U.S. Shortage Led Parents to Order European, Black Market Baby Formula
"There are large Facebook groups devoted to European formulas she writes where parents share spreadsheets and detailed notes on ingredients and how these formulas compare in their U.S. counterparts she notes This was written a year ago Some caregivers report choosing them because European brands offer certain formula options like those made from goat's milk Our mug from Pasteur from pasture raised cows Which are rare nonexistent in an FDA regulated form in the U.S. Other European brands because of the perception that the formulas are of a higher quality And that European formula regulations are stricter she wrote So on this sort of black market it turns out Americans are willing to pay big bucks for European formula Zelensky says that on one website selling EU baby formula you'll find German imports that run roughly $26 for a 400 gram box Which is about quadruple the price of the top U.S. baby formulas recommended by the times Now at times these nefarious black market imports have resulted in high profile busts like in April 2021 when U.S. customs and border protection agents in Philadelphia seized 588 cases of baby formula and valued at $30,000 that violated the FDA's quote import safety regulations So European babies are drinking this stuff left and right you see But our FDA won't allow these formulas into the United States Some may contend the FDA is simply keeping Americans and their babies safe which is no doubt what regulators want you to believe But this overlooks an inconvenient fact despite the FDA's efforts Americans are consuming vast amounts of black market baby formula and the children are doing just fine
The Right Scoop Analyzes Buffalo Shooting Suspect's Manifesto
"Now over at right scoop our buddy Brian has laid out a pretty good case breaking down what this manifesto says via Tom Elliott And he says the race is shooter in Buffalo left Ted dead In a grocery store this weekend wrote a manifesto before the shooting In the manifesto he reveals that he chose his own state of New York in part because of the restrictive gun laws via Tom Elliott Why did you choose redacted for the place of the attack This is out of the manifesto Has the highest black population percentage He put the zip code and isn't that far away plus New York has heavy gun laws So it's easy for me if I knew that any legally armed civilian was limited to ten round magazines There are a number of firearms I replaced the name of the city to redacted because I prefer that the apparent local police don't know until the attack has started if the attack can somebody switch it over please This shows you what a head case this guy is Obviously the shooter is a racist and he readily admits it Are you a fascist Yes fascism is one of the only political ideologies that will unite whites against the replacers Since that is what I see calling me a fascist would be accurate Are we a white supremacist Yes I would call myself a white supremacist after all Which race is responsible for the world we live in today I believe the white race is superior in the brain to all other races Are you a racist Yes I'm a racist because I believe in differences at capability between races Are you tolerant sure the vast virtues of a dying nation are tolerance and apathy and I want none of it Are you an anti semite Yes in bold double exclamation mark I wish all Jews to hell

Left Wing Media Blames Tucker Carlson for Buffalo Shootings
"So let's see. So The Washington Post in The New York Times are blaming Tucker Carlson and Fox News for the shooting. Is that right? They really doing it? Conservative media is familiar with buffalo suspects alleged theory. By Paul farhi, in the New York and Washington Post, there you go. Use The Washington Post media reporter. Let me see. Look, whatever they can do to smear the right is what they do. That's as simple as that.
Rick Klein's Analysis of the Senate Midterm Elections
"And they know that the midterm election is coming. Here was ABC's Rick Klein talking to George Stephanopoulos yesterday on ABC's this week. Yeah, George, you know that they were in a tough spot when it comes to holding the House and Senate. But when you look at the Senate, it's a 50 50 Senate. It means Republicans only need to take one seat. But what's interesting is that not all the seats are up. Of course, only 35 Senate seats on the ballot and in that group that's 21 that are now held by Republicans 14 by Democrats. That means that Republicans have to play a lot more defense than they do the opportunities for offense. And when you zoom in a bit on the states that are likely to determine control of the Senate, these are the 9 states that are probably going to tell us who's going to be the majority and who's going to be in the minority. And 5 of them are controlled by Republicans only four by Democrats. That means if you're the Republicans, you've got to not only hold your seats, but then go on offense somewhere. That means picking up maybe an Arizona or a Georgia. Both states, of course, that went to the Democrats in 2020. Or you have to move into deeper blue territory and Nevada or a New Hampshire. That all assumes that the Democrats don't find any places of their own to pick up. And there's a couple of states that were carried by President Biden or were very close last time. They were targeting, including Pennsylvania, the primary on Tuesday, a spirited democratic fight, and an opportunity that Democrats see to win even in a very tough election cycle.
Democrats Jump on Politicization of Buffalo Mass Shooting
"Over the weekend, we saw an act of evil in Buffalo, New York. I hate my cynicism. I hate being cynical about and I hate even talking politics or Democrats or Republicans or left or right. I hate this. I hate this. But it is what they do to us. It's what the Democrats shamelessly exploit that puts me into this despicable state of cynicism. Here's a headline that puts me into a state of cynicism. Biden to head to buffalo tomorrow. Following massacre. Of course you know by now an 18 year old monster, an evil, white supremacist apparently, went to a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, and murdered ten people. Innocent people just going about their business, living their lives, going to buy some groceries. And immediately, the Democrats pounced. Tucker Carlson's fault. Fox News channel's fault. Conservative media's fault. That's what happens. With conservatives in the media.
Will Weekend Mass Shootings Force Congress to Act?
"It looks like a bunch of hearings, Jake, but I want to start with your quote of Chris Murphy yesterday talking to my friend Jonathan capehart. I don't think you got 60 votes for his bill. I think it could get 60 votes for a stop order bill. The severe threat order of protection, I just don't know. I don't know what's in Murphy's Bill, but it's not narrow enough, has anything changed with two three more shootings. You know, there was one in Orange County after ten miles from where I used to live at a Taiwanese Chinese church where a 60 year old man shot up 5 people. There was one in Houston, of course, the awful one in Buffalo. Does anything change? No. There's no legislation here. I don't think I really don't think unless I'm looking something that will get 60 votes. There have been there have been efforts as you note to boost the reporting system for people with mental illness and things like that. That has not gotten the attention or the energy from anybody. So we're kind of in this position. I mean, Chris Murphy was deputized earlier this year, I believe, maybe it was last year. So work with Republicans to see what he could get ten votes for anything to get a background check Bill or something more and he's not been able to find 60 votes for anybody. So that's kind of where that's kind of where the status of the situation.
Who Is the Front Runner in the PA Senate Primary?
"Is Dave McCormick going to be able to win with a closing kick tomorrow in the Pennsylvania GOP Senate primary as I have judged him the only Republican capable of beating John fetterman in the fall. Well, you're right. He is the only candidate to beat fetterman in the poll. I don't know, did you see yesterday to John fetterman have stroke? I did. I saw this morning his comments that he's fully recovered and no mental damage. And that is good news. Yeah, I chatted with, yeah, he's fine. But anyways, so I had thought all along that McCormick would pull it out, even when Trump endorsed Oz, even when Trump came in and held his rally, which had less than a thousand people at it. And but then he went scorched earth on McCormick. And when he went scorched earth on the cormick, Oz rally was used that as an ad in the net drove up McCormick's negatives, which he had barely any that made Barnett run and she rose up last week, like an insurgent candidate tends to do, but I think she peaked Wednesday and started to fall under the scrutiny.
Jason Pye and Doug Talk Political Gridlock
"That when we make progress, there seems to be, especially when it comes up in an election year, the halfway point to a presidential year, you know, it's one of those things and I say this I'm jokingly, as someone who tried to be in the Senate, you know, every day there's a hundred people in the world who wake up and believe they should be president. They're all found in the United States Senate. And you know, but why is it that we seem to always especially as Republicans? And some Democrats, frankly, if you look at it, go back to this idea that the only way to solve some of these societal eels is to go to a process we know really doesn't work and cost us money. When you're talking about criminal justice system, that is just this throw away the key mentality, lock them up no matter what. You don't have a second chance. You don't have a third chance. You don't even have a first chance. If you listen to some of the rhetoric. I mean, it works to a point. It's not negative ads. I mean, they work to a point, but at a certain point in time, truth needs to prevail out. And it's really frustrating at this point in time that you're seeing this rhetoric because we know we know this rhetoric doesn't work. I mean, I flip those numbers around the other side. I look at the 85% that haven't been rearrested. Those are large numbers to say, look, this is working. As we go forward, disturbing trend though I'm seeing an election. And I saw it in my election in the Senate race. I was vilified by the cities under miss laugh where four by her team for being a defense car for actually have represented clients in our confrontational system. Wow, actually upholding the constitution shocker in that regard. What was even worse is the ads run against me. We're not even clients of mine. They were actually my partners. And had Hispanic faces. We'll continue on. Again, but that goes to the heart of this sort of scare tactic that goes on. But now we're starting to see it again. But there is some hope that it's not working. I know you're familiar with the candidates in Indiana. One had helped on criminal justice. It was three candidates in the race. The third one who had had no background at all actually ended up winning this primary. So what I thought was interesting was the two Republicans, both had legislative backgrounds. Wanted health been helpful on bail reform and other things in Indiana. The other one attacked them for that and came in a distant third. Do you see some of this with the proper discussion and political will, if you would, winning out or do we still have a life? It's really hard to say right now. And speaking, speaking more to your race, because I watched that race. And I've never hid this publicly. I voted for you in the race stuck. I actually had a hard time working in a yard too. But in your race, it was pretty interesting because of the spinning that both the loeffler team and others were trying to do because they were saying that life were saying, oh, I supported first step back. It was the prison reform and redemption act that we opposed because that was the predecessor Bill the first step. And they were hitting you on that. And it's like, there is no difference between these two bills. The first step
Due Process Institute's Jason Pye and Doug Discuss the First Step Act
"Everybody, it's Doug Collins glad to have you back on the dog Collins podcast. You got a great friend coming back in today to be on the podcast Jason parr, due process institute. I've known him for many, many, many years that we go back from Georgia politics to D.C. politics everywhere in between. But I wanted to bring Jason back in to like a lot going on in the D.C. front and it's not just in legislation, but it's also in its election cycle. You probably will realize that watch list of this podcast Washington podcast went on. Election cycles tend to make politicians do sort of different things. And it's a lot of pressure going on. And I'm not criticizing that. I've been a part of and a lot of part of it. You have to sort of find what works is a guy who's worked with my campaigns consulted for me forever. Chip Lake says, he says elections can be about everything you want them to be. But at the end of the day, the voters have a say in what actually goes on. And that's true. But one of the areas that is so important that I wanted to bring Jason back in because I do a lot of work off podcast with this issue and that's criminal justice and criminal justice reform and Jason has been at the heart of that for a while. I work with the folks at justice action network. You've got a lot of groups out there that do this kind of work. But we're seeing some progress we're seeing some steps back and then what I want to talk to Jason about today is this idea that I saw a Republicans moving forward in what should be a really conservative issue combined with and they seem to be taking some steps back. So Jason Powell, welcome back to the dot com. Thanks for having me. It's good to see you as always. And that's a good time. I was going to say everything you're talking about in terms of criminal justice there are things that Republicans should be running on should be proudly proclaiming and your work on the first step act in Congress. You should wear as a badge of honor. And unfortunately, Republicans are going towards this tough on crime rhetoric that was so prevalent in the 1980s and 1990s. It's frustrating. Well, it is. And I think that's the part now. I wrote an op-ed a couple of weeks ago. We put it out and it was really hitting at that, you know, the whole idea
Ask Officer Tatum: What's the Truth About BLM?
"Next question, it is no secret Chicago is one of if not the worst places in America when it comes to crime, but more specifically black and black crime. Do you have any thoughts as to why it is why it is if BLM wants to make sure that the world knows Black Lives Matter, what are they doing to work on that issue? Well, let me just make this very clear. BLM has no, I don't think they have any obligation. They don't have any desire to do anything for black people. It is literally a fundraising organization that threatens people and coerced them into giving money and influence so that they can push a political agenda. They're not doing nothing for black people. I have never seen because we see children getting shot in the head in Chicago all the time and drive by shootings. We see young men, black men getting murdered in the streets in cold blood, mass shootings every weekend, and they don't have a single picture of not one of those people on their website. I literally David dorn was a police officer for a retired police officer and got murdered, trying to defend a property. And some thug murdered him. He was on camera, and it looked worse than George Floyd, if you asked me, he didn't show up on a sicaria Turner, my followers raised over $300,000 for Sequoia Turner's family. And Sakura turned a young black girl in Atlanta, got shot in a crossfire between two black idiot black men who were shooting out in the parking lot. They didn't feature her not one time. There are so many young men and so many children that have been murdered senselessly and Black Lives Matter have not given them money. They have not mentioned them. They don't have no t-shirts, they don't have no fundraisers, but they make money on the backs of dead black men and that's their whole
Kevin McCullough on the Failure of Democrats' Abortion Legislation
"Tell us both triggered Thomas. When I saw. The Senate try to push forward this insane abortion law and fail, I thought this is pure politics. They're doing this because they know they're going to get destroyed in November. So they're trying to come across like we're the only hope we're doing everything we can to save you from the evil Republicans, something like that. Well, what's interesting about the failure of that vote was that it not only didn't meet the cloture standard, which I think they were required to have 60. And this is why Elizabeth Warren was all out of sorts when she was in the hallway with the hill afterwards saying, oh, it's time to do away with the filibuster. It didn't even get a majority of votes. So it failed 49 51, you had a couple of Democrats that sided with Republicans that swayed the difference there. And at the end of the day, we are still not a country that is eager to. We don't worship moloch here. We don't eat our children. This is not and it feels somewhat surreal saying that, Eric, but when you look at the insanity that the left has gone after our kids with, they hate children from the pre born stage to the infant formula shortage that is cropping up all over the place now where the USDA actually controls about 60% of the production of formula and it had this been the Trump administration and he had taken the same blueprint that he did with vaccines and said, let's go get a private public partnership and get formula made and get it out to the shelves so that babies are okay. They could have done that in there's a couple of factories in Michigan right now that are sitting still that have been lifeless since mid last year.
Joe Manchin Will Oppose Bill That Would Codify Roe v. Wade
"Mean, let me add just one other breaking news from today. Joe Manchin was pressed very hard yesterday on whether or not he would support the what they're calling the codification of roe V wade into federal law. It's this accessibility to abortion act or whatever it's called. And he had to call a press conference and come out and say, guys, this is not the codification of roe V wade. This is an expansion of abortion, roe V wade said you had a federal right to abortion. What this law wants to do is wipe out 500 state and local laws nationwide to basically force abortion availability via taxpayer dollars into every corner of the world that it's not currently at. And to your point, it's a zero sum game. If you give them a half an inch, they will take 6000 miles. And that's why we can't, we can't just sit back and say, it's okay for them to simply state their disagreement. No, every time that Jen Psaki has said stuff crazy in recent weeks from the press room, we've got to denounce it. We've got to call attention to it. We've got to say that is not true. We've got to force facts back into the conversation because these people do not have nerve endings that receive the normal receptor messages as to, oh, I shouldn't say that. It's blatantly not true. Well, they are, we're in a new world. And that's why people like Tim Keller and others who they're good people. But what they said 20 years ago, 15 years ago, the reason it no longer applies is because the world has changed and they refuse to see how dramatically things have changed so that they're anodyne platitudes, they no longer hold.
We've Never Witnessed a Supreme Court Leak Like This Before
"Kevin, we were just talking about the Supreme Court. And I just want to say, I never dreamt in my lifetime. I would see anything like this. I mean, the leak in the Supreme Court like this. Now, is this level of brazen illegal activity on the part of the left, which kind of proves that they don't trust the system. They don't value the system. They don't believe in their own ideas. They have to use force. They have to intimidate justices. I really think that this is, it is so ugly. And so amazing. But I think I hope Americans are waking up that if you do not fight this folks, you are to blame. We need to fight this. This is, you know, you would fight if Chinese troops came here or maybe you wouldn't. But if you wouldn't, then, you know, you don't deserve to live in a great country like this. This is Marxism. It's the end of law. It's the end of America. And it's on many, many levels. So Kevin, thanks for giving us some details. Well, I do hope this comes out that the ruling comes out soon.
What Did Robert Hanssen Get Out of Being An Evil Russian Spy?
"We are talking to Lee's wheel. You probably know her. Remember her from Fox News and many other prominent places talking about many things kind of like this, but nothing can top this. She has a brand new book out called a spy in plain sight. The inside story of the FBI and Robert Hansen, America's most damaging Russian spy. It really is nightmarish. And I always say, Lee's that, you know, apart from my faith in God, I don't know how to process this. I think you would just be frightened at how evil the world is, how dark it is. I have to ask you the most basic question. What do you suppose that Robert Hansen got out of this? In other words, it's kind of a funny thing. I always feel that these traders sell themselves extraordinarily cheaply, you know, that China has billions of dollars to spend. And if there's anybody out there willing to kind of give them a leg up here or there, what was Russia giving this man? And again, we want to be clear. This wasn't Russia. This was the Soviet Union, as wicked as it gets. The evil empire, what were they giving him to make him feel that it was worth his doing this because he could have made a decent job doing the right thing. What were they giving him? Right, exactly. Cash. I mean, they were giving him bundles of $30,000, $10,000, $50,000. At one point he asked for diamonds, they gave him diamonds. And he had a cash flow problem, right? Because you can't put more than $10,000 in cash into a bank without alerting all sorts of things. So he would just honestly put it in a drawer. He put it under the bed. And in fact, Eric, one time when he had the cash in the drawer, Bonnie, his wife, saw the money in the drawer. It was like a sock drawer or something, you know, basic drawer like that. She pulled out the money, sees all this cash. She confronts him. This was early on in his spine, confronts him. She thinks it's money for a mistress because he's got he's done that before. Say that again, money from what? We're a mistress from mister. Oh, because he had cheated on his wife. Right. So she thinks that she confronts him. He says, oh, no, no, Bonnie. I'm not cheating on you. This is just money that I got from the Russians for spying. That was better or something. But he did say that to him. Yes, no, he admitted it to her. And then they, but here Eric, here's a twist. It go to their priests. That's what body his wife wants to do. They go to the priest, the priest basically says, oh, that was bad. Don't do that again. It's fine, that is. And you can be absolved from it if you just give them money that you've already made to the church. Which Hanson does, and he doesn't spy for a little bit, and then he starts up again. But the idea that a priest would say that, that basically, hey, you know, don't do that again, that's bad, but you know, it's all okay if you give the money to the church. And that, of course, you know, Bonnie was okay with
Kevin McCullough and Eric Discuss Lis Wiehl's New Book
"And an hour or two. We're talking to Liz wheel, you will remember her. I should say it's Lee's wheel from Fox News and she has written a book about the most, it's unspeakable. The most evil spy in modern history, a spy in plain sight, my friend Kevin McCullough who's going to be my guest for this hour is holding up a copy of the book. Well, Kevin. It's a great book. And Lisa is a great interview on it because her father was an FBI agent for all of her growing up years. And this was really the case that she takes apart in this book was really a fundamental failure of that system. And given what we've seen with current things like the elections in 2020 and so forth, there's some very interesting perspective that I'm sure you'll get out of her. So it should
Lis Wiehl Shares the Intriguing Tale of 'A Spy in Plain Sight'
"We have a really exciting guest talking about a very exciting book and subject, exciting, depressing, amazing. I don't know where to begin. You probably already know my guest. Lee's wheel, maybe you saw her over the years on Fox News or on CNN or any place just a prominent legal mind federal prosecutor on and on and on. It goes, and she has now written a book. I got to tell you, it's nothing less than shocking. It's titled a spy in plain sight. The inside story of the FBI and Robert Hanssen, America's most damaging Russian spy, remember the Cold War folks. Remember when we were at war with the Soviet Union, they were a superpower in those days. And there was somebody on the inside. It just, it's one of the most amazing stories ever. A number of books have been written about it. This is being called the best of them all, a spy in plain sight Lee's wheel. Welcome to the program. Eric, it's great to be with you. Thanks so much for that kind introduction. Well, I tell you, when I read originally about Robert Hansen, it was one of these things, it's out of a movie. It's a nightmare that somebody would be this deeply embedded in our FBI working for our enemies. Today it would be, you know, working for China. But give us the background for people who don't remember the details, the timing, the years, the decades, so that we have some sense of who this monster Robert Hansen was. Yeah, and you've got it right. He really is a monster. I mean, finally, he's locked up now forever. So he's in a 24 hour or 23 hour solitary confinement and Florence Colorado in a supermarket, a super max. But started, you know, kind of an unremarkable upbringing. He was a middle class in Chicago, his father was a cop, kind of trying to tough on him. I mean, really tough on him. We'd call it child abuse now. But he grew up, became an accountant and then joined the FBI, which was really the Pinnacle for him. You know, it was just the thing that he wanted to be. He admired James Bond. He wanted to be everything, James Bond. So the enters in the early 80s into the bureau. And Eric within a year of entering the FBI, he approaches the Russians. They don't have to flip him. He approaches them. He doesn't tell them who he is, but he says he has this great Intel information for them. And indeed, it is the first thing that he's gives them is the identity of our major the primo Russian asset that we had at the time on the ground. And of course, we rely on those people to give us information from you said it, China, North Korea, Russia. He was at the very top level of the counter espionage unit in the
Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Kathy Barnette Sets the Record Straight
"But Kathy, I like you. I've known you for, I don't know, 6, 7 years ever since you came on Fox with a national security moms. And so I've spoken about the latest attacks against you with somebody who served in the military in the reserves and knows these records. So I want to give you an opportunity in front of millions of people to answer these questions, put them to bed and then we'll see who wins this race. So in the records that you've released from your campaign yesterday in a book about you, there are questions as to officer candidacy school. What your MOS was two months of additional federal service that we don't know what it was for, whether you actually worked for the CID or were of VO a wheeled vehicle mechanics. I want to just give you the opportunity. Talk about your military record and clarify anything that you think needs clarification. Yeah, listen, my military records are right there in front of people now. Yesterday, let me just say, I've been running for 13 months. And only yesterday did mainstream media want to even talk to me. And I've been in a statistical tie for first place for at least four weeks, right? So for at least four weeks, I should have been on their radar, except they just wanted to talk about the two rich men and pretend there was no one else in this race. So the only people who have been derelict in their duty here has been mainstream media because I've been here for 13 months and at least in a statistical tie for first place for the last four weeks. But in regards to my military records, I served three years in the army reserves and I was assigned to the CID, the criminal investigation detachment. My MOS was 71 Lima when I came out as a administrative specialist three years there moved back to Alabama and third with the National

"In mid June, we're at 15 intensive care unit admissions. Now we're at about 55. For reference. Our last peak was in April. We're at 75. So we're not yet back to where we were during the height of our kisses here in Hamilton County, but we're absolutely trending in the wrong direction. Which makes it even more important that we start to change things up. I have one more slide showing data related to the case counts here in Hamilton County. This graphic is available on our home page at each see ph dot org's This shows the number of cases per day Countywide. And it also has a seven day trendline on theirs, to help kind of smooth things out and make it easier to see how we're trending over time. To this, you know, for also for a point of reference about 34 weeks ago were on average scene between 20 and 30 new cases within my jurisdiction. Per day. So as things kind of progress over the last couple of weeks, we have shifted. Now we're seeing between 70 and 100 cases per day, a significant increase in work often times on these press briefings. I get questions about contact tracing, so I just wanted to indicate our plan is working. We brought a bunch of my staff back in to help handle this new case load. And then, as time progressed over the last week, we've hired 12 additional caseworkers that we'll be doing this contact tree, saying. In addition, we've got another four or five that we're looking at to bring on late this weekend early next week. This is extra capacity and we're doing so to make sure that we can continue to handle the volume. Wanna move on to testing and as we've reported during last week's press conference We are doing some pop up testing with the Ohio National Garden. The governor indicated he would send the guard down and he brought 22 guards, men and women who are just doing a phenomenal job in our communities. Last week we were in Forest Park. We tested over 3600 individuals within the community. This week. Yesterday. We were in north two days ago on Monday. We were in North College Hill yesterday until high township today in Korean township. By the time we're all said, and done, we anticipate that we will have tested over 6000 individuals. All of this testing has certainly put a burden on our laboratory. And so results are slowly coming back. And as soon as we get them, a representative from Hamilton County Public Health is making a call to make sure that you know how how your test fared. In addition, if you're positive that contact tracing work that we talked about will initially begin, and we will start making those calls. All test sites, including the Garden test sites can be found on our website, each see ph dot org's I know I've heard some individuals say they don't.
