It is down 1 .3 % to the downside. Ethereum is down 0 .7%. BNB down 0 .7%. XRP down 1%. The entire market cap is 0 .28%. 24 -hour volume, $38 billion. Gas, I think it was Steve -O shouting it out. Gas was as low as 8 Gwei about 3 hours ago, now coming in at 14 Gwei. We keep looking. Solana down 1 .6%, but Cardano relatively holding strong here. Now, Solana is definitely a better weak pump here. It's 4 % to the 14%, but looking pretty good. Cardano for the daily there. Dogecoin also showing some strength. It is only down 0 .3%, but TonCoin moving on up. It is up 3%. Litecoin also moving up. Shoutout to Tom Crown. How is Tom? I need to reach out to Tom, see how Tom's doing. He hasn't been on in a while. Avalanche is up 6 .2%. So Avalanche looking good. Might even see it in the top gainers. I think we will. We've got an oversold flash come in here with the green triangle, our MVP oscillator, which these green histograms are just screaming to buy. We're overextended on everything. And you're seeing again, we're wrestling with this blue line, but this could just be a wick. If people start buying it back up, we could found another, a third bounce of support here on a rising level support. We're in a bull trend right now, higher highs, higher lows on rune. So it is a little risky. I'm not saying it's not a risk, but I am saying I'm seeing hourly chart kind of screaming a little overextended to the downside on rune. Okay. All right. A great breakdown. Can you show that line one more time? It is right at that line, right? It's a little bit below it, but wicks that happens all the time. What matters is where we close and let's see how that happens. According to Yassine Moberok, he's a founder of a crypto VC firm and he suggests they might withdraw their case to avoid negative exposure. He believes they use litigation to maintain in uncertainty the crypto space. Of course, the case started in December, 2020. He's the founder of a private equity firm focused on startups as dicer capital and believes that SCC could withdraw all accusations against ripple and Brad Garling house. According to him, it is not in their interest to have a trial where their corruption can be exposed for the claim that XRP has solidified clarity in the crypto market, which puts their agenda at risk. They will now move to in this case soon as possible. They can appeal to the second circuit circuit and continue to sustain this cloud of uncertainty on the whole industry litigation by itself, regardless of the outcome is the weapon. So litigation is the weapon. They need to move this to the second circuit here. The legal battle passed through multiple heated moments afterward. It peaked in July this year. Back then court ruled that most of the sales did not constitute an offer of investment contracts. They were unpleased with the decision and formally appealed it last month. "Just pop a pill in your fine. But I say that jazz, but anyway. Yeah, so anyway, I went to get help. I got help for years. One of the things I did was I read a lot of books around the year 2000, I went and started reading books going online, learning how to get myself better. I was in the self help section a lot. I eventually gravitated more over to the business and career section. Because a lot of top CEOs want to learn how to prove their mindset the continents. So that's what I was reading books by so that navy seals. There's a mark divide he's got a book called unbeatable mind. He trains. He creates navy seals, isn't it? He's a navy seal himself all. And his book teaches you how they get their confidence, how they get their strong brainpower to go over and fight the bad guys. So I was reading books like that. And they helped me immensely. So one thing I try to tell people is that so you so you've got depression. So if that anxiety or whatever, and yes, you can't be cured just like that. You can't snap your fingers and you're cured. But there are parts of your brain that you can change. There aren't thought patterns, mindsets, leaves that we all have, and we can change them. We can grow and confidence. We can, because the old cliche, the old saying, knowing is half the battle, when I was a kid, GI Joe, the cartoon would always say that, knowing it's off the bottom. And it's I find it so true reading all these books, knowing all this stuff. So yes, I couldn't, it didn't make me better. It didn't fix me overnight, but having all that knowledge does help. For example, bullying verbal abuse, the book verbal judo, the gentle art of persuasion by George Thompson, Giza police officer, he teaches people, he teaches people how to deal with people with words, not weapons, and this book is this wonderful, and it's the best people skills book I've ever read. And he says so many people have never heard words of encouragement and praise. And lots of us just get stressed. No one's listening to us. And we just, it just builds up and then it bursts, he says, so often police when they deal with someone, the vast majority of people just need to be listened to. All the calls they go and they just need someone to listen to them to vent and get off their chest. He says, sometimes you have to use force, but oftentimes it's just let the guy then. So but anyway, he says, for example, bullying, there are so many people. He says, verbal abuse is rampant in our society. It's random. And tone of voice, I know Dwayne Johnson, when the pandemic first hit, he said he was a little shaky, and he said, you know, he was talking about his relationship, maybe with his wife, I think. And he said, you know, it's all the tone of voice. And I try to pay more attention to my tone of voice like, what's the tone of voice? Is there anger behind it? Is there a little bit of disgust in your voice or a little bit of hatred when you're talking to somebody? How does that come out? What does that other person think? About you. What do they think you think about them? And I really try to be conscious of tone of voice empathy, having kindness for other people.

"Roush, Matt Thanks for jumping in with me for a few minutes. Obviously, everything was disrupted last year because of the pandemic. So where do things stand right now with new shows and return? Shows. Well, it it sort of is a bit of a mess that shows have continued to produce. They've had to shut down from time to time, but they're all shooting under covert protocols, and it's taking longer for some shows to get back on the air. Some shows haven't even gotten back on the air yet. People are still waiting for shows like New Amsterdam on NBC, which is a popular hospital drama that will be back till March. Ah, lot of the like another hospital drama. Grey's Anatomy is on the current hiatus because they had to do a pause. And so there's game shows airing on ABC on Thursday, But again in March, they'll be back with new episodes of Grey's Anatomy and the other Thursday night, ABC shows on Brothers have delayed their premieres until quite late in 2020, so there were only a few episodes that were there before the Holy hiatus. And so you'll see as many episodes of most of those favorite shows on network television, in particular, the ones that normally do like 20 or 22 episodes. There will be shorter seasons. Aziz a struggle through this, but they've tried to keep the lights on as best they could. You have seen a lot more like game shows and other filler shows from Canada have been imported to the networks you would normally have not ordinarily have seen on prime time. Um so they have tried. To maintain sort of an illusion that businesses usual, but certainly it isn't but at least the TV is back in most regards and streaming never really stopped, although I think the last month or so I haven't really seen too much like popping on Netflix ever since Richardson became a big thing around Christmas, but they really haven't had much You know, they keep putting new product up, but nothing That's really like that a real pal in that regard, But the truth is, though it took a lot longer for some of the shows to make it to air. Some things haven't happened that we would have expected to have happened. And the new streamers in particular, like HBO, Max and Disney and a few others. I don't think I'm Peacock didn't really have the launch that they wanted to have, because they weren't able to produce all the shows that they were hoping to have this big push. But there has been the steady stream of television it never really ever stopped and more people are watching than ever because people don't go out the way they used to, and Another. Really interesting to us, of course, also is like HBO Max for this entire year. Premiering big feature films, starting with Wonder Woman at Christmas. But just just this last week, they put Judas in the Black Messiah really great, a drama about the Black Panthers in the sixties. That's a feature film that's already gotten Golden Globe nominations. It's gonna get Nostra nomination, and it premiered the same time that it would be on the big screen wherever there are big screens. I mean a lot of places they still have movie theaters operating, so these movies are premiering on HBO, Max at the same time, they're premiering on theaters, and that's changing the whole equation of what the movie What's telling. Vision, all that kind of thing, So it's a really interesting time. I'm joined by TV Guide magazine senior critic Matt Rouch. One thing I've been doing while a lot of shows have been on hiatus. I've been watching some of the more critically acclaimed international shows, like Fouled up on Netflix and Israeli show or go Maura on HBO, Max and Italian show and they dub in English into these shows. Now it's not, You know the most ideal setup because how their mouths Are moving isn't what you're hearing, but it's a way to watch these shows for a lot of people. If they're not into the whole subtitles thing and I'm gonna tell you I have enjoyed the shows They are just tremendous. Yeah, fell in many ways was like a better version of homeland You know who might have had a great season fun show time, but it really went off the rails at times have felt is really fight really hard and groom or is like a terrific mob drama from Italy. You could watch the original of show. With subtitles If you if if dubbing throws you off, it throws me off. I tend to watch the originals. But these are both like you said. Those are terrific discoveries and yell if people were either discovering shows from international places, or they're also going back and discovering shows that they should have watched long time ago. I mean, I still here, of course, people who discover shows that have been around forever, But once Netflix gets him all of a sudden, it's a new show to them. That's how shit's Creek became such a big sensation in the final year and made any history. The show. Nobody even knew about what was airing on cable on pop TV. But once I got on this, like that became a big hit. So what are some of the things that are either on right now or are coming up that have caught your attention that you've either watched in advance or looking forward to watching? Well, just this week. It's interesting that quite a few major stars are getting new comedy Syriza and one is on Netflix. Starting today. It's um, the first season of the crew. The crew. Brings Kevin James back to TV and here's a guy he was a major star for. CBS had two big hits. It comes especially the King of Queens. But here he's playing the chief of a NASCAR crew, the NASCAR racing team crew and it's so it's set in the world of NASCAR very well timed, coming right after the Daytona 500 also Kevin James, just really at home here in this setting of being a guy who's got like these wacky people working on a NASCAR team, But when the team's owner steps down and has his daughter take over the team It creates this conflict within their world. But it's the traditional sitcom like you would normally see on CBS. But it's on Netflix, which, of course, has some great sophisticated comedies like Dead to Me, But they can also do this. I mean, they're trying to be all things to all people, but to get a talent like Kevin James to come to Netflix again. It just changes the equation. One night later on Tuesday, you're going to see two big stars get NBC sitcoms including Dwayne Johnson, the Rock He's got a show called Young Rock, where he looks back almost like the Wonder years. Thing where he's looking back a turning point in his life, and there's 33 young actors who play him it ages 10, 15 and 18 You get a sense he was raised in this world of pro wrestling is that it was a pro wrestler Stephanie's 10 years old. I really like I'm not some of the other stuff I wasn't crazy about. The framework is that he's running for president in the future, like in the 20 thirties or something, and he's telling his life story. The framework I'm not crazy about the part of the young rock is pretty good. I just wish were funnier, but then also, Keenan Thompson has a show called And not not the best name. But then Keenan Thompson after his incredible run on Saturday night live, he's the longest running cast member ever on Saturday night Live. You finally get the prime time slot and he's playing a widowed dad, who was also a morning show host, and it's a very warm family comedy. But the surprise here is his father in law's Don Johnson from Miami, Jeff I same, and he's really funny in this, but I just think we can't has a great personality and it's time for him to get a spotlight. One of 10 years old when he's living in Hawaii with his wrestler, father and all those other wrestlers and then 15 when he's moved to Pennsylvania, and he's almost drifting into delinquency, and then it 18 when he's in Miami University of Miami as a college football draftees, So you see all these different life lessons that he tells the framework is that he's running for president the year 2032. Then he's telling us all these little life lessons and stories not terribly funny, but it's a sweet show. And if you like the rock, you're probably like this, but To me. The bigger deal is that Keenan Thompson is coming to prime time after all these many years on Saturday night Live. He's the longest running cast member on that show, and he's got a show called Keenan where he's playing a Widow, Dad, He's got two adorable daughters. He hosts a morning show in Atlanta, and he's processing his grief. But he's got a big family around him, including in a big surprise. Don Johnson playing his father in law, who is really funny, really laid back and Sonny here a nice surprise there. But Keenan, you know, he just got a great personality. That's a good fit for him. Yeah, he does so well in SNL. I'm really rooting for him to do well on this show as well. Yeah, Me, too. Yeah, And who else? Well, we also have Kevin James, who's a big who's had a couple of big hit shows on CBS. And he's got to show that set in the world of NASCAR very well timed, coming right after today's scheduled running of the Daytona 500, the show is called the crew, and he's the chief of the crew of a struggling racing team that's in turmoil caused. The owner of the team just stepped down. He has his daughter running the team. It's a workplace comedy, really, but that Kevin James is right at home in the world of NASCAR. So if you like NASCAR, you like Kevin James, it's a really rich. It feels like a kind of show that could be on CBS. But Netflix is all things to all people. First season drops on Monday, Okay, and finally briefly, Mad, something that's making you happy. And Disney plus So much the whole five seasons. Never before all five seasons available of the Muppet Show from the 19 seventies made Kermit Miss Piggy, a star. All the stars who were stars in the seventies, played backstage with the Muppet Show played with all those great characters. "Think a comedy music guy. That's right country music guy. I should say not communist a country music. I like that. He was going out there and trying something weird and i liked it. He's trying weird things here. I don't know this is a better movie than be cool by a lot. But i think that I appreciate the most what he's bringing to a character that he's kind of working a little bit outside his comfort zone. I don't disagree with anything you just said but i do feel like you overlooked one building. Comedy thing that was a glorious crescendo. At the end of the movie and that was the girl the crossed is they bring her up like three times before they reveal that it's melissa mccarthy at the end i was hal and laughing when they like took her glasses off swing crossed again. I don't know why. I thought that was like really well executed comedy just like because they didn't make it seem like he was going to be a big deal but when they brought it up the second time it was And then when he finally see. It's era i was like. Oh my god like this movie is pretty good with setup and payoff where you also have Dwayne johnson teasing that. He's a never nude tobias on arrested development. Thank you pay off then. You get the payoff at the end of that. But yes the most mccarthy character stop is it does deliver like when the movie does pick. It's setups and payoffs. It's pretty good. It's like the secrets keeps building and building and building to like a big hilarity kind of moment but in terms of its comedy. Set up some payoffs. I think it's it's fairly decent for. And there's a sequence of him dancing nude in the shower and the movie wants you to laugh at this characters physique like it is very much going out of its way to projected as funny and then there's a scene where he's horribly bullied like thrown in front of the entire class nude and they want you to feel really bad for this character like this is the worst moment of his life and they want you to understand that the kevin hart characters acknowledging this he recognizes how serious it is and then it cuts to a joke of dwayne johnson walking away and then the cameras like focuses on his budget like..
