"Welcome everyone to another episode of. It visionaries today special guests in a different type. I guess we have co founder and managing partner at calibrate ventures. Kevin dunlap kevin. Welcome in the show. Thank you for having me. It's great to be here appreciate now. We're stoked to have you on and it is not often that. It visionaries has someone from the venture capital side. But we're excited to have you here. We want to hear your vision. What you guys are you investing in the future but before we get too deep into that starts off by talking a little bit about calibrate ventures. Were you guys focus on. What's your principal interests. What are some of the things that you guys are looking for when you make investments. Yes so my partner. Jason i started calibrate ventures in two thousand seventeen investing together for almost a decade over a decade. Actually we started investigator in two thousand four and we really realized that there was an opportunity around digitalization automation. All the company has invested in the past benefit from it. And so as we started seeing the advancements around artificial intelligence machine learning computer vision robotics we really set up inform calibrate to take advances opportunities. We also realized that that same core technology could be applied in lots of different verticals. And so when you see our thesis of actually investing in companies it's got a court thesis around machine learning and computer vision our ai and taking them applying to different verticals haven't had the benefit of digitalization in the past so it's not the traditional sass model whereas just software. That sitting machine was actually a lot of times since taking software taking into the physical world and manipulating things. That could be done by human or something else. I'm excited here about this. Because if i have to hear another company told me that they have an ai. That'll help figure out. Kind of shirt. Kevin likes that's helping society. Is that helping society. I don't understand you know. So i saw some of the portfolio investments is some pretty cool stuff you know. I'd love for you to give some examples of what you mean by how is actually helping the physical world. Because i think most of us have heard like oh can better predict what you're saying like software bases like that. It's a better user experience. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. But like based on your portfolio comes. It feels like you guys are pulling for some bigger moon shots like transform the way we live. I don't wanna put words in your mouth. But i'd love to hear exactly what you guys mean by bringing a into the physical world. Yeah i think if you look at all. The times is a pretty vague term right. Yeah people can apply to lots of different things and it could be the i for xyz but a lot of times a i for us means implementation of computer vision and actually making predictions about how to behave in a physical world so one of the early more recent investments. We've made it's actually in a company called parallel domain. What they do is they create. Synthetic data to better train of thomas systems. And so right now. What happens is automakers. In drone delivery companies actually have to go out and collect data tag it. It's costly it's time consuming. The engineers is always want more data. And what we actually do. Is we generate that data and then our customers merged that date With the real world data to predict better outcomes.
Interview With Ian Dunlap, the Master Investor
"You've been doing a lot of work. Educating and inspiring black people on how to get wealthy via the stock market so break down your basic thesis. How do we get wealthy via the stock market very simple. We have to invest every month. Always try to tell. People get it years prior fifty years prior six years prior when we invested. Oftentimes our grandparents will go back. The money was not there or we invested in insurance. The money wasn't there but now there's a lot more transparency. We have to invest every single month. So even if you put five hundred dollars a month into the market into index fund which exxon is just like a basket or collection of stock. So if you don't know the one pick it gives you a bunch of companies bundled together and over thirty year you can have roughly million dollars depend on if you get anywhere from seven to twelve percent Interest on on those gains. So i mean last year was exceptional because we were at thirty and forty percent. We won't have the same thing this year but year-over-year you showers about twelve percent and then always tell people to get half index funds have technology stocks. And because we are living in technological age we have been since the early nineteen nineties. Like around four That clinton help usher that wave in the does the best blueprint to go with all the companies that we all love. Apple microsoft's zone will run out tesla instagram's owned by facebook. Those are the biggest companies that we are that we have in the world and we should put our money installs companies to be able to secure our.

"Not only did he controlled the game throwing it, but he made some really big plays with run and there at the goal line and they're pulling the guard and they have those direct quarterback runs really, really hard to stop. And I think right now Seattle's Achilles heel is Offensively, you know, they've had three players, they added stacks Harrison. They traded for Carlos Dunlap, and they also traded early for Jamal Atoms and their defense really looks porous. So Buffalo to be is in firm control, the which is something we haven't been able to say in over two decades, But Josh only had a couple of poor weeks, but boy yesterday he played flawlessly. All guests join us on the show pins all performance line, Mike. Now let's stay in the A F C East and it seems like it never is a week that goes by when you on our show. We're not talking about this particular quarterback. And Sam Darnold, how valuable Would it be for Sam Darnold in a trade? What's that value? Well, it depends. Is the other GM from USC or not Ueno, the premium that you guys put on one of you guys have so But in all seriousness, you know what's disappointing is tonight. Presumably, the Jets will have Denzel Memes, Jamison, Crowder and Perriman for the first time. Wouldn't you love to see Sam Darnold with those weapons to see what he can do? And that's why I think when you look at what happened with Josh Rosen when he won from Arizona to Miami a year ago for a second round pick, I think that's about Compensation, which is, you know, he has fallen quite a bit. But you would just say, What can you look at in the NFL? That he's put together a consecutive weeks where he's played at a really high level. We just talked about Josh Allen's development. Lamar Jackson's one An M V. P and Sam Darnold just hasn't time now what that said. He's young, He's high character. He's immensely talented. So there's so many teams that will need quarterbacks. I think it's second round pick will be fair. Let me ask you this question. No, Micah's a former general manager and having Have gone into these situations on the what if What if you trace Sam Darnold 42. Let's say he goes to Pittsburgh, for instance, and being retires in a year. And then all of a sudden, Sam Darnold looks like the second coming. How much pressure would that be on you as a general manager? Yeah, That's something you really don't want to have happen is you gotta correctly evaluate your outdoor and it's a really good point Key. We see that a lot where quarterbacks changed teams, and then they flourished looking. Drew Brees right. He was Someone of a disappointment in San Diego. He goes to New Orleans Hall of Fame career. We see that a lot around the league Jimmy Garoppolo has gone on to take a team of Super in San Francisco despite his struggles this year, so absolutely, You don't want to see a young quarterback. Leave your program and then go. Floor someplace else. I'm sure when Tennessee lost Mario to the Raiders, I'm sure that was in the back of their mind. So I think if I'm the Jets, and I have the first pick, I take her. Lawrence and I have to move on from Sam Darnold. Mike. The Chargers continue to be the Chargers every single weekend. It's painful to watch. But how? How impressive. How impressed were you? By Justin Herbert. Shane. It's the same guy to talk about for two years..

Slab City - The Last Free Place In America
"Hello, this is Stephanie. And this is cocktails and trivia the show. I talked about Society culture pop culture and a little bit of trivia so that you can have an enlightening conversation. Listen. I am a med researcher when it comes to be doing the research on the topics that you find interesting and giving you that trivia so that you can be intelligent look at Myton and stump your family and friends all at the same time here. We're coming up on the holiday season. So you want to have something to talk about at that dinner table and this is perfect for you. Today. We are talking about something that is really intriguing and interesting and something that's kind of like what I talked about last week when I talked about the Kowloon walled City in Hong Kong this time. I'm talking about a city job. That's in California and the United States of America sit back relax and listen and enjoy my tail about Slab City. I hope that you enjoy it said well, what is Slab City? Where does it all about? It is the last free place on Earth among the desert of Southern California. You will find Slab City Los Feliz.com wrote about it two hundred miles from LA and 150 miles from San Diego in the margins of a county that has the second highest unemployment rate in the country. You are free to resist, but you must adapt on Wikipedia. I found that prior to the United States official entry into World War Two the Marine Corps made a decision to cite a training ground for field and anti-aircraft artillery units to create the training base. 631 Acres were obtained after a construction was completed Camp Dunlap dead. Was commissioned on October 15th. Nineteen forty-two the camp had fully functioning buildings water roads and sewage collections. The base was used for three years during the war but by 1949 military operations at Camp Dunlap had been greatly reduced but a skeleton crew continued on until the base was dismantled and by 1956. Well, all buildings had been dismantled though. They're concrete foundations remained and that is where they got the name Slab City. It was determined. The land was no longer required and the deed did not contain any restrictions. All of the former. Camp Dunlap buildings had been removed. The remaining slaves were not proposed for removal and the Washington Post. I find that since the 1950s Slab City has drawn a variety of people such as anarchists artists drug addicts home. Centrex outcasts retirees and the impoverished that's practically everybody in the whole world and it is a sad truth that the very addictive drug met is fairly common and accounts for much of the crime in Slab City interesting but not altogether that surprising after doing that episode on the Kowloon walled City I learned so much and it is the same type of situation here in Slab City not unlike the Kowloon walled City at all slash city is Lawless talk dirty with crime and Anarchy. It's not pretty and it doesn't bring to it the best elements of society, but it is home year-round for less than 300. No mad, but life is hard rough and scary and the desert campers and old RVs are living quarters for these squatters that don't pay to live on the barren land. That's right. Yep. It is government land that the residents don't have to pay for Slab City is a town with shops and a culture of like-minded people will for the most part and it has the internet cafe where you can charge your electronic devices and sit and have a cup of coffee with your neighbors. This Cafe is the only place around with it. And it's run by solar panels from the same man that runs the internet cafe a tenant of Slab City can watch TV play video games and have a way of the world outside of this desert city up until two hours before the sun sets. That's when the solar panels stop working each tenant as it is with any homeless person and much money in Walled City must find ways to pay for food laundry clothes drinking water and anything for their own Comfort. It doesn't have the modern conveniences that most Americans dead. For granted and the one shower is owned by a man named George the one person in the slabs who has a water tank that he turns on when Neighbors come to take a shower. He charges $3 per person despite not having government officials watching over it. There are helicopters that are really border patrol flying over the city every so often took an eye on the occupants. You see Slab City being only 50 miles away from the Mexican border. That is why they need border patrol. Why would anyone want to live this way though? You say that's all it takes a thick skin to be able to handle the desert life. One of the slabs of the occupants say that it has been amazing living there. When you see Slab City on the videos or pictures of Psalm City. It's hard to imagine anyone living an amazing life there. But these are people that have finally found acceptance and in otherwise cruel world some have had trouble with the law. In prison or can't cope with the outside world. And what about the children of this Lawless City? There are children the few children do attend school and that's their life, but not a lot of investment for them and in the summer at night the occupants get a taste of the world around them. There is great music singing and dancing and the small businesses are open out for the tourists to come by and the tourists are upwards of two thousand people and the summer that want to see and experience a bit of the Lawless ungoverned lifestyle and there is so much to see
CISO Accountability Problems with Brandon Dunlap
"In the past I've worked in organizations as a C.. So where you know there's a large outsourcing component to it and you know that was the predecessor signed off on it and I walk in and I've gotten multiple years left in the contract only to realize that maybe the business landscape had shifted or the relationship was sour or the contract wasn't quite what it could ever should've been and that's a that's a tricky spot to walk into right because now you've already seeded essentially a lot of control to say your outsource or you know even when you talk about technology vendors that have been you know heavily invested in May not be. Where they need to be saved for the organization you've asked to takes a long time to either adjust or unwind or modify a lot of this contracts and those relationships, and so having an understanding of what that landscape looks like. is critical and I think we also touched on some of the organizational dynamics and current events happened since we last spoke that have made. Some of my requirements. Well, so I I'm I'm always very wary about walking into a situation. I don't have which is why I tend to look for places they. I'll that the company I go to work for fairly heavily. Now usually requiring some number of months to sort of get to know them how they operate the people that work there etcetera because you don't ever want to walk into a company that sells you this rosy picture of. The amazing job you're going to have with all this great accountability, right you're going to have all this this responsibility and this accountability, and then you go. So I, chain stuff right and they're like well, and then you end up in a situation where you're being indicted. On the show as we for those of you listening you, you know we don't go into current events and we don't really I I hate talking about any specifics of a case but this case Uber and their see so sparked a lot of conversation and that's kind of where we got started. So I WANNA ask Shawn because I'm sure Sean you paid attention to this. How do you feel about what kind of Brandon started where? I just added to it like, Hey, welcome to the company you're being sued. Yeah mean you know That's pretty harsh. way to come into a company and and you make a great point. You know you're given responsibility you're given accountability you're given accountability But you have no ability to control the circumstances around you that lead to it so that that type of scenario is is definitely not. favorable. We're looking at this case and look I. Don't know anything firsthand about this case with dry Sullivan other than whatever ad in the Department of Justice's statement about it and and the allegations made there. But. You know I think it's a bigger. It's a bigger picture that we need to see here. You know going back to target Home Depot Neiman Marcus all the breaches we really. The watershed moment of data breaches back in late twenty, thirteen, early, twenty, fourteen we have been hearing this this same statement all around of somebody's gotta go to jail before things change. Yeah. People have been saying somebody's got to go to jail before things are going to change and cabinet. Well exactly because what they were talking about or your c level. Executives your your CEO. Or Board members people like that is who they keep talking about nobody was really thinking at that time about a C.. So but when you look at the individual facts of this case from what we know. I do think that there's going to be a lot of concern and fear created out of this, but I don't think at the end of the day. This is going to be the norm I think this is more of an outlier situation. Let. This also begs the question you know who actually bears responsibility right in an organization where you you have, you know your traditional Governance Model Board executive leadership, etc. You have a see. So with the title Chief Information Security Officer but they're not sitting necessarily in most cases in the C. Suite, they're not doing in many cases maybe twice a year quarterly at best board board notification some SEASO's I know actually send kind of almost a newsletter update if you will to their board, but they're not sitting at the table and the question is where does the accountability really

"When you say that I love it sounds ridiculous. But I, always have to remind myself that leaving that room in the song is sometimes what it needs what is best for the song and it's not always how many words can I fit into this hook? It's. I can say things in other ways, shapes and forms in a song. I could say it with the right hand on the piano just as much as a lyric and so I think that this course is really simple. I converse it came from a conversation Ben I had and it kind of wrote itself in forty five minutes or so I I think That like you know you know me I'm a very leery. Driven person like I really love. You know lyrical stuff but I also. Strongly believe that there's something that just like. Grips you. Repeat it like if there's something that's just like. Incredible. Forget the words for second forget everything for a second I. Want to hear it again I want to hear three times if I can you know. Like? I think that that's why at this point songs are getting shorter too is because people are realizing okay. Well, if you don't give them a chorus the third time they're gonna WanNa hear the third time. and. So there's just GonNa play the song again there's this kind of. Understanding of of okay. Yeah. Like there's some really compelling parts and we're just gonNA, give it. We're just GONNA. Let let you have that kind of as a reward for for sticking with this song. So that's how I feel about the song is that it does salot and it does. But you get a moment to breathe in the chorus with the melody that just absolutely stays up there. You know. Thank you I. I'm a huge fan of two major chords. So I think. I'm pretty sure we put them in almost every song so. That's what hooks me is is breaking the rules. But as you guys know, we learned all the rules in order to break them. So I always try to encourage that to myself when it comes to the songwriting is just What will satisfy my needs? Musically As well. Known I are somewhat like Our inclinations when they're not reigned in, tend to go towards the more artistic. And potentially Broadway then like the sort of toppling, which is why we we make sure like trust those instincts but also yeah, like not not overdo it and not like go too far in that direction. So it's still like alienate people who might otherwise enjoy something. Only only a little lin-manuel for just a little. Sprinkling Little Garnish you know you. Just just a little flavor. You gotTa Shallot of Broadway in every of our songs. I love that. That's amazing..

"I feel like that that at least starts a conversation and music is a really like a really powerful. For messages it's I. Think when you put something to a song music hits our brain and just such a nice kind of way that when you're able to like. Put. A MESSAGE ABOUT Masculinity or about mental illness in the package of a catchy tune the message has the potential to hit harder I. Say second only second only to comedy. Yeah. I. Agree I agree when you first moved will when you came back to La i I saw you were doing a lot of busking. I'm from New York I was doing the subway thing like I appreciate. The busker life. Oh, what was that experience like? What did you kind of Glean from that that? That may be served you since since then I think it's I think everyone should do it at least once in their lives. Honestly. There was this class that I helped be a part of recently for live nation where they took a bunch of up and coming singer songwriters and. Put Him through all these courses and then at the end play at the Rey for all their families and friends in the daytime it was really cool and my involvement with it was being able to talk about street performing to them and I think my favorite thing is trying to rededicate. Your efforts as a musician out there and try and prioritize what you what you should be focusing on. While you're out there it's not about money. It's not about the instagram followers it should be about growing in in certain ways that make you feel more comfortable to perform on a stage because stages become that much more of a blessing when you don't have them I, feel like playing in downtown Burbank, which is where I kinda resided for the most part when I came back to La. It was great because those moments where I would play for this one guy he's across normal offerings call like mouthing please stop on this. That I think will be alongside a homeless guy throwing a lighter at me and it exploding like. My favorite memories. To realize that you're not always gonNA make everyone. Happy. You're not always gonNA get everyone to like your music. There will probably be people out there that hate your music and there's just nothing you can do I think it's it's really helpful in focusing on. Okay. I can better my craft out here. This is about finding confidence in myself to play the songs like I am in front of a stadium full of people regardless of how many people are actually there and I think that I owe everything that I do now to the bravery that I? Somehow discovered to play for strangers every day for. Ashtray, did you ever do Newbury street I did with Josh and Ryan Watanabe. I don't know if you remember. I'm always amazed at how you know how well you the industry does around here. It's it's a ridiculous really but at some point I think there'll be a shakeout but I would say the biggest thing like I mentioned before is maybe maybe the regionals SORTA topping out. You know the bigger ones but Take a lot of smaller. Breweries are looking more at more at a bar model than than a Murray model. It's it's a bar that happens to make their own really good beer in back and and maybe you mix that with liquor and wine as well and if he can do maybe some local local wine I an and Irina local distillery and and kind of marry those kinds of things together. You can have a nice little neighborhood bar more from a bar model than than Dan. Eight that a brewery model which is would be more distribution and canning and bottling which. You have to have skill to do.

You know there's an idea that people come down they know about the big but then they start walking around and find like our place their beers like brain. The police came in and discovered bodies buried in shallow graves but by then while bill and his wife were already on the run they fled through Costa Rica and we're finally captured on the Nicaraguan border join us at the quiet end for this stunning tale of theft murder in real estate ate fried after being extradited to Panama while bill confessed to his crimes but showed little remorse for all of the painting caused he would explain in what he did in how he did it but the question of why will forever haunt the left one of his victims so this is my first Panamanian Indian dear our first enemy case I believe absolutely so this is Bell Boa. I hope everybody's not to spoil my some of the other good beers we've had because this isn't what you call good beer but it is sunny and warm. Maybe not as humid as Panama you're so they'll probably be enjoyed in well. It seems like if a beer is not great to get a cold enough. It can still be refreshing and be salvaged for that purpose if nothing else that's what we're looking for. What are you start our story today Dickie Okay so William Jason Hobart was an only child he grew up going going by his middle name Davidson but later in life Hugo by bill his father worked for Farm Machinery Company and he grew up in a nice two story home an highschool bill involved in sports and got very serious about football and bulked up possibly with steroids who knows he married his girlfriend in nineteen ninety eight? Her name was Ryan Dunlap his only eighteen years old they had their first child within a year and into more over the next four years so bill worked as a landscaper year round and Ryan stayed home with children. There were so young and many people were impressed by the amount of responsibility that the couple seemed of taking nine after bills parents divorced the couple move their family into the home or bill grownup taking over the home from his mother but there was talk about building a steroid abuser and again. This is a kid who booked up quite a bit in high school always playing football so that's where the rumors started and they continue and bill seemed abnormally bulky and had a temper those steroid rages we talk about the first sign that may bill wasn't quite right psychologically was when the family dog disappeared bill told Ryan that he wanted to put the dog down even even though his perfectly healthy and good with the kids he never contacted the vet and Ryan believe that shot the dog and dumped his body and this became a belief that was shared throughout the neighborhood. Another local landscaper would say that bill wanted to make a fortune but he didn't want to work for it. That's been my dream. Let's not that uncommon right you wanNA start a business. You do have to be willing to work your ass off what yeah back so inevitably bills landscaping business failed Oh he buttons Elson suits and ties after that and he said that he had political aspirations I don't know where that came from and wanted to hang out with a higher society church even considered running for mayor right but France were beginning to notice that bill was very verbally abusive to Ryan and then another dog disappeared food bill opened a pool hall and build a local TV ad for it but he was really this over the top personality which he is pretty well for whereas business but still he wasn't putting in the hard work and it failed after only a few months in two thousand three Rian Kevin Hoover met bill when he joined the Gym Jim The bodyshop fitness center in Hendersonville Billy Kevin began hanging out together lifting weights working out and bill give them the impression that he was a businessman on his way up even though his ventures were continuing to fail when Kevin Hoover his third bodyshop Jim in two thousand four he he agreed to let bill help manage it so bill could learn about how to run a business. He would even get a salary until he was ready to purchase his own franchise. So these people took command basically yes pretty good con man Dick so he could convince people of things yeah. They were thinking they were going to groom him to eventually have zone franchise. Yes they were helping him out that way twenty year old Laura Michelle Reese was working for the hoover's and she was doing cleaning and light office work at the Gyms uh-huh and Mel decided that he keeper working with him the Third Jim but then things got really weird. Marie Hoover visited the gym and saw that there was no equipment you purchased yet and bill at least an apartment near the gym rather than commute to his family home which was just about forty five minutes away not a horrible commute but then he moved in with Laura Michelle Reese into the apartment then he began sending handwritten notes to Marie telling her to be proud of her white race she threw them away but it did raise some concerns and she talked to her husband Kevin about it bill was also somewhat obsessed with the Sopranos TV show and he would tell Marie that he wanted to become someone like Tony Soprano so kind of a Mafia guy yeah. That's that's a very good aspiration to have. Don't you think so red flag huge yeah yeah so Kevin. Marie managed to explain away bills odd behavior until they were from the bank that some unusual expenses were being charged for the body shop. The bill was Managing Bill had written business checks for new TV a mattress and other not business related items in the amount spent was large. It was be tweeting twenty and twenty five thousand dollars so Kevin did confront bill about this and Bill's wife Ryan found out that bill was is living with Laura Michelle reese around the same time so the couple separated in May of two thousand four and bill. Laura moved away after he was gone. The hoovers learned that bill had not only written unauthorized checks he'd actually contacted a real estate broker about selling Jim that he'd been managing which belonged to Kevin Hoover Hoover so that's the ball there to do that where I guess but he's learning right in a bad way here yeah

Google ‘Call Screen’ will enable saving transcripts starting later this year for Pixel users
"Well, those those making some improvements to its call screen feature that will include transcripts this is according to employ post on Google forums, and those transcripts will automatically be saved to the dialer app. After the call for later viewing anybody who used this future before you could see the transcript while you're screening the call. But there wasn't a save option unless you took a screen shots out a little bit cumbersome beforehand, a Google employee named Paul Dunlap wrote that this new feature quote will be available to our public beta testers first and then all pixel three users later in the year. Now, this this is interesting because I think this is an example of you don't really know how people are going to use it until you launch it because I for one felt that why would you wanna transcript when they first demo this. I'm like, yeah. I wanna see what's happening while the call is on. So I can decide whether to pick up or not that was the way it was pitched. And I thought that was pretty valuable, but what happened is a lot of people missed the call. And then said, well, I want to see what they said they didn't leave a message. But it'd be great if you could just save transcript, and I could see. Who that was and decide with to block them or call them back and Google is like, oh, well, we didn't really think anybody wanna do that. But all right, and and good responsiveness here in making that happen. Is there some privacy issue there because I don't think the reasonable expectation is that you're gonna be somehow recorded as you're talking to the assistant. Unless the assistant tells now recorded strive to leave a voice mail now. I. Right. Well, yeah. It is against the rules for me to write down. What you're saying? When you called me, right. I know. But it's a technicality. I think this is a new thing and people wouldn't be expecting anyone, and especially not that computer to be writing it down. And I don't think it quite falls into the area of voicemail as you're saying, Sarah. Maybe it does. Maybe I'm misunderstanding. What this is. But it picks up kind of make leading you to believe that you're being screened and and being a asked question too for the person to decide whether or not you're they're going to pick up. So it's not quite voicemail. And if that conversation is being recorded, even if it's in writing and not invoice hold. I don't know there's a little bit of his ivory. If you're coming up with an objection where one doesn't need to be because the objection has always been you need to tell me that this is a computer. And I think it does that now it says, hey on the Google assistant and. I'll be a I don't know what the wording is. But I think it implies that it's going to be keeping this conversation for its own purposes for machine learning. So I think just providing the transcript to the user is is below that level of expectation. I think whatever the the way it's presented as long as people have an understanding that this might be recorded somehow. I think it's fine. I, you know, I think it also starts to be a little ridiculous to say, look, I called someone to talk to them. But I didn't expect them to remember what I said, I don't want to be beholden to to my own words like come on. I think also the nice thing about this feature that you know, it's gonna come in handy for a lot of people's being able to screen out to spam calls. Sure, they're going to be some legitimate people who look at the transcript go I was that person. Let me call them back. But most of the time this is screening out stuff that you never wanted to answer on the first bite,
