It should go to show that what you eat will your appearance and dictate how your body functions. This is one of the three parts of the body pillar in the four pillars philosophy. When elaborated on today. It is my hope you can leave here with a new understanding of what you're eating. We are going to go over the overall important nutritional diet and various aspects of what you need to take in for a healthy lifestyle. Let's explain the fundamentals of what it is in your food that you eat. Let us nor the process chemicals for today and talk about the literal components that are digested. They are calories protein carbs and fat protein is what your body uses the repair itself, not just muscles. Either. It is a necessary aspect of consumption, many people get way too little of it. Doing Nothing Is Something

Plan my plan of having enough to retire my plan of this or that or investing in this way this asset allocation all that is founded on something that doesn't change so in the market is gyrating around you. Your plan is still the same and you always have to go back and say well did. Did something change. That made my plan change. And if it did not then I would in this instance only because budgeting not about this but in this instance only I would say barry your head in the sand. The point here is doing nothing is something so when everyone else is frantic and panicky. And just saying what do I do what do I do I do the ability to do nothing is absolutely precious and rare. Think about that when you have this urge like I've got it. I've got to do something. Could you put it off for a day or two or five? You might find that waiting. Forty eight hours changes everything so I would just urge you and hopefully things are calmer for you in life than they have been recently as I record this but I would urge you to recognize that sometimes. Here's what it is is that some people will start doing too much. We all know that person right. They come into the office on Monday or Tuesday. They've created all these charts and procedures rules regulations. You tell the team to make your creed. It's kind of like when you start a new workout program and you're so desperate to see results are so desperate to get to that finished picture of you that you work out for you. Grandma's wisdom slow and steady wins the race. Easy does it remember today. That mastery is a path. It's a journey. It's not a place. You can jump to improvements accrue slowly over time and we have to remember that today. But let's get frank for a second when you're in the team room. There's someone who's showing up in in your head. You're looking at them going. They're trying too hard who they try to impress. That's where you tend to see an overeagerness to get to the finish line now. But the reason why it's so important a culture this in people at the team level because eventually we WANNA communicate to product owners to management to executive to decision makers to champions. Is that? This doesn't radically change overnight. This is a progression toward excellence. When Agile fails what are we always say we always say? The executive layer wasn't ready was expecting results. Too Soon was looking for perfection out of the gate. Their expectations were too high. And they were unsupportive of the mechanics of Judy. The you have to respect and observe for to work well so the reason I want you to contemplate that overdoing. It is not how you get on. Common is because the sooner we start advertising that stance the easier. It will be to manage expectations in the future. "Voting is the core of democracy. So are there some simple steps to take to make the united states more of democracy. I'm bill newman. And this is the civil liberties minute for starters. Let's make it easier to register to vote allow same day registration. Stop voter purges. And felony disenfranchisement mail in voting a norm as it has been in five states prior to twenty twenty allow. No excuse necessary. Absentee ballots give adequate resources to the. Us postal service. So that ballots can be timely. Delivered make early voting a permanent feature of our elections increase the number of days of early voting and increase the number of polling places. So that voters who are voting in person. Don't have to stand in line for six or eight hours in the heat or the cold. At least replace the seventeen hundred polling places that have been discontinued in recent years. Make sure there are an adequate number of drop boxes reinstated protections of the voting rights act. So that people seeking vote are not discriminated against on the basis of race. Make sure that there is a paper trail for balance so that we can have that votes are counted and that recounts when necessary can be conducted accurately and fairly in a word. Do everything possible to allow every eligible voter to vote. And then count every bout. We can do this. It's not that complicated. We just need to find the will to make our country afar better democracy. The civil liberties minute is made possible by the aclu because freedom can protect itself.
Sleeping (MM #3497)

You sweat one night you get too cold the next night. I don't care what you do with the thermostat because you can leave the air conditioning on a 64 in the winter and 64 in the summer are two different fields, but it's amazing it just as the body gets older as you get older. You want more sleep you crave more sleep. You're supposed to have more sleep, but your body won't allow you to have sleep. I can have a night where I can sleep for eight solid hours. No problem. I go to bed sleep and wake up the next morning refreshed the next night. I toss I turn I can't get my legs comfortable. I can't get my back comfortable. My pillows not right. It's kind of amazing that from one night to the next. You just don't sleep. Well, I guess that's everybody but practice in this case does not make perfect choice.

by viruses antibiotics kill bacteria so they're not really going to help anyway but if you have a sinus infection or strep throat or you think and so you you know you wanna be cautious about automatically jumping you do then you should definitely go to the doctor and be tested and see if you have that antibiotics will help in those cases but today you will likely just end up irritating the tissues in your nose which can make you feel worse I usually do it in the morning and before I go to bed do not run for the antibody I and I will not take it so whenever I go to a new doctor or if I go to the urgent care they say Oh let's put you on an antibiotic I please please not augmented anything ah but you don't want to do it every time you get sick and if you get sick multiple times in the winter well usually you sick and you go to the doctor or urgent care or what have you they're just going to say well it's viral there's nothing we can do about it because most colds and flus are but that because it's bad enough to have a sinus infection into feel crummy and just feel horrible and then to get well diarrhea on top of it is really not fun Ah of course you know if you take too many then you can get antibiotic resistant stuff and that's not good but also antibiotics can be really hard can help to alleviate the symptoms if you have a brand or a formula that seems to work for you then go ahead and use that but also it oh my my tummy does not like it I I can have reactions to certain other antibiotics as well but Augmentin is the Oh wow so use filtered water distilled water I didn't think it was so hard to do. I didn't know thanking was so hard to do. I've been thinking so much that I actually slept for more than eight hours and when I get more than eight hours of sleep is like I got no sleep whatsoever. And if he's got no sleep whatsoever. Everything's just messed up. From the beginning to the end from beginning to end everything is just messed up when I get more than eight hours asleep and I notice. Sounds like a pariah. It's not good for anyone and it's definitely not good for everything it makes me feel like singing dancing in a g ride and depending on intuition and gut feelings. I don't think they are all of the other things that are associated with being awake wakened woke. I can keep going. I can keep going. Today's tip. is to plan something fun for Sunday night. I know that it's easy to hate Mondays. Even if you really like your job, you probably don't love commuting. You don't like showing up on Monday morning to an inbox with four hundred thirty seven unread messages. It makes sense, but the problem. Is that many of us? Don't start thinking about Monday on Monday morning. Instead we'd like to get a jump on things so somewhere around mid afternoon on Sunday. We start remembering that Monday is looming on the next spot on our calendars. Suddenly we're out of weekend mode. We're already focused on the next deadline. These Sunday. Night. Blues can burn a huge chunk of time. If you start worrying about Monday at three PM Sunday. You go to bed at eleven pm Sunday. That's eight hours of weekend time that you've just lost. I don't know about you, but I think we can. Time is too precious to throw away eight hours. That's the equivalent of a whole workday. or a really good night's sleep. Top 3 Tactics For Engaging With Influencers
"Here's my top three tactics for engaging with influences. The experts will generally tell you that the best way to get noticed by influences is to engage with them on social like comment, shave great, and to be clear when I'm talking influences. I'm not talking about a Kardashian what I'm talking about is people who have influence or impact in your industry segment, your field of expertise whose attention you wanna get. So I wanted to share my top three tactics in reverse order. So number three on the least is to add depth to the conversation that might be an opposing comment might be linked to research might be linked to another article on topic around the topic is being discussed perfectly, not linked to your own site, because that comes across bit spammy, but basically, adding dip them color to the conversation. I think that's a really great tactic for getting noticed by the influence of who's made that initial post number two tactic is to add your personal story. So jumping with your own personal experience, your own personal story. As it relates to the topic at hand. And if you followed my content on linked in for wall, while JoAnne foods democracy, someone who does that quite Wrigley on my stuff is, she will often jump in and share her personal experience and that stuff resonates, because we like stories we notice, and we listen and we hear stories, and so it works for both the person making the post for the influence and it also works for the other people listening, the other people in the comments who following, along with the conversation. But my number one tactic is whatever you're going to do with your telling stories with your ending dips, and color, what you need to do. Do it a couple of days later, and the reason I say that is because most of these big influence talk, folks, get flooded with comments in there in the post and the reason that that's happening. I think is because we're telling people to engage with influences. They jump in early in the hope that they'll get noticed. Maybe that person is still on linking the time still in on Instagram. And so they might get noticed, and they might get. Comment. And you might but oftentimes if that person is a series influence than they're not going to be the very long they might jump in jump out. And so it's a very short window unless you get that window. You're gonna get lost in the flood of noise. That comes thereafter for the next twenty four forty eight hours and so- commenting or posting or sharing it later on a couple of days later. Maybe is gonna get you noticed because they might be notification for the person who made the post, it's more likely I think, to get that person to jump back into the comments and say, hey, why is this post resonating after two or three days? And so I think they're more likely maybe gone. Read your actual post and see what you said. And the third thing that works on that particular tactic is that if someone else's might a comb, a couple of days earlier than they're probably going to get a notification that you've just made another comment on a story that they've been interesting, and so it kinda works on those three different levels now to be clear tech, number two, telling you stories and tech number. Three adding dips to the conversation fantastic tactics to use with my content. Encourage you to do that tech. Number one, though, do it with me. He's and the reason I say that is because the el-gharib actually benefits us if you getting if we get engagement earlier on in most of these social platforms, they will push the content up that gets engagement early and, and a lot of it. And so, by giving you this particular tactic, then actually hurting myself if you apply to me. But in my defense, you don't really need to do that. Because as you've noticed on my content, I pretty much jump into the comments all the time I will pretty much respond to anyone who's got something to say, as long as it's not too spammy, of course. So so you don't need to do the number one tactic with me. But I would encourage you to do it with other people. You're trying to get the attention. So tech number one two and three two and three for everybody else. And for me and number one, only for everybody else, please not for me or that's today.
