which you can control with a little button on the top. I O cycle between all the different colors and patterns that are available or just plug it into an available motherboard header. Like I do and you have it sinked with your systems. Air Light Scheme. There's also a pre installed air. Gb Light Strip on the inside edge of the top of the case so quite a bit of lighting actually inside of a white case like this. So if you don't like the air. Gb effect you can completely disable it. Or I would recommend if you're not really big into bright. Rgb light get the black version because the versions not going to be as bright on the inside build it more of a muted effect but the ninety nine dollars price it has the features. I just mentioned it has a glass panels a four millimeter thick tempered glass panel perfectly clear. They don't tent their side panels on these so the dark. Pay Seven hundred that we looked at last year. This one it it. It's like there's No side panel installed when you have it there of very nice if you're trying to show off your bill so the performance of the case obviously matters. This is a very compact design if you put a standard it exporting here at twelve by nine point six inch or going to pretty much fill the component chamber top to bottom. There's just enough room up top for fans and they have a pre install hundred and forty millimeter fan up top hundred and forty millimeter fan on the rear and front pre installed. You really don't have official support for radiators top if you want to put liquid cooling in this case you're either GonNa be stuck with one hundred twenty one hundred forty millimeter liquid cooler on the back. You'd probably get away with even thicker one twenty on the top because it would be far enough away from the motherboard to make that work but you could put up to a three sixty upfront. So the front is where you're going to want to put your liquid cooler because that's where the additional space is. It's a very small case as I mentioned so beyond that. Like if you understand that we're talking about a very compact design among the smaller of the cases you can buy enough the smallest it performs extremely. Well I just compared it against this particular set of components in the open test bench before installed it in the case and then after installing it into the case the temperatures did not rise very much at all in fact they have the lowest rise of any recently tested case. It's all due to just excellent airflow. There are times when higher flow case will give you better performance than open test bench. I think back to the Old Silverstone Fortress F. T. O. Two that I had with the giant triple hundred eighty millimeter fans at the bottom. It was a rotated layout so all hot air was being pushed right out the top. That would perform better than an open test bench but it was Kinda loud. Those fans were not especially quiet. The fans in this case where the loudest part of my build. It was still only thirty. Four point five decibels that was an ideal and load so I put the sound pressure meter where I was standing which was one foot away from the front left corner of the case and it was still only thirty four and a half decibels and I was running the Metro Exodus benchmark over and over again. I had it almost boy durations till system heat up my little simulated gaming road and it still was very quiet and the temperatures were excellent. We only saw a rise of two degrees over an open test bench situation with both GP MCP. Let's very good. We usually see a rise of at least five to ten depending on the case and the airflow and a small design like this to have these numbers. It's a testament to the airflow. So between the bill quality excellent thermals. The fact that the included fans are of high quality. These are not cheap fans. They're quiet fans there three Penn. They're not four PIN FANS. So you're that thirty four and a half decibels that I was getting. That's what you're stuck with unless you use a fan controller but overall I was very impressed with the case and I I liked the five hundred. I think the five hundred deacs is just huge upgrade. If you don't like the aesthetics that's the only thing I can really see that might be galvanizing people to look at it especially the white one and see the Split Grille. Maybe don't like the way the light far is look Get the black one. Turn the lighting off at one hundred dollars the closest case. I can think of to the competes with it is the the two hundred the two twenty t. I think it's the Corsair Carbide to twenty two that I reviewed not too long ago that that also comes with three high quality fans. It's GonNa come down to that. One was really galvanizing. As far as aesthetics go because it had this sort of asymmetrical pattern to the front panel The two are similar enough in size. You're basically getting almost exactly the same build experience the same storage support. In fact I I have identical builds with the circuit. Compare those two reviews directly as far as the thermal performance in noise but Very impressed with the case and I did give it the editor's choice award which take that for what you will. I just thought I liked the other one. This was a lot better. We don't do a number rating system. I will say I think it was. Kit grew a couple sites out there that do number systems. I think they give it an eight point five out of ten. I would absolutely put it somewhere between eight and nine out of ten. It's not perfect. No case is is really good when anything is not only a good performer but also a good value like I think the the cost of the case. We think about like typical case costs the fact that they took what was an affordable case they upgraded it with integrated air. Gp RAISE THE PRICE. About Twenty Bucks. I find that to be a good value. It's like I found the Corsair to twenty t to be a really good value because of the fans that include so anyway. Check out review if you WANNA see all the detailed holds up pictures of the interior and what the finished. Bill looked like and everything Cable management by we'll has a footnote was also very good in this case so no complaints here all right so again. That's the be quiet pure base five hundred the ex and that's the special said. This is the upgrade to the five hundred which came out last year. So if you're shopping for this mixture you're looking for that five hundred D X and it. I believe it's it's shipping. I saw anyway that they had a stock already. So Great Let's finish up our reviews this week. We've got one more from Sebastian. Talk about audio now in. This is the Sennheiser G. S. P. Three seventy wireless gaming headset indeed and Hey we have absolutely no advertising relationship with e poster Sennheiser so we can. You can just crap all over this product which also gave an address choice award by the way Excellent Gaming headset. I will say right off the bat. It looks kind of big and I of course elected upstairs right here. It's kind of on a large ish side not too bad but it's very light. It's just over. Ten Ounces. Two hundred eighty four grams or something and very comfortable. This split headband design Which actually felt very nice. There's a a solid padding level in the top and the the split design kind of increases the surface area. So it's not it doesn't feel heavy against your head at all. Plus it's like any way the ear pads have a very good cushion on them but not just not just soft material. It's like a leather like material. But then the the surface actually touches your face. She won't be able to see. Just GONNA book. Black is a sort of velvet. Feel so these. These never felt like sticky. There's no shiny surface to get sticky from your own sweat over a long period of time. I wore these for hours at a time and they never felt uncomfortable. I've I've worn gaming headsets. That were absolutely great for the first hour or two and then they start to kind of the sort of uncomfortable pressure against your ears especially if you have larger ears and that your cups don't go all the way around them. So then maybe part of your ears being pressed against the side of your head. I don't have any of those issues that your ups themselves are of significant enough size. The should go around most people's ears and the effects is to see a lot a lot of outside noise. These have very good noise suppression. They're not active. Noise cancelling headphones. You put them on. You'll still hear stuff significantly muted The microphone I will. I'll briefly mentioned. This is a gaming headset. The boom comes down and at about the forty five degree mark. There's a little clique which you can barely hear. And then at that point the mute has been this engaged and the MIC is on you raise it automatically news the MIC microphone. Sounds very good for a gaming headset. Microphone up the Best I've ever heard but it does a very good job. I think it's probably the best I've ever a tested as far as noise rejection so just like very good noise. Isolation the design of the microphone rejects outside noise very well. It's extremely directional towards your mouth and I tested it myself in a room with my son who was very loudly playing with some toys and It was you could barely hear him in the background. So it's a very good chat headset. It'd be very good headset for doing like Microsoft teams calls or Webex presentations or something The software by the way that power sees it there is an option to enable an active noise. Cancellation a sophomore noise. Cancellation with the microphones on guessing at something similar to what's built into discord. That is great out. So they're not currently supporting something they could bring in a firmware update. Let's I did almost all my testing with them. Just in their default state. It's a two four GIGAHERTZ wireless headset so you need a USB dangle and I prefer this because Odongo means higher sound quality means you're not compressing the audio with the SBC standard. It's not doing a psycho acoustic stuff to your sounds. Just broadcasting basically loss loss wireless signal that has also latency so. I tried it with everything. Get my hands on I. I had it on the. Pc tried it on a Mac. I booted up when it's destroyed To eighteen four lts try to in a VM of A BOON TO TWENTY DOT.

They wanted a specialist witness says Laura who called in the local Wildlife Center to verify her one thousand four hundred fifty six pieces. The witness had to be somebody who knew about beavers. Explains Laurie the Nice thing. About collecting beaver she adds. It's not like collecting teddy bears with Teddy bears. There's so many of them beaver. She points out there so hard to find as the United Press International tells it an angler out. Ice Fishing at White Potato Lake called nine one one to report a skunk wearing a can like a helmet. Wisconsin wildlife officials were called in and removed the can from the skunks head. The wildlife officers were able to escape getting sprayed. But they're going to have to throw away the box. They used to capture it. There was a strong skunk smell on the cash. Money used by Louisiana woman to pay her jail blonde but that had nothing to do with Malodorous Mammal. It was the strong odor of marijuana. According to police that makes sense. She had been arrested on drug charges. Ohio Highway Patrol troopers pulled over this woman for Weaving. She told the officer. She was weaving because she was trying to change the station on her car radio. It was more likely a sampling of some of the drugs in her car. One hundred doses of LSD one hundred eighty four grams of coke eleven hits of Ecstasy and other drugs and Paraphernalia. Meanwhile back in Louisiana Baton Rouge couple's been arrested for stealing be year a thousand dollars worth of beer thirtysomethings Ashley and Matthew. Forbes took turns going into various target stores filling. A cart was six packs and slipping out the door without paying. They were arrested. Sunday when Matt allegedly also tried to steal an electric drill in Athens Alabama. A law firm has been caught fibbing. About why their client needed a delay for his trial. The client is longtime sheriff. Mike Blakely who's facing felony charges of stealing campaign donations and abusing the power of his office to squeeze money out of banks and even his own employees lawyers for the sheriff of three dozen years at first claimed their client couldn't make the trial on time on account of his corona virus illness. The judge didn't buy it and despite blakely multiple trips to the ER. He tested negative for the virus and for the flu. And for walking pneumonia. The lawyers assured the judge. They weren't trying to pull a fast one saying. There were apparently several kinds of corona viruses. But all we had to go on with what we knew at the time. They makers of Tito's vodka this week felt compelled to announce that vodka of any brand does not contain enough alcohol to sanitize hands or surfaces. That statement was apparently prompted after a customer tweeted that. Tito's vodka helped him make some hand sanitizer if it was a joke. Tito's wasn't laughing tweeting per the CDC hand sanitizer needs to contain at least sixty percent alcohol. Tito's is forty percent alcohol and therefore does not meet the current recommendation the grain alcohol beverage known as ever clear however at one hundred twenty prove does meet the sixty percent standards the more you know and the search for toilet paper. During the corona virus uncertainty has led to this in East Yorkshire England. Arcade owner has removed all of the toys from his claw machine and replace them with rolls of toilet. Paper and arcade owner in Devon England filled his claw machine with bottles of hand sanitizer. And finally you may have heard this week about one hundred year old Ruth Bryant of Roxborough North Carolina who celebrated by marking going to jail off her bucket list. Then were a string of amusing nuggets to the story about how deputies cuffed who are Walker and how. She playfully kicked at one of the officers to try to resist arrest. There was the deputies joke that she should be careful of his bad knees on. That can her retort that he should be careful both of hers. Ms Bryant was only in jail long enough to try on the jumpsuit and got a mugshot before she went back to her nursing. Home Birthday Party to enjoy some cake and you may have heard some truly funny jokes about this story but you may not have heard the whole story which includes perhaps the funniest thing of all.

"Is talk about a thirty W. Y. S. and mark Belling late afternoon show you something I stumbled onto a YouTube Leslie was I was looking around trying to find your U. typing keywords for something or other probably everybody knows this I didn't know what until last think you know that there's people who go into casinos and just video themselves playing the slot machines and they put that up on you tube posted why I I thought that was a spectacularly good question unless the person like wins a huge jackpot if you could watch it live why would anybody want to watch that I apologize that I don't know if they let him do it but there that there there were like people that like and they got subscribers well it used to be that you couldn't use a cell phone in the sports book areas of bracelets they just got rid of that because they're so ubiquitous now you're not supposed to some casinos stop you from taking pictures in certain places but that's become harder to enforcement whether you're allowed to or not I don't know but there's you I guess why would somebody want to set a you tube and watch somebody else play a machine I mean I said you need to have a hobby but that's great that to be is great but the bottom of the barrel I mean if you're playing a slot machine I would want to stand behind you and what you what I know who you are what's that posted watching poker isn't it at least there's some strategy to that and I've had a hard time understanding what people watch poker I TT I could never been able to really get into it all at all and it used to be a lot and then it went away and now there's some but there's just so many sports channels out there TV programming anyway this story so watch it a comedy they held a news conference yes that even though the person was arrested and charged last week I don't have a lot of information beyond what everybody else is reported but it's it's still interesting it's apparently one of the biggest drug bust in the history of watching a county the guy charged is Jeremy admin and they've been on him for two years know what the people out when someone is at the top of the drug dealing food chain it's very hard to nail the because most people who are at the top are smart enough to never get their hands dirty with any drugs it's a cash primarily a cash only because this at the cash moves to seven other hands before it ever gets to you so often if they want to get the top person rather than you know just the people that are doing street sales and so on it's a very laborious process for the investigators anyway the guy's name is Jeremy urban he's thirty eight years old and the amount of drugs at the pot in his possession rather high but the amount of drug dealing with they said was going on apparently astronomical let me quote here I've got a few different stories this one is a gentle poor from kia J. four dot com admin thirty eight allegedly had eight point three pounds of cocaine that's a lot whatever twenty eight grams of crack cocaine sixteen by getting bills that's not much three hundred and eighty four grams of marijuana and three hundred thousand dollars in his possession investigators also sees gold or silver bank accounts and a vehicle he's been charged with a number of felonies including operating a drug trafficking placed a little bit I've been able to pick up his he apparently was a significant Mr bag in the area to the northwest of Milwaukee thirty eight year old guy if you see a story like this you wonder did the neighbors know what the guy was doing for a living did they suspected some of the drug dealers that I know of in Milwaukee the flash the cast your rod to do everything they can to draw attention to themselves because that's just their lifestyle but if you're out there in the suburbs in your flashing a ton of.

"In the lobby of Ramsey solutions three stage of Nathan and Callie with us Hey guys how are yeah great pretty well Dave are you better than I deserve good to have you guys welcome where do you live global Kentucky font in here how much data you paid off two hundred and fifty five thousand dollars I love it and how long did this take it took us twenty months why did it go and your range of income during that time how we started at two hundred and seventy three thousand and we are trending to end at around four hundred thirty thousand goodness gracious we all do for a living I'm an HR leader at a private compare me fracture Graham manager for the company way to go guys man you're killing it look at this income dang dang well done thanks and the two fifty five was what okay so who is eighteen thousand car fourteen thousand personal loan thirty three thousand credit cards in a hundred and eighty eight thousand student loans you just got the bone there did you see that yeah home to us all right I got free reign to apply for all the loans in school myself so I took him out for cars barbecue everything but class no okay all right cars and barbecue yeah the first two things come to mind I was pretty popular for the first two years I love it love it how long have you two been married two years on the twenty fourth how long you been out of school six years him six years me several more okay on good a couple more all right good good what your careers are very very impressive and the fact that you decided to attack the us right after marriage is impressive so tell me the story what happened to you woke up I mean you're you're you know you're marrying into this big student loan that obviously I mean Kelly you're looking at this moment that's not how I went from him on the plane or get married yeah all that's good not tell this story this is great I want to hear this so she mentioned a couple times about doing and like to turn to becoming debt free uhhuh my experience like for when I grew up the only time I would see you as if you were selling me am way Kirby vacuum or lack of term life women I never did in there that are you talking to like this is the that was my experience going by that came to me trying like teacher out of like handle money all I so I thought for so when she mentioned I anticipate like like this is going to result in six years of trying to sell needs generic and we cleaner what out of my basement for Nixon so it took it took awhile then sheepishly said some other Babe Hey by the way before we get started and we're about to merge finances here's my Sallie Mae receipt of a hundred and like eighty four grams just just so you know that we have this year when you were on the plane when you did this yes going to get me treated a destination wedding yes we got married in Cancun and so you're on the way to Cancun mid air yeah yeah you consider throwing him out the door that was probably the nicest thing I can say less than a hundred eighty grand turn the plane around may mess up all money moon you will do you really or something at the last minute I'm like she was asking for the log in info has a cough yes this is it here we go and so I headed toward the point I know we had to add I mean I had a car I knew we had a credit card I just didn't know how substantial yeah so as we're sitting in our first class seats on this flight then I find out we have an additional one hundred eighty thousand dollars worth of that so so all joking aside Nathan were you just you didn't think it was that big a deal or you're too ashamed or what what how do you almost get married and she doesn't know so I think that in it took awhile to realize the space I was in but just the the space I was in was always thought there was something quick that I could do to get rid of it so it would be a big deal and so you always hear about like you know going you can flip houses or you can do this like I give you thirty grand real quick turn in the sixties so I was always seeking out to look for like the really rich person as I might I was savvy to tell me something the get rich quick idea but the first thing I did when I got the temple was always immediately over my mouth with some kind of a bottle like you understand you know make enough money or like you don't have as much so you don't know what I'm going through as opposed to listening to the most thing that people are well to give you the advice of like well this is how you go about it like this is how you gradually build your money as opposed to like there's nothing that's quick and so when she would give me like the risk averse approach kind of talk to finance I just felt like if I can shut up long enough then I can find something quick get rid of the debt and insure my account after all gone it's so it took it took awhile to get to the point of communication for you to be transparent and then just like we're here here is that we have you don't have to hide it and then we start to work together select that was the difference I think when things got off of route for me because it was the first time I felt like you could do things together and be transparent and then you have to see change as opposed to having to avoid the pain of being like Austin Princeton sorry I keep you from being outed in first class in midair yeah this yeah ouch ouch wow that's a good discussion that's interesting very interesting and so all kidding aside Kelly what was your what happened like I mean when you hear this what happened to you what I have I know about you and I had been on a date before I've been merry previously it had did at cleared all that up so I've had my own little solo private you know I'm debt free spring in so while I was upset because again he wasn't very transparent I knew there was a way out we make really great mining yeah view this broke yeah so I knew that if we can get on the same page and follow the plan that eventually we'd be able to you know live a life that I wanted to live yeah very cool and so she starts telling you that this is possible and it has it doesn't involve selling a rainbow vacuum or any M. way so powder and did you start believing or at that point then no because then you sent envelopes of the house that's will put more money into it was it was it was the fight it it took a couple months of like all right well here's you know here's the thing we want or like if you just listen this plan when things happen they're not emerged so the first time I learned like just stick to the plan pay things off the day that we got that free air conditioner went out yeah and it was so awesome to go upstairs and say alright it's really hot like our baby are concerned because you know X. amount of dollars will just cash flow we got the money and then we'll put it back you know right around expects and so that was that was that was the best part thank you for holding different ways are just just a whole different way yeah all different way from the way you the way you look at things previously so did either one of you grow up in homes that were responsible financially no family of four thirty grand my peers recently passed and I found out we had it was over a hundred forty grand worth it just in that side so that same answer is what continue for me yeah it is you live like based off minimum payments not based off of what you can actually for to cancel so that's that's my son had up until you know nine months ago and then you don't make thirty grand I mean you're you're slightly on the income side you can't be stupid so I just cannot lock out on it yeah yeah wow good for you what about you Kelly no no it was my mom and and I and I mean I think the most she may was four dollars an hour work in a factory job and she was the same mentality you know parking for the minimum payment then we're good so now this was completely foreign to me until I heard on the radio I think one day going to work I was young twenties but that that was the very first time I ever heard anything about being debt free and actually I'm no saving up to buy things I'm telling you if your mom and dad look at your incomes now and the fact that you don't have a single that and the fact that you're under control with money they have to be very proud this bill would have some looking at your from heaven or whatever but they have to be very proud we're proud of you absolutely incredible you are a rockstar couple I mean this is these numbers are just out there there my amazing absolutely amazing and man you got you got a really really bright future it's going to be incredible well well done you guys very well on all right we've got a copy a Chris Hogan's book for you every day millionaires you'll be one and twenty seconds if you're not already my gosh every day millionaires Jim how ordinary people built extraordinary wealth and how you can too and it's what those rich people said slow and steady right saying nothing all right it's Nathan and Callie Lobel Kentucky two hundred and fifty five thousand dollars but all open twenty months making to seventy three to four thirty wow counted down at zero debt free screwed three two one where.

"UK to get US started onto our first main story this week magic we don't often bring UK politics onto this podcast but it is a very interesting time in the UK right now. Tell us where we're at so yeah. There's quite a few reasons why we don't waste talk about politics on the Gospel this week we've been looking a little bit around voter registration in the UK okay and just for people that maybe aren't particularly aware or keeping up or have had enough of what's going on in the political sphere where we're at the moment the UK is currently set to leave the EU on the Tober. That's the data is being agreed upon at some point and Pasta Law to stop US leaving on that date however there's a legal challenge around the around that law has been passed the resolution from parliament and parliament has also been suspended things pretty much very of up in the air with everything to do with Brexit ads they helping since past twenty sixteen and they're obviously the basics but one thing as I say that we have been looking at behind the scenes at the moment here in the UK. There's a huge of surging people registering to vote for potential upcoming election so this is people registering in anticipation of an upcoming general election but we don't have a general election coming up right now no so there isn't one slated for anytime soon even though there has been talk of it so prime minister are Johnson is twice a cool to have an election an early election to so try and create majority for the Conservatives in parliament but he's lost both votes on these so of course our election so in this in the seventy two hours following his first attempt on September the fourth nearly two hundred thousand people applied to register to vote You have to go through an application process so it's not two hundred thousand people are now can vote that couldn't before but so they just in the process of actually applying making sure that they are eligible for if if this happens and more than half of these applications were from people under thirty five an applications have remained pretty high since the September fourth off date won the first election was mooted and basically it's a lot more popular among a younger demographic and they've been tens of thousand people registered interesting every single day there are more than twenty five thousand applications from the Thirty Five Group on September the tenth on one single day and more than a million people have registered to vote since Johnson became prime minister a couple of months ago but he's this much of a surprise. There's lots of talk. Elections like you said Johnson's been trying couple of times to get an election election so people sign up for vote. What's unusual here. So one of the big sort of things that is unusual is the fact that basically is is the volume without having to vote election confirmed so we've actually been looking at some of the data around these registrations and applications locations or registrations like the UK government's website does show you so it's really good in terms like putting out data in terms of the amount of people registering their ages and on January so of like demographic information so it's quite interesting to look on that front and there's obviously away sort of like anytime an election is potentially mentioned there is some. I'm sort of surging people so of applying to do it but there is a big issue with people who haven't registered in the UK if you're talking about trying to get as many people involved in democracy as possible so research from the electoral commission has found that between seven point eight and eight point five million people who are eligible to vote in the UK are not correctly correctly registered so that's obviously a huge percentage of the country and potential electro together and increasingly as we've been seeing some of these data shown that's it's a very political turbulent time here and there's a lot more interesting people getting involved with registry. You mentioned the kind of demographic so the people that are registering to vote right now who's going to benefit from this surgeon younger voters registering to vote yeah this is where it gets a little bit more interesting because we've been speaking to political scientists and looking at some of the advertising data the efforts that political parties are making around the UK and the Labor Party has been trying to potentially capitalize on this surgeon offset an interest so on September the eight week or so after so like the election was potentially called for Labor released a facebook facebook at encouraging people to sign up register and this was through. I think one of Jeremy Colvin's accounts and then quite a few other sort of labor local groups have been so reposting the ad and Jaren as well according to data from facebook's Ad Archive which introduced some time last year showing more details about some political ads and who talkative and everything like that between five hundred thousand and a million people have actually seen this ad and it would imply that the party pretty much finks a surge of younger voters would benefit eight in a big way surely wouldn't be appetizing. F- telling people to register to vote if it didn't think that was going to be some benefit to its potential oh so voting outcomes in event election however of some of the analysts we've been speaking to and political scientists have been saying that actually if you look at the data you too from the last election which wasn't a snap election which was two thousand fifteen and using that as a baseline then actually shifted younger people vote moving. Eh Vote actually make that much difference to the overall outcome so they were saying there could be a one point five percentage point change and essentially as not really enough to you change an entire election. What does the Labor Party say about this is sort of getting actively involved in doing this advertising yeah so from what we spoke to them as a reporter will was speaking to some of the Party members they say that they are efforts are more just in a idea promoting democracy getting more people to more people to register and it's not sort of like some tactical sinister campaign to get people that are interested in the Labor Party registered combat's pads of a party so it's very much from that perspective we want to get more people involved in politics and democracy which is a good thing but it does have I to me. It raises the questions around so if you're doing this as a party must that must be something that you see to gain cynically getting people to register to vote is better than cynically making it harder for people to vote on balance exactly. It's not a bad thing just some interesting data that we started to see that was around some of these conversations that going on all and events in the political sphere. I think that's something we're going to hear a lot more about as well the idea of tactical very tiring and what the data analytics can tell us about how parties are doing and how people should vote if they want certain outcomes obviously if we do have an election soon it's going to be based pretty much around one issue brexit if you're in the UK and you have found yourself targeted by political ads or you've noticed anything interesting. Do let us know. It's a story that we're following closely. I'm we're interested to see how people around the country are and seeing things differently online a what you'll being targeted with at so do do let us know if you've noticed anything of interest podcast at wired Dot Co.. Dot U. K. A. Second Story. We've spoken in a few times on this podcast about innovations in meat free food products Vegan alternatives to meet and Matthew Reynolds this time you're not talking about food for humans but food for pets absolutely so as I indicated Immi- fact in fact the week there are more dogs and cats in the world than humans but they do consume a lot of our me and fish production in total in fact domesticated cats and dogs consume around a fifth of the world's meat and fish production an as you will know from previous broadcasts of the fun place me and fish is really really bad when it comes to driving land and water use when it comes to driving fossil fuel increases as well as stuff like toxic pesticides and runoff so basically there's a big environmental poor print if you will of your pets eating meat and fish products so there might be a solution on the horizon prompted by climate change and health concerns and increasing number of humans are choosing to opt to make their reduce their intake or go vegan altogether and it turns out animals are perhaps following them being forced to follow them to hang on. Is this actually thing. You're Oh telling me that you can get. Vegan pet food. That is exactly what I'm telling you and you'RE GONNA get into WHO's doing this. Let me give you a little bit of context next here so the pet food market in the UK alone is worth more than two point nine billion pounds a year so it's a huge market and it too is is not immune to this new environmentally friendly and ethical make over a lot of industries have seen an in a two thousand in one thousand nine hundred survey from the University of Guelph Veterinary College they found the one in three owners are considering putting their pets on a Vegan Diet and twenty-seven percent of respondents who do follow a plant based Diet themselves at twenty seven percent of those have already put their animal on a me free on a Vegan Diet and losses starters are starting to tap into this. They're just one example. The startup could wild earth. That's bankrolled by Mars pet care which is obviously the company behind a pedigree pedigree and whiskers and is launching a dog food is made from yeast potato and pea protein in the US next month so Vegan doc food is not just on the horizon is pretty much here might be questioned but don't talk like need to live apparently not so basically clearly so as we all know little bit of history here dogs are descended from wolves beat around kind of thirty thousand years ago so they do their genetic makeup is is most close to a tools but actually in that in that time they've been bred separately. They've actually generated lots more of this starched digesting enzyme could Malays as the Bulls have so actually they're quite well suited for omnivorous diets and in fact I think wolves in the Y. Or they do scavenge the berries and stuff so they're not. They're not completely converse universes tool but you raise a good point. Animal Feed is important not just the animals are kind of getting protein but they're getting the right kind of protein so what happens when when people are kind of creating these vegan dog foods they're very concerned to not only create the right balance of nutrients looking at where these amino acids which are the building blocks the proteins come from so they've kind of kind of protein that's suitable for for doc diets but they're also trying to blend vegetables and cereals and vitamins and minerals in rules and this is because in the EU products needs to be sold as complete a pet food food needs have all the nutrients that animal needs to have to be healthy and that means after you gotTa Bunch of extra things in to make sure the ticking boxes that they might not get when you meet so is actually fairly straightforward ish pitcher for dogs but cats is a little bit different. Cats are tricky customers just like in real life. They're a little bit bit fussy when it comes to comes to food so I don't can't eat around two two hundred fifty grams of food each eighty four grams a year and I think if remembering correctly about half proteins or actually do need quite a high meat intake and in fact in the UK turning camps vegetarian or Vegan could result in criminal charges under the Animal Welfare Act. We've basically requires owners to to make sure all of their needs are being met. Utilize needs means killing of animals to feed them. Whatever running that's fine startups trying to get around this by growing me in a way is much less environmentally destructive and more ethically sound so we've talked before on this podcast about lab grown meat the idea that you could take some beef cells or cells grow them and then in a lab setting feed the modern nutrients and stuff grow them. Maybe turn into a beef burger or something like that well well. There's a company in the US could because animals these trying to do the same thing for animal tissue so what they're doing is. They're trying to cat food out of that classic. Nick cat treat the mouse so what they're doing is. They're taking mouse cells. They're trying to grow them. In your lab. Conditions feed them basically Vegan. The nutrients soups and stuff like that and say well. Let's feed cats meets the has not been produced with any cruelty or any kind of any of the same environmental into impacts. It sounds just about crazy enough. It might work yeah. It's a difficult one is i. Guess the question is is kind of. We kind of starting to understand with humans. There is pretty big market for alternative meets beyond Burqa impossible burger loads of brands to the idea serve at least who turned to meet come from plant based sources are kind of catching on and it seems that people will be up for more ethically sound more environmentally sound burgers all that kind of stuff. It's not entirely clear with the Maku beeping enough for mice but I mean I presumably if they can get up and they they make it Africa stand. "eighty four grams" Discussed on Dishing Up Nutrition

"Your mom last last just giving down cobblestones warnings and welcome to dishing up nutrition brought to you by nutritional weight and wellness. We have the topic today. That may make you want to stop and think you may want to even take some notes today. We are discussing eating to maintain a strong body body and mind as we age. I'm not sure how many of you have ever considered the fact that what you eat every day day in and day out out affects how well you've age. I'm joanne right out. I'm registered and licensed dietitian and for someone who graduated from high school many years ago in the seventies this this topic is near and dear to me in fact. I feel a lot better six years later than i did. When i started working here i feel the same way joann yeah yeah. There's that great so joining me today. In this discussion is caroline hudson. You just heard her who's also registered and licensed dietitian and i think she may have graduated from high school. Close to the time i did well. I did graduate from high school around the same time <music>. I'm as you did but let's just say we are both seasoned licensed dietitians good good so the information we will be sharing. Today is something we strongly believe in and also practice first of all. I think it's important to keep strong muscles. I learned that decades ago from my mother who is ninety. One years young. I like to say course record high. She's still kayaking on lake superior and she also hikes the trails around our cabin. So what should you do to keep healthy ace jong muscles of course i'm sure many of you are thinking resistance training or strength training because we need exercise is to maintain our strength and yes we definitely do need exercise and that recommendation is out there strongly but also to to build and maintain your muscles. You must supply your body with the building blocks. It needs so if you don't you can exercise an hour or more every every day and nothing will happen so what builds muscles the simple answer is quality protein so what type of protein gene is best for building and maintaining muscles animal protein is actually the best that means you can have eggs or cottage cheese or way protein powder yogurt beef pork turkey chicken lambs food and fish. You know i i've noticed who says many of my clients age over the years. They seem to lose their appetite for protein. <hes> you know i sometimes that really baffles me so <hes> they start cutting back on the amount of protein they eat and then they cut back even more and more so they're really only eating a few ounces announces every day. I find that they're cutting back their protein but you know having more carbs right and i've seen that too so eating only three. We are four ounces of protein. Each day is just not enough protein to maintain your muscle mass. I remember in the eighties and nineties when people were eating low protein because it was also kind of connected to that low fat. That's simply not true. I often tell clients to think about a bodybuilder under who is trying to build his or her lean muscle mass. They eat protein of course they eat little to no processed carbs sir sugar so protein helps make muscles and sugar and process carbs make the fat that appears on our bodies so yeah in the past eating eating about nine ounces of protein daily recommended for most women but recent research has found that as we age we actually need more protein protein then at the very minimum we recommended <hes> at least twelve ounces of protein daily or about eighty four grams <hes> of protein however most older adults do better with even more than that dread. That's rams a protein or about fourteen ounces of meat. That's right and because quality protein is so important to maintain or preserve river muscle mass caroline and i would like to give you some basic ideas on what you can do to successfully put that plan into practice eating enough protein eighteen to build or rebuild or preserve your muscles. You may want to grab some paper and a pencil and jot down. These ideas are first recommendation is is to eat real meat. Caroline just referred to that earlier. Preferrably this real meat comes from grass fed animals and as often as possible abol so. I'm sure many of you are thinking. Why do i need grass fed meat. The answer's twofold grass-fed meat actually contains means more healing nutrients and contains far less toxic hormones or pesticide residue and other undesirable chemicals nichols and it's also best to eat wild carp fish and not farm raised fish at all times so i always say to my clients protein protein builds muscles and supports energy as well as a good metabolism so here's a suggestion for both the protein pack breakfast vest and a morning snack so breakfasts. I suggest cooking to eggs and a cup of vegetables in butter. You know real butter of course and that meal has about two ounces of protein now. If you get up really early in the morning then about three hours later you might need a snack right and then i would recommend about two-thirds cop of plane full fat yogurt. I like to stir in a scoop an extra scoop of way protein powder and at a handful of walnuts and some blueberries about a half a cup of blueberries. That's great snack. That sounds good. The two-thirds third cup of <hes> full-fat plain yogurt has about nine grams of protein and that one scoop of way protein powder has about seventeen eighteen grams of protein for twenty six grams or total of like four ounces. I add i add walnuts because of course is there really healthy fat and are considered great brain food. Have you ever noticed how much the walnut resembles. The shape of the folds of your brain. Joanne does interesting. I and i suggest the blueberries because they are very high in antioxidants and are also considered the brain food additionally there easy and they taste really great especially this time of the year right right that sounds like a great snack and then after after that snack about three hours later. You may be ready for lunch often. I make up <hes> chicken chili couple of my i two favorite recipes from our cookbook are the are the chicken chili and the chili. We make with ground beef also yep. I love those those are great recipes. So i make up the chicken chili. I then store it into cup serving size containers so that i can just heat them up and have an easy tasty protein packed lunch so i generally make that recipe at the beginning of the week and packed those lunch containers so that every time i run out the door and go to work. I've got that container keener bet freezer right. If i have any extra i throw them in the freezer so it nutritional weight and wellness for abacha chilly we said just using about two pounds of ground meat to one can of beans yeah. That's what makes our recipe different right joanne right that is a lot of people make chili with with one key one pound of ground beef in a couple of two three cans of beans right and then the protein ratio is not quite high enough and it ends up being too high in carbs so so for this chicken chili recipe to make it creamy. I out of canada coconut milk and so i have my healthy fat. That's going to help me mesa satisfied for the next three hours or so so one and a half to two cups of chile is another four ounces or so of protein so if you had breakfast and morning snack you're up to about ten ounces a protein already. Wow day yep yeah. We're getting there right we are some of my clients really liked to have a light late afternoon snack. I think afternoon snacks for me. I i know i can't get through the day without my afternoon snack but this can be someplace something as simple hello half a cup of full-fat cottage cheese with a few berries and some p. con sprinkled on top and some some of my clients <hes> have a little salmon salad alad or chicken salad and a few carrot sticks. This comes to at least one ounce of protein so now you're up to eleven ounces of of protein and i think it's time for a break time from break. Ask you are listening to dishing up nutrition. This may surprise you but drinking. King water is one of the secrets of successful aging our bodies are composed of up to sixty percent water and if you are dehydrated your sells just won't work properties properly. Even if you're mildly dehydrated it can lead to fatigue headaches a lack back of mental clarity constipation and wrinkles so severe dates dehydration can impact your organs and we recommend drinking about about eight to ten glasses of filtered water daily and drinking herbal iced tea can also be included in that total. I make up a delicious herbal not and serve it over rice with a twist or ice sorry did that's on like with a twist of lemon. It's very satisfying thing in helps. Keep me hydrated and supports my memory and with that we'll be right back. Kings awaiian buns a dinner roll. I'm with fan.

"Welcome to nobody told me i'm jan black i'm i'm laura owens we very much been looking forward to welcoming are gas jordan belfort to the show today it would be tough to be jordan's life story fritz extreme highs in devastating lows he's had a lot of success at one time making over fifty million a year sp owner of the stratton oakmont stock brokerage firm and he's also made a lot of mistakes along the way which she openly talks about in nineteen ninety nine jordan pleaded guilty to securities fraud and money laundering and ended up serving twenty two months in prison he was portrayed by leonardo dicaprio in the movie the wolf of wall street which was based on his autobiography of the same name jordan is a great example of someone who's reinvented himself after a fall from grace and it works to help others avoid the traps he fell into jordan thank you so much for joining us my pleasure how about the misconceptions that you think people might have about you okay there's different perspective than a big on some level i think some women think that a massage finished which is absolute opposite of why am i mean if there's any person that loves women respects women especially in the workplace it's me and i get that from my mom who is blazing easing the trail in the sixties when those women were in the workplace my mom with the cpa's working in manhattan back in the mad men days in about one tenth of what i saw on that tv show is true the fifty mama's one brave lady but she's brilliant and then she became the oldest lawyer capacity bar the new york state barbecue late seventies became pro bono work year in her eighties but doing charity work as my point is that i grew up with this idea that distinguish men and women both both be super super successful in the workplace and then in terms of love i listen i no doubt under the influence of drugs i did insane things but as a human being and you know the current wife will be the first test i mean that bothers see but you know it's not true in in and i could see why the bulls and mike bagley movies betrayed but i think that it looked past or those with that fall from auto in my younger days it probably is banning pain 'em that instead shore and they might have been more empathy from trucks were a big part of your life as he just mentioned and i'm wondering if you feel like you could have been a sober success story knows i made some really stupid decisions on drugs like smugly switzerland i would not have done medicine silverman but i don't wanna do i wanna blame the mistakes they made on drug addiction because that's a cop out i made the made those greedy our dollars foolish and i had my values wrong and because of that most people i know you go and try it you're values your your your beliefs her based on your values the way you go about living your life space when you're vows if you're highest value is i wanna make as much money as possible it's not gonna lean to the most healthy decision so the drugs were more of a the way we dealt with the guilt to an end really allow me to continue wanna pat mahomes and i would have one made that value system finally change i think it was a ship is already changing when i had finally indicted had to go to jail so you know i think that through me and i can only i celtics yeah everyone is different but for me i was brought up really really well you know like i said my mom my dad the same they were really just very light she's people law law abiding never did anything that even even at the crossing the line right i was raised to do the right thing and i think what happened was is that my insecurities and you know i went to enter into my adulthood some holes i think a lot of people do and i don't let if i got rich that i feel good those holes would vanish i didn't know they will hold the ball out of his own money yet right when i find so rich handles holes polls were still there you're like oh my god wait a second i thought once i got rich i feel great so what happened members like i went on this sort of like the attic stepped in right why am i bringing this up because when i actually did change my values back in my late thirties and i got in trouble went in jail and a person i got so but once i got the change something they have a work optical back i was being raised i was raised do i think it was a very difficult for me to go back in and sort of real line my values so they were more sustainable success you get it no one valley today is delivering value to people i'm never do anything where i'm getting more money than i was giving in return you know what you're gonna do it because that's my wife now you tell us more about how that whole prison experience changed you know it wasn't the prison itself like i went through this terrible place in the bio and it wasn't like that at all prison from me about separation from my children loves so much that we like this just through every emotion i have is my children you know had an of course you know advocate think all the time think about people who had lost money frankly the people were very wealthy i'm not saying what i did right but that wasn't always killing me inside that the people lost money because people were very wealthy and i think most have been paid back it was really just this idea that i developed a system for training salespeople electric in what the judge said when the judge sentenced me he said you know people talk about victims and victims have whatever but like this you got all these young kids and you show them a way of making money you really honored that in a really good point the judge for that there were all these could you could have really taken the skills you added in and show them this amazing thing that i show them how to become experts sales people what this show me ethics and integrity and that really is well when i was in jail items fortunate that i was bunking with tommy chong cheech and chong he's great eleven so tommy got me to write to start writing and then once i started while you're in my book which turned into a movie that was like almost as intense form of therapy when i got to see the mistakes i made a lot of the book up sitting there like narrating my own insane bullets and my rationalizations and that was very honest those brutally honest with with what i've done in an ally justify it and i think by doing that it allows me to have a level of understanding about myself that i could have never had otherwise they're protected by any of the psychoanalysis crammed into this one year of intensive writing i i am moore's from that experience feeling like i truly understood myself so much more like i knew in my heart that under no circumstances there is no shot i would advocate and i knew it i knew i could flood but i just like they beat endpoint like i was like wow like i i really kinda got myself i understand where i where i need to be what they do is the reaction of your friends and family when they first read the book well you know my mom believe it or not who is this woman who do you want mother is never carson her whole life wow i know i sort of got never cursed she never had a drink alcohol in a whole life my mother my mother's one of these people at i she annoyed wouldn't be so much like it's gotta be it's gotta be inactive scott and you know what she's asking the eighty six years i got a problem just don't get that nobody is that good of an actor i guess people say to me when i first got out of jail they're like oh he's just api's that you watch what'll happen well you know what i'm after twelve years that okay so basically you gotta say that we've opened his break then aksu we is right if my mom's the perfect example of that but yet she loved the book and she she helped me she proof read the among the brilliant woman says she helped me trio she's proofreading it and she's helped me with some funny stories that were like your she remembered some one of the scenes with a wide fell in love with the stripper and i call darnold and mama marrying blaze and i forgot that i remember calling up after all getting it before the rehab like the bills before i got sober all my mom at the duke like eighty four grams of blow and when he claims in you know another twenty drugs 'cause i just liked the way they sounded strip clubs were still married to my second wife and i'm like mom i'm getting divorced ameri blaze hold on i put the stripper on the phone you know wall the strippers luli committing a sexual act on man and i had forgotten that like all i remember was i called her and said i'm you know i'm getting a divorce and she was great i'll tell you one thing about my parents is that the that the gift they gave me what's one of nine judgment that they they is is much disagreement hours when my life they accepted me then why is it they were told me then but when i when i made that when i got in trouble they stood behind me and i only knew they loved me and that i think such an instrumental part of my ability to to really recover emotionally i think when you're parents give you unconditional love like that it just such a huge thing how much of the movie is really what happened in real life how closely doesn't follow what your real life experience was because you watch the movie anything how is jordan even still alive after all this jordan's alive because liberals very lucky listen you know human body is amazing thing it like kim recover from complete and brutal lights self attack until you go over the line they get it like the old arado before one is oh you don't cross all whatever reason i've been lucky right i think one reason why didn't drink alcohol an outlaw has a has a a lot of other drugs you take you get it so happens when you're not taking out manager dosages of hard drugs a lot more effectively 'cause you know what you're dosages all you know you're always but you like drink alcohol throw everything out of whack and also apple there's a lot of damage to you're winter so i never damaged my liver i sold the number of a twelve year old thing about that so i i was able to come back like completely and fully from that and you know i haven't done drugs it's been over twenty two years now so is april seventeenth nineteen ninety seven now i don't drink so yeah so bob drink a one sip of a shot and then i won't finish it so 'em every drug so i got very lucky like that anthem i guess by the grace of god i mean honestly i really believe that i believe that guy a bigger plants may cause better the.
