"The NFL today at noon, Eastern Pacific on CBS. Great Game. Two chiefs have a tough road. A few weeks, Ravens tonight. A hell of a football game. 855 to 1 to four. CBS the phone number. We're talking fell now, but I'm just going to. I'm going to be angry at Robert Manfred. Just for a moment. The commission Major League Baseball just for a quick second. Because we just talked about how baseball starts tomorrow with his cluster a best of three. Siri's. It'll be really, really entertaining because you look the first game and you're almost out of the playoffs. There was out. It's over. You're a game away from elimination. So like, okay, I'm a national league. I mean, if you're an American League person, that's great, right. You gonna grow up your various league and I'm old enough that I grew up watching the nationally when you didn't play American League team, so I didn't even watch American League teams play that much baseball. As it comes from Like I feel like I'm you know, I'm interested in some American League. Siri's. I'm really interested. The National League. I look at the schedule and it's cool because I kind of like when the MBA bubble restart happened games all day long. They're going to be two o'clock East Coast games tomorrow and noone East Coast games on Wednesday. So for me on the West Coast for those of you out West We get 10 A.m. and nine AM Games all day based all day sports the matter. Yeah, but Wednesday is a sports fan. You're going to watch baseball all day right at the start of the N B a finals. And then the next to get your NFL football. There's ineffable, not a very good game, but still exciting. Now look at the schedule. And there's not a nationally game tomorrow..

How Not to Say Stupid Stuff When You're Stressed
"Guys. It's Friday so we're dropping bonus in this week we've got to. We've got a good one as many of you have experienced. Perhaps I'll just be myself. I've definitely experienced this. Sometimes you get stressed you say dump stuff And that has it's happening to me. Still even after having meditated for over a decade but in in Buddhism. There's a way to deal with this. They call it right speech or mindful speech and the Great Susan. Hiver a meditation teacher based in the Boston area has thought a lot about this. She's written a lot about this and she recently joined me for an episode of T. P. H. Live where we discussed this subject and took questions from the audience? Tv H live for the uninitiated. Is this show. We do on on weekdays three eastern Pacific where we do alive guided meditation for a few minutes and then we take questions from the audience. The session that you're about to hear was with me and and with Susan and we talk about rights beach and being mindful of your speech and she also guides the meditation in the beginning. By the way. You're going to hear my son. Alexander playing in the background Since was recorded Live we don't have a lot of control but what's going on in my apartment at the time and Yeah so if you're okay with that listen on here we go Susan Piper. Hey everybody welcome T. ph live live from my living room if you hear background noise that is my son. Alexander playing with toys in the background tried to talk him into going into his room but didn't work so the role with like good meditators Speaking of good meditators we've got A great teacher today. Susan Piper beaming in from some of Massachusetts. I think they pronounce it. You know if you're speaking the king's English you'll be Somerville locally at some level and Susan. Thanks for joining. Us really appreciate it. I'M SO GLAD TO BE HERE. Appreciate you having our. It's our pleasure You you were a hit last time so it really great to have you back again and I wanted to talk about the subject. Which is I mean incredibly Germain and relevant these days of speech you know how we communicate with other people that Buddhist McCall it right speech Why why in particular is on your mind? These days do something wrong. I I don't know how can avoid doing something wrong in this environment. It's this topic. Came to mind because it's crazy out there. Y'All are people saying all sorts of things. They're people getting in arguments because we're isolated from each other. All we have a speech you know. That's our sole means of communication. It's all happening in the ether. It's so easy to project onto and everybody's uncertain humanity tends not to wear uncertainty well and we WANNA make up explanations for why. This is happening why that's happening and and were isolated. So uncertainty plus isolation leads to some crazy stuff. I online and at home. So how does a muting myself while you're answering? Because it's getting Routing the backdrop here so how. How can meditation help us with our speech? Well that's a very good question and so I just the definition of right speech which is a classical definition mean. Nobody has to be a Buddhist obviously to practice any of this but the whole Buddhist Path. of liberation is called the eightfold path. Right view right intention right speech number three so it's way up there and write speeches no lying. No abusive speech know divisive speech and no idol speech or no gossip. So we're everybody's telling you know it's really hard to find anyone who's not lying even if you think you're not lying people are just spouting things they actually haven't verified. That counts ally. There's I mean I don't have to explain that there's abusive speech and there's divisive speech and then there's Got Gossiping so it's hard not to do those things because we're human beings we get scared and we get angry and what what is needed before we open. Our PILES IS SPACE. Just some little space and then we can have some agency over what comes out and meditation is the practice of creating that space over and over again with every breath get absorbed in your thoughts as you know. And then you see that and you let go to letting go is quite delightful because immediately. There's a space and in meditation. You come back to the breath but in life you could come back to the good intentions of your kind heart or you know the needs of the person in front of you or the truth of your feelings about without that space. There's just reflexive nonsense. Speaking for myself I was just GonNa say speaking for myself. I'm still doing a reflexive nonsense. hopefully a little bit less So so we've invoke meditation when we do a little bit and then we'll at and let me tell people who are watching live. I know a lot of you. Don't watch live but those are watching. Live if you could send questions on this issue in particular. That'd be great Send any questions you want. We'll probably GONNA give us in preference to relevant questions but even if they're irrelevant. Send away so Susan Myself and you WanNa take over left to thank you so I thank you for being willing to sit and rest your minds so meditation practice very simple. Take a comfortable seat which basically means sit up straight. Unless you don't feel well then lie down and relax meaning while you're sitting up straight. Soften soften the front body the belly the area around the heart the shoulders times of stress. It can feel like the shoulders are like all the time but you can just let them let everything roll off your back. The mouth is closed and the reason the mouth is closed and meditation is. Because you don't have to say anything and that is a delightful luxury so let all the muscles of speech relax throat the jaw the tongue and let the inclination to speak relax to and enjoy not having to prove anything justify question and notice that inside there actually is no one talking anyway so it is quiet and you can rest in that quiet

S. Southern Command of Miami so for leading this operation which is underway effective today and also at McGill day the chief of naval operations general Schultz for their contributions to this from their services this thousands of sailors coast guardsmen soldiers airmen marines involved this operation we came upon some intelligence sometime ago that the drug cartels as a result the cove in nineteen we're gonna try to take advantage of the situation and try to infiltrate additional drugs in our country as we know the seventy thousand Americans die on average annual basis to drugs that's unacceptable we're at war with covert nineteen where war with terrorists and we are war with the drug cartels as well this is the United States military you will not penetrate this country you will not get past jump street you're not going to come in and kill innocent Americans I will marshal whatever assets are required to prevent your entry into this country to kill Americans so right now the navy as Marshall additional grail ships from both pay comp and you come in for the naval fleet at Norfork and they're set sail already and they're in the Caribbean right now listed at this time because guard gutters tennis special operations forces and security forces range along with Air Force reconnaissance aircraft the bottom line is you're not going to get through but now is not the time to try to penetrate United States illegal drugs to kill Americans with United States military we will defend our country regardless of the cost thank you Mr president thank you Sir thank you thank you Mr president thanks for your decisive leadership as we confront this unprecedented challenge opposed by corona corona virus and I'd like to thank you for your support for this important initiative and thank all of the secretary of defense and all the services for taking on this this important initiative obviously during this crisis we're all focused above all else on covert nineteen but at the same time our law enforcement and national security work must go forward protecting the American people from the full array of threats for the department of justice one of our highest priorities must remain destroying the Mexican cartels their trafficking is largely responsible for the deaths as we all know now of seventy thousand Americans a year and also the cost of this don't count destroy families the destroyed lives the draining of our national a treasure as state budgets are crushed by the burden that this the the the sharp Kotick trafficking causes the president has made clear that we are in this fight against the cartels to win and that we are not interested in half measures and that the threat posed by the cartel is not just a law enforcement thread security threat as well and in December building on your success with the Mexican president in forging a cooperative relationship in the area of immigration you asked me to go down and meet with the president Lopez Obrador in our Mexican counterparts to see if we could also establish a more comprehensive and coordinated efforts with the Mexicans in confronting the cartels and we've had some successful visits and and discussions and currently have an array of activities under way against the cartels and we intend to anticipate along with the Mexicans that these are going to bear fruit in the months ahead but it quickly became clear that we can obtain the most immediate results the best bang for the Buck where we increase the assets involved in interdiction on both the Pacific and the Atlantic side of Mexico in the central American countries for years the cartels have been using the sea routes to take the cocaine up from principally Columbia now also out of Venezuela and the PC roots on both coasts I have become the primary means of bringing cocaine up to the United States because of the superb work done by the defense department and our intelligence community we know exactly most of the time where these traffickers are at sea so we're significantly have been up till now significantly limited in our ability to incur debt because of the numbers of the assets we have deployed prior today hi this limitation meant we could only intercept the fraction of the traffickers that will end and the various boats that were detected this will now double our capacity and we are talking about hundreds of tons of cocaine now we're now in a position to see so this is going to radically improve our interdiction efforts and put tremendous pressure to think on the cartels and the effort that southcom is undertaking is gonna save lives by taking drugs off the street last week I announced the unsealing of charges of narco terrorism drug trafficking and other crimes against the former Maduro regime sixteen members of that regime and their involvement in trafficking of two hundred fifty metric tons a year a lot of that comes by C. as I discussed at that time but also because of the pressure were applying I. R. C. L. interdiction they are trying to establish an air route added Venezuela up into Central America which is one of the reasons we're trying to move firmly against that corrupt regime you know this drug war has gone on for many decades and at times in the past we've had great success in growing the president's task force there actually now talking about the drug cartels and especially during the pandemic they're doubling their efforts and a lot of weird stuff I mean people unbelievable you see the best you see the worst in people will get back to that in a second one remind you all right it's time to cut the grass you love cutting the grass I bet everyone was dying to get outside more often how you can get outside with a brand new hustler turf mower it is the best lower you'll ever use heavy duty zero turn by the way that's them since the nineteen sixties family run business they build commercial grade they build residential grade mowers and by the.

How Accurate Are Those Winter Forecasts?
"Good are those winter forecasts. I'm NPR chief meteorologist. Just Paul Hutton here. This is climate cast one thing we know for sure in Minnesota. Winter is coming so how much and long-range climate forecasters really tell us about this upcoming winter. Let's ask Pete Boulay from the Minnesota. DNR climate working group Hi Pete Great to talk with you again. Ed Great to be Your Ball. We know the first of Minnesota's two seasons road construction is winding down right so that must mean winter is coming. I checked with no other climate prediction center and they don't suggest any trends for a warmer or colder winter right absolutely the there's not much direction this year for temperature sure at all so they went with the three sided coin equal chances above normal or below temperatures and so that's how they break down these forecasts tell us a little a little bit about that whether waited for one direction or the other so there could be a little bit of a tilt for above normal or below normal and then their confidence level increases from there air every ten percent so rarely. DC A real extreme on either case for Minnesota least let's talk about what some call the Blob that unusually warm bubble of water in the eastern Pacific off the west coast is back it happened in twenty fourteen and my sense of it atmospherically as it supports warm weather in California that puts us downstream often the northwest flow potentially could mean plenty of cold outbreaks sure and that's the real key. There's a big difference where that gentle setup so to the north and east of that jet will be cold south and west of the jet will be warm and you know one thing to look for to that's happening. This fall is warm water temperatures all around Alaska Aska Alaska's got a very good chance of having a very warm fall so the longer that persist the less chance will have forgetting some real extreme cold air because of cold air has gotta gotta come from somewhere and it felt in the Arctic in Alaska stays warm. Our Pool of cold air will be somewhat limited as you look at the atmospheric factors this winter. What indicators do you see. That might give us a clue about how this winter could unwind. One factor is you know overall trends have been for increased precipitation in the winter in general so last last nine out of ten winters have had above normal precipitation. That's meteorological winner December through February. I call the almanacs the worst of the weather they're terrorists because they always seem to predict the worst winter ever every year and I see their long-term. Accuracy is about fifty fifty at best. What about the no outlooks outlooks. What's the state of the Science of seasonal climate prediction. The farmer's ALMANAC have my mom and her friends terrorize just petrified with fear with this winter the thing it's going to be the worst ever and it really doesn't look like it will be I look back in the last couple of years from the climate prediction center's. I'll look for the winter see how well they did. Last last winter they were banking on a war were the normal and a dry winter and it turned out to be normal to cool very wet so they didn't do so good for eighteen thousand nine the year before that they said cool and wet and it turned out to be normal in cool and normal the wet so I'll give him a pass and that when they did okay so sometimes I do pretty good and sometimes they you might as well go with just the opposite so anything could happen and it is a very difficult process isn't it. I mean the Tele connections that we talk about out in the atmosphere. How warm water in the Pacific or jetstream patterns will affect winter or a season is pretty hard to pin down. An atmosphere is very fickle fickle. Where were those storm set up. You can build on a winter by getting a early snow. Cover a long duration snow cover and that adds to the coolness It's it's like a puzzle with some of the pieces missing seems like climatologist people lay with the Minnesota. DNR climate working group. Thanks for your perspective on climate cast today

Dozens Of Nonnative Marine Species Have Invaded The Galapagos Islands
"Cornish. The Galapagos islands are like a biological arc in the eastern Pacific Ocean. There giant tortoises and swimming iguanas and numerous creatures found nowhere else is one of the world's most protected places. But scientists have discovered that dozens of exotic species have invaded the Galapagos underwater NPR's Christopher Joyce reports on this unexpected finding marine biologists James Carlton remembers when he first got to thinking that the Galapagos islands may not be as pristine as people thought on my first visit to the Galapagos collected some samples from both bottom barnacles sponges and other hitchhikers that was nineteen eighty-seven Carlton didn't know if those creatures he found were native or not so four years ago he and a team of scientists decided to return and take a closer. Look, we didn't know quite what to do. Expect what they did know was that on land. There were lots of invasive species species that are not native to the islands, but in the surrounding ocean. Scientists only knew of five invaders everything else presumably was native when Carlton's team looked underwater. However, they found a hoard of invaders and now we have fifty three which is a rather stunning increase marine biologist. "PM eastern Pacific time called my big fat pet makeover. Now there are times that I just wanna say my big fat Greek wedding. I'm probably sure you're going to hear that Travis already have. I don't want to burst your bubble. They won't be won't be the first won't be the last. Now, we had somebody on Facebook asked actually darnold wanted to know. She's got a dog. And it's it's about ten pounds. I can't remember what breed. It was. Actually, what makes Mike. How do you know if a dog is overweight? Yeah. That's a great question. So there's to kind of do it yourself test. You can do at home. The first one is what I call the hand test. You wanna be able to run your hands gently and lightly over the side, you know, of your pets, primarily a dog or a cat, and you want to be able to feel that ribs exists that you don't want to visually be able to see rich protruding from at side. So this does happen a lot where I'll be with owners, and they'll do it, and they'll have overweight that and they'll jam their fingers through the fat on the pet side. And they'll say others ridge in there. I can feel him. And I said well now, that's that's the feeding. The purpose. So there is a trick to it. You just want to slightly run your hands over you wanna feel the ribs exists in the second one. Is you could check a body condition score for pets, and you could just Google this look at images, you can see actual pictures of cats or dogs either drawings or actual pictures, and then you can compare here your pets figure to the body condition score and that there's two tests a one out of ten or I'm sorry one out of nine scale. And then there's a one out of five scale, but the one out of nine scale you wanna be somewhere in the five. And that's exactly where you want to be where you kind of have the hourglass figure and that you can feel ribs exist. But you don't want to be able to see them protruding out of the sides. Of course, you know, a lot of people also say too, it's not the pet. It's the parents. So what do you do on on the show? My big fat pet makeover to actually educate the parents. Is there something that you put her through? Yeah. So we do, you know, actually in in the very first episode that you'll see on the thirtieth the two. The owners. I think they reached the point where they realize that. They're beagle. Was overweight. But in order for them to understand what it was like we needed them to feel it. So, you know, the beagle was somewhere around twenty percents overweight of its of its of its ideal body weight. So we took that twenty percent and put it on the husband's at the dad. And of course, you know, he was somewhere around one ninety two hundred pounds. So you know, that was a lot of weight on him. So he was carrying kettlebells he had a weighted vests he had ankle weights on and you put him is like, oh, this isn't too bad and we made him start walking. And after about ten minutes almost came to tears. She said, I just can't imagine that my dog feels like this on a daily basis, and it was that kind of you know, realization that kind of you know, that, you know, kinda come to Jesus moment that really made him invested in fixing the problem. I know during the break in. Karen? And I were watching your trailer again in Karen got to see the fat cat trying to get through the cat door. There are some techniques that you actually use. There is like a wheel. It was like a cat wheel. That was pretty interesting. It was. That's exactly right. That's exactly. Mean it looks like a giant hamster wheel. And and you know, we we actually in an external, Dave, no. And you, you know, as well, there's multiple ways to motivate our pets, and and food is one of them. But obviously toys and praised are great ways. But but these a lot of them were so lazy that you got out a toy. And they just looked at you like you're crazy person, you know, and you cheered them on. And they just looked at you like not worth it. And so one of the tricks. We used was once we put him on the diet plan. We would actually use the food from there, you know, reduced meal portion to motivate them to lose weight. So it almost seems counterproductive, but because it fell within their diet we could actually use their food to get them to exercise. And so with that cats exactly what we did. You know, we reduced the food. We got it to the right amount to help and get his ideal weight. We've got him on that wheel. And he looks at that food. And he said whatever you need me to do sign me up. And we got him moving. That's cool. Is he is he still maintaining his new wait is, you know, I think you'll see his name was bone nugget? I think you'll see him in the second or third episode this this their family was a great example of we can't help the pet if we can't get through to the owners, the we have to start with the owners, and for me, I think that's what makes this show. So special is I don't just go in and just in on the pet like it's all about getting through to the owners, and we do a check in. So the way it's worked there. Six one hour episodes you follow to pets per episode from beginning to end the whole makeover. So we show up on day one we assess it, wow, there's big problems. We come back with a check in and see where everybody's at. We'll Bono gets parents. They were filling that denial group, and they said, well, he meows we kept giving him food. And so they didn't see the results right off the bat. You know, it took a little bit a little bit of, you know, elbow nudging. It gets them moving in the right direction. And once they bought in. Bone nuggets started to lose the weight. And you know, he he now at this point has become a huge success story. So how long is the period of the of your time with these pets? Question. John so four months, and that's another thing that it's important for us to understand is that most almost all the pets. We were very successful not to give away ending. 'cause you success is is is relative, right? Everybody likes to see a makeover though. So it doesn't matter. I'd like to see them makeover. But when you because it's a reality show, and we don't have years to do it. You know, you don't see, you know, in all the pets of visual complete change because we only have four months, and and let's can only lose weight in a healthy way a certain percentage of weight. So so for dogs we're looking at three to five percent of their body weight per month that they should only be losing to stay healthy. And then cats it can be somewhere around five to eight percent of their body weight per month. So in the four months, you know, the bigger the pet, well, I got I got to say to you. I mean, it it sounds like it's definitely going to be they were moving their active. Yeah. You cut off on us there for a little bit. But. It sounds like the program is going to be phenomenal. And it sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun, and you can't help yourself. I mean when when you look at some of these pets into that big it is a little bit of chuckle. Well, it is. Yeah, it is. And you know, a lot of people I've seen already making comments online. They're really being hard on these owners. And they're saying how could somebody lizard her pet do that? How could they let him get that way? But you know, what what they need to understand is you can't walk into a situation like this and come into these owners and start to make them feel guilty. You can't come down on them. You can't that's not the way you motivate someone the same way we motivate pets. So I have to get the owners on my side. And you know, these pets they still they still have time to be saved. Right. So we do come in with a little bit of light heartedness. But there is a reality check with every owner where there's tough love and we have to face basis backs. But that's what makes it so great for TV is, you know, people can watch it. They can do a lot of these things at home themselves, and we are not just changing the pets of the owners that they currently have. But we're changing the way they're gonna raise pets for the rest of their life. My big. Makeover. It's on starts on Saturday September thirtieth at ten pm eastern Pacific time on animal planet. Travis brorsson. Thank you so much for joining us here on talking pets. Great pleasure. And I wish you the best of luck with the show. It sounds like it's going to be successful. Thank you, John. "So you can watch us to check us out at talkin pets radio. No g in the talking, by the way. I wanna welcome to the program right now. A very special guest you use the expert and trainer. His name is Travis Brorsson. He is the host of an all new series premiering on Saturday September thirtieth at ten pm eastern Pacific time on none other than animal planet, and I want to welcome on Travis to the show eight Travis how you doing? Hey, john. Thanks for having me. It's great to have you on the program with this. I want to introduce you to daisy. And Karen here in the studio how you doing daisy. I Karen, he got the names, right? You're good. That's right. You say right before. And I repeat it and it sticks with me. I like that. Yeah. You see? That's that's the way you gotta learn. I mean, nobody really gets a name on the first try. It's like the second time around you got usually. But then if you keep repeating it in your head to three times, and it's like it sticks. It is a little tougher though. The older. Yeah. I wanna find out about this show because it's called my big fat pet makeover. And that is the title of the program is this your first season this season one. Yeah, we're really excited about it. You know, a lot of people here the title and right away. They think oh my gosh. There's all these overweight best, and why don't they just feed them less and exercise more. And if it was if it was that easy. You know, I wouldn't have a job. So there's a lot more to it. And I'm sure daisy and Karen can chime in on that. But yeah, we're really excited. I gotta ask you right off the bat your opinion on this question because people will say it's a myth or not. But if you have an overweight. Parents do the pets normally become overweight as well. You would be surprised that there are a lot of similarities, and it did happen on the show and believe it or not as they been Karen can probably back me up on this because it's a complete lifestyle. Change many of the owners actually lost weight with their pets. I believe it. Yeah. I do too. Actually. I mean, if you're working on the petulance, wait. There's no reason why the owner lose weight as well. I use it. Also, according to what I understand the US pet, overweight and obesity rate for dogs and cats in this country is like more than fifty percent. Is that true? That's right. Yeah. We're looking at people around fifty four percent for dogs, which is somewhere around the ballpark of like forty one point nine million in America when you think of dogs, and if you put forty one million dogs in one place, it would really blow your mind, and then we're looking at somewhere around fifty eight fifty nine percent of cat. So what do you think it is Travis? I mean. Is it that people just overfeed over supplement over treat? What what's your, you know, there's really three things that happen with at owners when it comes to their overweight or obese fast. And you know, the first thing is we have owners that think it's cute, you know, and that's unfortunate. But they get a lot of people coming up to my gosh. You're so cute. They're so cute. They get a lot of attention for it. You know, the second one is a lot of owners are in denial. You know, they deny that their pet is because they show so much love through giving their pets food. And then the third one is we we have a lot of fed owners that just don't know if they're bed is overweight or not, you know, whether it's they don't do regular visits at the vet for their best to let them know. Or they just don't know what. An overpay overweight that really looks like so between those three things most people with an overweight or over wet, overweight, but fall somewhere in those three categories. You know, it's funny because if you go onto YouTube, and you watch any of the YouTube videos on fat pets, they're probably one of the most popular. And when I was watching your trailer earlier, I saw this cat trying to get through a cat door. It made it barely. But those are the things. I mean, people do laugh about it. And but the thing is it is a serious thing. Because of the fact that like you even say on your show. It does cause things like high blood pressure and pets and diabetes and heart failure. It does you know, and even add to that list, everything from arthritis to joint issues, osteoarthritis joint problems. And and to some of the owners credit is not all caused by the owners, there are some medical conditions, hypothyroidism, our medical conditions that can cause it. But at the same time, it's it's a responsibility, you know, for the owners to figure out what the pro is causing the problem. Whether it's never medical and to help the pets. You know, get get fixed up, you know, it's it's up to us. They can't do it themselves. That's very true. I mean, it's it's not, you know, it's an interesting interesting premise with cats actually, I don't have any dogs right now. I have two cats two chickens and two parents. And the parents seem to be quite well, you know, they look like they work out. So so the the chickens I mean, they see my cats on hand tend to I mean is it because we're going into the winter now, but they seem to have a little flabby underneath them is that normal. Well. You know, I I mean, hey, you're falling into fifty nine percents of cats if they're floppy. So if you're looking at Satistics, you're you're with the normal. I notice the normal. It's always the most healthiest. I think that's because they're a higher percentage. It's because we do have a harder time finding ways to not just motivate cats. But I think we also have this kind of stigma of you know, cats are just lazy and they're independent, and they don't want to do a lot of things. But again, you know, this show is all about helping owners find ways to engage their pets and fun activities that will get a moving, and I think that's what makes this show. So great is that you don't need me in your home to do it. You can watch the show and go. Oh, wow. I can do that at home. And that's one of the reasons we're so excited, you know, about my big fat that makeover will soon people may prefer based on what I saw on the trailer have you in their home, especially. The women out there. Well, that's very kind of you. That's very kind of you know. Hey, I if that's what it takes to save these John signed via signed me. All right. Don't go away. We'll be right back you and take a little break. We're gonna come back with Travis where we're speaking. With Travers for arson. He is routing trainer. He's hosting all new series premiering on Saturday September thirtieth on animal planet, and that's at ten pm eastern Pacific time. If you've got a question for Travis pick up the phone and give.
