"By the Lord. Now not exactly. Who else is out there by a God? Yeah let's put it that way. God we don't know which one one of the Aztec gods this also someone's getting drunk and peeing on the buffet and being like hey like that even though it's their food because nobody knows how to act when it comes to the table so yeah egbo crews no lane Kiffin like Brock cruise style. I think that's we might have just given them money. Also coaches on a cruise is a great concept. Because they'll still WANNA watch film right so they'll be like great during this shot off of an ice slide. Y'All is really good. I got a good breakdown. Cruise ship. Don't have windows that are like flat and featureless easily. Renner projectors team. Yeah that's where they're going to be holed up right. They'll just be like they'll be forcing the festivity right tiny. That was really cool trying to play the game where we all try to carry a watermelon without using our hands. But now I gotta go. You know look at Charleston Southern Phil I. It might be good to put him on a boat because like you can't change jobs really when you're on a boat you could agree to a new job but like recruiting for like a week like maybe what we do is every December veteran signing day leadership. All the coaches somewhere and they have to wait ship-back before they can take new jobs the dead like He. Actually this'll be really good. Just put everybody on a boat during the dead period. Right when you're not supposed to be contacting recruits anyway program stays clean right unless you send like ship to shore shift ashore. You'll get good today. Champ can't wait to see you in rebels colors. Maybe this thing to do is Bury Your coaching staff. And you could just do the hunt for Red October. There's been a reactor leak not even a reactor in the building. There is now..

"The Tennessee win last night in Jacksonville. Listening to Paul Finebaum show podcast. It really glad to have you on the program taking your phone calls at eight five five two four to seven to eight five on a busy day if you're just getting in the car getting home. Mississippi sustained is the story of the day. Firing Joe Moorhead after two years as its head coach. Let's get back to the calls and and check in with Indian Mississippi. Hello Andy. How's it going Paul? Okay taking my call thank you. I wanted to ask the question here. A couple of weeks ago with everybody being pro WPRO moorhead that he was the man for the job in twenty twenty and now with the at the press conference. I asked the question about the contract. And they kinda shied away from it. Do you think environ him. Liam was premeditated and they used his position for that to secure all these recruits because they knew nobody would sign with state. If they didn't have a coach I listen I I just believe that. They based the decision to retain him on the Egbo win. They buried their head in the sand and said okay. That's enough. He's beaten almost twice and then of course the the ugly incident costs Matt. Lauer kiss job and it's just an opinion But I don't think It was on the table again in till the the incident right before the game and then when they lost and look so bad and losing I think the president and the athletic director got back to Starkville Tuesday or Tuesday night or Wednesday and realize that they had lost the fan base and suddenly they start and Hearing from fans angry alums and and who who in from everyone else knowing that moorhead is probably going to get fired next year. So they'd they decided not to just to to use that as the reason for firing him even though they had already decided to retain him and and it was. It was very convenience so I I think I know that sound convoluted but I think he was I think if he won the game he he would still have the job. You know Sir all.

Has sued Lori Laughlin and Felicity Huffman among others involved for a five hundred billion dollar lawsuit. According to a complaint toy ledges that she raised her son Joshua with a good work ethic. Made various sacrifices over the years to ensure he would get into a good college. She claims he had a four point two GPA upon graduating from high school and applied to some of the colleges involved in the scandal which include Yale USC, Georgetown and Wake Forest, but he didn't get accepted to any of them. She's filed a class action lawsuit accusing the defendants of inflicting emotional distress and civil conspiracy and fraud. So saying. Because these celebrities bribed to get their kids into school. They took a spot from well deserving. Candidate. So she's suing them. So you said he applied to the same schools and didn't get in get in. Get in that. And on and on paper. I guess he, you know. Sure. A great candidate. Because she couldn't now did you what you go to the you do what other schools? Did you apply or is that the only school? I that's the only school. Well, I originally went up to US you transferred to the u admittedly migrates coming out of high school. We're not good enough. So your parents had to bribe to get you in. Went up to use. You took school a bit more seriously over there and then transferred. But yeah, I, but would you feel like so if you did have good grades, and you had been denied to get. I mean, we would that be lawsuit worthy to you. Yeah. I think so I mean, I think it will all come down to first off the criminal conviction from the scandal in the first place if they can prove that all of that ham, which of course, it's hard to say that it didn't at this point. Then I think there's a lot of merit. Say that. Spot was taken from who very much. Well deserved. I doubt that lawsuit will go anywhere. But it makes an interesting point. Right. Give it a try the late show with Stephen Colbert has been scheduled to make a surprise trip to New Zealand this week. But those plans have been put on hold in light of Friday's terrorist attack that left fifty people dead on Monday show. Colbert revealed the now shelved trip, which he had kept under wraps and was scheduled to take place for a week starting on Wednesday. Oh, he was planning it before the shooting. Oh, well, he's the Lord of the rings fan. And so now, now's not the time for that. So he said, I just love that country. If you've never been go, the people are unbelievably kind and welcoming, obviously, we're not going to go down there because they were going down and have fun. And this is just not the time. He said we want to say to everyone down there. How sad and heartbroken. We are for what the country is going through. And they'll they'll reschedule it and do it some other time. The new hero egg. Boy. Yes, you love boy love egg. Boy, the teen who smashed an egg on Australian politician who expressed anti-muslim comments after the New Zealand mosque shooting has pledged to donate the majority of a gofundme you meant for him to the victims of the attack. So he didn't set it up. Oh, someone else. Someone else did like for his legal fees or whatever. How well Conley seventeen quickly went viral over the weekend. After slapping an egg on the back of Queensland Senator Fraser inning during a news conference video of the episode. We've all seen it shows him walking up smashing it Ghani's head and then the Senator turning around and starting to punch this kid and then those other two little Nazis wrestling background. Yeah. Kicking him. Yeah. You can kind of see him turning your round going. What the unlike going to punch whoever it was. And then realizing it was a kid 'cause he was pretty little. Shorter that maybe you pull up and go. Oh, I didn't take kid knock it off. No he going after him. The incident occurred shortly after adding sparked backlash for his comments about Islam inspite of the mosque shootings, which resulted in fifty deaths. Here's one of the things one of the things he said the real cause of bloodshed. This is after fifty people been shot like this is just hours after let me see how tone deaf I can be the real cause of bloodshed in New Zealand streets today is the immigration program which allowed Muslim fanatics into our country. I don't think it was Muslim fanatics that were gunned down. They were just regular people coddling quickly gained supporters and go fund me was set up to pay for his potential legal fees, and quote, more eggs, which is kinda funny. Organizers for the money for Egbo page said the goal was to raise fifty thousand dollars a more than two thousand people have donated about fifty five as of Monday evening. Organizers said in a post on the page that Connolly plans to send it to the money to the victims of the terrorist attack. So so this is a good kid. We like this. And this is also a a learning moment a teachable moment here for everyone who has a social media account. Take a look at what happened to dean Cain. Does he said, yeah. I would have beat battle Cain beloved as superman, right? Right. Comments hit send didn't even think about it. Just I would hit the kid to. Oh, man. The raft of s that he is just got his doorstep because of that. Yes. Well, he's a right wing. Right. Yeah. But but it it goes back to the Devenir story. We were talking about people don't understand when they put their opinion out there and people react negatively to it. They're they're shocked. They're like like, I can't believe I'm getting old. That's why in dean Cain situation. He should have stopped and thought what will my enemies think of this? Oh, I won't hit send. All right. This will cost me nothing but problems, but these days people don't think about that. They just go throw it out there thrown out there. And then they wonder why people get upset and guess what you can delete it. You can go back and and post an apology you can go once that's out there. It's forever out and more importantly, you don't have to comment on anything. Really don't. Right. Sorry. Sure. Frequent. So we have the good news about alcohol earlier z to drink keep your liver. It's like driving your car regular. Thanks. Lynn it sit on the street for a month and mentor. It's gonna be sluggish for you. Thank you to our beloved Jillian Michaels for bringing this. So there was that. But then on the other side frequent consumption of sugary drinks, like sodas, sport drinks, and juice has been linked to increased risk of premature death of cardiovascular disease into a lesser extent cancer, according to new research, and this is particularly bad in women. Women who have sugary beverages less than once per month. But why bother with one Kokomo what's the point compared with those who have two or more servings a day -scuse me? I soda in. I wanna say more than a year. Just not true. It's true. What about your your cocoa cocoa? I haven't had cook cook Avino in a long time. It's carried has this drink that. It's it's it's coca vino. Okay. I'm not familiar, cheap, red wine and Coca Cola half-and-half what I know people people scratch their heads, and they go this can't be good. You need to try it. It's really quite delicious. Coca vino or cocoa vino coca because it's Coca Cola. Okay. Half-and-half, but I got the orange year. Yeah. I I got the orange vanilla cocoa. You found I found it in the store and tried it on Sunday. It was actually quite tasty. Did it taste like a cream sickle? No, no. It it. It it tasted like coke vanilla. It's it's exactly the they're not just going to put this stuff out. They got it. Right. They got the thing. Just right. Because if it was more because I was like, I would think there would be more flavor ensues like if it was it would overwhelm it. And it would be too sweet just a hint. Specific kind of wine, cheap red. That's it just really cheap red and the cheaper the better. Those who consumed more than one sugary beverage a month, but fewer than two a day seemed to experience dose effect, the more the drank the greater the risk. So there have been previous studies that have shown strong consistent links between consumption of sweetened beverages and weight gain type two, diabetes, heart disease, and.

"So I'm gonna run a rather conservative offense early on you might think in the fourth quarter. You have a shot at hey, we're down. We've got to win the game. We gotta take some chances. So it makes a lot of sense. I clearly like the other. What is is it the half of what the is like twenty five twenty five twenty five and hook depending on the shop? Okay. Makes a lot of sense. I agree with that hundred percent. You know, last time I. I said that I think that was. Was a game earlier this year the first step would army navy. No, no. It was all like, I think with Matt humans was on the horn on the podcast. And I believe the first half went over but the game stayed under. It was like just my. I think it was a Michigan game. I think it was one of those early maybe as Michigan Notre Dame, even but you know, typically, that's what I like to do. I'm not saying wins necessarily all the time. But that's typically what I like to do. All right. So I went back in time a little bit. So that's the Saturday. We talked about two games on the thirty first New Year's Eve. And then you also like a game on the first Iowa in Mississippi State. Now, we we loved the BULLDOGS in the Egbo we were all over them against ole miss different opponent here, Iowa and the line is seven and forty three. Yeah. And this is a game where I tell you what the effort, but it talks about this game that I've heard talk about this game has talked about the outstanding Mississippi State off on or defensive lines, which they should Mississippi State as one of the best defense lines in the entire country. You've got two of the premier players in college football on the defensive front. Both guys all American, but believe it or not the defensive line for Mississippi State this year it kinda for nineteen and a half sacks. I was the -fensive line kinda for twenty eight and a half sacks. If I'm I would defensive line. I'm saying to myself, you know, what all the talk is about those guys over there. But we're pretty good. I mean, Mississippi State allowed three yards per carry Iowa three point two the Tf ELS actually in favor of Iowa. So they're gonna defensive line that'll get after you. Now, I like Mississippi state's linebackers and DB's, and I do think they have the better defense. But I think I was defensive line. There's going to be the surprise of this game if they can control Nick FitzGerald and his runs. And force him to throw the football. I think that I was going to have a heck of a chance and offensively when you look at the two teams. I mean, Nate Stanley doesn't make a heck of a lot of mistakes got twenty three nine ratio. They've got these running backs now no offense not gonna play but Hopkinson was their top tied into anyway when the John Mackey award. So this is a team where you know, fair is now of is sixteenth bowl game. Meanwhile for Mississippi State their coaching his first bowl game. And then the largest edge here is actually in the special teams category. I've got Iowa rated much higher in special teams. So ended all up the underrated units going to be that Iowa defensive line which nobody's talking about. I think they have a big game. You're getting seven I think it'll be a defensive struggle. I'm taking the points in the tight ball game. You know, it's funny. I I really liked this Mississippi State team because of that defense, and they really have the model of someone like the Alabama teams with Jalen hurts and some of the mediocre. Gerda above average quarterbacks where they just sorta suffocate you on D And then eventually get their points with which is grinding out and short field and winning the field position battle because I don't think they're dynamic offense..

"Okay. I'll say three eight and three in the Egbo against Mississippi State pretty good including the nineteen Ninety-two game. When they stopped state on eleven plays inside the ten yard line in the last four minutes and held on to win. And also that he was twice nailed for pretty serious NCA violations, which was especially awkward it all miss because the president at the time Gerald Turner was running the president's commission. So which was the reform arm of insa. So that was a tad awkward. Billy brewer. No longer with us at age eighty three. And I mentioned he was on the field against Billy cannon. Of course. Billy cannon nineteen Fifty-nine Heisman winner died. Also in may about a week after Billy brewer Billy cannon was eighty years old an incredible life such a hero in the state of Louisiana. You can't imagine the hold that Billy cannon head on LSU fans in the late fifties. He was the star of the nineteen fifty eight national championship team. And then of course, had the what is now considered the epic eighty nine yard punt return to beat ole miss on Halloween night in one thousand nine hundred fifty nine and cannon was. Grew up on the wrong side of the tracks and Baton Rouge. He sold cokes at tiger stadium as a kid. Not what people don't remember about that game rhyme. The ole miss game in nineteen Fifty-nine. Not only did he return that the folk politics you ahead seven to three but on the last play of the game canon and Warren Rabb made a goal line tackle to keep ole miss out of the end zone and preserve the victory. And of course, wins the Heisman goes onto NFL career. A now notorious conviction for counterfeiting that landed him in federal prison, and then a redemption in among LSU fans, they loved him again until he died earlier this year when the only time I had a conversation with Frank Ford. We just happened to be in the same place at the same time. And we're just chatting, and I was young magazine writer at that point. And the only question I had for him was was his novel. Everybody's all American based on Billy cannon because I'd always heard that. But then growing up in North Carolina also heard it was based on Choo Choo Justice and Frank to Ford didn't like being asked that question. I feel like I was maybe the ten million person that had asked him about question. But Billy cannon certainly thought it was based on him. Yes. Gavin grave, Greg ghost. Everybody's all American. It's a you like college football. And you're like good writing and should read that. We are not really going strictly alphabetical. We're sort of going off a battle bouncing back and forth a little bit. But as long as we're at the top of the alphabet Ryan, you you wanted to tell a story about president, George H W Bush and his connection to college football. Of course, he died recently that the age of ninety four. Yeah. The only time I was in the chatter with George Bush once I was in the room with him a couple of different times. The last time was at a Texas A&_M football game. Of course, lived there in Texas in Houston area in all the way up until. I mean this past spring made appearances to Texas A M baseball games. And of course, he was a college baseball player played in the first two editions of the college World Series. That's why chatted with him on the telephone. And I found out how difficult it is to get former presidents on the phone. But once you once they got him on the phone. They said you have five minutes. I think you talked for thirty because he enjoyed talking about just college athletics. But I so I was a Senate page as a high school senior, and I was the morning after the nineteen eighty eight presidential election. I was a Senate page for strong Thurman because I was from South Carolina, and George Bush came to Washington to take a victory lap as the president elect that the morning after the election, and he came by Senator Thurmond's office, and at one point the only people in the office were me. President-elect Bush Strom Thurmond the by far senior member of US Senate, Bob and Elizabeth Dole and Ted Kennedy..

My question is I I really appreciate everything you think you do a great job and can't say overall so for sports flyers in general when they get into a fight net didn't happen. But if you and I get into a fight out on the street, we're going to jail, and I'm I think this it has a big contribution to how when they go to the next level. They end up getting in even more trouble that they can't get out of. And I just wonder why there isn't any reason for that it being stopped early. Well. Specifically, you're referring to the Egbo. Well, not necessarily specifically it happens more than Evo. But that kind of brought up my question why why was no one arrested when there was obviously. Of being committed. If you and I were on the street doing that we were going to jail. Yeah. I'm going to defer on that because I'm not sure I have a really good answer for you. No idea that they were gonna go plant a flag. And I have a lot of respect for that. Whistle. Whistle. Pretty impressive. So respect for what coach did at the end of the game. Yeah. What's funny is like all the time that you and I get to spend together. Joey, I've never not one time heard you use veneration in just common casual speak. I'm. Anti Baker because the flag plan to get midfield was made popular by Baker Mayfield. Now, I've actually was at two games last week the Egbo where they wanted to plant the Mississippi State flag in the middle of the field. They did it obviously in Tallahassee like that is the thing that do after you beat your rival, which I understand but come on. It's been done Baker. Did it he'd made it cool? It's no longer cool anymore. So hats off to Dan Mullen for making sure that his players stopped short of plan the flag midfield. Yeah. I mean, the real key is at any game. Greg McElroy calls people were planting flags how about another thing that happened in that Florida Florida state game, which was a flop of certain epic proportions by Felipe bay Franks Florida quarterback what comes to mind here. Greg mcelroy. All right on this one because quarterbacks take enough of a hard time for this being soft and general wearing a different color jersey of practice. This is anti QB, man. We're tough like we are tough position. Everyone looks at the quarterback. And they think we're soft. We are tough. I assure you, and this does not do us very much good. When it comes to the perception of the quarterback position. I'm so disappointed. The Joey couldn't even way in on. Just how embarrassing performance was mainly Franks. Joey got so mad about you trying to finish off quarterback that he just went away. He went away. I'm here. I don't blame him. He flopped out of the segment, and that's totally because we don't need him. Anyway, we'll be back and we've got a great little explanation. An idea from Greg McElroy on the playoff when we come back, but Sunday what the exclusive reveal of the college football playoff semifinal match ups and the final top twenty five rankings a four hour begins at noon eastern on ESPN and the app also a huge day of championship games with playoff implications. "The, you know, the OT or suppose start the twenty five felt like it was just creeping closer and closer. So finally on Adams winning drive. It was like the balls near the end zone fine. Pass interference personal foul. Put it on the line. We gotta get outta here. This. It did sort of feel like at the end where you really wanna game monopoly end new just start giving your kids things. Right. Like, look you got like nine hotels on that whip some, bro. Crazy. How you one that get it invested ten billion dollars in your one million dollar property you in you. Did it capitalism works? I mean this happened. And it clips even Egbo which the bull the Ingles lit. Ed, both fantastic in terms of a fight. Yeah. But the I will you knew would be that way. And the game itself was not that good knows deplorable awful nickel. Remember, although the did have the notable achievement. Not even Texas AM LSU can claim this not what they're seven. Oh, teas. Now with all the records now with the massive over the over over right going hundred points over the over feels good say that loud, man, take it seriously hitting the line. The. It's a staffing. But it did have an achievement that not even Texas LSU could, you know, offer which was. How on earth? Do you get players objected on a play that never happened that was greatest the ended up with I believe three players objected on a single play where the quarterback who dove into a fight did not get addicted three other players did and the play was then called back. So in other words, you rejected for nothing never happened. Still jetted though. That's your off the grid. You're off the grid. Government can't taxi illegally dead from the play by play in like the sheets. Not like the ESPN play by play around the sheets. The hand out in the press box Syra, San ole miss participated in football didn't matter. Omiss fighting goes interesting. Ole miss players legitimate is their dad is watched on as those goes to also being addicted for fighting each other. Makes me wonder if there's a corresponding voice to the old miss fathers, son's voice, host fight that. It's just it's just completely opposite that right? Hey. Mississippi state. Voice with no gravitas whatsoever. Right. Thrice voice, the boys the boys fought real hard. But in the Antar nation if they didn't get there but can't like JIMBO chest sound like round. You sound like, Jim. A forty five like when you put one of those records one of your child records are on you were a kid and slowed it down south on the chipmunks sounded normal. Oh god. I sound like David cross on aqua teen hunger. Force Betty, it's it's like, JIMBO if you're the jiggling coach, can you can you can you sound real fired up and excited for this recruiting video. I think that's what you get out of JIMBO at that point. Everybody say they gotta like the be. That'd be here. We got up. We gotta chop screw him. So he sounds normal. Hey. Slough lows get. Jason I found the found the play by play description, and I'm going to send it to you. So that you can read it as right Thompson, if you don't mind. On this is. But if you want ready, if you wanna know, by the way, that's that's my take away to Texas. Ada issue flight. That's everything I want for college football, and otherwise kind of mediocre to messy Parkinson's getting punched in a pacemaker. All you want out of a rivalry game. All right, please place about this segment to at thirty Godfrey. Yes. I think I think he's haven't we done enough. Let's not talk about Godfrey right now. Based on the results of this past weekend. Let's not talk about let's not talk about those. Okay. So real quick. This is. All following a touchdown celebration for touchdown that never happened. Oh, Ilma unsportsmanlike conduct offsetting unsportsmanlike conduct penalties on all players on the field. Ejections number two number three number six of MSU and number thirty eight of ole miss Jason. We're just gonna keep rolling. What what did you wanna talk about outta rivalry? "Missed one year during World War Two. But quite a record sixty years. It's quite an accomplishment, and but to go to eighty straight Egbo now, I wish I'd known that th that's a that's a that's a remote. Listen to go to anything for that long. I is pretty good Jim as far as Joe Moorhead. I think it was a mixed bag. I thought he ended the season fairly, well, which is what people will remember him by the the the the Auburn the AM and in the Egbo or going to help him move forward. I thought the the Florida game was was really hard to watch especially when you consider what was it steak, but overall I think he survived the season and. This was not the year Mississippi State fans had hoped or many of us thought, but he got past it. And when you beat your. Rival like he did last night. It will scrape away a lot of bad feelings from earlier in the year. Sure. And last, but not least of my question. I played for bear Bryant only Heisman Trophy winner. I know, you know, who it is. But if I want to ask you ask your listeners who it is have a good aggressive. Thank you. Jim. Great to hear from you. Yeah. And if you answer with an Alabama player, you will be mistaken that that's question. No doubt. Thanks for the call really really good to hear from you from Memphis. We are going to continue with more phone calls at eight five five two four two seven two eight five eight five five to four to seven to eight five. We're heading into the third hour of the program. Number of other guests to come stick around. We're coming right back to and listening to Paul finebaum show podcast. We welcome. You back here in. Gray Tuscaloosa on court just fall day, except there's no sun. Tim tebow here. Tim great. Have you on? And let's talk about us with the iron votes here. Yeah. Fans here pretty fired up. We we keep trying to find. There's always there's always a path to victory but against this Alabama team. It's a lot harder to find. I it's it's it's pretty narrow though. I mean, if you're on the Auburn side you've been in minute too, many games for your pro prolific underdog. But if what what's Gus malzahn going to say this team, and what's even preaching all week? Well, I think it starts with one thing intimidation. A lot of times when teams play Alabama before the balls ever been kicked off. They've lost the game why because they truly don't believe in their heart that they can win. That's not the case for Auburn. These kids have been playing against each other pop Warner high school all American Games and even into last year when Auburn won this Auburn team is not going to say, oh my goodness. We're playing Alabama were just so scared. They knew those. Biggest game when they decided to go to Auburn. They're not intimidated that gives them a chance now to Auburn has a good defense that gives him another chance maybe they can hang on for a little bit like LSU like Mississippi State, the problem with those two teams is in that game. No offense zero offense. We'll Auburn instead them be able to manufacture points. Like they did last year they didn't necessarily just crush it. But they were able to have a few key dries where they were able to get seven now three and it gave him a chance in the fourth where the they were able to prevail. What the big stadium run, and that was huge. And I think Anthony Swartz Ryan Davis will be huge in this game being able to take a small nothing and make it something. And I think that's a greatest chance for over to be able to have those explosive place. So that that is this game. Let's look around and some other games because there are plenty. Let's start with the game that you you like the most. The Florida Florida state game Gators. Or have really had a nice season FSU with a big win last week gives them some Amenam, but that matters in this game..

By the way, I used to work in Memphis. And so we would cover. Oh, miss and Mississippi State and MRs better grove is dead groves phenomenal. Plus, it's a short drive from Memphis point of going away to starkville. It's it's okay. Because it's it's a little cooler than you would. Then you want and Mississippi, even though it's not cold like it is here in Connecticut this year, right? But the food man like it's phenomenon in starkville or Oxford. Yeah. Southern food and southern football Saturday food is the best food in the country. It just is. And now you have the thanksgiving aspect to it. Oh, it's next level smoked Turkey legs. That's pretty. Man smoked Turkey legs are the bomb on football Saturday. I remember once a couple of the college guys talking about places to visit. They're like, oh my God. That groves incredible mother. They leave the room and joy Cowley. It looks at me. And he goes what he's I don't know if we'd like as much is it a racial thing is what do they do it? It's it's very middle aged white man thing to say the grove is the best. It's it's not. That's not true. I wouldn't let me say this. I don't think it's the best. I think Baton Rouge LSU game days the best because they're they're getting after like Tuesday. At night all a drink. You've got crawfish and Gumbo. And that's family. That's what I think is the best. I think the groves the most unique. Yeah. Because you're not in a parking lot outside of a stadium right in the middle of campus is beautiful. You got all these different tens and stuff set up. It's so it's it's just unique. And in this friendly, I don't know what Joey talking about is he ever been there. Now, he's just assuming. Taking up against somebody else is he's throwing in racial overtones. broS ruling alike. Are black people in the grove in Oxford. It's not nineteen forty eight a book of my trip coming up next. Coach Moorhead from Mississippi State two days before the Egbo joined us in our number one more of your calls at eight five five to four to seven to eight five and we've had some interesting ones already today. Sean in Indianapolis, good afternoon. Good afternoon. Paul thanks for taking my call. I appreciate your show. Of course. I I listened to your your take on your call on golick and wingo this morning, and and I think that yearly said it so eloquently. Tammy transit is she brought college football together in a she. And I hope that Devon and the family find some some peace, and I just thank you for your show. Paul and out. You have a great day. Sean. Thank you. Thank you, very very much for that. Do appreciate Derwin is in Louisiana Derwin. Good afternoon. Welcome to the program. Hey fall. I just want to talk about LSU and Texas A&_M from Louisiana virtually, you know, going for but sure it seems like the experts wanna give the aggies hand on this. They're not even rank LSU's the top ten I guess, remember eight. Do you feel about that? You're re with the experts. You know, I really don't know if I have a strong opinion one way or the other. I think the as are do. But but based on what I've seen all year other shoes the better team. Yeah. Well, that's that's thanks for your opinion. I just want to see why why they would have them as a one point favorite. Well. Let me explain and every time I'm around Danny Sheridan. He reminds me of this the Vegas does not have a favorite in the game Vegas. Simply puts a number up on Sunday night. You have a couple of sharpies out there that determine and opening line. And then the public bets that line to wherever it is right now all double check on on where it started. So, but but that doesn't mean Vegas has vagus is not partisan Vegas is main goal is is having even money on both sides of the ball. Yeah. Okay. Well, appreciate your opinion. Enjoy the show and then sorry sorry for your. Thank you very much. I.

"Another game. That's really intriguing to Florida Florida. Florida state's got a remarkable record that still intact, right, Florida. They win the game new year. Six is a very real possibility for them, which is that they have. I mean, I thought Mississippi State made a statement last week. I know it was Arkansas, and I know everybody talked about that Arkansas put seventeen points on LSU. They scored in some other really good teams. Mississippi State made a statement, I think to themselves now going into this Egbo that confidence should breathe over this. It's been a funny season Paul like as we come to the end it's been a funny season because some of these teams play jecklin high, and you kind of try to figure out who they are the one team that I say we've seen progressively get better other than the white Cup was Georgia. Yeah. Georgia from the beginning of the season two right now to me looks like a totally different thing.

And if there's the bread pudding, you know, what I'm saying if there's a monkey Brady, and so with that being said you were saying. To us on air could deal with that. You say, hey, you know, I kind of got over. Little bit. When this eight say, but we're giving you bread that gives you seven right there. So that's the seventy seven, and you know, what I'm saying. So so you got that you didn't you didn't say Egbo, and you convince the girls that you said. Reverend fire. I love how unofficially. They gave you too. No, no. Yeah. But he won't be able to win.
