But the final eight games of this season should show you how much talent is on hand and how much talent Cincinnati has to tap into in terms of getting better for the 2022 season. But ultimately Um I like the fact that Cincinnati is going with a different kind of stability. You know, he got second year head coach in there. You got your second year quarterback in there. There are some weapons for him to be able to play with. But look at the end of the day. Cincinnati also has to overcome their culture. And that, uh, Steve to me is a that's a real hard thing to do in Cincinnati is to overcome that culture because that starts with the people up top that starts with The that starts with the ownership group. And that starts with trying to break some tendencies that have been there for a really long time. There are very tough to break. But I think Joe Burrow has got kind of moxie to be able to take that on and to do it, and and that's what I I so I love about that situation. You know, one person. Can make a difference on a team in a very big way. And it can be in positions other than a quarterback, but what it is it makes you feel like you kind of struck gold. So he's saying that about 70% of the leaks, players overall have received at least one covid shot. And this is a huge increase from when they test when they you know, went through these numbers like about a month ago, so the players have basically gotten the message from the NFL that they do not want to be subject to. Long list of restrictions that were outlined by the league for the People who are not vaccinated. And they've gotten the message. So 85% where? What do we couple weeks away from camp? That number will probably go up and then in the day with Hank Again. I I do. I'm going to tell people what to do. But if I was part of the team, I'd be mad. Guys didn't get it just because, like you could be cops in this game checks. We might not be able to finish this game we might have planned on Wednesday or Tuesday, Tuesday afternoon and then after playing a Saturday or Sunday, just it's it's it's brutal or you not being there could mean us. See the difference between winning and losing. Yes, we don't go to the playoffs. Don't go to the playoffs. People getting that's extra money. Yeah. Get that playoff shared like my dad. You're running right into the playoffs at that point, and then what happens if somebody gets it or you have to sit out during the playoffs? Then that that? Hey, you're just screwed at that point. I don't even know what you do. So, From what? I don't know, two at the NFL. The training camp processes are just going to run a whole lot smoother if they can reach That 85% Plateau. Because the the rules that they have put in place are so time consuming that it will. It will be a dramatic departure between 2 to 2 teams, one that has the 85% and one that does not. Will have a completely different training camp experience. So it'll be interesting to see if the if still if the players will pressure their peers to, uh, to comply. Yeah. Typically when you get a five minute major in the NHL You normally see that in a fight situation, and when you do, it's coincidental, meaning you've got two guys both going in.
