"5 21 to go in the first period of Game five. The Lightning and Canadians scoreless Still, Micheletti at this point being out shot 11 3 if the Canadians can get out of the opening period scoreless Would that be a little bit of a victory? For sure. I mean, this period is similar to the first period of game number four, where Montreal didn't get much as far as scoring chances in the period Carey Price with very solid and goal and those both those two things have happened here in this game. Yeah, we likened it or at least highlight and this is the old rope ago. In the first period of Game four and feels the same way here. No score as Canadians able to get it into the Tampa Bay zone. McDonough leads it out. Andre Palat past will flutter to the open, right when stating into it is turning the defenseman up on the rush and a pad save made on his sharp angle shot by Carey Price set back the other way by the Canadians and no icing here, forcing McDonough all the way back to get it. This past comes ahead at center and now speed coming late from point. But the past, not stick at the Blue line. He'll just sweep it in. I believe it waited. It went into the netting it back onto the ice surface. I beg your pardon. So the base off comes outside the Montreal blue Now, breakpoint hasn't had the puck bunch in this period either Make you wonder a little bit. No, he's not. He's not a real big players. And he's been taking a beating in this year. He's been a target. You're right. It really has a big defenseman for Montreal. Every chance they get. They're not only just rub them out, but they do it with authority. He's no cold Caufield, but he's listed at 5 10 just 1 65 hoping Caufield five ft seven by far stands out Is this outlet pass by Edmundson goes off of coffee, old and the likely right back to the flock in the Montreal zone, and Suzuki gotta skate on it, allowing Edmondson to throw it off the window and out. Caulfield takes it back in neutral zone and now lays it back to Edmondson Pull Caufield, with points in three straight games to the Canadians has tied and 35 year old record. Most points by a player under age 22, a single playoffs with 14 points. Odlum you had 16 back in. 1986 and Suzuki also has 16 points. He's gray beard, 21 years of age Canadians getting a lot from their young players in this series, and throughout these playoffs centering pass by maroon behind the Montreal net ricochets high. In the air off of Christ and Perry muscles his way to center in a lightning inadvertently throw it into their own bench. John you mentioned maybe even before the game started. That you talked about the 3rd 4th lines for Tampa Bay, getting involved in the scoring and what? Not not as much more their top in this first period. The 3rd and 4th line for Tampa Bay have been the best lines on the ice generated for either team right and then throwing Coleman when he's done short handed and his effort In that area. John Cooper yesterday talking with the media. Talking about that third line of George Coleman and Gaudreau, he said. They bring a gun to a knife fight. It's just the way they play, and they have become a pain in the you know what, according to the Tampa Bay coach, and he means to his opposition to his coaching staff. Part of the reason he starts them show as you pointed out almost every period of every game. David Savard, the Quebec native for Tampa. Has now played more games in the playoffs. Any kids before them in the regular season after coming over at the deadline from the Columbus Blue Jackets dumps it in. It goes for a change Evans the other way for the Canadians, with a long wrist shot that misses everything. Hedman collects it off the end boards and stretches it to the logo at center. Cirelli gets it into the Montreal zone didn't get a deep toll as the light trying to get a change, you know, states it back to center Red but can't get. It passed Rueda at the Tampa Bay line down to 2.5 to go in a scoreless first period, Game five of the Stanley Cup final. The arena in Tampa. Canadians jumping in and trying to get around Big John Rudy, but it can a large check, keeps him at bay and gets the puck ahead, allowing the lightning to clear the zone. Holman turned away in the neutral zone as he got some resistance. And now Edmondson with it for Montreal head the Gallagher at center turns and drops it coming, Suzuki. He sends it in wide of the goal hockey and boards fire and tried to center But nobody home as he put it through his own legs. Now speed the other way for Kucherov. He hands it off the turn X From the right circle is struggled for a moment and then held by price by your neck again has been active in this game. Yeah, they get one of the keys for Tampa Bay is to get those defenseman involved in the rushes and sure, knock in particular has been up the ice an awful lot and again as soon as soon as Tampa Bay has controlled the puck in their own zone, they make one pass. The defense, mint gold they take off until they broke out on the left side. Sure, next, the right defenseman. He flies down the right side who drop finds him and he surprised price with the shot hears so much about Hedman. Chernykh, his fourth among all defenseman in the Stanley Cup playoffs, scoring. He's got 10 points and the second at plus 12 as well. He's been a big part of the lightning getting to this point the precipice of yet another Stanley Cup championship up to center ice off the offensive zone face off for the lightning, But the Canadians able to roll it back won't go far enough for icing is Suzuki Does the honors Hedman chases it down? 90 seconds to go in the first? Point takes the pass. An offside goes Andre Palat, and after that, after well after the whistle, Josh Anderson with a cross check just the Blue Cross check on point. And then following that up Character comes over its point again. Accident talks him into the boards, So that's I mean, it's just been continually. They're trying to wear down point. Wear down Kucherov. Not quite going over the line, but just enough to make it hurt A little bit Joe at what point in the series. Does that wear and tear start to show up here in Game five? Is this Game four Game three games five. Game seven. While generally what happens is and his coaches and the Montreal players have talked about it. Don't forget to finish every checks. No matter what the score is no matter what the series uh, his as far as games tried because that hasn't affected games, 56 and seven maroon comes out and gives Perry a bump that knocks him down before they dropped the puck. Of course, those two former teammates in Anaheim over three years Canadians win the draw, weaving his way through center Jeff Petry, who dumps it in behind the net stall, trying to seal it off of the left boards. As the lightning unable to clear and army can't get to it Spun around. Here comes Matthew Joseph, assist in each of the last two games for Joseph. He drew in after Killorn was injured, gets below the goal line and digs it out trying to circle in front and get it to the net. It went off Army a stick harmlessly to the right corner. Carry up the horse, but not out again. Hedman does not give up the blue line. The Lightning is the rules. Just do not give up the blue lines. Canadians try the other side and stall gets at the center and gets it in. Keep under a minute now to go in a scoreless first period of Game five. Here in Tampa, McDonough forced back from behind the lightning that he'll start over with half a minute to play looks up, and now he'll put it on the wing. Good drill. Puts it in behind that undrafted on North Bay in the O H l hardly. Boudreau has become a very useful piece of a very good camp of 18 battles in the corner with Blake Coleman is a bucket made the right corner in the Montreal zone moment gets it back off the side of the net.

"He turned it over. Gallagher lifecycle. Dino is checked by. Turn back turn back. Battles to win the puck for McDonagh by the Lightning net. McDonough suites under the left side. Stamkos, one touches it to Sara Lee to onto across the Montreal line takes the left point. Shot save made by Price, Lightning Get a change. Over two minutes in no score. Boy Price came up big earlier. Didn't he hears Sharon? Rightly Petrie. Cross a speed Evans spins it in and chases 1st 22 circuit Kevin line in her corner. Work to breaking point by the lightening up. Point looks up ice breaking point. He started chapter center. He tried to dump it in that one of the Montreal stick out of play 17 24 left in the score was first early shots of five. Nothing lightning at least a couple of them pretty dangerous. All the two by Coleman too sure, but really dangerous. Place stood tall. I don't know whether through talking to you got to be outside, right? Yeah, yeah. Inside. The lightning will like so, Joseph. Stays in the lineup with corn not able to go. He's out there with Johnson and Maroon Johnson wins the face off Savard and lining in love from Sergiyev Doctor David Savard. Long pass finds a stick of Joseph. He deflects it in played by Tyler Johnson. Left corner. Find it at Maru. We just checked by Brett Kulak, Buck Rabbit, Corey Perry. Dr Kula up former Calgary Flames defenseman left side beat Army is checked by Savard. Following up those Edmondson Jam it in and Eric stalls after left corner Little Center if he deflected away by Savard from Peri Peri gets it again right point. It's cool AC We'll dump for Eric Staal. Right corner centering pass loose in front. Tyler Johnson gets it on the step. Johnson pivoting in the near corner short the near side maroon. Couldn't get it out on the second try. He doesn't mind Johnson at center. Johnson across the blood has stepped to the slot got held up by Eric Staal. No call boy that was pretty blatant holding. The Canadians has got away with one wow and perlite standing there. It's going to take a lot to get a penalty called, I guess in this game, so took away potential chance for Johnson. Joel Edmundson, a feed to center ice, the flexible lightning line. McDonald golfs it away to cut trough. Travel the right wing. The offensive end. Right circle, Andre Palat. Lot turns with it dropped pass, picked up talent to fully play counter. Gallagher to center. He tried to feed I know went too far ahead of him. It works as a dump in Vasilevskiy at the near side turn act at a breaking point. No speed. The center point. Change the Red Line sweeps it in price plays it around the airports, blocks it right circle defeated front lottery direction save made price. I know. Passes it out. Hedman rips it up. The middle could drop back across the Montreal line. Nice feed to pull out. High slot shoots that's blocked by Weber and goes out of play will definitely the light here, tilting the ice early. Still no sport. Well, that was a good play again. The trough tipped it to shoot towards the net. Lot got a little bit on but didn't get a lot. On it. Johnson, he Wow, I don't know how you call that hold. Yeah. Install is like 64. You know Johnson 59. Johnny Gorgeous, thrown out of the face off against are also it's good row, install to the left of Price. One by the Lightning at the center point, McDonough. Shoots wide left Banyan Igor to the right corner board, pivoting at the right circle keeps it alive and drop feed is going to dribble to turn back right point shot. He put a wide left by McDonnell appoint more heat being applied by the lightning buying that, Gord right corner. Barkley. Good, Rob. The right point. Turnout fumbles it a bit. Keeps it alive momentarily. It's finally carried out by Anderson to center ice Turn. Act gets it back in reverse.

"Went back behind him. Remember to play the other night when Victor Hedman got the things got things going and they end up scoring early. Victor Hedman does the same thing. Montreal look comfortable coming out of their zone. Victor had been the defenseman at the left point stays in. He pokes the puck away. Now he's got it. He gets a shot on goal that gets deflected. Carey Price has to make us safe, and then he has to make a couple more on the scramble after that's just chaos. After that faceoff win for Cirelli is again the Lightning have the haves hemmed in their own zone. Cirelli behind the net, bumped there by Chara and shot dropped his stick. So Cirelli whips it around. Waiting at the right point is Eric Turner. He throws it to the network went off the skate of the defender Sherrod in front and made that more difficult for price, and maybe it needed to be Canadians live to talk about it, and Sherrod brings at the center and wires it in Vasilevskiy stays put and out of the right corner. Gallagher wins the puck try to feed it across the slot, but it was intercepted in front by chair net. Tonight's had a great final series already has 10 points in these playoffs. Lightning unable to clear the zone, however, and Dino keeps it into the left circle for to Foley in the corner. He's taken out by turn AC, and that allows McDonough to move it ahead. Done. A plus six in this series goes for a change. Cirelli sends it in from the blue line, and the Lightning will finish that change as it's gloved down by price for Sharratt, then Sherrod has a couple of points in three games in this series. After not having a point the entire playoffs head Mans the puck into the Tampa Bay zone off the stick of Evans, and it's collected behind the net by Braydon points point for the Lightning pulls up those across off the skate of surrogate, Kev and then his pass deflected out of Played by the stick of our Turi Lechner. Montreal trying something a little bit different to start this game. They're trying to stretch out the Tampa Bay Lightning. Florida did that in in round number one and did a good job. Because Tampa Bay's a team that likes to defended layers. They don't like you to get to the for your own blue line, Then they don't like you to get to the red line. Then they don't like you to get to your blue light, so they continue continually. Force the issue until Montreal here in the early going is trying to stretch him out trying to get the defense in the backup. They're sending forwards down to the far blue line to try and accomplish that both fourth lines on the ice as the lightning able to get it in, and it eludes price behind the Nets. Johnson trying to get it back to maroon, but it's poke loose, and Perry protects the puck whips it into the middle of the ice on the backhand. Cool AC up on the rush had his past knocked back behind him, So he retreats defensively. Now it's into the corner install, tried to get it across the Perry, A good stick from David Savard denied that Kept in at the right point, however, by Kulak again to the front of the net and trying to get there was Army A, but he was upended Johnson wheels to the corner with it got to the line. Edmondson kept it in with escape. Then it's nudged passed him by Patrick Maroon popped into the middle of the ice and Johnson caught in the back checked by stall who takes one hand off the stick to make sure he doesn't take a penalty. Everybody kind of held their breath in the building, didn't he? One more so than Joel Edmundson. No penalty called and now it's Edmondson Rockets at ahead at center off the stick up to Foley barely inside.

It bounced up, one bounced off the other than come back and bounced off the other and went into the neck. That's shadows first goal of the playoffs. Of course, he's had a lot of responsibility defending as a defensive center B had a great finish right there. Sure did. The lightning may be looking at this for potential offside challenge or maybe goalie interference. Gallagher get in on. No, I don't think it was that I didn't think it was that But he was a heck of a shot Both rope. Okay, let's have to face off. You know up both goalposts. Very close. That is super close. It was on the potential offside close enough, though they are not challenging. "Story tonight, Joe Micheletti. They do the shots at this 1.0.27 to 8. Just the Suzuki line who had Three shots on goal in the first game. They've got 11 led by Nick Suzuki, with eight Canadians making a big push here in Game two, and almost throughout the entire 35 minutes, played already. I'd add one is a feathered in behind Vasilevskiy, who's been outstanding Canadian four check gets in money and he couldn't get it over to Anderson. But now he engages cut her off. He gets a little support, and it's brought back to center ice by Brayden point. Surrogate. Jeff is the trailer. He'll wind it up the left boards and in John Merrill has it in his skates for the Canadians back to the corner, But point is there and he is absolutely wiped out by Joel Edmundson. Puck squirts to price and the goal crease and he taps it ahead for Josh Anderson. He can move and he speeds into the Tampa Bay zone cuts to the Net. Vasilevskiy makes the stop. You know, fresh off the Montreal bench keeps the puck alive on the left boards in the Tampa Bay zone, pushes it to the corner. Little give and go to know has it again from behind the net feeds the right 0.1 timer by Petry in the left had safe by that, so let's see that change direction in front. Canadians now getting a little net front presence. It was our Mia who got the redirect on that one boy. Has he been good in this game? Puck comes back in and the Canadians are offside. You go all the way up and down the line up. For Montreal, and so many of their players have been much better their team game and this feels Like a 51 game, and the only reason it's not it's because of Andrei Vasilevskiy. He's the reason why Tampa Bay is even close to being in this game. This is totally one.

It's cockamamie makes a nice move to the red Line into the lightning zone. Very captain Amy Off Circle. Byron shoots day Vasilevskiy Rebound is played by cock any Emil obstacle shot saving and vasilevskiy. Andre pull it the other way plot marches to the red line and bounces it in. Price spins for Joel Edmundson in the near corner under the far side, Jeff Petry railing dunno. What's the call here? Getting penalties on turn AC and Byron that started back in the lining end. Got a four on four. 2 33 left in a scoreless for Montreal. Penalty number 41 2 minutes for slashing temporarily number 81 2 minutes for cross checking. I'll turn activities. Nails him there and I didn't see the slash and I didn't see that. I think it happened after the check. Turn AC lead on Byron. Few more saves Vasilis. Those were Less dangerous, but they were right on target Those shots from Montreal. So this is a full on for some open ice for the Canadians and the lighting here, Gordon Denno. To the right of price drop that park already. Gord wins it done at the left point trying to hold this in. He got the stick of Mondano line. You're going to be down four on three. That's a tough break. But It's going to get four minutes to, probably if there's blood, it's four. Now I see Kelly subtle and seeing two while he had to up. But the Canadians Getting their first power play chance. You know what Ryan McDonagh, It's four. You're right, Phil. It's going to be four minutes. I saw them there without McDonough for this kill. Yeah. Tap a felony number 27 4 minute double minor for high sticking big moment early in this game. Beginning. And you know how people are there, right, Craig? And she went She went to Louisville. Talk about a scarf. And then went home. She went to Louisville town in Yorkville, I guess what time is it like 6 40 just got 600 bucks in her pocket. She's like I'm gonna I'm just go down to why wouldn't I do that? If you're if you're a Habs player, if you're like, a, uh, a so that's just wrong. That's just like that's so wrong. That is, there's everything right about that. That is. There's everything right. There is absolutely nothing. What do you mean? You don't know what to say. It's absolutely genius Dog. Ducharme expected back Should he come back or do you roll with Richardson? Maybe a little bit. I mean, do you like I'm just wondering here like, uh, No. He wants to get back. I better you know, the old we've talked about, Are you? Basically It's saying that the reason why Montreal got by Vegas was because of Luke Richardson. No, no, no. Those are the words that you're choosing to put in my mouth. After what I said, What I'm saying is, then you need to be. You need to clarify what you're saying. Because what you said to me was Kind of like now that Luke Richardson's doing a double. Maybe I was the head coach should just take a step back and let Luke Richardson coach the team is what if it's not broken. Don't fix it right. It wasn't broken before. No, I know in the first couple series. Come on. Okay? All right. You don't think the game plans are Dominique Ducharme. Most definitely. Yes, there's I'm sure there's lots and lots of conversation. I'm sure he gets to watch at home and really analyze the game. Um, superstition doesn't play a factor, then. No, not at all. Okay. Not at all. Too important of a time for superstition. I guess superstition only fits when it's appropriate Instigators. W G R 5 50 MSG lunch bets going to be rolled over. That's what I'm glad to believe Craig. You're gonna be rolling. I'm going with the Happy town. Yep. Any reason for any reason to think that the Sabres should be modeling themselves after the haves our team is going to be starting to model themselves after the Montreal Canadians with this Epic run or what? What? What's what's there to model? Mm hmm. If you want to model model what I've said, I said, we definitely need to go after Joel Edmundson. We definitely need to go after Josh Anderson, and really sure we were around to fully alert to Foley. Maybe you should just start listening to the instigators. But in reality The Sabres weren't necessarily at the point there where this is the market where those players are going to go, but Isn't actions all is the place that they're going to go. Is it not? I mean, they they made the playoffs by what a 0.1% to get into the playoffs. They beat out the Sabres. Both teams were in the same situation one year ago. The difference is the Montreal Canadians. Made significant moves to bring in pieces that absolutely flourished. On that team. You talk about Corey Perry. Corey Perry has been a major factor. Playing on the fourth line, mind you, but he's also on the first power play unit like They brought in players. That have helped this team immensely. But that's what they see. That's why I don't know why everyone's so surprised about this. I'm not going to sit here and say I'm not surprised. But I just think a lot of people would too much emphasis on on the Leafs and and, you know, just thought it's an automatic and I I look at I look at Montreal And I think Well, number one. They have I think a lot of people criticize the money they've spent in goaltending, but I mean, they've spent their money like More wisely than then. Then the leaves. Have they spread their money out. I even thought when they they spent that money on Josh Anderson. I thought that was too much money. You know where Where would he get 6.5 Million, But it's five or five was at 5.555 for seven years. It was a lot. I think Josh Anderson. Uh, certainly it's a risk. Coming off the year that he had he had what one goal in 26 games. He's been unbelievable. Just been simply unbelievable. If that whole team that whole team has been, this is what uh, Burger van has been trying to build like he's been has he not been one of the most active general managers over the years. We get all the moves he's made questionable mean there were still a lot of moves that he's made that have not panned out that have not worked out. You have the Buffalo Sabres that they've made some moves over the years that have not quite worked out. Um You know, it was almost to a point where You know Bergeron was He was on the hot seat. I was just about to say I feel like surprise. He still had a job because he had the team for a number of years, and a lot of moves did not work out. But this particular year He made some very, very big moves. You know Max Domi for Josh Anderson. Okay, That's a big move. Bringing in Tyler Toffoli for $4.5 million. He was he was a top five goal scorer in the National Hockey League this year. Joel Edmundson is 64 £220. There's my statistics for you, and he skates well, and he defends exceptionally well and he's physical and he's exactly what The Montreal Canadians need on the back end. There's a player we never talk about when we have the discussion about the haves and what they're doing is Max Domi. Because and the reason why I only think about Max Domi, as you just said his name is because There was a moment I'll never forget in and you said it to me and we were playing together. You got traded to Buffalo? And San Jose was best team leak, and I remember we were I don't know if we were on a plane. I don't know where we were together. I don't know where we were together. But I remember I said you said, how are you gonna feel of San Jose wins the cup this year, and I just remember you said I'm going to. Absolutely I'm gonna puke. That's it. That's all you said You didn't say you didn't go. It didn't elaborate. You just said I will. I will throw up and You've got to wonder about these guys like it's not like your deadline deal like your moved in a major deal. Yeah, you're moved in a major deal out to bring in a major piece in Your team falters now fired the coach. He had a whole bunch of driving, Then it's not his fault. But you just look at the circumstances. The difference of scenarios for Max Domi. How's he feeling? Yeah, well, you know, ordered guys just sometimes not care. He had a tough year this year. A very tough year this year in Colorado or Columbus Story, Um Was not in the good graces of, um John Tortorella. And now I just read something just recently that Max Domi is having surgery..

"Mean, Dallas may be saying, Hey, we got our kind of done early, hopefully doesn't happen again, um, with stars, but he had you know, and on the other hand to go can they were the last ones playing. They played the last game of the season. They might still been shaken off some of the other injuries. But really, you know, it's one of those situations that there's you know, Aside from doing your part as an individual and social distancing and Making sure that your family does the best job that they can so that you don't kind of bring it in At the end of the day, you know nothing really. They can do except try to make the best of a bad situation. So you know, when they come back, they're gonna you know, probably rolling all four lines, which they did A lot of the playoffs anyway. Rowland 60. They got the taxi squad. Given some players from rest. They got two. Good goalies there. Got Bishop and Anton Khudobin Khudobin. Pardon me, And so, you know, like that team is set up pretty well. I think to have success even if they do have to cram in a bunch of games. A lot of food that they went to the cup finals. You know, a lot of people predict them to win it all. And so did you have some older veterans, so we'll see how it wears on those guys. But I think Dallas is set up pretty well, too. To deal with that. But who knows, man? I mean, you know the least may have to deal with that. They may have to postpone a bunch of games and next thing you know, they're playing for five games a week. You know, I don't know it Z. I don't think there's going to be the only delay or break that we're gonna have from a team of postponements from a team for covert. His camp Goran. He hails from the Ontario area initially, by the way from your Blue Jays fans want to just get this out there came across the wire George Springer has signed with the Blue Jay. Six years 150 million. So leaving the Astros and going to Toronto. And that's good news for Blue Jay fans, because we know Springer's one heck of a player. We're talking Puck right now, with Cam Gore and the Vegas cold nights off to that three of those start. Lot of depth on this Gold Knights team. And you and I talking about Leonard and Marc Andre Fleury and Fleury is going to get his his starts defensively. Potro Angel coming over, But, you know, shake Theodore's there. They got Alec Martinez from the King's near the end of the year. A couple years ago. Brayden McNabb. They've got some players. No question. Schmidt, of course on to Vancouver, but I like the offensive that you mentioned Mark Stone and Patch already. William Carlson's got to come up Big and and the youngster Cody glasses to start delivering but marches. So's another one. That has been really consistent. And Riley Smith and Alec stuck these guys, they're solid. The problem for Riley Smith is he's gotten hurt the last couple years and has missed, you know a bunch of games here in their very important for the Gold Knights. I think to keep Riley Smith healthy because I think he's a guy that really adds to the the offensive punch for Vegas. Yeah. You know, in the first year, uh, you know when you guys went to the finals there, Riley Smith and marches. So we're huge, huge part of that now they don't have to be as much because you do have some more scoring depth. But can those guys they're also to really for his small guy, especially marked so you know you like you'd be shocked standing next to him. He's not a big guy. I mean, you know, in the NHL, you look at a lot of these stats. And they're nobody's holding them accountable. And boy, this should you like to embellish on those stacks? You know Mitch Margaret last year they did 6 Ft. £185, Will you go 591 65 In reality, you know, maybe a little more this year. You put on some weight this year, but Um, yeah, You know, two guys, great hockey players, and they're way better with those guys out there. Uh, you know when that's going to be part of the coaching that Z going to be a bigger thing that coaches have to pay attention this year to 10 is managing their players. Even some guys sometimes off time off. And put them in as a healthy scratch. Put them in the press box and years. Pies. If you were a healthy scratch, and you sat in the press box, then you were weren't playing good hockey, And that was like a punishment, But now it might be a look at the long It's a long while to shortened season, But it's gonna be a tough few months with a lot of games. So nowadays there might be a look. I'm going to sit in the press box. You're playing great hockey. Keep doing. What you're doing is not a punishment. We're just trying to prolong. You know the players and the health and trying to keep everybody healthy going into the playoffs, and that's gonna be a tough pill for some guys to swallow. But you know, at the end of the season, when you know teams, they're in the playoffs. And they're able to cruise on into the playoffs and play good hockey and guys, they're healthy. You know, You've got to credit that management to that. So it's good to be a different year from that aspect as well. I think you're going to see more of that You're going to see more that that you've never seen before. It's gonna be a tough pill for players to swallow, but I really think it's gonna be an important thing. And you know anything to about that, you know, they got Was either marches, so we're Riley. One of them came in the expansion draft from Florida. And when they traded from Florida, Ken for a bag of pox. Animal wife, Lord, I didn't didn't want them. I forget which one? It wasn't. It was marked so they just pretty much traded for a bag of punks and rise experience in the expansion draft, But You know, Florida Panthers or team that have been rebuilding for years and how they gave up those two guys. I just never can understand. I just still shaking my head on that one. If they have been to really productive players. I know they've had some injury issues. But for the most part, those guys have been on the ice and playing a lot of games for you guys. So bit of Ah, you know, you can call that probably chalk that up to the George McPhee highway robbery of the The expansion draft a few years ago because people still talk about some of the moves that he made. Yeah, And you know what's on real is it wasn't even the good parts. These were the faulty parts that they just took out. Uh, metal beat in the middle. Yeah, Exactly. All right. Real real quick. Camcorder. We've got five games tomorrow night. Edmonton at Toronto. Right now, the least minus 1 44 6.5. The total San Jose is at Saint Louis Blues minus 1 75 6, the total Minnesota's at Anaheim, It is Minnesota minus 1 33 5.5, the total Montreal at Vancouver. Canadians minus 1, 18 6, The Total and Arizona in Vegas. Play that second game here at, uh, T Mobile. It is Vegas minus 1 96 5.5. What about those leaves? Minus 1 44 at home. 6.5 high total. Sometimes we'll see a seven. But you know when you get a 6.5, they're expecting some goals to be scored. Toronto it end Edmund 10, So they're looking for at least seven goals. If you want to play the over and that one. What about the Leafs at home tomorrow against Edmundson, whose off to a slow start? Yeah, You know, I would. I think we're inclined to take the over on that one. That could say, I know there's no fans there, but still meant David likes to play in Toronto. He's from like I say from the area. He's also due for a break out game. He's only scored in one game so far this year. I think the Oilers air do Uh, for a big, big scoring night and the least consider your as one thing they can do is score. Um Freddy Anderson played pretty well against, um Against Winnipeg get and I don't even know if he's gonna get the start. But so far this year, I haven't been impressed with Anderson. He hasn't been. He's letting some weak ones he let in some soft ones. And the goaltending for evidence isn't great. So five to pick something on that when I'd probably do the over There you go. I'm on it over 6.5 used to have a buddy and me when the NFL totals would can ideas always go over the highest high and under the lowest low Because there's a reason those numbers are like they are. Yeah. Yeah, And then you know, I think, uh, you know, Travis Green, the coach for the For the Canucks there, he's he's he was, you know, he wasn't Ah, Heavyweight or anything, but he was a top hockey player. He played tough. He didn't fight a lot of fun a little bit, but he he played very tough, even if a scary guy And I think he's gonna have his connects. Playing pretty well. I think so far. Montreal's over achieved a little bit, but I think that connects they're going to play better hockey than what we've seen so far. Um, so that might.
