"Head to head following the debate. Please stay with us for post debate analysis Way have a distinguished lineup of guests. We're going to go to the debate now, but I think they're still coming into the hall. I would like to tell you a little bit about what's coming up a special guest this evening, Doctor Gabrielle Well now Will be with us for the entire hour and following the debate there basically going tohave to paddles on DH. Also, Dr Gabrielle well, now will be doing an interview with Marina Vigata first panel includes Dr Gabrielle Bell, now Ashley Henderson as well as Ed Fallon. Fallon is based in Iowa. So that Should really make for a really interesting time here, Gabrielle. If you are with us, we see that they're a little late coming into the hole, and one has to wonder what's really happening. If we could just be there to see what's going on. Maybe the president is having a freak out. Welcome. I'm delighted to be with you this evening here. So you know, he who knows? Maybe they want the Plexi glass back. You know? At this point. We have No way of really knowing. But the stage is empty. And we hope actually for today that we can actually have an informed debate. Instead of muscling. Yeah, well, we'll have to see. I mean, I know that there was some concern by Donald Trump because off their new rules that are in place because the mike can now be shut off, and he didn't like that at all. I mean, already, he's complaining that this was totally unfair. Well, I think you know, there might be a new political word. And this is gonna be political withdrawals is, you know he's starting to see that folks in the Senate In and folks that don't have to do. What he's telling them. And he doesn't control the commission. And he doesn't like that. Yeah, I mean, this. There's so much really pending on this debate. Right now, At least that is the analysis from the pundit class, but frankly, with over 40 million people who have already voted Gabrielle and how many people are really undecided At this point, I suppose there is. AH, small sliver of the population are undecided that Tonight might make up their minds. But it does seem to me as though a lot of people have already decided. What are your thoughts on it? Well, there's always that that that 10 to 20% that is always trying to figure out well this or that. It makes some of us very angry and uncomfortable, but it's ultimately either decisions. So you know, does Donald Trump? I have a second shot at their decisions. Belmont University in Nashville. I think they're starting now we're going to throw it right to the debate right now to the final 2020 presidential debate. Gates..

"What's up Las Vegas good morning everybody sharp Shapiro is the biggest day coming out to live on a Thursday baby all yeah so glad you could join us you have a good show today a lot to get to what do we not have a good show here maybe a bias I don't know but coming up here at the bottom of the hour I've said it before and I'll say it again it's important to have some of our black leaders each of us and listen to them and we got a good one that would be a Clark County commissioner Lawrence weekly really great guy very passionate fact he got very emotional meeting the other day we're gonna play that for you but Lawrence weekly Clark County commissioner will be joining us coming up here at the bottom of the hour voided drew Brees get himself in hot water ladies job and I think he used a lot of poor judgment with talking about this the American flag his teammates are going after him he's taken a lot of flak forties actually apologized for it we are going to get to that coming up in our number two and it certainly has something to do with the very controversial calling Capper next we'll be getting to that up a little bit it's this you know this this theory on the right it's just one bad apple it's just one bad apple that got us here what we're gonna talk about that is this really one bad apple and by the way I will include the looters of the writers are they just a few bad apples I'm so sick of people using that term this isn't one bad apple when it comes to police and it's not one bad apple when it comes to the protesters it is it is a plethora of people for lack of a better term on both sides it's not one bad out others a lot we're going to I got to set up the show so we're going to get to that coming up in our number two jadis already chomping at the bits as as I try to prepare we're gonna be talking about I'm just I'm just compared looters and rioters the police officers well we will get to that in our number two and the reason why I'm making that statement in setting up the show is because it's not one bad apple but the cop and it's not one bad apple with a looter that is why I said that and we will get to that in our number two our number two ed Fallon is and I what political activist you also if you recall this is the man that got into it with Joe Biden several months back interesting guy he has some strong opinions on the disgraced Steve king who is now out of office as you know out there in Iowa so I'll be joining us now we're number three interesting story Floyd Mayweather said that he will now pay for the funeral of George flights so good for flight will talk about that but my reasoning in why this family doesn't need any more money we'll get to that our number three and the NBA now has an official decision on what they're doing with the season slash playoffs so well a lot to get to a lot to go over in the shell and certainly some controversial subjects but don't want to start with this how many of you out there were gambling that's right how many of you out you know we should play Kenny Rogers you got to know when to hold what is that song called the I think it's actually called the gambit is able to get as a late rest in peace god I hate to say that the late Kenny Rogers that sucks he looked at me and made a strong bird yeah well delicious chicken restaurant well the casinos gaming opened up at twelve oh one AM morning that's right twelve oh one AM is one that because he knows up and what a weird situation if you're one of those people and I'm sure there's plenty of you out there that were waiting outside those casino doors of those gaming areas maybe it was a gaming bar maybe it was you know one of the big casinos on the strip I don't know what what a weird situation right where people are just ready to storm into a casino it's almost like all these casinos have a grand opening for the first time that's the feeling you know now I'm sure a lot of these slot machines were checked to make sure they're all working and you know for days I'm sure they were preparing for this but just a weird spot they have all these people waiting to gamble in Las Vegas when ever since a you know correct me if I'm wrong but ever since all these casinos had those grand openings they haven't closed happened because he does don't close down you know so it's just a really weird situation that we are dealing with right now but you know I listen I'm happy that the that somebody's casinos are open I know that some of them still haven't opened up yet I just want things to be safe and I want thank I want people to be safe I want people to be healthy certainly I don't want a rise in this corona virus pandemic because that would set us back up months I don't want that to happen but the good news is that right if if that happens at this point people would just say we refuse to not go about our business all right well we're just gonna have to wait because the we have probably what three to four million we're just gonna have it in writing and protesting collectively across the country in close quarters no most of them were were very close to each other with an obvious we're gonna see a rising cases these that should be the person that you bought what if it's not the case then then everything involved with code nineteen the lock out of self was a complete joke in the first place and genetic or what the experts are saying is that you we won't know for at least three weeks maybe more if we have an uptick we're just not going to know that right now but joining us on the line right now is one of those customers that I was talking about he somebody that's tomorrow yeah he is a customer is one of those people that in Joyce's gambling he enjoys sitting in front of the caveman casino machine and just losing money twenty five cents after twenty five cents after twenty five cents does add up after a while and I of course I'm talking about Chris Wynn who was stopping at the bit to gamble as many of you were Chris wins out there last night Chris Wright joining us right now on the line Chris how's it going it was a grisly good Ryan gate gate what a way to set up again I like that right there thank you brown all right Chris so give me the rundown give me all right give me the right let me let me ask my first question all right so give me the set up tell me where you plant the plan last night were you were planning on going and then right before they open the doors kind of describe to me before we get your exciting caveman keno I can't wait for that conversation describe to me the set up where you went and what what was it like okay so obviously every single casino bar every single casino every single the video poker machine every single gaining able at twelve bowl one last night was officially able to turn back on or do you actually start up so as you can imagine that if you think about what is transpired over the past almost three months here that is the big deal okay that is something that is going to be you know it it does for you know whether or not you think it's too early what you not you think it's too late when you get out yeah either way it's still a massive deal and of course a lot of you out there I'm here and I'm sure Brian you along with JT as well as the die in HR all the all the videos and and what went down I I I have a cat right actually went out I saw the video of downtown because some of the major you know the obviously opened up down there and look like there's a lot of people out about so my first track was to my local watering hole over here which is that that will run Jones and Paul mango and I had to get run over there and it was it was pretty good it was the it was pretty busy I understand that the plan here is for most that was meant to be at fifty percent about the or less but we also understand that this is what they and this is the matter and some of sometimes those numbers are going to get you a little bit particularly when it's been almost three months and people that can't get out of the house and go on gamble so I would I would anticipate I would say that there was more than fifty percent of capacity that was in Jackson down there what was it was a completely packed it is what you try to say it was it was completely packed but it was it was that you look for that right so let's let me hold on Christmas I I have to I have to get to this point okay so you're you get into the bar ET yeah you're probably shaking chomping at the bits do you find a machine that has your name written all over it absolutely not absolutely not because they are they are implementing procedures Friday JT where their whole doesn't think so it so in that way particularly every other machine or not so it is sold there do you thirties wasn't the the ability to do it already the third party there is already probably you know thirty to forty people at least in part so you know as you get this great there there just wasn't he there was the option to do that so the second hold on thirty to forty people inside the bar they're not practicing social distancing that's ridiculous well I will right yeah we get one box when you talk about bars okay the reality is sort of this thing is something that is going to be somewhat of a minute guys okay because of the nature of the social interaction between people and and look I understand that number since the lack in others in the powers that be at you know an idea in mind whether gaming for about what was going to take place but there is no way to really regulate guys okay like what you think about this for example I don't I don't I don't want to hear but you don't know you can and if that was not like that it's not like you're going to a restaurant okay you could you could be going in with your wife your girlfriend for her maybe three or four of your friends right or five or six of your friends the point being is that it almost impossible to regulate anything that way so what's your point I got your point your point right yeah yeah all right not being a year did you bring what you did you bring your Chippendale friends with you to the bar last night I did not know that is not a serious question the search for C. U. N. C. when it's fine I have a question see when let's rewind just just a few minutes here let's just rewind did you show up at twelve oh one were you outside the doors like it was passed by on Black Friday now I didn't do that because I was again I was like I'm like you know the stock I wonder if you actually check out get all the video and he said that your fashion crystal I Chris I have another question okay so the moment of truth you're waiting you're waiting you're trying to get to a machine you're waiting you're being patient you finally have your eyes set on a machine you finally reserve a machine what is the first thing that is going through your mind it is been three to four months since you've done any sort of slot machine gambling what was their adrenaline rush that went through your your your veins because it was the first time you've been able to placate band you know in anywhere for three or four months what is going to your mind at that point when you finally see a machine opens up and it's got your name on it so dieting JD I love what you hear is like trying to get the dramatic going here okay let's yeah okay I know you I know you're trying to you know this magical radio moment here but it does it is magical don't ruin it for me right exactly work that way okay I went to one that was made I had a I had a beer pong out a little bit and then I ended up being three down you might do another spot that I like to help with the Gold Coast just stop what's the secret and that is where that that quote on quote magical moment took place we going to get the hell out I was worried because it's important because a lot of that on the back and a lot a lot Las Vegas are you dealing with us probably played actress Maisie degenerate wasn't making a generous so I get very little close guys okay and they have put up where you know you can't just walk in any door like it like there all the major because you know you can't just stroll into the door they have it all right Dr they have a special section where you walk too and they had some type of device where they can take your temperature so you what it is a paraphrase what have people waiting in line rustler has added they do that it wasn't Rachael it was that basically a he was basically a fight that was pointing at your foreheads sect that lived on how to keep them at your taking your temperature but I guess it worked because I walked up and it took like five seconds and then this way you through so.

"AM Kate on alright welcome back it is the biggest takes our been Shapiro so glad you could join us on a Friday and yeah busy news cycle and in regards to president trump and what is taking place in the Senate trial we're talking about with this is right we're talking about votes should the witnesses and I've been very clear on this one if you want to get down to the truth if you truly want the truth of what did or didn't take place and all the evidence these are put forward as would be the case in any trial X. especially the president added states so before we get to that I want to say attorney Alan Dershowitz is as I like to com au I'm sorry says name douche with no I'm sorry Dershowitz he has now quit and the reason why he quit is not because people are taking his words out of context the reason why he quit is because he acted like a phony said some very ignorant things and it made him look bad what a shocker that the guy who represents you know peta files and murders it is saying ignorant things in regards to this situation but I want to get to a representative Alexander and his witness votes because this is the swing vote that people are saying even though we're now learning more Caskey has now but no one witnesses but Romney and Collins voted yes so it certainly appears as though no no witnesses will be called in the GOP likely has enough votes to block all those witnesses and any other evidence from coming forward but Alexander statement shows me the stupidity the lack of a backbone of the cowards of some of these people that are voting I want to read you a statement from Alexander himself this is a state we put out yesterday when he made it public that he was voting no one witnesses here's part of what he said you're not gonna believe it you're not gonna believe it he said quote I worked with other senators to make sure that we have the right to ask for more documents and witnesses but there's no need for more evidence to prove something that has already been proven he called the president's actions inappropriate but he said he didn't believe it reached the stage of impeachment he also wanna say the question is not whether the president did whether the United States Senate or the American people should decide what to do what he did he believes that the constitution provides that the people should make that decision in the presidential election that begins in the like well on Monday okay here's how ridiculous the statement as folks Alexander is admitting the president's guilt Alexander is admitting that the president withheld aid for political gain any saying that's not an impeachable offense I'm laughing because it's so ridiculous let me tell you something about this guy Alexander he will always be known for being a coward as far as I'm concerned from here on out well I always be known for and he definitely cares about you thinking is a coward for sure well this isn't about me well you know as far as you're concerned about me I have my opinions JD but the guy just admitted that president trump withheld aid for personal gain which is breaking the law period and the reason why he's saying he doesn't want warm witnesses to come forward the reason why saying those things because it'll make a stronger case for the Democrats but this guy is getting blasted even by some Republicans he's getting blasted he basically admits that the president withheld aid for personal gain and yet he sang well side into thousand twenty so for us to decide it is a horrible precedent that he is setting in many of these other Republicans are saying this basically you're saying well we if you're a week into the presidency for example you can withheld aid for personal gain and that's okay just wait three and a half years await for yours to the next election that's exactly what this man is saying and it is cowardly it is wrong he has no back backbone and he's doing it party over country and yes I accuse the Democrats to doing that all the time too but not in this case because they want evidence put forward they want witnesses they want to get down to the truth now yes the Democrats believe that the president committed a crime but all the evidence should be put forward and this guy Alexander should be ashamed of himself he's a **** coward that's what he is he's a frickin powers no response that was going to be a coward he's a coward drums gonna be acquitted I like we knew was going to happen the entire time I think that the Democratic Party might be on its last legs after this land and sea plus he has made some very very questionable comments in fact she is saying that trump cannot be acquitted and she is considering attempting to destroy bar the attorneys that represented him successfully simply because they represented him successfully they did their job that would be up for debate that they represented him six hours later after I mean it's really you guys getting a pizza we'll have our witness is being called no I'm not okay is he still with president I'd states and he's going to win by an absolute or landslide AT their own twenty two and I mean it's not going to that's a separate conversation that's not the way they did it's the same when the elections in two thousand to one the whole the entire in Peter process has everything to do with the election is what right now and that that's not what it's all about because the Democrats know they don't have a viable candidate just like ed Fallon said who just spoke to on the phone and they are trying to steal the selection from the American other novel by impeaching Donald Trump for something that hit me was was basic for negotiation other may have been we'll call it twenty percent just after she would stated maybe twenty percent of Donald Trump actually was interested in in the morning are investigating Biden for his own political gain but this didn't happen in two months amid this happened eighteen months before the election was going was when to take place Biden was never guaranteed to be his upon he still may not be his opponent and he had in my opinion plenty of reason to look into what happened with charisma and hunter Biden and Joe Biden okay so a couple things I think that even with witnesses were called less of this couple days ago the hunter Biden would would be called as well and he would destroy himself because he's not a very smart guy and you can't please if if he would destroy himself I understand your if you had that and that would give there's a lot that now that you know that would make the Republicans understand why it was okay for Donald Trump to want to look in to Brisbane and the bindings and the above it just because Joe Biden is Donald trump's political opponent doesn't change the fact that he could have been corrupt he he was involved in politics for thirty years and the sun was getting paid sixty thousand dollars a month buy a country he was not a citizen of to be on the board of a company that he'd actually no experience I was a lot there's a lot you just said and I don't I don't even remember some of the stuff you just said but I wrote down a few things because you said a lot first of all your definition of basic for negotiation is ridiculous and troubling to me and let me explain why troubling that extra explain I didn't editors are up to you first of all when you withhold aid for political personal gain an interference in the elections that is a crime period make no mistake about it that is a crime that is exactly what the president did based on Republicans like Alexander that is admitting that it's just a horrible precedent moving forward that's number one number two whether hunter Biden committed a crime or not by the way there's no evidence to prove that whether I you know there were shady dealings going of Brisbane by the way there's no evidence to prove that is not why the president was up for a trial hearing was impeached it is whether he broke the law or not and the fact that Republicans are blocking witnesses from testifying and the fact that this scumbag John Bolton cares more about writing a book and making money then he tells about the American people and telling the truth is daunting it is disgusting it is despicable use any word you want its whole run this this is not basic for negotiations to withhold funds for political gain that's exactly what the president did we're gonna take a break and when we come back we'll take your phone calls what do you think about this what do you think about Alan Dershowitz leaving the trauma very very appropriate right yeah well very appropriate a lot from him trump regional okay thank you what we got to take a break jumper Claverack thank you well yeah yeah I I'm sure you think Donald Trump is very clever when he goes after women and P. O. W.'s we'll take a quick break we'll take your phone calls on the other side seven oh two two five seven five three nine six again that number two five seven five three nine so your calls coming up next reporter trump impeachment trial John Bolton is accusing the.

"The Vegas take on a Friday so glad you could join us a lot to get to today yeah it's kind of a busy news cycle not really a boring who cycle obviously it's been an extremely difficult week in the sports world with Kobe Bryant tragedy that took place on Sunday a gentleman coming on our show he's the athletic director for orange coast college now if you don't know why we're bringing up orange coast college will you should coach John Altobelli was in that helicopter baseball coach over there along with his wife and his daughter they also perished in that helicopter crash with Kobe and his thirteen year old daughter and several others Jason Keller as I mention he's the athletic director of orange coast college's could be joining us wanted coach John Altobelli mean to the community his relationship with Kobe Bryant over the years so we'll talk to the athletic director over there coming up at the bottom of the hour also have you heard about this run in this is the reason why I'm not a Joe Biden supporter this is one of the main reasons because he takes a page from the Donald Trump playbook got it's a situation that took place in Iowa with an eye will voter by the name of ed Fallon he gets into with ed Fallon and it's a very testy exchange and all if this guy says is that you know I'm not gonna vote for you I'm not gonna caulk is for you but if it's you versus Donald Trump I'm gonna vote for you in and Biden took that and got defensive and just treated him like garbage to real bad moment for Joe Biden anyway this guy and found one that got into it with them we're gonna have them on the show our number two to talk a little bit about that and of course the latest on this impeachment situation it appears although it's not a hundred percent it appears as though Donald Trump is gonna be acquitted now we're learning that the Senate may not decide on trump's fate until next week but you want to talk about a guy that I would call a coward and every name in the book that would be senator Lamar Alexander I'll explain why coming up in our number two and that's when we'll take a majority of your phone calls on this but it does appear that senator Lamar Alexander could be the difference in the reason why Donald Trump is being acquitted out when it comes to witnesses and subpoenas with text messages so on and so forth we are living in dangerous times in this country right now let me tell you when the president of the United States can withhold aid for personal gain and even many Republicans agree that what the president did was wrong but basically what they're saying is he can do it again we can impeach him have to wait to the two thousand and twenty elections it is downright ridiculous and we all as Americans should be appalled with what is going on in the Senate right now we all should be and by the way John Bolton not to go on a tangent because we're gonna talk a little bit more about this in our number two but John Bolton is a piece of garbage this man cares more about his book and making money than doing the right thing how could anybody respect this guy now and I mean anybody he said well if you subpoena me I'll talk but he waits until he gets paid tons of money for his book deal but he's not gonna come out and just tell everybody what happened you think John Bolton cares about this country I'll tell you the only thing Bolton cares about the money it's all about the money it's all about his bank account this guy is a traitor an absolute trader in a scumbag is John Bolton and we'll get more into that coming up in our number two as I mentioned our number three we're certainly going to get to the Superbowl one of the craziest prop bets you can make on the Superbowl there a lot of fun we'll get to that with Nick Bogdanovich he is the director of trading for William Hill my favorite book in towns will be joining us in our number three and Tom Brady did he really buy a home at red rock in that area what is the proof what we know for sure and is there any chance the Brady returns and a one pager will get all that coming up in our number three I want to start with Kobe Bryant because this is the big news and the news that really has just surfaced so yes you could call it breaking news I haven't talked about this helicopter pilot who lost his life in the reason why I haven't really talked about what could or couldn't could not have happened with them and I haven't done a lot of speculation is because we didn't have all the facts I wanted to make sure that it wasn't helicopter malfunction well guess what we're learning two very important things about this helicopter pilot who decided to go up into the fog in bad conditions on Sunday killed eight people including himself nine we are now learning that the helicopter that crashed and killed Kobe Bryant made others was reportedly not certified to fly in poor visibility but wait a second it gets worse than that if that's not bad enough according to The New York Times the pilot all right is a Brian he did have instruments certification but even though he had that ability he was bound by the company certification not to rely on it the pilot was also not necessarily certified to fly in these types of condition it I mean it's just so disgusting to me that the pilot wasn't certified to fly in these type of conditions and this actual helicopter was not the right helicopter certified to fly in these types of conditions you know what that's like folks I'll make this analogy it's almost like getting in the backseat of a car and allowing someone drunk to drive a vehicle that is basically what it is like that is what it is like because when you get inside a vehicle with someone that is drunk well they're they're incapacitated right maybe their vision isn't there their judgment is off that's the same case here you're flying a helicopter that is not certified to fly in these types of conditions and you have a pilot I don't care how many hours he has he obviously was not the right pilot to fly in these types of conditions and by the way that that helicopter absolutely one hundred percent should not have been in the air when the LAPD says we're not putting our helicopters in the air but this pilot makes that decision with the wrong type of helicopter to find these conditions not relying on instruments the wrong type of helicopter to fly these conditions and he was the wrong pilot to fly in these conditions should we all be shocked on what took place like I said it is like getting into a car with somebody that does not have the proper driver's license to drive a certain vehicle and they might be incapacitated or you might be driving a vehicle that is not the right vehicle to be driving in those type of conditions it is an appetite for disaster that's exactly what it is recipe a recipe for disaster the island express helicopters owned the Sikorsky S. seventy six B. aircraft it was a certified to fly only under visual flight rules so what does that mean well if you recall that fateful day on Sunday the conditions were you could see anything there there were there were there were no visuals so if there are no visuals how the hell can you take a helicopter up there and at worst case scenario this pilot when he saw those conditions as bad as they were what any turnaround immediately he waited too late to turn around when he could see anything well what we did was he circled for about five minutes of a short of short of his destination waiting for the circle for fifteen minutes our server twelve minutes fire Burbank around five times for for twelve minutes yeah he if he was he was supposed to be a an instrument certified pilot that's what the report was that's what every single news outlets that he was an instrument certified pilot and he only had two and a half miles visibility he needed about three but this is this is the case if he wasn't as from certified and this and this helicopter should have been up in the air then these families have major lawsuits well the of lawsuits but I'm not focusing on that because obviously that's not gonna bring anybody back and you know if there's anybody that does need the money it's the Bryant family but the other families perhaps but you know I'm not focused on that I mean listen I know that people want to say you know you shouldn't speak negatively about the deceased I don't necessarily agree with that in certain situations I agree with that in both situations but clearly now it is fair to say based on the evidence that we have this morning that this pilot killed eight people himself not this pilot this was not this was not the helicopter malfunction was not a malfunction with the engine this was not a malfunction with the chopper this was one hundred percent pilot error based on all the evidence we know right now I think it's very fair to make that assumption now I understand that the investigation is still on going on they're not making that official yet right but when you learn that this pilot decided to take this helicopter in awful conditions and the rules state that the pilot must be able to see the ground and can't rely solely on instruments clearly that was not the case this guy used horrendous judgment and now you know I I our producers Stein made a good point before we went on the air he said he's I wonder if they knew they were in trouble they might have because if you remember they were changing altitudes five a few moments couple minutes before they crashed frantically changing altitudes so this pilot might've been freaking out I mean there's a chance that they knew they were in a lot of trouble I hope that's not the case but and since there's no black box we're never going to find out what actual is going on inside the helicopter we still can there's a chance and I'll tell you why because we've learned to that not a laptop but there's a what do you call it there's a there's an iPad and they're trying to get the information from that I pad and if they do it could work as a black box absolutely and I think it's pretty fair to figure out what happened here I mean I think it's pretty fair to make that assumption and listen obviously this guy didn't do it on purpose I I I I when I look at it as he was he was in over his head when I look at it as almost as bad as a drunk driver I really do because you're what do you do when you when you get inside a car when you're drunk you're playing Russian roulette with society right you're not just harming yourself you're harming innocent others and you know some drunk drivers can can get home okay and nothing happens other drunk drivers can kill innocent people see I'm not the guy was on drugs he wasn't drinking but when you're not certified to be up there in the air under those conditions and you do it anyway you are you using the worst possible judgment pop you know it well and what do you do when you're drunk and you get no car using horrible judge I have little push back on this because this guy was Kobe Bryant's personal pilot so are you telling me that over the course of the relationship that he and and and he's also quite winners personal pilot you're saying he never flew in those type of conditions with either those guys before he he very well might of and we're never gonna know the answer that but here's the way I'll respond to that question you can fly in those conditions a thousand times and nothing happened doesn't make it right all takes is one time and that's what happened here we can learn information at this pilot flew in those conditions a thousand times it wouldn't change my opinion one iota it's just like the guy that drives drunk a hundred times never hurts anybody but that one time he kills innocent people it's one time too many it this is the pilot's fault we are going to learn it's the pilot's fault he killed eight people because of his lack of judgment eight innocent people lost their lives they did now I can't imagine when Kobe and his daughter Kobe would never have wanted to put his daughter in a dangerous situation and these idiots out there that and that's why I think that Kobe had flown in the stomach conditions with this problem before that's very possible but he's not a professional with which made him comfortable under the circumstance like be very responsive very very smart calculated guy that might be very possible but he's not a professional pilot he doesn't I'm sure he didn't understand you know how dangerous those conditions where they should a never been up in the air and this is not Kobe Bryant's fault and I refused to blame anybody on that helicopter except for the pilot itself that helicopter should a never been in the air and we had Kerr deeds on and and no uncertain terms as well for those of you don't know who Kerr Dietz's Kerr Dietz's Kobe Bryant's former pilot from two thousand and fifteen two thousand seventeen came on our show earlier in the week but here he was opposed comes close personal proud before era is a boy in and he in no uncertain terms basically you can.

"ed fallon" Discussed on C-SPAN Radio

"We've already decided that this is within the second amendment because we've decided that somewhere in between a slingshot and a nuclear weapon, we can draw a line, and that's not unconstitutional is common sense. And that's why I need to be on the table. Thank you. Next question comes from Ed Fallon of both. I LA and it will be on climate change. Right. Activists politicians. Never seen impressive field. Limiting again issue crisis. Yes. You come home heating glasses sinking dripping anyway. Fire. I I. I and right now, it's already happening. Asian nations are going to be lost. No longer farm because. And so I guess from candidate is distinction between all mission to address and the crisis emissions by forty five. Twenty thirty. Nothing gonna matter looking for candidates to make that clear, so the media standards. So the other candidates curing. Talking about that hoping that might be something. Shoot presented. Little yes. You'll hear a lot from us on this and part of the way, I view it is that. Hitting those targets by twenty thirty is a lot of hand wringing over whether we can do it all as an American when we said an ambitious target. We can make it happen. The things we've done country, right? If we can't lead the way on this who are we? But also making clear that that that time line isn't being set by congress. It's being set by science. Those deadlines are gonna come and go with or without us. And so the only the only question is whether we're prepared to do what we already know as a matter of reality has to be done. It's why I talk about this as a security issue. I also think by the way, the good news is we can gain a lot through the national mobilization to deal with this as our as our top crisis that we're confronting right? I mean, the thing about confronting major issues Cold War World War Two great depressions. Our country came together and worked on it. And I think our country needs a national project right now. Needs a way to rally people together and call us to do something greater than we've been doing. And it's perhaps morally healthy that this time. Unlike some of the other conflicts, we've faced the wolf at the gates if you will it's not other human beings. It's it's something that all of us need to change. And that's why we need to be very aggressive dealing with this. Some of it is through policy mechanisms we already know we can do like carbon pricing carbon tax now. That's the word is not one you're supposed to use when you're running for office. But we can also take in rebate at right back out to the American people when we do that though, we're going to change the pricing structure in order to make it more responsible. So that the true cost we're paying one way or the other. But the true cost of carbon emissions is seeing those things I think is really exciting that we can create a lot of jobs here jobs for building trades from the kind of retrofits that we've got to do the jobs we're gonna unlock in my own community. We got union auto workers working for a startup that's doing electrical vehicles and those are good jobs for our community. We need to invest research technologies. We don't even have yet to and if the federal government through research programmes, literally invented the internet, you can leave your allegory behind literally invented the internet. Then. Why can't we invent better means of energy storage and carbon storage than we have today is that takes federal investment? What would have a better return on investment than heading off trillion dollar problem that we're staring down the barrel. But I think as a matter of strategy in the matter we talk about it. We gotta talk about this is something that's up close and personal. That's happening to us around us today. And you know, when you go on TV and they talk about climate. They usually show pictures of the Arctic and the Arctic is beautiful. But the problem is happening to us here. In our homes is the homes that were destroyed in south bend by historic floods. It's the homes that were lost in California to wildfire. And all the destruction. That's happened right here in Ireland. So let's talk about this is what it is. Which is not something. That's theoretical. Not something that's happening somewhere else. But something that is happening to us right now. And we can't act enough to do something about it. So thank you. Democratic presidential candidate Pete, boo. Our next question comes from Sally. She is the Democratic Party Latino caucus chair and her question will be about deca..
