"A rotating hosts type is a better approach to filling out what the show looks like moving forward in the absence of course a meghan mccain and listen. I'm a. I am just a absolute stand of the view as a nerdy kid. That grew up knowing. You want to be a lawyer and being a black from the south seeing star jones at that table when i was twelve thirteen years old It was revolutionary. You know in star and barbara. Walters and joy are and you loved. I loved talk shows. I love smart women. Love smart women. i love smart women. That aren't necessarily like me. Because that's the growth opportunity. I don't like echo chambers i like obviously. That's why i worked at fox news for five years. You know. I like the interplay. I welcomed the discourse i welcome the dialogue. I welcome accountability. And then let's all go out and get drinks afterwards and not forget what we put down at the table. I think that's great. Because i feel like we live in a world where everyone's like. Everyone must think the same way or we cannot be friends. We can't talk again associate with each other and it's like we're nobody's ever all going to think the same way ho. That's just never going to happen. So i feel like that's a great way to think about it like let's talk this out and then let's go get drinks out and that's what we so. Yeah i'm really excited to be amongst Some really elite women That they're going to have at that table over the course of the next several months. You know what what what fits. It feels good. Who would you be the most excited to go up against an argument in terms of existing. Yes exists whoopie. Yeah you know for the boss right definitely. She definitely doesn't hold back either. She'll yeah absolutely the come on. She's an iga. For god's sakes respect for would be goldberg but you know something about me. And maybe i don't know whether it would i i just i've got balls of steel man. I just. i'm not somebody who walks around in this world. Afraid and i think the most formidable kind of sparring partners if you will match that energy you know like even megan and i was really humbled when she said this before her. Departure housewives came up on house. came up on hot topics a couple of times in the even did a guest appearance. But you know meghan was like. I don't know what the big deal is ebony. Rony like of course. She's kicking the table. Of course she shaken the table of your. She's you know. Got everybody you know with their feathers. All in a bunch. That's who she is. And that's what i appreciate about. Her colleague at fox was because we were often sparring partners sitting on that couch together with our ridiculously big hair on outnumbered. And that's what made it all worth it and you know So yeah i think the view is going to be really cool while we're super excited We're super excited and thankful that you came to see us a and talk to us. We have loved you on this season. And we can't wait a hopefully dec- you continue with these ladies. What happens because like we said you. Just don't know and you like. Oh that's that's. I wish people could just be honest and say nobody knows shit. Yeah okay and everybody's start trying to play cool like y'all got to nobody got enough. We had a motto. Nobody knows shit. Yes nobody knows. Sit here a couple of weeks ago. They were like do you think. Maybe you're going to be unpackaged. Like i've been on pause. He was like yeah. You know they could hurt. I don't know we could see alex mccord back. We honestly anything could happen in apart. I wish people would stop trying to like right the end of the story. Let this play out because they will you all baby and we're all going to get a front row seat at thank you ladies. Thank you all right. That wraps up. Today's episode of chicks in the office. We hope you have a great labor day weekend. We will not have episode on monday but we will be back on wednesday for bachelor. In paradise. france. Go.

"But i think there's like their space i would like to think they're space for both like you're sure i am absolutely obsessed with shopping. I wanted to say that retail but then there's also like space for others space for the world space for animals just other things that like you support in health harry. That's all you does that you know. Not sending other cast mates don't but she really like that's a big big part of her. What was it like filming. Because obviously you've never had this in your life. Your your life is being followed. And also you mentioned an ex fiance so that can't be easy ending a relationship and then boom you're having your whole life film coming home late them and what's interesting is because i come from a television background but like not this so i'm very comfortable with cameras so that you know kind of surprisingly was natural like they do a great job of making you forget there there so there's not like a. I don't know hyper awareness. Like how do i start. This conversation goes the window. Goes out the window like immediately like they. I don't know how they do it. It's almost as if disappear truly And so you just engaging and then how else was filming. I mean it was also just so heavy with cova and i know everyone's over kobe but kobe's not over us and i must have had my no swab fifty thousand time. I know it's like you shouldn't stop production time sony got sick. You know it was fucked up. You know We couldn't do the things that people love from the xiao. Meaning you know. Roni is similar to sex in the city in that. New york's a character. Yeah and a very compelling bad bitches compelling new york city is and we couldn't have that so we couldn't have a restaurant scene you know where they always go. You know those little swanky up. You're not gonna get that because the only because we could film was when it would be shut down and only us could occupy it. This is in beverly hills which means you know. Everybody does relatively well according to their lifestyle a situations. But nobody's got like the kyle richards you know thirty thousand square foot mega mansions yard. The resort patio push it. So it's like two trips out of three. Were ramona's in the hampton you. God bless her. I hope to never see that house again. You know a lot. Most of us live in one or two bedroom manhattan apartment or condo. That's what those are the vibes. So i think people felt that and so the filming just was more intimate it was it was scrapped. It was a scrapping really. I think to the season that made it different. Yeah yeah. I wanna ask you about the age dynamic. Because i think that that kind of gets brushed under the rug. A little bit and leah. I think when she came on it was more of something she discussed. But how did you feel because look these ladies. Are there ladies of a particular very much matola older than here's the thing though. Sometimes you are say no shade. Not but the reality is. How do i say this. I'll say it Although there's like fifteen or twenty years actually even with ramona and nobody's literally older than my mom ramona's. I dunno know sixty more than my mom. Whatever it is what it is young. She's young yes she having twenty three. She's pretty young but the point is is there's over twenty years between us massive inch gaps. But when it comes to personality maturity and lived experience which is different than numeric age. How far apart we are right. You know what i mean. I think it's different for leah. Because leea- leeann. I at least my dear friend. We're very close but lean are different. You know what. I mean like leah's on the youngest on the cast leila's a year older than me. Shout out to my Fellow virgo sister. She just turned thirty nine. I'll be thirty eight in like a week or so. Leave relishes in the adolescent like energy of youth. She's very much that way not to say she's shitty things people say In terms of child she's not childish at all. she's really smart sharp yemen and a great mother by the waiver preteen. So you can't be that childish. She's doing a great with her daughter but she leads into that like youthful energy. I don't a my podcast holding corp indicate williams. I'm ki referred to as auntie e- like i relish like the stripes. I've earned being a woman of a particular age and really life experiences like shit. I was divorced by twenty eight. I grew up with a single mom. I started practicing twenty-three like i'm an old soul at for me. It served me well. So i lean into that aspect of my personality. Not think leah leans towards the youth. And i think that kind of explains our relationship with the women and you were talking about this life experience that you had and the other woman on the show. Obviously they've had their own life experiences. They've also just been on this show for a really long for thirteen years. I tend to. Oh my god chauffeur for shelter and sonia ten. I mean if we could be really candid here. I mean they've also that means they've been famous for thirteen ten. That's a very different. You know they've had been by far the most popular housewives conic. Listen whatever shit we get in who they are fucking icon. I want to be very clear about that. Everyone of them in their own right But i'm gonna bury you know. They all had these massive marriages and they've raised their kid. Their kids are you know young ladies now totally different station in life here was frozen fucking eggs trying to figure this shit out next step you know. Get this second. Hopefully last marriage right. You know very different places in life. Yeah definitely well with ramona. I think a lot of people were interested on how you to. We're going to were these two possibly going to be in the same room together. We saw this happened. Multiple times and ramona's tactic is kind of just turn off and run away. You did not stop trying to give you a lot of credit for. How do you think you guys ended the season..

"I'm not a new found. Something ridiculous you guys gonna laugh at and it almost is. It's close to. I love drinking. Podcasts are great. that is very close to. I love drinking great because we are always doing our podcast that we don't take the time as often. Listen other podcasts. I listened to other pilots on youtube though. I don't really listen on youtube. I taught podcasts on youtube. Okay i'm dragging solely like podcasts. At listen to podcasts you were talking to some of these. Yes because some of these pockets don't have youtube. Some of the ones are celebrities. Do they don't have to. And just more in the realm of like an and i listen to so many podcast like a few years ago so many and then take stan i love part of my. I mean i love those guys. But yeah i i i a lot and i still watch like they're in the interviews of people that i really like and things like that and i do that for anybody show here like when they have a great guest on and i want to hear it but there's so many shows here that it is hard to know. No i know. But i'm saying there's shows here that when i do listen i'm like and you always hear the chatter in the office about what everybody's doing. My lesson is other podcasts. And then i went to search more information on. Tanner buchanan it. Because i was like. Has he done some interviews. Like what he's i was looking like. Has he done. He's all that press. Like whatever and i saw that you did and ferris's podcast and she's so great and so like i'm gonna listen to that because of course you you know me. The description was like tanner's girlfriend comes on. They talk about their relationship was like that's the stuff i want to hear so i listened to that it was great like she is such a different saying. It's grabbed grades long-form interviews and they're really really great which then realizing i literally my realize that. She's a podcast. You just don't sometimes appreciate what everybody else is doing junkers. You're so caught up in what you're doing and then the other one was and we've talked about this in wanting to listen to it but i started because i was like you know what i i'm in that mood. I'm gonna watch your health from the beginning again and definitely influenced by the fact. That drama queens. The podcast started. They have like ten episodes out now. And it's Joy lens soviet bush and hillary Morgan doing like recaps of every single episode. Every podcast episode is them watching the actual underhill episodes. And talking about it so it was like. Oh my god this is. I don't know why taking so long to do this. So i got through. I watched like the first two. He'll episodes and listened to the podcast episode corresponding podcast episodes. So great so much amazing inside like if you really love that show. It's so great because all you ever want in like teen dramas those shows you grow up. Loving is to hear the actors. Tell you literally every single detail about making the shows. Like how cool would it be if for gossip girl late. Miester blake lively chase crawford and like penn badgley and like all whatever all of them said. We're into a podcast. We're gonna talk about every single episode from the beginning. That would be awesome. New being gossip girl. Is that all of those. People are wildly more famous than ever like algebra judge out. Victory podcast there but they you know those these women have all gone on to do other things and it is nice because it really seems like they have not watched one tree hill since the episodes were on air. So they're watching at taking it all in again and it's really very cool. Yeah i got to look into it. Yeah no. I haven't listened to you and you also you also don't watch the show if you watch underhill. You know what they're talking about. You're gonna you're gonna make me rewatch hill because as soon as your story. Last night i was like i was watching fired up. I was like damn. I ran out of nowhere. It is on hulu. Gina girl's a freak. She have bite marks john kadogo. Because you're watching. Fire eleven crocs. Tentative is is actually elaborate ad for hulu because you're hill and fired up are both on. Yeah i mean we love who. But anyways i then was like shinawatra entry hill that i fell asleep fired up but yeah you're making me want to watch it. Yeah well yeah and drama. Queens is is fantastic. Shout out the podcast. They're great are great guys like this one five stars. please do. Please tell your friend you know what subscribe to the youtube. Two hundred we are trying to get the andrea. Nearly one hundred thousand by the seventy s. I'm gonna make it happen. What are you about to put on the line here. I'm not putting anything on the line. Besides the fact that. I'm going to make it happen okay. We will have more youtube videos soon. But i'm not gonna say what it is. We're work accumulating. We're working on it. And then boom drop it on everybody and they're going to be excited. So that's great and yeah we never tell you guys to tell your friend so tell you come on all right. Let's get into the topics for today's episode. We got scott disick. Deeming unisom kardashians ex-boyfriend about courtney and travis in italy alleged and matt james or two new contestants announcer dancing with the stars and kristen cavalieri is dating chase rice. Shoutout victoria we also have a great interview with ebony k williams from real housewives of new york city so let's get into it starting off with scott pissing. "Some color and ebony k williams is making up for lost time and she is not playing with these women here. Okay take a look. I get my help. She says she could help with. The help was a little triggering. Here's to hospitality assistant to tell the truth for ramona to each other. If we're going to be good girlfriends have fun right now really hard. We got to prove that this is the white female fragility ramona. You're preaching i'm not. you're best gusts. He's welcome every k williams. Sarah has the first. Yes thank you so much for being here. No you've worked as a lawyer. A writer a journalist and analyst for cbs and fox news. But you've said being a part of the real housewives has quote probably been more impactful than any of the work you've done. how so. Thank you for that. Sarah you know those are incredible positions platforms. I've been able to hold throughout my careers. You graciously noted But the reality is there is nothing that compares to the cultural juggernaut known as real housewives of especially real housewives of new york. I wanna speak specifically to the global impact. That's the thing i mean. I get deums and comments from people from belgium. South africa also middle america tennessee. Kansas the uk From different communities lgbtq plus black white and other cultures. And they all just really seem to connect to the tippety of me on this show. And that's just a side of me that i could never show behind a news desk or frankly a courtroom ebony. Hello my friend There has been some criticism about the lack of diversity on some of these shows right but but now that they've introduced more people of color. Minority cast members can be subjected to things like microaggressions to racism and put in a position. Which i see that you've been put into to educate their white counterparts matters of race. Do you feel you were put such a position. I think you were. I appreciate that sunny funny enough. I don't think that i was only. Because i i'm a day. One rony fan right. So let's start there. So i was very well aware of frankly. What some of the limitations Might be for some mate when it comes to culture and race And and and these dynamics so i volunteered. I signed up for this sunny right With a lot of knowledge and a lot of awareness and i felt that i was uniquely position because of my experience as a trial attorney. My experience as a journalist and particularly as as someone who's worked in spaces that have not been historically friendly will say to Perspective such as mine. And i think that my temperament frankly inches kind kinda my god given sensibilities made me quite perfect for the position. I evans it's nice to see you again. We work together fox news. I think the view knows. I always really enjoyed our discussions. What else is offline outnumbered. That's so funny. I know my god my hair any time in my life anyway. Sorry the little. That is terrible. Good meghan good long here. Anyway you know. I have a question for you When we weren't together at fox news it was during the time of the roger ailes scandal of sexual harassment. We were just talking to a hot topic about governor cuomo. What's your take on him refusing to step down and latisha james coming forth and with our investigation. Meghan i think andrew cuomo right now is is just the epitome of unconscionable leadership. I think frankly it's unacceptable. You know you know this about me mega. I've never been one to tolerate much partisan bs. So i don't care if he's a democrat party. Republican party red blue or green party at this point andrew cuomo os as a new yorker right. He owes a service and a level of leadership to this constituency I think i agree with you. I think he's failed Before this moment before tissue. James is fantastic. Investigation has concluded his horrible wrongdoings on the issue of sexual misconduct. And i believe as sunny kind of talked about probably goes to maybe criminal assault. Let's not forget But his handling of cove it his handling of the nursing home scandal and deaths. I think andrew cuomo time has been up as governor of new york. And i'm very proud of tips james and her team in this investigation and i can't wait to see him go. You've admitted that your own mother voted for trump. The first time. And you've talked about the need to prioritize values over politics with politics sharon in this country and many many families apart. What are some ways. We can bridge that gap and you're in your view. Yes my mom did. Vote for trump. The first time she did not the second time joy but it was a conversation. You know i think we gotta get rid of the labels. I know this is a pie in the sky prayer for me. I think we're so bogged down in. What is a republican a conservative. A liberal libertarian. I don't even think we know what those things mean anymore. Frankly joy. I think those terms have been so conflicted And perverted that. We could throw them all away and be better. Served talk about values. Talk about things that matter in this country like education health care housing. My god look at what's going on right now with this housing eviction moratorium. Those things have to be addressed and if we got rid of the labels and the partisanship. I think we'd be shocked in a really good way about how much we have shared values in terms of the well being of our nation's people and that's the most important political entity i care about the people avenue. We have an exclusive clip from next week's episode about your journey to find out who your father is. Let's see my mom's amazing. But i'm an only child and we don't really have all the answers around the paternity situation and the one lead i had was a beautiful wonderful woman named ashley. Grown up thinking being told. I was her sister unfortunately. Got the news that it's not a match to blood wise. It doesn't support that. We are sisters so badly abella you know what.

"Your father might see you totally television. I feel so deeply. Yes doesn't it. Give you a chill. Because it's not like. I went to school for that. It's not like you know. I you know i had no plan to do the evening news. You know i was just happy to be johnny. Cochran or jerry maguire. Either one And that was you know was my goal and i was fantastic As a trial attorney and very effective but there was always something kind of gnawing at me. That said i needed the application i needed to be on a platformer needed the visibility and when she said that kate it made so much sense i think of of course of course. I'm hoping one day he whoever he is. Because i don't have a relationship with my father. I didn't know his name. I didn't know we was so it was. It was the most probably desperate attempt to try to find that connection and you will probably far surpass any success that he ever had. But it's weird because you'll probably still feel that even as an eighty five year old woman on a you know porch somewhere let's get again can't give any of this away watch this no. I'm now nam even more excited to see all play out. So this sense of It's interesting because i see you as such a disruptor and. I know that you've per you really gone after opportunities where you could be a disruptor but you also have this social justice love and passion. I mean even going back to your undergraduate degree right. So how do you weigh the disruptor versus the social justice. Well they go hand in hand. And i've been in this roni experience for me while it's had ups and downs and as i said on. Msnbc's tiffany cross his show. This has been and this is no hyperbole. i don't really do personally. This has been as challenging as anything. I've done in my entire career house of new york in it's been as challenging as working in politics. It's been as challenging as working as an attorney. It's been as challenging as working in newsroom. But what it has afforded me. Kate is such a deep powerful introspection. around my why am obsessed with finding out my wife right and so your question perfectly kind of Intersex my why which is why the social justice and why the Disruptor energy yeah. I finally figured it out all right so the social justice comes from a few places number one it comes from a place of I've had family members. I'll say That have been wrongfully incarcerated or not. Yeah wrongfully incarcerated and say incarcerated. I'll tell you exactly what i mean. incarcerated for something that they did do it was non. They were literally twenty one. Twenty two years old when it happened and Had first time offender and ended up being locked up in angola one of the most horrendous to in our society and what i realized was that individual was a product of a lack of resources and a lack of knowledge and understanding of belong. So that is really what primarily drove me to law school to practice so that people don't get the justice they can afford they get the justice they deserve current so that is very deeply intrinsically about my spirit. I also recently found out. I had a libra moon. Which i think makes a lot of sense right. Scales of justice and nate sense of justice and balance and fairness and equality. Let's go back to the disruptor piece. Because i'm really just now putting this part together i think it has to do with my privilege. I believe that. I am so deeply conscious now at thirty seven almost thirty eight years. Oh and i've always felt this way but never had the words now. Have the word awareness so go. Let's go back to paget talk about being being being a little black girl in these primarily white paget's even at six and seven because in addition to the pageants i also i was a working commercial actress and model at six and seven assigned to the john thompson agency. I interviewed for interview with the vampire because in the book by anne rice That little girl creel What's gonna happen. yeah And what happened was at that time. I mean i don't know what is that ninety two or some crazy should You know the world was not ready. Some little brown girl. Kissing brad pitt in the mouth. Or whoever sheen's kissing in the film. So obviously kirsten dunst has my entire career. So there's the but but in all sincerity i recognize. You know i'm on movie sets. I'm auditioning. i'm getting paid. Thousands of dollars at six and seven years old to be in a grocery store commercial. And you know it was like and it wasn't lost on me that i was doing well in some of these pageants. It wasn't lost on me that my experience was not like that of my peers. Right in as i get older. Meaning what do i mean by that. Meaning that i was given access to spaces opportunities You know really rare air. That was uncanny for someone else like me. Meaning girl meaning black meaning poor. It's like what the fuck is going on here. Even at six seven. Like wh why me. And as i got older society told me why me right. Society told me. It is because i'm in possession of a lot of societal points of privilege. Now we already talked about the things that were against me my blackness my Impoverished state growing up my being from the rule south right All those things phen- from a single mother being from a single mother and not knowing a father right scalp My entire life every certificate. I've ever filled out from birth certificates marriage license to bar exam father in a. That's my whole story all those things We're challenges but we we have doing a. I have to acknowledge in this. Talk a lot about privilege. Because i'm astutely aware of my personal privilege. I a lighter. Complected caramel skinned black woman and in this society proximity to whiteness aesthetically and otherwise has value has value and it was not lost on me kate the at a very early age throughout my life..

"Everybody else has got these gorgeous. This is nuts people. that don't know the world kate. I'm talking about twenty five hundred thirty five hundred five thousand dollars gallons for six year old right and then we're at burlington coat factory. Who enough jessica mcclintock. slaps them rhinestones on it from mary. Jo's which was in south carolina. I believe or no it wasn't gastonia so anyway That was kind of my education around access and socio economics and mom how those outcomes can look different and so like. That's one of the reasons why. I think i never got hot up in these. I consider a little bit of false notions of fairness everybody's delta hand when everything's i learned from pageants gate. Everybody is dealt a hand. Some people have a hand full of great cards so people have one great card. No matter your hand do your best to figure out how to lean into the good card you do have and manifest the rest Has been my My kind of life pursuit now learned that very early in pageantry wasn't the tallest contestant. I wasn't the skinniest contestant had abnormally. Big boobs contestant obviously was a black contestant poor contestant so there was a lot you know in traditional pageant terms worked against me but there was a lot that worked for me. You know i had a very kind of conventionally palatable acceptable face in terms of um features and a hat up four black girl out of avin had a complexion that is by society standards preferable I had a bright young girl. You know so you know. I had no problem with shyness running my mouth and an interview right so like all of those things that were mike good cards. So it's about amplifying. The good cards to get to the next level would about her father. Was he In your life at all from an early time you have got to keep watching the season. Okara running That question will be answered in a very big way and so once you laughed north carolina. So i left north carolina. Winter loss louisiana. New orleans came back because katrina. My intention was actually founded. Love down their whole long story and stay on their katrina. Came my second year That's how i actually got my starred in law and politics Helping work city council and state attorney general's office and what not to put the city back together really humbling. Experience built houses down on with habitat for humanity. Down in what we called. Musician's village in the lower ninth ward. I mean all the things. It was an amazing experience. I grew up a lot down there during that time So come back to north carolina. Start practicing law Did that for about four years and then in twenty ten i went to los angeles. Sight unseen Because i wanted to pursue broadcast at some level. I had no. Specificity had no idea nobody. I packed up my then boyfriend. Who turned into a fiancee. He was such a shitty fiance. Didn't even discuss it with the man didn't even ask him. Basically came home one day. He was a graduate student at the time. And i was i was a practicing young lawyer and i was like So listen. I've decided that. I wanna go to la. And i wanna pursue something in broadcast and you're more than welcome to come with me or if you feel like 'cause he was applying to jobs He was in designs. He was applying to jobs in portland and Where else Other places on the west coast but northeast And other places but not. La as you're gonna come on or we can just be long distance which was insane to make now. That people don't have long distance marriage but but to make such a critical life decision. When i was very formally partnered we had a wedding date. We were getting married and not even include this man which goes to show my immaturity at the time and lack of really understanding of marriage which of course as while the marriage lasted only a year. but what do you think it was about your life experience up until that point that made you feel so disconnected in that way with him or probably any partner that you would partner. Yeah that's important to things number one not an excuse but no model. Kate never seeing that ship. Looked like god bless. My mother shot up. The gloria never married never even partnered in a significant way where i saw. What a truly equitable adult partnership looks like. That of that requires consideration of someone else's desires and will be so. I literally never saw it and also what i did see was a very ambitious very hard working very financially successful woman at some point She worked out of poverty into you. Know range rovers in nine. Eleven portions me. She worked her ass. All you know And she got there And that was what i saw. So i kind of saw what i did see modeled with what happens when you go all the way in on your vision unilaterally So that's what. I was trying to duplicate Which is fine if you're single. That doesn't work when you are partnered. And i learned that lesson. The hard way i totally relate to that. I read this harvard business review article many years ago. That said your business acumen is tied to your relationship with your father or at least it was the position of the author and that the people that have absent fathers so lance armstrong bill clinton president obama key casey ebony k. williams that they tend to become so so headstrong and a gopher a goal. They're ultimately trying to get the recognition of the parent. That will never give it to them. So it's like we're overachievers. That will never get what we actually really need. So that's spot on. I think it's so prolific barely in my conversation with my amazing therapists who i've been with for six years. She asked me that. Because at the time i met her i was at. "Soon enough that he is thank you girl put an end to but yeah i don't think yeah don't drag this out. Don't even worry yourself about what's going on because you know what type of person he is and there's no way he's going to stay faithful to her either so however long it takes you to sit back and laugh when it happens to him. I hope so now. I know i know so. So all you can do is go about two basis and the best thing you could do is live your best damn life because now you're finally out of this offer relationship with somebody who has stanley cheated on you and you finally got rid of him she really did you a favor by taking cash out for you except way of his face every now and then but yeah you're right right well that's you know but you know that was the blessing that he gave you kids and that was his purpose of being in your life you have beautiful children but he did one thing right and that was it you're right girl all right i appreciate it okay. You're welcome all right. Ascii eight hundred five eight five one. Oh five one. If you need relationship advice he now is the breakfast gamonal. Real real advice enderle. It's eski are right as the breakfast club. It is time for ask ye now. We have andrei on the line with andre. And what is your question. Well i'm trying to help my berlow lake. And he always been job or whatever. The case may be. And i've been resources i made a resume. Everyday you'll go like which you're doing like you kinda hit the gym out and then like my all so apply for what i sent her yet. He like nah. But i begin to it. It's like this constant. So it's like i'm trying to figure out how like help or should i even try to help anymore at this point. Although they keep saying they wanna be better right as it's difficult when you have a friend like that because you want him to do better. You want him to be motivated. But you can't force anybody to do anything you think there's something else bothering him like. Is there some type of depression to something happened to him. Probably like a couple of things in life but you know. Despite the fact i've always been holding my bro- down every case. Maybe like a bowl like i saw this opportunity. I did this program and right now. They extended their age range for you. Eight at this point. So i figure i against success from its called year up and i've been trying to get him to join it and it's like d- opportunities but it's like i just keep pushing by. I don't still overstepped on like you know coming out like his dad or something right. Well do you ask him if he feels like. You're overstepping what does he say when you ask them that like if you explain to him like. I really do want to help you and help you be motivated. But i also don't want to be a pain. Have you said that to him. Absolutely and like one time he was like i got you know like one time. A long time ago. He was like old pop right. What my to me. And i hope you the first time. Know what i'm saying like but other than that. He like joe. I'm trying to listen. I'm trying to do that that when i get a good resource and it's like did you do it yet. And it's like nah like he might have some self esteem issues too sometimes. It's hard for people who feel like they don't like getting turned down and being told no and so they won't even try or make an effort. And like i said it could be underlying symptoms of depression. There could be something that he hasn't even dealt with. He's not even aware of himself. You did what you could do right. You made him a resume. You give him some recommendations for jobs Does he have like self esteem issues. Maybe you know he's confident but then he gets scary like he's one of the most people you could be. You put them in a certain controlled environment. That is different so you know he's very fortunate to have you as a friend but all i can say is you can never force somebody to do anything. They're not motivated to do it. Themselves a seems like he's gotta deal with some of these issues himself and we all. I believe have friends or family members. Who are like that like. Do you think he's lazy or do you think that there's some other issues where he doesn't believe in himself or whatever reason a mixed bag honestly right he he'll want something but then when it comes down to put in the work it's like i yo- you ready then. It's like you know what happens. So where does he get money from even showing boy but yeah he had He was working with the Vaccination sites but you know like a- shutdowns or whatnot so right now. I guess you look for sign now. So wow i thank you for trying to put him onto stuff but you know like i said what does he wanna do. You wanna do comedy. What like it's hard to know like you wanted some comedies. I try to you know we was doing a spot a long time ago. He got scared to that israel so now he wanted to like make money. But it's like well you want to go back to school. Do you wanna go this program. Put you on but he does wants to make money. But it's like okay. You gotta put work so yeah we all wanna to make money right. I will be people that are motivated and work really hard and people aren't. I think you can't distress yourself over his situation. All you can do is be supportive in encouraging. Friend that you have been but you don't wanna get wanted to get to the point where you're telling him what he needs to do. Are all the time that you talked to him. That's what you're discussing so you can be encouraging. If he likes comedy maybe he should. Maybe you should be like. Hey why not doing some stuff and we can just look at it and see what you could you know and just be encouraging like that. But you can't make anybody do anything that they're not motivated to do. All you can do is present. Those opportunities give your encouragement as a friend. I'm hoping that one day he'll pull it together and figure it out but if not you did all that you can do as long as you're not giving him money and having to support anything fan because that can be a drag for you. We don't want this to be something that weighs down on you. You know what i'm saying. That doesn't do anybody any good. As long as he's not harming himself and as long as he's not relying on you or other people for things then. I think you've done your part. Gotcha good fan we all. We all need friends like you. Thank you all right. You too all right ascii a eight hundred five eight five zero five hundred rooms all the way. Yes that's talk about poo. St there's some more bad news for him and.

"A campaign of people who just can't take a joke okay. Let's talk to smartphone at the biggest age in the world. it's the biggest stage ever. Okay i told you all on his radio for weeks. Walking around with this thing in your hand is thing in your pocket. This device that gives you access the platforms like youtube twitter to talk instagram facebook and makes you feel like everything's content. It makes you feel like you wanna perform. I applaud people who don't get caught up in the performance of it all the performance of life. I'm telling you it's a lost art. Okay just to be cool. People can't even focus on what god put them here to do because they're too busy wanting to perform for the world. Everybody wants to be a talent. Everybody wants to be a thought. I think because they have an audience no matter how big how small the audience is there and they have to entertain said audience. This is a nurse okay in a nursing facility. Doing comedy sketches okay. Doing comedy sketches like people just sitting around waiting on the nurse. Kelly show now. I'm just using kelly. Moore's as an example because you donkey today today but this is an example of how america is obsessed with celebrity on all levels. Okay a lot of americans. Only acquaint real success which some form of celebrity. And let me be the first to tell you that stupid and said okay. Success is subjective nursing north carolina. Making a decent salary. You got a place to stay. You got food on the table. You got car to drive if you're happy with that that success. That's why success is subjective. Success is not about money success not about celebrities accessories about are you doing. What makes you happy okay. I promise you nurse kelly. I know some millionaire. Comedians millionaires entertainment business. Who would trade all of that for peace of mind. Okay they would trade all of it for true happiness but if you wanna be a comedian kelly then. Kobe a comedian. When you not doing your nurse thing. Go onstage do some. Open meigs l. If you wanna do comedy sketches at the house on your off time cool but when you are in that nursing facility you have to focus on nursing. How could you possibly be the best nurse. You could be when you too busy. Trying to be amy schumer. Listen to somebody's joke. She posted on talk while in the nursing facility. I'd unplug event. Charge my cellphone me making sure all my patients Sleep all night because they kept me up last night and she acts like she's putting too many pills in a person's cup. Would you slap a patient for a million dollars if you had your loved one in this nursing facility. Would this make you comfortable seeing a nurse. Act like that. If you were a patient in this facility would you be comfortable senior nurse. Act like that. My point kelly is. Why don't answer that. I know why because nowadays money isn't the root of all evil. Attention is so much so that people will mess up their money. Pathetic attention case in point. Kelly moore's you got suspended from your job as a nurse because you wanna get you. Snl on and do comedy sketches. And you have the nerve to blame this on cancel coacher kelly you work at a nursing facility behavior like tis kits you fight. There's no cancel coacher in this. There's no cancel coacher in that nursing facility but it is termination culture if they don't like your behavior if they don't like your performance they can fire you are in your case it's been you cancel. Culture has nothing to do with that. You're a nurse working at a nursing facility talking about harming patients. You don't see how that could rub the powers that be that you work for the wrong way see we scream cancel coach and when it's just about accountability okay you got suspended. Because the entity work for is holding you accountable. Thank god you didn't get fired during this suspension. If i'm this nursing facility i'm looking at you like she'll get it. She's blaming this on cancel coaches. She started a second account on talk. called bubblegum kells with with the caption. When trolls get shit banned. Like i can't make a second account. She she still performing. Don't know when to stop troll. Didn't get you mad from tick dot. Kelly you did. Nobody's trolling you. Nobody told you people are upset on how they see you treating patients better in a facility are pretending to treat patients. Okay number one. They don't know you plane and number two. They don't care that you plan. Because why are you playing. Nobody wants to see you joking about giving patients too. Many pills lied about. Vital signs are acting as though you you know one patient to die okay. Like come on. Kelly and right she has a go fund me in the pages titled tick tock. Got me fired so feed. My kids would a goal of twenty thousand dollars so far. She has raised sixty sixty dollars. That is and that's one dollar too many. If you ask me once again kelly take didn't get you fired. You did if you wanna be talent. Gobi talent if you wanna be a comedian. Goby a comedian. If you're going to be a nurse beat a best nurse you can be. But you for sure can't do both at the same damn time. Please let north carolina zone. The hamiltons give north. Carolina's kelly morris. The sweet sounds of the hamiltons. You are the doggy. Tuck me fired so feed my kids. You can't eat that attention candy. Kids can't eat those lights candy. Kids can't eat. Those little floating hearts talk enough another platform plus platform. Okay whatever same difference. All right no well. Nah i don't know we need to. I don't think we need to know what this is right. I don't we know all right. What is it dummy. Who don't over. Now this took place on twitter spaces a couple of days ago on monday and amongst the things they discuss was evolution of title. Jack dorsey has purchased a majority share of title and so they were talking about lay listing and they were talking about being a business here is what jay z had to say about being a businessman to living manifestation of like an intersection between an artist and a business in an entrepreneur was surprising thing you learned along the way in that. Intersection is a natural progression. What you do like a natural thing to create our in protect your art and to have a dialogue with the people who consume and enjoy on. Not as difficult as is made to appear. I think a lot of it is. The confusion is created to keep a lot of people in the all right as you know. He's not just the business man he's a businessman. And in addition to that they talked about playlist thing jay z. Says that he's the goat of making playlists. I think in the beginning. Everything was like super manual. Was i was making platelets and people will make employees. We know we will create Content in house as we worked on algorithm and and we built and built into got really good and If you play a song now that you just pretty much let title fly. You know what i mean like little red cup kickbacks or something you don't know if you play lists eight one until you're in that environment yeah i listen. I have like to make playlists all the time. That's how actually run and workout. And it's exciting. When you do a new playlist and you know you're about to go work out and you'd be really enthusiastic about it. Then i do know on title if you type in If you start with a be real black black from me on that. Roberta flack donny. Hathaway and let it go from there man man man man man man i right now since we're talking about music and playlists as talk about versus new announcement surprise celebration keith. Pick what i wanna marry. You know. I don't what i'm not alone this time. That's all i know. Okay we you think about it a little bit more playing loud in the house tomorrow gig me and the wife embarrassing the hell out of the kids. My aid rony angola. That's my my favorite. You're talking about two different sweaty forehead. Me get to a certain age for heavy sweating for no reason. Just cognac in that red cut sweaty donkey to stop talking to me and his way. He got adult right kelly. Moore's needed to come to the front of the congregation. We'd like to have a war with her. She's a nursing north carolina and it's the bigger teachable moment to be had about how people can't even be good at what they're supposed to do because have too focused on being talent. We'll talk about it all right. We'll get to that next to breakfast. Local mona don't be out here like a dog he. It's time for donkey of the day. I'm a big black take feel deserve. It ain't no big deal. I know you may not agree with. It doesn't mean that dog donkey. That don't don't don't don't don't here today right here. The breakfast club pitches. You can call me the donkey of the day. But like i mean no arm you today for wednesday june thirtieth mike tyson's born day. Can't the gang gang drop include buns from mike. Tyson damage is going to a nurse in north carolina named kelly. Moore's not kelly. As a nurse at the citadel winston salem nursing facility and she has been suspended from her job. Would you like to know what she was suspended for. Let's go to w. i. Nbc twelve hundred. Please kelly morris worked as a nurse at the citadel winston salem nursing facility on first street she also has an act of tick-tock account where she goes by the username bubble gum kells and often includes content about her job that some say is way out of line videos. Like these that appeared to show morris joking about mistreating. Her patients. Mora says they're just jokes. She's been suspended by her employer now as created a go fund me page entitled. Tick tock got me fired. So feed my kids in a statement to w exi- twelve news. Mora says quote the only thing hurt in my tick tock videos where people's feelings all my videos are comedy skits. I can understand how someone can be upset but not to the degree. They are taking it. No one was ever harmed. And i treat all my patients with great care and they all love me and morris told me that to her. This is just another example of cancel culture as she feels she's being targeted by.

"Am i interested at all. Do the terms work. Can i wanted to kim white fragility be repaired if they wanted to if they want it to. It's of like you know. And i'm not sure how i feel about the reparation of White supremacy because part of me thinks we didn't as people of color build white supremacy. So how can we eradicate it. But then it's also I'm really big into isabelle. Wilkinson's book cat. Oh i love saturday. Obsessed and she talks about the arbitrary nature of white supremacy. which is it's literally ping made up. Mike it's artificial. That's totally socially contract. So so then. Why can't we just socially deconstructed if it was it was randomly made up totally arbitrary. It seems to reason we should just arbitrarily be able to destroy Just because we decided to as a society and that goes back to people that look like us having an issue with my making these people uncomfortable in my insistence to bring my blackness to the show. I am your sister. You are my sister two dollars. I love you yes. You are should've had to respect your solidarity right after all k williams we love. You appreciate you so much. "Of me that celebrated goofiness pitch not enough because no one had ever done a very few have even been given the opportunity to And wish she couldn't beat me there angela. Right that was a flag that says this is not actually. That's a gap. That's what i said. Unless she's gas lighting me. You're trying to make a human interest issue about politics to avoid it and somebody put out a A comment that was really dull and they said ebony is not even talking about politics because race is now politics in this is up inflation. That's going on in our society now. Y'all will people act like to discuss blackness or two women Women or to discuss. Lgbtq plus writes Basic human rights is to be political. It is not. We had a president for four years then made those issues political and rebuke in the name. Of jesus i want to know more about these black people who were upset what you want to make people comfortable. They're very upset. Charlemagne's yes ma'am. What were they saying you like. Don't you talk too loud round mass. And now they say. Look at your friend. Well let's gonna let noise on that plantation essentially the black Pushback i'm getting shar. Are black people feeling like i am making them cringe. And i m s up there good entertaining time and this is what i've realized after self reflection and being poured into by greats like a tesla figaro's the good brother. David johns Eugene scott you so many people that i have you know what you're doing is you're holding up a mirror to some of our kinfolk that let this bush micro aggression white supremacy casual or aggressive racism. Pass them by every day and they don't say if so when they see you saying it's a reflection of what they're not doing in their daily life and they they're filling attacked. They're feeling under siege by this example of you Stepping into your power in a way that they themselves might not feel empowered to do so. We got more ebony cane williams when we come back as the breakfast club. Gamonal morning everybody is. Dj envy. angela. Ye shall i mean the guy. We are the breakfast club from housewives of new york. An attorney you know. She's for instance ebony k. Williams's hear ye do. You think these women are really unaware of certain things like that can be triggering like saying the help. Oh yeah now. I heard in right away. I was like oh no. She didn't but and you felt the same way. Do you think that the only the other women's it either. No and i will say about help comment just to to to case in point. I'm really not trying to cancel these bitches like that. I didn't even think it was racial the help because she actually was talking to a white woman. That's just disrespectful and a basic human level. Not help confused. Michelle is a whole person. I talked to michelle over the weekend. She's great don't call this woman to help. She lives for more than two. Just pour your penal gratiot although you do a great job of this black magic spark issue space x and that same episode was angry woman. Show that you had to discuss. And that i feel like conversation. Took a lot to breakthrough for even people to understand it. And it's true. Like leah can get upset car. Everybody a ho- literally you can storm out of the house. You can scream at everyone. And they don't look at it the same as she's angry as they look at you for raising your voice a little a passionate conversation passionate conversation. And that's because we know right black women women of color in general were not afforded a full range of human experience So what do we do. We shut it down when they start saying stuff that we don't wanna hear we say they're angry and what happens most of the time in real life. It's effective silencing tool. Either that or they start crying. Which is the white fragility. Play ramona started. Who am i gonna stop me literally. Standing up two seconds ago screaming on the cup of white deer dangerous by the way very dangerous they actually get people killed And you doing all it is and you're doing the most and then i simply say something that you don't want to hear and now is the waterworks shenanigans and i had to call thing thing miss me your wife agility is killing me. She had never heard the term for jillian right. And this was really. You started so she Looked up and i will say they are going to google and that's what they should be. Explain it off and then even just the hypocrisy of well you know to pass her. Grandmother is dying. And you're like damn i. Grandmother is also dying and that angela actually was more painful to me on a personal level than most anything else that it happened up to that point because again reinforces a narrative that says black people don't get to grieve. As dehumanize dehumanizing it goes back to the slave blocks when they're selling us from our husbands our babies and our parents and not only. Are they doing that if we had the audacity to cry about it you got beat because that's an indication of our humanity and decent christians. Don't enslave other humans. So they have to divorce us from our humidity. And i can't even know what i know and i think that's the biggest challenge of me on the show. Y'all is I've studied this as a deep level. This is my life's work is been in since i was a kid. I'll never ever apologize. For what i do know. It's my privilege to know what i know and to share it And if you're gonna put me on a global platform like housewives you get this black excellent i get it i i to go back to the angry black woman because that goes back to making people comfortable too right and you know. We could've therapy a lot. Therapist tells you feel you feel so if you are angry about something if you are upset about something if you are passionate about something you should be able to express that utah to be including anger by the way so. That's not to say that black women don't get angry. What was tripping me out like y'all haven't even seen me angry at right even not even to apologize also sholom as point. She wanted me to apologize for having a human reaction. And i had to explain that real slow so you can understand. What i can't do is apologize for having a human reaction to your ridiculousness and it's just a struggle. But i will say at some point this season. I think we have a bit of a breakthrough. Yes i was gonna ask you feel like this. All this work you put in Did anything i yeah. Yeah and if it didn't do anything for these particular women on the show it is of the for a lot of people watching. It's very similar to my time at fox news. Was i change in the people. I was in conversation with on camera. Probably not really wasn't my goal. Is the people that are changeable that are watching the platform. And i've had i have the. Dmz approve y'all people. That say you know i had never heard of the term microaggressions before i learn more in two episodes of rony about these issues than i have in all these diversity trainings. I'm having at work because to see you gotta see it. You know sadly is like The murderer brother george floyd. We knew it was happening. We talk about it every day but until they see y'all with their own two is they don't believe it. I remember before you doing the show. One of the Housewives saying all lives matter pros ramona. That was ramona okay. Did you guys have a conversation about that ever. Even we didn't. Because i made a decision ye to not bring anything. I didn't experience a real time with them to the table. You know what i mean because then we would have never got off the ground period. As i said you know what i'm going to come because a lot of people will also gassing me before the show gogi ramona's as cancelled no. I'm not that's not really must be. I'm gonna engage with her authentically a real time and hold her accountable for what happens in our relationship and so that's how i approached. Have you signed on for another season yet. "Those guy black. He was jewish and culturally. Is that part of the probably but also have found. This is my dating experience. it's also an influence thing I think when you start dealing with people of all colors with more resources and more fluence these children become disproportionately empowered And that's just something. I've noticed 'cause i'm actively dating now. I've hired a matchmaker. I'm going on. I'm indie streets And it's really amazing and it's fun but i'm now having those conversations this this one we're having amount water like day two or three. Do you feel like you should be making decisions with when it comes to family structure. Nothing really and i didn't know to even ask that before my my recent relationship. So i'm grateful for it We got more with ebony cane williams when we come back. Don't move as the breakfast club. Gamonal morning everybody is. Dj envy end-july charlemagne a guy. We are the breakfast club from housewives of new york. An attorney you know. She's into the room ebony k. williams's here ye let's burstein. Who was a guest. She was ramona's fran was it yes he was bought on. The show was ramona's friend right and you guys had the dinner. You guys had a conversation there and then she was saying well all women you know we all have. We're all the same and you didn't seem to like that conversation at all. So what were your thoughts on. Because i know you felt excited like okay. Finally right that a little color into the mix and more not only that i knew of sean shaw on new of her. Wonderful empowering story of beating cancer not once but twice stage four she at thirty sixty days or something crazy to live. So you know. I had a reverence for this woman and her stories and listen. I want to just just say this for sean. Is her own strong. Beautiful black woman. She don't get to see it. The way i see it. She'll have to do it the way i do it. Obviously in the episode he becomes very clear that we see this. This this dynamic differently you know eight it takes all kinds you know are by no means think. I'm singular in my approach. To what i think is in the best interest of what i call truth and reconciliation between our races I like to go dock to get to the light. Some people don't want to go to the doctor into the light. Some people feel like that's just too much trauma Or is too heavy or it. They're scare. We can't come back to the lighten from the dark. Now that i'm looking back at these episodes in real time. I'm glad it happened that way. I'm glad or shot. And i did not represent the kind of same Experience yes and lynn's of black womanhood Because i think that shows the truth of black women and black people which is we are complicated And we are nuanced and we each are entitled to our own independent experiences so she really felt that she wanted to lead into the similarities Of herself in the women. And i wanted to start with the distinctions to get to the similar as so okay. What was the most stressful episode for you. So far The one you watched recently particularly the back half of it okay. That conversation ramona's house one on one i. It was probably the one and only time. I almost stopped filming. Like i was like you know and not in a hyperbole dramatic way. I'm really not not one for drama. Which would big the question. Why would do this show. But we'll get to that in a minute In a way that made me say okay. Everybody when i say everybody production network everybody involved. This was a noble effort. I think everybody came with good intention. I think we might have made a huge mistake. It was that kind of come to and we. We literally had emergency conference call super late night with west coast coast. Yeah because as some point this becomes irreparable harm spiritually emotionally mentally. And i just don't need to be on. Tv so the production company is supportive though of oh extremely. They've been extremely supportive. And not just like on my side per se but pro productive and supportive of solution will go ask you what. What is the best way to deal with white fragility while keeping your mental in emotional piece. Brilliant question brother I realized what i had to do to deal with it. And i encourage everybody listening to this conversation that deals with any aspect of why fragility to adopt this model. I didn't adopt it till very late in the filming process. And i wish i had done it sooner. Said very difficult thing the answer is you have to literally divorce yourself from any preoccupation whatsoever with white comfort you have to actually decide you do not care whatsoever about why people's come and once you decide that it's not an easy. I can say it now. Because i process almost a year issue but at first it was very difficult. I found myself cringing right. Like oh and it's because i'm having a vicarious reaction to the white uncomfortable -bility and once i realized that's not on me right. That's not on me It is not on anybody but it looks like us to be responsible for their uncomfortable. Their willful ignorance to our experience in this nation and in this world so once i actually said i'm actually gonna make a conscious decision to not give about white people's comfort i'm able to handle the fragility you know. What do you think about this because Leeann discussing you. Were talking about politics right ramona. She kinda didn't feel like it yes she definitely didn't feel like right and so. What are your thoughts on certain times. She just wanted to have a good time and not have that discussion right then. Accept people really don't like talking about politics and don't care that much to not even know who. The president is two things number one that that didn't apply to ramona. Because we know ramona's and mar-a-lago everyday so you don't care about politics that's that's not Yep so we know that doesn't apply to her and even if it did though 'cause you're right into a lot of people don't give about politics. I actually would push back. On the fact that i was trying to have a conversation with ramon about politics actually wasn't i was really trying to have a conversation with ramona about The advancement of women's rights. That's really what i was talking about. Because i i made it very clear. Obviously i knew ramon and i did not vote for the same person on their ballot. Not my momma voted for trump. The first time i got is not something that i'm hostile to when i'm trying to the hill no not the second glory be on one anyway What i was trying to get to an conversation with ramona ye is understanding of this woman's value system right because again going back to friends. I can't be friends with someone unless we have basic fundamental share value until. I'm confident not that. We have the same position on taxation. Not that we had the same position on iran. Deal only about that. That's politics right there. We had the same position on the basic value of human worth of women's equality in society of the full liberation of black people in this nation. What's i clear on much. Those two things I can build a relationship with anybody. S oh my line of questioning. When i walked into this woman's house still getting to know her was to say the partisanship the politics. How about week in this moment as women and you as a mother to a daughter can we kinda just celebrate the fact that a woman in this country has done something they know. Are the woman in american. Politics has ever done. And not even. John headed been sarah palin as much as i don't have anything politically in common with sarah palin that would have been a part.

He also twenty four thousand dollars and that is for his kids college right. That's for room and board for their kids college application fees and allegedly. You know she's saying that he also drained the bank accounts at held over sixty eight thousand dollars that was set aside for the kids college tuition. She's also concerned about the money that they have saved. It was a nine million dollar life insurance plan that was meant for the kids and she's concerned that that has been closed as well. Jeez goblet that black man. When you see somebody going through something. Don't laugh learn no right and according to liza morales. Short is lord have mercy you know he earned one hundred fifteen million dollars playing. That's why said don't when you see somebody going through something. Don't laugh learn. Andrzej need to fifteen million to figure out how he ended up in that situation all right. Well that is your rumor report. How old is how old is he. I know one of them's in college. So the sun is. I'm in college now and you know like we said he's not doing paying the tuition that they're supposed to have and according to this. They're in fear of being evicted. She lives with the kids in the apartment and they had an agreement. That's the whole thing. I know people will be like she needs to work. She needs to do this. But if you have an agreement your supposed to do more money. But if i pay. I can't pay the money that was set aside for the kids that they had their own bank account. You can't you know. Say their college if you take that money out. That's not even just an agreement. That's their money. Fine rolls royces and jewelries probably broke. You don't have the money to pay. Can't take the money out of the kids college account. That's their money goblets brother. God bless my. I don't his situation. The general insurance has been saving people money for nearly sixty years. That's a long time. So if you want the quality coverage you deserve at prices you can afford check out the general eight hundred general or visit the general dot com some restrictions. Apply getting some front page news. All right now. let's start last night. The hawks beat the bugs one. Ten eighty eight guy are right so let's talk about this surf. I florida building collapsed right now. The death toll has risen to twelve. The total number of people unaccounted for. Now is one hundred forty nine and the number of people accounted for is one hundred twenty five so they said they believe there is still some hope until they said one week. They do have salad. Hope that they'll find someone in. This happened last thursday. So right now they still have a team of experts and search and rescue experts and others china. Go and find people through this debris. I didn't hear what you said today. Find anybody in the last day or so. They just found another person. Now it's the death toll has but nobody. He gave the haven't found anybody a lot. No not right now. All right so Of course it'd been class action lawsuits that have been filed from this collapsing. They're still investigating all right. Now let's talk about this election for mayor in new york city so it's the first time we've done a ranked choice voting here and now. There's been some discrepancies. So the preliminary results were released. And it shows eric adams maintained a leave. But they're saying that it was a closer than expected race. That's eric adams called the preliminary results into question and looks like there was some issues. They said they were approximately one hundred and thirty. Five thousand Errors that happen. I guess they did something where they reported. Test voting results as well. So they said these These votes now they have to go back and and redo it. Does i not a good. I trash. I don't i really don't get it like you. You pick a mayor and that's the person you picked. You shouldn't have a first choice in a second choice in the third choice. That doesn't make sense. Air of eric adams one but a popular majority vote. He should win correct. Well you're supposed to get more than fifty percent right and so if you don't get more than that than they have additional rounds and so trash. What's his test ballot thing. No why would they have test ballots because it's something that's never been done before. So they initially had these tests ballots that they were testing the system and they accidentally counted those test on election day. Why would you test on election. They wouldn't you test before. I'm confused election night results and so that's the problem is that there was some there. Yes i mean the whole thing. I think is confusing. It's a brand new system in new york city. So you know now they have to go back to new york. Avenue may or not well first of us. This is just this. They still have to go against the republican. This is just for the democratic nominee in new york city. So whoever wins this is going to go against courtesy who won for the republicans. So we're not going to have a new mayor right now. We just have to find out who is going to be the nominee. Got it all right. That is your front page news. All right everybody confused like talk to somebody who should emmy kate williams k. k. Wears man new york right because she makes things quite clear for people when she talks. There's no confusion right. She's on housewives of new york. Come back i i'm confused. How to Launch & Grow a Professional Coaching Practice And Career with Eben Pagan
"Ebben say what's up to fire nation and sheer so the interesting about yourself. That most people don't know what's up. Fire nation first of all and Something interesting about the people don't know is that my name isn't eban. It's actually eboni. My first name is ebeneezer. A my dad's favorite story was the christmas carol. Oh and it was about this guy who you know went through his life and he got to see the past and the future and he changed and he kind of woke up and my name's ebeneezer every time. I watched that show from this day four. Which is every christmas. By the way i'm going to think of you and that's really i think you're the only ebeneezer that i know. So you're number one. You're the only and fire nation you know from the introduction. They were talking about how to launch in grow a professional coaching practice. Career ends as you heard from the introduction. There's literally nobody better talk about this then eban pagan or should i say ebeneezer pagan and one thing. I just want to start off with is. Let's just talk about if coaching is really a professional career path. I mean i feel like people come from college and they tell their parents like yeah. I'm going to become a professional coach. And they might be like really like talk. Talk to us about that. Is this a professional career path. Well i think the answer is yes and you know it's yes and no further folks that are just like oh i'm going to be a coach and they you know think idealistically that they're just going to say like okay. I'm a coach. And then everything's gonna work out perfectly and you know but people take it seriously who realize the importance of coaches in life in business people who have the calling. You know they say like coaching is a calling. If it's for you than now is the time and it's never been more of a professional career path. There are something like one hundred thousand professional coaches right now on the planet and that means that it's established it's real. I mean most people by now. Either noah coach have gotten coaching. Maybe you even our coach taken coach training. So you see that. This is a real thing but really. We're going to see over the next several years. This is going to skyrocket. And it's going to go to millions of coaches and yes it's a professional career path. You know what actually one more thing There was an article in harvard. Business review last year is december of twenty nineteen just went by and it talked about how management and leadership in large corporations is literally becoming coaching that. The role of the manager is now being considered the role of the coach. And so it's not just a professional career path all by itself. But if you want to succeed in the corporate world if you want to succeed in the academic world if you want to succeed as a parent you know. I really think that. This is the skill set to learn. We might disagree on my next question evident. I think that'll be fine. It could be a good conversation for sure. But i have to ask you. Don't agree agree. We might agree. We might disagree. That'll be the question. So i wanna know what you think first and then i'll share my thoughts afterwards. Which with a disagreement may come on people that are a twenty one year old life coach or a nineteen year old life coach or a twenty four. Your old life coach. Like what are your thoughts and not even just life course. Employing that word life out of there actually just coaches. What do you think about people at that. Age being professional coaches. Well you know. I think maybe part of what you're asking here. Is you know when you see the couple. That's been together for like two years. And they're in their twenty s on instagram. And they're like we're professional mantra teachers or something like wait a minute. Aren't you supposed to have been meditating for twenty years. I knew bring dabble by the way i knew. What did you nine. I okay okay okay okay oh good one all right okay i agree. I know i disagree okay. So here's the thing. Coaching is this is a. This is a real serious thing. What most people don't realize is that over the last twenty twenty s years. Lots in lots of really brilliant people have been down the rabbit hole of figuring out what coaching is and how it works and developing the models in the skills in the techniques in the exercises in the business models and everything and this is something that anybody can actually learn now most of the people that we work with our most of the come through the virtual coach. Are you know. Thirties forties fifties sixties. A lot of people in in midlife lot lot of younger people too. But you know if you're nineteen this is one of the most important skill sets that you could possibly
